Prayer for Grace for our Country

Dear Father united to Jesus in the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass, the Sacrifice of Calvary sacramentally made present, celebrated around the world, in the Holy Spirit. We offer up all we do united to the Mass. We unite in one mind and one heart as members of the mystical body of Christ, with Christ our head in the pure and holy Hearts of Jesus and Mary, through the powerful intercession of Mary with all the angels and saints and souls in purgatory, and we beg for the saving grace, for our country, the United States. Please help us. We further pray for unity to always do the will of God in love. We spread the Blood of Jesus on the leaders and people of the United States and cast the devil into hell. We consecrate our country to the Sacred Heart and Immaculate Heart and all our dioceses, and beg for an outpouring of the Holy Spirit. God help us. We pray for our families, the priests, the Church and the world. In the Name of Jesus please hear us, we pray. We pray for our president and leaders. We pray that we are united as one nation under God to work together in love as God wants.

R. We are here to grow more and more in the image and likeness of Jesus.

We must be willing to die to the ways not like Christ and grow to be more like Christ.

Jesus is God.
God is love.
To be like God we must be growing in greater love, likened to Jesus.

We pray to be enlightened by the Holy Spirit.
The Holy Spirit is the Spirit of Divine truth.
The Holy Spirit can help us die to those ways not like Jesus to grow in ways more like Jesus.

The Holy Spirit wants to give us His gifts.

His gifts are wisdom, understanding, counsel, fortitude, knowledge, piety and fear of the Lord.

A Prayer for Grace and Holiness today
A prayer to work in love and holiness
 

   John 16: 23

"If you ask the Father anything in my name,
    He will give it to you"

R. God wants our unity – we ask for this
    unity – that the Spirit of God fill
    us and help us to be holy –
    that we do not hold onto any of the deadly
    sins that block us from this unity –
    that the Holy Spirit can work in our souls,
    so we can be His instruments of love
    and peace and joy among our brothers.

We pray this heavenly Father in the name of
    Jesus who said ask in my name and
    it will be given to you.

    Let us experience the joy of unity and love
    on a supernatural level and know You
    our beloved God – more and more supernaturally.
    We want our hearts to be sanctified in
    our love and work so we are holy and
    pleasing to You God.

Come to us Lord and possess our soul.

We want to walk as God intends us
    to walk today in the plan of God,
    in the work He has called us to do today.

We know that we must cooperate with the grace
    You are giving us – now and today to
    bring unity and peace and love to this
    day as we serve to do the work – You are
    calling us in our vocation to do.

Dear Heavenly Father, hear our prayer,
    in the name of Jesus, we pray,
    we ask, heavenly Father for these
    graces necessary this day to
    bring peace, love and joy to
    our relationships and work – as You
    work in us.

    We seek perfection in our souls to be holy
    souls likened to You – in work
    and in play – to be holy in prayer –
    we invite You Holy Spirit to be
    the Guest of our soul.

We seek order in our lives, not disorder.

We beg for the virtues of faith, hope, love,
    prudence, temperance, fortitude, justice,
    and humility. We seek to be obedient
    to the will of God and live obedient to
    the will of God in love.

Come Holy Spirit Come into our hearts. Transform
    us from fear to fearlessness to serve
    You as You desire in our lives.

Help our actions to be for the glory and honor
    of God with the goal of these actions
    to one day be in heaven with Thee,
    our beloved God.

Heal our hearts and our bodies – Help
    us to have health of body now in
    this work you call us to do.

Instill in us a desire to want to only
    do the will of the heavenly Father
    and to walk in holiness and love.

We pray all these prayers heavenly Father,
    united to Jesus, in His name for
    grace and holiness today and always.

Help us to live by right reasoning in
    our lives – to have the truth
    in our every thought and to live
    in order as You operate in us
    in unity and love.

Come to me Lord and possess my soul.

We seek order in our lives – Your order
    to love in us, to help us to act as
    You desire, to have the thoughts
    that are in right reasoning and in
    Your order, Lord.

Give us the grace to use our faculties
    to love and serve You and do
    Your work.

Give us faith and right reasoning.

Help us to love and be just in our actions.

Help us to seek Your Divine Will and to
    perform those actions, which are actions
    pleasing to You in everything.

Come to us Lord and purify our consciences,
    our souls.

Help us to hope and love in Thee.

We seek heavenly vision – to see
    things through the eyes of
    the heavenly Father and to be
    perfected more and more in doing
    God's will in our lives.

