Prayer for Grace for our Country

Dear Father united to Jesus in the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass, the Sacrifice of Calvary sacramentally made present, celebrated around the world, in the Holy Spirit. We offer up all we do united to the Mass. We unite in one mind and one heart as members of the mystical body of Christ, with Christ our head in the pure and holy Hearts of Jesus and Mary, through the powerful intercession of Mary with all the angels and saints and souls in purgatory, and we beg for the saving grace, for our country, the United States. Please help us. We further pray for unity to always do the will of God in love. We spread the Blood of Jesus on the leaders and people of the United States and cast the devil into hell. We consecrate our country to the Sacred Heart and Immaculate Heart and all our dioceses, and beg for an outpouring of the Holy Spirit. God help us. We pray for our families, the priests, the Church and the world. In the Name of Jesus please hear us, we pray. We pray for our president and leaders. We pray that we are united as one nation under God to work together in love as God wants.

R. What matters if you don’t tell the truth?

It takes courage (fortitude) to stand up and do the right thing.

Bullies are weak.
They get away with hurting others and lying about the truth.

Jesus is the way, the truth and the life.
If you live in the truth you grow closer to Jesus - light.

If you live in lies you go further and further from Jesus -
Grow further from Jesus.
Darkness.

Live – loving God and others.
Leaving a light wherever I go.
I need to believe and love others.

Help each other to be all God wants them to be.

Be other-focused.

God please help me.

Holding on to the victim role stops us from embracing the opportunity to advance when God provides it. We can settle in, in the victim life.
Who can change a person’s free will?

We can change our free will, but nobody else can change our free will.

God is the best parent - God wants everything good for us.
If we don’t embrace it now - when, when our bad habits make us harder and darker?
Doing the right things takes courage.
This is loving life, not failure, darkness.

We can’t control our life when we’re a bully, always living on the edge of proving our wrong behavior is okay and hidden.

Bullying for power is sinful.
We hurt ourselves.
There is always someone bigger, more powerful that can show-up and reveal our deceit.

It’s living with honesty and integrity.
What matters if you don’t tell the truth?

Jesus died, suffering for our sins, so we can be raised up in the end.

Bullies don’t want to quit, their evil is how they feel power.

Life is about dying to ways not like Jesus, growing in the image and likeness of God.
We were created in the image and likeness of God to be raised up in Him.

God wants us to live His life, death and resurrection in our lives.

God gives us grace when we ask.

Please help me do the Father’s will in love.

7. When we stay united to Him in suffering, at the end of the dark tunnel, when we stay rooted in Him, is a bright light.
Jesus is the light of the world.

8. Suffering we must endure can lead to greater life for us when we stay rooted in Him.

9. This can bring down great grace.

10. From Mass Book - August 20, 1996 Rosary

        The Carrying of the Cross

3. My Jesus, I carried the cross and carried the cross and the tunnel was so dark and so black, and I felt as if I would never smile again. But I remember those times, and it was so hard. It was so hard when I felt as if I was dying on the cross with You, and then the light began to steal across the sky, and the glory was beyond all suffering. For after the death, there is the resurrection, our lives, a constant dying and rising in Him.

My Heart, my children, my Heart to watch my Son, but my Heart, my Heart, how I suffered for my little children of the world that give in to this world and give up the love of my Son. O my little children of light, I give you this message. Carry this light into the darkness for your Mother Mary, for I stood beneath the cross and I cried. I cried for the little ones. I cried for the young ones, the ones that do not care and will lose their souls. How do I make you see for you will not listen to me? What can I do? I come. I appear. I beg. I plead. I give you these gifts from my Son, and you reject me. I do not deliver messages very often anymore for I have been ignored. The message is the same. You do not read the messages I have given to you. Please help me. Help the little children. I appear. I appear. I appear, and I am ignored. I stood beneath the cross, and I cried. I cried, and my Heart was in such anguish for my little children, for I am searching for them this day as I searched for the Child Jesus. Please, please help me. I cannot hold back the hand of my Son any longer. I am Mary, your Mother. I ask you to help my children. You are my children of light. end of Mary's Message

Dear Holy Spirit help us now in our needs today.

