Before the exposed Eucharist

January 23, 2006 message continues

Messenger:    Oh Sweet Jesus I love you with all
my heart you are everything to me
help us do this work for the sake of
unity, for the sake of souls.

Jesus is truly present in the tabernacle in
                        China, Indiana; Southern Florida;
                        Tampa, Florida; Hillsboro, Ohio;
                        Cincinnati, Ohio; Toledo, Ohio; Massachusetts,
                        Virginia, California, Hong Kong ...
                        all over the whole world

God is with us, truly present in all
                        our churches in the Eucharist
The Son of God no less present
than when He walked the earth

                        God wants oneness
                        The devil is division.

The Word of God is a gift.
                        The Eucharist is a gift.

The Word of God (the Scriptures) and the
Eucharist is the bread of Life

                        How can we fear

We need to pray for our priests.

Jesus is the Light of the World
                                    Trust Him

Mysteries of Light

Baptism of Jesus

 1.      Jesus is the Light of the World.

 2.
God's only Son comes to reveal the Father.

 3.
Jesus returns in glory to the Father.

 4.
Jesus is the Resurrection and the Life.

 5.

Then Jesus appeared: he came from Galilee to the Jordan to be baptised by John. John tried to dissuade him, with the words, ‘It is I who need baptism from you, and yet you come to me!’ But Jesus replied, ‘Leave it like this for the time being; it is fitting that we should, in this way, do all that uprightness demands.’ Then John gave in to him.  Matthew 3: 13-15

 6.

And when Jesus had been baptised he at once came up from the water, and suddenly the heavens opened and he saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove and coming down on him. And suddenly there was a voice from heaven, ‘This is my Son, the Beloved; my favour rests on him.’   Matthew 3: 16-17

7.      We are given the gift of God the Son
            to model our lives after.

 8.
For this is how God loved the world:
          he gave his only Son,
so that everyone who believes in him
             may not perish
          but may have eternal life.
John 3: 16

 9.

You cannot have forgotten that all of us, when we were baptised into Christ Jesus, were baptised into his death. So by our baptism into his death we were buried with him, so that as Christ was raised from the dead by the Father’s glorious power, we too should begin living a new life. If we have been joined to him by dying a death like his, so we shall be by a resurrection like his;   Romans 6: 3-5

 10.

The next day, he saw Jesus coming towards him and said, ‘Look, there is the lamb of God that takes away the sin of the world. It was of him that I said, "Behind me comes one who has passed ahead of me because he existed before me." I did not know him myself, and yet my purpose in coming to baptise with water was so that he might be revealed to Israel.’ And John declared, ‘I saw the Spirit come down on him like a dove from heaven and rest on him. I did not know him myself, but he who sent me to baptise with water had said to me, "The man on whom you see the Spirit come down and rest is the one who is to baptise with the Holy Spirit." I have seen and I testify that he is the Chosen One of God.’   John 1: 29-34

Marriage at Cana

 1.      Jesus and His disciples were invited
            to a wedding.

 2.
Mary, the Mother of Jesus was there.

 3.
     Mary seeing the wine was
            running out told Jesus
            they had no wine.

 4.
Jesus called Mary "Woman" and said
Jesus said, ‘Woman, what do you want from me? My hour has not come yet.’
John 2: 4

 5.
Mary told the servants to do
            whatever He tells you.

 6.
There were 6 jars.

 7.
Jesus told them to fill them with
                water.

 8.
He told them to take the contents
of the jars to the head waiter.

 9.
The headwaiter said
            and said, ‘Everyone serves good wine first and the worse wine when the guests are well wined;
but you have kept the best wine till now.’
John 2: 10

 10.

This was the first of Jesus’ signs: it was at Cana in Galilee. He revealed his glory, and his disciples believed in him. After this he went down to Capernaum with his mother and his brothers and his disciples, but they stayed there only a few days.   John 2: 11

Jesus made the water, wine at Cana.

The Kingdom of God

 1.      Jesus healed the son of a royal official.

 2.
Jesus said
'Unless you see signs and portents you will not believe!'
John 4: 48

 3.
Jesus wants us to promote His Kingdom
today. Satan wants us to spread
            evil to the world.

 4.
There is a battle today among the
            people between good and evil
Jesus wants us to do good.
            God is all good.

