Prayer for Grace for our Country

Dear Father united to Jesus in the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass, the Sacrifice of Calvary sacramentally made present, celebrated around the world, in the Holy Spirit. We offer up all we do united to the Mass. We unite in one mind and one heart as members of the mystical body of Christ, with Christ our head in the pure and holy Hearts of Jesus and Mary, through the powerful intercession of Mary with all the angels and saints and souls in purgatory, and we beg for the saving grace, for our country, the United States. Please help us. We further pray for unity to always do the will of God in love. We spread the Blood of Jesus on the leaders and people of the United States and cast the devil into hell. We consecrate our country to the Sacred Heart and Immaculate Heart and all our dioceses, and beg for an outpouring of the Holy Spirit. God help us. We pray for our families, the priests, the Church and the world. In the Name of Jesus please hear us, we pray. We pray for our new president as he takes office. We pray that we are united as one nation under God to work together in love as God wants.

October 4, 2017 - Feast of St. Francis

Happy Birthday Sanja

                R. "We give You thanks for Your great glory."
God is great! We love our heavenly Father
because He is God and He is great and
He reveals this to us to know this!
We love our Father, but we honor
                Him because He is great.

We see that in justice we are to
                love our parents, grandparents, those
who went before us. God gives us
                supernatural knowledge of Him and
so we honor Him – it is our duty –
We see the family of God which we belong
to and we see our union with our
brothers and sisters in the family – we see
                unity –

From The Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius, by Louis J. Puhl, S.J. p.12

                        23. FIRST PRINCIPLE AND FOUNDATION

Man is created to praise, reverence and serve God
our Lord, and by this means to save his soul.

                R. God is our Father and we are brothers
                in Christ!

A leper came to St. Francis of
Assisi and he knew insight into
brotherhood – where as before he
was focused on battle and knighthood.

We want to love our brothers with deep
love in our souls – recognize the awesome
dignity of a soul created by God – our
brothers. We have been wonderfully made!

Love comes from our hearts – it is
in us – Love is giving, it is giving
as God intends us to give – not
holding back. We love more and more likened
                to Jesus.

Song: Give me Your Heart oh Jesus –

                R. Love is the gift of self for the good of
the other. In love there is the gift of
giving oneself. One wants to give themselves
as a gift because they were given as
a gift from God – to be given. It is
living the Plan of God to love. The
person sees themselves as one who
                spends themselves for others.

We know that the world of God is
the world of beauty. Reality is as
                God intends things to be.

A person is to seek reality as it is
in absolute truth. A person of darkness
has a distorted reality. The more they give
into the deadly sins the darker their
reality becomes and they see things
not as they really are, but in distortion
                and darkness.

We are to see as God really is.
See the Plan of God. Seek the Plan of God.
Seek to know the absolute truth found in
God. We seek to know the super-natural
world. We see as above the earth, we
                are raised up in Him.

We seek the Holy Spirit to fill us
with grace, to give us Himself that
we may possess the gifts of the Holy Spirit.
We seek the gentle touch of the Holy Spirit
and seek to be sensitive to the
inspirations of the Holy Spirit. Like a
whisper – we are listening for the
still small voice in which He may speak
to us – in gentle whispers, in directed
love – in precision and perfection God
is coming to the graced, baptized soul
wishing and open to His favor.

A hard heart does not know
                these movements for pride closes
these doors to the Holy Spirit and envy and
jealousy that become a way of life
brings that distortedness to a person
that blocks the working of the Holy Spirit
when a willful, closed, unloving soul
remains in sin and denies there is
                sin rather than seeking forgiveness
                and mercy.

The Divine Spirit of God when He
enters a soul open and willing to
live by God's Plan floods the soul
and helps the soul to become
more and more holy – in the image
                of Jesus.

The Divine Spirit when He works in the
soul brings light and love. In baptism
our knowing and loving capacity is
elevated. We can partake in God's
                knowing and loving activity. This
is knowing and loving on a
                SUPER - NATURAL level –
The soul has as its goal in all its
actions the vision of eternal happiness
                in heaven.

When we are very intimate with God – we know
God deeply because of our closeness to Him.
How can I measure this kind of knowledge
a soul knows because one is so
intimately united in love to the Divine God.

A person that is deeply united to another
person knows them because of this intimacy.
To have intimacy means we are not afraid
to open ourselves and be known by
God and others. It is an act of our will
to spend ourselves, so to speak, in loving
trust the beloved will be drawn ever
                closer to us.

Intimacy is a gift because one
spends themselves as the price they
                pay to have it.

                    When an individual opens themselves
and lets others see themselves they
have given the gift of themselves and
thus in the case with God and others
intimacy can occur only to the degree we
are willing to share and give oneself.

That is why a person deeply wounded
                by abuse, sexual, physical, emotional
as a child needs to heal or they may
shut down and never, ever let any
part of themselves be known to anyone
because they were wounded so deeply
by one who should have loved them and
grossly betrayed the innocent love of
                a child.

Children are to be protected against
predators who as adults or old teenagers
who used the innocent for foul play.

                    Intimacy is vital to relationships
and this cannot occur if one's heart
is closed and they refuse to give
                of themselves.

It can be a scary thing to spend
oneself, but if it is God's will we
                grow in intimate relationships we
must be willing to give ourselves
to do so to trusted others.

To the degree we learn to give
in love to God – it helps us in
                relationships with others and –
To the degree we open up and give
ourselves to trusted others, we are able
to grow in our intimacy with God.

Loving and giving to God helps us in
our relationships with others and visa versa.

Our whole life is this interchange of
                sharing ourselves and growing in
greater union with God and others
                in relationships.

How can we ever grow in unity
if we hold ourselves away from
                relationships because we won't
let anyone really know who we
really are. And then how can we grow
in our relationship with God if we
                exclude relationships with others
                from our lives.

It is God's will we walk hand-in-hand
with others. If we oppose God's will
by playing it "what we think as
safe and soul, shut off from
                others", How can somebody think
they are safe and sound writing a
                different plan opposed to God's
                will about relationships –

Our life here is about relationships –
Our life here is about the heart –
A small comparison can be this –
Do you think you can physically
cut off your heart and live?
I say a person cannot really live
on a spiritual level and carry
a heart that is locked up and
                closed down.

