We all seek happiness
Where can we find it
Money — sex — power — fame — popularity
pleasure
We want what won't end
God offers us happiness — through Jesus —
Jesus came to preach the Gospel —
good news of God — salvation
Christ offers us happiness
not worldly happiness
something more lasting and more deep
a happiness rooted in love of God —
our knowledge of His love —
and rooted in the hope of
being with Him —
Ultimate happiness, of course, is with
God in heaven —
(a happiness that begins on earth)
This happiness is acquired through
a death to self —
- not seeking revenge —
- being thoughtful of others —
- forgiving enemies
Jesus is the visible image of the
invisible God —
Colossians 1: 15-20
Christ is the head of all creation
He is the image of the unseen God,
the first–born of all creation,
for in him were created all things
in heaven and on earth:
everything visible
and everything invisible,
thrones, ruling forces,
sovereignties, powers—
all things were created through him
and for him.
He exists before all things
and in him all things hold together,
and he is the Head of the Body,
that is, the Church.
He is the Beginning,
the first–born from the dead,
so that he should be supreme in every way;
because God wanted all fullness
to be found in him
and through him
to reconcile all things to him,
everything in heaven
and everything on earth,
by making peace through his death
on the cross.
Sermon on the Mount
Matthew 5: 3-10
How blessed are the poor in spirit:
the kingdom of Heaven is theirs.
Blessed are the gentle:
they shall have the earth as inheritance.
Blessed are those who mourn:
they shall be comforted.
Blessed are those
who hunger and thirst for uprightness:
they shall have their fill.
Blessed are the merciful:
they shall have mercy shown them.
Blessed are the pure in heart:
they shall see God.
Blessed are the peacemakers:
they shall be recognised
as children of God.
Blessed are those who are persecuted
in the cause of uprightness:
the kingdom of Heaven is theirs.
In this Christ is promising happiness —
The word 'blessed' means happy —
John 14: 1-14
Do not let your hearts be troubled.
You trust in God, trust also in me.
In my Father’s house
there are many places to live in;
otherwise I would have told you.
I am going now to prepare a place for you,
and after I have gone
and prepared you a place,
I shall return to take you to myself,
so that you may be with me
where I am.
You know the way
to the place where I am going.Thomas said, ‘Lord, we do not know where you are going, so how can we know the way?’ Jesus said:
I am the Way; I am Truth and Life.
No one can come to the Father
except through me.
If you know me,
you will know my Father too.
From this moment you know him
and have seen him.Philip said, ‘Lord, show us the Father and then we shall be satisfied.’ Jesus said to him, ‘Have I been with you all this time, Philip, and you still do not know me?
‘Anyone who has seen me
has seen the Father,
so how can you say,
"Show us the Father"?
Do you not believe
that I am in the Father
and the Father is in me?
What I say to you
I do not speak of my own accord:
it is the Father, living in me,
who is doing his works.
You must believe me when I say
that I am in the Father
and the Father is in me;
or at least believe it
on the evidence of these works.
In all truth I tell you,
whoever believes in me
will perform the same works
as I do myself,
and will perform even greater works,
because I am going to the Father.
Whatever you ask in my name
I will do,
so that the Father may be glorified
in the Son.
If you ask me anything in my name,
I will do it.
Say Our Father
Our Father, Who art in heaven, hallowed be Thy name. Thy Kingdom come, Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread and forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Amen.
Jesus tells us —
God is His Father
God is our Father
God is a loving Father
John 3: 16
For this is how God loved the world:
he gave his only Son,
so that everyone who believes in him
may not perish
but may have eternal life.
Genesis 1: 27
God created man in the image of himself,
in the image of God he created him,
male and female he created them.
God provides for the needs of
His children —
Sorrowful Mysteries
Agony in the Garden
(1) Matthew 26: 36-46
Then Jesus came with them to a plot of land called Gethsemane; and he said to his disciples, ‘Stay here while I go over there to pray.’ He took Peter and the two sons of Zebedee with him. And he began to feel sadness and anguish.