Jesus: My dear child, if you stay close to Me, then I live in you and you live in Me. I am He Who created you and I love you with such an intensity that you will never know. My words are your truth. You must abide in My heart in all things. There is no room for doubt. My ways are steadfast, direct, and without error. end of excerpt

Integrity, accountability, responsibility, truth,…

Jesus: ”I am the way, the truth and the life.”

The very hairs of your head are numbered.
I give you My letters of love in God’s Blue Book, I am with you, I love you, I give you My love letters of love.

I want a relationship with you.

I gave My life for you.
I want you with Me forever in heaven.

I am alive, I am alive, I am alive.
I give you Myself, truly present in the Eucharist.

Come to me, Lord, and possess my soul. Come into my heart and permeate my soul. Help me to sit in silence with You and let You work in my heart.

When Pentecost day came round, they had all met together, when suddenly there came from heaven a sound as of a violent wind which filled the entire house in which they were sitting; and there appeared to them tongues as of fire; these separated and came to rest on the head of each of them. They were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak different languages as the Spirit gave them power to express themselves.

3. Sing: Veni Sancte Spiritus

4. From the Lectionary

                        Pentecost Sequence

Come, Holy Spirit, come!
And from your celestial home
Shed a ray of light divine!

Come, Father of the poor!
Come, source of all our store!
    Come, within our bosoms shine!

You, of comforters the best;
You, the soul's most welcome guest;
    Sweet refreshment here below;

In our Labor, rest most sweet;
Grateful coolness in the heat;
Solace in the midst of woe.

O most blessed Light divine,
Shine within these hearts of yours,
    And our inmost being fill!

Where you are not, man has naught,
Nothing good in deed or thought,
Nothing free from taint of ill!

Heal our wounds, our strength renew;
On our dryness pour your dew;
    Wash the stains of guilt away;

Bend the stubborn heart and will;
Melt the frozen, warm the chill;
Guide the steps that go astray.

On the faithful, who adore
And confess you, evermore
    In your sev'nfold gift descend;

Give them virtue's sure reward;
Give them your salvation, Lord;
Give them joys that never end. Amen.
Alleluia.

2 Corinthians 5:17

So for anyone who is in Christ, there is a new creation: the old order is gone and a new being is there to see.

John 10: 10

I have come so that they may have life and have it to the full.

Excerpt from Response to God's Love by Fr. Edward Carter, S.J.

... In reference to Christianity, God himself is the ultimate mystery. Radically, God is completely other and transcendent, hidden from man in his inner life, unless he chooses to reveal himself. Let us briefly look at this inner life of God.

The Father, in a perfect act of self-expression, in a perfect act of knowing, generates his son. The Son, the Word, is, then, the immanent expression of God's fullness, the reflection of the Father. Likewise, from all eternity, the Father and the Son bring forth the Holy Spirit in a perfect act of loving.

At the destined moment in human history, God's self-expression, the Word, immersed himself into man's world. God's inner self-expression now had also become God's outer self-expression. Consequently, the mystery of God becomes the mystery of Christ. In Christ, God tells us about himself, about his inner life, about his plan of creation and redemption. He tells us how Father, Son, and Holy Spirit desire to dwell within us in the most intimate fashion, how they wish to share with us their own life through grace. All this he has accomplished and does accomplish through Christ.
end of excerpt

R. You cannot fill in all about Jesus.

Jesus reveals Himself to those who love Him.

Faith is believing without seeing.
For God so loved the world, He sent His only begotten Son.

God is love!!! Love is in the heart.
You don’t touch love in the heart.

Jesus is the way, the truth and the life.

Proverbs 3:5-6

Trust wholeheartedly in Yahweh, put no faith in your own perception; acknowledge him in every course you take, and he will see that your paths are smooth.

Ephesians 2:8-9

Because it is by grace that you have been saved, through faith; not by anything of your own, but by a gift from God; not by anything that you have done, so that nobody can claim the credit.

John 8:32

you will come to know the truth, and the truth will set you free.

Romans 6:23

For the wage paid by sin is death; the gift freely given by God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Revelation 3:20

Look, I am standing at the door, knocking. If one of you hears me calling and opens the door, I will come in to share a meal at that person's side.

