Consecration Prayer for Peace
I consecrate Russia and the Ukraine to the Sacred Heart of Jesus and the Immaculate Heart of Mary.
I further consecrate the priests, the Church and the world to the Sacred Heart of Jesus and Immaculate Heart of Mary.
I do this in the name of Jesus in as far as I am able, united to the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass, praying to the Father, in the Holy Spirit, with all the angels and saints and the souls in purgatory through the powerful intercession of Mary, Queen of Peace. Amen.
I further consecrate myself, all members of my family and ask the Holy Spirit to fill us. I spread the Blood of Jesus on all above, I cast the devil into hell away from all of us and consecrate all persons, in as far as I am able, to the Sacred Heart and Immaculate Heart.
Prayer for Grace for Election and our Country
Dear Father united to Jesus in the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass, the Sacrifice of Calvary sacramentally made present, celebrated around the world, in the Holy Spirit. We offer up all we do united to the Mass. We unite in one mind and one heart as members of the mystical body of Christ, with Christ our head in the pure and holy Hearts of Jesus and Mary, through the powerful intercession of Mary with all the angels and saints and souls in purgatory, and we beg for the saving grace, for our country, the United States. Please help us. We further pray for unity to always do the will of God in love. We spread the Blood of Jesus on the leaders and people of the United States and cast the devil into hell. We consecrate our country to the Sacred Heart and Immaculate Heart and all our dioceses, and beg for an outpouring of the Holy Spirit. God help us. We pray for our families, the priests, the Church and the world. In the Name of Jesus please hear us, we pray. We pray for our president and leaders. We pray that we are united as one nation under God to work together in love as God wants.
Morning Offering
Dear Father,
I offer up all I do all day united to Jesus
in the Mass, in the Holy Spirit, through
the powerful intercession of Mary, our
spiritual Mother, with all the angels and
saints, and the souls in purgatory, for
the priest, the Church, and the world.
We love You God so much.
We thank You and adore You and
petition You for our needs. Amen.

Happy Valentine Day!
God is
Love!!!
I cried out to You Lord and You heard my
laments and petitions.
I felt
my faith was strong in Thee and I became
weary with the long and seemingly endless waiting,
when I cried out to You.
Little
did I know what plan You were working
in my life and my patience grew very thin as I
endured this, seemingly daily now, in long days.
But I heard you say meditate on My presence,
the presence of God: of Father, Son and Holy
Spirit.
I saw
with a deeper and broader vision.
I started at night in bed, then the morning, then
it just seemed to connect me with the Trinity all
day.
It is
in realizing God dwelling in my soul, I have
the true treasure, but I need that union with Father,
Son and Holy Spirit as three Persons and
yet knowing that oneness of God, the love of
God in the interior life of the Trinity.
I see
this so often in the Mysteries of the Rosary
- all three Persons, in the Mass, in the living out
of the Mass in my sacrifices united to Jesus and
offering my sacrifices united to Jesus to the Father
in the Mass and the Mass lived out in my
life.
It is
mystery, unity, the mystery of Christ, His
life, death and resurrection as one mystery - the
mystery of Christ.
Profound, endearing, sonship in my life, yet I
struggle in small things dying to myself to just
live as the Father wills, now in my life.
Eternity is endless and forever, bliss, vision,
unity, fullness beyond my comprehension here
below, what a journey, but we know more in living
the Pascal Mystery in our lives:
Death / Resurrection
The Mass lived out in our lives.
Praying to the Holy Spirit for Him to infuse wisdom,
understanding, knowledge in our intellect.
So much to see yet, with eyes unveiled.
For me
this Lent - union with God: Father, Son
and Holy Spirit dwelling in my graced, baptized
soul. I meditate on this: the Father, Son and
Holy Spirit dwelling in my graced, baptized soul,
morning and night and the oneness of God.
What
is to come - riding the journey He has me
on, being one walking in the footsteps of Jesus -
His life, death and resurrection.
This
journey involves a relationship with the
Trinity - all three Persons and seeing God as one
- profound. Reaching for greater fullness in Him
here below, knowing His touch in suffering, and
in joy and in dealing with it properly. Knowing
our own imperfection and wanting 'more' here
below. We are thirsty, and searching. We can
never be completely fulfilled here below.
It
takes emptying oneself more, to see what really
fills that thirst in the soul.
God is the ultimate mystery.
His
ways are not our ways, many times.
The Trinity - the most perfect community!!
Amen.
Last
night:
Jesus wants us to spend time alone with Him.
We can close our eyes and think of the presence
of God, all three Persons. God come into my
heart. I love You so much.
Dear
God, I want to make a spiritual communion,
I want Your presence in me, now.
Everyday during Lent, morning and night, I will
empty my mind and make a spiritual communion.
God I want Your presence in me, now.
This
will help me grow in the presence of the
Trinity, dwelling in me, all thru Lent. Jesus went
into the desert to pray for 40 days and be with
His Father. I will do this every day, morning and
night during Lent. I love You, God.