Then he said to them, ‘My soul is sorrowful to the point of death. Wait here and stay awake with me.’ And going on a little further he fell on his face and prayed. ‘My Father,’ he said, ‘if it is possible, let this cup pass me by. Nevertheless, let it be as you, not I, would have it.’ He came back to the disciples and found them sleeping, and he said to Peter, ‘So you had not the strength to stay awake with me for one hour? Stay awake, and pray not to be put to the test. The spirit is willing enough, but human nature is weak.’ Again, a second time, he went away and prayed: ‘My Father,’ he said, ‘if this cup cannot pass by, but I must drink it, your will be done!’ And he came back again and found them sleeping, their eyes were so heavy. Leaving them there, he went away again and prayed for the third time, repeating the same words. Then he came back to the disciples and said to them, ‘You can sleep on now and have your rest. Look, the hour has come when the Son of man is to be betrayed into the hands of sinners. Get up! Let us go! Look, my betrayer is not far away.’
(2) Jesus says
Matthew 26: 45-46‘You can sleep on now and have your rest. Look, the hour has come when the Son of man is to be betrayed into the hands of sinners. Get up! Let us go! Look, my betrayer is not far away.’
Now:
Are we still sleeping —
Has the hour come for us to wake
up and follow the commission
in baptism —
In Genesis it says:
Genesis 3: 19
By the sweat of your face
will you earn your food,
until you return to the ground,
as you were taken from it.
For dust you are
and to dust you shall return.’
Jesus sweat blood in the garden —
(3) Prayer from St. Ignatius
Lord, teach me to be generous.
Teach me to serve you as you deserve;
To give and not to count the cost;
To fight and not to heed the wounds;
To toil and not to seek for rest;
To labor and not to ask for any reward,
Save that of knowing
that I am doing your will.
(4) Call to Apostles
Matthew 4: 18-22
As he was walking by the Lake of Galilee he saw two brothers, Simon, who was called Peter, and his brother Andrew; they were making a cast into the lake with their net, for they were fishermen. And he said to them, ‘Come after me and I will make you fishers of people.’ And at once they left their nets and followed him.
Going on from there he saw another pair of brothers, James son of Zebedee and his brother John; they were in their boat with their father Zebedee, mending their nets, and he called them. And at once, leaving the boat and their father, they followed him.
Mark 3: 13-19
The appointment of the Twelve
He now went up onto the mountain and summoned those he wanted. So they came to him and he appointed twelve; they were to be his companions and to be sent out to proclaim the message, with power to drive out devils. And so he appointed the Twelve, Simon to whom he gave the name Peter, James the son of Zebedee and John the brother of James, to whom he gave the name Boanerges or ‘Sons of Thunder’; Andrew, Philip, Bartholomew, Matthew, Thomas, James the son of Alphaeus, Thaddaeus, Simon the Zealot and Judas Iscariot, the man who was to betray him.
(5) Jesus: I am with you —
The Father is in you —
The Holy Spirit is with you —
I love you so much
R. Oh my God fill me
Guide me God in my life
Oh Spirit of God help me to see God's will
I surrender myself to You God —
I love You so much
(6) R. Discern the spirits: The Spirit of God give peace and joy —
The spirit of the world that lets you feel
good for a little while and then leaves
you empty, tired, worn down
(7) R. God let me hear You that I know Your will
for me —
Prayer of St Ignatius
Soul of Christ, sanctify me
Body of Christ, save me
Blood of Christ, inebriate me
Water from the side of Christ wash me
Passion of Christ, strengthen me
O good Jesus, hear me
Within Thy wounds hide me
Permit me not to be separated from Thee
From the wicked foe defend me
at the hour of my death call me
and bid me come to Thee
That with Thy saints I may praise Thee
For ever and ever. Amen.
(8) R. Jesus was good and kind and gentle —
Jesus was Divine
Jesus' power - Divine
Jesus showed supernatural power
power over the storm
power over the elements
Jesus healed the paralytics, raised Lazarus
from the dead, healed the lepers
(9) R. God I pray for the grace to praise,
reverence and serve you —
God please give me greater faith —
God help me now — I beg for Your grace God.
