Consecration Prayer for Peace

I consecrate Russia and the Ukraine to the Sacred Heart of Jesus and the Immaculate Heart of Mary.

I further consecrate the priests, the Church and the world to the Sacred Heart of Jesus and Immaculate Heart of Mary.

I do this in the name of Jesus in as far as I am able, united to the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass, praying to the Father, in the Holy Spirit, with all the angels and saints and the souls in purgatory through the powerful intercession of Mary, Queen of Peace. Amen.

I further consecrate myself, all members of my family and ask the Holy Spirit to fill us. I spread the Blood of Jesus on all above, I cast the devil into hell away from all of us and consecrate all persons, in as far as I am able,  to the Sacred Heart and Immaculate Heart.

Prayer for Grace for Election and our Country

Dear Father united to Jesus in the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass, the Sacrifice of Calvary sacramentally made present, celebrated around the world, in the Holy Spirit. We offer up all we do united to the Mass. We unite in one mind and one heart as members of the mystical body of Christ, with Christ our head in the pure and holy Hearts of Jesus and Mary, through the powerful intercession of Mary with all the angels and saints and souls in purgatory, and we beg for the saving grace, for our country, the United States. Please help us. We further pray for unity to always do the will of God in love. We spread the Blood of Jesus on the leaders and people of the United States and cast the devil into hell. We consecrate our country to the Sacred Heart and Immaculate Heart and all our dioceses, and beg for an outpouring of the Holy Spirit. God help us. We pray for our families, the priests, the Church and the world. In the Name of Jesus please hear us, we pray. We pray for our president and leaders. We pray that we are united as one nation under God to work together in love as God wants.

R. Do you feel the presence of the
Father, Son and Holy Spirit?

The Father, has a plan for us.
God wants this relationship with us.
We are here to grow in our intimacy
with God.
In this Lent we can spend time
alone with God and think of the
presence of the Father, Son and
Holy Spirit in our heart.

Jesus: Be alone with Me, close
your eyes, think of the presence of
God, All three Persons, dwelling in
your heart.

Meditate, empty your mind, think
only of the presence of God. Make
a spiritual communion, now.

Take time, be alone with Me.

Everyday during Lent, morning and
night, empty your mind, make a
spiritual communion, think of God’s
presence with you, close your eyes,
be alone with Me.

This will help you to grow in God’s
presence all day, the more you do
this, all thru Lent.

I went into the desert to pray for
40 days and be with My Father,
practice this every day during Lent.
Being alone with God. Knowing
My presence!!!!

R. Look at the beauty of childbirth.
The baby is formed in a mother’s
womb - then the birth date arrives,
the unseen child comes forth so
beautiful for us to see, and hold
and take care of.

Beauty hidden from our eyes
while in the womb, then we see
and hold the new born child.

We are given “new life” in baptism.
We do not see our own graced soul,
it is spirit, but we, by living a holy
life, living Christ’s mysteries in our
lives, going to the sacraments,
loving others and God, living by
God’s will, we grow in the graced
life.
We grow to be more and more in
the image of Jesus.

We are preparing for our true
home in heaven.
Death / Resurrection.

Being filled more and more with
His life in us.

Think of the unseen child, comes
into the world, from their mother's
womb!!
Their time for delivery has come.

We are to prepare for our heavenly
reward.

We have a physical mother who
had us.

We have a spiritual Mother, Mary,
Mother of our Christ-life.

We are Mary’s little ones.

When she appeared she told me
to reach her children with these
writings, she wants us to pray for
her children.
Mary wants us to go to her spiritual
womb, her Immaculate Heart and
the Holy Spirit forms us more and
more into the image of Jesus.

Mary dwells in Jesus’ Sacred Heart.

We are to prepare, prepare for the
biggest event of our lives.
Prepare the earth with our hearts
consecrated to Mary and Jesus’
Hearts, the Hearts of pure and
perfect love.

Jesus: Your preparation is so
important -
I ask you to prepare the Earth for
the days of peace and love and
joy, are these days not important -?
I ask you to build-up My Church,
to spread the Good News -
Are these days of preparing men’s
hearts any less important?

God's Kingdom is not run by
people and money from men.

It's above.
Jesus is King of heaven and Earth.

Mary is Queen of heaven and earth.
God has all the power.

These are the days of preparing
men's hearts.
God is the ruler...
Thy will be done on earth as it is
in heaven.

The way to the Father is: loving
conformity to His will.

R. We don't get paid by money
- it's grace.

Jesus emptied Himself!!
Jesus took the nature of a slave.

The Church teaches families, to
love Baptism, the Eucharist, the
priests.
So children teach their children -
generational faith is past down,
the rosary, the Mass taught in
salvation history in families -
passed on - generational -

Fr. Joe's books, Fr. Carter's books
still helping to feed and renew
the Church.

