6:15 Rosary prior to Shepherds of Christ Meeting
Short Rosary
Rita and Marty both saw Mary appear in great light during this rosary. This rosary was prayed just prior to the beginning of the Shepherds of Christ Meeting. No songs were sung between the decades because of time constraints. Marty led the rosary. Many people were present . . . those who would be attending the meeting.
Sorrowful Mysteries
The Agony in the Garden
1. R. Jesus' greatest agonies were the agonies to His Most Precious Heart.
2. R. Jesus loves each soul so much. He saw before Him all the souls that would reject Him and treat Him so coldly all through their lives.
3. R. Jesus saw all the souls that would be condemned to eternal damnation.
4. R. Jesus saw all the sins of all men for all time.
5. R. Jesus' agony was so great that He sweat blood.
6. Hail Mary
7. Hail Mary
8. Hail Mary
9. Hail Mary
10. Hail Mary
The Scourging at the Pillar
1. Be there at the pillar and listen and hear the blows that they give to Jesus. Hear them with your ears. They beat Jesus unmercifully to their own exhaustion.
2. The room was darkened and men, several taking turns, beat Jesus with such violence and such anger.
3. Jesus withstood all of this anger and mistreatment and loved those who beat Him.
4. This is reality: that the Son of God was made man, was born of Mary, and that He suffered this for great love of us.
5. R. Jesus' once unblemished back was an open wound.
6. R. But Jesus' greatest agonies were the agonies that He suffered to His Most Sacred Heart because He loves us so much.
7. Jesus stood in a puddle of His own blood. And as they led Him away, the earth was marked with His bloody footprints.
8. Hail Mary
9. Hail Mary
10. Hail Mary
The Crowning of Thorns
1. They pounded the piercing thorns into Jesus' Most Precious Head.
2. The blood ran down the side of Jesus' face and into His hair.
3. Think of how it is when you cut your finger. How you look at that cut and nurse that cut. But see Jesus being badly beaten; being scourged at the pillar; and now pounded with a heavy crown of thorns on His head.
4. R. They clothed Jesus with a dirty purple robe and gave Him a scepter to hold. Then they hit Him and mocked Him and they spit on Him.
5. R. Jesus was made man. He showed us the way. He loved those who persecuted Him. His Heart hurt so for what they did to Him. He loves all men. His Heart ached so bitterly; ached during this Passion so much for all the men who would not even think about Him. For those people who would receive Him in the Eucharist and be so busy without a thought for Jesus. And Jesus gave His life, gave His all. Jesus truly, the Son of God, was made man and came to this earth that we might have life. Jesus cries out to us this day to please come and to be with Him. Jesus wants us to realize that He is truly present in the Eucharist. That He is there, no less present than the day that He was scourged, than the day that they crowned Him with thorns. Jesus is here this day in the tabernacle in the consecrated host in His Divinity and humanity. Jesus is with us now. He is so close. Mary appears before me here. Mary says she is with us and she loves each one of us so much. She calls us to this love of her Son. She comes to tell us how He loves each one of us and bids us to listen.
6. Hail Mary
7. Hail Mary
8. Hail Mary
9. Hail Mary
10. Hail Mary
The Carrying of the Cross
1. R. They heaped on Jesus' back a heavy cross laden with the sins of the world; so heavy that Jesus collapsed under this cross. Jesus did not give the cross up. With all His struggles, Jesus carried the cross as His beloved Mother watched. She watched her beloved Son, helplessly; Mary, standing by, unable to raise a hand. Mary's heart torn in her chest to watch her child carry this cross. The blood was all over His body; His arms that held this cross. Think of His arms holding the cross, the wounds to His arms holding this heavy cross. And she calls out to us this day to listen; to be the soldiers that He is asking us to be; to spread His love to this world.
2. Hail Mary
3. Hail Mary
4. Hail Mary
5. Carry your crosses that Jesus gives to you. Carry them and know that Jesus forever is with you; that Mary forever walks by your side in all the sufferings and all the trials that you have; that Mary never leaves you for one minute, as she never left Jesus. Mary walked with Him on Calvary. Mary was forever there. And what seems like a Calvary for us, Mary is there with us, our most loving Mother. Mary mothers us as she mothered Jesus.
