                Jesus: A light has dawned on this earth. I have called for obedience
                to My commandments. In salvation history man constantly
                rebels against God. This age in America is a new age of disobedience
                and rebellion as never seen before. Children disobey their parents
                challenging them — even little ones being taught to be
                combatal at an early age by the television. There is disobedience
                to the Church — where one chooses to silence My constant
                calling for adoration before the Blessed Sacrament they
                indulge in the worldly material things of buying —
                spending - self indulgence.

                    The message I deliver today for the Shepherds
                of Christ is an important one. It is this — the Power
                is in the Eucharist — I am truly present in My
                Divinity and humanity in the Eucharist.

                    Families need to pray together — the family rosary
                before the dinner meal — the focus is around
                your life lived in prayer, obedience to the Church —
                Bishops are to Shepherd their Flock and lead them to
                My Eucharistic Heart.

                    Churches are to be open for adoration. I am the
                center of your lives and center of the Church. I long
                for you to come to My tabernacle, to the exposed Eucharist
                to be with Me. This is the mission of the Shepherds
                of Christ to lead people to the Eucharist, daily Mass
                adoration before the Blessed Sacrament. I am there, truly
                present, Body, Blood, Soul and Divinity — My message is
                this — I outpour My grace when you come before Me
                truly present in the Blessed Sacrament.

                    Satan wants to block this message for he knows
                the power is in the Eucharist.

                    In the garden, Adam and Eve disobeyed they did their own
                will — My focus in the Shepherds of Christ and the writings —

                is to lead the people to adoration

                and consecration to My Heart and Mary's Immaculate Heart.
                Children are dropping into hell like rain — never before in
                the history of the world is there such disobedience, divorces,
                killing of babies, homosexuality — people are sinning and
                so disobedient to the commandments.

                    Mary appeared in Clearwater as a second chance to obey
                the Fatima message of Bishops strongly consecrating
                their dioceses to My Sacred Heart and Mary's Immaculate
                Heart — to leading people to daily Mass, daily adoration,
                daily rosary at the time 6:20 when the Shepherds of Christ Prayers,
                the Holy Spirit Novena and the rosary were to be said.
                I want the Holy Spirit Novena said at 6:20 daily, the
                Shepherds of Christ Prayers said, litanies sung at 6:30 followed
                by the rosary. This is to be broadcast as it has been
                these last 10 years on the internet, prayed and broadcast.

                Your world is in trouble. Prayer by members of the
                body of Christ is to be prayed daily at 6:20 throughout
                the world — This will make a network of prayer all
                through the earth and a constant vigil. Litany to Mary and
                My Sacred Heart are to be sung.

                    It is an honor that the Blessed Mother's image appeared
                in the St. Petersburg diocese. This is a gift given to you
                to promote the daily rosary, consecration to Our Two Hearts
                and Adoration before the Blessed Sacrament.

                    When one is called and so richly blessed as you — you should
                thank your God for these rich blessings and recognize
                the message of daily adoration, daily Mass, Consecration
                to the Two Hearts, daily rosary and praying the Shepherds of Christ Prayers
                daily at the time 6:30 after the Holy Spirit Novena.

                    What message would you think Mary's visit at Clearwater
                would bring. This is a second chance to spread the consecration
                in the Priestly Newsletter as you have recently in the
                past year and 1/2, 1,800,000 Newsletters centered in
                consecration to Our Two Hearts, daily adoration for priests,
                daily Mass for the faithful, daily rosary for all families —
                Satan will become stronger if you fail to listen to Me
                today as I reiterate all I have said in 14 years
                since I began the Shepherds of Christ Movement.

                    My message is telling the sinful world to move from
                disobedience to obedience to the commandments,
                the Church and the power source is in the Eucharist.
                All of My writings given these last 14 years have been
                to lead the Church to greater holiness and intimacy
                with God. If you fail to ignore the messages I
                give here and over 14 years the world will continue
                to grow in greater rebelliousness and disobedience.
                Mary told you at Fatima to consecrate dioceses to
                My Sacred Heart and her Immaculate Heart — at the
                end of the century I tell you this — you are going
                negatively downward to greater disobedience as
                you move farther and farther from God as the center of
                your lives.

