Jesus speaks:     Do you know what it is to feel around in
                                the dark for something. How many
                                ladies have felt for something in
                                 their purse. You do not look —
                                 you feel for something, the size,
                                 the feel.

                           How would it be to be blind and have
                              to feel around all the time for
                              everything.

                           Would you get into your car and drive blindfolded?
                              You have to see where you are going.

                           I put you on this earth and I have given
                              you My Word, the commandments,
                              My Church to guide you.

                           Now think about the woman who took
                              a car trip to New York, but brought
                              a map to Florida.
                              She did not know the way and
                              the people she asked along
                              the way didn't know much
                              either.

                           I give you My Church, My priests speak
                              for Me and act like guides on
                              the way.

                           Do you really know so much about the
                              future?

                           Do you know that your 80 year-old
                              mother is going to break her hip
                              next week and since you are
                              the only child available you
                              will have to either get someone
                              to care for her or relocate?

                           Do you know that  your 18 year old
                              son will come down with cancer
                              and the next 4 years your life
                              will be consumed with that?

                           Are your ducks in a row, is the estate
                              planned for, have the children
                              left —

                           Do you know how many elderly never
                              answer My call because their
                              40 year old daughter needs to have
                              them around just in case they
                              need something.

                           A lady stayed home a whole
                              vacation while her college-son
                              was home. The only words she
                              heard  in a four day period
                              was "hi-mom" "do you have
                              some money, my friends are
                              coming over, okay?"

                           A daughter left her call to the religious 
                              to be with the grandchildren,
                              a father moved across the
                              country to be with his grandchildren —
                              when he got home he found
                              he was in the way, and was
                              bitter because it wasn't
                              what he expected.

                           Christmas comes once a year.
                           The birthday can be a time of
                              great pain for parents whose
                              children don't ever remember.

                           Babies are babies and need care —
                              40 year old children are not
                              children any more.

                           The bottom line is what is God's will
                              for you?

                           You say to Me
                              "Tomorrow—I will help you — "
                              "Tomorrow— "

                           I must bury my dead, the children
                              now adults are calling,
                              the roof is in need of repair —

                           What does satan use to keep you bound
                              up.
                           A young girl was called by Me to be
                              a sister, day and night satan
                              taunted her to leave.

                           She saw the grass as greener on
                              the other side—she was
                              miserable because she gave
                               into the tauntings of satan —

                           I called My priest-son Fr. Carter —
                              he disciplined himself —
                              today his body lies in the
                              ground and the seeds he planted
                              go all over the world.

                           Once you place your hand to the
                              plow, why do you keep
                              looking back —

                           A person drove down the beautiful
                              hills, it was the most beautiful
                              place she had ever seen —
                              she saw it, her eyes were
                              opened, she enjoyed the
                              hills far off, the deep
                              valleys in summer, she
                              saw the snow capped
                              mountains and the fir trees
                              heavy with snow —

                              her delight was to drive
                                   around the road and
                                   see this beautiful
                                   sight.

                           Another person lived in the same
                              area, they only saw the
                              dark thoughts they thought
                              about.

                           Some people give into the tauntings
                              of satan —

                           I have painted the window in
                              Florida with a picture of
                              My Mother, I appear
                              beneath her —

                           Did you ever think that you would
                              be involved in this?
                           Do you remember hearing how
                              Mary appeared to the children
                              of Fatima?

                           When a gift is given like this —
                              many do not even see because
                              satan plants darkness.

                           A person was filled with vitality, she
                              served and did so much
                              willingly —

                           A mule kicks and kicks and
                              doesn't want to move —

                           I am light—when the good spirit
                              is within working to high
                              capacity one may feel a
                              sense of freedom—of light
                              of energy,

                           but when the devil comes with his
                              complaints, anger, bitterness,
                              envy, jealousy, the person
                              may experience tremendous
                              darkness and heaviness —
                              like a ball and chain.

                           I am Light —

                  John 1: 1-18

In the beginning was the Word:
the Word was with God
and the Word was God.
He was with God in the beginning.
Through him all things came into being,
not one thing came into being
    except through Him.
What has come into being in Him was life,
life that was the light of men;
and light shines in darkness,
and darkness could not overpower it.

A man came, sent by God.
His name was John.
He came as a witness,
to bear witness to the light,
so that everyone might believe
    through him.
He was not the light,
he was to bear witness to the light.

The Word was the real light
that gives light to everyone;
he was coming into the world.
He was in the world
that had come into being through him,
and the world did not recognise him.
He came to his own
and his own people did not accept him.
But to those who did accept him
he gave power to become children of God,
to those who believed in his name
who were born not from human stock
or human desire
or human will
but from God himself.
The Word became flesh,
he lived among us,
and we saw his glory,
the glory that he has from the Father
    as only Son of the Father,
full of grace and truth.

