                    I have a plan for you — I want you to
                come to Me and be alone with Me — I call
                you to be alone with Me.

                    St. Ignatius had his leg shattered and
                St. Paul was knocked off his horse —
                come away from the world to have
                peace and listen to your heart —

   

Prayer of St Ignatius

Soul of Christ, sanctify me
Body of Christ, save me
Blood of Christ, inebriate me
Water from the side of Christ wash me
Passion of Christ, strengthen me
O good Jesus, hear me
Within Thy wounds hide me
Permit me not to be separated from Thee
From the wicked foe defend me
at the hour of my death call me
and bid me come to Thee
That with Thy saints I may praise Thee
For ever and ever. Amen.

   

                R. We study the life of Jesus and Mary in
                the rosary — We meditate on the mysteries
                of the rosary of the awesome fact that
                the Son of God took flesh —

                    I am so in awe and thankful for Mary —
                That she was conceived without sin — I see
                Mary, so beautiful, Mary our spiritual Mother
                calling us to come to her and to know that
                she will help us to be more like the way
                God the Father intends — As we pray in the
                rosary we know the Holy Spirit works
                with Mary enlightening us to know God
                more deeply as we meditate on Jesus and Mary's
                lives in the Rosary — we rest in Their Hearts —
                we move away from the hustle and bustle
                of the world and we meditate, while we pray,
                on these beautiful mysteries of the lives of
                Jesus and Mary —

                    There is protection for us from the evil
                one as we pray these most powerful
                prayers and meditate on God — meditate on
                the lives of Jesus and Mary —

                    When I do a four day retreat in China
                and Florida, I do as Our Lord directs me —

                    I heard someone say — oh come as you please,
                If you can't come all four days that may
                help you, but this was not the direction when
                Jesus told me to do the retreats this way
                long ago —

                    The structure is based on the spiritual
                exercises of Saint Ignatius and meditation on
                the rosary — Every retreat changes the person
                who comes and prays fervently — Every retreat
                is different — God gives great grace for those
                who make this four day retreat — Jesus has
                given me message after message of the
                importance of these retreats. He designs
                the retreat for those listening and partaking —
                the retreat is always focused on praying —
                singing the Word, singing and praying
                to the Holy Spirit — all prayer being
                offered for the priests, the Church and the world —
                for private intentions and to help make reparation
                to God for the offenses of the souls of the
                world against Him and for our sins —

                    Jesus wants people to come and pray
                all four days — The retreat ends in
                Florida with the 5th which is very
                special and God has promised special
                graces for those who come and pray —
                focusing again for prayer
                for the priests, the Church and the world —
                our mailings, prayer chapters, private
                intentions and reparation to the Hearts
                of Jesus and Mary for the offenses against
                them — We also pray for healing for ourselves
                in body, mind and soul — and healing for
                others we wish to pray for —

                    The retreat in China, Indiana ends
                with the 13th prayer service beginning at
                12:00 noon and ending close to 5:00 with
                Mass — prayer before the exposed Eucharist
                and a very good dinner when it is over —
                There is Mass every day in China, Indiana,
                except Sunday and the Holy Eucharist is
                always exposed during the prayer of
                the retreat.

                    The focus on the retreat is Jesus,
                the Bread of Life — the Word and the
                great gift of Jesus truly present in
                the Eucharist — We have much instruction
                from the priests and their writings
                Father Carter, Father Robinson, Father
                Pasquini and other sources — the
                Saints and their writings — the popes

                Solid Catholic Teachings
                    centered in these sources

                    Every day a new mystery of the
                rosary is the focus — These are usually
                the daily messages that go on the
                internet so the previous teachings can
                be referred to checking the 10th, 11th,
                12th and 13th of each month from China
                retreats and the 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th
                from Florida Retreats.

                    The 10th and the 2nd of each
                month, usually has as its focus the
                Joyful mysteries of the rosary.

                    The 11th and the 3rd of each
                month, usually has as its focus
                the Mysteries of Light —

                    The 12th and the 4th each month
                usually has as their focus, the Sorrowful
                mysteries —

                    The 13th and the 5th each month
                usually has as their focus, the Glorious
                mysteries — greater intimacy with
                God: Father, Son and Holy Spirit —
                living in deeper and deeper oneness
                with God —

                    The Sunday liturgies are
                examined then with the scriptures
                and homilies of Father Joe Robinson.
                Much emphasis is given to the
                time of the liturgical year —

                    The structure — 1st Principal and
                Foundation and Purpose of the St. Ignatius
                Exercises are focused on —
                Being generous prayer, Take Lord Receive —
                Soul of Christ — the fallen angels,
                the 2 Camps, the motive for which
                we act, the fallen human nature
                and it's tendencies and the enlightenment
                of greater union with God —