Sing: A Song from Jesus!!

                October 8, 2021 - 1:04pm

R. God is love.
When we say "oh loving is too soft", but live in a hard heart we are mixed up.
God is light and in Him is no darkness.

The devil wants to rule. He wanted to block out prayer in the schools.
The devil wants the culture of death.
Pride, anger, jealousy, envy etc. are deadly sins.
They are sins, sin takes us further and further from God.
God is love.
The devil hates.
The devil hates God.
The devil hates unity, anyone loving in the name of Jesus.
The devil wants to rule, stamp out life, hurt others, promote his agenda of disobedience to God.

The devil wants to rule.

Jesus came and showed us His love.
In baptism we receive the supernatural virtues of faith, hope and love.
Our knowing and loving capacity is elevated in baptism.
We share in God’s loving activity.

The devil said “I will not serve.”
The devil tempts people through pride to rule, when really they can be serving Satan who wants to use them to rule over what God wants.

The devil doesn’t want any of a person's sins to be unveiled so he can keep working on that person in that sin.
Deadly sins.
Pride, envy, jealousy, bad habits - sins that bring darkness, and take people further and further from God.

God is the best parent. He loves us more than anyone could.
The Father created us in God's image and likeness and Our Father wants us eternally with Him forever in heaven.
We are here to die to those ways not likened to God to raise to new life eternally with Him in heaven.

Why do we not give God the love that is due Him?

When you love you give.

The definition of love used by Father Carter is as follows.

Love is the gift of self to promote the true good of those loved.

Love is giving for the good of the other.
Love gives.
Love is not self-focused.
Love is lifting others up and enjoying their prosperity and fruit for God's Kingdom.

Virtues are good habits - faith, hope, love, humility,
prudence, temperance, justice, fortitude, and obedience.

When people want to be good athletes they practice and practice.
We are made-up of body, mind and spirit.
We are to die to the ways not like Jesus and
grow in His image and likeness.

Death/Resurrection. The pascal mystery.
I saw the trees turning red and gold and yellow - so beautiful, before they go to sleep for winter. When spring comes they come out with new life.

Some flowers, bushes look dead and come back with beautiful flowers.
Fruit trees can go into sleeping then come back and give great fruit.

We have a soul. God wants us eternally with Him in heaven.
We are here to die to our ways not like God and grow in His image and likeness.

Death / Resurrection
Choose life

Choose virtuous living.
The deadly sins are bad habits. The devil wants to rule using people who allow him to rule them.
They can see it like ruling themselves, when they can be serving Satan and enslaved to Satan.

Satan wants to deceive - to show right as wrong, and wrong as right.
Satan is relentless to a soul who refuses to stop sinning.
If he can get away with it, he does not stop, if a person lives in pride, anger, slothfulness, jealousy and won't admit their evil - they can go deeper and deeper into darkness and get a harder and harder heart as Satan works to turn them further and further from God and they deny their sins.

For sins to be forgiven we are to have a firm, purpose of amendment, not deny what's wrong is wrong.

Satan is the great deceiver.
When we examine our conscience and confess our sins, we are to be sorry for sin, offending God and others.

God created us to love and to be loved.
We are here to grow in love, to be more and more in the image of Jesus.

Jesus hung to His death.
He suffered so on the cross for 3 hours.

From Fr. Carter Priestly Newsletter 2000 #2

"He hung upon a cross on a hill called Calvary. Death was near. How much Jesus had already suffered! He was derisively crowned with thorns. In a terribly weakened condition, He carried the heavy cross to the hill of Golgotha. There He was stripped of His garments and mercilessly nailed to the cross. After all this brutal and agonizing suffering, Jesus finally died.

Truly the Good Shepherd had laid down His life for His sheep. That magnificent Heart, overflowing with love for His Father and all of us, had beat its last."

Time to grow up, Jesus says. Time to do something for others Jesus says.

Jesus: I died for you.

Sing: A Song from Jesus

R. When you love you don't want to offend God, you don't want to hurt other.
Growing up in the spiritual life is dying to the ways not like Jesus and grow in greater likeness of Him.

Jesus: Hell is total isolation.

Open your your hearts to love.
Be not afraid I am with you always.

I am the way, the truth and the life.

