Oh Lamb of God, Who take away the sins of the world, come and act on my soul most intimately. I surrender myself, as I ask for the grace to let go, to just be as I exist in You and You act most intimately on my soul. You are the Initiator. I am the soul waiting Your favors as You act in me. I love You. I adore You. I worship You. Come and possess my soul with Your Divine Grace, as I experience You most intimately.

Jesus speaks: I give you the priest, My beloved Father Carter, the Bread of Life priest. It is through the priestly newsletter, the consecration, the prayers, that springs of living water will flow from My Heart as priests celebrate the Mass.
Does it begin with the people? No, it begins with My pierced Heart, from this the saving waters of salvation flow. It begins with the oneness with the Savior. It begins with the perfect one, she who stood under My cross.
Messenger: The more fully we participate as His body in all the Masses being celebrated all through the day, the more the floodgates of heaven will open and grace will be outpoured.
Mary is the most perfect spouse of the Lamb. The Holy Spirit works in her Immaculate Heart to bring forth and develop the Christ-life in us.

The messianic Jerusalem
One of the seven angels that had the seven bowls full of the seven final plagues
came to speak to me and said, 'Come here and I will show you the bride that the Lamb has
married.' In the spirit, he carried me to the top of a very high mountain, and
showed me Jerusalem, the holy city, coming down out of heaven from God. It had all the
glory of God and glittered like some precious jewel of crystal-clear diamond. Its wall
was of a great height and had twelve gates; at each of the twelve gates there was an
angel, and over the gates were written the names of the twelve tribes of Israel, on the
east there were three gates, on the north three gates, on the south three gates, and on
the west three gates. The city walls stood on twelve foundation stones, each one of
which bore the name of one of the twelve apostles of the Lamb.
The angel that was speaking to me was carrying a gold
measuring rod to measure the city and its gates and wall. The plan of the city is
perfectly square, its length the same as its breadth. He measured the city with his rod
and it was twelve thousand furlongs, equal in length and breadth, and equal in height. He
measured its wall, and this was a hundred and forty-four cubits high -- by human
measurements. The wall was built of diamond, and the city of pure gold, like clear glass.
The foundations of the city wall were faced with all kinds of precious stone: the first
with diamond, the second lapis lazuli, the third turquoise, the fourth crystal, the fifth
agate, the sixth ruby, the seventh gold quartz the eighth malachite, the ninth topaz, the
tenth emerald, the eleventh sapphire and twelfth amethyst. The twelve gates were twelve
pearls, each gate being made of a single pearl, and the main street of the city was pure
gold, transparent as glass. I could not see any temple in the city since the Lord God
Almighty and the Lamb were themselves the temple, and the city did not need the sun or the
moon for light, since it was lit by the radiant glory of God, and the Lamb was a lighted
torch for it. The nations will come to its light and the kings of the earth will
bring it their treasures. Its gates will never be closed by day - and there will be
no night there - and the nations will come, bringing their treasure and their
wealth.

