Oh Lamb of God, Who take away the sins of the world, come and act on my soul most intimately. I surrender myself, as I ask for the grace to let go, to just be as I exist in You and You act most intimately on my soul. You are the Initiator. I am the soul waiting Your favors as You act in me. I love You. I adore You. I worship You. Come and possess my soul with Your Divine Grace, as I experience You most intimately.

Jesus speaks: I must address these issues publicly and you 
        can refer to this message concerning any 
        confusion that may arise from other 
        messengers claiming to have any influence 
        on My Movement – Shepherds of Christ.

My message and the message of My Father is clear.

My Movement has been directed through My 
        hand with the assistance of Father Edward 
        Carter, who is founder of My Movement 
        and helped to lead the Movement to 
        where it is today.

My Movement has been formed by the messages 
        I have given to My two main messengers

Other messengers have confused and have contributed 
        in blocking the plan of My Father.

Because a messenger writes a message and

When I show you this rainbow, golden in

My Mother's mission was thwarted by the

        recognition and power.

My Mother's mission was this, in appearing at 
        Our Lady of the Holy Spirit Center, it 
        was to get the rosary in the hands of 
        the school children.

Her mission was to spread the coloring books 
        and other rosary meditations given 
        from Our Hearts to all.

The fruits are numerous.

Rosary makers are needed to 
    meet the demands of all those 
    schools now requesting rosaries.

The devil created confusion in blocking 
        this message delivered daily at 
        Our Lady of the Holy Spirit Center when 
        My Mother appeared July 5, 1994 – 
        September 5, 1995.

Today, after almost six years of apparitions 
        the schools have responded and the 
        orders are endless.

The main problem now is finding rosary makers 
        to make rosaries for the Catholic schools.

I am angered. On March 22, 1994, I allowed 
        the corner of My Mother's house to 
        fall to the ground in a period of minutes.

To ignore such a sign given from heaven 
        blocked further work of spreading 
        prayer chapters and the priestly 
        newsletter to the world.

Yes I am angered, after the flooding of Falmouth, 
        Kentucky, where My Mother appeared 
        22 times, the people I called to help 
        Me spread My Movement continued 
        to block the mission. My Mother 
        came to help in the completion 
        of the mission begun at Fatima.

Oh My children, the devil is crafty. He wants 
        souls for hell. He is a liar, a deceiver, 
        he wants to block the newsletter, the 
        prayer chapters, the rosary meditations 
        We give. He knows the importance of 
        this mission leading souls to the Eucharist 
        and to consecration.

Filler words, words with fillers, words with authority.

Messages are authority.
I state clearly this:
The purity of My Movement must be maintained.

I do not need help delivering messages to run 
        My Movement.
My Movement is being run by the messages 
        I am giving through My messenger.

The connection between Father Carter and the 
        Shepherds of Christ Movement is very strong.

Messenger: . . .

Father Carter was buried today and we sang "Danny Boy" on his grave. All the servants and handmaids but one, and a lot of the apostles were at the grave to sing to him.

The message I received from Jesus was this - 

Jesus speaks: The devil will try to do all he can to break your connection to Father Carter. Stay united to him always in holy prayer. Pray through his intercession, united to the Mass, praying as a body for the Movement, the priests, the Church and the world.

You are the Shepherds of Christ. As you pray this Christmas, united to those under Mary's image, you will be praying that My Light will shine in the hearts of men this Christmas. I will outpour My grace on the world as you pray united as a body. Pray the prayers I give you for the priests, the Church and the world, and I will turn the hearts that pray My prayers into hearts filled with the fire of My love. Their hearts will be a burning light to the rest of the world.

I love you so much.

Never, never doubt My love.
Do not give in to Satan.

Father Carter will intercede for you at 
    the throne of God.

Unite with him at every Mass as you pray 
    more fervently than ever.

Give your hearts to Me and to your 
    Mother Mary.

Anyone who proves victorious I will make into a pillar in the sanctuary of my God, and it will stay there for ever; I will inscribe on it the name of my God and the name of the city of my God, the new Jerusalem which is coming down from my God in heaven, and my own new name as well.

Anyone who proves victorious I will allow to share my throne, just as I have myself overcome and have taken my seat with my Father on his throne.

 

Jesus speaks: I speak in these messages.
I deliver the messages as I wish them delivered.

Satan uses messages to create confusion.
        He comes in others who think they will 
        help by delivering other messages.
Messages are power.

My Movement is being run by the 
        messages given to My messenger,

        have no bearing on the messages given 
        from Me for the running of My Movement.

