A Prayer for Intimacy with the Lamb
the Bridegroom of the soul

    Oh Lamb of God, Who take away the sins of the world, come and act on my soul most intimately. I surrender myself, as I ask for the grace to let go, to just be as I exist in You and You act most intimately on my soul. You are the Initiator. I am the soul waiting Your favors as You act in me. I love You. I adore You. I worship You. Come and possess my soul with Your Divine Grace, as I experience You most intimately.

Prayer for Union with Jesus

    Come to me, Lord, and possess my soul. Come into my heart and permeate my soul. Help me to sit in silence with You and let You work in my heart.

    I am Yours to possess. I am Yours to use. I want to be selfless and only exist in You. Help me to spoon out all that is me and be an empty vessel ready to be filled by You. Help me to die to myself and live only for You. Use me as You will. Let me never draw my attention back to myself. I only want to operate as You do, dwelling within me.

    I am Yours, Lord. I want to have my life in You. I want to do the will of the Father. Give me the strength to put aside the world and let You operate my very being. Help me to act as You desire. Strengthen me against the distractions of the devil to take me from Your work.

    When I worry, I have taken my focus off of You and placed it on myself. Help me not to give in to the promptings of others to change what in my heart You are making very clear to me. I worship You, I adore You and I love You. Come and dwell in me now.

Messenger:        Christmas is about purity.

                           The Divine God comes to the earth.
                                (a baby in a stable)

                                He is all pure.

                                Mary His Mother, our Mother, she is all pure.

                                Why does Mary appear on the building?

                                To lead men to the pure, holy Sacred Heart of
                                    her Son.

Mary speaks:      

                            My mission here in Florida is one who is sent.
                                I am sent to you my children by God the Father.
                                You in the Shepherds of Christ are called to deliver this 
                                    message.

                                My Son Jesus sends people to you, in Florida,
                                    mail, telephone, e-mail, China, Stores,
                                    you open the door to tell them about the
                                    Shepherds of Christ Movement — His Movement
                                    to help renew the Church and the world.

                            How pure is your answer?

                            When God sends someone and you open the Shepherds
                                of Christ door — how pure is your response?
                                Is it for your glory, for your attachments to
                                affection?

Jesus speaks:      

                            A woman lived her life married to her husband
                                when he died she felt lost — she can look
                                for attachments to fill a void — she can
                                look for Me and try to be more perfected
                                in her ways of loving God and all others.

                            Are your intentions of doing things locked with
                                personal desire for glory?

Messenger:        

                            We can be attached to things for recognition, fame,
                                wealth. Some search their whole life looking
                                for love they never got as children, some are
                                looking for recognition, some for vain glory —

Jesus speaks:      

                            How are your television stars, sports stars? —

                            I ask for money for My Building in Clearwater, Florida.
                            Many who have money could share their wealth to help
                                promote My Kingdom, many will not.

                            Many hold back their heartfelt commitment.
                                They are in control of their lives.
                                Secretly they want recognition, fame, they haven't
                                let go of the attachment. They do not serve
                                purely. They can be miserable because they
                                serve, but aren't happy because they want
                                "warm fuzzy" recognition and glory for themselves.

                            One that serves truly, purely does it for the honor and
                                glory of God. They are not attached to having
                                it their way.

                            If men are to work together in oneness, heads in,
                                they are not in competition with one another,
                                they help each other and just want the job
                                done, the best way it can be done to
                                serve God's holy purpose.

                            When someone comes to My building, calls on the
                                phone, is it pleasing to me if you have
                                had a week of angry thoughts and you
                                don't deliver a pure message at all?

                            Do you work to help each other and do as you
                                are directed or do most of the people have
                                their own agenda to get the work done, but
                                aren't really united in the over-all project.

                            That is what gets the job done — when you are selfless
                                helping each other and striving to accomplish
                                the work, not for your personal glory.

