Mary has requested that the daily message be given each day to the world. It is read nightly at the prayer service from her Image Building in Clearwater, Florida, U.S.A. This is according to her request. All attempts will be made to publish this daily message to the world at 11 p.m. Eastern time, U.S.A.

We acknowledge that the final authority regarding these messages rests with the Holy See of Rome.

Jesus speaks:        I come to you and I call you to love.

Messenger:            Oh I give myself to you my God --
                                    completely and wholly.

I saw Jesus' face in Clearwater the whole time I
was there, there was such a presence my
heart burns to realize the gift God has given
to us with Jesus' face appearing on the building.

God the Father told me we needed to help make
reparation for the neglect given to this
great vision of Mary in Clearwater -- God the Father said --
"You, the human race, knocked off the
head of Mary (in the image), people
                                    should be coming kneeling, telling
God they are so sorry for this."

How did they not recognize the gift
God gave to the world in giving them such
                                    a vision for 7 years?

Here are pictures of the 5ths when I went there
                                    and Mary appeared.

Messenger:            When I went to Clearwater this weekend (I
had enough sky-miles to do so)
Jesus' face was so beautiful on the building.

God wants our hearts filled with love.

God wants us to pray to the Holy Spirit to fill
our hearts with the fire of His love.

Messenger:            We sang and praised God with love into the
night Saturday, Sunday in the rain we
played the tape, some pilgrims came and
it felt almost mystical. The joy of our
hearts to hear the songs of praise from
the night before and watch the beauty
of the window, it was gold and beautiful,
so beautiful as I never saw it before.

At evening the children were to do the
Shepherds of Christ prayer service, a few children
were there Jane and Sheila did the prayers
and we were so happy -- the sun now shown
beautiful, the rain had stopped so I could
play for the next few hours of all of us singing
songs of praise to Mary and to God. It
was a very powerful night and again
I saw Jesus' face in such colors as I never
                                    saw before while we sang.

Messenger:            These pictures don't even show it the way it
truly was. Our hearts were filled with joy
as we thanked God for His gifts given to
us and Jesus appeared so beautiful as
                                    we prayed and sang.

I thanked God for this gift given to us, that
He chose us and gave us the Shepherds of Christ to
reach the world with the Priestly Newsletter and
pray for the priests, the Church and the world.

That night I stayed pretty much under the image
and prayed and the presence I felt with the face
of Jesus was so strong. I carry this gift in my
heart today. I feel deeply His burning love and I
am asked by Jesus to write to you. He says
He outpours His healing graces, physical and
                                spiritual from His Centers.

From going to Florida and being at that
place and being before the exposed Eucharist and
at the retreats in China -- I know I am receiving
tremendous grace of loving Him ever deeper and
healing grace I cannot even describe.

The retreats in China are so awesome and how
he acts on my soul, I cannot wait to go
back and to be there every month, at retreat, it is so
                                special.

July 20, 2004 continues

Messenger:            This is why God has called the Movement and given
us this place in Clearwater, Florida --
He wants us to pray and sing and love and
                                    serve Him.

God is really reaching out to us.
                                    He is love.
                                    He wants love in return.

I come to you and I beg you to help us with the
                                    funds.

We need funds desperately to maintain this special
place in Florida, God has given to this
earth for prayer and singing and love
                                    given to Him.

                                I came, I tried, I conquered.

I go to the Centers, I deliver the message
of love Jesus wants to give the world.

The world is starving for this message.
You can envision children starving for food --
See the souls of the earth --
                                        Look at the dress --
Look at the murder of babies --
Look at the indulgence in many things
                                            displeasing to God --

We were created to know, love and serve God.

A good idea may not be the one God wants
                                    us to act on.

We are called to constantly discern what is
from God and what is His will for us.

Stopping twice a day, as the Jesuits do, to examine
our conscience is a way we can stop
and see how the spirit is moving in
us. We must look and see if the promptings
we are getting to act a certain
way are coming from God and if they
are His will we act on them.

Jesus gave me a message last week on weaving
a blanket of woe, like making a quilt,
adding a square at a time that can
lead us into doing something in our
lives that is taking us down the wrong
path, one that would not please Jesus,
or one that is just not the right one for
                                    us.