I am the Good Shepherd, these are My prayers, the prayers I give to help renew the Church and the world, all prayer chapters are asked to include these prayers (found in the Shepherds of Christ Prayer Manual). As My Apostles and Shepherds I ask you to encourage all existing Chapters to try to encourage all existing prayer groups to pray the Shepherds of Christ prayers. Encourage all Churches to pray these prayers. It is most urgent that the people of this earth concur with the Father's wishes to begin Prayer Chapters. This is an urgent request from the Good Shepherd. The flock will become one when they have given their hearts to Jesus and Mary. Encourage all priests to pray the Shepherds of Christ prayers. Your world will be lighted with great light as the people of this earth pray these prayers.
My promise is this to you My beloved earth: When you give your heart to Me and spread the devotion to My Sacred Heart, I will write your name In My Heart. I promise to give the greatest graces when you pray these prayers for renewal of the Church and the world and take all who pray them deeply into My Heart. The prayers I give will bring about the reign of My Sacred Heart and the triumph of Mary's Immaculate Heart. I am Jesus Christ, this is My message of January 22, 1998, Please circulate this message to your world. I am the Good Shepherd, I know Mine and Mine know Me and they follow Me. Grace My Shepherds, I will give you the greatest graces for spreading these words to this earth and to your Church. I love you, I am Jesus Christ, the Son of Man, it is the Plan of the Father that Prayer Chapters are begun immediately and the Priestly Newsletter is given to all priests. The Voice of the Good Shepherd speaks through it.
Messenger: I prayed the 6:20 prayers at Our Lady of the Holy Spirit Center. When I went there it was very dark and the snow covered the ground.
I prayed as I was instructed to do before the Sorrowful Mother...
...and before the statue of the Sacred Heart with His arms outstretched...
...but most of all before Jesus in the tabernacle.
After I prayed a long time including several rosaries, I could see light through the slats in the blinds on the window. It was very odd, I thought, because it had been so dark outside when I went in. I wondered if someone turned on a lot of lights.
On leaving very close to 9:00 p.m., I saw the most glorious wonder, the sky was a mystical golden light and the whole Center was lighted in enormous beauty. As I looked across the front of the massive building it looked like a city from the outside corner of the building and the Sorrowful Mother statue. It gleamed as a city, lighted with a golden light indescribable in words, and all I can say is it was mystical. Nothing I have ever seen in real life could describe it. The sky and all that surrounded me was clear as day with this golden hew of light, tinged with a red glow. I was in awe.
Messenger: This is a picture of Our Lady of the Holy Spirit Center, but it is nothing like how it looked when it was lighted up.
Messenger: I recall the message of February 23, 1994, which Jesus gave me. Now it is almost six years later and this has occurred.

Jesus speaks: I am the light of the world. A city on a hill will shine to the world. You at the Center will be this city when you are filled to the brim with the love of Jesus. What power, what might, to have each person a personal spouse of Jesus Christ! This is the light to the darkened world. The love of Jesus radiates from the very being of those who love Him. What light when all together are lifted by His love abounding deep within their breasts!
I am the Way, the Truth and the Life. My life is the life inside that cannot be contained. It is bursting and budding forth. My life is the real life. To possess the life of Christ within your breast! Such power! I am the city set on a hill that will stand united and shine to this world. You at this Center will be this city. You will be the true Center that places the mark on this world.
The love of Christ, abounding deep within the breasts of all, will be the power and the might. Pray the Prayer for Union with Jesus. I will operate in the hearts of all there and minister to My sick world. I am the Heart of Jesus. I am on fire with love of each and every soul. When My love is found in all the hearts there, the light of God will shine to this world!
You are the city, set on a hill, that shines to the darkened world. I will light the world with the love of Jesus that shines in the hearts of those who are fed there. My light is so bright. My power is endless. You are the light to the dark world. You contain the mighty medicine to bring My sick ones to Me. You will bring so many back to Me and My intense love, burning so brightly for all!
I am the power. I am the might. He who abides in Me will have the light of life. I give Myself to you that you will live. You will radiate My presence from your very being. My light is the brightest light. I will live in the hearts of all who come to you for their feeding. Enkindle in them the love for My most Sacred Heart. It is on fire for love of you. It cannot be contained. It will live in all hearts who come to you to be fed.
You are the key to enkindle this burning love of Jesus in the hearts of so many. Many will know Jesus through your love of Me. Read these letters every day for I am truly speaking to you here. I love each child so dearly and want to have an intimate union with that child. Teach all about the burning love of Jesus. Read My messages with your heart on fire so you can tell all of My ardent love for them.
I long to be close to them. I am a person. I am God, on fire for love of My people. Bring all to the ardent love of Jesus. Mary is by My side constantly. Where I am, she is there. She wants all to be led to My ardent, longing love. Teach all about My love. Fill them so they are overflowing in their hearts. This is the mighty medicine. It is My letter of intense, ardent love for My people.
I am truly here, little ones. I am Jesus, Son of the Living God. I will live strongly in the hearts of all who come to you. You will be the key. Focus on your intense love of Me. Read My letters as a cookbook for intimacy with Me. My love waits for each person and I tell you here how to be close to Me. I am the Sacred Heart of Jesus on fire for love of you. I am longing for you to come and be with Me in silence. I will give you all you need.
I am the Alpha. I am the Omega. I am your all. I am God, one, true and magnificent, and I come to you with ardent love in Holy Communion and in the tabernacle. I am present, Body and Blood, Soul and Divinity. I am waiting. Our love affair waits and it depends on you. I am there and I am waiting. You keep us apart.
Tell them how I long for them and have all they need. The love of Christ will light their city. You will stand as the lighted city in darkness. My love will be that by which you light this dark world. Oh, such power, such might! The love of God will reign in the hearts of all you touch. You are My vessel to draw this world to the love of Jesus.
Read and study My letters and be taught about My ardent love. I am Jesus Christ and I am teaching you about My love on fire for all. Come and be powered by the hand of God. My love will rock the world off its rocker when it reigns in the hearts of those who come to you. I love you so! You are My beloved. I will use you to light My dark world. You will shine as candles in the darkest night and you will be the instruments I use to light their wicks. I am God and I love them so dearly!
This is My love for all. Power and might will shine forth on the land. I am the brightest light. Look into the light for the light. Look into the arms of Jesus. I will light this world through you. Alleluia. And the angels sang and the choirs of heaven were heard for the earth proclaimed the Love of Jesus. Alleluia