We pray for the gifts and fruits of the Holy Spirit.

We pray for this purity in our souls –
    to live virtuously, to be perfected
    more and more and filled with the
    gifts of the Holy Spirit –
    Wisdom, Understanding, Counsel,
    Fortitude, Knowledge, Piety
    and Fear of the Lord 

    and to have the fruits of the Holy Spirit --

    long-suffering, mildness,
    faith, modesty, continency,
    and chastity.

We do not want the enemies to
    invade our thoughts, our

We pray to give up ugly bad habits of the
    deadly sins –
    pride, greed, envy, wrath, lust, gluttony, and sloth

We know on this journey we will
    experience sufferings and joys
    and we accept the struggles
    in life and ask You to help us,
    strengthen us in our lives to
    suffer and rejoice as You
    desire us to do in our lives.

We want to be a reflection of Your
    heavenly love – to be full of light –
    Your light in us. To operate in
    light and not darkness – IN You,
    our beloved God.

We want to follow in the footsteps
    of Jesus in giving love and
    light and unity to those
    we contact in our lives –

         

Prayer for Union with Jesus

Come to me, Lord, and possess my soul. Come into my heart and permeate my soul. Help me to sit in silence with You and let You work in my heart.

    I am Yours to possess. I am Yours to use. I want to be selfless and only exist in You. Help me to spoon out all that is me and be an empty vessel ready to be filled by You. Help me to die to myself and live only for You. Use me as You will. Let me never draw my attention back to myself. I only want to operate as You do, dwelling within me.

    I am Yours, Lord. I want to have my life in You. I want to do the will of the Father. Give me the strength to put aside the world and let You operate my very being. Help me to act as You desire. Strengthen me against the distractions of the devil to take me from Your work.

    When I worry, I have taken my focus off of You and placed it on myself. Help me not to give in to the promptings of others to change what in my heart You are making very clear to me. I worship You, I adore You and I love You. Come and dwell in me now.

God the Father: My plan will unfold despite the willfulness of any of My children. I am the Father. I have guided you in all of your activities.

    I am telling you that the members of the Shepherds of Christ must be made aware of the importance of living the Blue Book messages.

    Planning is up to Me. This is My plan and it will unfold. Men plan for the future. I AM.

    I am directing the Shepherds of Christ Movement through these messages.

    I am angered at the lack of response on the part of some to back these messages. You must support these messages so they are lived by man.

    These messages are given from the Hearts of Jesus and Mary to bring about the reign of the Sacred Heart of Jesus and the triumph of My beloved Mary's Immaculate Heart.

    You are given all you need. You must adhere to My plan.

    I am the Father. I AM WHO AM. I was in the beginning, I am now and I will be forever.

    I am telling you to obey the directions given by Jesus in these messages.

    My plan will unfold. The completion of the Fatima message will greatly come through the Shepherds of Christ Movement.

    You must circulate the tape, Mary's Message. You must circulate the messages given to you in God's Blue Books and Rosaries from the Hearts of Jesus and Mary.

    The renewal in the Church will greatly come through the newsletter and the books published with the imprimatur. You must publish all books on the Mass with the imprimatur. Prayer chapters must be started in the churches.

    The instructions for the priests will come from doing as I have requested. I beg you to circulate the Priestly Newsletter Book to the priests as soon as possible. The priests must be made aware of the Mass Books.

    The Children's Rosary Book must be published immediately. Your work, Fr. Carter and Rita, is to publish this material.

    Heaven has contacted the earth primarily in these messages to bring about the reign of the Sacred Heart of Jesus and the triumph of Mary's Immaculate Heart.

    The plan will unfold. It is My plan. You must be obedient to the directions I give to you here. The Movement is a great star of light to this world. From the Movement the earth will be covered with stars of light and the earth will be lighted through your efforts, Fr. Carter.

    I will give you all you need. The plan will unfold. It is My plan to turn sinful men into obedient, loving children.

    I have delivered this message that you will know My plan is unfolding. Many will be lost because of their willfulness. I demand obedience to My requests. The plan will unfold. It pleases Me greatly that you obey My messenger. She is delivering these messages to you from the Son, My beloved Son, God-made-Man.

    The messages of the love of God will be written on the hearts of men through the writings of Fr. Carter and Rita to bring about the reign of His Most Sacred Heart.