Seeing our place in salvation
history after we die.

Their writings, my writings, do
not die with me!!

Seeing the big picture - takes
seeing through the eyes of our
Father- going away praying to Him,
away from the throng,
letting the Holy Spirit in, in praying
to Him to infuse in our intellect:
wisdom, knowledge, understanding.

Galatians 2: 19-20

...It's no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me.

God has the power - Jesus has His
eyes on the Father, one in Him,
one in the Holy Spirit
one program - The Father's loving
will.

“This is My beloved Son in whom I am
well pleased, listen to Him.”
Matthew 17: 5

Listen to Him!!

R. On Christmas Eve December 24, 2014
Jesus gave this message.

Here is what He said 10 years ago:

December 24, 2014 - Christmas Eve

Jesus: Lift up your hearts America – your
                    time has come –

As the thief comes in the night and
                    they are sleeping –

I bring you the Mighty Medicine for
                    your anguish –

You will not hear Me as I speak
                    here –

                Please listen to Me –

                The widow anguishes, but in
her hour she can find new life
                rooted in God –

Had she been bitter for not knowing
the touching of her heart –
                    stricken with loss –
and now she is alive again –
because she is young and she
must choose life – since she
lives still on the earth –

"Are you finished with me", one may
question, when I have lost and
am still alive and must choose
to die or to go on –

A person in labor knows their time
                    has come –
                    A baby – you say – a baby, but
                        even though the entry of
the little one is so dramatic –

Is it really, because the baby lay
                    sleeping many months in the
womb – her time to come, though,
has arrived and is now –

WOW – the child is born –
                    the parents are proud –

                It looks like something has
                    happened NEW and yet
                    the unseen child makes its
                    entry –
and the baby is born –
                    what an event –
Was the preparation while the baby
was formed - less of an event –

                NO –

I ask you to prepare for your
                    heavenly reward –

Your preparation is so important –

I ask you to prepare the earth for
the days of peace and love and joy –
Are these days not important –

I ask you to build-up My Church –
to spread the Good News –
                    Are these days of preparing
men's hearts any less important –

A teacher prepares a lesson and the day
of delivery comes and she is
                    called to deliver the goods
                    to the students –
Had she ignored the days of
                    preparation – what she came
                    to deliver would have failed
to give the students all they needed –

                Preparation – Delivery

Lent – Holy Week – Resurrection

I call you to anguish and then to
                    be made ready –

I call you to prepare and then the
                    days of delivery –

                The individual Christian, the
Church and the world is in the
                    state of becoming –

Can you decide to skip the preparation,
                    like the teacher and
                    deliver the right lesson –

You can anguish as a teacher that
you had a class to deliver and
                    couldn't find a place to park –
                    never prepared the lesson –
                    etc. –
and miss the class entirely –

Would you continue to teach there
if it was a habit to not
                    deliver the material at class?

                A student is given a schedule –
                    10 classes of lecture –
                    a final exam –
                    maybe reports etc. –

He does nothing required in preparation
and anguishes for the final –
He never even reported for class –
He didn't even know the building,
                        the teacher, the room,
                        the material –

You say – he will have trouble
                    in the end –

One thing is for sure –
Men were put here and called by
                    the Creator to prepare –
they will go to the event –
No man will avoid the round-up –

Prepare or not is your free - will –
Death comes and the Day of
                    Reckoning is at hand –

A baby being born today is a beginning,
but the baby lived before (in the womb)
                    the baby was delivered and
                    the child will grow.

                Teach your children about life
                    and love and sacrifice –

                Teach your children about obedience
and the commandments of God –

                Teach your children about Christmas
                    and what it means –

                Christmas is My birthday –
                    It is about Christ,
                    And yet many will miss
the day as any significance to
                    their spiritual life –

                Prepare, America, your day has
                    come –
                    The 5ths are 20 years old –
                    The day of your mourning
                        is ended –

One calls and another answers not –

Is the one calling at fault when
                    the city collapses and the
                    others who were warned
                    never listened –

The one warning is a gift – like
                    the thief who came unannounced
                    ravished things –
Had one announced the thief was
planning to ravish the city and
                        the others listened to the
                        warning –
The thief would not have come –

                Prepare your hearts America –

Prepare – I am the King of Glory –

Pray as you have never prayed before
                    and Prepare your hearts –

I announce a day of favor,
                    but the students know the
class is not just the final –
they must prepare for its coming –