WE WANT TO BE INTERCESSORS PROMOTING UNITY IN PRAYER WITH ALL PEOPLE OF THE WORLD, PRAYING FOR THE PRIESTS, THE CHURCH, AND THE WORLD. We have described above the primary ministry of the Movement, the spirituality newsletter for priests, Shepherds of Christ. The 2nd most important ministry is the prayer chapters, whose members pray for the needs of priests and for the needs of all others also. LEVELS OF COMMITMENT There are seven levels of commitment in the Shepherds of Christ Movement.
Whatever one's level of commitment in the Shepherds of Christ Movement, all share in promoting the overall goal of the Movement. This goal is to help in the spiritual renewal of the Church and the world. All varied ministries of the Movement are directed toward this purpose. The spirituality which the Shepherds of Christ Movement presents to its members and to those outside the Movement through its various ministries is very basic. This spirituality is explicitly Trinitarian and Christocentric. Our spirituality helps others, especially priests, to develop a very deep union with Jesus, this Jesus Who leads us to the Father in the Holy Spirit with Mary at our side. Messenger: A city set on a hill has shown its light to the world. The birth of this Movement has enormously come from this Center, Our Lady of the Holy Spirit Center. Jesus called the core apostles group of the Shepherds of Christ Movement on Tuesday, August 30, 1994, when I was instructed to begin our first Shepherds of Christ prayer chapter there. Upon arriving there I heard the words of Jesus, He said we were the apostles of His Sacred Heart.
There will be more insight into this lighted building later.
The more we spread the consecration and the rosary, the more we answer the cry of Our Lady of Fatima, the more hearts will be set aglow with the fire of His love.
When Mary appeared on the building in Clearwater, Florida, that entire night of December 17, 1999, I saw her as a Lady clothed with a golden hew. It, too, was awesome. She beamed in golden light as we sang the Lady of Clearwater Song and the Song from Jesus. I saw her with such clarity. She appeared to us in the dark night. The color of the sky last night at Our Lady of the Holy Spirit Center and the color on the building in Clearwater, Florida, were the same color, very golden covering, awesome, as if I was seeing the building at Our Lady of the Holy Spirit Center in the Heart of Jesus. It was so beautiful in this glorious light. It looked like the light coming from His Heart.
On December 17, 1999, the Lady was clothed in gold, at Clearwater, Florida.
Revelation 12:1-2
Now a great sign appeared in heaven: a woman, robed with the sun, standing on the moon, and on her head a crown of twelve stars. She was pregnant, and in labour, crying aloud in the pangs of childbirth.
Messenger: On June 22, 1996, Father Carter and I were sent on our mission to China, Indiana, to find our sweet little church which is our Eucharistic Center.
Father Carter had seen four droplets on the Paten at Mass that day in the form of a cross.
I had seen two golden hearts ascending and descending into one heart over the tabernacle.
Father had received a message to go to the Indiana area to visit Steve and Sheila's farm which is very close to our church in China, Indiana. We were looking for a site for the Movement. On the way home we got lost at St. Anthony's Church in China, Indiana, and we laughed because we were in China.
Today China, Indiana, is our Eucharistic Center and Jesus calls it a Eucharistic Center for the World. From China, Indiana, we send the priestly newsletter (English edition) all over the world. We fill many of our orders from China, Indiana.
Once a month we have a retreat on the 13th, 14th, 15th of the month before the exposed Eucharist. On the 13th of each month, the church is filled with people praying before the exposed Eucharist for about 5 hours. We pray fervently for the priests, the Church and the world. We unite as a body there, praying with all our hearts as fervent intercessors. The prayers extend over a 48 hour period during which many people pray before the Blessed Sacrament for the priests, the Church and the world and for the poor souls.
The first time I saw the inside of the church in China, Indiana, I had a vision of the whole church being filled with devout souls praying before the Blessed Sacrament. It makes me want to cry to write this, for now there are these devout souls that come on the 12th, 13th, and 14th of every month and pray with all their hearts for the priests, the Church and the world. They are souls that love Jesus so much and have consecrated their hearts to Him and to Mary their Mother.
In December or January 1995, I had a vision of a church with a big Eucharist in the front of it, in the top center. The church in my vision looked like China, Indiana. Below is a picture of the vision as I saw it and our church in China, Indiana.