    I am displeased with those who have blocked these messages. Anyone continuing to block My messages given through the Hearts of Jesus and Mary will receive a shock that will envelope them.

    The time is very urgent. The time has run out for sinful man. I am angered at the way the world has treated their Mother. Willful children must be punished. I demand obedience. Mary gave to her children her peace plan and she was ignored by the Church and her children. Mary is Mother of the Church and Mother of her children. Willful children must be admonished. Children must obey their Mother.

    Mary appeared on the building in Florida as Mother of all. You have made money your god. You have ignored God and made this world your end.

    I am God. I AM WHO AM, without a beginning, without an end. I am today, tomorrow and always. You do not comprehend My ways with your feeble minds. You must obey the messages given by My Son and His Mother. These messages I give to you as a gift and a great revelation from heaven. You must be thankful and cherish this gift given. I will not remove My gift to you for I know you will obey Me. I will admonish you when you do not respond as you should.

    I have called you and anointed you, My holy priest (Fr. Carter), to lead this world to the light. The Light of the world is My Son, Jesus. His Heart will reign and the heart of your Mother will triumph. I beg you to surrender and obey and watch My plan unfold. There will be a great era of peace very soon, My little children. All you do today will help to save many souls. Many souls will know the love of God through the Shepherds of Christ Movement. Many souls will love God with burning love.

    I give you this gift. Your writings, Fr. Carter, and the writings of My messenger, Rita, will help greatly to bring about the reign of the Sacred Heart.

    I am the Father. I am the Almighty God. You must believe I have chosen you. I have called each member here this day to hear this message. I have called you to be the apostles of the new era of peace. I have called you by name. You will lead men to the Heart of My Son. You must listen and focus all of your attention to this mission I have given to you.

    I am the Father. From the day you were conceived, I formed you in your mother's womb, knowing the great mission I would call you to today. My children, My children, do not be distracted by the evil one to lead you astray. I am counting on you, My beloved shepherds. You must not be led astray by doing other good works. I have called you, this is My plan, it is unfolding. You are a major part of the success of this plan for the renewal of the Church and the world.

    Your work in the Shepherds of Christ Movement greatly pleases Me.

    I AM, WHO AM. I am the Alpha and the Omega. I am the Almighty God. You must be obedient children. It is through your obedience that the consecration will spread to many souls on the earth.

    It is through your obedience to help spread the priestly newsletter and start prayer chapters in churches that many priests will love God with the greatest love in the Mass. I am asking you to spread the Mass Book to priests and sisters. Please pray for the priestly newsletter, the quick spread of the material given in the newsletter and for the priests reading the newsletter.

    Heaven has contacted the earth. The light will shine in the dark corners of the world. Men will respond to the Shepherds of Christ Movement. You must not be afraid. You must do as I have asked you.

    I have called you by name, My chosen ones, from the beginning I formed you and I gave to you the talents needed to accomplish this mission on the earth.

    Your talents are gifts from Me to be used for this purpose. You are the Shepherds of Christ. You are the apostles of the new era.

    There will be a new earth, there will be love on this earth as I intend it to be. My children will love one another, you will walk hand in hand, loving God and one another in harmony and peace.

In the beginning was the Word:
the Word was with God
and the Word was God.
He was with God in the beginning.
Through Him all things came into being,

R. We do not even see Our Father as so important to us.

    A little child is always aware of their father. A little child knows how dependent he is on his father, always wanting to please his father.

    A little child is always aware of his mother and obeying her. A little child loves his mother. Look at how unloving we are to Mary.

Glorious Mysteries

The Resurrection

1.  R.  On the third day Jesus rose from the dead. Death has no power over Jesus.

2.  R.   Jesus died to bring us new life.

3.   R.   Jesus appeared to Mary Magdalene. She did not recognize Jesus. He told her not to touch Him and to tell the other disciples. 

4.   R.  Jesus appeared to the apostles in the upper room, and they thought they had seen a ghost.

5.   R.  Imagine their joy at seeing Jesus in His glorified body.

6.   R.  Jesus appeared to the apostles a week later and Thomas was with them and Thomas said he would not believe until he put his hands into Jesus' hands and feet.

The Ascension of Jesus into Heaven

1. R.   It is through Baptism that we are made children of God and heirs of Heaven.

2. R.   Jesus gave to the apostles the power to baptize. Through baptism we receive a special sharing in His life. 

3.  R.  Jesus gave the apostles the power to forgive sins.

Luke 24: 50-53

Then he took them out as far as the outskirts of Bethany, and raising his hands he blessed them. Now as he blessed them, he withdrew from them and was carried up to heaven. They worshipped him and then went back to Jerusalem full of joy; and they were continually in the Temple praising God.