                R. The Shepherds of Christ Movement is about the
Heart! Jesus shows us His Sacred Heart on fire
                for love of men.

Sing: My God and My All

Sing: Jesus My Lord My God My All

                R. To know and to be known –

                Every person uniquely created by
                    God for a purpose –

To know God on a supernatural level –

To give ourselves, as God wills,
to the vocation He has called
us to – so we can some day
                    have eternal life forever with
                    Him in heaven –

A Prayer for Intimacy with the Lamb, the Bridegroom of the Soul

Oh Lamb of God, Who take away the sins of the world, come and act on my soul most intimately. I surrender myself, as I ask for the grace to let go, to just be as I exist in You and You act most intimately on my soul. You are the Initiator. I am the soul waiting Your favors as You act in me. I love You. I adore You. I worship You. Come and possess my soul with Your Divine Grace, as I experience You most intimately.

                R. We cannot even express what
God is – it is above us –
We can't know it all here on earth.

I saw Mary appear last night and the light
surrounding her was so intense it was
bluish. How can I explain a supernatural
thing – but she had tears the whole
                rosary as she appeared.

There are those experiences I see
and know I can never explain because
of the depth of them. Love in the
heart is like this – mountain top
                experiences beyond expression – reaching
into the pocket of the infinite is
                unexplainable. If a person clings
to the darkness and negative they
                never see the unexplainable feats
that surround them – they never
reach into a pocket and know
                the infinite embrace of that
                moment – beyond words, beyond
                vision, beyond the heart's ways
                that are unexplainable –

It is depth that reaches to the
                super-natural that is beyond,
                above and ineffable.

We reach with the soul – We know
there are heights beyond – we know
we were made for heaven and the
                beatific vision and we experience
                glimpses – insights – inspirations –
sort of like the lightening on a dark
night – The sky is dark and
a streak of lightening lights up the sky –
now we see the roof tops and tree-tops,
but only for a split second and
                then it is gone.

Like a roller shade on a
sunny day – that goes up oh
                so bright and it illuminates
the heart and soul, but we cannot
feel the completion of what we saw
or knew – it is a Divine Mystery –
We know this mystery is there
and it burns our heart and
yet we don't know it all –
but we know it is and that
is pleasing to our heart and
                soul –

Knowledge of the Divine – WOW
We reach for the ineffable –
We are ready God's favors –

A Prayer for Intimacy with the Lamb, the Bridegroom of the Soul

Oh Lamb of God, Who take away the sins of the world, come and act on my soul most intimately. I surrender myself, as I ask for the grace to let go, to just be as I exist in You and You act most intimately on my soul. You are the Initiator. I am the soul waiting Your favors as You act in me. I love You. I adore You. I worship You. Come and possess my soul with Your Divine Grace, as I experience You most intimately.

Prayer for Union with Jesus

Come to me, Lord, and possess my soul. Come into my heart and permeate my soul. Help me to sit in silence with You and let You work in my heart.

I am Yours to possess. I am Yours to use. I want to be selfless and only exist in You. Help me to spoon out all that is me and be an empty vessel ready to be filled by You. Help me to die to myself and live only for You. Use me as You will. Let me never draw my attention back to myself. I only want to operate as You do, dwelling within me.

I am Yours, Lord. I want to have my life in You. I want to do the will of the Father. Give me the strength to put aside the world and let You operate my very being. Help me to act as You desire. Strengthen me against the distractions of the devil to take me from Your work.

When I worry, I have taken my focus off of You and placed it on myself. Help me not to give in to the promptings of others to change what in my heart You are making very clear to me. I worship You, I adore You and I love You. Come and dwell in me now.

-God's Blue Book, January 17, 1994

                R. We reach for that which is
                    higher –

We reach to be lifted up –

To know God is to be lifted up
                    like the hot air balloon.

And satan wants to drag men down –
                    down – down.

Picture of the Sacred Heart of Jesus

Freedom

March 2, 1994
At Cathedral After Communion

Jesus: I want you to love Me as I love you. If I asked you to lay down your life for Me, you would give this freely of yourself. I need this surrender from you that you put Me above all things–not some things, all things. I am the Lord thy God, thou shalt not have any gods before Me–not your husband, your children, your life, your house. I want your total surrender! I am not asking you to give these things up. I am asking you to love Me more than any of these things, that you are willing to give them up for Me!

This is freedom. When your love is for Me and Me alone, no one has any control over you. You live for Me and I am Almighty. I love you with the most ardent love and you know all that comes from Me is from Him Who laid down His life for you.

Do you love Me? Would you lay your life down for Me? If you love, you give of yourself. Do you love each other? Do you give of yourself to one another or do you have relationships that give to you? This is not love. Love gives from the heart. Love is for the good of the other. I gave My life for you that you might live. Follow the Master. I did not die for any of My own gratifications, I died to show you how I loved you! I gave My only life for you. I love you this much!

I call you to love. Love is action from your heart. Do you love Me this way or do you just do busy work and call it love?

To learn about love you must come and be with Me. Sit and let Me teach you My ways. I sit with My red garb, covering My white tunic, you at My feet and I teach you ever so sweetly each day. You are My beloved ones. I died for you. I give you this same love today. Love gives to the other. Do you give this kind of love to Me and your brother or do you ask what others and I will give to you?

You do not know love if you do not come and you are not taught by Me. I am the author of love. I teach the mighty lessons of love. I died out of love for you.

You cannot love intimately if you hold back. To love Me, you must totally surrender, surrender all you hold on to. People do not love Me because they want to hold back. If you want intimacy with Me, you must be willing to surrender your all to Me.

Are you willing to do this? This is where the power is. When you give your all, I possess your soul and I am all powerful. I want your all, not little pieces you stingily let go of. I want your all. Then you will have an intimate union with God. Then you will live in His love and be powered by His might. Then you will be free. I will operate you and you will be united to Me as one. What power, God dwelling within your breast and acting from your soul! Become selfless and unattached to anything. I am God and you shall not have any gods before Me!  end of excerpt

March 26, 1996

Very carefully discerned by Fr. Carter

R. I came to All Saints Church before a beautiful Monstrance of gold that contained Our beloved Savior. He was adorned in light, the altar beneath shone with the brightest light and the cross behind was entirely silhouetted with the same celestial light. I was overwhelmed with the presence of God and cried deeply from the awe of it all.