                Lift your hearts –

                Listen to Me –

Jesus: I am God and I am attentive to the
                    cry of the widow

The barren woman bears 7 sons –

The night turns into day –

                Fountains flow and the earth
is watered by its showers –

                What comes around
                    goes around –

You can be like the foolish virgins
                    or the wise ones

 Matthew 25: 1-13

Parable of the ten wedding attendants

‘Then the kingdom of Heaven will be like this: Ten wedding attendants took their lamps and went to meet the bridegroom. Five of them were foolish and five were sensible: the foolish ones, though they took their lamps, took no oil with them, whereas the sensible ones took flasks of oil as well as their lamps. The bridegroom was late, and they all grew drowsy and fell asleep. But at midnight there was a cry, "Look! The bridegroom! Go out and meet him." Then all those wedding attendants woke up and trimmed their lamps, and the foolish ones said to the sensible ones, "Give us some of your oil: our lamps are going out." But they replied, "There may not be enough for us and for you; you had better go to those who sell it and buy some for yourselves." They had gone off to buy it when the bridegroom arrived. Those who were ready went in with him to the wedding hall and the door was closed. The other attendants arrived later. "Lord, Lord," they said, "open the door for us." But he replied, "In truth I tell you, I do not know you." So stay awake, because you do not know either the day or the hour.

                Jesus: Prepare America –

                Your day has come –

                A woman in labor produces
the fruit of her womb –

She must go through the delivery –

A man may die and life goes on
                    for the family –

Prepare your hearts and make God
                    your King –

Let one day be a day of preparation
for the gifts to come where
there can be no more mourning,
no more tears, no more anguishing,
                    your journey ended in the
                    reward –

                Prepare yourself America –

I have sent My Mother –

I have told you Myself –

My Father announces a day of
                    favor for those who
                    prepared for their final –

The gift is what is to come to
those who were not caught in the
                    arrears –

Open up your hearts, America –

I am coming, your Savior, your King,
                    prepare your hearts now
for the Day of the Lord –

Like a sleeping city – the night soon
                    turns into day –

The days should be lighted in peace –
                    the earth set bright with
                    His gifts given to His
                    faithful servants –
                    waiting and watching and
yes He comes – the bridegroom
                    of the soul –

                A wedding is prepared –
                    the bride is ready –
                    the bridegroom arrives –

A man you have been given –
                    My gift –
I give Myself to you –

I love you, so much – I am
Jesus, Savior of the World –

                Prepare your hearts –
one day is a short time in
the courts of the Lord –
                        like a thousand years –
                        Anguishing pain can end,
                        when one is preparing for
God and the Reign of Peace –

                Prepare your hearts America –

Fr. Carter had a dream

July 31, 1994

Words of Jesus to Members of
Shepherds of Christ Associates:

"My beloved priest-companion, I intend to use the priestly newsletter, Shepherds of Christ, and the movement, Shepherds of Christ Associates, in a powerful way for the renewal of My Church and the world.

"I will use the newsletter and the chapters of Shepherds of Christ Associates as a powerful instrument for spreading devotion to My Heart and My Mother's Heart.

"I am calling many to become members of Shepherds of Christ Associates. To all of them I will give great blessings. I will use them as instruments to help bring about the triumph of the Immaculate Heart and the reign of My Sacred Heart. I will give great graces to the members of Shepherds of Christ Associates. I will call them to be deeply united to My Heart and to Mary's Heart as I lead them ever closer to My Father in the Holy Spirit."

- Message from Jesus to Father Edward J. Carter, S.J., Founder, as given on July 31, 1994,
feast of Saint Ignatius Loyola, Founder of the Society of Jesus (The Jesuits)

                Jesus: Consecrate your family, schools,
churches to My Sacred Heart –
Pray the prayers I gave Fr. Carter –
                    Pray the rosary.

                    Jesus: Use the Blue Books

Jesus: I give you My Word in the Scripture
I give you the Bread of Life

We pray for you from our Church in China,
24 hours a day before the exposed Eucharist.
We pray eight-day retreats for you every month.

John 19: 25-27

Near the cross of Jesus stood his mother and his mother’s sister, Mary the wife of Clopas, and Mary of Magdala. Seeing his mother and the disciple whom he loved standing near her, Jesus said to his mother, ‘Woman, this is your son.’ Then to the disciple he said, ‘This is your mother.’ And from that hour the disciple took her into his home.

Jesus: I knew you before you were
                    born –
You have a calling from God the Father
                    and a place in salvation
                    history –

Why do you smite Me and make this
                    life your end?