A priest is helping with these messages, 
        this is what I have called him to do.

Satan creates confusion by trying to get 
        you off your focus.

The question is this: Have these messages 
        brought forth fruit for the Kingdom, 
        or are they cute words that are 
        just written by one wishing 
        recognition and power?

Are the messages authentically promoting 
        the mission My Mother came to accomplish?

Her mission at Fatima was to promote 
        consecration to Our two Hearts, to 
        promote the rosary, to help lead men to
        the First Saturday Devotion and to
        help to give reparation to Our two Hearts.

On October 13, 1996, I called My first meeting of
        the 13th to help in the completion of the 
        mission My Mother began at Fatima.

Satan tries to block important events by 
        creating confusion at the same time.

I give you the Apostles' Manual and the messages 
        of the rosaries given October 13, 1996, 
        November 13, 1996, December 13, 1996, 
        January 13, 1997 and February 13, 1997; 
        Father Carter led all of these rosaries, 
        discerned them for publication, 
        he spent long hours discerning 
        them so the message I gave would 
        last over time. I want truth. I am God. 
        Satan is a deceiver, he aims to confuse 
        to block, to stop My work in the 
        Shepherds of Christ.

On February 13, 1997, Father Carter delivered the 
        following talk at Our Lady of the Holy Spirit 
        Center after he celebrated Mass there.

The devil gives messages through other

        time to block events that I give.

The devil works in others thinking they are 
        receiving messages that may be

        receiving their directions from Me.

Others may think they need to give messages

My Movement is solid, the devil creates 
        confusion by others attempting 
        to receive other directions.

I am directing My Movement through My

        members of Shepherds of Christ live by 
        the writings I have given through 
        My messengers, Father Carter and Rita Ring. 

They follow strictly the writings of the

RAINBOWS – My Mother on the building 
        is a sign to you of the message

He calls you to help Him.

A shepherd follows the Good Shepherd – 
        he hears His voice and he follows Him.

I give you the plan of the Father.

Satan creates confusion to take

The world waits for My message everyday.
Satan will create situations that will 
        make it most difficult to get out

Mary speaks: My dear children, I am Mary, your Mother, and I speak to you, my children, of the love of my Son, Jesus. 
            For He loves you, my children, with a love that you will never know here on this earth. 
            My children, you get caught up in the little details and you miss the gift that your God is giving to you. 
            Take the mud out of your eyes. Pray for the grace to see with a wider vision. Go to the Eucharist and ask your God to fill you with the fire of His love. 
            O my children, you are so silly and you do not even see. 
            After all the messages that We have given to you, you are so focused on the things of this earth, and the mission that my Son is giving to you is so important for the sake of souls. 
            O my children, my heart cries, for how do We reach the children of this earth and the world if you to whom We speak do not listen to the message that We give. 
            This is of serious matter, my children, that you listen to me tonight. 
            What you do with your lives is so important to my Son, Jesus. 
            What you do is so important in helping to bring about the completion of the mission that I began at Fatima. 
            And I speak to you, my children, and you look around and you say, "Oh, to so few, and how can we do this when the world is so big?" And I say to you, my children, you do not know the POWER of your PRAYER. 
            Do not look to your brother! Look now to yourself! 
            Make the commitment within your heart to lay down your life. The Good Shepherd laid down His. Lay down your lives daily in all that you do united to the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass. Carry the message to the hungry, to the ones that are out there that are waiting and thinking, "What is my life all about? What is it for?" 
            O my children, so many years later and I deliver the same message with the same intensity. 
            And your eyes are not as clouded now as they once were, but you must open your heart and surrender. You must be willing to do God's will. 
            Open your heart and surrender. You must be willing to do God's will. 
            It is not a plan that you make up on your own. It is one in following the plan He has given, the course of action. It has been plotted, this plan, by the Almighty God. 
            From the time I appeared at Fatima, the plan has gone into action, and at the end of this century, here you are, my children, a big part of that plan. 
            You must have the faith within your hearts and not be afraid. You must pray for grace constantly. You cannot give in to the tauntings of Satan to get you divided in ways that you do not even comprehend. 
            You must stay focused on what it is that God is asking of you. Always keep the focus. 
            Do not fall into the traps that he sends, for his traps will become more tricky and you will not understand. And you must say to yourself, "What is God asking me to do?" 
            Satan is a liar, a deceiver. 
            He is one that can twist the truth in all kinds of ways. 
            He is one that convicts you in your own thoughts and you fall into the trap and you do not do the work that God is asking you to do because you listen to him. 
            O my children, if your eyes were wide open and you could see the beauty of it all and the gifts that the Divine God gives to His children of the earth. 
            O my children, come into my arms as a baby and let me hold you and comfort you. 
            Do not give into the wiles of Satan, sometimes and your feelings are hurt, and you would throw your arms in the air because you do not feel good. Do you not see that it is the great deceiver to trip you in your path? And you fall so fast time and time again. 
            Even the way in which you feel can be affected by how he acts on you, my children. 