Life is growing in truth.

What do you have if you don't have truth?

Life is for growing not just getting an old body.
You don't stop growing spiritually here on earth until you take your last breath.

Truth begins with what you tell yourself about your self.

Happiness is found in Me.
Happiness is found in obedience to God.
Happiness is found in love.
Happiness is joy in loving God and others.
Happiness is in meaningful relationships with God and others.
Happiness is found in unity.

I want a prayer service in China October 13th, 25th anniversary.

It is prayer and song.
You are welcome for this.
Those who cannot come should unite on the radio if possible.

God is so good to us.

Sorrowful Mysteries

The Agony of the Garden

1. My dear Father, I offer You this day all my prayers, works, joys, and sufferings in union with Jesus in the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass in the Holy Spirit.

2. Jesus took Peter, James and John into the Garden with Him.

3. If we really loved God we would not let ourselves fall into habitual sins that lead us further and further from Him.

4. Jesus wants a personal relationship with us to help us grow in greater oneness with Him.

5. Our relationship with God includes how we grow in our relationship with others.

6. Jesus suffered so much in the Garden seeing all those who would reject Him and
how people would fail to be loving to others.

7. God is love. When we wall ourselves in and treat others in unloving ways - remember how Jesus sweat blood for cold hard hearts.

8. Hearts are hard when they shut themselves down and refuse to open up to trust others and God.
    Jesus sweat blood!!

9. The apostles slept.
Jesus asked them to stay awake and pray.
    Jesus suffered in the Garden.

10. Jesus' suffering was the greatest to His Sacred Heart.

The Scourging at the Pillar

Seeing his mother and the disciple whom he loved standing near her, Jesus said to his mother, ‘Woman, this is your son.’ Then to the disciple he said, ‘This is your mother.’ And from that hour the disciple took her into his home.

3. Christ’ body was whipped.

4. We are members of the body of Christ in the Church - look at the suffering.

5. Fr. Carter always said "it is not that there is so much suffering in the world, but so much is wasted."

6. Philippians 2:1-5

So if in Christ there is anything that will move you, any incentive in love, any fellowship in the Spirit, any warmth or sympathy—I appeal to you, make my joy complete by being of a single mind, one in love, one in heart and one in mind. Nothing is to be done out of jealousy or vanity; instead, out of humility of mind everyone should give preference to others, everyone pursuing not selfish interests but those of others. Make your own the mind of Christ Jesus:

7. The Church is the Spouse of Christ.
Jesus gives us Himself, truly present in His Divinity and humanity in the Eucharist.

8. Christ is the Head of the Church as Savior of His Body, the Church.

9. Prayer for Intimacy with the Lamb, the Bridegroom of the Soul

Oh Lamb of God, Who take away the sins of the world, come and act on my soul most intimately. I surrender myself, as I ask for the grace to let go, to just be as I exist in You and You act most intimately on my soul. You are the Initiator. I am the soul waiting Your favors as You act in me. I love You. I adore You. I worship You. Come and possess my soul with Your Divine Grace, as I experience You most intimately.

10. Song: God's Love

The Crowning with Thorns

1. Christ was derisively crowned with thorns.

2. We can become so caught up in ourselves, that all we use God’s gifts for, is to feel sorry for ourselves.

3. God wants our hearts to grow in love and compassion, not let our hearts shrink in the selfishness of caving in.

4. Our calling is to help bring about the Reign of the Sacred Heart and Triumph of Mary's Immaculate Heart.

5. Jesus is the Son of God, why would a person spend their energies trying to discredit God's power.

6. Fighting God to try to make what is dark look like a victory. Darkness will not win.

7. How do we respond to suffering - do we use it as a source of new life or harden our heart to it?

8. Jesus gladly received the cross.
He was whipped, crowned with thorns, spit on, He went through all this...like an innocent lamb, led to the slaughter.

9. Christ embraced the cross

10. To follow Jesus we must meditate on His life.

Read the scriptures, meditate on the rosary...

The Carrying of the Cross

1. The cross was laden with our sins, it was so heavy He fell under the cross.

2. When I prayed at Holy Cross-Immaculata, I would do the stations and look at those where Jesus' head fell to the ground under the cross.