                    The love of our Church is part of
                the retreat, love and prayers for the
                priests, singing the scriptures and
                thanksgiving to God for the gift of the
                Church and our priests and the sacraments —

                    Our focus in the retreat is greater
                intimacy with God — showing greater
                love and praise to God all through the
                retreat through songs of love — the
                psalms, the Word — praising and
                loving God —

                    This is a great gift to be at the
                retreats in China or Florida — Our
                Lord has called the 13ths October 13, 1996
                and we did 3 day retreats soon after
                that —

                    The 5th prayer service was called
                April, 1995 for public prayer — I began
                July 5, 1994 — These are the pictures
                later taken as we prayed on some 5ths
                in Florida —

                The last retreat in Florida
                    January 2, 3, 4, 5 is on the daily
                writing and can be heard on the
                internet radio — until January 10th —
                Or January 10th we will go to Mass at
                St. Boniface with Fr. Joe since it
                is a Sunday — Do the retreat in China
                after this —

                Mass will be in the China Church
                    on January 11th, January 12th, January 13th —
                    along with the retreat —
                    times for the retreat in China is
                    posted on the daily writing
                    the night before

                The retreat in Florida is always
                    1:30 and 6:20 each day —

                This allows everyone to go to Mass and
                    do Eucharistic Adoration in
                    the morning —
                    We pray most of the day —
                    the other days   ┌ 1:30 - 4:30
                                            └ 6:20 - 10:00

                    On the 5th is a private Mass for
                members of the Shepherds of Christ only —

                    We pray in the retreat for the grace
                to imitate God more fully — to know
                Christ more, to love Him more and to be
                like Him more — to be more faithful to Him —

                    We must exanimate our consciences —
                Fr. Carter did his examine, he called it,
                twice a day — to be quiet — to thank God for
                what He has given us — for His grace
                that day — to check and see if we
                are following the Holy Spirit and doing
                God's will or if we have gotten off doing
                our own will opposed to God's will —
                if we are being led off by the evil spirit —

                    Look at the blessing God has given
                and thank Him — see where He is
                working in our day or where we are going
                off —

                    See where we are working against
                God's plan for us that day —

                    Make an act of contrition, ask for God's
                forgiveness and help — Then we tell God we
                don't want to continue offending Him
                and others —

                     Do not act in desolation — am I not
                cooperating with the spirit of God —
                Then I can pray for grace to do what
                God wants —

                    We pray for the Holy Spirit to fill us
                and to do God's will —

I will use them as instruments to help bring about the triumph of the Immaculate Heart and the reign of My Sacred Heart. I will give great graces to the members of Shepherds of Christ Associates. I will call them to be deeply united to My Heart and to Mary's Heart as I lead them ever closer to My Father in the Holy Spirit."

Apostles of the Eucharistic Heart of Jesus

My dear fellow Associate Members,

Jesus is calling special apostles to join a new division of the Shepherds of Christ Movement. Here is a message from Jesus given to Father Carter:

    My beloved priest-companion, I am requesting that a new prayer movement be started under the direction of Shepherds of Christ Ministries. I am asking for volunteers who are willing to pray before the Blessed Sacrament for one hour, twice-weekly. Members of the Shepherds of Christ prayer chapters, as well as others, are to be invited to join this movement.

    These apostles are to pray for the intentions I am giving you. For part of the hour they are to use the prayers of the Shepherds of Christ Associates Handbook. They may spend the rest of the hour as they so choose.

    I will use this new prayer movement within My Shepherds of Christ Ministries in a powerful way to help in the renewal of My Church and the world. I will give great graces to those who join this movement. The name, Apostles of the Eucharistic Heart of Jesus, is to be given to this movement.

    I am inviting My beloved Rita Ring to be coordinator for this activity.

    I pour out the great love of My Sacred Heart to all. I am Jesus, Chief Shepherd of the flock.

    This is indeed a special calling for us to unite in one heart with His Eucharistic Heart and pray for the following intentions:

    1. For the spread of the devotion to the Hearts of Jesus and Mary culminating in the reign of the Sacred Heart and the triumph of the Immaculate Heart.
    2. For the Pope.
    3. For all bishops of the world.
    4. For all priests.
    5. For all sisters and brothers in the religious life.
    6. For all members of the Shepherds of Christ Movement, and for the spread of this movement to the world.
    7. For all members of the Catholic Church.
    8. For all members of the human family.
    9. For all souls in purgatory.