Messenger speaks: The word is there but it is "lethargy," and I don't know what the word means but that is what she says. Whatever that is. 

Mary speaks: My children, when he works in your lives to make you feel as if you cannot do it when God is calling you to do it, it is a trick from him to stop you. 
            And yet you hear the call loud and clear within your heart and it almost feels as if you are in quicksand sinking to the bottom of the pool. 
            You must fight to do what God is asking you to do. It is for the souls. My children, you see Him as I saw Him on the way to Calvary, as One going to the finish line of the race with the determination within His Heart to push onward at all cost, at the sacrifice of His body racked with pain and wounded beyond your imaginings. 
            And He went on and on and on with that conviction and that fervor, and His thoughts were of you, His chosen ones, of you praying here. 
            The mass of people that do not care about their God, and in the center of it all, there is that light that He sees in your fervor to love Him and love the souls that He gave His life for. 
            O my children, I am Mary, your Mother, and I stood beneath the cross and I cried, for I watched Him and today I appear here that you will hear my message, that you will carry it to the ends of the earth, that you will see the vision of the Father in your heart, that you will see that He is widening your vision. 
            But you stop up the vision that He gives to you by your own stubbornness to listen to the tauntings of Satan and to give in to the feelings, many times, that lead you array. 
            You must forgive. 
            You must work with one another. 
            And when you pray the "Our Father," you say, "Forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us." 
            You must forgive. 
            You cannot get stuck in the muck. 
            You must move onward always, upward to the top of the mountain. And there it is, my children, that you see the light, the light of a new day. And you see the souls marching into heaven, the victors, the ones with the white robes, the children of light. 
            And you say, on that last day, "O my God, I see now that my work was not in vain." 
            For the children have walked into the kingdom of God, the children that you helped to lead home. 
            I am Mary, your Mother, and I speak and you may not hear the words that I speak, for you have allowed Satan to plug up your ears, or is it because you just don't want to help and let go of some of those things that you must let go of in order to really help me?
            But the rosaries need to be in the hands of all those children in the schools. 
            And six years later after I delivered the message and the orders are sent to you, where are the hands to make the rosaries that are needed for the schools that want to put them in those children's hands? 
            It's little things. 
            It's getting up and getting on your knees in the morning and saying the Morning Offering when you think, "Oh, it isn't so important." 
            It's the little things throughout the day, stopping on the hour and just saying, "God, please, I unite to the Mass in this hour and I offer up all the work that I'm doing. Please grant grace to the souls." 
            It's letting go of some of those hurts that are inside that keep you stuck in the mud. 
            It's arguing over and over again about certain points with others when you just do not understand one another because of a blockage that Satan has helped to create. 
            It's saying the consecration to one another. 
            It's little things, like watching him walk down the driveway with a bag and a chalice and the hours on end that he spent in his room that you would have the words today, the words about the life of your Savior in your heart. It was because the of discipline of your founder that there are so many words out there today and you must thank your God for the gifts that He has given to you in the writings and in the appearance of me here on the building. That is what it is. 
            It is hurtful to your God that man does not even recognize the gifts that are given to him, in his breath and the sunlight and the beautiful green trees and the flowers and the baby that comes, so lovingly, into your lives. 
            And you move about so hurriedly just taking it all and thinking that you do not have enough and how it hurts the tender Heart of my Son, for you have been given so many things and you're always saying, "But I don't have enough." 
            Ask God to fill your heart with the fire of God's love that you will love one another as He intends you to love, 
                        that you will be generous, 
                        that you will work together, 
                        that you will not be jealous, 
                        that you will help each other genuinely from your hearts, 
                        that you will be one body, 
                            one holy, happy family working together to serve your God, 
                        that you recognize Him as your Head. 
            You are the children of Eve, and I am the New Eve and I give you my Immaculate Heart. 
            My children, come into my heart and I will take you into the Sacred Heart of my Son. 
            There you will experience the fire of His love. 
            O my children, what can I say to you? 
            For I love you so and I long to hold you as my little child and baby close to my heart and in my arms. 
            Always see me this way, always there with you as your loving Mother. 
            I love you so. 
            I am Mary, your Mother. 
            My children, do not ignore my Son. It offends Him so when He gives such gifts and they are not recognized. 
            It is the simple things. 
            It is not the high-foluten theology and all that you may think is so important. 
            It's just the simple things - having a real, loving relationship with the God that gives you so much. 
            You have all this time to do all these things and yet you give so little time to Him. 
            He wants you to write to Him, 
                        to talk to Him, 
                        to thank Him, 
                        to ask Him about the things that you want to know. 
            He wants to give you a greater sharing in His life. 
            O my children, it's simple. 
            It is so simple that the little child could understand, and the hard man and woman just sometimes doesn't see the picture at all.
            How does the blind man see when his eyes are so blind? 
            Well, he really doesn't see much at all. 
            How is it if he was cured and he saw so clearly? 
            It is this way with you, my children. You just do not know what awaits you. 
            Study your God. 
            See the gifts that God has given and be grateful like little children, little children in the family of God. 
            The Heavenly Father is your Father and I, Mary Immaculate, am your Mother. 
            Jesus is your beloved Spouse, and the Holy Spirit fills you with the fire of God's love. 
            I am Mary, Queen of Heaven and Earth. 
            Whether my children recognize me or not, 
                        I am the Queen of Heaven and Earth, 
                        the Queen of Peace, 
                        and the Mother that God gave to you, 
                        Mother of divine grace. Amen.