Messenger: I was directed by Jesus on February 23, 1999, to begin a novena at 6:20 at night. This was exactly 5 years since I received the message February 23, 1994, "A City on a Hill Shines to the World". An actual quote from that message follows.

Jesus speaks: Priests will create little cities, little cities in each church to spread the light of Christ to this sick world. Each priest can create his own little city, a powerhouse of God's love. God has all the power. His power is endless. It never runs out. It is might. You have no power except through Him. Churches filled with the intimate love of Jesus will be powerhouses.
I am God, My little ones. God can do all things. I can make your cities light up the darkness. I am the Way, the Truth, the Life. I am the light of life. I am God! I can do all things. I want to act in you. You need to be in constant union with Me. My priests, you need to be selfless. My soul and yours are one. I want to act in you.
Hold not back. Pray the Prayer for Union with Me.
January 23, 2000 - Second Message
Jesus speaks: I make this promise to you that churches where the prayers I have given to you are recited devoutly will be little cities of light.
This is My plan for you. I show you the gold building. The birth of My Movement has come from this Center, Our Lady of the Holy Spirit Center, and has reached the far ends of the earth.
My love resounds around the world from those using these letters I have given in My Blue Book messages.

You are My apostles. This is a calling from Me to you on this October 13, 1996. I am Jesus. I called the Apostles. I am calling you My apostles today. I am giving to you abundant graces to carry out this great mission that will lead to the new era.

Jesus speaks: Do you see the sun of fire as it spun in the sky at Fatima?

On October 13, 1917, there were more than 70,000 people gathered in the Cova da Iria in Fatima, Portugal. They had come to observe a miracle which had been foretold by the Blessed Virgin to three young visionaries: Lucia dos Santos, and her two cousins, Jacinta and Francisco Marto. (1) Shortly after noon, Our Lady appeared to the three visionaries:
As the Lady was about to leave, she pointed to the sun. Lucy excitedly repeated the gesture, and the people looked into the sky. The rain had ceased, the clouds parted, and the sun shone forth, but not in its usual brilliance. Instead, it appeared like a silver disc, pale as the moon, at which all could gaze without straining their eyes. Suddenly, impelled by some mysterious force, the disc began to whirl in the sky, casting off great shafts of multicolored light. Red, green, blue, yellow, violet--the enormous rays shot across the sky at all angles, lighting up the entire countryside for many miles around, but particularly the upturned faces of those 70,000 spellbound people.
After a few moments the wonder stopped, but resumed again a second and a third time--three times in all--within about 12 minutes. It seemed that the whole world was on fire, with the sun spinning at a greater speed each time.
Then a gasp of terror rose from the crowd, for the sun seemed to tear itself from the heavens and come crashing down upon the horrified multitude.... Just when it seemed that the ball of fire would fall upon and destroy them, the miracle ceased, and the sun resumed its normal place in the sky, shining forth as peacefully as ever.
When the people arose from the ground, cries of astonishment were heard on all sides. Their clothes, which had been soaking wet and muddy, now were clean and dry. Many of the sick and crippled had been cured of their afflictions. (2)

