Feast of Our Lady of Guadalupe

                December 12, 2009

We are praying for the priests,
the Church and the world and to help
                make reparation for the sins
of the human race — our sins
                included.

                To not give into selfishness
to realize how fragile and short life is —
One minute and we can be snatched
                    from our seats —

To give and not to count the cost —
To walk in the footprints of Jesus —
To report for work — God's plan not ours —

Not wasting time in our lives —
                Today will never return —
                Living our vocation
                Praying for those suffering needing
                    prayers —

                Love is giving —
Humility is using God's gifts —
Thanking God for His gifts —

                Our willfulness can become a
                    god to us —

Making our will, opposed to God's
will, the molten calf we worship.

God has a Plan — are we living
                    His Plan or our will
                    doing what we want —

Little babies dying of disease —
                    suffering in sickness —

Disease and death because of the sin
                        of Adam —

                Parents suffer — baby 0 - 2 — sick —
                    then the baby dies —

Parents suffering —  maybe for the ones
                    aborting babies —

We are members of the human race —
God calls us to make reparation for
our sins and the sins of our brothers —

                    God wants the Newsletter
God wants the Priestly Mailing —
God wants the prayers in all languages
                        prayed

Father Carter tried hard to spread
prayer chapters to the world —
lots of effort — translating prayers —
                    Imprimatur — getting slips
                    back from people for prayer
                    chapters —

                Covering all states with the
                    prayer chapters

The work we put into this brings blessing
                    down on us —

Be positive — move ahead and keep doing
it — like Fr. Carter —

                Don't forget this — like we aren't
all called to pray the prayers and
                    begin prayer chapters —

We need this prayer to do what He
                    wants —

We need the Apostles of the Eucharistic
                    Heart of Jesus

Jesus wants the book sent out to as
                    many as possible

We need to spread the Morning Offering and
                    rosary from
                    Tiny Tot, priest, elderly —

                Prayer is the answer

Consecrating our hearts to Jesus and Mary
Praying for vocations to all 7 categories —

                Praying for people to return
                    to the Church —

We have this day to live to build
                    the Kingdom —

To pray for our ministries —
To spread the great news about the
                    Catholic Church —

God has asked us to sell this
                    message —

Like a peddler selling fruit —
We sell fruit for the Kingdom —

                We have faith —
                We trust in God

We say "yes" to our vocation
                    like Mary —

We are God's servants and handmaids
                    and apostles

Excerpt of The Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius, by Louis J. Puhl, S.J. P.60-61

136. THE FOURTH DAY

        A MEDITATION ON TWO STANDARDS

The one of Christ, our supreme leader and lord,
the other of Lucifer, the deadly enemy of our
human nature

PRAYER.   The usual preparatory prayer.

window at a former Jesuit Seminary

137. FIRST PRELUDE.   This is the history. Here it will be that Christ calls and wants all beneath His standard, and Lucifer, on the other hand, wants all under his.

138. SECOND PRELUDE.   This is a mental representation of the place. It will be here to see a great plain, comprising the whole region about Jerusalem, where the sovereign Commander-in-Chief of all the good is Christ our Lord; and another plain about the region of Babylon, where the chief of the enemy is Lucifer.

139. THIRD PRELUDE.   This is to ask for what I desire. Here it will be to ask for a knowledge of the deceits of the rebel chief and help to guard myself against them; and also to ask for a knowledge of the true life exemplified in the sovereign and true Commander, and the grace to imitate Him.

FIRST PART

THE STANDARD OF SATAN

140. FIRST POINT.   Imagine you see the chief of all the enemy in the vast plain about Babylon, seated on a great throne of fire and smoke, his appearance inspiring horror and terror.

141. SECOND POINT.   Consider how he summons innumerable demons, and scatters them, some to one city and some to another, throughout the whole world, so that no province, no place, no state of life, no individual is overlooked.

142. THIRD POINT.   Consider the address he makes to them, how he goads them on to lay snares for men and bind them with chains. First they are to tempt them to covet riches (as Satan himself is accustomed to do in most cases) that they may the more easily attain the empty honors of this world, and then come to overweening pride.

The first step, then, will be riches, the second honor, the third pride. From these three steps the evil one leads to all other vices.

SECOND PART

THE STANDARD OF CHRIST

143.   In a similar way, we are to picture to ourselves the sovereign and true Commander, Christ our Lord.

144. FIRST POINT.   Consider Christ our Lord, standing in a lowly place in a great plain about the region of Jerusalem, His appearance beautiful and attractive.

145. SECOND POINT.   Consider how the Lord of all the world chooses so many persons, apostles, disciples, etc., and sends them throughout the whole world to spread His sacred doctrine among all men, no matter what their state or condition.

146. THIRD POINT.   . . .

Prayer from St. Ignatius

Lord, teach me to be generous.
Teach me to serve you as you deserve;
To give and not to count the cost;
To fight and not to heed the wounds;
To toil and not to seek for rest;
To labor and not to ask for any reward,
Save that of knowing
that I am doing your will.

Sorrowful Mysteries

                Agony in the Garden

                (1) Jesus sweat blood for our sins —

                (2) Jesus the Divine God paid the price
                        for our sins

                (3) Faith and love are the most
                        important of the Christian
                        virtues because they assimilate
                        us to God's life —

                (4) We see how God tested Abraham's
faith — We see Christ Jesus' love
for us to suffer as He did

                (5) God's life is a life of divine knowing
                        and divine loving —

                (6) The more we study the life of Christ —
His word — His death and
                        His resurrection — the more
                        we know His love.

                (7) Mary has asked us to pray the
                        rosary to do this —
St. Ignatius gives us the Spiritual
                        Exercises

                    Through Christian faith and love
                        we participate in these
                        Trinitarian operations.

                (8) Modern Christians do not live
                        in an atmosphere conducive
                        to faith —

                (9) Read that Chapter on Faith

Hebrews Chapter 11

Only faith can guarantee the blessings that we hope for, or prove the existence of realities that are unseen. It is for their faith that our ancestors are acknowledged.

It is by faith that we understand that the ages were created by a word from God, so that from the invisible the visible world came to be.

It was because of his faith that Abel offered God a better sacrifice than Cain, and for that he was acknowledged as upright when God himself made acknowledgement of his offerings. Though he is dead, he still speaks by faith.

It was because of his faith that Enoch was taken up and did not experience death: he was no more, because God took him; because before his assumption he was acknowledged to have pleased God. Now it is impossible to please God without faith, since anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and rewards those who seek him.

It was through his faith that Noah, when he had been warned by God of something that had never been seen before, took care to build an ark to save his family. His faith was a judgement on the world, and he was able to claim the uprightness which comes from faith.

It was by faith that Abraham obeyed the call to set out for a country that was the inheritance given to him and his descendants, and that he set out without knowing where he was going. By faith he sojourned in the Promised Land as though it were not his, living in tents with Isaac and Jacob, who were heirs with him of the same promise. He looked forward to the well–founded city, designed and built by God.

It was equally by faith that Sarah, in spite of being past the age, was made able to conceive, because she believed that he who had made the promise was faithful to it. Because of this, there came from one man, and one who already had the mark of death on him, descendants as numerous as the stars of heaven and the grains of sand on the seashore which cannot be counted.

All these died in faith, before receiving any of the things that had been promised, but they saw them in the far distance and welcomed them, recognising that they were only strangers and nomads on earth. People who use such terms about themselves make it quite plain that they are in search of a homeland. If they had meant the country they came from, they would have had the opportunity to return to it; but in fact they were longing for a better homeland, their heavenly homeland. That is why God is not ashamed to be called their God, since he has founded the city for them.

It was by faith that Abraham, when put to the test, offered up Isaac. He offered to sacrifice his only son even though he had yet to receive what had been promised, and he had been told: Isaac is the one through whom your name will be carried on. He was confident that God had the power even to raise the dead; and so, figuratively speaking, he was given back Isaac from the dead.

It was by faith that this same Isaac gave his blessing to Jacob and Esau for the still distant future. By faith Jacob, when he was dying, blessed each of Joseph’s sons, bowed in reverence, as he leant on his staff. It was by faith that, when he was about to die, Joseph mentioned the Exodus of the Israelites and gave instructions about his own remains.