John witnesses to him. He proclaims:
'This is the one of whom I said:
He who comes after me
has passed ahead of me
because he existed before me.'

Indeed, from his fullness we have,
    all of us, received—
one gift replacing another,
for the Law was given through Moses,
grace and truth have come
    through Jesus Christ.
No one has ever seen God;
it is the only Son,
    who is close to the Father's heart,
who has made him known.

Mark 3: 13-19

The appointment of the Twelve

He now went up onto the mountain and summoned those he wanted. So they came to him and he appointed twelve; they were to be his companions and to be sent out to proclaim the message, with power to drive out devils. And so he appointed the Twelve, Simon to whom he gave the name Peter, James the son of Zebedee and John the brother of James, to whom he gave the name Boanerges or ‘Sons of Thunder’; Andrew, Philip, Bartholomew, Matthew, Thomas, James the son of Alphaeus, Thaddaeus, Simon the Zealot and Judas Iscariot, the man who was to betray him.  

Luke 9: 59-60

   Another to whom he said, ‘Follow me,’ replied, ‘Let me go and bury my father first.’ But he answered, ‘Leave the dead to bury their dead; your duty is to go and spread the news of the kingdom of God.’

   

Jesus speaks:        I am the Good Shepherd —
                              I work in structure —
                              I have given you My Church.
                              I will not send messages for My
                                  Church unless I send a priest
                                   to help the person.

                              You are under the authority of
                                   the Church.

                              I will not send messages to
                                   a messenger about and for the Church
                                   without a Catholic priest
                                   to help them.

                              Parents are over their children.

                              The Church is over the people.

                              I am God, I work in My Church.

                              Oh you think you see, but do you
                                   really see at all.

                              Satan is stronger than ever before.
                                   He tempts people all day and
                                      all night.
                              If you begin to give into his tauntings
                                   to abandon your vocation he will
                                   work more than ever and his
                                   tauntings are relentless.

                              Two people look out prison bars —
                                   one saw mud, another stars.

                              I have given you My Movement to
                                   help renew the Church and
                                   the world.

                               You must work as a body, united,
                                   with a single goal.

328. RULES FOR DISCERNMENT OF SPIRITS
II

Further rules for understanding the different movements produced in the soul. They serve for a more accurate discernment of spirits and are more suitable for the second week
  

329.  I.  It is characteristic of God and His Angels, when they act upon the soul, to give true happiness and spiritual joy, and to banish all the sadness and disturbances which are caused by the enemy.
   It is characteristic of the evil one to fight against such happiness and consolation by proposing fallacious reasonings, subtilties, and continual deceptions.

330.  2.  God alone can give consolation to the soul without any previous cause. It belongs solely to the Creator to come into a soul, to leave it, to act upon it, to draw it wholly to the love of His Divine Majesty. I said without previous cause, that is, without any preceding perception or knowledge of any subject by which a soul might be led to such a consolation through its own acts of intellect and will.

331.  3.  If a cause precedes, both the good angel and the evil spirit can give consolation to a soul, but for a quite different purpose. The good angel consoles for the progress of the soul, that it may advance and rise to what is more perfect. The evil spirit consoles for purposes that are the contrary, and that afterwards he might draw the soul to his own perverse intentions and wickedness.

332.  4.  It is a mark of the evil spirit to assume the appearance of an angel of light. He begins by suggesting thoughts that are suited to a devout soul, and ends by suggesting his own. For example, he will suggest holy and pious thoughts that are wholly in conformity with the sanctity of the soul. Afterwards, he will endeavor little by little to end by drawing the soul into his hidden snares and evil designs.

333.  5.  We must carefully observe the whole course of our thoughts. If the beginning and middle and end of the course of thoughts are wholly good and directed to what is entirely right, it is a sign that they are from the good angel. But the course of thoughts suggested to us may terminate in something evil, or distracting, or less good than the soul had formerly proposed to do. Again, it may end in what weakens the soul, or disquiets it; or by destroying the peace, tranquility, and quiet which it had before, it may cause disturbance to the soul. These things are a clear sign that the thoughts are proceeding from the evil spirit, the enemy of our progress and eternal salvation.

334.  6.  When the enemy of our human nature has been detected and recognized by the trail of evil marking his course and by the wicked end to which he leads us, it will be profitable for one who has been tempted to review immediately the whole course of the temptation. Let him consider the series of good thoughts, how they arose, how the evil one gradually attempted to make him step down from the state of spiritual delight and joy in which he was, till finally he drew him to his wicked designs. The purpose of this review is that once such an experience has been understood and carefully observed, we may guard ourselves for the future against the customary deceits of the enemy.