This is My Movement. I called the meetings October 13, 1996, on Tom's farm to help bring to completion the mission My Mother began at Fatima. My Mother called in the other missions to lead men to My burning Heart.

Jesus speaks: My Beloved Ones,
You will know a great time of trial and darkness. I have written to you of
the great sufferings to come. The sinfulness of this world greatly displeases Me. I beg
you to pray for forgiveness and turn your hearts to love.
And darkness covered the earth and the light was cast in little corners of the earth. Those who were willful remained in intense darkness, those who were rooted in God, and giving themselves to consecration, were the children of the light.
January 23, 2000 - Jesus continues
IT IS AN ENORMOUS STRUGGLE FOR THE SHEPHERDS OF CHRIST MOVEMENT TO COME UP WITH THE MONTHLY RENT. THE FATHER HAS SPECIFICALLY REQUESTED THAT THIS BUILDING BE OWNED BY SHEPHERDS OF CHRIST.

You see all the money in the world, and it is such a struggle to get the money for the building to do as we have requested you to do for the completion of Mary's mission of Fatima which will bring about the Reign of My Sacred Heart.

This tape was made on December 12, 1996, 5 days before her appearance in Clearwater, Florida.

Many Marian Movements in the 20th century were begun by Mary, called by Mary.
These Movements were called to lead men to Me.

When I came to begin this Movement many Marian Movements tried to block Me. Yet Mary came to lead men to Me.
They thought My Movement was in competition with them rather than seeing that this was to help in fulfilling Mary's mission

"I wish to share with you part of a message which Jesus gave us on October 13, 1994. The message tells us about the expansion of the Shepherds of Christ movement:
'My beloved priest-companion, today I come to you with another mission. I am asking you to establish Shepherds of Christ Ministries. At My request you have already begun the priestly newsletter, "Shepherds of Christ", and the prayer chapters, Shepherds of Christ Associates...
'I am giving you this message on this day, the 77th Anniversary of the Great Apparition at Fatima, because of the close connection between the Shepherds of Christ movement and the Fatima message. The Fatima message is centered in devotion to My Heart and My Mother's Heart, especially in consecration to Our Hearts. Shepherds of Christ Ministries is also centered in devotion to Our Hearts. I will use Shepherds of Christ Ministries as a great instrument in helping to bring about the triumph of the Immaculate Heart and the reign of My Sacred Heart. When this occurs, My Church and the world will be experiencing the great era of peace promised by My Mother at Fatima.

Jesus speaks: I called the meetings on October 13, 1996, to give messages to help in the completion of Mary's mission begun at Fatima. This was on Tom's farm.
Jesus speaks: I gave messages on October 13, 1996, November 13, 1996, and December 13, 1996.
On December 12, 1996, the Feast of Our Lady of Guadalupe, Mary and I told the messenger to go to Our Lady of the Holy Spirit Center and told her there in the back of the Rosary Chapel to make the Mary Message tape.
On December 14, 1996, Father Carter said his 1st Mass at Our Lady of the Holy Spirit Center for the Shepherds of Christ gathered and all others that were interested.
On December 17, 1996, Mary appeared in Clearwater, Florida.