It was by faith that Moses, when he was born, was kept hidden by his parents for three months; because they saw that he was a fine child; they were not afraid of the royal edict. It was by faith that, when he was grown up, Moses refused to be known as the son of Pharaoh’s daughter and chose to be ill–treated in company with God’s people rather than to enjoy the transitory pleasures of sin. He considered that the humiliations offered to the Anointed were something more precious than all the treasures of Egypt, because he had his eyes fixed on the reward. It was by faith that he left Egypt without fear of the king’s anger; he held to his purpose like someone who could see the Invisible. It was by faith that he kept the Passover and sprinkled the blood to prevent the Destroyer from touching any of their first–born sons. It was by faith they crossed the Red Sea as easily as dry land, while the Egyptians, trying to do the same, were drowned.

It was through faith that the walls of Jericho fell down when the people had marched round them for seven days. It was by faith that Rahab the prostitute welcomed the spies and so was not killed with the unbelievers.

What more shall I say? There is not time for me to give an account of Gideon, Barak, Samson, Jephthah, or of David, Samuel and the prophets. These were men who through faith conquered kingdoms, did what was upright and earned the promises. They could keep a lion’s mouth shut, put out blazing fires and emerge unscathed from battle. They were weak people who were given strength to be brave in war and drive back foreign invaders. Some returned to their wives from the dead by resurrection; and others submitted to torture, refusing release so that they would rise again to a better life. Some had to bear being pilloried and flogged, or even chained up in prison. They were stoned, or sawn in half, or killed by the sword; they were homeless, and wore only the skins of sheep and goats; they were in want and hardship, and maltreated. They were too good for the world and they wandered in deserts and mountains and in caves and ravines. These all won acknowledgement through their faith, but they did not receive what was promised, since God had made provision for us to have something better, and they were not to reach perfection except with us.

                (10) There is so much disbelief
                        in the mystery of faith
                        today —

                Scourging at the Pillar

                (1) Christianity today is not publicly
                        supported by society

Thus we must pray to God to increase
                        our faith to pray the
                        rosary and really meditate in
                        these sorrowful mysteries
                        God's love for us —

                (2) To look into the bloodied face of
Jesus and see how He really
suffered in pain in body and
                        Heart for our sins —

                (3) Why do we return such little
love - little emotion to God who
loves us so much and wants our love
given to Him and to others —

                (4) How can we ignore the white heat of
His love — His constancy with us —
His giving in the Mass — the
                        sacraments, the priest and act
like we have no heart — no
                        emotions for Jesus —

                (5) Don't we want to make reparation
in these days of retreat to Jesus —
to tell Him we appreciate His
                        bitter passion, Baptism, the Eucharist,
                        Confession, the priest

                (6) Jesus is love —
Do we give Jesus cold hearts,
                            lack of heartfelt love?

                (7) Open up your heart and love Jesus
                        first as we were commanded
                        to do —

How can we ignore Jesus' personal
love - given in the Blue Books —
                        these writings

Act like cold fish — like He doesn't
                        really know our hearts

                (8) Look now at the bloodied face of
Jesus — His beaten body covered
                        in blood —

                (9) Sing: Jesus, My Lord, My God, My All

                (10) Sing: A Song from Jesus

                Crowning with Thorns

                (1) Do you know the pain of
                        thorns pounded into your
                        head —

Pain shooting up His arms and
                        legs

                (2) From the Apostles Manual

June 26, 1995

The Pain - Naples, Florida

R. He spread His arms, He gave His all, Jesus, the Son of God, the greatest sacrifice, He gave Himself entirely for the good of all men. He opened His arms, He died on the cross.

His arms were covered with blood, His arms so weak and filled with pain, wounded. His arms, the pain shot up His arms and the final blow to each arm a nail through each precious hand.

All the agony He experienced, all the pain, and the crown, to each arm, a nail hammered into the hand.

All the nerves cut and severed by the nail, the pain shooting up His precious arms, the final blow given to His most precious members.

The legs that carried Him, that carried the heavy cross, the legs that were forced and cajoled, that continues to Calvary - the legs weakened, skinned, bleeding, beaten, burned, the legs that knew patience and perseverance, the legs connected to a sore foot that was rubbed and gashed and bleeding, the members of Jesus, filled with such pain and exhaustion, now is crowned with the final glory. The nail that was driven into the foot, the pain shot up this already weakened leg, covered with blood and wounds and pain, the final blow, the nerves severed by the hammered nail.

A blow to each hand, a blow to each foot, a blow to the head, a stamping that pressed down and continued in excruciating pain.

Jesus: They numbered all My bones. They gave Me vinegar and gall to drink. They gave Me a cloth to wipe My blood-covered flesh.

What did they give to Me? Love is giving, My dear ones. How many of you are wounded when you are not given things by your brothers you love?

My members were in such pain, the pain shot up My arms. My legs were so weak I could scarce move them. I was filled with pain within them.

To all who watched, they saw a man, weakened and covered with blood and wounds. They did not see the pain inside that shot up My legs and arms, the nerves inside My body that sent signals of deep pain to My central nervous system. They did not see the nerves inside sending pain signals everywhere.

The final blow being to each hand and foot, the severing of My nerves by the blunt and rusted nails.

An arm extended. A final blow. I beheld a nail pounded into My hand and the pain shot up My arms, unbearable to a human mind.

Do you know of the pain within My body? Signals sending messages of deep pain everywhere. I knew all of these sufferings in the garden. So great were the sufferings to My mind, I sweat blood.

My flesh was covered with wounds. My arms were stretched from their sockets. My body was beaten and bleeding, every inch of My body covered with deep wounds. But, My loved ones, you miss the depth of My love. My wounds were so deep, but the final wound, the pounding of the nails in My hands and feet, a severing of the nerves, an ending of the deepest pain, to experience even deeper pain, beyond your human comprehension, it was done to the Almighty God, a Divine Person, I suffered the final blow to each member.

The pounding in the hands and feet, the crown to each member, and they numbered all My bones. My nerves a network of pain running throughout My entire body.

The pain within the body, the pain recorded in My loving head, the pain sent by a network of nerves in My body, now records the final blows, the nails in the hands and feet, the pain being recorded from every thorn that pierced My skull, every gash to My body, the pain, the pain, the pain - a network of signals and pain, running through My body and the final hour, the pains recorded on the cross, arms outstretched - a surrendering to all pain. I surrendered to a body laden with pain.

You focus on your little problems, your little aches and pains. You discuss them and show the world your pin pricks and sufferings.

Do you want to know holiness and love? They gave Me vinegar mixed with gall. This was their offering. They gave Me a cross. They crowned My head with a crown of thorns.

This, My dear ones, is suffering, My beloved souls, I gave My life for and this is their return.

A severing of My nerves, the final blows to all the aches and pains recorded in My nervous system. This was one of the final blows - the rusted nails pounded into My hands.

You will feel little aches and pains in your hands and feet to remind you of this message. Your understanding of the immense pain within will deepen. What was visible to the eye on My battered body was nothing compared to the pains within. I gave My all. I gave My insides, My mind, My Heart, wounded for the love of men.

All functions in the body were stopped.

The final curtain, blood and water pouring out from My Heart, show that all functions of the body had ended.

R. All signals that carried messages of immense pain had ended, the final act of surrender for God to die to this human body and surrender His flesh.

Jesus: And end, a beginning, the water and blood flowed from My Heart, the beginning of My life in the Church, life flowing into your spirit.

R. Come give me life, abundant life. I thirst to be with Thee.

Jesus: My blood was spent. My human flesh and blood offered as the sacrifice, the sacrifice of Calvary is now made present at every Mass.

An end, a beginning, and the grace and life flow through the sacraments in the Church. My life flows to you in the Mass. Mary, the Mediatrix of all grace, stands by the side of the altar and the grace flows from the Father, through My body offered up as a sacrifice in the Holy Spirit, given through the Mothership of Mary to you in the Church.