6. Hail Mary
7. Hail Mary
8. Hail Mary
9. Sing: Lord, let me Walk
10. Hail Mary
The Crucifixion and Death of Jesus
1. As Mary held His precious hands and feet as a child, she now watches as they pound Jesus' hands and feet so angrily into the cross.
2. R. Stand with Mary under the cross. The day is darkened by the clouds; and hear the wind as it blows. And Jesus, so close to death. Jesus last thoughts were of us to give to us His Most Beloved Mother.
3. R. Think of Jesus as He breathes next to His last breath. At any moment, He could have stopped this. But with greatest love for us, He continued until His very death. He gave His all; all of His blood; all of His flesh. Jesus suffered this torture because He loves each one of us so much; and He asks so little. Jesus asks us to love God and to love one another. Jesus asks us to give our lives for our brothers. To give our prayer every day for the sake of the souls that are living, and the sake of the souls that are dead. To realize that they are our brothers. As Jesus stood by and suffered such torture and was scourged for our brothers, as He hung on the cross for our brothers; He asks us to be kind and loving to these, our brothers. We are one in the body of Christ, in the Church. We are brothers, and God is Our Father. Jesus came to show us the way; that we are brothers, that we are God's children. Jesus gave His life that we may enter the Kingdom of Heaven. Jesus is our Savior.

Tuesday Shepherds of Christ Meeting
Rita and Marty both stated that Mary appeared during the entire rosary and especially during the Sorrows and Litanies. She was so very illuminated, a lady of light. The rosary was prayed as part of the Shepherds of Christ meeting at Our Lady of the Holy Spirit Center. It was the usual Tuesday night Shepherds of Christ prayer meeting. Mary had appeared as usual at 6:30. This was the second rosary this day and Mary appeared all through the rosary as the Shepherds of Christ members were gathered. Rita and Marty were there, Marty led the rosary. Rita's children were there and the whole core chapter.
Glorious Mysteries
The Resurrection
1. Mary held the lifeless body of her Son in her arms. She wept bitterly outside of His tomb. He was locked in the tomb for three days and on the third day He rose as He foretold to bring us new life.
2. Think of the glorified body of Christ. Think of Him clothed in white and sitting in the chair by the Sorrowful Mother statue. Think of Jesus who died and now is risen and appeared in His glorified body. Death has no power over Him.
3. Mary Magdalene and some of the others went to the tomb; and the stone had been rolled back.
4. Jesus said to her, "Do not cling to me, because I have not yet ascended to the Father." John 20: 17
5. "And it happened that as they were talking together and discussing it, Jesus himself came up and walked by their side; Luke 24: 15
Then, starting with Moses and going through all the prophets, he explained to them the passages throughout the scriptures that were about himself." Luke 24: 27
6. Now while he was with them at table, he took the bread and said the blessing; then he broke it and handed it to them. Luke 24: 30
7. And their eyes were opened and they recognised him; but he had vanished from their sight. Luke 24: 31
8. R. Jesus gives us the Bread of Life this day. He is present in His Divinity and humanity in the Eucharist, no less present than the day Mary carried Him in her womb and He died on the cross. He is the Bread of Life.
9. Sing song: I am the Bread of Life
10.
John 6: 53-58
Jesus replied to them:
In all truth I tell you,
if you do not eat
the flesh of the Son of man
and drink his blood,
you have no life in you.
Anyone who does eat my flesh
and drink my blood
has eternal life,
and I shall raise that person up
on the last day.
For my flesh is real food
and my blood is real drink.
Whoever eats my flesh
and drinks my blood
lives in me
and I live in that person.
As the living Father sent me
and I draw life from the Father,
so whoever eats me
will also draw life from me.
This is the bread
which has come down from heaven;
it is not like the bread our ancestors ate:
they are dead,
but anyone who eats this bread
will live for ever.