Jesus speaks: My children, I am your beloved Savior and I love you so.  
            I want you to come to the depth of My Heart.  
            I want you to love Me.  
            I want you to spend time with Me.  
            I want to have a loving relationship with you, and you treat Me so coldly.  
            I want your love.  
            I speak to you, the ones that are gathered here beneath the image of My Mother.
            For it is for your soul that I long for.
            I long for you to come.  
            Do not look around, I am speaking to you.  
            I want that time alone, but you try to please everyone else and you think about everyone else so many times. And that is good, but when you do not have any time for Me, personal time, to just come and be with Me in an intimate embrace, I long for you.
            I am telling you now, I want this time every day, time that you set aside just to be with Me, quiet in your heart.  
            I love you so.  
            It is in those quiet moments that I will implant knowledge of Myself upon your soul and that you will know more the will of the Father for you.  
            It is in those moments that you will feel peace and serenity and yet you do not take them.
            In the letters that you write to Me, the letters will help you express more the love in your heart and help you to be a loving person more in your lives.  
            It's little things.  
            It's writing a letter and reading the Blue Book and hearing Me speak to you. And it takes time everyday, but it will change your life.  
            And I tell you this and you do not hear Me, for you think your time is so valuable and yet I can do so much in a split second that you cannot do.  
            And you fumble around and look and wonder and you try to accomplish things and you carry the load on your back all by yourself and I am right there ready to help you if you ask for My grace.  
            Or do you even realize that you are still learning?  
            So many think they know it all and they get upset if I try to tell them anything.  
            For they want to just know. And how would you know, for you are a human person and I am the Divine God.  
            God created you and yet the creature is so brazen in their ways. They think they do not need the Creator.

            "How silly," I say. But if I said to you, "tc tc," (He made a noise we cannot write) would you even listen?  
            I say to you now, "I am the Divine God and I want a loving relationship with you. I want your time. And the rest of the time will work so much better for you."  
            But you go it alone most of the day, and you kid yourself and you think you are uniting to Me.  
            That intimate time is so valuable to your life.  
            I give you My intimate letters of love in God's Blue Book to help you stay focused on the things that are above and you stay in that earthy realm and you get caught up in so many silly things and one word from your God in a simple opening of the book could help change the course of events.  
            Listen to Me. I speak to you. I am the Divine God.

Messenger: My dear apostles and donors,

I give my heart to Jesus and Mary with you in love. Father Carter has majorly affected all of our lives. The mission given to him (Father Carter) by Jesus is major to help bring about the renewal of the Church and the world.

Father Carter told me to put out the newsletter in January 2001. The 33 newsletters are not the complete picture of his writings. He has written seventeen books. His writings give deep insight into the divine mysteries.

His writings centered in consecration are a big part of God the Father’s plan to help bring about the Reign of Jesus' Sacred Heart and the mission Mary began at Fatima to help bring peace to the world.

The prayer chapters Father Carter began were to pray for the priests, the Church and the world.

It is absolutely essential we continue the newsletter with Father Carter’s writings; this was his desire.

It is absolutely necessary we tell the 70,000 priests about his death.