You stand under the cross with My Mother and you receive the gift given, My Body, My Blood.

                (3) From the Apostles Manual - The Pain continues

R. Man is reconciled with the Father through the Divine Person, Jesus Christ, and you receive His life poured out to you as Calvary is made present in the unbloody sacrifice of Jesus Christ.

Do you feel the graces poured out to you at this sacrifice of the Son of God at every Mass? Do you feel the presence of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit and Mary, all the angels and saints, and the souls in purgatory? Do you feel united as one at the sacrifice of Calvary sacramentally made present upon the altar through the priest? The priest who now puts on Christ and through Him the dispenser of this life given to man.

Jesus: Oh, My beloved ones, love so dearly your priest. Give him such reverence. He is the chosen instrument of God and you treat him with such ordinariness. You are so blind and so dumb in your ways.

And they numbered all My bones. Each nerve carrying a message of My love of mankind, each member in My Church carrying a special message, all united as one working in harmony according to the Father's will, each carrying a message of love to one another.

The body is many members, you are the messengers of My love. Christ is the head. The message does not flow as it should when some are cut off from the Head.

They nailed My hands and feet and My nerves were severed by the nails, such pain, undescribable in words, the severing of My nerves from the body, the severing of many members from the body of Christ.

My Body given for all on the cross, the network of nerves within carrying the messages of My love to all mankind. My body covered on the outside with blood and wounded, the pain recorded within.

Your Church, covered with blood on the outside, the slaughter of innocent babies, the homosexuality, the sins of the flesh, the members that have severed themselves from the source by their sins, but the pain is carried in the nerves inside. The blood of the Lamb shed for each and every soul, the real pain carried within. The life is weakened in your Church because the love of God is so weak in many members. The messages of love are not being transmitted as they should be. Your body shows the wounds, but your pain within is the root of the problems. The pain is from the messages of love that are not being transmitted.

Unless you seek to fill your priests and sisters with the fire of God's love, fill their hearts with burning love for God, your Church will continue to show the marks of the blood shed without. I give to you these letters as a mighty medicine for this world, directed to make men's hearts burn with love of God and love of one another. The rosaries are meditations and messages given from the Hearts of Jesus and Mary.

These messages will make men's hearts burn with fire for love of God.

You have ignored the importance of these letters.

I send to you the mighty medicine to heal a hurting world.

My priests and religious need these messages. The love of God will be transmitted to the Church from these messages when you circulate these letters.

The devil has blocked the minds of men involved in these messages because of their importance to the world and the Church.

I am speaking to you, the founder, to help to get these messages published and circulated as soon as possible. I give to you a mighty medicine for a sick world.

Read St. Thomas Aquinas about the medicine for the sick Church.

You know what these messages have done for you. I am Jesus. I give to you the mighty medicine for a sick world, for a sick Church, rosaries and letters from the Hearts of Jesus and Mary.

Your Church shows the wounds of bloodshed, abortion, homosexuality, sins of the flesh, murder of little children's minds with sex education in Catholic schools and you hold back the gifts of God's love I am giving to the Church and this world.

My arms were weak and wounded but the final blow as the nail put in My hand. It severed the nerves.

The final blow is the bloodshed in the Church, the slaughtering of children's minds in Catholic schools. My children are pure and innocent. They are not being taught messages of God's love, they are being taught messages of sick sex and coldness.

Men's hearts have turned cold. They have been severed from the life of the body. The body is decaying from within. Only with the love of God enkindled in men's hearts will this bloodshed stop.

I beg you to publish and circulate these messages in the Church. I am Jesus. I am giving you the mighty medicine for the world. Your body wears the marks of the bloodshed, only with messages of My on-fire love will it stop.

Mary leads you to Jesus. Never is she the end. The Father has a plan. Mary's messages have led men and will lead men to Jesus. Satan has tried to stop all efforts to publish and circulate these messages. I am the Almighty God. The funds will come when you circulate and publish these messages and rosaries under the Shepherds of Christ Publishing. I am working with the founder and Rita as messenger to renew the Church and the world. Each messenger has a very vital role in the Father's plan. The significance of these messages are being overlooked. You are not studying the messages as a whole and their content. There are five unpublished Blue Books and more than four Rosary Books which I and My Mother have given to this world in the last 14 months. I have also given 15 songs of My love. I am begging you to see to the recording and publishing of this music. I beg you to listen. This is the mighty medicine for the Church and the world to draw men to the burning love of Jesus. Please harken to My call. I will send you the money. You must study and read these messages. This is a fulfillment of Fatima - these messages were given to bring priests to the burning love of Jesus. I am Jesus, your beloved Savior.

                (4) Look at how sensitive we are
                        about our hurt feelings —
                        Look at them mocking and
                        spitting on Jesus

                (5) Oh the pain —

Matthew 27: 27-31

Then the governor’s soldiers took Jesus with them into the Praetorium and collected the whole cohort round him. And they stripped him and put a scarlet cloak round him, and having twisted some thorns into a crown they put this on his head and placed a reed in his right hand. To make fun of him they knelt to him saying, ‘Hail, king of the Jews!’ And they spat on him and took the reed and struck him on the head with it. And when they had finished making fun of him, they took off the cloak and dressed him in his own clothes and led him away to crucifixion.

                (6) Sing: Crown Him with Many Crowns

Rita Ring
After the Death, There is the Resurrection

My love affair is with You, my crucified Lord. I kiss Your cross and caress You tenderly. I smoother You with kisses and I know Your love.

This is love - to kiss the cross of Christ. I cursed the darkness and the light came across the sky, ever so gently as if it grew in intensity to a bright brilliant shade of glistening light. And in this I beheld my Beloved. I saw His glory in the wonders of the earth and I embraced Him, the divine, all-powerful, all Almighty Lord!

He took away those things I was attached to. I held on with a gripping hand. Oh, I cried out in pain and I heard the words in my heart: beyond the surrender is the real gift.

Is it not after the death there is the resurrection, after the dying, there is the glory?

Oh, my Divine Lord, I feel as if my eyes have crusted over. I laid down on the floor and pounded my fists to the earth. I did not see the miracle in the grass that touched my hand. I did not see the power and the might behind the work of endless beauty. A blade of grass, you say? Oh, yes indeed, for it lives and is not life the real miracle? For I am not a rock, but a living creature, created in the image and likeness of God and oh, you say, how much do you share in the life of the Divine Being? And I say, "I share through Baptism. He, God, gives me a sharing in His divine life!"

I pounded the earth and I cursed the darkness. I scoffed and I complained and beyond the horizon the sun slowly stole across the sky and the light appeared in glistening glory. The darkness was black and the night was cold. I heard the clamor of fear in my heart. I felt like screaming in that night and oh, I beheld the crucified Lord. He spoke no words to me, the Holy Spirit filled my heart with light and I saw the glory. I saw the resurrection, not with my earthly eyes, but with the awakening of a joyous heart within.

I saw the glorified wounds, the wounds once covered with blood, inflamed and red, gushing with deep, red blood. I saw the glistening wounds in the hands and feet and I knew behind His robe was the most tender of all wounds, the piercing wound to His side. It was there, the pierced wound of His most precious Heart. It was the wound of glory, from which His divine life would pour forth to a hungry Church. It would rain and fall as gently as the new fallen snow. It would go across the sky like the light and the souls would be transformed into the whitest light. The graced soul, oh, the glory of this soul, the soul that is filled with His divine life!

Oh, need I say more, my Lord? I see the life in a blade of grass. I see the tiniest potato bug with its dots and beauty and I behold the face of God. I behold life, His life, alive in us and in the world.

Well, the night was black, as black as black could be and the cold pierced my bones. I felt its chill go through my entire body and I wanted to scream and it happened—He gave me an outpouring of His life in my soul and my darkness was truly turned to light, another light, not the light of the eyes, a light of knowing God, the joy of beholding His heavenly embrace, the great illumination of another mystery. Oh, sweet gifts He gives when He gives me new knowledge of Himself. Sweet gifts He gives when, in an instant, I pray my rosary and the Holy Spirit fills my heart with lights and the mystery lights up and I know, I just know and I experience a great insight into God.