To be so aware of the Almighty God truly present in His splendor and glory—to know the presence of God, to see the glistening of the gold and the light and reflection of the cross behind Him—my beauteous love—words do not exist to describe the rapture of a heavenly embrace! I cry because of the immense awe within my being to know Him. God truly present in His majesty and glory and oh, God, I behold the presence of a heavenly court. You opened wide the heavens and lifted up the veil and I knew You in Your splendor and glory. I behold God, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

"I am the Way, the Truth and the Life." He is the Almighty God. He shows us the celestial lights with which He will light this earth. Many must surrender their hearts to His Heart and Mary's heart. It is in surrendering, the Spirit will move in the hearts of men and the light of God will shine on the darkened earth. Not with a light that you comprehend, but a light that is divinely granted—a light beyond all lights, a vision beyond all visions. It takes the surrender of minds and hearts to God. The Spirit cannot move in us when we are in control. Surrender and give Him our heart and He will make us fishers of men.

We are His apostles in the Shepherds of Christ Movement. He is sending us out into the world to light the hearts with His burning love. We are chosen by Him and He is giving us abundant graces to grow in our union with Him. He will light this world with His burning love. Our hearts must be open. We must surrender and let go and reach beyond the senses, reach with our hearts. Pray for faith, pray for the vision of God.

Note:  I cried all through this writing, having the presence of God and being in great ecstasy to behold Him. May God touch your heart and may His Spirit move within you. May you be filled with the grace of God to surrender and let Him accomplish a great work within you.

And I was filled on high with His miraculous light and He reached down and spoke within me. I was filled as never before and knew the presence of God, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

Note:  As I finished, the bells at All Saints Church rang at 9:00 A.M. As I began to experience the immense splendor, the bells of 8:00 rang. Words do not express anything that I saw or experienced or know from this ecstasy. This was the greatest and the first of three visions, which defined clearly to me our role in the Shepherds of Christ Movement. Jesus defines clearly the role of Fr. Carter in this great mission given to him by the Father.

For Fr. Carter from Jesus:

Jesus:  To him who has eyes to see, they will see - not with earthly vision, but with the eyes of faith, and to him who has ears to hear, he will hear with the fluttering of the Spirit moving within him.

I am the Way, the Truth, and the Life. I am the Almighty God. I say to the rocks to fall and they fall and to the grass, grow, and it grows, and to the sun, shine, and it shines. I give to you My love in these letters. Filled with My love, you will conquer this earth, not with weapons and powder or force, but with fires of My love. The fire will wipe out the hatred in the cold hearts and the earth will be covered with My celestial light. The earth will rock and I will appear in the heavens adorned in power and glory and the contrite hearts will be saved. I came to separate the sheep from the goats, the light from the darkness. I come and no one pays Me heed.

To you, My beloved son, Father Carter, I have sent you on a mission to spread this fire that will cover this earth. The hearts of men will turn from their sick and desolate ways to hearts gentle as a little lamb.

There will be one flock and one Shepherd and My staff will rule over all. Hearts consecrated to Our Hearts will lead the light across the earth. This light will be a light of intense brightness, brighter and hotter than any light from a flame. It will be the fire of God's love. The Spirit will move in the hearts of all consecrated to My Heart, and you will know how fire truly spreads, for the love of God is a fire. It is vibrant. It is encompassing. It is smoldering, burning deep within and speedily spreading on the outside. No fire on this earth can ever describe the burning embers that burn from the Sacred Heart of Jesus. No fire burns like the fires coming from My Heart and hearts filled with the love from the Sacred Heart of Jesus.

I have written your name, Fr. Carter, in My Heart, never ever to be blotted out and this earth will be renewed with the fire of God's love through you. You are My beloved priest-son, forever, according to the order of Melchizedek. Most holy and most sacred are your hands that consecrate the Host and write My precious newsletter for My beloved priest-sons. You are never unguarded. You are held within the deepest chamber of My Heart, and you will spread My love to the priest-sons of this earth.

I am Jesus. You will spread My love to all souls on this earth. I love you with the tenderest burning love. I am Jesus, your beloved Savior.

                R. Come to me Holy Spirit Possess my Soul

Song: Your Presence Pervades My Soul –

Excerpt from Response to God's Love by Fr. Edward Carter, S.J.

... In reference to Christianity, God himself is the ultimate mystery. Radically, God is completely other and transcendent, hidden from man in his inner life, unless he chooses to reveal himself. Let us briefly look at this inner life of God.

The Father, in a perfect act of self-expression, in a perfect act of knowing, generates his son. The Son, the Word, is, then, the immanent expression of God's fullness, the reflection of the Father. Likewise, from all eternity, the Father and the Son bring forth the Holy Spirit in a perfect act of loving.

At the destined moment in human history, God's self-expression, the Word, immersed himself into man's world. God's inner self-expression now had also become God's outer self-expression. Consequently, the mystery of God becomes the mystery of Christ. In Christ, God tells us about himself, about his inner life, about his plan of creation and redemption. He tells us how Father, Son, and Holy Spirit desire to dwell within us in the most intimate fashion, how they wish to share with us their own life through grace. All this he has accomplished and does accomplish through Christ.

                From Blue Book 11

April 23, 1996 - 5:00 a.m.

In the Deepest Chamber

R. I am consumed with love for God. I am learning each day more and more the meaning of love. He teaches me about love, in all those I encounter. I love God with all my heart and all my soul and I become one in Him. To be one in Him, I cannot help but love all others. I love them with a deeper love, the more I dwell in His Heart. As I am one in Him, I feel His love for them.

I love deeply those who He deeply loves. My love for them is deeper as I love through His Heart.

I taught Fr. Carter’s class tonight and they were so indifferent, hearing about the rosary and the love of God. This made me want to tell them, with the deepest heart, about His love for them.