Mary speaks:      

                            When people come to my centers and they want to
                                know about my image do you answer
                                the call Jesus has given you and answer
                                as I would do?

                            Do you speak to the people and deliver the
                                message Jesus wants or is there 50% and
                                50% for padding your ego?

                                Jesus calls you to speak for Him.

                                Jesus has appeared on the building,
                                I (Mary) have appeared —
                                We tell you what We want you to say.

                                If what you do is in competition and division
                                    you are hypocrites.

                                You preach of the Age of the Two Hearts —
                                    you are called the Apostles —
                                    then you must be people of love or
                                    you are hypocrites.

                            The age of Our Two Hearts — speaks of an
                                age of love that is pure according to the
                                Father's will.

                            Christmas is about the Divine King who came
                                into the world to save a fallen race.

                            Don't be prideful, be true to yourself.

                            The Spiritual Exercises start out with the
                                discernment of Spirits.

                            You are to pray to do God's will, but to
                                do this you must let go of pride
                                and attachments to personal glory or
                                when you search your heart what
                                you think is God's will, will be
                                tainted.

                            Letting go of inordinate attachments,
                                getting rid of false pride — acting
                                for personal recognition is the
                                first steps of knowing the will of
                                God in your hearts and doing it
                                because it is truly the will of God —
                                not something you think to promote
                                your vain glory or your false pride.

Jesus speaks:      

                            I am the New Adam, Mary is the New Eve.

                            The Age of the Two Hearts will be an age
                                of peace and love.

                            You have peace when you let go of
                                these attachments that can lead you to
                                actions not according to God's will.

                            I am Jesus, I am the Divine God —
                                You must seek holiness.

                            The retreats in China, Indiana will be an aid
                                to help you grow in more personal
                                holiness and live more purely
                                doing God's will and carrying
                                out this purpose in the Shepherds of Christ
                                to help bring about the Reign of
                                My Sacred Heart and triumph of Mary's
                                Immaculate Heart — the
                                Age of the 2 Hearts in which

                                men will be united

                                men will be one

                                living according to God's will.

                                    Pray to let go of attachments that take you
                                        from God's will for you

                                    Live in love

                                    Live in peace

                                    Seek the truth in all things.

Mary speaks:          

                                    Live to be pure

                                I appear to lead men to My Son Jesus and to
                                        be pure in their hearts.

Jesus speaks:      Oh that My people would open their hearts —
                            Oh that you would let My light shine in you —
                            You, many of you, keep yourselves closed,
                                like a closed drum.
                            How can the melodious sounds of My symphony
                                be played in you?
                            You will not let go.
                            You do not allow Me to work in you.  

                            A man was told to do a certain job —
                            In that job I would give signs of My Might —
                            He could not let go —
                            He did the job the way he wanted, he planned
                                and he acted, blocking the work I wished
                                done.  

                            Obedience is necessary in religious orders.
                            How can the work get done when they never
                                come together for a common good.
                            There were 50 children in a classroom.
                            50 different individuals.
                            The teacher wanted to teach a religious class —
                                all 50 had different ideas.  

                            Your world is focused on the self —
                                Every individual is taught to be a king —
                                Individuals — individuals — individuals

                            I give you all special talents —
                            Special talents to love Me.
                            I work through you to do My Plan,
                                but if you are like the man with ideas of his own
                                you block the work I want to do.

                            In Boston, they covered the window.
                            The thief comes in the night —
                            He steals the booty for his own glory —
                            He runs away with a cover over his goods.

                            The devil acts in secrecy.
                            He talks in some people's minds when they isolate —
                            some can distort the truth in their own minds —
                            They live in a world of fantasy.  

                            Obedience to your superiors is a lesson to be learned.
                            It is easy for some children to do what they want.
                            It is the oldest lesson in the book.  

                            A mother had seven sons.
                            The father was killed at war.
                            All seven disobeyed their mother and did what
                                they wanted.
                            What virtue is in that for those boys?  