                    As you spread the Prayer Chapters given to Fr. Carter
                14 years ago, praying for the priests, the Church and
                the world in all the languages giving greater and
                greater devotion to My Heart and My Mother's Heart
                the world can change enormously to help to usher
                in the great era of peace — the Age of the Two
                Hearts —

                    I have given you this chance to help Me and to
                spread this mission — this devotion of the Two Hearts,
                I have called you by name, but without daily adoration
                you cannot fight the attacks against satan — you are
                called to pray the Shepherds of Christ Prayers daily
                and the daily rosary. To those called as Shepherds
                of Christ Associates they are to pray the
                prayers in their churches and families with the statue
                with Mary's image glass and to pray as never before
                believing their prayers can help to change hardened,
                rebellious hearts, seeking dominance for dominance
                sake.

                    Who will I call if you say no, Our Lady of Clearwater's
                image was a gift given so you would believe how
                very important daily adoration, daily Mass, daily
                prayer in the prayers in the Shepherds of Christ prayer
                manual are and the daily rosary in all families
                usually before the evening meal.

                    Satan has pressed in more and more with television
                and competitive sports when you should be praying
                for the family, the priests, the Church and the
                world.

                    Satan has attacked institutions called to help
                love the people and strengthen them in this
                troubled world.

                    Satan attacks through division, seeking dominance
                for dominance sake, the combatal nature of some
                arguing who are not focused on doing things for the
                honor and glory of God — they are pressed on by satan
                and because of old wounds act with hearts of
                stone saying they are working for the Church, the
                School, the family — they are far from My Heart
                of Love - My desire that My precious souls go
                to heaven for all eternity — Men can give into satan
                as Adam and Eve for self-promotion, pride, anger
                and they who occupy a spot in My Church, My
                School, head of the family rule with a hard
                heart and hurt those who seek My comfort
                and love and nurturing.

                    My Church is to be an institution of love —
                teaching men obedience to the commandments,
                living by God's will, trying to help men and women
                keep their families together in love —
                raising olive plants around the table —

                    Your culture here tells you to fight for
                your rights — I tell you to obey the law of
                God — I tell you satan has attacked by encouraging
                disobedience and self-glorification.

                    How it tears My Heart apart when I richly
                bless you and give you such gifts and you follow
                satan disobeying My laws, not being loving,
                but selfish, self-centered for your own
                glory and honor —

                    Some have taken Me out of the Manger this
                Christmas and gotten in — just for dominance
                for dominance sake. When My Message was
                love, compassion, understanding, their prideful
                ways were focused on their own self glory not on
                the soul searching for truth and authentic love
                as seen in My Churches —

                    The music exists for the honor and glory of God
                    The worship to lead men to the Eucharist
                    Bethlehem — feeding table
                    How many this Christmas talked about
                        obedience to the will of God —
                        doing things for the honor and glory of God —
                        having men learn about selflessness —
                            not selfishness as people fight
                            with each other — trying to win
                            over matters involving nurturing and loving
                            My family in the Churches.   

    The Church should be a pillar of strength
a rock for truth — A mother for the Children
bringing them forth like little babies learning
about love, their Heavenly Father, about
heaven and how God wants them in heaven
with them for all eternity —

    You were created for God.    

    The secularism in the world — the focus
on man and how he is above God has
dominated the lives of many in this world.

    I have delivered this message to tell you how to
appease Me for the sinfulness of men, how to beg for
mercy, how to unite in the Morning Offering to the
Holy Sacrifice of the Mass and pray, pray and do God's 
will — be obedient to My law — live by the
Word

    Mary was the model of humility

    The old Eve was disobedient — she was willful,
        she was rebellious — she wanted her way

    I came a baby in the womb of the New Eve, Mary
        sinless conceived without sin

    I am the New Adam

    Mary is the New Eve

    Men need to go to our pure and holy Hearts - this is
what Mary told you at Fatima

July 13, 1917

    "During her appearance in July, Our Lady, in answer to Lucia's plea, promised that in October she would work a great miracle so that all might believe and know who she was. Again, the Mother of God told the children to sacrifice themselves for sinners and to say many times, especially when making a sacrifice, this prayer: "O my Jesus, I offer this for love of Thee, for the conversion of poor sinners, and in reparation for all the sins committed against the Immaculate Heart of Mary." ⁽¹¹⁾

    "During this same July apparition, Mary showed the three children a vision of Hell. She told them:

    "You have seen Hell, where the souls of poor sinners go. To save them, God wishes to establish, in the world, devotion to my Immaculate Heart. If people do what I tell you, many souls will be saved and there will be peace.