Funds are needed to pay off the last newsletters and pay for this one.

CAN YOU HELP US?

As you know, we distribute the Newsletter free of charge. We have been publishing the Newsletter for six years. Although the fine print on the last page of each Newsletter says that donations are always welcome, we have, to this date, only made one major appeal for donations.

Now we come to you again and ask for your financial assistance. It is considerably expensive to print the Newsletter and to mail it here in the U.S.A. and to other countries around the world. With our English and Spanish editions, we send the Newsletter to readers in about 90 countries. We soon hope to add a French edition.

With the help of God’s grace, the Newsletter seems to be accomplishing much good. The numerous letters we receive from around the world regarding the Newsletter’s helpfulness are one indication of this.

If you share with us our belief that the Newsletter is a very worthwhile ministry, we urgently ask you to seriously consider sending us a donation. We are always struggling to obtain the funds to continue publication of the Newsletter.

Messenger: In this new newsletter we will begin with the Morning Offering telling about Father Carter’s death and then the prayers that Jesus gave to us to spread prayer chapters. The newsletter includes a most powerful extensive writing of Father Carter’s on Grace.

This newsletter can help change the face of the earth as people pray the Morning Offering and the prayers Jesus gave to Father Carter for the priests, the Church and the world, great grace can be released on the earth. Only God’s grace will help change the hearts.

Reaching the priests with this information is crucial in getting the prayer manual in the hands of the priests.

Father Laurentin recently did an article on Clearwater, Florida, which included the information about the Morning Offering and several messages I received from Mary. It was written in French. Also it included pictures of the site in Florida. He sent his regrets to me about Father Carter’s death.

We need help to do as Father Carter wished. He asked that this newsletter be put out in January.

He spent his very sick days after chemo helping to prepare this for this publication.

His birthday is January 15.

Father Carter was very upset because we struggled so much for funds to do the 20 page newsletter.

We still owe on the last newsletter. Father Carter wrote the article about money and told us to include a donation envelope.

God the Father was angry when we did not receive help for the 20 page newsletter.

Can you please help us?

The day after that, I received the letter from Father Laurentin and the magazine with the Clearwater, Florida, pictures and article. Father Laurentin wrote a letter of sympathy regarding Father Carter’s death.

• Dear Father Carter,
  
  For years I have received Shepherds of Christ Newsletter; I do not know who put me on your mailing list, but I’m grateful to you both. Since I first began to receive the newsletter I have been assigned as the Director of Formation Advising for the Pontifical North American College in Rome.
  
  I would like to know if it would be possible to make a bulk order so that our seminarians could benefit from the newsletter as well. I will make sure they are distributed to our seminarians. At present we have about 200 seminarians and student priests on our campus, all eager for good spiritual reading!
  
  Please let me know if we can make an arrangement for the delivery of the newsletter here at the college.

Mary's Message from the Rosary of August 27, 1996

Mary speaks: I stood beneath the cross of my Son, and my Heart was in such pain for I saw Him before my eyes. I saw Him covered with blood. I saw Him die. My Heart, my children, my Heart to watch my Son, but my Heart, my Heart, how I suffered for my little children of the world that give in to this world and give up the love of my Son. O my little children of light, I give you this message. Carry this light into the darkness for your Mother Mary, for I stood beneath the cross and I cried. I cried for the little ones. I cried for the young ones, the ones that do not care and will lose their souls. How do I make you see for you will not listen to me? What can I do? I come. I appear. I beg. I plead. I give you these gifts from my Son, and you reject me. I do not deliver messages very often anymore for I have been ignored. The message is the same. You do not read the messages I have given to you. Please help me. Help the little children. I appear. I appear. I appear, and I am ignored. I stood beneath the cross, and I cried. I cried, and my Heart was in such anguish for my little children, for I am searching for them this day as I searched for the Child Jesus. Please, please help me. A rosary can be used to pray for healing. It is powerful to unite our prayers to the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass and pray through the powerful intercession of Our Lady of Clearwater.

In times of trouble, for special prayer, we can use our rosary and pray as follows.

A Rosary for Healing or for Someone with Cancer.

On one Hail Mary bead or as many as you desire, say: 

May God heal                     through the intercession of Our Lady of Clearwater in union with the Mass and all the Masses being celebrated around the world.

Pray the Hail Mary or Hail Mary's then pray this after the Hail Mary.

May the cancer be uprooted and thrown into the sea.

We believe with all our hearts.

After the Glory Be — pray the following petition.

May                     be healed through the intercession of Our Lady of Clearwater if it be the holy will of God.