This is the reason for this letter, for I laid in my bed and I wanted to cry and I was deeply afraid for the devils pressed in as rocks poking at me and hurting my precious skin. I laid in bed and I went into the womb of my Mother and I asked for the Holy Spirit to flood me with His light and it came. I speak His words to you, they are the words He gives: death-resurrection, darkness-light, sorrow-joy, suffering and pain, but oh, the joy of His light, the joy of His glory, the sacrifice I offer to Him that He turns into blessings and I experience His glory. It is in the death there is the resurrection. It is in the anguishing days of lent we come to the glory of Easter.

So, my dear brothers, I walk the road to Calvary. I mount the cross and I die. I offer sacrifice and in the morning when the night is done I see the glory of the resurrection. I experience His joy in my heart.

So I went to bed and went into the womb of my Mother and the Holy Spirit flooded me with light and I united deeply to my precious Jesus on the cross. I knew Him and His love. I reminisced on all the places of deepest intimacy I had shared with Him and my heart burned. I wanted Him so close and I loved Him so much. I cried out, "I love You, I love You, I love You." In that moment I knew and wanted only Him. He had removed my bonds and set me free to be engulfed by His divine love. I then knew Him as never before, the most Holy One, in this union with Jesus.

I felt my great love for God the Father. I have been experiencing my littleness as a child and knowing my Father, seeing myself real little and knowing my Father and wanting, as a little child, to please Him. Then tonight I realized more His Fatherly love. I see myself depending on Him, needing Him, crying to Him, loving Him and then I realized His power and might and love coming to me.

So I knew in an instant. He just gives you a light and you know, you experience—I knew, I experienced the Trinity. I loved Them, all three Persons, so much and I loved Them as one, my heart, being consumed with the presence of God and sharing the love of each Person—love beyond all love, and I stopped to be in this embrace, wanting it to never end, for in this embrace I felt peace, a peace I had not felt before, so different from the days that proceeded this moment, the days of suffering and trial.

I mounted the cross. I felt the nails press deeply into my hands and feet. I felt the crown of thorns on my head. I said to Him, "Oh, why, my God, if You love me, do You make it so hard?"

And then I saw Him on the cross. I saw His mouth with blood running from the corner of it. I saw the body of a man, close to death. I saw His wounds, blistery and red, pouring out His precious blood. I saw the hollowness of His cheeks and the exhaustion of a body ready to expire in death. I saw the anguishing Lord who came to show us His way. His way is death and resurrection. His way is pain and glory. His way is the way to eternal life.

                Carrying of the Cross

                (1) August 23, 1993 - On His Passion

Jesus: My dear child,
I was condemned to death, death on a cross. They gave Me a big cross and made Me carry it. They stood around and glared at Me. It weighed on My shoulder and I pulled at it until it finally moved. Every step was almost impossible as I dragged it, weighing so heavily on My shoulders.

My shoulder felt as if the bones inside would crack and the cross would fall through to the ground. I couldn’t drag it any more. I tried, I fell. I fell and its weight fell on Me. A guard hit Me with something sharp. It really hurt because he wanted Me to move, and fast! People were watching — on with the show! How dare I fall in the middle of the show! He hit Me again and the blow really stung Me. I got up because it hurt so badly. I tried to walk on.

My Mother was in the crowd. She looked at Me and her face looked red and hurt. Tears rolled down her cheeks like rain and as her eyes met Mine, I was hurt so by her sorrow! She was always by My side, silent and loving. She was My mother of love! She is always there next to you when you suffer.

I fell again and he (the guard) really hit Me. It (the cross) was so heavy that he and I together could barely move it. It seemed as I walked, heavier with the sins of the world heaped on it. My hands were bleeding. Blood ran from the wounds of My thorns and My head throbbed, seeming to make the wounds in My head bleed even more. Some of the Blood was dried, some of it running all over My Body. I had so many cuts and bruises — and people watched and laughed!

I am Jesus, Son of the Living God, and they laughed and mimicked Me! Oh, such hardened hearts! How vile can men’s heart become? The devil’s grip is paralyzing and crippling.

                (2) August 23, 1993 - On His Passion - continues

The walk was so long up a hill and over rocks — the cross had to be lifted over the rocks. My Body was bleeding so badly! My heart was pounding. I knew that the salvation of all men depended on My love. Therefore, I went through such agony.

I thought of My intense love for you — that many would go to heaven because of My suffering — and I continued to the top of the hill. At the top they laid Me on the cross and with a big hammer nailed My hands to it. It was the worst (suffering) yet. My hands were nailed with big nails and the big hammer. Oh, it was unbelievable! Then, as if that weren’t enough, with a big nail they nailed through both feet.

Then they lifted the cross and banged it into (a hole in) the ground. My shoulders ached from how I hung. My head bobbed and My neck ached and they laughed and said, "Now save Yourself." I hurt so much! I suffered this way for hours — which seemed like forever — and they glared at Me and laughed! My Mother watched in such agony.

For love of you, to My death I gave you My Body. My child, I shed My Blood and gave you My life that you might be with Me forever in heaven — not for a day, a month or a year, but forever with Me in heaven.

I am the true Bread come down from heaven. He who eats My Flesh will have life forever. For the drink I give you is My Blood and food you eat is My Body. Who would lay down his life for a friend? I did, for you. I love you this much, child. Forget about those who reject you. You have My life that I gave you and I give you life eternal.

I am the One true God. I am the Light of life. He who abides in Me will have life eternal, for the drink I give is My Blood and the food I give is My Body. Drink and eat and have everlasting life.

My child, that is all you need to know. Love one another and be good that you may enter into My kingdom.

                (3) Psalm 22: 1, 8-9, 17-20, 23-24

My God, my God, why have you forsaken me?

‘He trusted himself to Yahweh, let Yahweh set him free!
Let him deliver him, as he took such delight in him.’

It was you who drew me from the womb
and soothed me on my mother’s breast.

I can count every one of my bones,
while they look on and gloat;
they divide my garments among them
and cast lots for my clothing.

Yahweh, do not hold aloof!
My strength, come quickly to my help,
rescue my soul from the sword,
the one life I have from the grasp of the dog!

‘You who fear Yahweh, praise him!
All the race of Jacob, honour him!
Revere him, all the race of Israel!’

For he has not despised
nor disregarded the poverty of the poor,
has not turned away his face,
but has listened to the cry for help.

                (4) Song: See the Eyes that Look at Mary

                (5) August 10, 1994 After Mass, Fr. Smith’s Chapel

And Their Eyes Peered Into One Another's Eyes

R. See Mary as she beholds the baby in her arms. She looks at Him so tenderly. His sweet baby eyes look up at the eyes of His loving Mother. Such tenderness between Mother and Son, such oneness to hold her infant Son so lovingly in her arms. Oh, do we ever know the tenderness between a baby and his loving mother?

A life of close union between this Mother and this Son, a life of her looking into His loving eyes. Such silent, but strong and loving communication! Such a strong bond-Their eyes meeting-from one soul to the other soul.

Song: See the Eyes That Look at Mary (Verse l)…

Deep, deep communication, a deep bond, indescribable in words, a touching of the souls! And the peering look between Son and Mother on the road to the crucifixion. What a peering look, what communication between this Son and Mother. Seeing the other suffer was as agonizing as each's very own suffering-suffering and oneness between a Son and His Mother. A peering look, deep into the very souls. Such an intimacy between Them!

How can one describe in words this oneness, this union between the Son and His Mother? The perfect love between Him and her. Total giving of each person in such love to the other. To see the suffering of the other was as agonizing as-if not more than-each's own suffering.

How His passion and crucifixion were intensified by the sufferings of His dear Mother! How her sufferings were such a sharing in our redemption, the swords that pierced her Heart! The eyes of Mary that invisibly bled as she watched such brutality to the beloved Baby she once carried in her womb and held in her arms!