I go to the deepest chamber of His Heart. I first go to the heart of Our Lady. She is so pure and so filled with love and she places me in the deepest, hottest chamber for it is there she dwells. In this deep, deep chamber, I unite with My heavenly Father. All this takes place in an enveloping presence of the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit permeates my soul and I feel the fire of God’s love. It is there I pray. I unite to the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass and I know graces and mercies are spilled out for it is no longer me praying, but God praying in me. All I ask for, He will answer, according to His will.

I dwell in this deepest chamber of His Heart, for it is there I am consumed with burning love, love for all. It is there I see with eyes unveiled, see through the eyes of God. I look out at the world and I see through His eyes. I see the people, each special child of the Father and Mary, afraid and in such great need of His love. I feel the pain in His Heart, He wants to receive love from the souls and He is rejected, but His response to them is always - burning love.

Jesus has placed me here to see through His eyes, to love with His Heart, to pray as He prays in me. It is no longer I who live, but He Who lives in me.

I am His dear servant. I serve Him best as I am one in Him - one mind and one heart. What a place to be, one in the Heart of Jesus!

In His Heart there is no division. His Heart is forever filled with consuming, burning love.

I love as I love through Him. I see as I see through His eyes. I am as I am in Him. I pray as I dwell in Him and unite to the Masses going on around the world.

I tell Him my love and outpour all the love I have to Him, to help make up for the rejection by so many.

I am yours, Lord, wholly and completely and I place my trust in You.

Raging Fire of His Love

Notes:

R. I go to the whitest, hottest chamber of Jesus’ Heart. I unite to the Father. I am permeated by the Holy Spirit. I unite to the consecrated host in this deepest center as it is raised during the Mass.

I hear the burning, raging fire of His love, it is a roar.

I know You, Jesus, in this rosary

Jesus said in the Gospel, “you stiff-necked people - you circumcise your hearts.”

I have been praying, going to this deepest center of Jesus’ Heart, united to the Father and the Holy Spirit - there in the Heart of Mary.

Galatians 2:19-20

...I have been crucified with Christ and yet I am alive; yet it is no longer I, but Christ living in me.

Jesus: I am love. I have come to you in a special way this evening. I am calling you to open wide your hearts and let Me enter deeply into your heart. I love you with the deepest love. You do not trust and you do not thank Me for the great gifts that I have given to you. So few souls come to Me with burning love. They come and they recite words and I am longing for such love from you. Come to My Heart, My beloved ones, and let Me bathe you in My burning love. I am Jesus, on fire for love of you.

The Agony in the Garden

Jesus: Enter into the heart of My Mother, the heart of pure and tender love and feel the Holy Spirit fill you deeply with His love. As you are purified more in the heart of My Mother, ome to My Heart, come into the white heat of My love. It is there, My dear ones, that you will unite with the Father’s love. It is this vision that will set you free. Come to the whitest, deepest chamber of My Heart and feel the presence of the Almighty God. I am truly present with you and in this room.

R. The Almighty God is present. Bow to your Savior, His majesty, King, and unite in this white chamber with the Holy Eucharist, with the Sacrifice of the Mass being offered throughout the world as the priest raises the host in the deepest chamber of the Heart of Jesus. Unite with the Sacrifice of Calvary sacramentally made present in the Mass. Jesus gave Himself for love of us on Calvary and Jesus gives us Himself now in the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass.

1. Jesus: I want such intimacy with My beloved souls. You hold yourself closed and you search for love in this world and I am waiting for you to come and to be so close to Me. This is a rosary that you will long remember. If you open your heart I will touch you in a special way. Release all of the anxieties in your life and be present to Me. Forget everything that you carry and feel the presence of the Almighty God. Such completeness and joy within your being! You are free and you are wrapped in My love.

2. Jesus: This is your place of refuge, the deepest chamber of My Heart, for around you, you will suffer many things that will cause you suffering and you will go to My Heart in the deepest chamber for your refuge. Come now, come to the red room. Let the world quiet around you and feel the presence of the Almighty God: Father, Son and Holy Spirit, within your heart. Hear the roar of the fire from My burning love. You are wrapped in an embrace – a Divine embrace of My love. I am Jesus. Feel this presence for all eternity and you will know peace, love and joy. Completeness, you will know, the fire of God’s love.

3. R. Jesus knelt in the Garden – Jesus Christ, the Son of God-made-Man and His Heart was filled with this burning love. So far beyond our imagination! The Heart that is love and He saw before Him today all of the souls and so many would forget Him and neglect Him. Many treat Him with such disrespect. Many use His name in vain and they pridefully march about this earth seeking pleasure speaking God’s name in vain. Jesus knew all this anguish in the garden and His Heart was in such pain for He is love. Think of how it is to love someone with all your heart and be treated with such hatred and disrespect. To be cursed at, spit on, slapped – Jesus’ Heart on fire for all men, knelt in the garden and He knew every sin of every man for all time vividly, in every detail. Every hatred, the vilest deed committed and His Heart was in such anguish that He sweat blood.

4. R. Jesus allows us to go through suffering in our lives today and we wonder why. We say, Jesus, for You I will do anything...and then He gives us suffering and we walk around and we complain. Our mouth and our heart do not always match. It is in great suffering that we unite deeper and deeper to the Heart of Jesus. Everything that we experience in our life today He is allowing, that we may join closer and closer to Him in deeper love. Every single thing that happens in our life, He allows and it is in staying rooted to Him that we learn lessons – lessons about Him.

5. Jesus: The trial that you experience in your life this day is a great gift from Me, in living in that trial according to the Father’s will – you can grow in greater holiness and love.

6. R. He said, “Father, if it is possible, remove this cup from Me”, but He complied to the Father’s will and out of greatest love for us, Jesus gave Himself.

7. R. God gives us a sharing in His life in baptism. We carry out His life, death and resurrection in our lives. He loves through us. He serves through us. He helps others through us. We are His hands and we are His feet. Jesus lives today and He lives and acts in us.

8. Jesus: Satan will get you focused on little details that are of no account. You must ward against the workings of satan. He uses your minds to get you focused on such foolish things. I am waiting for the words of love recited from your mouth. Tell Me of your love. Do not listen to those words that confuse you in your minds. Come to My Heart and I will set you free.