335.  7.  In souls that are progressing to greater perfection, the action of the good angel is delicate, gentle, delightful. It may be compared to a drop of water penetrating a sponge.
    The action of the evil spirit upon such souls is violent, noisy, and disturbing. It may be compared to a drop of water falling upon a stone.
    In souls that are going from bad to worse, the action of the spirits mentioned above is just the reverse. The reason for this is to be sought in the opposition or similarity of these souls to the different kinds of spirits. When the disposition is contrary to that of the spirits, they enter with noise and commotion that are easily perceived. When the disposition is similar to that of the spirits, they enter silently, as one coming into his own house when the doors are open.

336.  8.  When consolation is without previous cause, as was said, there can be no deception in it, since it can proceed from God our Lord only. But a spiritual person who has received such a consolation must consider it very attentively, and must cautiously distinguish the actual time of the consolation from the period which follows it. At such a time the soul is still fervent and favored with the grace and aftereffects of the consolation which has passed. In this second period the soul frequently forms various resolutions and plans which are not granted directly by God our Lord. They may come from our own reasoning on the relations of our concepts and on the consequences of our judgments, or they may come from the good or evil spirit. Hence, they must be carefully examined before they are given full approval and put into execution.

Jesus speaks:        I came the Lamb of God.
                              I was lead to the slaughter —

                        Matthew 12: 15-20

Jesus the ‘servant of Yahweh’

Jesus knew this and withdrew from the district. Many followed him and he cured them all but warned them not to make him known. This was to fulfil what was spoken by the prophet Isaiah:

   Look! My servant whom I have chosen,
    my beloved, in whom my soul delights,
    I will send my Spirit upon him,
    and he will present judgement
         to the nations;

    he will not brawl or cry out,
    his voice is not heard in the streets,
    he will not break the crushed reed,
        or snuff the faltering wick,
    until he has made judgement victorious;
    in him the nations will put their hope.

Jesus speaks:        I operate in structure—people who do not
                                   want to be under authority
                                  are in a constant state of discontent —
                                  they have problems with those
                                  in authority no matter where
                                  they go —

                               these people cannot stay in the
                                   religious community they may be
                                   using passive-aggressive
                                   means challenging the one in
                                   authority constantly.

                               I want my communities working in
                                   oneness.
                               Only operating in oneness, deeply connected
                                   will you be able to do what I
                                   ask you to do.

                               I tell you the story of the ants —

                                   the goal was to build the ant  hill —
                                   some fought and fought the
                                       other ants —
                                   they wanted to fight —
                                   some didn't follow any directions
                                       challenging the head ant —

                               This is a fictitious story, but the bottom
                                   line was—very little work in
                                   building the ant hill will be
                                   accomplished.

                               Do you know how much energy it
                                   takes to deal with division,
                                   opposition, and darkness.

                               Satan comes to a community in one
                                   who continually causes trouble —
                                   complaining, challenging
                                   authority—this is the work
                                   of satan—it takes the focus
                                   from the work at hand - the
                                   person creates an atmosphere
                                   of discontent and "being cheated",
                                   "being a victim" —

                               What it does is use energy —
                               What it does is create darkness —
                               What it does is break down the
                                   institution causing disharmony
                                   and lack of peace —

                               I died in perfect peace on the cross —

                               Energy is used by you and what
                                   is going on inside when you
                                   must handle difficulties.

                               Did you ever sing —

                                       smoothly —
                                       floating  —
                                       air enters the body —
                                       there is a feeling of all is
                                           right with the world —

                                       a person comes —
                                       they criticize —
                                       they play the victim role —
                                       they challenge the authority —
                                       they are dark —
                                       they are noisy —
                                       they divide.

                               The words your founder left you
                                   were these.

                               "Our hearts are merged"

                               This is the mission I call you to —
                                   it is oneness —

                               Let me tell you a story —

                                   a family lived in a little house
                                       filled with love and
                                       unity—there were children
                                       they obeyed their parents —

                               An intruder came—moved
                                   in—criticized everybody
                                   there—the grandparents,
                                   included that weren't even
                                   there —

                               How did the intruder get there—the
                                   parents are in charge of
                                   their own house —
                               one day they just moved in and
                               ignored the authority completely —
                               they went from person to person
                               spreading their tale of woe,
                               at first they just moved in and
                               acted like they would help, but
                               soon—all the energy seemed to
                               go to this disharmonious note
                               and a dark cloud covered
                               the house.

                           One person in a family setting can
                               majorly tear things down and satan
                               knows it.

                           Religious communities must be
                               run in loving harmony —
                               but satan is noisy and forceful
                               and he goes over authority and
                               moves in.

                           Satan is real.

