R. We travel from place to place until we get
stopped by a snow storm or something that is
unknown to us and then we cannot do what we
intended.
God has put us here to help the world while we
are here and then to help the world be better
when we leave it.
How many men because of control and pride
have worked their human tainted plan blocking
the work God intended to come through them.
The will is a funny thing – A person can
lose their power in some traumatic situation
or through things that happened from parents,
from work, from a significant other and live
their whole life in dealing with another or
others trying to get their power back, through
control and manipulation.
God has a plan for us to contribute to the
building of the Kingdom of God. Talents have
been given to us to use for that. We have been
given gifts from God to make this a more
Christic better world – while we are here –
we are to work for this goal and
when we leave not horde our discoveries,
talents, our mission so it doesn't go past
us. We are to give to others what has been
given to us to help the world to be better –
to help people to know the truth of Jesus –
We have been called to love – God has
called us to give for the good of the other
as the Father intends us to give.
God made us to love. God called us to
love Him first – our talents were gifts from
God to develop to use not just for our
glory and fame, but for the whole world –
now and in the future.
A man can be living in a box and
see himself as attaining his recognition
and name for himself, trying to get lost
power back to fix his wounded self-image,
using others for his wounds and hurting the
very gift God wanted to give through him
for the betterment of mankind.
Being a Math teacher I learned how to draw
sketches.
R. This is a cube, inside of it is a man
locked in selfishness and pride and
the deadly sins. Pride means we don't
know our place. Look at Eve in the
Garden, she wanted to be equal to God.
What Adam and Eve did hurt all of us.
We are all the poor banished children of
Adam and Eve.
God put Eve on this earth to help Adam –
but she encouraged Adam to disobey
God's command to them. Adam and Eve disobeyed
God.
People before us sacrificed and gave
for us to have what we have. The individual
Christian, the Church and the world are
to be becoming more and more like Christ.
Christ showed us – He gave His life for
the salvation of men. He gave Himself and
today we can go to the Eucharist at Church
and receive Jesus in His Divinity and
humanity. Jesus gave. The whole world
is receiving from His giving. We are to
be more Christic – to help the Church and
the world to be more and more in the
image of Christ who came and
showed us about love. He gave –
Mary gave –
Priestly Newsletter Book II - September/October 1997
In all this Mary offers an example. Selfishness was totally foreign to her. She did not belong to herself. She belonged to God. She was not closed in upon herself. She was completely open to God. When God spoke, she listened. When God pointed the way, she followed. She realized that life is not a process a person masters by carefully mapping out one's own self-conceived plans of conquest, but a mystery to be gradually experienced by being open to God's personal and loving guidance.
Selfishness, then, did not close Mary off from God's call. Neither did fear. God asked her to assume a tremendous responsibility. He asked her to be the Mother of Jesus. Mary did not engage in a process of false humility and say that such a great role was above her. She did not say that she did not have the proper qualifications for this awesome mission. Briefly, she did not waste time looking at herself, making pleas that she was not worthy, telling the angel he had better go look for someone else. No, Mary did not look at herself. Her gaze was absorbed in God. She fully realized that whatever God asked of her, His grace would accomplish. She fully realized that although she herself had to cooperate, this work was much more God's than hers.
Mary's words, then, truly sum up what is the authentic Christian response at any point of life, in any kind of situation: "I am the handmaid of the Lord," said Mary, "let what you have said be done to me".
R. One day before Christmas – a woman in
the car in front of me paid for my
breakfast – She was showing how
to give – I didn't even know her.
Mary appeared in Clearwater 7 1/2
years on the building – to tell us
about her message from the
heavenly Father.
Nobody hardly cares about what
Mary asked for any more. Prayer
on the 5th for peace in the world.
Ask yourself – is the world thinking
about babies? Are we thinking of
building a more Christic world for
our children and grandchildren?
Are we living to do God's will – in loving
God first and loving our neighbor as
ourselves.
A man of virtue is a man who is
humble. He lives in the truth –
he is not trapped in a box making
decisions on his 70 or 80 years here
for his own vain glory. As the body
ages and a man is not the same,
bitterness and hatred – being selfish
doesn't help the man – who will need
others because that's how it is.
Jesus died for all men. God wants
all men to go to heaven. What are we
doing to listen to why Mary appeared
at Clearwater telling the world this
message.
Read yesterday's message from
Blue Book II – Sufferings will Befall You –
With Christian men – calling themselves
Christian, but not seeing the future
generations and helping me spread
the message of Our Lady of Clearwater
we are suffering.
Jesus called Fr. Carter to give his life and
he did – not for his vain glory –
he gave all he did for the priests,
the Church and the world as God
gave him. He gave to his last breath
teaching and helping me get out the
messages of Jesus.
He was selfless, yet obedient
to the Jesuits, Fr. Carter was like Jesus.
I watch Fr. Joe and he gives and gives,
he lives his homilies – he lives
the Word of God, Fr. Mike has
always helped me whenever I call
him – he prays for me and the Movement –
Monsignor and Fr. Ken in Florida,
Fr. Don, my cousin, Fr. Frank, Fr. Cyprian,
Fr. Wittington, all the Fathers
that have helped us – over and over
again –
God help us to see through Your
eyes –
Help us not to horde our gifts for
our plan –
Justice means – we want to give
to others what is their due –
Others gave to us – we use what
they gave – we are to give to
those behind us –
Justice and Peace will kiss –
Are we people of Faith – following
in the footsteps of our Fathers,
of Abraham and Isaac and Jacob,
of Moses, of those who
gave for us.
Are we falling in the footprints of
the saints, the Apostles
who gave and gave –
Do we want a better world –
Through Him, With Him, In Him

Words of Jesus to Members of
Shepherds of Christ Associates:"My beloved priest-companion, I intend to use the priestly newsletter, Shepherds of Christ, and the movement, Shepherds of Christ Associates, in a powerful way for the renewal of My Church and the world.
"I will use the newsletter and the chapters of Shepherds of Christ Associates as a powerful instrument for spreading devotion to My Heart and My Mother's Heart.
"I am calling many to become members of Shepherds of Christ Associates. To all of them I will give great blessings. I will use them as instruments to help bring about the triumph of the Immaculate Heart and the reign of My Sacred Heart. I will give great graces to the members of Shepherds of Christ Associates. I will call them to be deeply united to My Heart and to Mary's Heart as I lead them ever closer to My Father in the Holy Spirit."
- Message from Jesus to Father Edward J. Carter, S.J., Founder, as given on July 31, 1994,

Dear Friends,
I give my heart to Jesus and Mary with you in love.
If you read Fr. Joe's book like I did on the 13th you can see how awesome it is.
It helps me understand what is happening in the writings during the liturgical year.
It is so very good, it makes me so eager to live the liturgy in my life,
live in the liturgical year.Well we have sent over 13,000 of Fr. Joe's new cycle books since the beginning of November to priests and hierarchy
all over the world. It can enrich so many lives with the weekly sermon rooted in the Word, the Eucharist,
the liturgy,
the Mass,Baptism, love and unity.
When a priest uses the book weekly he focuses on the Bread of Life to feed the people.
Say a priest says 4 or 5 Masses weekly
Think of how many souls could be reached with the people attending Mass.Fr. Joe speaks of love and being a member of the body of Christ, living in relationships
all in the context of the scripture. We see salvation history and its ups and downs -
we see our calling from God
and we see our part in salvation history.God calls - we respond.
The body of Christ can help the world to raise up to greater perfection.
What are you doing to help this coming election in the United States.