9. R. He knelt there in the garden and the apostles slept.

10. Hail Mary

Jesus is Scourged at the Pillar

Jesus: I call you to surrender, My dear ones. There are many things in this world that are not of your liking. Do not fight, accept those things that I send to you that you will grow more in your love. I am teaching you in all the trials that you are experiencing. I am Jesus. I am there with you at every moment. I know your every thought. I know every desire in your heart. You cannot hide from Me. Trust Me. I am with you at every moment.

R. Most Sacred Heart of Jesus, I place my trust in Thee!

1. R. The tabernacle door opens and in it we behold the Almighty God. Jesus is truly present in this room with us now. Let us meditate on His presence with us. The same as the day that He stood at the Pillar and was beaten, He is in this room. What a great gift He gives to us. How do we thank Him for this gift?

2. R. My dear Jesus, I see the cold hearts in this world. I see the vileness on the television and what the little children are being taught and how few children are told of Your immense love for them. You commanded us to love God and to love one another, yet so many have excluded You completely from their lives. I want to help make reparation for my sins and the sins of all men.

3. R. God controls our every breath and our every heartbeat. He is the Creator and we are the creatures, subject to Him. We realize that at any moment that we could be snatched from this earth, yet we pridefully strut about the earth and do as we please. Let us pray for ourselves and all those that are so blind this day, that they have forgotten God and have excluded Him from their lives. Let us pray to God in union with the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass for an outpouring of grace for those souls whose hearts have turned dark.

4. R. Jesus stood at the pillar and they raised the instruments and they beat Him and His flesh was torn. His body was mangled, the blood flew in the air and His Heart still burning with love for each and every soul. Let us go to the Heart of Jesus and know this love, the love that He has, that He was crucified and gave Himself on the cross for us.

5. R. As we know more Jesus’ love, as we are filled with Jesus’ love and become one in Jesus, Jesus loves through us in the world today. God commands us to do two things: to love God and to love each other as ourselves. Jesus showed us that He loved us so, that He allowed them to beat and tear His flesh.

6. R. My Jesus, it is an act of the will when I am taunted and I am distracted, when I am confused and when I do not know where to turn, it is an act of my will to go to the whitest chamber in Your Heart and to unite with the Father, Son and Holy Spirit. I must put aside all of the thoughts in my mind that are distracting me and go to this refuge, this room where I know there is endless love, which wraps around me and sets me free, for if I am living only to love God and to do His will I know that You are protecting me during all the trials, when I seem so alone sometimes. It is in Your Heart that I find refuge. When the world caves in around me I go into Your Heart and I am lost in Your love.

7. R. We must discipline our thoughts and go to Jesus when we are troubled. What good does it do us to fight the Plan of God?

Jesus: My beloved ones, to ponder and focus on the problems in your life. Does this relieve the problem? Come to Me. I am the Almighty God. I can do all things and I will help you in your trials.

8. R. See Jesus, tied at the Pillar and beaten raw and look into His eyes and see the eyes that burn with love. Even though He was beaten, His eyes are gentle and kind. He does not holler back at the men, He looks at them with love. He came to show us the way.

Jesus: You are My hands and you are My feet. You are My Heart in this world today. As you love, I will love through you. Let your heart be pure and focused always on My ways. I am with you until the end of time. You have nothing to fear but the fear of sin, for I am with you at every second.

9. Jesus: In the deepest and darkest night I am with you in your suffering. I was beaten at the Pillar for My love of you. I am with you this day.

10. Song: I Love You Jesus

Jesus: Many things this day are not to your liking. Surrender and know that in that trial you will learn more and more how to be as the Father intends you to be: loving, kind and gentle.

The Crowning with Thorns

Jesus: There will be one flock and one shepherd. The way to My Heart is through My Mother’s heart. She is the keeper of My Heart. I bid you to go to the loving heart of My Mother and to come into the deepest chamber of My Heart. It is there that you will know the Father’s love. Minute by minute, I am attentive to all of your needs. You must surrender and trust. It is in your trust that I pour out My love to you.

1. R. They pounded into His head a sharp crown of piercing thorns. Think of how it would be to sit still while the people that you loved so dearly pounded into your head a crown of thorns.

2. R. What is our problem that we cannot understand the small trials that He gives us this day? That we stay so focused on such incidental matters when He tells us how He is truly present at every second and He is telling us to surrender and instead of worrying, to tell Him how we love Him, for He is the Almighty God! He has all the power and going to Him will truly set us free.

3. R. Many this day have turned their backs on God and Mary cries out for the souls that will go to hell at every second. When we love we are helping souls to know Jesus. Jesus is love. Jesus has called us to do this work to help souls to get to heaven by giving our lives as a sacrifice for souls. Whatever it is, if it is eating or sleeping or loving, it is an offering, if we operate as the Father wills. Why do we hold back and not give our lives to the Father as a sacrifice, an offering, for this will help souls. It is the intention to give our lives, all that we do, to the Father, in union with the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass, to help grace to be released for the souls Jesus died for.

4. R. Jesus shows us how He gave. They pounded into His head a sharp crown of thorns and the blood ran down His face and into His eyes and His ears and He withstood this treatment for within was a Heart filled with burning love for His beloved souls. Can we not this day offer up our daily activities in union with the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass for the souls of our brothers?

5. R. The angel at Fatima said to offer everything we do as a sacrifice for souls. Mary showed the three children the vision of hell and the children, so little, were horrified. Why do we close our eyes and not realize that it is really important that we join our lives to the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass for grace for the souls. By uniting our lives to the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass and offering it to the Father we will help in every activity that we perform, our lives become so important for grace to be released on the Church and the world. It is through Jesus’ death that we have life. We offer our lives as a sacrifice that many will be saved, we pray for God’s saving grace to be released.

6. R. Jesus shed His blood for the souls. Jesus asks us to love, for He lives in this world through us.

7. R. They hollered every ugly word against Jesus. God, who is all worthy of all our love and you think this is so terrible, but look at how Jesus is treated today – Jesus is ignored and forgotten by many. You cannot even speak His word to some because their hearts have turned to hearts of stone. Jesus comes with a kind and generous Heart, always ready to take the souls back, for He loves them. Let us pray fervently for so many souls on this earth today whose hearts have turned to stone. Jesus gave His blood for them!