(10) R. Jesus shows us Peter —
Peter who slept in the garden —
Peter who denies Christ —
Peter who loved Jesus so —
We see in the Word Peter in his misery —
We see in the Word Peter in his goodness —
God shows us the weakness and strengths of
Peter —
God shows us His love for Peter despite
these weaknesses —
God shows us Peter's sorrow for his
offenses
Scourging at the Pillar
(1) R. When we see Jesus, a man,
We see a man who is God —
We see a man being whipped raw —
We see His love for us —
We see God when we see Jesus —
We study Jesus, we see God —
When we meditate on Jesus' life we
see God —
How Jesus loved — we see how God
loved —
We know God more in studying the man
Jesus —
This is our lesson so we can imitate
Him
(2) R. We must open our minds and hearts to
learn and realize Jesus in studying
Him as a man — teaches us about
God — about God's love for us —
(3) R. We see in His actions the supernatural,
another order — We see in the man
Jesus, the Divine, we see God —
we know God more —
God's love for us
(4) Mark 3: 14
and he appointed twelve; they were to be his companions and to be sent out to proclaim the message,
R. Jesus calls us —
God wants us to go out —
Jesus wanted companions —
We see in St. Ignatius — the companions —
We know St. Ignatius formed a community and
he used the spiritual exercises —
we believe given by Our Lady — to
help them grow in the spiritual life
Jesus had the 12 Apostles as his friends
His companions —
they were with Jesus —
He went alone to pray, but Jesus
spent time with the Apostles —
being with them —
loving them —
teaching them about Himself,
by giving Himself and being
with them —
(5) R. The Apostles loved Jesus, they wanted
to follow Jesus, they wanted
to please Him, they worked with Jesus —
We can see they were not perfect as
Peter, James, and John in the garden
with Him slept —
We see Peter denied Jesus —
Only John was under the cross —
But we see they were eye-witnesses
to teach us about Jesus, who
they loved.
(6) R. Jesus is a Divine Person —
Jesus came to this fallen world —
Jesus took 2 natures —
Jesus was born among the beasts in
the stable
Jesus came to this world that was in need of
Him, the Redeemer —
The fall of man was in their relationship to God
Willfulness
Relationships that were failures among
men — Cain killed his brother —
The failure — Jesus shows us — is in
relationships as He preaches His message of
love to us — love in companionship with the
Apostles
(7) R. Jesus called others to be with Him —
Jesus was whipped by the men He loved
and died for
Jesus was whipped for the very men
who beat Him
(8) R. Jesus was human — Jesus got tired —
Jesus knew what we know
He had a human body —
We see this He slept in the boat —
Jesus suffered when He was beaten —
Think of ourselves being beaten —
This man who could calm the seas
in an instant — allowed Himself
to be beaten for love of us
(9) R. God is with us — Jesus loved us so much
He was beaten for us — for our
sins — why do we keep offending
God with our unloving ways —
because what we do to others — we
do to Jesus
(10) R. Jesus came to teach us about Himself
Jesus came to teach us about love —
Jesus is God
God is love
The Crowning with Thorns
(1) R. Jesus is the King promised —
Let us study the prayer of Jesus
before His passion
John 17
After saying this, Jesus raised his eyes to heaven and said:
Father, the hour has come:
glorify your Son
so that your Son may glorify you;
so that, just as you have given him
power over all humanity,
he may give eternal life
to all those you have entrusted to him.
And eternal life is this:
to know you,
the only true God,
and Jesus Christ whom you have sent.
I have glorified you on earth
by finishing the work
that you gave me to do.
Now, Father, glorify me
with that glory I had with you
before ever the world existed.
I have revealed your name
to those whom you took from the world
to give me.
They were yours
and you gave them to me,
and they have kept your word.
Now at last they have recognised
that all you have given me
comes from you
for I have given them
the teaching you gave to me,
and they have indeed accepted it
and know for certain
that I came from you,
and have believed
that it was you who sent me.
It is for them that I pray.
I am not praying for the world
but for those you have given me,
because they belong to you.
All I have is yours
and all you have is mine,
and in them I am glorified.
I am no longer in the world,
but they are in the world,
and I am coming to you.
Holy Father,
keep those you have given me
true to your name,
so that they may be one like us.
While I was with them,
I kept those you had given me
true to your name.
I have watched over them
and not one is lost
except one who was destined to be lost,
and this was to fulfil the scriptures.
But now I am coming to you
and I say these things in the world
to share my joy with them to the full.
I passed your word on to them,
and the world hated them,
because they belong to the world
no more than I belong to the world.
I am not asking you
to remove them from the world,
but to protect them from the Evil One.
They do not belong to the world
any more than I belong to the world.
Consecrate them in the truth;
your word is truth.