4.  R.  And Jesus ascended into Heaven.

5. R.  Imagine how the apostles were awestruck at the sight of Jesus ascending into Heaven; and a cloud took Him out of sight.

6. R.  Jesus remains with us this very day, the same as the day He walked the earth. Jesus is truly present in His Divinity and humanity in the Eucharist.

7.  R.  It is through His most Precious Eucharistic Heart that we are led to such deep union with Jesus.

8. R.  What flowed forth from His Pierced Heart was blood and water; Blood for the Eucharist, water for baptism.

9.  R.  The Christian is initiated into the mystery of Christ, into his or her role in prolonging the Incarnation, through Baptism.

Romans 6: 3-4

You cannot have forgotten that all of us, when we were baptised into Christ Jesus, were baptised into his death. So by our baptism into his death we were buried with him, so that as Christ was raised from the dead by the Father’s glorious power, we too should begin living a new life.

The Descent of the Holy Spirit

Acts 1: 5

John baptised with water but, not many days from now, you are going to be baptised with the Holy Spirit.’ 

2.   R.  A gigantic wind came upon them and above their heads there appeared parted tongues of fire.

3.   R.  And they were transformed from fear to fearlessness.

4.   R.  It is the Holy Spirit that transforms our hearts more and more into the likeness of our Beloved Jesus.

5.   R.  The Holy Spirit fills our hearts full of the love of God.

6.   ^R.  Outpour to us Your gifts; outpour to us Your grace. Mary join us ever closer to your heart so that the Holy Spirit can transform us more and more and more into the image and likeness of Jesus. Jesus takes us to the bosom of the Father.

Romans 8: 14-17

All who are guided by the Spirit of God are sons of God; for what you received was not the spirit of slavery to bring you back into fear; you received the Spirit of adoption, enabling us to cry out, 'Abba, Father!' And if we are children, then we are heirs, heirs of God and joint-heirs with Christ, provided that we share his suffering, so as to share his glory.

Those who are living by their natural inclinations have their minds on the things human nature desires; those who live in the Spirit have their minds on spiritual things. The Assumption of Mary Into Heaven

The Coronation of Mary as Queen of Heaven and Earth

Revelation 12: 1-2

Now a great sign appeared in heaven: a woman, robed with the sun, standing on the moon, and on her head a crown of twelve stars. She was pregnant, and in labour, crying aloud in the pangs of childbirth.  

3.  R.  Spirit of God, fill our hearts with the fire of Your love so that we may be transformed from fear to fearlessness to go out and preach the Gospel, to do the plan that the Father intended for us. Mary lead us ever closer to the Most Sacred Heart of your Son. Help us to realize the reality of this world: that this world is run by God; that He has the Power and the Might to help us to become selfless and unattached, to allow Him to permeate our beings so that we may be one in Him and operate as He operates through us to spread this immense love of the Most Sacred Heart to this world; to light up this world with the fire of His Love. Through your Immaculate Heart, lead us ever closer and closer to this Heart that is burning and on fire and open to love of us this day.

6.  R.   How abundantly blessed are we that we can share in His Life. God outpours His grace in such abundance when we go to the Eucharist worthily. How abundantly blessed are we that we know the Father, Son and Holy Spirit dwell in us if we are baptized and in the state of grace. And the Holy Spirit pours out to us such grace to fill us, to lead us. The Holy Spirit operates in us. He is alive in us.

The statue of Our Mother of Sorrows was illuminated from the beginning and became brighter and brighter as we continued. Times that Rita noted that Mary was so filled with light as she appeared — so bright Rita couldn't believe it - no way to describe her face. Mary was so big. The light whitest light ever.

Rita, Cathy, Joe and Marty were present. Marty led the rosary.

Mysteries of Light

The Baptism of Jesus

1. The sky was thrown open and the voice of the Father was heard.

2. “This is My beloved Son in whom I am well pleased.”

3. Luke 3: 21-22

Now it happened that when all the people had been baptised and while Jesus after his own baptism was at prayer, heaven opened and the Holy Spirit descended on him in a physical form, like a dove. And a voice came from heaven, ‘You are my Son; today have I fathered you.’