Stopping is good because a person can discern how
the spirit is moving. If a person is getting a
prompting from satan and acting on it they
can stop it before it gets worse, because
they took time to stop and see how the
spirit is working in their day and discerned
if they should have acted on it and should
continue acting on it or not.

Discernment of spirits is vital to
trying to live according to God's will.

Let us thank God for the priest and the gift
                                    of the Eucharist.
My heart is filled with joy to participate
in the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass.
I empty myself at the consecration and give myself
                                        to Him.
My whole being is involved in this.
My whole focus is God and the sacrifice being
                                        offered.

I cry I want so much for myself to be so one
in Him. I love Him so much. He acts
on my soul, I do not think these things --
He gives me that grace to want this --

Here is a prayer Jesus gave to me to say before
                                    Mass.

A Prayer before the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass

Let me be a holy sacrifice and unite with God in the sacrament of His greatest love.

I want to be one in Him in this act of love, where He gives Himself to me and I give myself as a sacrifice to Him. Let me be a holy sacrifice as I become one with Him in this my act of greatest love to Him.

Let me unite with Him more, that I may more deeply love Him. May I help make reparation to His adorable Heart and the heart of His Mother, Mary. With greatest love, I offer myself to You and pray that You will accept my sacrifice of greatest love. I give myself to You and unite in Your gift of Yourself to me. Come and possess my soul.

Cleanse me, strengthen me, heal me. Dear Holy Spirit act in the heart of Mary to make me more and more like Jesus.

Father, I offer this my sacrifice, myself united to Jesus in the Holy Spirit to You. Help me to love God more deeply in this act of my greatest love.

Give me the grace to grow in my knowledge, love and service of You and for this to be my greatest participation in the Mass. Give me the greatest graces to love You so deeply in this Mass, You who are so worthy of my love.

Messenger:            Here is a writing I received about the same time

December 27, 1995

LET US LOVE THE TWO HEARTS OF JESUS AND MARY
IN THE RECEPTION OF THE HOLY EUCHARIST.

HE GAVE HIMSELF TO US ON THE CROSS. HE GIVES HIMSELF TO US IN THE EUCHARIST.

How great was the act of love, God gave to this world, when He gave Himself and died on the cross. He gives Himself to us this day in the Holy Eucharist.

The greatest commandment is that we must love God with our whole heart, our whole soul, and our whole being. This is a commandment. If we are to enter heaven, we must follow the commandments. They are commands given by God for us to follow.

The greatest act we can do on this earth is an act of loving God. The reason for our existence is to love God. In the sacrament of His greatest love, He gives Himself to us. This is an act of love on His part. We are called to respond by giving ourselves in love to Him.

This is the purpose of the Holy Eucharist: to unite in such oneness with our Holy, Loving God. Our all consuming passion should be that of loving God. How many go to the Eucharist with the sole purpose of giving great love to God? He wants us to love Him. He wants souls to tell Him how much they truly love Him. This is the most intimate act of love when Jesus gives Himself-Body, Blood, Soul, and Divinity to man. If it is such an act of love, how are we receiving Him in Communion? We should beg God, in this most intimate union with Him, to help us to love Him with greatest love.

Jesus is a Person. He wants our love. The Holy Spirit wants such intimacy with us. Our Father wants us to love Him. In the Eucharist, we unite with God. In this intimate act of uniting with our beloved God, with Divinity, we must pour out our love to God. We must pour out our heart to the most adorable Heart of Jesus. Jesus is so unjustly treated by many of His beloved souls He loves so much. Let us help make reparation to the Almighty God by loving God with our whole heart, our whole soul, and our whole being in the sacrament of His greatest love. This is the Gift of Himself.

Think of how it is to love someone and give your all for that person, to pour out your heart to him or her and then be treated with coldness and neglect. It hurts our heart so much more when we deeply love someone to be rejected by that person. Jesus loves us with the deepest love. We cannot fully comprehend this love. Let us love Him with the deepest love. Let us love Mary and her Immaculate Heart. Let us love her as the Mother of God. Let us love her as the virgin who bore the Son of God. May we, in the reception of the Eucharist pour out our love to Him, to this adorable Heart. May we pour out our love to His Holy Mother.

