Benefits of Consecration
October 28, 1996

R. The priest is another Christ. It is through the priest that Christ administers to the people.

Priests must be one in their hearts with Christ. The more priests are one with Christ, the more the graces flow to the people, to the Church, and to the world.

In order to have deep union with the Heart of Christ, we must give ourselves to the heart of Mary.

We are sinners. How can we, in our sinfulness, unite deeply to Christ? God has given us the pure, sinless one, the one human person conceived without sin with an Immaculate Heart, totally pure. We go to this Immaculate Heart, we give ourselves to her. Although we are sinners, we can tell God we are sorry and go to her heart and unite in deep union with God. She is the pure and sinless one. She is the gateway to the Heart of Christ. Jesus told Lucia, the main visionary from Fatima, that He wants His Heart venerated next to the heart of His Mother.

We encounter Christ in the sacraments, through His priests. When a priest offers sacrifice or administers the sacraments, the graces flow.

The Church is the fountain of life. The Church is the sacrament whereby Christ actively gives Himself to us and outpours His life to us.

The priest gives his heart to Jesus and Mary and he is one in Their Hearts. It is there, in the Hearts of Jesus and Mary, we are made holy, as the Holy Spirit works in Mary's heart to sanctify us.

The people give their hearts to the Hearts of Jesus and Mary. They become one in Their Hearts. The priest and people are then joined in this oneness in the Hearts of Jesus and Mary and this is a most powerful and pleasing sacrifice to the Father.

Life (His divine grace) flows from the Father, in the Holy Spirit, through the pierced Heart of Jesus, through the heart of Mary, to us, and we act as channels of His life in the world today.

The devil has waged a war against the hearts of many priests. The devil has separated many priests from the heart of their Mother.

To go to the deepest chamber of Christ's Heart, to unite in deep love with God, we must go through the pure and sinless one - Mary. It is through our oneness in our hearts that we connect. We need to be one in the sacrifice, one in our hearts with the priest, one in our hearts with Jesus and Mary.

There is such division in the Church. There is separateness in those attending Mass. This should be the time of greatest unity- when we are one in Him.

Mary said at Fatima that until a sufficient number of people have consecrated their hearts to the Hearts of Jesus and Mary we won't have peace in the world. Do we want peace? We must do as our heavenly Mother has told us at Fatima. We must do as Jesus told Lucia-venerate Mary's heart next to His. Consecration of priest and people brings peace. Consecration of priest and people brings unity.