Seek the Kingdom of God –

Seek the will of God –

                Do not anguish and manipulate
                    for your will –

A man tried a door and it was stuck –
He was so determined to get
                        in he tore the door
                        down –

If I send a sign and tell you to
walk My path along the will
                    of the Father –
Why tear down a door on
                        the wrong path to get
                        to where you were not
                        to go –

                Oh foolish men –

Seek the will of God –

                Don't anguish for your pitiable
plan - opposed to His will –

You make your own suffering –
                    then get mad when you
                    distance yourself from God –

A wise man knows his Father –

Genesis 3: 9-15, 20

But Yahweh God called to the man. ‘Where are you?’ he asked. ‘I heard the sound of you in the garden,’ he replied. ‘I was afraid because I was naked, so I hid.’ ‘Who told you that you were naked?’ he asked. ‘Have you been eating from the tree I forbade you to eat?’ The man replied, ‘It was the woman you put with me; she gave me some fruit from the tree, and I ate it.’ Then Yahweh God said to the woman, ‘Why did you do that?’ The woman replied, ‘The snake tempted me and I ate.’

Then Yahweh God said to the snake, ‘Because you have done this,

    Accursed be you of
    all animals wild and tame!
On your belly you will go
and on dust you will feed
    as long as you live.
    I shall put enmity
    between you and the woman,
    and between your offspring and hers;
    it will bruise your head
and you will strike its heel.’

The man named his wife ‘Eve’ because she was the mother of all those who live.

Mary says "I am the Immaculate Conception"

Song of Songs 2: 10bc, 14ef

‘Come then, my beloved,
my lovely one, come.

for your voice is sweet
and your face is lovely.’

Songs of Songs 4: 8a, 9a, 11cd, 12, 15

Come from Lebanon, my promised bride,

You ravish my heart,
my sister, my promised bride,

and the scent of your garments
is like the scent of Lebanon.

She is a garden enclosed,
my sister, my promised bride;
a garden enclosed,
a sealed fountain.

Fountain of the garden,
well of living water,
streams flowing down from Lebanon!

                Sing: Hosea

Hail Mary

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee; blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the Fruit of thy womb, Jesus.  Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death. Amen.

Luke 1: 46-55

And Mary said:

My soul proclaims
    the greatness of the Lord
and my spirit rejoices
    in God my Saviour;
because he has looked upon
    the humiliation of his servant.
Yes, from now onwards
all generations will call me blessed,
for the Almighty
has done great things for me.
Holy is his name,
and his faithful love extends age after age
    to those who fear him.
He has used the power of his arm,
he has routed the arrogant of heart.
He has pulled down princes
    from their thrones
        and raised high the lowly.
He has filled the starving with good things,
    sent the rich away empty.
He has come to the help

Luke 1: 26-38

In the sixth month the angel Gabriel was sent by God to a town in Galilee called Nazareth, to a virgin betrothed to a man named Joseph, of the House of David; and the virgin’s name was Mary. He went in and said to her, ‘Rejoice, you who enjoy God’s favour! The Lord is with you.’ She was deeply disturbed by these words and asked herself what this greeting could mean, but the angel said to her, ‘Mary, do not be afraid; you have won God’s favour. Look! You are to conceive in your womb and bear a son, and you must name him Jesus. He will be great and will be called Son of the Most High. The Lord God will give him the throne of his ancestor David; he will rule over the House of Jacob for ever and his reign will have no end.’ Mary said to the angel, ‘But how can this come about, since I have no knowledge of man?’ The angel answered, ‘The Holy Spirit will come upon you, and the power of the Most High will cover you with its shadow. And so the child will be holy and will be called Son of God. And I tell you this too: your cousin Elizabeth also, in her old age, has conceived a son, and she whom people called barren is now in her sixth month, for nothing is impossible to God.’ Mary said, ‘You see before you the Lord’s servant, let it happen to me as you have said.’ And the angel left her.

The Our Father

Our Father, Who art in heaven, hallowed be Thy name. Thy Kingdom come, Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread and forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Amen.

May 16, 1998 - Prayer to the Father

My Father,

With my whole heart I desire to consecrate the whole world to the Sacred Heart of Jesus and the Immaculate Heart of Mary. I wish with my whole being for the salvation of souls and that man live according to Thy Holy Will. I pray my Father that we may be one in You and Your Son Jesus and the Holy Spirit that we may intercede to You for this cause.

It is this burning desire within my soul to spread the consecration to the far ends of the earth, that the cries of Your children are cries of glory and honor and adoration, praising God as their God.

My Father, at this moment a soul hangs on the edge of death. For all eternity they will go to a place. It is not the plot of this soul as it trods this barren land to decide on the edge of death. You created us that we would grow in our oneness with God, that we would mature more and more in our image and likeness to God.

And so My Father, I pray with every cell in my body for this earth. In the name of Your Son Jesus I consecrate all the souls of this earth to the Sacred Heart and the Immaculate Heart of Mary in the Holy Spirit in union with the Holy sacrifice of the Mass with all the angels and saints and the souls in Purgatory.