Mary said at Fatima that Jesus wants His Heart venerated next to the heart of His Mother. Let us love these two Hearts as we receive the Sacrament of the Eucharist. Then we are so deeply united with God. We see Their two Hearts surrounded with thorns for the injustices against Their Hearts. Let us help make reparation daily as we receive Him in the Eucharist. This is a special time to help make reparation to Their wounded Hearts.

Let us remember how He poured His love out to us on the cross and how He pours out His love to us now when He gives us Himself in the Eucharist, the Eucharist which contains His Heart of burning love. His Heart was pierced with a lance. Her heart was invisibly pierced with a sword. As the wounds in Their Hearts are deep, so too is Their love so deep.

He does not want "surface love". He wants hearts filled with deep burning love.

Father Carter's Talk
February 18, 2000

Well, what should I say to you. It comes to my heart that I should start off telling you about the Holy Family’s house, the little home they lived in, in Nazareth which is now situated/surrounded by a Basilica Church in Loreto, Italy. And I had the privilege of visiting that shrine. How did their house get there—their little home all the way from Nazareth to Loreto, Italy? There’re different theories on it. One which seems very plausible to me is that during one of the crusades, when the crusaders were in the Holy Land, they had great reason to fear that the home of the Holy Family, the little house would be destroyed by the enemies of Christianity. So they dismantled it and brought it back by ship and then it was reassembled there at Loreto. And there is scientific proof to back this up, for instance they say that the stone out of which the Holy Family home/house was built is that which is used in the Holy Land and it’s not indigenous at all to Italy. So I really do believe that is the house where Jesus and Mary lived at Nazareth. And one of the first things that strikes you about it is how tiny it is—very, very smallone more indication that Our Lord did not need the trappings of this earth, wealth and palatial surroundings and so forth to prove to show His greatness. He was and is great simply because what He is in Himself, who He is. And we get the same lesson, that’s one of the lessons which comes out of His birth at Bethlehem; the kings of this earth come into this world with great palatial showings and all the fanfare which surrounds the life of royalty and yet the King of kings comes in this world in the simplest surroundings. Again He teaches us many lessons from this, one of them certainly is where does true greatness lie. It doesn’t lie in the things which are outside of you, the things which surround you, it lies within your very depths.

I think all of you here at China give a great witness to life of Jesus, Mary and Joseph at Nazareth and to the birthplace of Jesus in Bethlehem. Your life is so simple. It is so hidden and yet like the life of Jesus at Nazareth, it is meant to be redemptive. His life certainly was redemptive those first 33 years of His existence. And I think I said in a homily to you some months ago, that if we had it to plan we certainly would have arranged, I’m sure all of us, Jesus’ life here on earth differently. I don’t think in the depths of our heart if we’re honest with ourselves, if the Father says, “you map out the way you think Jesus, My Son, should live here below in the time allotted,” who of us, who of us would have had Him hidden away for 10/11ths of that mortal life span. We would have given much more time to His public life. And here Jesus under the Father teaches us a great lesson—that we share in His redemptive efforts proportionate to the depth of our love and as that life of love is supported by faith and hope so Jesus takes the most humble places and He takes the most simple living people and He uses those simple places and those simple people to accomplish great things. So glory in your existence here at China, in its hiddenness and ask for the faith to realize more and more the great good you are doing for the Movement and the Church and the world.

There are so many lives of the saints which are at witness to this hidden life of Jesus. And the one that usually comes first to my mind is that of St. Therese of Lisieux, who lived that very, very very hidden life in the cloistered convent at Lisieux and only for nine short years. She entered, as I’m sure you know it, with special dispensation from the pope. She entered at 15 and died at 24. And the good she accomplished in those nine years at Carmel, that was already achieved before she was canonized and people came to know about her great life of holiness. But during those nine short years at Carmel she was doing so so so much to help in the salvation of souls. And her life was so ordinary, so much so in its external framework, so much so that I think it’s, if I remember correctly, her sisters—the nuns with whom she lived with in the Carmelite convent there were surprised when the her cause for beatification was introduced. And why was her life so great—because she did the simplest things, everything with the great depth of faith and hope and love, those gifts which the Holy Spirit showered her with in tremendous depth.