    "The war (World War I, then raging) is going to end. But if people do not stop offending God, another and worse one will begin in the reign of Pius XI. When you shall see a night illuminated by an unknown light [January 2, 1938], know that this is the great sign that God gives you that He is going to punish the world for its many crimes by means of war, hunger, and persecution of the Church and the Holy Father. ⁽¹²⁾

    "To prevent this, I shall come to ask for the consecration of Russia to my Immaculate Heart and the Communion of Reparation on the five first Saturdays. If my requests are granted, Russia will be converted and there will be peace. If not, she will scatter her errors throughout the world, provoking wars and persecutions of the Church. The good will be martyred, the Holy Father will have much to suffer, and various nations will be destroyed....

    "But in the end, my Immaculate Heart will triumph, the Holy Father will consecrate Russia to me, Russia will be converted, and a certain period of peace will be granted to the world." ⁽¹³⁾

                    to give your Hearts to My Heart
                    and her Immaculate Heart —

                    We gave to you the Rosary Meditations
                        from Our Two Hearts

                    I cry bloody tears for how I have been
                        treated by prideful men seeking their
                        own self glory —
                        not wishing to commit, but take the glory
                            for themselves

                    My head was crowned with thorns
                    I hung 3 hours on the cross
                    I shed the last drop of My Blood —
                        I gave the last beat of My Heart —

                The world cannot remain the same and not
                    destroy many family lives with its
                    sinful publications, internets, television,
                    movies, sexual magazines and songs —

                There is so much evil —

                Mary appeared at Fatima and told you what
                    to do —

                You are to consecrate your hearts, your
                    families, your homes, your churches
                    and schools to our 2 Hearts —

                Help Me spread the consecration

                The devil wants you to be impure —

                    the message and you say
                    Let somebody else do it —

                Don't say "no"

                Quit stopping My mission by

                Obey the commandments of God

                Live by the Scriptures

                Obey the pope

                When we don't do God's will
                    when we sin —
                    this leads to unhappiness

                Why put your energies toward
                    anything that does not bring you
                    closer to Me

                Get rid of bad habits —

                Many in the world think they never sin.

                There are mortal and venial sins —

                Want to give your heart to Me —

                Will to do God's will

                This brings happiness

                R. Because of sin — we suffer —
                    we make others suffer

                God wants us to go to heaven —

                Heaven is a reward

                God intends us to admit our sins —
                    go to confession
                    say we are sorry —
                    make reparation

                We can love as God intends —

                We can hate —

                Leading others into sin for our selfish
                    passions is a form of hate —

                We are to pray to have good habits

                        1. obeying God
                        2. going to Mass
                        3. praying the rosary
                            etc.

                We are to pray for grace to destroy bad
                    habits
                    1. hurting others for selfish reasons
                    2. seeking dominance for dominance sake
                    3. being prideful, rather than
                        seeking God's will
                    4. arguing to win an argument —
                        which we have started for
                        no reason

                Jesus' Sacred Heart is a Heart of love

                Mary and Jesus' Hearts are pure
                                                    perfect
                                                    loving

                God has called us to walk hand-in-hand
                God has called us to be servants —
                    handmaids — like Mary
                    not like many in the world who
                    seek vain glory

                Justice is the source of order —
                God is all just
                God calls us to temperance and self control

                We are to be honest
                We are to be chaste
                We are to be meek (not combatal)
                We are to be modest

                Jesus is God
                Jesus is the Son of God
                Jesus is a Divine Person

                Jesus has a human nature and
                    a Divine nature

                Jesus is truly present in the Eucharist
                    in His Divinity and humanity — no
                    less present than when He walked the
                    earth.