Song: Little Baby Hands and Feet…

Mary held the Child Jesus when He was a baby; she watched Him and cared for Him as a little boy; she was so attentive to the needs of her little Son. Will we ever know this connectedness between Their loving Hearts? Do we know this oneness? The peering eyes on the way to Calvary tell the story. They tell the story of this oneness. They tell the story of her watching this horrid event of her beautiful baby Son and His horrible passion and death.

Her eyes! Oh, Mary, help me to see the love of Jesus through your eyes! You watched Him as a baby, you watched Him as a child. You watched Him grow into the beautiful Man He became and you, Mary, watched Him all through this bitter passion and death. Your eyes saw the love that He gave for us. Now you come, Mary. You appear to tell us to go to this Son. You knew more than anyone His love to suffer so for us. You come and appear with blood in your eyes and tears running down your cheeks. You show me your sorrowful face, your young face, your old face, your joyful face. This was the face Jesus peered at as He walked His walk to Calvary. This was the face that appears now to tell us the story of His love this very day. I see your parade of faces, Mary, old and young, sorrowful and joyful. I see these faces that Jesus beheld. Your face tells the story of His love for us.

Mary: This is my beloved Son. This is my Baby. This is the Child I bore in my womb. He came to give you love. He came to be God-made-Man among you this very day. He is, my children, no less present in the Eucharist than He was at Calvary and you go after such incidental things. My Son loves you. I show you my face so you can tell the world of our love. Live our lives in the rosary. Let our lives live in your day. The way to eternal happiness is to be likened to my beautiful Son.

I watched my Son. I lead you to the ardent love of my Son, Jesus. His Heart burns for love of you. Come to Him this day. Give Him your love. Spend time with Him. He is alive and in your midst in the Eucharist.

R. Note: I smelled roses very strongly throughout this message.

Song: See the Eyes That Look at Mary (Verse 2)…

This is the Son of the Father, the Son of God, born of Mary through the Holy Spirit, and He lives this day in your hearts. Share His love for you. Go to Him through Mary's Heart. She who is so closely united to Jesus! Their Hearts are so close to one another! As their eyes were joined in such oneness, Their Hearts are joined in such intimacy. Go to Jesus' Heart through His beloved Mother, through her who bore Him in her womb, her who watched Him give Himself for love of you.

                (6) Sing: From the Day You Were Born

                (7) The Passion according to John

John 18: 1-40

After he had said all this, Jesus left with his disciples and crossed the Kidron valley where there was a garden into which he went with his disciples. Judas the traitor knew the place also, since Jesus had often met his disciples there, so Judas brought the cohort to this place together with guards sent by the chief priests and the Pharisees, all with lanterns and torches and weapons. Knowing everything that was to happen to him, Jesus came forward and said, ‘Who are you looking for?’ They answered, ‘Jesus the Nazarene.’ He said, ‘I am he.’ Now Judas the traitor was standing among them. When Jesus said to them, ‘I am he,’ they moved back and fell on the ground. He asked them a second time, ‘Who are you looking for?’ They said, ‘Jesus the Nazarene.’ Jesus replied, ‘I have told you that I am he. If I am the one you are looking for, let these others go.’ This was to fulfil the words he had spoken, ‘Not one of those you gave me have I lost.’ Simon Peter, who had a sword, drew it and struck the high priest’s servant, cutting off his right ear. The servant’s name was Malchus. Jesus said to Peter, ‘Put your sword back in its scabbard; am I not to drink the cup that the Father has given me?’

The cohort and its tribune and the Jewish guards seized Jesus and bound him. They took him first to Annas, because Annas was the father–in–law of Caiaphas, who was high priest that year. It was Caiaphas who had counselled the Jews, ‘It is better for one man to die for the people.’ Simon Peter, with another disciple, followed Jesus. This disciple, who was known to the high priest, went with Jesus into the high priest’s palace, but Peter stayed outside the door. So the other disciple, the one known to the high priest, went out, spoke to the door–keeper and brought Peter in. The girl on duty at the door said to Peter, ‘Aren’t you another of that man’s disciples?’ He answered, ‘I am not.’ Now it was cold, and the servants and guards had lit a charcoal fire and were standing there warming themselves; so Peter stood there too, warming himself with the others. The high priest questioned Jesus about his disciples and his teaching. Jesus answered, ‘I have spoken openly for all the world to hear; I have always taught in the synagogue and in the Temple where all the Jews meet together; I have said nothing in secret. Why ask me? Ask my hearers what I taught; they know what I said.’ At these words, one of the guards standing by gave Jesus a slap in the face, saying, ‘Is that the way you answer the high priest?’ Jesus replied, ‘If there is some offence in what I said, point it out; but if not, why do you strike me?’ Then Annas sent him, bound, to Caiaphas the high priest. As Simon Peter stood there warming himself, someone said to him, ‘Aren’t you another of his disciples?’ He denied it saying, ‘I am not.’ One of the high priest’s servants, a relation of the man whose ear Peter had cut off, said, ‘Didn’t I see you in the garden with him?’ Again Peter denied it; and at once a cock crowed.

                (8) The Passion according to John - Chapter 18 continues

They then led Jesus from the house of Caiaphas to the Praetorium. It was now morning. They did not go into the Praetorium themselves to avoid becoming defiled and unable to eat the Passover. So Pilate came outside to them and said, ‘What charge do you bring against this man?’ They replied, ‘If he were not a criminal, we should not have handed him over to you.’ Pilate said, ‘Take him yourselves, and try him by your own Law.’ The Jews answered, ‘We are not allowed to put anyone to death.’ This was to fulfil the words Jesus had spoken indicating the way he was going to die.

So Pilate went back into the Praetorium and called Jesus to him and asked him, ‘Are you the king of the Jews?’ Jesus replied, ‘Do you ask this of your own accord, or have others said it to you about me?’ Pilate answered, ‘Am I a Jew? It is your own people and the chief priests who have handed you over to me: what have you done?’ Jesus replied, ‘Mine is not a kingdom of this world; if my kingdom were of this world, my men would have fought to prevent my being surrendered to the Jews. As it is, my kingdom does not belong here.’ Pilate said, ‘So, then you are a king?’ Jesus answered, ‘It is you who say that I am a king. I was born for this, I came into the world for this, to bear witness to the truth; and all who are on the side of truth listen to my voice.’ ‘Truth?’ said Pilate. ‘What is that?’ And so saying he went out again to the Jews and said, ‘I find no case against him. But according to a custom of yours I should release one prisoner at the Passover; would you like me, then, to release for you the king of the Jews?’ At this they shouted, ‘Not this man,’ they said, ‘but Barabbas.’ Barabbas was a bandit.

                (9) The Passion according to John continues

John 19: 1-42

Pilate then had Jesus taken away and scourged; and after this, the soldiers twisted some thorns into a crown and put it on his head and dressed him in a purple robe. They kept coming up to him and saying, ‘Hail, king of the Jews!’ and slapping him in the face.
Pilate came outside again and said to them, ‘Look, I am going to bring him out to you to let you see that I find no case against him.’ Jesus then came out wearing the crown of thorns and the purple robe. Pilate said, ‘Here is the man.’ When they saw him, the chief priests and the guards shouted, ‘Crucify him! Crucify him!’ Pilate said, ‘Take him yourselves and crucify him: I find no case against him.’ The Jews replied, ‘We have a Law, and according to that Law he ought to be put to death, because he has claimed to be Son of God.’
When Pilate heard them say this his fears increased. Re-entering the Praetorium, he said to Jesus, ‘Where do you come from?’ But Jesus made no answer. Pilate then said to him, ‘Are you refusing to speak to me? Surely you know I have power to release you and I have power to crucify you?’ Jesus replied, ‘You would have no power over me at all if it had not been given you from above; that is why the man who handed me over to you has the greater guilt.’

From that moment Pilate was anxious to set him free, but the Jews shouted, ‘If you set him free you are no friend of Caesar’s; anyone who makes himself king is defying Caesar.’ Hearing these words, Pilate had Jesus brought out, and seated him on the chair of judgement at a place called the Pavement, in Hebrew Gabbatha. It was the Day of Preparation, about the sixth hour. ‘Here is your king,’ said Pilate to the Jews. But they shouted, ‘Away with him, away with him, crucify him.’ Pilate said, ‘Shall I crucify your king?’ The chief priests answered, ‘We have no king except Caesar.’ So at that Pilate handed him over to them to be crucified.