Mary speaks: I stood beneath the cross of my Son and my heart was in such pain for I saw before my eyes, I saw Him covered with blood, I saw Him die. My heart, my children, my heart to watch my Son. But my heart, my heart how I suffered for my little children of the world that give into this world and give up the love of my Son.
Messenger: This whole rosary can be reviewed, this was 4 days before Mary appeared on the building. I was instructed to pass out the Mary Message tape to everyone there.

Jesus speaks: My dear little child, please write up the meditations on the rosary. Ask Marty to help you and ask Harold to use his picture for the cover. You are to begin recounting your experiences daily. Start with the experiences from July 5, 1994. Include Fr. Carter's part in the rosary and Marty's part in the rosary. Write down the events you see daily, by date. Write down what you see. Include October 31, 1994 rosary. Marty is your partner in publishing the rosary book. You should list all you both see. Include the Christmas rosary. Begin by writing down your rosary meditations. All will become clear as you begin your rosary journal. Your time recounting these events will lead to a closer understanding of Our lives and Our intimacy with each other.
Mary speaks: Your union with My Son and the Father and the Holy Spirit will deepen as your understanding of the union between myself and Jesus grows. From this day forward you will be closely united to me, your mother, and closely united to Jesus through the rosary. I want you to lead the rosary always. Always dim the lights and use candles. I will be there and Jesus will be there whenever you pray the rosary. We will be with you in a very special way. Your job is to promote the rosary. When you pray the rosary, tell them about my letters to them, centered around my Son in the Eucharist.
Always pray the rosary. Always center it in the Eucharist. Ask Marty and Fr. Carter to help you. This will be a powerful tool for bringing many to the rosary and to loving My Son in the Eucharist. I am Mary, your mother, and that is My Christmas gift to all. Pray the rosary for us.
Mary speaks: My dear ones, I want pictures of the rosary and seven sorrows in the rosary book. I would like meditations on the seven sorrows. I would like the songs that could be used during the different mysteries of the rosary. I would like rosary meditations and certain messages that pertain to meditations on some mysteries. My rosary, prayed as I have instructed, will lead many hearts to Our Two Hearts. We are so closely united in the rosary. The rosary is the most beautiful prayer. Singing between the Hail Marys pleases me so much. Lift up your hearts. Pray the rosary with your whole heart and it will live in your day. I, your beloved mother, and My Son thank you for responding to my call.

On the day the book was to arrive from the publisher, December 17, 1996, Mary appeared on the building in Florida.
Both Mary and Jesus said it was a Christmas gift.
Mary said December 24, 1994, it was a Christmas gift for all.
Jesus said November 12, 1996, it was a Christmas gift for the world.
Then I was told it must be out by Christmas, 1996.

They rejected Me. On March 22, 1994, the birthday of Lucia, the primary Fatima visionary, I gave the collapsed corner as a sign I speak here.