The Ascension
1. Think of the windows in this chapel. There are 15 mysteries of the rosary; there are 5 Sorrowful Mysteries and the Death of Christ is right next to the mystery which is the Resurrection. These are the glorious mysteries, each of these mysteries that we meditate on. Jesus rose from the dead; death has no power over Jesus. As you meditate on these mysteries think of the glory of each mystery; that Jesus ascended into Heaven; that the Holy Spirit comes upon the Apostles and transforms them from fear to fearlessness; that Mary is taken up into heaven, body and soul and that she is crowned Queen of Heaven. These are truly the glorious mysteries; think of them as we meditate on each one of these rosary beads.
2. Jesus gave to the Apostles the power to baptize. We receive a special sharing in His life in Baptism. And He gave to the Apostles the power to forgive sins; how awesome it is that priests can forgive our sins.
3. Jesus was born a man. He died and rose and we can share in His life, in a special way through baptism. We are human. It is through Baptism that we become partakers in His Divine Life.
4. R. Jesus took them out near the town of Bethany and gave them His final blessing.
5. R. And Jesus raised His arms and ascended into Heaven.
6. R. Stand with those below who watch in utter amazement as Jesus ascends upward and a cloud takes Him out of sight.
7. R. Think of their hearts and how they felt to have their Beloved Jesus leave; especially think of how Mary felt in her Heart.
8. R. Mary saw her Son ascend to the Father; Mary remained on this earth a while longer.
9. R. The Apostles were filled with fear and they locked themselves in a room.
10. R. But Jesus has not left. He loves us so much that He did not want to go. Jesus remains with us in His Divinity and humanity this very day in the Eucharist. Jesus remains with us and gives us Himself in the Eucharist. He longs for our love and He loves us so much.
The Descent of the Holy Spirit
1. "John baptised with water but, not many days from now, you are going to be baptised with the Holy Spirit." Acts 1: 5
2. When Pentecost day came round, they had all met together, when suddenly there came from heaven a sound as of a violent wind which filled the entire house in which they were sitting; and there appeared to them tongues as of fire; these separated and came to rest on the head of each of them. Acts 2: 1-3
3. And they were filled with the Holy Spirit and transformed from fear to fearlessness.
4. And they went out to preach and everyone understood.
5. It is the Holy Spirit that transforms us more and more into the image and likeness of Jesus. And it is through this transformation that we become more like Jesus.
6. To know Jesus is to become closer to God the Father.
7. Dear Holy Spirit, please come ever more to us and transform our hearts more and more into the image of Jesus.
8. Holy Spirit fill our hearts with the fire of Your love so that we may know Your Divine Love more and make our hearts strong with Your love.
9. Spirit outpour upon us your Divine Love. Give us, Oh Spirit, your gifts, your graces and deeper union with God.
10. Sing: Come Holy Ghost
The Assumption of Mary into Heaven
1. Mary is taken up into Heaven body and soul.
2. Think of her joy.
3.
4. Heaven is our true home.
5. Mary has not left; she is with us this day. She walks by our side. She says that she is always with us. She never leaves us. She mothers us as she mothered Jesus.
6. Mary wants us to realize she is with us at every moment and her Son is with us.
7. If we have been baptized and are in the state of grace, the Father, Son and Holy Spirit dwell in us in such a special way.
8. Sing Song: See the Eyes that Look at Mary
9. Sing Song: Little Baby Hands and Feet
10. Sing Song: Immaculate Mary
Mary is Crowned Queen of Heaven and Earth
1. "Now a great sign appeared in heaven: a woman, robed with the sun, standing on the moon, and on her head a crown of twelve stars. She was pregnant, and in labour, crying aloud in the pangs of childbirth." Revelation 12: 1-2