3. It made my heart hurt to see how He suffered for us, He carried the weight of our sins.
Sin offends God: Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

4. We cannot maintain the life of resurrection without a willingness to suffer.
Courage, enduring as we meditate on how Christ suffered for our sins.
    He is our Savior.

5. Suffering can be ordinary hardships we endure every day or it can be hard suffering in sickness, in family, etc.
Whatever the suffering we must go through in our life, we endure this as we identify with Jesus, our Savior.

6. The more we live the life of resurrection, the more we can lift others up.

7. When we share in Christ's suffering we have before our eyes the pascal mystery of death / resurrection.

8. Jesus died on the cross, but He was lifted high on the cross in such a suffering.

9. Jesus emptied Himself so He could die and bring us new life.

10. The Mass is the sacrifice of Calvary sacramentally made present.

The Crucifixion

1. From Fr. Carter

2. From Fr. Carter

Truly the Good Shepherd had laid down His life for His sheep. That magnificent Heart, overflowing with love for His Father and all of us, had beat its last."

3. John 2:19-22

Jesus answered, ‘Destroy this Temple, and in three days I will raise it up.’ The Jews replied, ‘It has taken forty-six years to build this Temple: are you going to raise it up again in three days?’ But he was speaking of the Temple that was his body, and when Jesus rose from the dead, his disciples remembered that he had said this, and they believed the scripture and what he had said.

4. From Fr. Carter

When we are baptized we are incorporated into Christ’s pascal mystery of death and resurrection. St Paul speaks of this marvelous union with Jesus.

Romans 6:3-4

You cannot have forgotten that all of us, when we were baptised into Christ Jesus, were baptised into his death. So by our baptism into his death we were buried with him, so that as Christ was raised from the dead by the Father’s glorious power, we too should begin living a new life.

5. Christ has structured the Christian life by the way He lived, died, and rose from the dead.

6. Death-Resurrection must be at the heart of the Church’s life.

7. We continually die in Christ so that we can continually rise in Him.

8. So we pass-over to a greater life of resurrection in our lives here below.

9. This participation in Christ’s resurrection reaches its greatest in heaven if we have eternal life there.

10. We live the life of resurrection here and now on earth in the pain and joy, in success and failure, in sweat and brow, in the enjoyment of Christ’s gifts.

R. My days, my heart belongs to Jesus.
He is the bridegroom of my soul.
He knows all things.
Nothing is hidden.
Nothing is beyond His sight.
He is worthy of the most devoted love by those He has given His all.

When He has given so much to us in love, why wouldn't one return precious love to Him?

Jesus: A stone is dead.
A man who gives His heart to Me is so richly blessed – he is blessed in love and friendship beyond our comprehension.

A man with a hard-stone heart has nothing.
As he gives more and more to himself he closes in upon his narrowness.

How much breath is there in a little locked space?

A person rooted in Me is a breath of fresh-air.
When the air is fresh it blows on the skin, almost caressing the heart and soul.

A man can spend his life devoted to himself and misery find him all the days of his life.

I command you to love God with all your heart and all your soul.
I command you to love your neighbor as yourself.
A person devoted to oneself is not in touch with God's will.

October 8, 2021 - 10:21pm

Jesus: Suffering is redemptive.
The fool lies to himself about his sins, he has no sorrow for his disobedience to the commandments of love.
Satan is hate. He lies to the sinner how they are justified in their sins.
The world of sin is a world of darkness and misery.
My world is light and love. My world is peace and justice.
The love of your heavenly Mother is tender and kind and like a Mother would guide and embrace her little one to lead you to My Heart of love.

Come to My Heart and I will give you rest. Your little heaven on earth dwelling in Our Hearts of love.
Love is kind, love is sacrifice, like My death on the cross for you.
Peace is found in personal intimate relationship with Me, your Divine Bridegroom.

Satan comes to destroy, tear apart, hate, raise in pride above all others and God.

Satan is real. Satan comes in arguments, lies, restlessness, to take a man's soul as they give him control of themselves.

A person devoted to Satan is out of control, out of order.
God is first, a person devoted to Satan and themselves has surrendered themselves through selfish pride – they become victims of slavery under Satan while they "puff" themselves up in greater and greater selfish pride.