                            My religious orders today can hardly stand because
                                of the willfulness of people.
                            The world subtly teaches — be out for yourself —
                                be the greatest for your own glory —
                                look good, be smart, show you are
                                always perfect.  

                            First of all men of the human race are
                                imperfect.

                            Dealing with the men teaching other men how and
                                what to do ———

                                There is so much willfulness and it is taught to
                                    others

                                The tendency is for some to do their own will —

                                Some are willful from a very early age —

                                The  child is taught by the mother about obedience
                                    at the age two.

                                Today many children are taught by cartoons,
                                    television, schools to be disrespectful
                                    of their parents, to not follow parental
                                    authority  

                                and so and so and so

                            So how will there be religious orders that
                                will obey their superiors and work as one for the
                                honor and glory of God?

                                The will —

                                I give you a free will —

                                You see how many act with their free will —

                                I want My Shepherds of Christ Movement to be a
                                    light to the nations and the world —

                                I am the King of the Kingdom —    

                                A young religious never obeyed her superiors —
                                    when told to take out the trash — she had
                                    some form of way she varied to disobey
                                    even the simplest command

                                The wayward person says
                                "Let me put my special influence on your wishes
                                    my superior" —

                            When told to print a program for Sunday Mass
                                services with a chalice and given the
                                picture — she added things, just to do
                                her own thing, immensely frustrating
                                the superior —

                            When the superior looked at the program before
                                Mass it was too late to change the program —
                                Why did the young sister do it differently
                                than she was told —

                            Over and over again it can become a battle of
                                wills between those under and those
                                above them.
                                They may obey half of the time, surprising
                                their boss half of the time with a
                                new thing not as requested, usually at
                                the time of the event, so their willfulness
                                cannot be changed, leaving a superior
                                with hands in the air.

                            Mary was asked once a year to do a very important
                                task for an organization. On that one occasion
                                instead of helping she said "no" and then did
                                so many things for the organization all year
                                long that she designated herself.

                            How can an organization, a religious order function
                                when there are fifty different ideas to
                                one thing?

                            It will never advance in the right direction.
                                There is a constant battle of wills.

                            I called many, many apostles, handmaids
                                and servants in the Shepherds of Christ to serve Me.
                                Most of the jobs in the Shepherds of Christ are done
                                by servants and handmaids because
                                the apostles I have called will not help
                                or want to do what they think might
                                be helpful.

                            I cry bloody tears for the ones who have said no
                                to My special calling. They took all the
                                benefits of the Shepherds of Christ Movement
                                and used it for themselves and said "no" to the
                                Apostleship to spread it to others.

                                I have set up a Ministry, Shepherds of Christ Ministries,
                                    I have called servants, handmaids,
                                    apostles and associates.

                                I have given this gift to you to let you
                                    know I am behind these messages.

Jesus speaks:      Fr. Carter begged for money for the priestly
                                Newsletter —

                                Fr. Carter did all he could to spread the
                                    prayer chapters —

                                Fr. Carter gave his life in the end to begin
                                    this ministry for you —

                            My co-foundress is Rita Ring.

                            When Fr. Carter died many did not stay and
                                were not faithful to their calling.

                            I gave you this sign 1 1/2 months after his death

Jesus speaks:      You have not been able to progress further because
                                of the willfulness of those who should
                                help to do what I have asked you to do
                                and those that have totally abandoned
                                the ship and given up their vocation.

                            A vocation is a calling from God.

                            I have called you to be servants, handmaids
                                apostles and associates in the Shepherds of Christ
                                Movement to help bring about the
                                Reign of My Sacred Heart.

                                If I want something of you, why do you
                            give Me something else?

                                Following your vocation will help you to
                            be the happiest, abandoning your vocation
                            can lead you to misery.

                                A young novice always had her own ideas,
                            she didn't come to work with the others and
                            the plan of the order, she came to build her
                            own.