4. Jesus was baptized by His cousin, John the Baptist.

5. John the Baptist said of Jesus,
    He must increase, I must decrease.

6. Above Jesus’ head was seen a dove, the Holy Spirit.

7. This baptism was in the Jordon.

8. John the Baptist was to prepare the way of the Lord.

9. Elizabeth, John's mother was thought barren, but she became pregnant with John the Baptist when she was older.

10. God's timing is perfect timing.
    The baptism of Jesus began Jesus' public life.

 

The Marriage at Cana

1. Jesus' first miracle of His public life was at the wedding of Cana.

2. Jesus went to the wedding at Cana with His Mother Mary.

3. While they were at the wedding, they ran out of wine.

4. Mary told Jesus, they have no wine.

5. Jesus told His Mother His time had not come yet.

6. Mary has powerful intercession.

7. Mary told the servants to do whatever Jesus told them to do.

8. Jesus told them to fill the water jars with water.

9. Jesus changed the water into wine.

10. John 2: 1-10  

On the third day there was a wedding at Cana in Galilee. The mother of Jesus was there, and Jesus and his disciples had also been invited. And they ran out of wine, since the wine provided for the feast had all been used, and the mother of Jesus said to him, ‘They have no wine.’ Jesus said, ‘Woman, what do you want from me? My hour has not come yet.’ His mother said to the servants, ‘Do whatever he tells you.’  There were six stone water jars standing there, meant for the ablutions that are customary among the Jews: each could hold twenty or thirty gallons. Jesus said to the servants, ‘Fill the jars with water,’ and they filled them to the brim. Then he said to them, ‘Draw some out now and take it to the president of the feast.’ They did this; the president tasted the water, and it had turned into wine. Having no idea where it came from—though the servants who had drawn the water knew—the president of the feast called the bridegroom and said, ‘Everyone serves good wine first and the worse wine when the guests are well wined; but you have kept the best wine till now.’ 

 

Building the Kingdom of God

1. We are called by Jesus to a vocation to help us attain our eternal life, and help build the Kingdom of God.

2. We have a unique calling from God, if we don't do what God calls us to, who will do what God wants us to do.

3. Jesus is the King of heaven and earth, Jesus is the Son of God, second Person of the Blessed Trinity.

4. Matthew 5: 3-12

How blessed are the poor in spirit:
the kingdom of Heaven is theirs.
Blessed are the gentle:
they shall have the earth as inheritance.
Blessed are those who mourn:
they shall be comforted.
Blessed are those
   who hunger and thirst for uprightness:
they shall have their fill.
Blessed are the merciful:
they shall have mercy shown them.
Blessed are the pure in heart:
they shall see God.
Blessed are the peacemakers:
they shall be recognised
   as children of God.
Blessed are those who are persecuted
   in the cause of uprightness:
the kingdom of Heaven is theirs.

Blessed are you when people abuse you and persecute you and
speak all kinds of calumny against you falsely on my account.
Rejoice and be glad, for your reward will be great in heaven; this
is how they persecuted the prophets before you.

So from the Mount of Olives, as it is called, they went back to Jerusalem, a short distance away, no more than a Sabbath walk; and when they reached the city they went to the upper room where they were staying; there were Peter and John, James and Andrew, Philip and Thomas, Bartholomew and Matthew, James son of Alphaeus and Simon the Zealot, and Jude son of James. With one heart all these joined constantly in prayer, together with some women, including Mary the mother of Jesus, and with his brothers.

8. Jesus is priest, prophet and king.

The Transfiguration

1. Luke 9: 28-36

   Now about eight days after this had been said, he took with him Peter, John and James and went up the mountain to pray. And it happened that, as he was praying, the aspect of his face was changed and his clothing became sparkling white. And suddenly there were two men talking to him; they were Moses and Elijah appearing in glory, and they were speaking of his passing which he was to accomplish in Jerusalem. Peter and his companions were heavy with sleep, but they woke up and saw his glory and the two men standing with him. As these were leaving him, Peter said to Jesus, ‘Master, it is wonderful for us to be here; so let us make three shelters, one for you, one for Moses and one for Elijah.’ He did not know what he was saying. As he was saying this, a cloud came and covered them with shadow; and when they went into the cloud the disciples were afraid. And a voice came from the cloud saying, ‘This is my Son, the Chosen One. Listen to him.’ And after the voice had spoken, Jesus was found alone. The disciples kept silence and, at that time, told no one what they had seen.
 