I beg You Father for mercy.
I beg You Father for assistance.
I beg You Father to help us to spread this consecration to the far ends of the earth.

Please help us. We are helpless little ones coming in the heart of our Mother, bleeding from our wounds and our sins.

Your Son, Jesus Christ, shed the last drop of His Blood for the salvation of mankind. We wish to unite in this sacrifice, sacramentally made present in the Mass all over the world at every moment. Help us to make reparation to You for the sins of men.

Please my Father, help us. Held in the heart of Mary and the Heart of Jesus we come as the children of Eve to beg for the Reign of the Sacred Heart and the Triumph of Mary's heart. Look upon our love, Your shepherds in the Shepherds of Christ, our sacrifices and devotion to You Our Beloved Father. Come by the means of the Holy Spirit and sanctify us and make us whole, that we are one in Your Son Jesus, praying to You, Father, in the name of Your Son Jesus in the Holy Spirit united with all the angels and saints, in the heart of Mary. We beg for help for special intentions concerning the Movement. We beg for help to reach the Churches to give these prayers of Jesus to them, to reach the schools and the family. Help we cry as poor banished children of Eve. Help us Father to do this work the Good Shepherd has entrusted to us. Help us to be one in You that we act as intercessors to help this world to be turned to God as their God, loving, honoring and adoring Him as the Lord of Host is truly present on His throne.

We are Your children Father, we implore You to answer our prayer.
We love You, we worship You, we adore You, we thank you and we sing from the bottom of our hearts, Holy God we Praise Your Name. Alleluia  end of prayer to the Father

Malachi 3:1-4

'Look, I shall send my messenger to clear a way before me. And suddenly the Lord whom you seek will come to his Temple; yes, the angel of the covenant, for whom you long, is on his way, says Yahweh Sabaoth. Who will be able to resist the day of his coming? Who will remain standing when he appears? For he will be like a refiner's fire, like fullers' alkali. He will take his seat as refiner and purifier; he will purify the sons of Levi and refine them like gold and silver, so that they can make the offering to Yahweh with uprightness. The offering of Judah and Jerusalem will then be acceptable to Yahweh as in former days, as in the years of old.

Psalm 24: 7-10

Gates, lift high your heads,
raise high the ancient gateways,
and the king of glory shall enter!

Who is he, this king of glory?
It is Yahweh, strong and valiant,
Yahweh valiant in battle.

Gates, lift high your heads,
raise high the ancient gateways,
and the king of glory shall enter!

Who is he, this king of glory?
Yahweh Sabaoth,
he is the king of glory.                   Pause

                R. My heart is ravaged by the love
                    of my Savior –

                Have you prepared for the
                    wedding of your soul –
                    to the Eternal bridegroom –

                Oh God –
Let us see Your face –
So we can be saved –

We are blinded by the city lights and
our eyes crusted over with pride
and anger and envy and slothfulness –

Let the scales drop from our
                    eyes –

Help us to see before it is too
                    late –

See the morning light – that we
                    will not walk in darkness,
but in the light of a new day –

Jesus: A New day comes – every day –
after the dark of night –
the day comes to arouse the
                    sleeping throng –

                Waken your spiritual eye that
                    you will not be caught
                    off guard –

                Waken your closed hearts –

Be attentive to My call and
respond before it is too late –

Why do you anguish when you
                    could have prepared and gone
                    to class –

                What were you doing when
                    you knew what you were
to do, but you told Me to
                    wait on your plan and
you ignored Me and My Father's
                    will for you.

Rise up Jerusalem – your time has come –

The bride prepares for the wedding –

Should you not prepare for the
                    marriage of your soul –

Why has the morning light caught
you in another willful day –
                    You can't make your end
                    here on earth –

Rise up and be counted among those
                    prepared to meet the bridegroom
                    of your soul –

Genesis 12: 1-7

Yahweh said to Abram, ‘Leave your country, your kindred and your father’s house for a country which I shall show you; and I shall make you a great nation, I shall bless you and make your name famous; you are to be a blessing!

I shall bless those who bless you,
and shall curse those who curse you,
    and all clans on earth
    will bless themselves by you.’

So Abram went as Yahweh told him, and Lot went with him. Abram was seventy–five years old when he left Haran. Abram took his wife Sarai, his nephew Lot, all the possessions they had amassed and the people they had acquired in Haran. They set off for the land of Canaan, and arrived there.

Abram passed through the country as far as the holy place at Shechem, the Oak of Moreh. The Canaanites were in the country at the time. Yahweh appeared to Abram and said, ‘I shall give this country to your progeny.’ And there, Abram built an altar to Yahweh who had appeared to him.