                           Satan wants to block the work of the
                               Shepherds of Christ —

                           I work under the authority of the
                               Church.

                           Satan goes to the authority to upset
                               the situation.

                           Let Me tell you of how satan works —
                               here is a class room and a teacher
                               teaching the class—Steve wants
                               an A in the class—the teacher
                               says—if you want an A you
                               will have to do these things —
                               Steve is going to the president
                               of the college to tell on
                               the teacher.

                           Some people are taught that —
                               always go to the high authority
                               over the one in authority above 
                               them—They think "don't
                               obey the immediate authority
                               the one over them—they go higher."

                           I call this the "sandwich effect"
                               if the institution puts one in
                               authority over them, they waste
                               a lot of time because of pride,
                               they are going to the top —
                               they really have a problem with
                                   authority.

                           Some want to push the one in
                               authority out because they
                               like that power.

                           All the games, all the ways satan
                               knows he can cause division,
                               disharmony and waste precious
                               time.

                           A person coming with a candy bar or
                              flowers every day for a
                              month—or money for the
                              movement, may soon try to
                              control things, there is the
                              "passing-in" and then the real
                              motive behind their actions
                              begins to show.

                           What is the motive?
                           What is in the heart?

                           I came and I washed the feet
                               of My apostles.

                           I hung on the cross until I
                               died for love of you.

                           I am a God of justice.

                           Soon the crib is taken from the
                               front of the Church and
                               many forget —

                               the Son of God came into
                                   the world a baby
                                   born of the Virgin
                                   Mary.

Jesus speaks:     rolling hills —
                           the beauty of the way to China —
                           your founder lived in peace —
                           He did not disobey authority —

                           He received messages from God —                           

                           He obeyed His superiors —

                           He very seldom ever wrote a personal
                              letter to a Bishop —

                           Fr. Carter was a Jesuit with a doctorate
                              in theology—he obeyed his
                              superiors —
                              he followed the rules —

                           I instructed him —
                           he had a spiritual director —
                           he examined his conscience 2 times
                              every day for 10 minutes —

                           HE OBEYED AUTHORITY

                           I tell you St. Ignatius Spiritual
                              Exercises, the book itself is
                              a book to follow —

                           Many retreats around the book may be
                           given that will not help you if the
                           priest is giving his own theories —

                           The book is good for you to study.

                           Many scripture scholars are not rooted
                              in the truth.

                           The Word is the book I want you
                              to study and live by.

                           Many people interpreting the
                              scriptures are wrong —
                              some priests.

                           I write to you today —

                              Do you see the hills and valleys —
                                   the snow, the flowers —
                                   oh your eyes are filled
                                           with beauty —
                                           your heart filled with joy and
                                               delight.

                           When your spiritual eye is filled
                              with light and vision rooted
                              in the truth in Me —
                              you are filled with spiritual
                              joy that your soul
                              craves—you feel satisfaction
                              and delight and an eagerness
                              to see more and more and have
                              a wider vision —
                              the vision of God delights
                                   the soul.

                           The Pope calls for
                              Mysteries of Light
                                   Meditating on the Father, Son and Holy Spirit is
                                       meditating on the Light.

                           Mary stood beneath the cross
                              and she cried.

                           See her there —

                           Feel the pain in her heart.

                           How could she even stand.

                           Did she have to be help up
                              by John?

                           How was her face?  —
                           How was her chest?

                           How could she even express
                               the emotion of the
                                   hearts

Mary speaks:    The wind was cold.
                           The darkness of night was closing in -

                           The hopes of a new day was in
                               their heart

                           and then it came terror in
                               the night -

                           the old furnace went out.
                           It soon became very cold.
                           The fire was made in the
                               little fire place to keep
                               them warm -

                           But the flew was clogged
                               and fumes entered the
                                   room -

                           The night was dark
                           The winter wind blew -
                           how would you write the end of
                               this story.

                           My children went to work September 11, 2001.

                           They did not know the
                               terror of that day.

                           Today a grave is there for all
                               that lost their lives -

                           My children, you do not know
                               how precious each and
                               every soul is to My Son
                               Jesus

                               He died for the souls -

                           Oh my people, think of
                               someone you know
                               not gaining eternal life -
                               oh my children -
                                   God is so good -
                                   Love Him and obey Him

                               live your life for God -
                               live in love to help build
                                   the Kingdom.

                           God is light and in Him there
                               is no darkness -
                               You do not know when you
                               will be called from this
                               life

                               18 year old boys die everyday

                                   of cancer

                               little children -
                               your life is so temporary here.

                           Enjoy the beauty of the earth
                           the touch of a babies hand
                           praise and thank your God for
                               all His gifts -

                           Live in love and
                               praise and honor your God.