R. Dear Holy Spirit
come to me, possess
my soul, I love You, Holy Spirit.
When I am
weak, I am strong in You.
Outpour Your precious love to me. Amen.
I love You, God: Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
Dear Holy Spirit
infuse in my intellect
wisdom, knowledge and understanding.
Counsel me Holy Spirit from the mind of
God.
Help me, dear
Holy Spirit to know the loving
embrace of God all the days of my
life.
I turn to You. Amen.
When I find doing God's desire for
my life
difficult give me the gift of fortitude, dear
Holy
Spirit.
Sanctify my heart to act purely for the
honor and glory
of God.
I may be willing, but I need Your gift to
give me courage
to act as You desire.
Help me to know and love the heavenly
Father's will for me and to do it in love
for the honor and glory of
God.
Help me to always put God first in my life,
in love for
God in my heart.
Help me to walk realizing, I am the creature,
God is the Creator.
Help me to be patient and strong and
persevere in my life until I rest with Thee
forever in heaven.
Please Holy Spirit give me the gift of fear
of God that I do not
offend you in sins
of unloving ways against God.
You are so good
and deserving of all my
love.
I worship You and love You -
Help my interior disposition at Mass to be
that of purity in
pleasing the Heavenly
Father, in my offering united to Jesus in
the Mass.
Dear Holy Spirit please help me in the gift
of piety to
do that which pleases my Heavenly
Father with the tenderness as His
little child.
Thank you God for all You give to me.
I pray this
"All for the honor and Glory of
God". Amen.
Matthew 22: 36-40
'Master, which is the greatest commandment of the Law?' Jesus said to him, 'You must love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind. This is the greatest and the first commandment. The second resembles it: You must love your neighbour as yourself. On these two commandments hang the whole Law, and the Prophets too.'
Dear Holy Spirit,
strengthen our will and
move like a Divine breath in our soul, to
be docile sons and daughters of our
Heavenly Father. Amen.
Alleluia.

R. Dear Mary,
My Mother, I love you so much.
Please take care of my needs in my family.
Ask your precious Son Jesus to help me
and my family.
You are the Mother of Jesus. You cared
so lovingly for Him in your life on earth.
You are His most perfect disciple.
Oh Mary, I love you so much, you are my
spiritual Mother.
There are many of my friends I ask you
to pray for, too.

after you endured the bitter treatment of
your precious Son Jesus.

pains of life. Help me now, I turn to your
powerful intercession.
You stand by the altar at Mass and intercede
for Grace for us all day long, please never
abandon me, your little child.