They then took charge of Jesus, and carrying his own cross he went out to the Place of the Skull or, as it is called in Hebrew, Golgotha, where they crucified him with two others, one on either side, Jesus being in the middle. Pilate wrote out a notice and had it fixed to the cross; it ran: ‘Jesus the Nazarene, King of the Jews’. This notice was read by many of the Jews, because the place where Jesus was crucified was near the city, and the writing was in Hebrew, Latin and Greek. So the Jewish chief priests said to Pilate, ‘You should not write "King of the Jews", but that the man said, "I am King of the Jews". ’ Pilate answered, ‘What I have written, I have written.’

                (10) The Passion according to John - Chapter 19 continues

When the soldiers had finished crucifying Jesus they took his clothing and divided it into four shares, one for each soldier. His undergarment was seamless, woven in one piece from neck to hem; so they said to one another, ‘Instead of tearing it, let’s throw dice to decide who is to have it.’ In this way the words of scripture were fulfilled:

They divide my garments among them
and cast lots for my clothes.

That is what the soldiers did.

Near the cross of Jesus stood his mother and his mother’s sister, Mary the wife of Clopas, and Mary of Magdala. Seeing his mother and the disciple whom he loved standing near her, Jesus said to his mother, ‘Woman, this is your son.’ Then to the disciple he said, ‘This is your mother.’ And from that hour the disciple took her into his home.

After this, Jesus knew that everything had now been completed and, so that the scripture should be completely fulfilled, he said:

    I am thirsty.

A jar full of sour wine stood there; so, putting a sponge soaked in the wine on a hyssop stick, they held it up to his mouth. After Jesus had taken the wine he said, 'It is fulfilled'; and bowing his head he gave up his spirit.

It was the Day of Preparation, and to avoid the bodies’ remaining on the cross during the Sabbath—since that Sabbath was a day of special solemnity—the Jews asked Pilate to have the legs broken and the bodies taken away. Consequently the soldiers came and broke the legs of the first man who had been crucified with him and then of the other. When they came to Jesus, they saw he was already dead, and so instead of breaking his legs one of the soldiers pierced his side with a lance; and immediatedly there came out blood and water. This is the evidence of one who saw it—true evidence, and he knows that what he says is true—and he gives it so that you may believe as well. Because all this happened to fulfil the words of scripture:

Not one bone of his will be broken

and again, in another place scripture says:

They will look to the one
        whom they have pierced.

After this, Joseph of Arimathaea, who was a disciple of Jesus—though a secret one because he was afraid of the Jews—asked Pilate to let him remove the body of Jesus. Pilate gave permission, so they came and took it away. Nicodemus came as well—the same one who had first come to Jesus at night–time—and he brought a mixture of myrrh and aloes, weighing about a hundred pounds. They took the body of Jesus and bound it in linen cloths with the spices, following the Jewish burial custom. At the place where he had been crucified there was a garden, and in this garden a new tomb in which no one had yet been buried. Since it was the Jewish Day of Preparation and the tomb was nearby, they laid Jesus there.

                (1) Mary's Message - from the Rosary of August 27, 1996

Mary:  I stood beneath the cross of my Son, and my Heart was in such pain for I saw Him before my eyes. I saw Him covered with blood. I saw Him die. My Heart, my children, my Heart to watch my Son, but my Heart, my Heart, how I suffered for my little children of the world that give in to this world and give up the love of my Son. O my little children of light, I give you this message. Carry this light into the darkness for your Mother Mary, for I stood beneath the cross and I cried. I cried for the little ones. I cried for the young ones, the ones that do not care and will lose their souls. How do I make you see for you will not listen to me? What can I do? I come. I appear. I beg. I plead. I give you these gifts from my Son, and you reject me. I do not deliver messages very often anymore for I have been ignored. The message is the same. You do not read the messages I have given to you. Please help me. Help the little children. I appear. I appear. I appear, and I am ignored. I stood beneath the cross, and I cried. I cried, and my Heart was in such anguish for my little children, for I am searching for them this day as I searched for the Child Jesus. Please, please help me. I cannot hold back the hand of my Son any longer. I am Mary, your Mother. I ask you to help my children. You are my children of light.

end of Mary's Message

                (2) Written September 24, 2000

Messenger:  I watched by his bed.

A book for those who help cancer patients, for their relatives and friends who need to cope with the suffering of losing a loved one.

It was a quiet day or so it seemed, the long months of watching John go "down hill" had come to an end.

I did not know that the end was indeed so near, but the story had been written in the days that went before, but I really never read the message given in the days that led up to that final page.

There were months of warnings, but I just lived every day coping with that day’s events and when the final page was about to be written, I felt shocked, empty and afraid.

The days before were all telling the story, but like anyone in love with a family member, who wants to think that days of parting might be so soon? Oh, but they were so soon. As I look back now, I see I just didn’t recognize them.

Every person can only do so much, but out of love those we love deeply and love us, sometimes, cover up their real conditions in an attempt to live life as usual.

Cancer is a mighty menace. It attacks the weak and the strong. It acts like an aggressive machine growing and growing inside someone’s body and they may not notice the gradual sucking of their life from the other parts of the body until it almost leaves them dead.

I was a little girl of five years old when the deadly disease ate away the cells in my mother’s body as it took over her body and she soon died.

But I am not here to make you feel sorry for me or to tell you about anything new, but to write of the dying and rising of my dear friend, Fr. Carter.

The signs were there, for in January he became very sick and even though he wanted to go to the Virgin Mary building to say a private Mass there, he could not go and the once held plane reservations were cancelled.

He remained sick and on February 5, 2000, when we opened the Rosary Factory in Clearwater, Florida at Mary’s Image site, he did attend, but he didn’t feel good and he continued trying really hard to serve us as a ministry.

Now, I don’t know, in September after they opened him up and told us what they did, how he ever did all he did, being so sick. It was September 22, 2000, when they operated on him and it was January 22, 2000, when we were supposed to go to Clearwater, Florida, exactly eight months later.

Father Carter continued to keep a hectic schedule.

Jesus told him to write the lengthy spirituality newsletter in which he summed up a great deal about the spiritual life. We could all study it for our entire life.

As I write this, I don’t know if he will ever tape record this 20 page newsletter or the next newsletter.

I do know this, the signs were there and Father worked really hard to continue doing all he did despite his sickness, weakness. His faith in the Movement never wavered. He had a burning desire to serve Jesus and help renew the priesthood, the Church and the world.

Father worked and worked because he loved us all so much and loved the world and he didn’t complain, ever.

His faith in this Movement and the messages of Jesus is shown in his life given to this.

Father showed us the message of Jesus in his life. He lived in such union with Him. He offered Mass every day praying so fervently for souls and for all of us.

I see the signs especially on the trips. Mary was adorned in gold on the building July 5, 2000, during the evening prayer service.

R. Father was in the motel and he didn’t feel good.

After the Mass he had to sit and he didn’t think he would make it during the Mass because he was weak.

I watched a lot of Masses that way, between his blood sugar levels and he seemed to just sigh sometimes to do ordinary motions, but he kept serving God and loving us all.

I watched him look up to the Father and say, “through him, with him and in him”.

Through Him, with Him and in Him

R. He lived for the Mass. He offered it for the Movement and for all of us, the whole Church and the world, to help bring about the Reign of Jesus’ Sacred Heart.

I can show you the picture taken on my birthday, August 8, 2000, he looked really bad and I worried about him so much I cried as I spoke to him, but in his calm, peaceful attitude, he assured me everything was okay as God wanted it and he was getting proper care.

R. Every day he looked weaker and he coughed whenever he talked and we all prayed more.

He was determined to say Mass in China on the Feast of Mary’s birthday, September 8, 2000, and he paid a big price for it.

For about 4 months he struggled with the cough and he walked slower and slower and he looked sicker every day, but he knew what God was telling him and about his mission.

