Messenger: The

Messenger: One of the first
messages Jesus gave me in 1991
concerned power.
I soon began to realize how He had all the power.
He gave me writings a lot about power and
fear.
He made it clear to me His power never runs out.
He told me about our wall sockets and how
we have power failures and then all of
a sudden there is not juice in the plug.
He told me how His power never runs out.
In being with Fr. Carter, I soon understood more about
His life in me.
The message I received May 13, 1993 defined a big
part of the mission He intended to achieve
through the Blue Book Messages and telling
people in His tender love letters about
being one in Him.
I did not understand His words then as I understand
them more fully now.
Here were the words He gave me.
Beginning May 13, 1993
My dear child, if you stay close to Me, then I live in you and you live in Me. I am He Who created you and I love you with such an intensity that you will never know. My words are your truth. You must abide in My heart in all things. There is no room for doubt. My ways are steadfast, direct, and without error.
You must stay rooted in Me to ward off the power of the evil one. His grip is paralyzing and crippling. His power is stronger every day.
When you live in Me, I am in your heart and he has no power over Me. I am your God. I am your true lover. I want to protect you. I want to guard you from this force. Stay rooted firmly in Me and he will have no power....

Messenger:
All power comes from God, we
receive our power from Him.
Someone may try to force things on us,
but ultimately, God has all the power.
Parents really have power because God
gives it to them.
The Church as His bride has power given
by God.
The Pope has power given from God.
The priests have the power that comes
down the line ultimately from God.
People in authority may have authority, but
God is the ultimate authority.
We can see how martyrs can go to their deaths
defending their faith, they would rather
die a physical death, than offend God.
Who is the ultimate authority —
God is.
God makes the sun shine.
God gives us our breath.
God gives His grace.
Man is not the ultimate king.
God is the King.
In looking in a book my son had, they put
Jesus Christ as the 3rd most important
man of all time.
They had human beings in the #1 and #2
spot.
Then people question our love and devotion
to Mary, we never put Mary above
God. If someone who is Catholic
does that, they are not doing what the
Catholic Church teaches.
Mary is a human person.
God is Divine.
Jesus is a Divine Person with
a human nature.
In sharing in the life of grace through
baptism we are given great gifts
in sharing in God's knowing
and loving capacity.
Before I met Fr. Carter, I was receiving messages
like in the Blue Books.
Fr. Carter really started talking to me on
March 26, 1994.
But he really didn't begin as my spiritual
director until the summer of 1994.

Messenger:
By this time almost all of Blue Book I, II and
III were given.
Fr. Carter came into my life at the end of Blue Book II,
he was listening to what Jesus had told me since
the very end of Blue Book II.
Fr. Carter never said a lot. He listened. He
cherished what I was receiving from
God. He worked with me and all
I received.
He believed from the beginning. Our Lord
had told him to help me in the way
he could.
Our Lord told him to go to the old seminary
when Mary appeared every day beginning
July of 1994.
Fr. Carter began the prayers used in the prayer
manual that summer. We prayed the litany to
the Sacred Heart and promises of the Sacred
Heart before Mary as she appeared.
Fr. Carter prayed for all the souls of the earth
as Mary appeared, daily that summer.
I wish to present a prayer I received on
February 23, 1998. It began the
Spouse of the Lamb material.
A Prayer for Intimacy with the Lamb, the Bridegroom of the Soul
Oh Lamb of God, Who take away the sins of the world, come and act on my soul most intimately. I surrender myself, as I ask for the grace to let go, to just be as I exist in You and You act most intimately on my soul. You are the Initiator. I am the soul waiting Your favors as You act in me. I love You. I adore You. I worship You. Come and possess my soul with Your Divine Grace, as I experience You most intimately.