Sorrowful Mysteries
The Agony in the Garden
(The Constitution on the Sacred Liturgy, No. 10.)
1. Jesus took the apostles: Peter, James and John into the Garden.
2. In His Divine knowing, Jesus knew of the sufferings to come.
3. Jesus knew the most terrible mortal sins men would commit, and Jesus, in His love for us, was willing to pay the price for these sins and all sins.
4. God is love. To be more and more like Jesus, we are more and more loving.
5. God can allow us to suffer too, in the human condition. We can identify with Jesus in this suffering, He endured in the Garden, in the Passion and in His death.
Suffering united to Jesus can help bring down great grace for our needs and others' needs. We offer up that suffering in love of God, trying to do God’s will.
6. The Mass is the center of the Christian life…"the liturgy is the summit toward which the activity of the Church is directed; at the same time it is the fount from which all her power flows."
7. We, as baptized members of the Church, need to live our lives as devout members of the mystical body of Christ.
8. In the garden, Christ knew in His Divine knowing, all that would happen, Jesus knew all the sins of the world and He sweat blood.
9. We live our lives united to the Mass going on around the world, because we can pray our Morning Offering daily and offer up all our prayers, works, joys, and suffering that day united to the Mass. The Mass is the sacrifice of Calvary, sacramentally made present.
10. Our lives given as members of the mystical body of Christ can help bring down great grace for the priests, the Church and the world.
We relive the life, death and resurrection of Jesus in our lives. We die to the ways not like Jesus to rise to an ever greater sharing in the Resurrection.
The Scourging at the Pillar
1. Jesus was scourged at the pillar. Put yourself at the pillar. In the dim light, see the men as they beat Jesus’ back. See them as they angrily hit Jesus. Then stop. Listen to the blows!
2. If you stop and listen to the blows that they gave to Jesus, listen in silence. Jesus did not holler back. He complied always to His Father’s will. Jesus was scourged for our sins because He loves us dearly.
3. Oh, Jesus was scourged for our brothers! How can I not love my brothers when Jesus stood at the pillar, and they tore His flesh because He loved my brother?
4. Oh, I hear the blows that Jesus received, and think of the blood Jesus shed, and think of Jesus’ torn flesh. Oh Jesus, I am sorry for my sins.
5. Oh Jesus, I love You, so much.
6. Jesus’ greatest agonies were not the wounds that they gave to His body, the tearing of His flesh, the crowning of thorns. Jesus’ greatest agonies were the agonies He experienced to His most Sacred Heart of greatest love.
7. Jesus’ love is a burning furnace of endless love, really there are not words to describe His love.8. John 3:16
For this is how God loved the world:
he gave his only Son,
so that everyone who believes in him
may not perish
but may have eternal life.9. The more we focus on Jesus’ blood He shed for us, the more we will know the intensity of His love.
10. Jesus gives Himself to us today in the Eucharist: Body, Blood, Soul and Divinity. Jesus is truly present in the Eucharist in His Divinity and humanity.
The Crowning with Thorns
1. They pounded into Jesus’ head a sharp crown of piercing thorns. The blood ran down the side of Jesus’ face into Jesus’ eyes and into Jesus’ ears. Blood ran from His mouth from the blows they had given to Jesus’ head. Look at His face streaming with blood!
2. This is the blood that Jesus shed for the love of each one of us! Jesus wants us to come very close to Him because He loves us so much. Jesus is outpouring His grace to us so we can be filled more and more with His life in us.
3. We receive a sharing in His life in baptism. When we are in the state of grace, the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit dwell in our graced, baptized soul.
4. Jesus suffered so much because of the sins of pride. His head was pounded by these men.
5. Jesus is kind and meek in Heart.
6. We are His soldiers of love today, to go out to the world and spread His love. This is the Good News.
7. Jesus is the King of Kings and Lord of Lords. They mocked Jesus as King of the Jews.
8. They spit on Jesus, gave Him a dirty purple robe, and a scepter to hold. They mocked Jesus as King.
9. Jesus is the little innocent Lamb lead to the slaughter.
10. Sing song: Crown Him with Many Crowns.
The Carrying of the Cross
1. Jesus walked with the heavy cross laden with our sins on His back. He could hardly move and He fell to the ground. Jesus fell to the ground three times on the way to Calvary.
2. How is our cross this day? Are we carrying our little crosses?
3. God asks us to live in the Father’s will and to love. This can be carrying a cross some times.
4. It can be a cross to love, when it is very frustrating, because of others' sicknesses, old age, other responsibilities in our lives or just other cruelty to us in our lives.
5. God calls us to holiness. God calls us to love Him, ourselves and our brothers.
6. Sometimes we are wounded by the cruelty of others and it can be a cross to continue to love.
7. Mary’s heart was invisibly pierced, on the way to Calvary, as she looked into the eyes of her beloved Son, and Mary saw Jesus covered with blood and wounded. Mary looked into Jesus’ eyes and she saw Jesus’ love for us, and Mary tells us to love.
8. Mary is Mother of Love. Mary watched this terrible slaughter of her Son, Jesus.
9. Are our hearts moved to love God with our whole heart, our whole soul, and our whole being, and to love our neighbor as our self?
10. They spit on Jesus and blood ran all over Jesus’ body. Jesus was beaten, Jesus had to carry the heavy cross, and Jesus fell to the ground. They pulled Jesus up and kicked Him, poked Him, and forced Him to move on and on, and Jesus’ Heart is burning with love for us.
The Crucifixion
1. Jesus was raised high on the cross on Calvary, and they pounded His hands into the cross with gigantic nails that went all the way through His hands and His feet. Jesus hung to His death for three agonizing hours on the cross. Grace can be released on this world. Jesus paid a precious price for our sins.
2. The Mass is the sacrifice of Calvary sacramentally made present.
3. Jesus gave us His Mother as our Spiritual Mother from the cross.
4. We are the sons and daughters of Adam and Eve, Jesus is the New Adam, Mary is the New Eve.
5. We should unite everything that we do all day to the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass.6. Say Daily Card
7. Prayer for Union with Jesus
Come to me, Lord, and possess my soul. Come into my heart and permeate my soul. Help me to sit in silence with You and let You work in my heart.
I am Yours to possess. I am Yours to use. I want to be selfless and only exist in You. Help me to spoon out all that is me and be an empty vessel ready to be filled by You. Help me to die to myself and live only for You. Use me as You will. Let me never draw my attention back to myself. I only want to operate as You do, dwelling within me.
I am Yours, Lord. I want to have my life in You. I want to do the will of the Father. Give me the strength to put aside the world and let You operate my very being. Help me to act as You desire. Strengthen me against the distractions of the devil to take me from Your work.
When I worry, I have taken my focus off of You and placed it on myself. Help me not to give in to the promptings of others to change what in my heart You are making very clear to me. I worship You, I adore You and I love You. Come and dwell in me now.
-God's Blue Book, January 17, 1994
8. Prayer for Intimacy with Lamb, the Bridegroom of the Soul
Oh Lamb of God, Who take away the sins of the world, come and act on my soul most intimately. I surrender myself, as I ask for the grace to let go, to just be as I exist in You and You act most intimately on my soul. You are the Initiator. I am the soul waiting Your favors as You act in me. I love You. I adore You. I worship You. Come and possess my soul with Your Divine Grace, as I experience You most intimately.
9. A Prayer Before the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass
Let me be a holy sacrifice and unite with God in the sacrament of His greatest love.
I want to be one in Him in this act of love, where He gives Himself to me and I give myself as a sacrifice to Him. Let me be a holy sacrifice as I become one with Him in this my act of greatest love to Him.
Let me unite with Him more, that I may more deeply love Him. May I help make reparation to His adorable Heart and the heart of His Mother, Mary. With greatest love, I offer myself to You and pray that You will accept my sacrifice of greatest love. I give myself to You and unite in Your gift of Yourself to me. Come and possess my soul.
Cleanse me, strengthen me, heal me. Dear Holy Spirit act in the heart of Mary to make me more and more like Jesus.
Father, I offer this my sacrifice, myself united to Jesus in the Holy Spirit to You. Help me to love God more deeply in this act of my greatest love.
Give me the grace to grow in my knowledge, love and service of You and for this to be my greatest participation in the Mass. Give me the greatest graces to love You so deeply in this Mass, You who are so worthy of my love.