Picture of the Sacred Heart of Jesus I Love You

 April 13, 1994

Words of Jesus. Read before the Tabernacle.

Jesus:  How, child, do I, Jesus, tell you I love you? You hold on to silly things when God is in your midst and is ardently loving you. I am Jesus Christ, the Son of God. I am writing to each precious child this day. I am on fire for love of you. I remain in the Eucharist to be with you with My ardent love. I did not want to leave My beloved ones at the Last Supper. I love you so, My dear and ardently loved children. I remain with you this day in the Blessed Sacrament, the same Jesus Who died a brutal death on the Cross.

Do you know I am truly present there? Do you know that God waits every day for you in the tabernacle? Do you comprehend even a minute amount of My love? You will never know of how I love you on earth.

I, Jesus, truly the Son of God, came to earth a man and suffered a brutal death for love of you. I love you so much! I remain with you this day. I long for your love. I want you to come and be with Me in front of the tabernacle. I wait, I yearn for you to come and whisper your love to Me. I am a person and I love you this day, with such an ardent on-fire love! No human could ever compare a speck to My love for you.

I wait, little ones, in the tabernacle. I wait for you to come and receive Me in Communion. I want you to want Me so much you cannot wait to come and receive Me. I want to be the love, the center of your life!

I am Jesus. I am the Son of God. I am writing to you this day. I want to possess your very soul and live in you. I have all you need, sweet ones. Oh, you are so blind! I long for your union with Me. I wrote the book of love. I instituted it, yet you go to the world for your love and do not even come to Me! Oh, I love you, little ones. Little ones, beloved of the Father, loved by the Holy Spirit, mothered by My very own mother! What more can I say? The rest is up to you!

I give you your will with such love and I want your love freely given. I am God. What do you think you could ever need that I do not give you? I am the Savior of this world. I am Jesus, the Son of God. I am waiting for you. I am longing for you. I am yearning for you. I am God. I have all you ever will need!

Surrender this life to Me. Pray My Prayer for Union with Me. I want to possess your soul and operate from your very being. I am Jesus. I am the Son of God. I am the Sacred Heart of Jesus. I am Who am. I died and rose on the third day.

Harken to My call, harken to My pleading. Spend your days in love with Me. Nothing matters unless it is rooted in Me and rooted in My love. I am the Son of God. I am the Sacred Heart of Jesus. I love you with the tenderest love. I am waiting this day for just you, My beloved one. Come to Me for I am the tenderest of all hearts. I am the Sacred Heart of Jesus.

He went in and said to her, ‘Rejoice, you who enjoy God’s favour!

The Visitation

1.
Luke 1: 39-45

Mary set out at that time and went as quickly as she could into the hill country to a town in Judah. She went into Zechariah’s house and greeted Elizabeth. Now it happened that as soon as Elizabeth heard Mary’s greeting, the child leapt in her womb and Elizabeth was filled with the Holy Spirit. She gave a loud cry and said, ‘Of all women you are the most blessed, and blessed is the fruit of your womb. Why should I be honoured with a visit from the mother of my Lord? Look, the moment your greeting reached my ears, the child in my womb leapt for joy. Yes, blessed is she who believed that the promise made her by the Lord would be fulfilled.’

The Birth of Jesus

1. Luke 2: 8-14

In the countryside close by there were shepherds out in the fields keeping guard over their sheep during the watches of the night. An angel of the Lord stood over them and the glory of the Lord shone round them. They were terrified, but the angel said, ‘Do not be afraid. Look, I bring you news of great joy, a joy to be shared by the whole people. Today in the town of David a Saviour has been born to you; he is Christ the Lord. And here is a sign for you: you will find a baby wrapped in swaddling clothes and lying in a manger.’ And all at once with the angel there was a great throng of the hosts of heaven, praising God with the words:

Glory to God in the highest heaven,

R. An interior vision:
I saw the stable and Jesus
and little sheep. Jesus was
in the manger. The floor
looked sort of brown like
mud.
They were moving about
and Jesus was in the manger.
It was very barren, except
for the small tiny sheep,
many on the smooth mud-like
floor.
People moving about with
covered heads, rope around waist.

We can be so high and
mighty, think we know it all.
We are here to love and do
God’s will.
We are to grow in humility.

3. From Mother at Our Side by Fr. Edward Carter, S.J. - Chapter 9

Our incorporation into the mystery of Christ at baptism, and our growth in this life, is centered in the pattern of death-resurrection: Or are you unaware that we who were baptized into Christ Jesus were baptized into his death? We were indeed buried with him through baptism into death, so that, just as Christ was raised from the dead by the glory of the Father, we too might live in newness of life. (Rom. 6:3-4).