I showed you My Sacred Heart December 17, 1991, I wanted this vision on the front of Blue Book II -- shown here. This is the light coming forth from My Heart.
March 26, 1996, I gave the following message.
March 26, 1996
Messenger: I came to All Saints Church before a beautiful Monstrance of gold that contained Our beloved Savior. He was adorned in light, the altar beneath shone with the brightest light and the cross behind was entirely silhouetted with the same celestial light. I was overwhelmed with the presence of God and cried deeply from the awe of it all.
To be so aware of the Almighty God truly present in His splendor and glory--to know the presence of God, to see the glistening of the gold and the light and reflection of the cross behind Him--my beauteous love--words do not exist to describe the rapture of a heavenly embrace! I cry because of the immense awe within my being to know Him. God truly present in His majesty and glory and oh, God, I behold the presence of a heavenly court. You opened wide the heavens and lifted up the veil and I knew You in Your splendor and glory. I behold God, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
"I am the Way, the Truth and the Life." He is the Almighty God. He shows us the celestial lights with which He will light this earth. Many must surrender their hearts to His Heart and Mary's heart. It is in surrendering, the Spirit will move in the hearts of men and the light of God will shine on the darkened earth. Not with a light that you comprehend, but a light that is divinely granted--a light beyond all lights, a vision beyond all visions. It takes the surrender of minds and hearts to God. The Spirit cannot move in us when we are in control. Surrender and give Him our heart and He will make us fishers of men.
We are His apostles in the Shepherds of Christ Movement. He is sending us out into the world to light the hearts with His burning love. We are chosen by Him and He is giving us abundant graces to grow in our union with Him. He will light this world with His burning love. Our hearts must be open. We must surrender and let go and reach beyond the senses, reach with our hearts. Pray for faith, pray for the vision of God.
Note: I cried all through this writing, having the presence of God and being in great ecstasy to behold Him. May God touch your heart and may His Spirit move within you. May you be filled with the grace of God to surrender and let Him accomplish a great work within you.
And I was filled on high with His miraculous light and He reached down and spoke within me. I was filled as never before and knew the presence of God, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
Note: As I finished, the bells at All Saints Church rang at 9:00 A.M. As I began to experience the immense splendor, the bells of 8:00 rang. Words do not express anything that I saw or experienced or know from this ecstasy. This was the greatest and the first of three visions, which defined clearly to me our role in the Shepherds of Christ Movement. Jesus defines clearly the role of Fr. Carter in this great mission given to him by the Father.
For Fr. Carter from Jesus:
Jesus speaks: To him who has eyes to see, they will see - not with earthly vision, but with the eyes of faith, and to him who has ears to hear, he will hear with the fluttering of the Spirit moving within him.
I am the Way, the Truth, and the Life. I am the Almighty God. I say to the rocks to fall and they fall and to the grass, grow, and it grows, and to the sun, shine, and it shines. I give to you My love in these letters. Filled with My love, you will conquer this earth, not with weapons and powder or force, but with fires of My love. The fire will wipe out the hatred in the cold hearts and the earth will be covered with My celestial light. The earth will rock and I will appear in the heavens adorned in power and glory and the contrite hearts will be saved. I came to separate the sheep from the goats, the light from the darkness. I come and no one pays Me heed.
To you, My beloved son, Father Carter, I have sent you on a mission to spread this fire that will cover this earth. The hearts of men will turn from their sick and desolate ways to hearts gentle as a little lamb.
There will be one flock and one Shepherd and My staff will rule over all. Hearts consecrated to Our Hearts will lead the light across the earth. This light will be a light of intense brightness, brighter and hotter than any light from a flame. It will be the fire of God's love. The Spirit will move in the hearts of all consecrated to My Heart, and you will know how fire truly spreads, for the love of God is a fire. It is vibrant. It is encompassing. It is smoldering, burning deep within and speedily spreading on the outside. No fire on this earth can ever describe the burning embers that burn from the Sacred Heart of Jesus. No fire burns like the fires coming from My Heart and hearts filled with the love from the Sacred Heart of Jesus.
I have written your name, Fr. Carter, in My Heart, never ever to be blotted out and this earth will be renewed with the fire of God's love through you. You are My beloved priest-son, forever, according to the order of Melchizedek. Most holy and most sacred are your hands that consecrate the Host and write My precious newsletter for My beloved priest-sons. You are never unguarded. You are held within the deepest chamber of My Heart, and you will spread My love to the priest-sons of this earth.
I am Jesus. You will spread My love to all souls on this earth. I love you with the tenderest burning love. I am Jesus, your beloved Savior.
Anyone who proves victorious I will make into a pillar in the sanctuary of my God, and it will stay there for ever; I will inscribe on it the name of my God and the name of the city of my God, the new Jerusalem which is coming down from my God in heaven, and my own new name as well. Let anyone who can hear, listen to what the Spirit is saying to the churches.