And so your life here at China is in such great imitation of Jesus, Mary and Joseph at Nazareth and such great saints as St. Therese of Lisieux, those saints who lived such a hidden existence. And so first of all I thank you for persevering in this life. I think I have some more than ordinary insight into the greatness you are contributing towards the Movement and the Church and the world. So I thank you very profusely and I also highly encourage you to persevere in this life and to pray for the grace to get a deepened insight into just how great your life is here at China for the cause of Christ.

God’s ways are not our ways nor His thoughts are not our thoughts. And so contrary to the way that so much of the world thinks and even many in the Church it puts such great emphasis on those activities which attract public attention and acclaim and so forth. We know that God looks first of all to the depth of love, a love of His will, the depth of loving conformity to His will—this is how He measures the success of a life. The external framework of which that life is lived as it were as secondary, always secondary to the depth of faith, hope and love, a depth of a loving conformity of one’s will to the Father’s will in Christ, through Christ in the Spirit with a prayerful assistance of Mary our Mother. Amen.

So in summary, thank you for persevering in your life here. Secondly, pray for a deepened insight into the greatness of your life here, what it means for the Church, the Movement and the world. And thirdly, pray for a great sense of joy for the vocation, the calling Jesus has given you, at least at this time of your life, to your life here in China.

Holy Family of Nazareth pray for us.

Heavenly Father, I ask your most special blessings on your specially chosen ones here as I have just put before them and requesting them, suggesting to them to pray for an increased light of their greatness here and strength to live by that light. So I ask You Heavenly Father abundantly to give them that grace. Give them great sense of peace and joy here despite the trials they have to endure as Your Son showed us suffering, even deep suffering is not contrary to peace in the Lord. Father, let them know how special they are to You. Bless them most abundantly now and all the days of their life. Father, I put this petition before you through your Son Jesus in the Holy Spirit with the prayerful assistance of Mary our Mother. Amen.

May the Blessing of Almighty God, Father Son and Holy Spirit descend upon you and remain forever. Amen.

July 20, 2004 continues

Messenger:            From China, Indiana we do the foreign Priestly
Mailing. We mailed the Priestly Newsletter
Book II's to 85,000 priests in the world.
The writings on the Eucharist in the Newsletters
                                went out to the world.

We have had retreats monthly before the Exposed Blessed Sacrament
praying for priests, the Church and the world
                                since 1997.

When Fr. Carter would say Mass there before we had
air conditioning I would hear the flow of
the water from the creek that surrounds
                                us.

I was so aware of the grace being
poured out from that Mass in China on
                                the world.

I could see water flowing, like grace
from the altar reaching all the souls of the
earth because we prayed so hard for all
the souls of the earth from there at Mass.

The Mass is so awesome. I don't think of these
things -- Jesus has taught us on the 13ths
                                and from the messages.

I see the priest, we are so deeply connected because
the priest and the people have consecrated
their hearts so deeply to the Pure and Holy Hearts
of the Sacred Heart and the Immaculate Heart of
                                Mary.

I know deeply that connection with Jesus at Mass
and all the people and we are praying to
God the Father in the Holy Spirit united so
deeply to Jesus for the souls of the earth
for grace to be outpoured upon them, united to
the saints and angels and all the souls in
                                purgatory, praying through the powerful
                                intercession of the Virgin Mary.

This picture is in my soul.

This is how I live every moment of my
life united so deeply to God this way, praying,
being an intercessor at every moment --
the bell tolls and I am deeply united to
the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass going on
around the world and I am aware of
helping in the work of redemption in
my every moment, living united this
way to the Mass, living as
much as I can according to God's
                                will.

Oh holy angels come to the altar of sacrifice --
kneel before the Lord and adore Him, for the
people of this earth, many times, do not come in
awe to the altar and treasure this great
sacrifice you have given as they should.

The Priestly Newsletter Fr. Carter asked to be
published in 2001 #1 is very important. He told
me in October 2000 to do it -- several months
                                before his death.

Relationship with Members of the Church

e) Relationship with Members of the Church

There is but one true Church of Christ. Yet this one Church has three different states of existence. There is the pilgrim Church, the Church of this world, composed of members who have received the grace of Christ and strive for its development. They have not yet obtained the goal of their efforts, as have the members of the heavenly Church, who enjoy God in eternal happiness. The Church suffering is an intermediate state of existence necessary for those who had not achieved the required purification as members of the pilgrim Church. Although there are these three phases of the Church’s existence, there is a profound union existing between all the members. All these members possess the same basic life of grace in Christ, and this common life establishes the most intimate bonds of love. In our preceding chapter, we discussed the pilgrim Church. Let us now consider the Church suffering and the heavenly Church.