4. The theme of death-resurrection is at the heart of salvation history. It is a recurrent theme in the Old Testament and in the New Testament.

5. The Jewish people, under the leadership of Moses, experienced death-resurrection as they were formed into the people of the covenant—Yahweh's people. In the great Exodus event, they escaped Egyptian slavery, went on to Mt. Sinai where the covenant was ratified, and then progressed to the Promised Land. As members of the Mosaic covenant, the Jews experienced a religious transition; they passed over to a higher level of religious existence—to a more intimate union with God.

6. This religious transition contained death-resurrection. For the Jews to become people of the covenant, to remain so, and to grow in the life of the covenant, it was necessary that they undergo a mystical or spiritual death. In short, they had to be willing to pay a price. They had to be willing to bear with that which was difficult in covenant life. This mystical death, however, had a very positive purpose; it was directed at life in the covenant and at growth in that life. This spiritual death, in other words, was for the purpose of resurrection.

7. Christ perfectly fulfilled the Old Testament theme of death-resurrection. In doing so, He was experiencing a religious transition. He was passing over—gradually, at first, and then definitively in His death—to a new kind of existence, to the life of resurrection. He achieved this life not only for Himself, but for us also. To achieve this new life of resurrection, Jesus was willing to pay the price. He was willing to suffer, even unto death. That it had to be this way—that the only way Jesus could have achieved resurrection was through suffering and death—was pointed out by Jesus Himself to the two disciples on the road to Emmaus: And he said to them, "Oh, how foolish you are! How slow of heart to believe all that the prophets spoke! Was it not necessary that the Messiah should suffer these things and enter into his glory?" (Lk. 24:25-26).

8. Christ has structured the Christian life by the way He lived, died, and rose from the dead. It is obvious, then, that the pattern of death-resurrection must be at the heart of the Church's life. Mary, as Mother of the Church and our mother, is in a most advantageous position to show us our own individual roads to Calvary and support us as we carry the cross, each of us on our own as well as the Church as a whole. She already traveled that road in perfect acceptance of the death-resurrection struggle as she was always most closely united with the work of her Son. Individually and collectively, we are meant to continually die in Christ so that we may continually rise in Christ. We thus pass over in a process of continued religious transition to a greater participation in Jesus' resurrection. It is true that our participation in Christ's resurrection will reach its culmination only in eternity. Nevertheless, we begin the life of resurrection here upon this earth, in the here-and-now of human life, in the midst of joy and pain, in the experience of success and failure, in the sweat of our brow, in the enjoyment of God's gifts.

9.
We cannot maintain the life of resurrection or grow in it without a willingness to suffer. This does not mean that we need to feel overwhelmed and heavily burdened by the suffering in our lives. The greater portion of suffering for most of us seems to be an accumulation of ordinary hardships and pains. At times, more penetrating suffering—even suffering of agonizing proportions—can enter our life. Whether the sufferings are either of the more ordinary variety or the rare and extreme type, Christians must convince themselves that to properly relate to the cross is to grow in resurrection.

10.
The great tragedy regarding human suffering is not that there is so much of it, but that apparently so much of it is wasted. Apparently many do not relate to suffering properly—according to God's will. Consequently, they fail to use suffering as a means to growth. Again, our mother's fiat can be a vivid reminder to persevere through even our most difficult trials.

The Finding in the Temple

1. From Mother at Our Side by Fr. Edward Carter, S.J. - Chapter 4

God's Will—Our Guiding Principle

When his parents saw him, they were astonished, and his mother said to him, "Son, why have you done this to us? Your father and I have been looking for you with great anxiety." And he said to them, "Why were you looking for me? Did you not know that I must be in my Father's house?" But they did not understand what he said to them. (Lk. 2:48-50)

2. The above scene describes how Mary and Joseph found Jesus in the temple after having been separated from Him. As they were returning home after the Passover celebration, they realized Jesus was not with them, and returned to Jerusalem to search for Him. The scene has various lessons for us concerning God's will.

3. With the Holy Family traveling in two separate groups (Mary with one, Joseph with the other, and Jesus with either from time to time), we understand how Mary and Joseph could have received conflicting stories regarding their Son's whereabouts. The Father's will may have been made known to Jesus in such a way that the timing of His response precluded alerting His parents to the change in His plan. Whatever the details were, we can be assured that there was no error made on the parts of Jesus, Mary, or Joseph. We can base our trust in this on what we know through faith—that Jesus would never have been disobedient or thoughtless toward His parents, and that Mary and Joseph could not possibly have been inept parents.

4. Even so, as people who expect certain behaviors of children and parents, we can be unsettled by some unanswered questions presented. Yet, since this event is included in Sacred Scripture, we know it has tremendous value for us as the Word of God. We also know that obedience to God's will always works in the best interests of everyone concerned, even when it is not obvious, even for quite some time.