 5.
Jesus went to the mountain to talk to
            the people. There Jesus performed
a miracle to feed the people from
5 barley loaves and 2 fishes.

 6.
Jesus gives us Himself in the Eucharist
today He gives us His Body and
Blood through the hands of His
            priests.

 7.
Jesus wants us to respect and love His
            precious priests and pray for
them.  This is a message Fr. Carter
            received from Jesus.

July 31, 1994

Words of Jesus to Members of
Shepherds of Christ Associates:

"My beloved priest-companion, I intend to use the priestly newsletter, Shepherds of Christ, and the movement, Shepherds of Christ Associates, in a powerful way for the renewal of My Church and the world.

"I will use the newsletter and the chapters of Shepherds of Christ Associates as a powerful instrument for spreading devotion to My Heart and My Mother's Heart.

"I am calling many to become members of Shepherds of Christ Associates. To all of them I will give great blessings. I will use them as instruments to help bring about the triumph of the Immaculate Heart and the reign of My Sacred Heart. I will give great graces to the members of Shepherds of Christ Associates. I will call them to be deeply united to My Heart and to Mary's Heart as I lead them ever closer to My Father in the Holy Spirit."

- Message from Jesus to Father Edward J. Carter, S.J., Founder, as given on July 31, 1994,
feast of Saint Ignatius Loyola, Founder of the Society of Jesus (The Jesuits)

end of July 31, 1994 message given to Fr. Carter

 8.      The Sacred Heart of Jesus will Reign and
            the Immaculate Heart of Mary
            will triumph Jesus told us
            to pray for this.

 9.
Jesus is the Light of the world.

When Jesus spoke to the people again, he said:

    I am the light of the world;
    anyone who follows me
will not be walking in the dark,
but will have the light of life.
John 8: 12

 10.   To the Jews who believed in him Jesus said:

If you make my word your home
you will indeed be my disciples;
you will come to know the truth,
and the truth will set you free.
John 8: 31-32

The Transfiguration

 1.

There in their presence he was transfigured: his face shone like the sun and his clothes became as dazzling as light. And suddenly Moses and Elijah appeared to them; they were talking with him.   Matthew 17: 2-3

 2.      When we go to the Eucharist, God
outpours His rich grace to us.

 3.      We can be angry and facing a big
problem and when we go to
Mass and pray before the Blessed
Sacrament, God can give us grace
            to handle the problem lovingly
and thereby do it with God's help.
            God has a loving solution.

 4.      The devil wants us divided
God wants us to forgive each other
and work in love as one.

  5.     Imagine the beauty of the transfigured
                Lord
Imagine the beauty of our own
            graced soul.

 6.      Fr. Carter writes
God has truly placed us in a situation of becoming.
Our personal uniqueness is meant to gradually unfold
into its full stature in Christ as we increasingly fulfill
God's will in deepening faith, hope, and love.

Excerpt from Response to God's Love by Fr. Edward J. Carter S.J.

 7.      Fr. Carter says -
For each individual, the process of becoming is
intertwined with God's plan of growth for all creation.

Excerpt from Response to God's Love by Fr. Edward J. Carter S.J.

 8.

Anyone who says ‘I love God’
and hates his brother,
is a liar,
since whoever does not love the brother
   whom he can see
cannot love God whom he has not seen.
1 John 4: 20

 9.      The Church, the world and the individual
Christian are in a state of becoming.
            Christ is our model!!

10.

Our incorporation into the mystery of Christ at baptism initiates us into a life that God intends to develop into full maturity. Our life in Christ as guided by the Spirit is not a static given, a life that is received in baptism and then simply clung to. It is not a life that we are merely to avoid losing through serious sin. Rather, it is our task to develop this life through a process of evolutionary growth.

Excerpt from Response to God's Love by Fr. Edward J. Carter S.J.

God created man in the image of himself,
in the image of God he created him,
male and female he created them.
Genesis 1: 27

Institution of the Eucharist

 1.

Love is trusting. Regarding a person's relationship with God, this attitude of trust grows in proportion to the atmosphere of love; as one grows in the realization of how much God loves him or her, and responds with a love of his or her own, trust in God matures and is a dominant facet of one's daily existence.