8. R. Jesus ascended into heaven and left the apostles here to carry out His work, He gave us the Church – We as member of the mystical body of Christ are united in carrying out the work Christ began.

9. R. The richest source of grace that is released is in the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass. When we unite to the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass and offer our lives as a sacrifice to the Father, we can help souls. Pray they will receive grace and turn from their sinful ways.

10. Hail Mary

Jesus Carries His Cross

R. But I just wish that this hadn’t happened. Why did this happen? I felt so good and then this happened. What is the cross that Jesus gives you to carry this day? Do we not realize that the greatest sacrifice that was ever offered was that Jesus gave Himself on the cross for us and He rose on the 3rd day? When we accept the trials that we experience and unite them to the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass, the grace flows on this earth. God wants our lives given in love, doing the Father’s will.

1. Jesus: I give to you sufferings today. How do you accept the sufferings I give to you? It is in the suffering that you will know My life. Your life, a constant death and resurrection, constant dying and rising to new life – in each suffering you receive an abundant share in My life.

2. R. Jesus fell to the earth and the cross fell on Him. His face hit the ground and He could hardly get up but His Heart was filled with love. Love is an energy that helps us to move even under the most duress. Jesus, under the cross, got up three times because of His love for us.

3. R. “Lord, let me walk that last mile in Your shoes, under the weight of the wood.”

4. R. “How do we walk the last mile under the weight of the wood?” Do we complain? Do we realize that in carrying the cross we are given great graces for ourselves and for others?

5. R. Jesus’ eyes peered into the eyes of His beloved Mother. In that embrace was the deep love between His Heart and her heart. Jesus saw her face reddened and covered with tears and she saw His face covered with blood. But we do not realize how much love Jesus and Mary have for us. Let us focus on the sight that Mary saw when she looked into the eyes of her beloved Son: See clearly before you, that face of Jesus, for this is reality – that the Son of God came to this earth and He gave Himself for love of man and He is crying out to each one of us in this room to spread His love. The world is sick and in pain and many are dying and dropping into hell. What do we do to wake the dead? What He asks us to do is so simple. He asks us to love God and love one another as ourselves and offer our daily activities as a sacrifice, in union with the Mass. Many do not have time for our beloved Jesus. But, we see His face on the ground and we see Him hang from the cross and I hear Him cry out, “Tell them, Rita, tell them, tell them.” Do you know what it is to hear the voice of Jesus call out, “Tell them, Rita, tell them Rita, tell them.” Do you know what it is to hear the voice of Jesus call out, “I am alive, I am alive, I am alive”, and no one pays heed.

Jesus: I gave Myself for love of you. I am Jesus Christ, the Son of God. This is an urgent message to every person in this room. I am longing for your love. I want to be one in you, to live in you, to touch the hardened hearts through you this day. I am God and I am speaking to you.

6. R. Do you know what it is to see the face of our beloved Mother before you and to hear her say that souls will go to hell and to beg and to beg – this is our heavenly Mother that is talking to us. Let our hearts be moved to love God with our whole heart, our whole soul and our whole being and to love our neighbor that they may see His life alive in us, to be fearless soldiers to march on the world and to carry the banner of His love in the darkness.

7. R. They spit on Him and the blood ran all over His body. Jesus was beaten all over His body and then He carried the heavy cross and fell to the ground. They pulled Him up and kicked Him and forced Him to move on and we say, “but I can’t love this day, that person is just mean to me”, and the Heart of Jesus is burning love.

8. R. It is all in our hearts. How many hearts are shut down. The life of God lives within our hearts. If the heart is cut off from the vine it has no life and it withers and dies. So many of Mary’s children this day are wandering down the dark street looking for pleasure to fill themselves and their hearts are like stone.

9. Hail Mary

10. R. Like ripples on a pond, love radiates. God works in us when we become one in Him and when He touches the heart of someone through us it spreads speedily, like a burning fire, for His love is on fire for souls.

Jesus is Crucified and Dies on the Cross

R. Lord, let me walk that last mile in Your shoes. When Jesus is one with us, all of our actions are magnified with the might of the Almighty God. In one small act of loving, it reverberates and touches so many hearts. We do not know the seeds that we plant even when we go to the store, but at every moment we are helping to bring down great grace in our Morning Offering as members of the body of Christ. When we are doing the Father’s will with love, it is a most heroic act - to love.

1. R. You cannot love too much. We are to love according to the Father’s will, Jesus’ Heart is a fire, far beyond our imagination. Let us pray to Him to give us the grace to love as He loves through us.

2. R. Love is self-giving for the good of the other, according to the Father’s will. Jesus showed us the greatest act of love when He spread His arms and He selflessly gave His all for love of us. In all of our acts today we carry out His life, death and resurrection in our lives. When we are united to the Mass, all day in our Morning Offering, it is a great act of love of God and others. In this simple act of love – thereis such grace released when we unite it to the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass.

3. R. The world will shine with the brightest light and hearts all over the world will love God with the most fervent love. Mary said at Fatima: The Sacred Heart of Jesus will Reign and the Immaculate Heart of Mary will triumph. We must consecrate our hearts to the Hearts of Jesus and Mary. We want God to dwell in us. We will carry out His love in our lives this day.

4. R. Mary stood beneath the cross and she watched her beloved Son. Just think for a moment, think of all the pain that Jesus suffered. Think of what it would be like to have nails pounded into your hands and your feet and your head crowned with thorns, and wounds all over your body, beaten with harsh instruments, drained of all of your blood and to hang on a cross for three agonizing hours.

But Jesus says to us, “My greatest sufferings were not what I experienced to My body but to My Heart, for I love the souls with the deepest love and I am forgotten and treated with such indifference.” Jesus would rather have one soul that loves Him with the deepest love than a million souls that have a cold love toward Him or love Him halfheartedly.