This message was received before a live statue of the Sorrowful Mother after Communion.
Message from Jesus: "Peace will abound when nations, churches, families and
individuals are consecrated to the Sacred Heart of Jesus and the Immaculate Heart of
Mary."
"Fr. Carter is a pillar of light to the dark world. This is the explanation of the
photo. It is through him, I will turn darkness to light. Circulate this message with the
picture. Encourage all to consecrate their hearts to the Immaculate Heart of Mary and the
Sacred Heart of Jesus, to join the Shepherds of Christ Chapters, and the Apostles of the
Eucharistic Heart of Jesus Movement to pray for your Church and your world. This is My
Movement for renewal of the Church and the world, based in consecration, joining your
every act to the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass, praying the rosary, and making reparation to
Our Hearts, especially on First Fridays and First Saturdays. It is through your prayers
and sacrifices many souls will be helped to be saved. Grace will flow from those whose
hearts are consecrated to Our Hearts and the fire of My Love will light up this darkened
world."

I want coverage, I want the world to make rosaries with Mary's image as a center medal and with the Sacred Heart and Immaculate Heart as the center medal. I want rosary makers all over the world to send their rosaries to the Mary Image Building. This is My Rosary Factory.
I want the rosary in the hands of all who come.

My Mother appeared at Our Lady of the Holy Spirit Center daily to lead men to My Sacred Heart. She appeared for 9 months daily in the Rosary Chapel.
My Movement was born there.
I am Jesus, the Light of the World. Through My letters and My writings to the priests and all people My love will come alive in their hearts. I am the WORD, the WORD will live in them more and more. AS a two-edged sword, the word is sent forth from the holy ones and touches the hearts of those that are hungry.
I AM THE WORD, MADE FLESH.
Mary's Immaculate Heart is your spiritual womb.
Messenger: On January 15, 2000, Father Carter's birthday, we began the 4th novena. The novena Jesus told us about, February 23, 1999, was for 108 days.
The first novena began February 25, 1999, the bombing in Yugoslavia began the day before the Annunciation.

Messenger: The end of the bombings for now comes on or near the end of our 108 day novena on the Feast of the Immaculate Heart of Mary.
The bombings started in March so that the headline read, On March 25, 1999, USA Today, "NATO strikes Serb forces; Clinton cites ‘moral’ duty." The headline on the front of the Cincinnati Enquirer was "NATO warplanes, missiles pummel Yugoslav targets" and the headline on the weekend of the Feast of the Immaculate Heart of Mary was, "Yugoslav troops withdrawing, NATO peacekeepers ready to enter Kosovo."
Mary is the Queen of Peace.

Jesus speaks: The novena has been said for 324 days as I have directed you.
I give warnings, Mary's image is a sign.

The word of Yahweh was addressed to Jonah a second time. 'Up!' he said, 'Go to
Nineveh, the great city, and preach to it as I shall tell you.' Jonah set out and went to
Nineveh in obedience to the word of Yahweh. Now Nineveh was a city great beyond compare;
to cross it took three days. Jonah began by going a day's journey into the city and then
proclaimed, 'Only forty days more and Nineveh will be overthrown.' And the people of
Nineveh believed in God; they proclaimed a fast and put on sackcloth, from the greatest to
the least.
God saw their efforts to renounce their evil ways. And God relented about the disaster
which he had threatened to bring on them, and did not bring it.

Jesus speaks: This is My Movement to reach the priests, the Church and the world to help bring about the completion of the mission My Mother began at Fatima.

I want to lead all sheep to Me.
Why try to kill off those who are bearing fruit?
There has been much jealousy toward My Movement. My Movement is from Me to lead men to My Sacred Heart. Why do you fight Me, and yet support My Mother's movement whose purpose is to lead men to Me?
My Mother has not appeared in many places. Listen to My voice. See her image. This is a gift given from God you cannot deny.

Father Edward Carter, S.J. is a native of
Cincinnati, Ohio. A graduate of St. Xavier High School and Xavier University, both in
Cincinnati, he was ordained a priest in 1962 and received his doctorate in theology from
Catholic University of America four years later. He has been a professor of theology at
Xavier University in Cincinnati for over 30 years. He has authored 17 books in the area of
Catholic spirituality. His two latest books are the priestly newsletter books, which
include the newsletters from almost six years. He is devoted to the Sacred Heart of Jesus,
and the Immaculate Heart of Mary.