Excerpt from Response to God's Love by Fr. Edward J. Carter S.J.

 2.

A serenity of spirit becomes more obvious as the person grows in the awareness of both how much God cares and how supportive his loving embrace is, come what may.

Excerpt from Response to God's Love by Fr. Edward J. Carter S.J.

 3.

How, child, do I, Jesus, tell you I love you? You hold on to silly things, when God is in your midst and is ardently loving you. I am Jesus Christ, the Son of God. I am writing to each precious child this day. I am on fire for love of you. I remain in the Eucharist to be with you with My ardent love. I did not want to leave My beloved ones at the Last Supper. I love you so, My dear and ardently loved children. I remain with you this day in the Blessed Sacrament, the same Jesus Who died a brutal death on the cross.   From Blue Book II  April 13, 1994  I Love You

 4.     Jesus loved us so much He came to this
            earth and died for us.

 5.     Jesus gave us Himself to His death
            on the cross.

 6.     Today He gives us Himself, Body and
            Blood in the Eucharist.
            We must trust Jesus.
Jesus is always ready to help us.

 7.     We should say
"Most Sacred Heart of Jesus we place
                    our trust in You."

 8.

Jesus:  Practice this trust in Me. Trust is developed as a staircase to Me. You practice trust, then you turn the next one over and practice trust again, then you, when you are tempted to think and go to others, practice trust and, oh, how our union grows!  From Blue Book II  February 20, 1994 6:30 a.m.

 9.    Do we trust Jesus?
Look at a picture of the Last Supper
Look at a picture of the priest
                  holding up the host.
We must let go of our fear and live
a life trying to do God's will
                observing the commandments
                living by God's Word and
                    trusting in God.

10.  Trust God Say the Our Father

Our Father

Our Father, Who art in heaven, hallowed be Thy name. Thy Kingdom come, Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread and forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Amen.

As Mary Appeared

Mary appeared through the whole rosary. Mary remained after the rosary was finished.

Joyful Mysteries

The Annunciation

1.  The angel Gabriel appeared to Mary and asked Mary if she would be the Mother of Jesus.

2.  She trusted God always and had such faith. She said yes to the angel.

3.  She was filled with the Holy Spirit and the Word became flesh.

4.  Joseph was filled with fear and an angel of the Lord appeared to him and told him to be not afraid.

5.  Joseph loved and supported Mary.

6.  God the Father sent His only Son born a little baby.

7.  ...God himself is the ultimate mystery. Radically, God is completely other and transcendent, hidden from man in his inner life, unless he chooses to reveal himself. Let us briefly look at this inner life of God.

The Father, in a perfect act of self-expression, in a perfect act of knowing, generates his son. The Son, the Word, is, then, the immanent expression of God's fullness, the reflection of the Father. Likewise, from all eternity, the Father and the Son bring forth the Holy Spirit in a perfect act of loving.

At the destined moment in human history, God's self-expression, the Word, immersed himself into man's world. God's inner self-expression now had also become God's outer self-expression. Consequently, the mystery of God becomes the mystery of Christ. In Christ, God tells us about himself, about his inner life, about his plan of creation and redemption. He tells us how Father, Son, and Holy Spirit desire to dwell within us in the most intimate fashion, how they wish to share with us their own life through grace. All this he has accomplished and does accomplish through Christ.

Excerpt from Response to God's Love, by Father Edward Carter, S.J.

8.  of which I was made a servant with the responsibility towards you that God gave to me, that of completing God’s message, the message which was a mystery hidden for generations and centuries and has now been revealed to his holy people. It was God’s purpose to reveal to them how rich is the glory of this mystery among the gentiles; it is Christ among you, your hope of glory: this is the Christ we are proclaiming, admonishing and instructing everyone in all wisdom, to make everyone perfect in Christ.  Colossians 1: 25-28

In Christ, God tells us about Himself, about His inner life, about His plan of creation and redemption.

9.  The authentic hopes and dreams of the human family, now so deeply overshadowed by the ugliness of sin, came converging upon this Christ. He would gather them up in himself, give them a new luster and brilliance and dynamism, and would lead the human race back to the Father in the Spirit.

Excerpt from Response to God's Love, by Father Edward Carter, S.J.