The members of the Church suffering are those who have departed from this life in an incomplete state of Christian development. Their development is incomplete in the sense that grace has not fully taken possession of them, and, as a result, they are yet closed in upon themselves to a greater or lesser degree. They as yet cannot open themselves out in complete love to the Triune God in the beatific vision. They must undergo a further purification, a purification which could have been achieved upon earth with merit. Now the purification must be achieved with no merit attached. The pain of this purification is mixed with the certain expectation of achieving the vision of God. We can hasten the advent of this vision for this people by the offering of prayers and other good works. Scripture itself refers to our action on behalf of those in purgatory in Chapter 12 of the Second Book of Maccabees beginning with verse 38.

The members of the heavenly Church are those in whom the life of grace has taken full possession and has reached its completion in the life of glory. Faith now is unnecessary, as the light of glory gives the human intellect a new strength and capacity for seeing God face-to-face. While the Christian was a wayfarer, he received the imprint of the indwelling Trinity as he shared in God’s own life. Now in heaven that grace-life and possession of God reaches its completion—the absolute completion is not achieved, however, until the resurrection of the body. The divine persons give Themselves to the beatified in a profound union far surpassing that of the indwelling of the Trinity experienced here below.

This life of heaven is still the Christ-life, for just as we possess a share in Trinitarian life here below as mediated by Christ, and exercise this grace-life as structured by Him, so also in heaven is the mediation of Christ present. In the words of Rahner, "One always sees the Father through Jesus. Just as immediately as this, for the directness of the vision of God is not a denial of the mediatorship of Christ as man."14 And not only does the humanity of Christ unite the blessed to God, but also, in some way, to the whole of creation. This is merely a completion of what is begun here below, namely, the union with Christ in His humanity establishing the Christian in a special relationship with God, with other men, and with the whole of creation. We have a glimpse, therefore, of the fullness of life which members of the heavenly Church possess.

The heavenly Church, as St. Thomas says, is the true Church.15 The Church of this earth and the Church of purgatory are, each in its own way, reaching out in loving hope for the heavenly Jerusalem. Vatican II puts it very simply: "The Church, to which we are called in Christ Jesus, and in which we acquire sanctity through the grace of God, will attain her full perfection only in the glory of heaven."16

The members of the heavenly Church can help us in living our life of grace until we too share its fullness with them. Their power of intercession on our behalf is but another ramification of the communal aspect of Christianity. We are meant to help others grow in Christ. We, in turn, are intended by God to receive aid from others—yes, from members of the heavenly Church, as well as from those with whom we dwell here below.

Not only can we be aided by the saints’ intercession, but the example of the canonized saints can also be of great value to us. They have concretely proved that full holiness is possible. Such an inspiration is of real worth when we are tempted to think that Christian sanctity in its higher degrees is impossible of attainment. Moreover, the canonized saints, in their diversity, teach us that there are many authentic versions of Christian holiness. They can be innovators in showing us that there are numerous possibilities in assimilating the mystery of Christ, although the basic assimilation remains the same for all Christians of all times. In the opinion of Rahner this is one of the chief roles the canonized saints exert in the life of the Church.17

Messenger:        This is in my soul.

                            This is my life.

I have this connection with heaven.
I have this connection with earth and
it reaches such heights as I live this way.

I feel it so strongly united to the Mass --
it is there it reaches the pinnacle
                                for me.

I love to go to funeral Masses for there
the triumph of a life well lived
for God is so wonderful. We see baptism and
the end of the life of the Christian.

I feel that connection of heaven
touching earth in a special way
                                at the funeral Mass and
outside the Church where the funeral Mass is
the world goes on in its usual way.

                            I had 3 great visions of 1996.

This was a few days after Easter.

The second was on Easter Saturday.

                            This was the third.