John 19: 25-27

Near the cross of Jesus stood his mother and his mother’s sister, Mary the wife of Clopas, and Mary of Magdala. Seeing his mother and the disciple whom he loved standing near her, Jesus said to his mother, ‘Woman, this is your son.’ Then to the disciple he said, ‘This is your mother.’ And from that hour the disciple took her into his home.

                (3) From Blue Book I - The Good Shepherd - October 15, 1993 - 1:45p.m.

Jesus:  Come to Me, My little lamb. You are so dear to Me. I make this day for you to enjoy My air, hear the birds, see the glory in the autumn day with all its beautiful color. You are so favored. If I make this for you on earth to enjoy, how much more I will give you in heaven. I am the God of this universe. I am in everything I have created. I have given you all the little worms and all the leaves. I have given you all that you see that is in nature. I am such a good God and I love you so much. Trust in Me and know I never leave your side and I am present in all you do. But you must come and be filled by Me. I appreciate your sacrifices. The very hairs of your head are numbered. I make the crooked ways straight and I bless you in all your trials. Every day I sit and am attentive to all your cares, like the greatest lover. I watch by your side and I never slumber or sleep. I am there, watching you and guarding you and I tell you all the little promptings in your head. How would I know if I am not right with you always, guarding you from the trouble ahead? How many times I push a truck from your path. By all rights, you should be dead, but who knows how you and the truck did not crash in the same space. I do. I made you come out of it unharmed. I guarded you.

                (4) From Blue Book I - The Good Shepherd - October 15, 1993 - 1:45p.m. continues

I wait for you. I long for you. I am He Who never leaves you and never takes a vacation. I tell you all you need to know in your head. I am not talking to some and not to others. I am talking to all in the silence of their hearts. I do not love some of My children better than others. I love you all so much. I wait and wait for each child to come and when they stay away and hurt, I am most hurt. I am the giver of all good gifts, yet you go to empty wells for that which you need and never find except in Me. I am the Good Shepherd. I know Mine and Mine know Me and I make Myself attentive to all My sheep. Some wander and insist on staying away. I try to get them to come home but they must graze other lands. Their hearts ache and they wander in darkness, never feeling satisfied, always searching, always unsettled, but never finding that which is right before them.

                (5) From Blue Book I - The Good Shepherd - October 15, 1993 - 1:45p.m. continues

Oh children, I love you. You are lost and I seek you so diligently and you stay far from Me. You do not even speak My name. I am the Good Shepherd. You are little lost lambs. I want to hold you and caress you and take you to your home. I want you not to worry but to follow Me and you do your own things and are miserable inside. Come that you might have the life I give, life eternal, a life that is not even able to be understood by you, but is so much more than the most beautiful day. I watch. I wait. I never leave your side. You are little fearful lambs. What do you have to fear? Join My flock, feel My love, know My face and all I have to give you. You wander in a valley of darkness, ready to fall or bump your head or be really dumb, but you take the lumps and proceed on your willful little ways.

                (6) From Blue Book I - The Good Shepherd - October 15, 1993 - 1:45p.m. continues

All works out in My plan. I am the Good Shepherd. I love My sheep. I watch out for them. I tend My flock. I sit patiently by you and I prompt you on what you must do but you do not listen. You do your own will. You create your own problems. You do not sit quietly with Me. Please come. I am waiting. Be converted to My ways and you are fed. I am the Good Shepherd. Come, little scared sheep. Come to Me and be saved.

                (7) From Blue Book I - My Ways Are Golden - November 7, 1993 - 5:30a.m.

R. And He came and gave them all they needed. They were strengthened for their journey. They were made His little babies and they knew they were cared for and He gave them all that they needed to be His precious children. They were heirs to His kingdom and ready for the life hereafter.

                (8) From Blue Book I - My Ways Are Golden - November 7, 1993 - 5:30a.m. continues

Jesus: Little child, don't worry. Your heart is all ready to be full to the brim with fear instead of love for My being with you. If you read every message I ever gave you, would you be sure or would you still doubt?

R. (I smelled roses strongly.)

Jesus: I am your Savior and I am using you to write this message. I like to come to you when you come from your sleep because you are free in your heart. I am Jesus, your true love. I am He Who died and rose on the third day. You too will rise some day. You will leave behind this valley of tears and doubt and struggle and you will be in heaven. They must follow His heart and let all things that Satan uses to tempt them aside. I am Jesus, Son of the Living God. I come to you in your need and I give you strength in this troubled world. I come to show you how to follow Me, to give you My teachings, to tell you of My precious love for all My children. I want you to know, little ones, it is hard in this world today. You are pulled about by all the lies, pulled about by all the sin and all those who indeed have forgotten Me entirely. How can your life be anything but hell if you have forgotten your Master? What a horrible pit of darkness-to be void of Me and your mother. You will never know the emptiness of a heart void of Me. Think of the loneliness to be without Me every minute of every day, to be living on the edge and telling yourself your sins are acceptable. What unrest! Your heart was made for Me. Your heart craves this union with Me. Oh, such pain to be here without Me. This is the state of many of our sick friends. Your actions may be the only teaching they ever see. You don't have to talk. Silence is golden.

It takes a disciplined tongue to be quick when someone wants to argue with you. They bait you with their insults and call you nasty things and you keep silent and are unaffected by it all. Such freedom! What makes a man strong enough to know his worth in the course of adversity? What makes you stand accused and then walk away in silence, not answering their snide remarks? It takes Me. You know you are loved and Satan is attacking you through them. You stand and focus on Me and you know your worth. I am God and I have convinced you how indeed precious you are.

When others attack you with ugly words, you are strong. You don't fight (you used to be attacked and argue back). Different, isn't it? For a little voice to go off inside and say, "No matter what they say, it isn't true." I love you and I am God! Pray for them. What strength! You don't even know the lessons you teach when you let Me work inside you. Be empty to this world when you are under fire. Fill yourself with Me and walk from your attacker if you can. Then, talk to them later with love in your heart as if nothing happened. What freedom, to be fixed to Me no matter what others do! You are holding on to Me and My strength is upon you. My power does not run out in adversity. It is enhanced and you are strengthened.

Minister to your sick brothers. Teach through your actions. A soul fixed in Me is very strong. You act as I would act when I possess your soul. Your actions are not earthly or attached to earthly matters. They are holy and attached to higher things. All is insignificant when seen through Me.

The only things that matter are Me and My kingdom. If this is your top priority, the trials of this earth lose their importance and you are not shattered. Oh, little ones, I am truly here. This is what sets you apart from your brothers. This is why you respond in love and not in hate when your brothers attack you. Such freedom, such delight! Where before you stood attacked and violated, you stand strong and full of peace. It is I Who live in you. My ways are golden. They shine to those who have forgotten. Your ways become more of Me as you choose to let Me possess your heart. Open wide the gates to your soul. Let Me in there to do My work in you. You needn't be afraid. To My own death on a cross I loved you and love you just as much today. Know My love. Know My power. Know Me as the God Who is speaking to you in this message because I love you so much. I am here, little one. Listen to My voice. Open your heart. I knock at the door and you decide to open it or keep it closed. Open to the God Who wants to dwell in your soul and make you worthwhile. I love you, little babies, with such tenderness. I am waiting to come and free you from the cares of this world.

You must open and let Me engulf your soul. It is no longer you, but I, Who dwell in you. I radiate My power and I show the world My love through you. I can minister to your brothers through you if you open up to Me. You do not have to act. I act through you. Your decision is only to love Me and be open entirely to Me in your soul, to choose to let Me fill you and possess your soul. Life is so easy when you do. The struggle is gone. You surrender to Me and I carry your load. You will know such freedom! Die to yourself and let Me permeate your soul. The rewards are peace, love and happiness, even in adversity and suffering. To remain fixed in Jesus is the ultimate weapon in this world. Your heart does not become heavy. It may be sad to tears, but the joy to serve the Lord and serve Him in your surrender is so unlike your brothers. It gives you peace. You, indeed, are set apart when I dwell in your soul. Your actions are those of Mine. You do not think you know because I act and I use you. The more you are connected to Me, the more you act from Me and your heart may be saddened, but your peace is not tainted. My heart is brimming with fire for love of you. Let Me in, My little ones, let Me bring My fire into your souls. Let Me bring My power to your weary souls and you will run and not get weary, for your God is by your side. He is inside of you. He acts through you. He is your rear guard and "fore-guard" and operates your tender body. Yes, you become of Me the more you open yourself up. Surrender to the God Who loves you. With such love, I come to permeate your soul. Surrendering to Me gives you an easy road. Open wide your gates and let Me in. I tell you, let Me into your soul. Nothing here matters. Your life hereafter is all that matters.