Guiding Light homily series — Reflect on the Word — Cycle B The Word leaves an impression on our souls. In my thoughts and reflections are born a more tangible understanding of these eternal concepts presented in the Gospels and the readings. Anyone can read a sentence, but not anyone can absorb it's true meaning. Truth, in this day and age, is almost a matter of opinion or individual entitlement. We believe that Christ's truth is our Roman Catholic Church. We, as priests, champion it's teachings; we are ambassadors for the Pope and Christ to those faces looking at us. We are the light by which our congregation reads to reflect upon real truth and we do it hand in hand. $10 |
Guiding Light homily series — Steadfast to the Son — Cycle A The sunflower is a great example of how we should be steadfastly guided by light. What a powerful thought that this exceptional plant is not stuck in one pose day in and day out, yet adaptable and magnetized to the sun. We feel the same about our Son. Our heads turns to face Christ as each day presents its challenges to find light. We join together like plants in a field and soak up the Son through the pulpit. We are a warm circle of strength using the wind of our breath to carry our priests' words, Christ's words, to new rich soil. $10 |
Guiding Light — Focusing on the Word — Cycle B At times we may feel that our path to Christ is a bit "out of focus". Like the disciples in the Book of Mark, this ordinary life clouds our vision of Christ's Divinity. We may doubt the practicality or possibility of applying His teachings and example to our modern life. Cycle B's homilies are a "guiding light" to help us realize Jesus' Messianic greatness and His promise of better things to come. $10 |
Guiding Light — Feed My Soul — Cycle C In a world rapidly advancing and encouraging personal gain, we are faced with modern problems. There is a challenge to find time in our busy schedules for Sunday Mass or a family meal. We are able to research, shop, bank and even work without hearing one human voice. It is no wonder that we may often feel disconnected and famished at our week's end. In Fr. Joe's third book of homilies from Cycle C, we are reminded of the charity that Christ intended us to show each other. We have a calling to turn the other cheek and be the Good Samaritan to others. We are rewarded with the Father's kingdom and love when we are not worthy. We are not left alone or hungry. $10 |