Who rules? Satan has one focus – to crush Mary's head, Satan hates the Mother of God, hates!!!!

Satan hates love and unity.
Satan hates group prayer. Satan hates devotion to My Sacred Heart of love.

Satan wants to bring darkness wherever there is peace and harmony so he can rule in destruction, chaos, and slip out laughing at his success to bring down the house.
You can't ignore the commandments.
What is the goal of one who lives the deadly sins, but refuses the heart-felt love God created them for?
Hearts of stone are dead!

Suffering is redemptive.
Being willing to suffer identifying your suffering with My suffering.

God is above and man is under God.
Anything else is disorder.

The more you love God, the more you can love others.

Life is in Me.

October 9, 2021 - 12:51am

Mary: I am Mary your Mother, Mother of God.

Jesus:
My Father wants you to honor and obey your heavenly Mother. Dying on the cross I gave you, Mary, your Mother to guide and love you with Motherly love.

The devil hates Mary.
You are called by God the Father to respect Mary, conceived without sin, My Mother.

God the Father: Mary was chosen by Me to carry My Son, Jesus.
Mary is the Spouse of the Holy Spirit.

Mary is the perfect handmaid of Jesus.
Mary is the most perfect disciple.
Mary is Mother, Immaculate, conceived without sin, Mother of all the precious souls I created.
You were created in the image and likeness of God.

You were created for more. You were created so you could live and be transformed to go to heaven with Me eternally.
The 1st commandment demands you put God first.
Those living a life of pride put themselves before God.
The devil lies about your sins, he does not want his seductive way he seduces souls, out in the open.

You have one life to live. When today is gone, it's gone.
How did you love and serve the Lord?

Mary: I am Mary your heavenly Mother.
Mother of the 13ths.
Mother of Clearwater.

Mary: I am Mary Immaculate.
Conceived without sin.

Perfect Handmaid of Jesus.

Many of my children will die this night.
Some will lose their souls eternally.
I cry blood!!

Who do you serve?

Matthew 6: 24

God and money

‘No one can be the slave of two masters: he will either hate the first and love the second, or be attached to the first and despise the second. You cannot be the slave both of God and of money.

Mary: God is the keeper to the door for souls into heaven, why would a soul cross God, dishonor me and expect no consequences.
You can't have two Masters.
People devoted to themselves have a life of misery.

Mary: I am the Queen of Peace.

Turmoil, chaos, division, destruction is from satan.

October 9, 2021 - 10:25am

R. Living in the moment.

Jesus: I give you your breath in this moment to live.
Use it wisely.

You can't live in the past.
You can't live in the future!!

I take care of all the creatures of the sea, the birds of the air.

You are far more precious to Me.

There is balance of life in the ocean and seas, rivers and streams.
There is food, water, air on earth for you to live.
There is the sun and day and night.
I created all this on earth.
I am God, Almighty, I care for you, I give you gifts, I give you love and each other.
I created children and pets for you.

I created you in My image and likeness.
I am God Almighty.

October 9, 2021 - 9:12am

Jesus: I gave the Prayer for Union. (January 17, 1994)

Come to me Lord and possess my soul,
Heaven is: being possessed by God.

In dying to yourselves, you live the life of resurrection in Me.

Come to me Lord and possess my soul.

Your transition, here below, in the here and now, is to Pass-over, to the life of resurrection in your daily lives.

You surrender yourselves to God to possess your soul.

You die to yourselves.

The Good Shepherd lays down His life for the flock.
The hired man runs away.
When the wolf comes, he is only a hired man,
He doesn't care for the sheep.

In the message May 13, 1993, 28 years ago, I said

"I want to be one in you and you one in Me. The evil one's grip is paralyzing and crippling."

By saying the Prayer for Union you give Me yourselves and Satan has no power over Me.

I laid down My life for you. Who can you trust if you can't trust Me?
The devil tempts you with pride to be in control, then he tries to control you as you give in, fooling yourself you are in control, trusting no one.

The devil lies about your sins, he deceived, he tempts people to sin – saying wrong is right and right is wrong.
Twisting the truth.