As you sent me into the world,
I have sent them into the world,
and for their sake I consecrate myself
so that they too
may be consecrated in truth.
I pray not only for these
but also for those
who through their teaching
will come to believe in me.
May they all be one,
just as, Father, you are in me
and I am in you,
so that they also may be in us,
so that the world may believe
it was you who sent me.
I have given them the glory
you gave to me,
that they may be one as we are one.
With me in them and you in me,
may they be so perfected in unity
that the world will recognise
that it was you who sent me
and that you have loved them
as you have loved me.
Father,
I want those you have given me
to be with me where I am,
so that they may always see my glory
which you have given me
because you loved me
before the foundation of the world.
Father, Upright One,
the world has not known you,
but I have known you,
and these have known
that you have sent me.
I have made your name known to them
and will continue to make it known,
so that the love with which you loved me
may be in them,
and so that I may be in them.
(2) From The
Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius,
by Louis J. Puhl, S.J. p.11
21. SPIRITUAL EXERCISES
Which have as their purpose the conquest of self
and the regulation of one's life in such a way that
no decision is made under the influence of any
inordinate attachment
(3) R. Let us die to our sinful ways and
follow the beloved God — the
King of Kings, who was rebuked,
hated, beaten, and crowned with
thorns because of His love for us
(4) R. Peter said to Jesus —
'Truly You are the Son of God' —
If we recognize this, why do we
ignore God many times and do
our own will
Why do we not care when we
act unloving to others and
we are really doing it to Jesus —
(5) R. Jesus knows everything we do —
Like a report card — we want
to be forgiven for our sins
(6) R. Jesus had the power to drive out the
spirits —
Jesus came into the world to drive
out the demons —
Jesus gave this power to His disciples —
This power Jesus shared with His
Apostles —
Jesus was gentle —
Jesus was other-focused —
Jesus fed the crowd —
Jesus cured the sick —
Jesus healed the blind, the paralytics
Jesus showed us these miracles
(7) R. Oh God, my King, my all, I am so sorry
You were beaten for me, for my
unforgiveness, for my failure to
grow in relationship when You
called me to — to build Your
Kingdom — Oh Jesus help me
make reparation for my sins and the
sins of the world —
Oh God my God — You are my Savior,
my Redeemer —
help me to serve You —
by doing Your will —
to recognize when I need to change —
to not block Your work because
of my bad habits —
Oh God — help me to love
- to grow in the relationships
You want me to grow in
to do this work to serve
You, for the sake of
souls, I pray, God,
with all my heart —
Oh God, I am sorry,
I love You, so much God —
I want to serve You and
thank You and
build the Kingdom of Your love
(8) Jesus: Oh My child they beat My head —
They pounded thorns into My head
My head bled and bled —
You can see how men here are so
narrow-minded
Seeking to be right — with their hand
in the cookie jar —
Deception, I tell you —
Deception of yourselves
No one fools God —
I give you abundantly to serve Me
and build My Kingdom —
I wore a crown of thorns for your sins of
pride and wanting to be right —
To some being right is their god —
They see with eyes caked with scales —
They wear a white-washed face —
Their hearts are walled-in —
in the deception of lying to themselves
about their sins —
I came to set the captives free —
Your end is not this world —
Souls are at stake —
How you serve Me in love — building
relationships of kindness — I
want to do My work - can help
many souls —
The devil will cause division with
those you need to work with —
Be kind and do God's will
(9) Jesus: Do not give into satan —
Divorces because one or both — had to be
right — never wanting to share and love
and work on relationships to build
a family of love — a community of
charity doing My work —
It is an honor for you to be called
as I have called you
The devil is division
He wants people wanting to control —
seek dominance for dominance
sake —
rupture your relationship with
others by control and division
I call you to want to serve your
God — to be charitable — to
live in relationships according
to the Father's will
(10) Jesus: A man did not work on himself —
he was frozen in his heart —
ready to prove he was perfect,
always right —
He saw with eyes to fix others, but
not look in his own heart —
You will go to your judgment and
it is your heart that is to
be judged —
how you grew in love —
how you helped build My Kingdom —
how you died to those ways
not likened to Me
how you lived more in My
image and likeness
The Carrying of the Cross
(1) Jesus: I carried the cross for your sins
and the sins of the world —
I call you to unity to work with
each other —
To live to build My Kingdom —
To be self-less
To meditate on My carrying the
cross with your sins and the
sins of the world and
To help make reparation for your
sins and the sins of the world
I LOVE YOU SO MUCH
(2) Jesus: Love is giving of oneself
to do My work with others —
charity — not passion with
those who are not to be passionate —
not division — fighting — provoking —
deceiving — controlling —
(3) Jesus: I carried these sins on my back —
I fell to the ground —
I cried blood —
Blood because I am love —
I want you to love —
I want unity in My work —
not an ulterior motive —
control — division,
passion
Let go of inordinate attachments,
impurities, jealousies,
envy, anger, punishments —
I want consistencies being in love
with your vocation and serving
Me — serving Me — doing what
you do to please the Father, who loves you
so much and wants you doing His will.