2. Mary, our Beloved Mother, now reigns in the courts of Heaven with her Beloved Son.
3. Sing: Hail Holy Queen
4. Sing: On this Day
5. "What no eye has seen and no ear has heard, what the mind of man cannot visualise; all that God has prepared for those who love him;" 1 Corinthians 2:9
6. If we knew just a little bit of Jesus' immense love for us, we would never fear. And what reward there is for those who love and serve the Lord. We should spend our whole life in being ever closer to God. The deeper our union here on earth, the deeper our union in Heaven will be with the Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
7. Jesus longs to be so close to us; so closely united. Mary is forever with us. They are here with us as we pray the rosary. They are so close and they want you to know how close they really are. But Jesus is truly present here with us in the Eucharist, He is the same Jesus who rose from the dead; the same Jesus who ascended into Heaven. Mary was there all through Jesus' life. The same Mary who stood under the cross is by your side and they are with us as we pray this rosary.
8. Song: Immaculate Mary
9. It is through these two Hearts, through the love that Mary has and the love that Jesus has for each one of us that we will grow closer and closer in our union with the Father and the Holy Spirit. It is these two Hearts that are so full of love for us, that were pierced. Mary's heart was invisibly pierced with a sword; Jesus' Heart was pierced with a lance. In love there is always suffering. These two Hearts love us so much; and Mary wants us to know that she loves us so much and she is with us here and with us this very day. Mary is here with us now and she wants us to draw our hearts ever closer to the Heart of her Beloved Son, for He waits and longs, and loves us so very much.
10. Song: Hail Holy Queen
Seven Sorrows of Mary
1. The Prophecy of Simeon. From the time that Mary was told that Jesus and she would suffer, every time she beheld the child, she knew of the suffering to come. And a sword, too, shall pierce your heart, O Mary.
Mary has promised very special graces to those who do this on a daily basis. Included in the promises of Our Lady for those who practice this devotion is her pledge to give special assistance at the hour of death, including the sight of her face. From the Prayer Manual
2. The Flight into Egypt. After they had left, suddenly the angel of the Lord appeared to Joseph in a dream and said, ‘Get up, take the child and his mother with you, and escape into Egypt, and stay there until I tell you, because Herod intends to search for the child and do away with him.’ So Joseph got up and, taking the child and his mother with him, left that night for Egypt, where he stayed until Herod was dead. This was to fulfil what the Lord had spoken through the prophet: I called my son out of Egypt. Herod was furious on realising that he had been fooled by the wise men, and in Bethlehem and its surrounding district he had all the male children killed who were two years old or less, reckoning by the date he had been careful to ask the wise men. Then were fulfilled the words spoken through the prophet Jeremiah: A voice is heard in Ramah, lamenting and weeping bitterly: it is Rachel weeping for her children, refusing to be comforted because they are no more.
Matthew 2: 13-183. The Finding of Jesus in the Temple. Joseph's and Mary's hearts were in such sorrow to lose the child Jesus in the Temple. And a sword, too, shall pierce your heart, O Mary.
4. Jesus and Mary meet on the Way to the Cross. See Mary and Jesus as They peer into each other's eyes on the way to Calvary. This is the intimacy between these two Hearts. This is Mary seeing her Beloved Son as He suffered; and Jesus seeing His Beloved Mother with such suffering. The love that these two Hearts have for us is in that peering look. Mary calls to us this day to know that these two Hearts love us so dearly and call us ever closer to Them. And a sword, too, shall pierce your heart, O Mary.
5. Jesus Dies on the Cross.
6. Mary held His Lifeless Body under the Cross. The same person, the same baby that she once held in her arms; she now holds the lifeless body of her Son. Without a breath in His body, Jesus gave His all for love of us. And Mary calls out to us today to come to the love of her Son. To be His light that shines in the darkness; to witness to this world which is in so much need of His love; to be His light in this world; to be His love that radiates to this world; to touch those hearts that are so hardened with hatred and anger; and to spread the love of Jesus flowing through us to the beloved souls that are in so much suffering.
7. Jesus is Locked in the Tomb. And Mary weeps bitterly outside. Jesus was wrapped in swaddling clothes as a baby; and now He was wrapped and laid in the tomb. He was totally lifeless. Jesus rose on the third day to give us a sharing in His life. He gives us His love.