                                I showed you the way

Isaiah 53: 6-7

We had all gone astray like sheep, 
each taking his own way, 
and Yahweh brought the acts of rebellion 
of all of us to bear on him. 
Ill–treated and afflicted, 
he never opened his mouth, 
like a lamb led to the slaughter–house, 
like a sheep dumb before its shearers 
he never opened his mouth.

Matthew 26: 39-42

And going on a little further he fell on his face and prayed. ‘My Father,’ he said, ‘if it is possible, let this cup pass me by. Nevertheless, let it be as you, not I, would have it.’ He came back to the disciples and found them sleeping, and he said to Peter, ‘So you had not the strength to stay awake with me for one hour? Stay awake, and pray not to be put to the test. The spirit is willing enough, but human nature is weak.’ Again, a second time, he went away and prayed: ‘My Father,’ he said, ‘if this cup cannot pass by, but I must drink it, your will be done!’

Jesus speaks:          An older man lived alone many years, he joined
                            a community and he challenged the man in
                            authority constantly because he wanted to live his
                            old single life under the roof of the community.
                            His very presence created a constant atmosphere
                            of tension because he was at odds with the
                            principle of living "in community life". Soon
                            his determination not to eat at the community
                            meal, not to go to community prayers weakened
                            the whole community.

                                I have My novitiate in Cincinnati for the
                            Shepherds of Christ Movement. My centers are centers
                            of love and obedience to work on My
                            Mission given — to spread the Priestly Newsletter,
                            and the prayer chapters around the world.

                                The community life is important. I am
                            building a strong loving community in
                            Cincinnati; China, Indiana; and Clearwater,
                            Florida.

                                The way of life is followed. There are many
                            good ideas, but I have given you this way
                            of life to follow.

                                If you do not do your hour of adoration
                            and attend daily Mass, you will not have
                            the grace to follow this way of life and
                            vocation.

                                I give directions to help you to follow My
                            Plan. I want the Rosaries made and given
                            to the United States schools with the School Rosary
                            program centered in Consecration to Our
                            Two Hearts.

                                I want the individual consecration to Our Two Hearts
                            I want the rosary recited in homes and
                            homes consecrated to Our Two Hearts.

                                It depends on the individual's heart
                            how well this plan will be carried out.

                                Servants and Handmaids serve the Shepherds of Christ —
                            some people are always looking for the chance to
                            just do things their own way. It can be as simple
                            as changing the front of the Church program like
                            the young sister. They just need to do their own
                            thing when asked to do something specific.

                                Some will never do what they are asked to
                            do. I have watched many apostles say, "I will
                            be a Shepherds of Christ Apostle", but never once have they
                            done what they have specifically been asked to do, they
                            want their own program and they are really
                            not committed, when a job needs to be done and they
                            are asked once a year, their main problem
                            they are unaware of, is they won't do anything
                            unless it is their idea, so the jobs that really
                            need to be done, doesn't get done while they make
                            up some "whimsical" job to say they are helping.
                            There are many apostles who have done this, finally
                            they do less and less and then you don't see
                            them at all.

                                I have called Apostles in 1994 who have
                            lived the Shepherds of Christ way of life and given very
                            little real help when asked. They only want
                            to do jobs they "make up" and have "control over".

                                The Movement has survived by the faithfulness
                            of many committed whole heartily to this cause.

                            Some live on the sites and still hold back
                            in their hearts. When asked to serve doing a
                            specific thing — they take that opportunity
                            to do the thing with their own "fling"
                            surprising all around them without obeying the
                            simplest command.

                                A Movement to stand must have strong
                            loyal support of a core group. The servants
                            and handmaids are advancing in love and
                            serving, but you can tell the outcome of
                            directions given.

                                A direction is given to person A — they will
                            do it exactly as told.

                                A direction is given to person B — they will
                            do it willfully changing the direction and putting
                            what they want in it.

                                Sometimes the person B majorly effects My
                            Plan, they block it.