(4) Jesus: Your hearts are to be likened to Mine —
You are sinners —
You have imperfections —
Pray to the Holy Spirit to help you see —
Pray to see through the Father's eyes
Pray to not be self-conscious
selfishly
Pray to not see through controlling, jealous,
envious, selfish eyes
(5) Prayer of St Ignatius
Soul of Christ, sanctify me
Body of Christ, save me
Blood of Christ, inebriate me
Water from the side of Christ wash me
Passion of Christ, strengthen me
O good Jesus, hear me
Within Thy wounds hide me
Permit me not to be separated from Thee
From the wicked foe defend me
at the hour of my death call me
and bid me come to Thee
That with Thy saints I may praise Thee
For ever and ever. Amen.
Jesus: I love you so much —
Your life is to grow in getting
along with others —
I had enemies — People hated Me for
the good I did —
for speaking the truth —
for My miracles —
healing the sick
raising the dead
R. I ask for the grace to love Jesus,
I want to do His work —
I want to commit to the vocation
He has called me to —
(6) Jesus: I give you My Word
I love you so much —
My Word is a two-edged sword —
You are to repent and to convert —
to die to your selfish ways —
All knees should bend at My name
I am the Divine God —
Jesus: Console your God —
bring your hearts of love
Love one another
Work on relationship —
Relationships I have called you
to — to communicate and
build My Kingdom and
help the souls I died for
Matthew 22: 36-40
'Master, which is the greatest commandment of the Law?' Jesus said to him, 'You must love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind. This is the greatest and the first commandment. The second resembles it: You must love your neighbour as yourself. On these two commandments hang the whole Law, and the Prophets too.'
Jesus: I love you so very much —
You are here to die to yourself —
to do what your heavenly Father
has called you to do —
Love one another
Love your God
For this is how God loved the world:
he gave his only Son,
so that everyone who believes in him
may not perish
but may have eternal life.
Jesus: They tried to kill Me —
I was rejected —
I have been rejected by men —
the devil wants to keep Me
out —
he presses on people to hate —
to be divided — to punish
those called to serve Me
and do My work —
Look at the Prophets of the Old Testament —
of Jeremiah — how they
were treated —
Look at the rejection they gave Me —
Look at St. Stephen
Look at St. Thomas More
Look at the lives of the saints —
The devil wants to squelch the work
of the faithful servant and he
presses on people to hate and
be divided -
The Greatest Commandment calls
you to love — to be good —
to build My Kingdom — to
have unity
The devil brings tension, disorder,
discord —
You have a free will — to be obedient —
to live according to the Father's will and to
be charitable (to love)
You are called to grow in greater
perfection —
To drop the sheaves that keep you
in shackles and keep you from
doing My will —
I died for the souls — I am asking you
to work with — to help today —
Why do you reject My wishes for
your lives —
Be united to Me —
Like Simon, help Me by carrying
your cross —
My enemies wanted to destroy Me
because they wanted to be in
control, wanted their way —
the way of the world
Matthew 10: 22
You will be universally hated on account of my name; but anyone who stands firm to the end will be saved.
Jesus: A man's enemies are those, many times,
that are to work together to
build My Kingdom —
I have called you to work together to build
My Kingdom —
Peter suffered many humiliations —
Why are you so focused on saving face —
Being right —
Matthew 16: 18
So I now say to you: you are Peter and on this rock I will build my community. And the gates of the underworld can never overpower it.
Jesus: I show you that I had to suffer
and die before the resurrection —
I call it — how it is!
I tell you the truth!
