Mary has requested that the daily message be given each day to the world. It is read nightly at the prayer service from her Image Building in Clearwater, Florida, U.S.A. This is according to her request. All attempts will be made to publish this daily message to the world at 11 p.m. Eastern time, U.S.A.

A Prayer for Intimacy with the Lamb, the Bridegroom of the Soul

Oh Lamb of God, Who take away the sins of the world, come and act on my soul most intimately. I surrender myself, as I ask for the grace to let go, to just be as I exist in You and You act most intimately on my soul. You are the Initiator. I am the soul waiting Your favors as You act in me. I love You. I adore You. I worship You. Come and possess my soul with Your Divine Grace, as I experience You most intimately.

Loving Mutually

John 8:12

When Jesus spoke to the people again, he said:

I am the light of the world;
anyone who follows me
will not be walking in the dark,

but will have the light of life.

Messenger: When someone presses a button which brings up an unmet need from childhood or other times in life, sometimes we scream. We want our needs met. They are, many times, unmet needs from the past. These are stumbling blocks to mutual love relationships.

Babies scream and holler and they want their way.

They only see themselves and their needs.

They are cute, but demanding.

They can bring a smile, but can lead to a sleepless night or many sleepless nights if they feel insecure.

In an atmosphere of love a baby is better behaved, but very self-focused.

As one matures in the ways of loving, one sees the other and learns to love more selflessly according to God's will.

It is a balance, it is a choice.

Matthew 22:34-40

But when the Pharisees heard that he had silenced the Sadducees they got together and, to put him to the test, one of them put a further question, 'Master, which is the greatest commandment of the Law?' Jesus said to him, 'You must love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind. This is the greatest and the first commandment. The second resembles it: You must love your neighbour as yourself. On these two commandments hang the whole Law, and the Prophets too.'

Messenger: God says we must love God above all things and love our neighbor as ourselves.

It is that balance of the three loves: God, self and others.

It is not right to love others and neglect ourselves. We must care for our spiritual and physical needs. Parents must take care of the physical and spiritual needs of their children.

God must come first.

It is not good to be out of balance in our love of God, self or others.

All must work according to God's will.

It is very simple, but very hard to live in love.

When we get in deep loving relationships, some of us act like babies and want only our own way. We go back to being babies and try to get all of our unmet needs satisfied.

Selfless love means loving as God intends, not being selfish.

In a loving relationship we do not try to deprive others of their needs and get our own needs satisfied all the time.

All must work in loving harmony. Those who have been deprived of their needs find it difficult to let others express feelings and get their needs satisfied.

In deep, intimate relationships many times they act only like babies.

Many times we play games we do not even know. We must pray for light and grace to love more maturely and to heal from unmet needs.

Jesus fills us with love. Jesus does this in the Eucharist with His Body and Blood.

We must have time alone with Him.

We can't be so busy that we are not loving and helpful to each other.

Jesus speaks: My child, I am the Light of the World. I fill your every need.

Reference June 26, 1995 (from the Apostles Manual).

Some days you are more like Christ, very selfless, some days, very selfish. You have a tainted human nature.

In saying "I give my heart to Jesus and Mary with you in love", you are showing love to God and others.

Say this often and pray the Prayer for Union all through the day.

Question for married couples and others in intimate relationships:

Q: How do I feel when I am hurting and you say mean things to me when I really want your love?