                (9) From Blue Book I - Do Not Fear or Judge Yourself - November 8, 1993 - 5:15a.m.

R. Dear Jesus, You know the fear from talking to everyone that I have. I give You my will and my life. I give You my all, Jesus. I give You my surrender.

Jesus: My child, do not be afraid. I am with you and I love you. Do not keep judging yourself. Let go and let Me work in you. Do not get anxious or uptight. Just trust in Me and come to Me to be filled up. You are doing well. You need not worry. I love you and I am with you.

I am the way, the truth, the life. All else is of no account, if it is not of Me. Hold your head up high and follow My lead. You needn't do anything. All things will fall into place as I lay them before you.

I am He Who comforts you. Lay ready your heart at My feet. I cherish you and I care for you. You will not be torn apart. You will be preserved by Me. Do not fret or fume or feel any anxiety. Let go and trust in Me. I need you to do as you are doing. Just write and go to church. Let Me do all the work and preparation. It will all work if you just don't think. Just trust in Me and My Sacred Heart.

I am Jesus, Son of the Living God and I wait for you day and night. Come and lay your burden at My feet and let Me hold your tired body.

I am the Alpha and the Omega, your all. You must just not fear or judge yourself. Show love to your children. They know how much you care for them. Make them so important that you spend time with them every day. You have time for this, My little baby. Slow up and smell the roses. I am truly guarding your way.

Your heart is troubled from talking to everyone yesterday. Don't give in. Just put your trust in Me. I am here and all unfolds as I have planned. You need to spend less time with others and more time with Me and your family.

You needn't fret and fume about any of this. It will all work out in My time. Just leave things for now. I am working in My time. Type your messages and get them all ready for everything to be done. Just keep doing as you are doing. That is enough for now. Do you think I write and you have to say, "Lord, do You need some help?" I don't need any help. I want things to go as they are unfolding. In My time, in My place, they will work for the right thing. All things are under My control now. Leave things alone and trust in Me. I wouldn't do all this and then not do the right thing to get them into action. Be patient and trust. I will do all I need to get the ball rolling. Do your preparations.

You are worn out and tired. I am with you, little one. Go to bed and don't fret any more. I am your loving Jesus. I will care for you. Total trust in Him Who loves all of you. Total trust. Wait on the Lord. I do not need a push. Have John read the letters, get them all ready. Do not promote any action. I will tell you what to do. Do not worry, little one, I am with you. Trust, trust and pray. I love you.

                (10) From Blue Book I - We Have a Pipeline to God - January 22, 1994 6:00 a.m.

R. God talks to each of us inside our own hearts. There is an open pipeline between each of us and Him. The inner promptings felt in the heart are the way God is speaking to us right now.

He does not need our senses to talk to us. We take in our earthly knowledge through our eyes and ears. We communicate with each other through our senses. But God does not need senses. He communicates directly to each of our hearts.

This book is a cookbook for an intimate relationship with Jesus. As soon as we open ourselves up to His words and the promptings of the Holy Spirit, we can then hear the wonderful way in which God wants to communicate with us.

There are many nerves and body parts about which we are totally unaware until something goes wrong. Only then do we become aware of their presence. Likewise, God is always ready to be our inner guide on our spiritual way. Like our outer body parts, we can ignore His presence until something goes wrong. Then we know how real He is.

Jesus is so close to us. When we are baptized He is in our hearts! He is the very life of the soul. When we are receiving our answers from within, we are tapping into His pipeline.

This book will help you to know what God Himself wants for your life. A fire will arise within your heart that cannot be contained.

Written September 24, 2000

R. Mary stood beneath the cross of her Son and she was in such anguish, of this I write.

She saw the anguish of her beloved Son. She watched, she heard Him sigh, breath, she endured the time, knowing the time was near for His death.

There was the intensity of waiting during the passion. Think of her anguish watching him as He hung on the cross.

Mary knew things from the prophecy of Simeon. She knew of a deep sorrow to pierce her heart.

Think of the anguish of her heart.

Think of Mary holding the lifeless body of Jesus under the cross. Meditate on the sufferings she endured.

Think of how she felt at the tomb where they laid her Son.

Pray for light to know more fully the heart of Mary in these sufferings.

Mary had such a deep connection in her heart to Jesus. They were so united.

Death by crucifixion was used to kill criminals. They crucified Jesus, the Son of God.

July 5, 2001

R. It is painful to see injustices in the world.

We go through sufferings concerning injustices in the world. Mary cries out about the sins of her children. We identify with Jesus. He knew all the souls that would be lost despite His suffering.

Be with Jesus in the garden of Gethsemane and see the sins of the world. Pray for knowledge to know more about the souls being lost. We must pray more fervently. Beg for mercy from God for our sins and the sins of the world.

I could write forever of those moments of Mary as she stood beneath the cross or when she held the lifeless body of her Son in her lap.

She shared in His Passion. She stood and watched Him suffer. She did not take a pill to numb her pain, nor was there any mechanism used to dull it. Every moment was with full intensity as she watched His mutilated body be drained more and more of fluid and blood until He took His last breath, giving His life for His precious souls.

A person watching someone linger with cancer can identify with Mary as she watched her beloved Son die.

We will die.

We must keep our focus on the life hereafter.

A woman of beauty, our Mother Mary, God allowed Mary to suffer.

Luke 2:35

and a sword will pierce your soul too—so that the secret thoughts of many may be laid bare.’

R. Many times we try to alleviate suffering from our lives.

Suffering was a major part of the life of Mary.

Her heart was filled with such knowledge. She knew joy and suffering. She watched her Son die a pitiable death. Jesus is the Lamb of God.

We think we are so smart here. Do we really know the ways of our God? We think the way it is at present may go on and on. The flower eventually withers and fades and the beauty of the full blossoming flower goes with time. A flower, once an instrument of awe because of its beauty, may soon be thrown on a dung heap pile.

Our bodies may deteriorate and decay, but God promises eternal life to those who love and serve Him.

Be with Mary outside the tomb of Christ. Feel the emotion in Mary’s heart.

Pray for sorrow for our sins and light to know God more and more.

Contemplate the joy of Mary to know Christ has risen.

She saw her little baby born in Bethlehem. Now she sees Him die on the cross. Christ her beloved Son, rose victorious. We receive a sharing in His Divine life through baptism.

The rosary is so beautiful. We meditate on the lives of Jesus and Mary.

We identify our lives with Theirs. We live His life, death and resurrection in our lives. We ask God to help us grow in a greater likeness to the New Adam and the New Eve.

Many times we take our health for granted. God can call us from this life at any moment.

Words of Jesus to Members of
Shepherds of Christ Associates:

"My beloved priest-companion, I intend to use the priestly newsletter, Shepherds of Christ, and the movement, Shepherds of Christ Associates, in a powerful way for the renewal of My Church and the world.

"I will use the newsletter and the chapters of Shepherds of Christ Associates as a powerful instrument for spreading devotion to My Heart and My Mother's Heart.

"I am calling many to become members of Shepherds of Christ Associates. To all of them I will give great blessings. I will use them as instruments to help bring about the triumph of the Immaculate Heart and the reign of My Sacred Heart. I will give great graces to the members of Shepherds of Christ Associates. I will call them to be deeply united to My Heart and to Mary's Heart as I lead them ever closer to My Father in the Holy Spirit."

- Message from Jesus to Father Edward J. Carter, S.J., Founder, as given on July 31, 1994,
feast of Saint Ignatius Loyola, Founder of the Society of Jesus (The Jesuits)