5. The scene reminds us of the guiding principle of Jesus' life—loving conformity to His Father's will. Although Mary and Joseph were returning home, in some way Jesus knew He was supposed to remain in the temple at this particular time. His course of action was no different in this instance than it had been in the past and would be in the future. His Father's will was made manifest, and He obeyed; His Father showed the way, and He followed. The Father's will was always Jesus' way, every day, in all matters. As followers of Jesus, His guiding principle must also be ours.

6. This event in Christ's life also demonstrates that conformity to God's will sometimes brings hurt or sorrow to loved ones. Jesus knew that His remaining behind would cause suffering for Mary and Joseph—we can well imagine their anxiety. Jesus was sorry this had to be. He certainly was not insensitive to His parent's feelings, yet He had to do what He did. There can be similar situations in our own lives. Precisely because we are striving to seek out and do God's will, we may be causing hurt to loved ones. We know, however, there is no other course of action if we are to be open to God's designs for us.

7. The finding of the child Jesus in the temple illustrates still a further point regarding conformity to God's will. Mary and Joseph knew that somehow it was God's will that Jesus remain in Jerusalem as they themselves headed back to Nazareth. Yet they did not comprehend why all this happened. They recognized God's will, but they did not understand it. They accepted this will, however, along with the pain it produced in their lives.

8. The application of this lesson to our own Christian lives is vividly manifest. At times there occurs an incident we do not understand. We realize that somehow this is God's will, at least His permissive will, yet we do not understand why, and our unknowing is part of our pain.

9. Mary always perfectly conformed herself in love to God's will. It was her joy to so act. Sometimes the doing of God's will caused her considerable suffering, as we see from the above Gospel scene. Later on, the sword of suffering would pierce her even more deeply.

10. In summary, we can say that Mary always reached out and embraced God's will with the deepest love, whether this was easy or very difficult. Mary has left us these famous words: Behold, I am the handmaid of the Lord. May it be done to me according to your word. (Lk. 1:38). Let us ask our mother to obtain for us the grace to grow in our own conformity to the will of God.

Inspiring Homilies Covering Cycle B of the Litugical Year (2011/2012)
$ 10.00

Guiding Light homily series — Reflect on the Word — Cycle B     The Word leaves an impression on our souls. In my thoughts and reflections are born a more tangible understanding of these eternal concepts presented in the Gospels and the readings. Anyone can read a sentence, but not anyone can absorb it's true meaning. Truth, in this day and age, is almost a matter of opinion or individual entitlement. We believe that Christ's truth is our Roman Catholic Church. We, as priests, champion it's teachings; we are ambassadors for the Pope and Christ to those faces looking at us. We are the light by which our congregation reads to reflect upon real truth and we do it hand in hand. $10

Guiding Light - Steadfast to the Son
Inspiring Homilies Covering Cycle A of the Litugical Year
$ 10.00

Guiding Light homily series — Steadfast to the Son — Cycle A    The sunflower is a great example of how we should be steadfastly guided by light. What a powerful thought that this exceptional plant is not stuck in one pose day in and day out, yet adaptable and magnetized to the sun. We feel the same about our Son. Our heads turns to face Christ as each day presents its challenges to find light. We join together like plants in a field and soak up the Son through the pulpit. We are a warm circle of strength using the wind of our breath to carry our priests' words, Christ's words, to new rich soil. $10

Guiding Light - Focusing on the Word
Inspiring Homilies Covering Cycle B of the Litugical Year
$ 10.00

Guiding Light — Focusing on the Word — Cycle B    At times we may feel that our path to Christ is a bit "out of focus". Like the disciples in the Book of Mark, this ordinary life clouds our vision of Christ's Divinity. We may doubt the practicality or possibility of applying His teachings and example to our modern life. Cycle B's homilies are a "guiding light" to help us realize Jesus' Messianic greatness and His promise of better things to come. $10

Guiding Light - Feed My Soul
Inspiring Homilies Covering Cycle C of the Litugical Year
$ 10.00

Guiding Light — Feed My Soul — Cycle C    In a world rapidly advancing and encouraging personal gain, we are faced with modern problems. There is a challenge to find time in our busy schedules for Sunday Mass or a family meal. We are able to research, shop, bank and even work without hearing one human voice. It is no wonder that we may often feel disconnected and famished at our week's end. In Fr. Joe's third book of homilies from Cycle C, we are reminded of the charity that Christ intended us to show each other. We have a calling to turn the other cheek and be the Good Samaritan to others. We are rewarded with the Father's kingdom and love when we are not worthy. We are not left alone or hungry. $10