Jesus: Will you be that soul? Will you be the soul that warms My Heart? Will I hear the words from your lips all day as you go about your activities and you take those small moments and say, ‘Jesus, I love You.’ Will you march into this world and tell others how much you love Me that they too might think about how great the love of God is? You are My hands and you are My feet. My hands were pierced and My feet were pierced for love of you. I ask you now to lift yours in love of your brothers.

5. R. Let us join in one mind and one heart all together in the Hearts of Jesus and Mary and pray for this world that the grace and mercy of the Almighty God will reign on the earth.

6. Acts 7:51 - 8:1

‘You stubborn people, with uncircumcised hearts and ears. You are always resisting the Holy Spirit, just as your ancestors used to do. Can you name a single prophet your ancestors never persecuted? They killed those who foretold the coming of the Upright One, and now you have become his betrayers, his murderers. In spite of being given the Law through angels, you have not kept it.’

They were infuriated when they heard this, and ground their teeth at him.

But Stephen, filled with the Holy Spirit, gazed into heaven and saw the glory of God, and Jesus standing at God’s right hand. ‘Look! I can see heaven thrown open,’ he said, ‘and the Son of man standing at the right hand of God.’ All the members of the council shouted out and stopped their ears with their hands; then they made a concerted rush at him, thrust him out of the cityand stoned him. The witnesses put down their clothes at the feet of a young man called Saul. As they were stoning him, Stephen said in invocation, ‘Lord Jesus, receive my spirit.’ Then he knelt down and said aloud, ‘Lord, do not hold this sin against them.’ And with these words he fell asleep.

Saul approved of the killing.

R. In the First Reading this morning, Paul said that they are stiff-necked people and uncircumcised in hearts and ears. Jesus wants us to be in one mind and one heart with each other. We put up walls and keep ourselves away from one another. Jesus wants us to love each other as brothers and sisters with God as our Father and Mary as our Mother. St. Paul said we oppose the Holy Spirit and we are just like our ancestors.

7. R. Mary said at Fatima: “Until a sufficient number have consecrated their hearts to the Hearts of Jesus and Mary we will not have peace in this world.” Let us give our hearts in love to the Hearts of Jesus and Mary that we will be what Jesus wants us to be. That we will live in Him. He will use us to help light up the dark world. Jesus hung on the cross for three hours. Jesus’ body was the great light against the darkened sky. If we stay in union with Christ crucified, we will be a great light against the darkness in this world.

8. R. In the cross there is the Resurrection. Jesus comes and Jesus gives to us a sharing in His Divine life in baptism. The Sacred Heart of Jesus will Reign and the Immaculate Heart of Mary will triumph.

9. Song: See the Eyes that Look at Mary

R. Can we see as Mary looked into the eyes of Jesus? Can we see as Mary saw Jesus hang on the cross covered with blood and withered? Can we see as Mary saw her Son – His face covered with blood and His head crowned with thorns? Do you know how much Jesus loves us – that He died – He died for me.

10. Jesus: I call you, My beloved ones, to love God and love one another.

Love

(Before the Lady of Grace statue - glowing)

R. I go to the heart of Mary and the Holy Spirit in His permeating actions burns off all hatred, anger, division, and hurt. He cleanses me with a white beaming light (spear of light). I must stay closely connected to those I love. I cannot close myself off from them.

The devil knows this, he tries to create division in our hearts from those we love. Then we are cut off from our heart and feeling miserable.

To be in a state of love, I must love others. To have anger or division in my heart divides me from God. I know how wretched I feel.

In the heart of Mary, the Holy Spirit can work - if I let Him, to bend the stubborn heart and will. He melts the frozen and warms the chill.

I must especially feel at peace with those I deeply love or I am disconnected to my heart.

Jesus has given me a realization of loving more than one person deeply. I am joined in the deepest union with God with all those I deeply love.

Any division on the immediate front causes me great pain. I see the need to be closely in love with a few. These deep love relationships help me to love deeply the Heart of Jesus. Mary loves the Heart of Jesus the most. If I deeply fall in love with Mary I will deeply go to His Heart. The quickest way to fall in love with Mary is to pray the rosary.

Love relationships with others keeps me in my heart. If they are relationships rooted in God it can help me to love God more. God is the source of love. Sometimes God gives us periods when we must be alone with Him, when everyone else it seems has abandoned us. At these times He fills our hearts with His love. We must be patient and know that God intends us to love each other. When He wishes, we will receive love again from others.

Periods of dryness helps me realize that we are dependent on God and God loves me always. If love is as God wants, what I feel within me for others and them for me is a reflection of God’s love. Love must always be according to His will if it is genuine love. Love is giving of oneself to others for the good of the others.

We want to receive love in return, but if love is not returned we still love anyway, realizing how much God loves us. In order to deeply love others we must be willing to open our hearts to them. To open our hearts to others leaves us open to rejection. If we are rejected we must realize that God always is there with the deepest love.

God intends us to have deep love relationships with each other. Love is not lust, love is not self-seeking, love is giving, according to the will of God. We must be willing to be rejected when we open our hearts to another. We may suffer ridicule and pain. We should not become paralyzed if others reject us. Opening our hearts to another or others in deep love relationships helps us to love all others more deeply, if it is God’s will. Having relationships against God’s will, opposing God’s will is impure and we hurt others, ourselves and do not give in relationships where we are supposed to give.

Opening our hearts to others teaches us about love and helps us to grow in our love relationship with God, if it is according to God’s will.

His arms were open wide as He gave His all on the cross. We will love according to how willing we are to open up our arms, and give ourselves in a deep love relationship or relationships, always obeying God’s will for our relationships. We were meant to go through life loving one another. To love an isolated life makes us miserable. To love others against God’s will, stops us from giving love where God is calling us to give.

God is the author of love. He intends us to love Him, love each other and love ourselves. This is the Plan of loving from the Creator. To leave out one part is to miss love. All three work together in His Plan. Loving ourselves and others means we don’t engage in relationships inappropriate to what God calls us to do, like incest, homosexuality, adultery, etc. So you say, I want a love relationship, but I do not have one. Are you willing to realize that some things we do areunloving? To have a love relationship I must learn that loving is giving for the good of the other. Many love relationships fail because the whole reason for the relationship is to get love for themselves.

