July 5, 1994 6:30 p.m.
Messenger: I was told to go to Our Lady of the Holy Spirit Center to pray the rosary with my children. There were people in the front of the church, so we decided to pray the rosary in the back before the Sorrowful Mother statue. I had the following vision at the end of the rosary.
The statue of the Sorrowful Mother was lit up as if she had fire around her. The light was very bright. Her whole gown was all-white, but the statue's gown is blue and pink. She was all aglow. It looked like the glow that comes off of a fire. Her face kept changing but remained totally sorrowful-the sorrow of an older woman. She was in such pain and sorrow! (It was hard to explain how she looked-extremely pained!) Her face looked as though she was in such pain that she could hardly bear it.
The vision remained like this for about ten minutes, having begun during the last Hail Mary of the Sorrowful Mysteries of the rosary. She was holding something-it was all bright white-the brightest light ever!

The weight of the cross weights heavy
on my soul, for I know the souls
who will be lost and the importance
of doing as Mary asked at Fatima at the
beginning of the century and Jesus asked
Fr. Carter at the end of the century.
Mary began appearing to me 13 years
ago on July 5, 1994 and after all the signs
and struggles 13 years later God has
asked me to do a day of prayer from the
building in Clearwater beginning at
10:00AM and ending with a procession
at 10:00PM around the building where
Mary's image appeared for 7 1/2 years.
It is clear to me after constant struggle
delivering the message of Jesus and Mary
that people don't want any message
that tells them what to do or tells them
to change.
My messages — no matter how many
proofs — makes me most unpopular
and opens the door to ridicule and
criticism.
I know how deeply Jesus wants His
Priestly Newsletter to go out to the 80,000
priests every other month and how Jesus
has asked me to build up China which
is like Jesus' stable in Bethlehem.
From China, Indiana to China the
country we have sent 5,000,000 Newsletters
(and Cincinnati the US priests) in 13 years.
We have circulated more than 10,000,000
pieces of literature and books with
the Morrow address P. O. Box 193,
Morrow, Ohio.
On December 29 Doris changed the first
class mail from our P. O. Box at Morrow
to China, Indiana. I did not give this
direction, but the P. O. Box 193 in Morrow
was paid up until July 31, 2007 and we
have the paid receipt. Over 2 weeks
ago, Jesus told me to check into it.
They were forwarding 1st Class mail
from Morrow to China (Madison)
but throwing all our other mail
P. O. Box 193 away because they
gave the P. O. Box 193 to somebody
else. This is my understanding of the
situation. Glaci went out and they said
if we paid they would forward the
mail, but throw away ads.
Several times I received correspondence
from Fr. Laurentin and the Vatican that
looks like ad mail. It could have
been thrown away by those not knowing
how this foreign mail sometimes looks.
After dealing with the Post Master
they said we could not have P. O. Box 193
back because the owner won't give
it up.
Today they said absolutely we
cannot get it back, paid receipt or
not, because another man has it.
What am I to do, Jesus sent me to
them several weeks ago. They now
throw away all they consider ads.
There are other problems with the
mail at the Madison post office
since we put China, Indiana, but
the right zip code for Madison.
Communication and all the Morrow
mail makes me feel sick, Rosary makers
have sent homemade rosaries to the
Morrow box for 10 years 3rd class. We supply
about 200,000 rosaries to schools
all over the United States yearly.
Please pray for this problem that
some how by the grace of God they
give P. O. Box 193 back to us. And
send your mail to China.
When I have to say "yes" even when
it is hard, I do, no matter how hard,
persecution, obstacles and continue
writing day after day the daily message.
On July 5, 1994 I saw Our Lady
appear as on fire in the most magnificient
light, but as I recorded on the internet
her face looked cracked and the color
of Our Lady of Guadalupe.
10 years later on March 1, 2004 Mary's
image was cracked — by a sling shot
Jesus told me sending the Newsletter
depends on those being called to help
us. Few people talk about tithing
any more, but when I was on the plane
today a woman told me about how
important it is.
The Shepherds of Christ is Jesus' Movement,
although the structure came from messages
Jesus gave to me, I did not think this
master plan up and after people have
been blessed over and over again by
the Shepherds of Christ writings and
Movement, they may fail to see how
it is a vocation to pray and help
support the hand that has fed you.
This is the site in China, Indiana
after we prepared and sent about
55,000 Newsletters for we do not have
postage for the rest.
A big donation
we counted on fell through, but
in God allowing this I see how many
do not recognize in Prayer Chapters how
the original message from Jesus given
to Fr. Carter was for prayer chapters
to financially help to support the
Newsletters.
I see the human race as the family
God created to people the earth and
Jesus called this Movement to pray
for our priests and help renew the
Church and the world.
No matter how hard it has been I have
said "yes" to all the problems in 13 years —
I said "yes" no matter how hard and
tried to build a united network of
prayer chapters, core people to be
a family — reaching like branches
all over the world connected to the
vine.
The skies are black over many people
who give into sin and disobey the
Commandments of God and ignore
God's word.
The Shepherds of Christ is Jesus' Movement
and this image appeared in gold July 5,
2000 as I did the prayer service —
that was 7 years ago.