10.  Song:  O Holy Mary

Christ came, then, for a double purpose, or rather for a single purpose that has two facets. He was radically to release us from the dominion of sin and elevate us to a new level of existence.

Excerpt from Response to God's Love, by Father Edward Carter, S.J.

The Visitation

1.  Mary went to the hill country to visit her cousin Elizabeth.

2.  When Elizabeth saw Mary, the child in her womb leapt for joy at the sight of Mary and Jesus in Mary's womb.

3.  Mary was filled with the Holy Spirit and cried out in a loud voice the Magnificat.

4.  Song:  My Soul Rejoices

5.  Jesus is no less present this day in the Eucharist than He was in Mary's womb. He is in the Eucharist in His Divinity and humanity and He waits and longs for us to come and to be with Him and to share our time with Him and our love with Him.

6.  God is so good that He sent His only Son to be born a man into this world for love of us.

7.  God, in all His Power and Might, tends to the tiniest details of our life. Our very hairs are numbered and He ponders the ways of our heart with such love and with such care. He knows us far better than we know ourselves.

8.  He gave to us His very own Mother to be our Mother. And she is with us here and she loves us so much.

9.  Christ has come, then, not to destroy anything that is authentically human, but to perfect it by leading it to a graced fulfillment. This is the meaning of the Incarnation. The more God-like we become through Christ, the more human we become.

Excerpt from Response to God's Love, by Father Edward Carter, S.J.

10.  As Christians, then, we live in Christ. We have been incorporated into his life, into the mystery of Christ. The mystery of Christ is the Christ event, that is, all the happenings or events of Christ's life, death, and resurrection. We may speak, consequently, not only of the total, unified mystery of Christ, but also of the individual events or mysteries. Christ's mysteries of death and resurrection are central and, in some way, they contain all the other mysteries; but these other mysteries or events also have their own importance.

Excerpt from Response to God's Love, by Father Edward Carter, S.J.

The Birth of Jesus

1.  The little baby Jesus was born in a stable in the town of Bethlehem.

2.  Jesus came into this world, with His head in a manger and He went out with His head on a cross -- both in such poverty.

3.  Jesus showed us the way to Him is to pick up our cross and to follow Him, follow in His footsteps. Jesus, a King, born in such poverty. Jesus, a King, died on the cross.

4.  Meditate on the Mystery of Christ's life from the Incarnation to when He ascended into heaven.

5.  Let us imitate Christ in our lives.

6.  Song:  A Song from Jesus

7.  Sing: from song - Oh Come All Ye Faithful

O Come Let us adore Him
O Come Let us adore Him
O Come Let us adore Him,
         Christ the Lord

8.  Sing song:  Angels We have Heard on High

9.  Sing:  Silent Night

10.  Jesus came a little baby, Jesus died a bitter death on the cross, Jesus rose on the 3rd day, Jesus ascended into heaven. Alleluia -- He is our Savior!

The Presentation of Jesus in the Temple

1.  Jesus was taken up to the Temple.

2.  Simeon predicts the sufferings of Jesus and Mary.

3.  And a sword, too, shall pierce your heart, O Mary.

4.  Song:  See the Eyes that Look at Mary

5.  See through the eyes of Mary, Jesus. See His birth through Mary's eyes. See His whole life through Mary's eyes. Stand beneath the cross, see through Mary's eyes See Jesus through Mary's eyes after the resurrection. How well the heart of Mary knows the Heart of her beloved Son.

6.  Song:  Little Baby Hands and Feet

7.  Messenger:  Mary is so closely united to her Son. To love Jesus is to love Mary, to love Mary is to love Jesus.

Mary, help me to love your beloved Son.

Jesus, help me to love Your beloved Mother.

8.  Mary: Turn your lives toward my Son. What do I say to get you to listen? Life on earth is only passing. I appear, I show you my face, you will never comprehend how my Son suffered for love of you! This is the real world, this is the truth that He bled and bled for love of you, that He stood there silently in all the beatings. He accepted this awful treatment. He came to show you the way. I watched my precious little One. I watched and my heart was torn in my chest. I experienced such suffering, watching this massacre of my beautiful Son, for love of you!