                                The people answering the Shepherds of Christ phones
                            and others talking to the people must be informed
                            about what I am telling them. Showing
                            up for work and having your own agenda is
                            easy to do, but you can get the Movement in
                            a lot of trouble. When you were asked to be a spokes
                            person and you didn't read the daily messages
                            or listen to the 5ths and 13ths and Sidney Rosary 
                            that is not good for the Movement. 
                            If a person doesn't get the daily
                            message and continues to speak for the
                            Movement, that can hurt the Movement.
                            I don't want anyone in a position of
                            speaking for the Movement without being designated and 
                            informed by reading the Daily Message and, 
                            listening to the 5ths and 13ths and the Sidney Rosary.

                                I need you to help Me. Please! Don't decide you
                            won't help now. Do all you can to be informed.
                            Help Me to reach those who speak for Me. To
                            you, the job I ask you to do may seem not too
                            important — to Me it is crucial.

                                To you not obeying My wishes and putting
                            your own "fling" on things may seem the thing
                            to do, to Me you may be blocking something
                            really important.

                                Anyone can go out and do what they
                            think and want to do. My Movement
                            must operate in purity. If you are uninformed
                            you will be doing what you want not what I 
                            am specifically asking for. If you
                            don't do your hour, sleep in Church, write
                            letters or complain in your letter to Me —
                            you are missing that special time of adoration.

                                If you complain about the leaders and the
                            Movement and do nothing to help the Movement,
                            or fail to talk lovingly about the Movement, you are 
                            hurting the Movement and offending Me after all
                            I have given to you.

                                It is easy to do what you want and operate
                            "willy-nilly"

                                It is more difficult to obey.

Jesus speaks:          Obedience

                                Discipline

                            Some receive false messages, some argue
                                to get their way. A person can receive
                                false messages the devil can
                                try to get them to do tedious tasks that
                                can wear them out and bring them to tears.
                                It is difficult when someone getting false
                                messages gets a command. If they live in
                                a community they may not even tell anyone,
                                but they act on these false messages affecting
                                everyone else. They can believe their directions
                                come from God and they believe they must obey them. 
                                So, for example, in the middle of the day when Sue is to
                                take pictures, all of a sudden she gets a false
                                message to leave and like a commandment to her
                                she leaves the place and abandons her work.

                                People can get false messages from the
                            devil by actually hearing a voice, seeing
                            lights, etc. People sometimes keep this very
                            secret and then act on these false messages — feeling
                            inside they are chosen and God is talking to them.
                            The devil can give them false messages that block
                            other work I want done.

                            It is a detriment to the community when
                                people act on secret false messages — even
                                if a person does not hear a voice, but convinces
                                themselves they are to do something which
                                is instigated by a false direction in their
                                mind they can majorly hurt the movement.

                            Rita Ring and Fr. Carter are the only messengers
                                for the Shepherds of Christ.

                            Some other people may be falsely directed in their mind 
                                and follow this like a false message, for example, 
                                turn left or right at a given moment.

                            Acting out false messages or directions
                                secretly in a community can
                                throw everybody else off and
                                hurt the movement.

                                All must try to be so one with God, they
                            are following directions, living their vocation
                            and knowing truthfully what they
                            are being called to do.

                                In the Reign of the Sacred Heart men
                            will be united following the will
                            of My Father, following His plan. Men
                            will live in truth, men will be united
                            as one, living to love and serve God
                            and to lead others to God as their
                            Master and King.

                                My Sacred Heart will be honored.
                                I, Jesus, the Sacred Heart of Jesus,
                                will be the King and Center of the
                                Hearts of the people of the earth.

                            Oneness will occur when men live to love
                                and serve Me and do My will.