What is important to God may not be
what we deem important.
When the image of Mary appeared after
she appeared to me every day for 14 months
and Fr. Carter had been successfully
circulating the Priestly Newsletter for
2 1/2 years to all US priests and then sending
it by the end of 1996 to 75,000 priests
in English and Spanish — we began
immediately circulating the prayer
manuals and circulated millions with
the Morrow P. O. Box 193.
When the image head was destroyed
March 1, 2004 by 3 sling shot pellets
around 5AM when our movie stopped
taping — the hurricanes began ravaging
Florida first August 13, 2004 headed
for Tampa and miraculously turning as
we prayed in China, Indiana before
the exposed Eucharist — a whole Church
full of people in a dimly lit Church —
I knelt before the exposed Eucharist —
Rita delivered this before the exposed
Eucharist
with her eyes closed to the people at the retreat
while the hurricane was going on in Florida.
Note again this was deliver from Jesus at the same time as the devastating hurricane in Florida going to Clearwater and then being averted. Joe Lee said she sounded like the hurricane.
When I transcribed it from the tape it seemed she didn't take a breath. This is one of the loudest, forceful rosaries I have ever transcribed. Doris

Think of all the boys that could be out there today that could have a vocation. And because the stimulation is not there, because the prompting is not there, that they may not even consider becoming a priest.
And then think of the shortage of priests and the fact that — like in West Virginia there were 5 parishes — 3 were all under one priest and they just plain closed 2. Think of all the places that I keep going to that I travel and they just don't have weekly Mass.
Or the fact that here on Monday they don't have one so they have to go to Batesville and it takes them 3 hours to drive there to get to Mass on Monday.
The shortage of priests is closer than we think that it is. And the Movement that God gave to us in 1994 to pray for His priests was an important Movement that may have helped some of this shortage.
But just as Our Lady warned when she appeared at Fatima and she said that we must obey what she was telling us and we must pray the rosary. They did not listen to the Queen of Peace and look at how much damage was done by World War II. I remember seeing the video with the bodies thrown on the heaps. It was so awful, all of the destruction and the loss of lives. (The hurricane was going on while I was saying this.)
God is speaking to the earth. At the beginning of the century and at the end. And God is telling us what to do about the shortage of priests but when we try to tell people they do not want to listen even after Mary appeared all that time on the building.
And they crowned Him with a crown of thorns. And it was 10 years ago today that Our Lady appeared to me August the 13th, 1994, she appeared every day then. She appeared to the children at Fatima, August the 13th of 1917. How many years ago was that today, because today is August the 13th, 2004. And yes, they jailed the children and so Our Lady could not appear on that date August 13th as she desired, she then appeared on August the 19th. If I said she appeared on the 13th of 1917, I meant she didn't get to appear cause the children were jailed. The message is coming from God, for God is contacting the earth in these messages but we are not listening.
The priesthood comes from Christ. There are boys that are out there that God would like to have to be priests. But there are many things, for the kids today do not even hear about how wonderful it is to be a priest and what a gift it is. And that's why God gives to us the Blue Book writings and the Mass Book and the Priestly Newsletter so that the priest will tell the youth how wonderful it is to be a priest. How they should listen to that calling that God may be giving to them.
If they prepared the children of this earth so exactly how to be scientist and business people and sports people, I know when they study for the sports thing, they practice rigorously, day after day after day after day, to bring us the gift of the sports. But what about the Mass and what is needed for our spiritual feeding from our Church? Shouldn't we be telling our youth as avidly as we tell them about how to practice so that they can play a good basketball game, so that they can go out and be a leader, so that they can go and be a business person, a banker or whatever it is. Shouldn't we be telling them about what to do to prepare us so that the Church has Masses? Is it more important that we have bankers in the bank than priests in the churches? Is it more important that we have more actors, that we have more people in the sports field? What is wrong with us and why do we not see? And yet Jesus comes to us quietly in a gentle man like Fr. Carter, 10 years ago, and he says this is what you must do, you must pray for the priests, the Church and the world.

The next hurricane ravaged Florida
September 5, 2004. It went from Jupiter,
Florida to Tampa and I watched in
the building as the hurricane took
the day.
At 12:00AM September 6, the hurricane
was over and I felt like going out of
the Virgin Mary building like Noah
going out after the flood.
The rest of the hurricanes followed
ravaging Florida like never before.
I know the beauty of a sandy beach at
the ocean, with children playing with
little sand pails and I know the wrath
of the hurricane I witnessed September 29, 2004
when I had to evacuate a hotel it wasn't
suppose to hit and I fled in the dark
north in Florida to find a hotel for
my then 1 year old granddaughter and
my pregnant daughter — because water
was coming in at the hotel and all lights were out
there was no food —
It was devastating driving in the dark —
like the flight into Egypt with
a baby and a pregnant daughter and
no lights on the highway in a hurricane —
looking for lodging — every place was
full or without power —

10 months —

"During this same July apparition, Mary showed the three children a vision of Hell. She told them:
"You have seen Hell, where the souls of poor sinners go. To save them, God wishes to establish, in the world, devotion to my Immaculate Heart. If people do what I tell you, many souls will be saved and there will be peace.
"The war (World War I, then raging) is going to end. But if people do not stop offending God, another and worse one will begin in the reign of Pius XI. When you shall see a night illuminated by an unknown light [January 2, 1938], know that this is the great sign that God gives you that He is going to punish the world for its many crimes by means of war, hunger, and persecution of the Church and the Holy Father. "To prevent this, I shall come to ask for the consecration of Russia to my Immaculate Heart and the Communion of Reparation on the five first Saturdays. If my requests are granted, Russia will be converted and there will be peace. If not, she will scatter her errors throughout the world, provoking wars and persecutions of the Church. The good will be martyred, the Holy Father will have much to suffer, and various nations will be destroyed....

Some see Me, some do not, but there
is a special presence there.
My Mother appears there for her children.- In the five years of her apparitions many
souls who have come have been
given special graces of conversion.
Many have been given grace to lead
them into a deeper love union with
God and the Blessed Virgin.
- The image site in Florida has touched
the world.- I outpour great grace to those who come
to the site.- There are tremendous graces of healing
granted to all who come.- People who come rarely leave unchanged.
- The grace granted works in their lives and in
their hearts, long after they have gone.- A reminder of their visit only need be given
and they experience a memory of
that moment.