Writings very carefully discerned by Father Carter

On April 1996, at All Saints Church I wrote:

I was at All Saints, April, at the 6:45 a.m. Mass. At 7:00 a.m. the bells rang at the Consecration of the Mass. The Sacrifice of Calvary rings out all over the world and I can be joined at every moment to this Sacrifice. We unite to this Sacrifice praying for ourselves and our brothers. The bell tolls at every moment I live. Whether I am doing dishes, being with my family, or whatever, I make this my offering united to the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass being offered around the world. I make my Morning Offering. United to the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass being celebrated around the world, I give myself completely to the Father in the name of Jesus in the Holy Spirit with all the angels and saints. I make this offering of my life to help in the salvation of souls. My offering is most pure and holy as I unite to the pure and holy Hearts of Jesus and Mary.

What is pleasing to my Father is that at every second I am trying to live in His will operating in love. My heroic or mundane tasks are most important as I give them in sacrifice united to Jesus in the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass.

I live in this way, always united to the sacrifice of Calvary being made sacramentally present on our altars around the world through the hands of His beloved priests.

This is the moment of sacrifice. The bells toll all over the earth and Christ, Chief-Priest and Victim, gives Himself in the Mass through the hands of the priest. I give myself in love to help in the work of redemption.

From April continued (written on a napkin)

Messenger:  We unite in the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass to help in the work of redemption of souls.

This is the secret of the contemplative in action. He hears the bell toll and realizes at every moment of his life that he is united to the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass and helping in the act of redemption in his very living. He gives himself as a sacrifice, living according to God’s will.

The contemplative in action unites in the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass wherever it is being offered around the world and becomes one in that offering. The Father looks down and sees the Sacrifice of His Son. This is the most pleasing offering we can make to the Father, the offering of His Son. This is for the redemption of souls.

Christ lives in us in the world today. We give ourselves selflessly in love. We model our lives after the great gift of love -- Jesus giving Himself as a Sacrifice for us that we might be saved.

Heaven unites with earth in the Sacrifice that continues in the Mass around the world. Our lives are joined in celebration of Christ’s redemptive act for the salvation of mankind.

Jesus speaks:  This is My Body -- given for you.

This is My Blood; I paid the price for your sins.

I am the Way, the Truth and the Life. I give Myself for you, I ask you to give yourselves for your brothers.

Messenger:  He no longer walks this earth. He lives in us. He is here in the Eucharist. I offer myself selflessly to Him. I live in Him.

Messenger:        OH THE GREAT GIFT

                           OF THE MASS

                           AND THE PRIEST

                           AND THE CHURCH.

                            I got a message 1996 --

how satan wants to attack the priests,
                                the school and the family.

Jesus gave us these prayer chapters
to pray for the priests, the Church
                                and the world.

Fr. Carter said Jesus told him to go to
Florida on January 22 whenever he
                                could because of this message
                                to the earth.

A message for the Earth from Jesus

January 22, 1998

I am the Good Shepherd, these are My prayers, the prayers I give to help renew the Church and the world, all prayer chapters are asked to include these prayers (found in the Shepherds of Christ Prayer Manual). As My Apostles and Shepherds I ask you to encourage all existing Chapters to try to encourage all existing prayer groups to pray the Shepherds of Christ prayers. Encourage all Churches to pray these prayers. It is most urgent that the people of this earth concur with the Father's wishes to begin Prayer Chapters. This is an urgent request from the Good Shepherd. The flock will become one when they have given their hearts to Jesus and Mary. Encourage all priests to pray the Shepherds of Christ prayers. Your world will be lighted with great light as the people of this earth pray these prayers.

My promise is this to you My beloved earth: When you give your heart to Me and spread the devotion to My Sacred Heart, I will write your name In My Heart. I promise to give the greatest graces when you pray these prayers for renewal of the Church and the world and take all who pray them deeply into My Heart. The prayers I give will bring about the reign of My Sacred Heart and the triumph of Mary's Immaculate Heart. I am Jesus Christ, this is My message of January 22, 1998, Please circulate this message to your world. I am the Good Shepherd, I know Mine and Mine know Me and they follow Me. Grace My Shepherds, I will give you the greatest graces for spreading these words to this earth and to your Church. I love you, I am Jesus Christ, the Son of Man, it is the Plan of the Father that Prayer Chapters are begun immediately and the Priestly Newsletter is given to all priests. The Voice of the Good Shepherd speaks through it.