Genesis Chapter 3

   Now, the snake was the most subtle of all the wild animals that Yahweh God had made. It asked the woman, ‘Did God really say you were not to eat from any of the trees in the garden?’ The woman answered the snake, ‘We may eat the fruit of the trees in the garden. But of the fruit of the tree in the middle of the garden God said, "You must not eat it, nor touch it, under pain of death." ’ Then the snake said to the woman, ‘No! You will not die! God knows in fact that the day you eat it your eyes will be opened and you will be like gods, knowing good from evil.’ The woman saw that the tree was good to eat and pleasing to the eye, and that it was enticing for the wisdom that it could give. So she took some of its fruit and ate it. She also gave some to her husband who was with her, and he ate it. Then the eyes of both of them were opened and they realised that they were naked. So they sewed fig–leaves together to make themselves loin–cloths.

   The man and his wife heard the sound of Yahweh God walking in the garden in the cool of the day, and they hid from Yahweh God among the trees of the garden. But Yahweh God called to the man. ‘Where are you?’ he asked. ‘I heard the sound of you in the garden,’ he replied. ‘I was afraid because I was naked, so I hid.’ ‘Who told you that you were naked?’ he asked. ‘Have you been eating from the tree I forbade you to eat?’ The man replied, ‘It was the woman you put with me; she gave me some fruit from the tree, and I ate it.’ Then Yahweh God said to the woman, ‘Why did you do that?’ The woman replied, ‘The snake tempted me and I ate.’

   Then Yahweh God said to the snake, ‘Because you have done this,

    Accursed be you of
    all animals wild and tame!
    On your belly you will go
    and on dust you will feed
    as long as you live.
    I shall put enmity
    between you and the woman,
    and between your offspring and hers;
    it will bruise your head
    and you will strike its heel.’

     To the woman he said:

     I shall give you intense pain
        in childbearing,
     you will give birth to your children
        in pain.
     Your yearning will be for your husband,
      and he will dominate you.

   To the man he said, ‘Because you listened to the voice of your wife and ate from the tree of which I had forbidden you to eat,

     Accursed be the soil because of you!
     Painfully will you get your food from it
     as long as you live.
   It will yield you brambles and thistles,
     as you eat the produce of the land.
   By the sweat of your face
     will you earn your food,
     until you return to the ground,
     as you were taken from it.
     For dust you are
     and to dust you shall return.’

   The man named his wife ‘Eve’ because she was the mother of all those who live. Yahweh God made tunics of skins for the man and his wife and clothed them. Then Yahweh God said, ‘Now that the man has become like one of us in knowing good from evil, he must not be allowed to reach out his hand and pick from the tree of life too, and eat and live for ever!’ So Yahweh God expelled him from the garden of Eden, to till the soil from which he had been taken. He banished the man, and in front of the garden of Eden he posted the great winged creatures and the fiery flashing sword, to guard the way to the tree of life.  

John 19: 25-27

Near the cross of Jesus stood his mother and his mother’s sister, Mary the wife of Clopas, and Mary of Magdala. Seeing his mother and the disciple whom he loved standing near her, Jesus said to his mother, ‘Woman, this is your son.’ Then to the disciple he said, ‘This is your mother.’ And from that hour the disciple took her into his home.

Revelation 21: 1-8

Then I saw a new heaven and a new earth; the first heaven and the first earth had disappeared now, and there was no longer any sea. I saw the holy city, the new Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, prepared as a bride dressed for her husband. Then I heard a loud voice call from the throne, ‘Look, here God lives among human beings. He will make his home among them; they will be his people, and he will be their God, God–with–them. He will wipe away all tears from their eyes; there will be no more death, and no more mourning or sadness or pain. The world of the past has gone.’
 
     Then the One sitting on the throne spoke. ‘Look, I am making the whole of creation new. Write this, "What I am saying is trustworthy and will come true." Then he said to me, ‘It has already happened. I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End. I will give water from the well of life free to anybody who is thirsty; anyone who proves victorious will inherit these things; and I will be his God and he will be my son.  But the legacy for cowards, for those who break their word, or worship obscenities, for murderers and the sexually immoral, and for sorcerers, worshippers of false gods or any other sort of liars, is the second death in the burning lake of sulphur.’