2. Jesus took Peter, James and John up Mt. Tabor.

3. They never had seen Jesus like this.

4. Jesus was transfigured before them and they saw Jesus talking to Elijah and Moses.

5. Elijah was a prophet.

6. Moses gave us the commandments, the Laws of God.

7. The Apostles were astounded to see Jesus appear transfigured

8. After the resurrection from the dead, the Apostles would see Jesus glorified as He appeared to them.

9. God is a God of miracles.

10. They came down from Mt. Tabor after Jesus was transfigured and He looked like He had before the transfiguration.

 

The Institution of the Eucharist

 

1. Look at the picture of the Last Supper.
    Think about the Apostles and Jesus.
    Think about Judas and he was about to betray Jesus.

2. John called himself "the Apostle Jesus loved most".

3. Think of the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass.

4. The Mass is the sacrifice of Calvary, sacramentally made present.

5. A Prayer before the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass

    Let me be a holy sacrifice and unite with God in the sacrament of His greatest love.

    I want to be one in Him in this act of love, where He gives Himself to me and I give myself as a sacrifice to Him. Let me be a holy sacrifice as I become one with Him in this my act of greatest love to Him.

    Let me unite with Him more, that I may more deeply love Him. May I help make reparation to His adorable Heart and the heart of His Mother, Mary. With greatest love, I offer myself to You and pray that You will accept my sacrifice of greatest love. I give myself to You and unite in Your gift of Yourself to me. Come and possess my soul.

    Cleanse me, strengthen me, heal me. Dear Holy Spirit act in the heart of Mary to make me more and more like Jesus.

    Father, I offer this my sacrifice, myself united to Jesus in the Holy Spirit to You. Help me to love God more deeply in this act of my greatest love.

    Give me the grace to grow in my knowledge, love and service of You and for this to be my greatest participation in the Mass. Give me the greatest graces to love You so deeply in this Mass, You who are so worthy of my love.

These are the Mysteries of Light.

Jesus began His public life with the Baptism of Jesus.
Jesus taught and worked miracles.
Jesus lived the quiet life from age 12 to 30.
Jesus merited grace for us by His life, death and resurrection.

When we get older many of us learn about surrender and living the quiet life.

Does it do us any good to worry?

How much precious time is lost in our lives, worrying, when we need to surrender and do what God is asking us to do.

In Jesus' public life Jesus worked many miracles and taught.
Disciples are those who listen. Jesus had many disciples that would carry out His work later.

We must listen to Jesus to be a disciple of Jesus.

Some day will be our last day. How did we follow Jesus? How did we walk in His light?
How did we carry His light to others?

Jesus must be first in our lives. The first commandment tells us this.

God is a God of miracles!!

Jesus came, the Light of the world, to show us the way.

Mary: I called at Fatima to all to convert, to mend their hearts, before it is too late.
Jesus: You were called by Me through My Mother Mary to conversion.

Only one thing is important, eternal salvation.
Sin takes you away from God.
You were created to be one in love with God.
Your eternal happiness depends on how you obeyed God's commands and how you loved.

A man can live his whole life loving and being obedient to God and he is a blessing and his life is richly blessed by God.
Love brings unity among the brothers.
Pray always in My Name.

Devotion to the Holy Spirit

Archbishop Luis M. Martinez instructs us: "Consecration to the Holy Spirit must be total: nothing must draw us away from His loving possession. Undoubtedly vacillations and deficiencies are part of our imperfection, but even so, our love must not be extinguished. Rather, it must lift its divine flame toward infinite love in the midst of all human vicissitudes.

True devotion to the Holy spirit, therefore, is not something superficial and intermittent, but something profound and constant, like Christian life itself; it is the love of the soul that corresponds to the love of God, the gift of the creature who tries to be grateful for the divine Gift, the human cooperation that receives the loving and efficacious action of God. As divine love is eternal, its gift without repentance and its action constant, it is our part to have our heart always open to love, ready to receive the unspeakable gift, and to keep all our powers docile to the divine movement."¹⁴

R. The brain is the engine that runs us.

We are not our brain.
The brain uses past experiences to tell us what to do to be safe.

Sometimes they are wrong based on past experiences.
If a person is abused the brain can tell them not to trust others or they will get hurt.

We need right reasoning, the intellect, the Holy Spirit,
The Spirit of Divine truth.

God wants our love!!

I love you, I love you, I love you.