You can be pressed on by satan and
give in —
You don't want your hearts
to be an enemy of Me —
You are to be in accord with
your God
do the will of God
(7) Jesus: Don't give into satan —
look how he deceived Eve —
Haven't you learned yet?
He can come and tempt you
to control, be lethargic —
(The 7 deadly sins are Pride,
Greed, Envy, Wrath, Lust, Gluttony, Sloth)
(8) Jesus: I fell under My cross for your sins —
I fell under My cross — I loved you
so — to My death on the cross —
begging you to not give into
self-consciousness in which you
display emotional wounds, and
hurt others, selfishness —
this is the opposite of being
loving
(9) Jesus: I died and I rose on the 3rd day
I carried My cross — so you would
live more the resurrected life
(10) Jesus: I give you Myself in the
Holy Eucharist —
I rose Lazarus from the dead —
I say to you
"Come out of your tombs"
"Do not be held bound"
"Be charitable"
Focus your life on loving Me —
Focus your life on serving your God —
Crucifixion
(1) Jesus: Your hearts are temples of the Holy Spirit
You are to consecrate your heart
to My Heart — the heart of
My Mother
In the Shepherds of Christ — your whole
mission is to grow more
and more in this love of the
Sacred Heart and spread this devotion —
Love, Love, Love
(2) Jesus: I call you to My altar —
The Mass the Sacrifice of Calvary
Sacramentally made present —
(3) Jesus: I want you praying at Mass —
I want you united to the Mass all
day in the Morning Offering —
I died for you —
I died for you —
I died for you —
I love you this much
Help Me reach My souls —
(4) Jesus: I gave the last beat of My Heart —
I gave the last drop of My Blood —
(5) Jesus: Through My pierced Heart the
Church was born
Water for baptism
Blood for the Eucharist
(6) Jesus: I cry to you to not give into
this division of satan —
not to be frozen —
I want this intimate
loving relationship with
you and My priests, all in the
Church and the world
I came to this earth
I died for you —
I love you this much —
Listen to Me — do not turn
a deaf ear
(7) Jesus: I am Jesus, Son of the Living God —
I dwell in the graced,
baptized soul —
The Father, Son and Holy Spirit
live in your graced, baptized soul.
Oh my beloved — Loved by My Father —
Listen to your God
(8) Jesus: Now look at the crucifix —
on it is written your sins —
I died for you —
say you are sorry and be
about our love affair —
Make yourself empty —
Pray to the Holy Spirit to show you
where you are blind —
I love you, I love you, I love you
(9) Jesus: I am Jesus, Son of the Living God —
I call you to order — not the
disorder of the fallen human nature —
I call you to love —
I call you to unity —
I call you to help build up the body
of Christ —
Live holy lives —
not rebellious giving into
satan

I saw Jesus on the cross at
the point of death
December 5, 1996
R. Mary had appeared almost every 5th for two and 1/2 years beginning July 5, 1994. On December 5, 1996, instead of Mary appearing Jesus appeared on the cross in utter anguish at the point of death at Holy Cross-Immaculata Church. He spoke not a word, but His mouth moved profusely. I was horrified by the apparition.
I saw Him at the point of death on the cross December 5, 1996, after Mary appeared 500 times. He hung, all battered, greatly weakened. His mouth moved very clearly. It seems that a man in His condition could not move His mouth to that extent. Later in the rosary that night, He gave messages and said: "No one was listening."

Words of Jesus to Members of
Shepherds of Christ Associates:"My beloved priest-companion, I intend to use the priestly newsletter, Shepherds of Christ, and the movement, Shepherds of Christ Associates, in a powerful way for the renewal of My Church and the world.
"I will use the newsletter and the chapters of Shepherds of Christ Associates as a powerful instrument for spreading devotion to My Heart and My Mother's Heart.
"I am calling many to become members of Shepherds of Christ Associates. To all of them I will give great blessings. I will use them as instruments to help bring about the triumph of the Immaculate Heart and the reign of My Sacred Heart. I will give great graces to the members of Shepherds of Christ Associates. I will call them to be deeply united to My Heart and to Mary's Heart as I lead them ever closer to My Father in the Holy Spirit."
- Message from Jesus to Father Edward J. Carter, S.J., Founder, as given on July 31, 1994,
feast of Saint Ignatius Loyola, Founder of the Society of Jesus (The Jesuits)