The first commandment commands, God must be first, but a person possessed by pride, puts themselves first and thus Satan can use this pride to manipulate, deceive, get in, trying to take a soul deeper and deeper into themselves, denying any one in authority, truth above them, correction etc. They think they are all-in-all, being isolated more and more and their world narrows.
They see themselves as truth, not God as the ultimate truth.

The Prayer for Union Fr. Carter kept in his pocket, next to his heart. He said it all through the day, at least 4 times he said.

Dan Noe, a month or so before his death showed me how he had it on his phone next to him.

2 great men preparing in life for eternal happiness forever in heaven.

Jesus: When you throw out the first commandment and live to be the boss in pride, the devil has an open door.

Come to me Lord and possess my soul.
Come into my heart and permeate my Soul.

Philippians 4: 13

There is nothing I cannot do in the One who strengthens me.

Prayer for Union with Jesus

Come to me, Lord, and possess my soul. Come into my heart and permeate my soul. Help me to sit in silence with You and let You work in my heart.

I am Yours to possess. I am Yours to use. I want to be selfless and only exist in You. Help me to spoon out all that is me and be an empty vessel ready to be filled by You. Help me to die to myself and live only for You. Use me as You will. Let me never draw my attention back to myself. I only want to operate as You do, dwelling within me.

I am Yours, Lord. I want to have my life in You. I want to do the will of the Father. Give me the strength to put aside the world and let You operate my very being. Help me to act as You desire. Strengthen me against the distractions of the devil to take me from Your work.

When I worry, I have taken my focus off of You and placed it on myself. Help me not to give in to the promptings of others to change what in my heart You are making very clear to me. I worship You, I adore You and I love You. Come and dwell in me now.

Inspiring Homilies Covering Cycle B of the Litugical Year (2011/2012)
$ 10.00

Guiding Light homily series — Reflect on the Word — Cycle B     The Word leaves an impression on our souls. In my thoughts and reflections are born a more tangible understanding of these eternal concepts presented in the Gospels and the readings. Anyone can read a sentence, but not anyone can absorb it's true meaning. Truth, in this day and age, is almost a matter of opinion or individual entitlement. We believe that Christ's truth is our Roman Catholic Church. We, as priests, champion it's teachings; we are ambassadors for the Pope and Christ to those faces looking at us. We are the light by which our congregation reads to reflect upon real truth and we do it hand in hand. $10

Guiding Light - Steadfast to the Son
Inspiring Homilies Covering Cycle A of the Litugical Year
$ 10.00

Guiding Light homily series — Steadfast to the Son — Cycle A    The sunflower is a great example of how we should be steadfastly guided by light. What a powerful thought that this exceptional plant is not stuck in one pose day in and day out, yet adaptable and magnetized to the sun. We feel the same about our Son. Our heads turns to face Christ as each day presents its challenges to find light. We join together like plants in a field and soak up the Son through the pulpit. We are a warm circle of strength using the wind of our breath to carry our priests' words, Christ's words, to new rich soil. $10

Guiding Light - Focusing on the Word
Inspiring Homilies Covering Cycle B of the Litugical Year
$ 10.00

Guiding Light — Focusing on the Word — Cycle B    At times we may feel that our path to Christ is a bit "out of focus". Like the disciples in the Book of Mark, this ordinary life clouds our vision of Christ's Divinity. We may doubt the practicality or possibility of applying His teachings and example to our modern life. Cycle B's homilies are a "guiding light" to help us realize Jesus' Messianic greatness and His promise of better things to come. $10

Guiding Light - Feed My Soul
Inspiring Homilies Covering Cycle C of the Litugical Year
$ 10.00

Guiding Light — Feed My Soul — Cycle C    In a world rapidly advancing and encouraging personal gain, we are faced with modern problems. There is a challenge to find time in our busy schedules for Sunday Mass or a family meal. We are able to research, shop, bank and even work without hearing one human voice. It is no wonder that we may often feel disconnected and famished at our week's end. In Fr. Joe's third book of homilies from Cycle C, we are reminded of the charity that Christ intended us to show each other. We have a calling to turn the other cheek and be the Good Samaritan to others. We are rewarded with the Father's kingdom and love when we are not worthy. We are not left alone or hungry. $10