9.  Mary: I appear with blood in my eyes. My eyes shed invisible blood during His Passion, to watch Him bleed and be beaten raw by His attackers.

10.  Mary: And what does He ask in return? He asks you to love God and love one another. Do this, for your reward is everlasting life.

The Finding of Jesus in the Temple

1.  Be with Joseph and Mary as they look for the child Jesus, their hearts in such pain not being able to find Him.

2.  The Two Hearts, such pure love, Jesus and Mary. Mary's heart invisibly pierced with a sword; Jesus' Heart pierced with a lance. In all love, there is suffering.

3.  Jesus was consumed with love for us to give Himself to His death. He gave the last beat of His Heart -- What came forth from His Heart was Blood and water.

They pierced His Heart with a lance and what flowed forth was blood and water, the sacramental life of the Church, water for Baptism and blood for the Eucharist. His life, death, and Resurrection live on in the Church this day.  From the Stations

4.  Messenger:  I know a little how He suffered because He loves us so much. Such heartache, to love so much. He is forgotten by so many. How His Heart suffered for those souls He loved that would go to hell. For some very sinful pleasures of the body, some have lost their souls. I experience this suffering before the tabernacle or after receiving the Eucharist in Mass. He suffered immense pain. He suffered for the ignorance of so many. He is truly here this day and in our midst. This is the Son of God, truly present. I feel such connection to His pain suffered in the garden. He suffered so for the indifference, neglect, ingratitude of so many souls. He suffered for the injustices to the Blessed Sacrament, the Sacrament of His greatest love.

5.  Messenger:  He gives Himself and He is rejected. What pain, agonies of the heart. He loves us so much and He is rejected by so many. He is treated coldly and ignored.

Jesus took on a human body. He loves us so much. He gave Himself, His very flesh and blood that we might have life! He is, this day, ignored. People have made themselves and others their gods. Many who receive Him in the Eucharist, do not realize He is truly present. Some do not have time to spend with Him and learn to know Him. Many of His precious souls know every sports star, they know all about the sport stars' lives but do not have time for the Son of God. Many souls do not have time for Jesus who gave His life for them!

6.  Jesus:  My Mother appears to lead you to My most Sacred Heart.

7.  Jesus:  My children, My Heart waits for you. I am forever loving you with the same burning love. Turn not your backs to Me. I am the Almighty God.  It is through Me you will be saved. If you love and serve Me, you will live in heaven forever and ever.

Alleluia.

8.  Jesus: You are the light that shines in the dark night.

To be My light shining forth to this world you must come and take refuge in My most Sacred Heart. I came as a little Child into your midst. The star shone bright above Me and I entered into this world. I am He Who lights the dark night. You will cast this light to this world if you are fixed in Me. Be the light that shines in the darkness. I am the Light of this world. You are My little lights that shine so deeply into the darkness. My Heart is a burning flame. When you take refuge in My Heart you are a light to the dark world. Come and dwell deeply in My most Sacred Heart, placed there by My most dear Mother.

9.  Jesus: Be as you are called by the Father, to shine forth to this world. I am He Who calls you now to go forth and light up this world with the fire of My most Sacred Heart. The love of the one, triune God, is that which powers you. If you are in the state of grace, Our life is so alive in you. You will radiate Our love to this world. My flame of love never falters. Take shelter from every affliction in My Sacred Heart.

10.  Jesus: I am the Sacred Heart of Jesus. I want to light this world with My love. Let Me shine and operate from you. Pray My Prayer for Union with Me. Offer yourself totally to the Father with Me in the Holy Spirit at every Mass. Stand under the cross with Mary and give yourself in total surrender to the Father. He has such plans for you. He loves you so much. You are the light that shines in the darkness. Let your light shine and they will see the God Who dwells in your breast. You are so loved, My most precious child. I am Jesus, My Heart is aglow for love of you.

Messenger:  How Mary's heart is overflowing for love of us, her beloved children, that she remains with us, by our side as Our Most Loving Mother.

Holy Spirit transform us more and more in the image of Jesus.

Sing:  Come Holy Spirit

Don was present.

Some of these meditations at the end of the rosary were from Blue Book IV added later at the direction of Jesus.  Some through out the rosary were from Response to God's Love at the direction of Jesus.