Love gives to the other. Love does not seek self. Love is always rooted in God, doing God’s will following God’s plan, not love relationships against the commandments. Love does not move forcefully ahead without thought of the consequences. Love is gentle and kind. Love is rooted in God and a great love of self. Love is not slavishly dependent on the other, codependent relationships.

In a healthy love relationship there must be a balance between giving love and receiving love. We must always realize that if the other chooses their freedom, we yield their choice. In marriage, however, and with children, the people involved have special rights. Love gives the other their freedom. Love is not self-seeking gratification. God is love. We learn about love by modeling our lives after the lives of Jesus and Mary.

I wanted to be loved. I searched and I found no one to comfort me. At long last I found the love of my life – He was always there waiting. No person could ever feed the craving in my soul but God. I finally realized that only a Divine Love would fill my soul.

I gave myself to Him and thus loved God deeper and deeper – I loved the Divine God. I wanted only Him and others did not compare to Him. At first I did not like to be around so many others, I just wanted to be alone with Him.

Then, He sent me a holy soul to love me and teach me His way of love. I couldn’t believe that God wanted me to be so close to another. I spiritually loved them with all my soul and I join in deepest love with the Heart of Jesus. My love with Jesus became so much deeper and so too my love with each and every living person.

There were times when love was tough. I wanted to close in and not love, but I found my love with Jesus was enhanced by loving the other. I was forced to love even when I felt I was not receiving love or sometimes felt rejected. I felt vulnerable. I felt scared sometimes and wanted to close my heart, but Jesus’ will for me was to work in this love relationship. Through the hard times I grew in my love with Jesus and the other. I love all men more and more because of my relationship with Jesus and the other.

If I closed myself off, even a little, I was not happy. I learned I had to love to be happy, even when I felt unloved. I learned I can’t be angry and love. Love and anger cannot coexist. I learned if I have division in my heart for any man, I cannot respond in love.

Then He sent me another to deeply love. I realized so much more that I must model my love after Him. God sends us others, outside our family, to love appropriately according to His will, others to trust, to be united to, to give to others for His honor and glory – it’s not selfish, slavish love, it’s love for God’s Plan.

I know we are to live in one mind and one heart. The whole world will be one when we let go of the hatred and anger in our hearts and dwell in Mary’s heart and Jesus’ Heart. Jesus is the way, the truth and the life. When I take another person’s heart into my heart I let go of anger against them, it can be tough love. I love as God wants me to love. I live in the truth, God is my all. God comes first. God fills me. This is the key to loving others and being one.

At Mass I take everyone into my heart and love and pray for them. I feel united to all in the Shepherds of Christ Movement all over the world. If I dwell in the Hearts of Jesus and Mary and you dwell in the Hearts of Jesus and Mary, then we are one in our hearts with each other.

There will be one flock and one Shepherd and we will live as one in Him: loving one another, as one happy family, with God as our Father, Mary as our Mother and Jesus as our brother, being led by the Spirit filled with the fire of God’s love.

Guiding Light - Reflect on the Word
Inspiring Homilies Covering Cycle B of the Liturgical Year (2011/2012)
$ 10.00

Guiding Light homily series — Reflect on the Word — Cycle B     The Word leaves an impression on our souls. In my thoughts and reflections are born a more tangible understanding of these eternal concepts presented in the Gospels and the readings. Anyone can read a sentence, but not anyone can absorb it's true meaning. Truth, in this day and age, is almost a matter of opinion or individual entitlement. We believe that Christ's truth is our Roman Catholic Church. We, as priests, champion it's teachings; we are ambassadors for the Pope and Christ to those faces looking at us. We are the light by which our congregation reads to reflect upon real truth and we do it hand in hand. $15

Guiding Light - Steadfast to the Son
Inspiring Homilies Covering Cycle A of the Liturgical Year
$ 10.00

Guiding Light homily series — Steadfast to the Son — Cycle A    The sunflower is a great example of how we should be steadfastly guided by light. What a powerful thought that this exceptional plant is not stuck in one pose day in and day out, yet adaptable and magnetized to the sun. We feel the same about our Son. Our heads turns to face Christ as each day presents its challenges to find light. We join together like plants in a field and soak up the Son through the pulpit. We are a warm circle of strength using the wind of our breath to carry our priests' words, Christ's words, to new rich soil. $15

Guiding Light - Focusing on the Word
Inspiring Homilies Covering Cycle B of the Liturgical Year
$ 10.00

Guiding Light — Focusing on the Word — Cycle B    At times we may feel that our path to Christ is a bit "out of focus". Like the disciples in the Book of Mark, this ordinary life clouds our vision of Christ's Divinity. We may doubt the practicality or possibility of applying His teachings and example to our modern life. Cycle B's homilies are a "guiding light" to help us realize Jesus' Messianic greatness and His promise of better things to come. $15

Guiding Light - Feed My Soul
Inspiring Homilies Covering Cycle C of the Liturgical Year
$ 10.00

Guiding Light — Feed My Soul — Cycle C    In a world rapidly advancing and encouraging personal gain, we are faced with modern problems. There is a challenge to find time in our busy schedules for Sunday Mass or a family meal. We are able to research, shop, bank and even work without hearing one human voice. It is no wonder that we may often feel disconnected and famished at our week's end. In Fr. Joe's third book of homilies from Cycle C, we are reminded of the charity that Christ intended us to show each other. We have a calling to turn the other cheek and be the Good Samaritan to others. We are rewarded with the Father's kingdom and love when we are not worthy. We are not left alone or hungry. $15

Audio CD - Read by Father Edward J. Carter
$ 10.00

Priestly Newsletter — 2000 #1 — CD.Christ is Our Strength — Fr. Edward Carter, S.J. read it the year he died. It is so beautiful. "This brief passage contains one of the greatest lessons of the spiritual life. As we progress along our spiritual journey, we become increasingly aware of how weak we are in our—selves, but how strong we are in Christ. To experience our weakness involves suffering. The degree and kind of suffering can vary. The suffering can include the experience of the classical dark night of the spirit as described by St. John of the Cross. One of the main purposes of the dark night is to make a person keenly aware of his or her helplessness without God." quote by Fr. Carter from the newsletter $10