Messenger:
I was in Light of Christ Church in Florida when
I received a lot of the Spouse of the Lamb
material.
When I would go to communion I saw Jesus
dressed as a bridegroom. He would
give Himself to me in the Eucharist.
A lot of the writings I received were given at Mass
because I was in an ecstatic state.
When I would receive special insights, it
didn't matter who was around.
I was lifted up, so to speak, and
people around me were not distractions.
I was united to Him.
I remember Fr. Carter telling me this in the
parking lot at the Holy Spirit Center, "Rita,
the Father, Son and Holy Spirit dwell within
you." (in a special way when you are in
the state of grace)
That was all he had to say.
He would say one little sentence and then "tons" of
material given to me by God made sense.
He knew what to say at the right time.
He was silent most of the time and listened.
He changed a lot and I grew a lot in knowing
how to speak about things.
He would inject things if I needed to clarify
my words, but mostly he listened.
I soon learned that what Our Lord was revealing
to me was clearly defined from a priest
point of view in Father Carter's books.
He wrote about it theologically. I experienced
it in mystical ways.
I learned a lot from his very short homilies.
He listened and he was available as I
experienced so many ecstasies and
revelations.
The daily Masses I attended with Father Carter
were times when I would be given
many revelations from Our Lord.
I had the security of being guided very closely
by Fr. Carter for six and a half years as
Jesus gave me a great body of knowledge.
The trips to China were times of
discussing mystical insights and then
prayer on the way home.
The Masses were the treasure.
Jesus wanted the Masses celebrated in China, Indiana
to pray for the Movement, all in the Movement and
the priests, the Church and the world.
Fr. Carter celebrated every Mass for the Reign of
the Sacred Heart and the triumph of Mary's
Immaculate Heart and the Shepherds of Christ
Movement.
One thing I know we don't pray for enough, that
Fr. Carter prayed for at every Mass, was vocations
to all seven categories in the Shepherds of Christ
Movement.
We all need to pray for this, all through the day
he would say.
He believed in the Movement Jesus began through
him. He prayed for it constantly, as he
said, all through the day.
He would say to me, Rita, I pray for you
many, many times throughout the day.
He did his holy hour around 6:00 until the
6:20 prayers began in 1998 then he
would go before the Blessed Sacrament
at his Jesuit residence and pray the
prayers whenever he could at 6:20.
I want to talk about God and how He works
on the soul.
We are soft and supple.
We are children of the Father.
We are the bride of Christ.
Jesus is the bridegroom.
Jesus initiates the action in our soul.
God first loved us as is seen from this
scripture quote.
John 3:16
For this is how God loved the world:
he gave his only Son,
so that everyone who believes in him
may not perish
but may have eternal life.

Messenger:
He acts in my soul when I go into ecstasy.
I am ready, I am waiting, I am
the bride.
I see that we are empowered through Him.
Look at the Mass.
How many times do we ask God to act.
LAMB OF God who takes away the
sins of the world, have mercy on us.
LAMB OF God who takes away the
sins of the world, have mercy on us.
LAMB OF God who takes away the
sins of the world grant us peace.
A lot of the experiences I would receive would
be at Mass.
Many after I received the Eucharist.
He is truly present and in me.
It is then and before the tabernacle
He would implant so much knowledge
on my soul.
In those intimacies after communion when
He is truly present within me, He
would reveal knowledge of Himself
to me and I would know Him so much
deeper in my whole being.
That is why it is so important to spend
that time after communion with Him.
A lot of times, people talk about
insignificant things after communion
that could be discussed later.
Those moments after communion are so
precious.
We must be willing to sit and just be with
Jesus, not try to control things or
thinking of other things, but let Him
take the initiative in us.
So valuable is this precious time and
then we run from the Church.
The knowledge implanted in our
soul may not be in words,
just in knowledge in our soul,
a deeper oneness with our
Divine God.
In this world, we feel we must be in control
many times.
In consecrating our hearts to Jesus and Mary
we give Him ourselves.
We have to be open to the touch of
His hand moving in us.
The long, sometimes very hard days that we
struggle on this earth will come to
an end ever so quickly and we
will have an eternity to spend somewhere.
The more we advance in our spiritual
ways here the more deeply we will
be able to live in the life hereafter.
We are here to learn to love God and love
others.
Loving is a process.
We receive special gifts at baptism to
share in God's loving and knowing capacity.
We are here to learn how to love.
Man cannot try to control everything.
We could not control the events of September 11, 2001.
We must realize that we are dependent
on God for our very life.
We must realize, God acts especially
most intimately in the soul that
recognizes Jesus as the bridegroom.
We need to see how truly personal God
is.
We need to realize He knows our every
breath.
We need to be lifted up and see how
it really is.
Jesus wanted the Blue Book I called
"Teachings to Lift You Up."

Jesus is the bridegroom.
The Church is the bride.
Jesus is the Chief priest and victim
at the Mass.
Jesus acts in the priest.
We participate as the faithful.
God is with us.
We are the children of God.
We are the brides.
We are the ones dependent on Him.
He is with us.
We have to let go.

The Ascension
Message after the glory be:
Jesus speaks:
Oh My children, it is love,
it is love that I desire,
and yet you are caught up in so
many of your things, in your ways,
and what you must do.
And you cannot control all the events
in your life no matter how hard you try,
and I am teaching you every day,
more and more every day.
I am teaching you in the trials that you
are permitted to undergo.
And many times, the very lesson that I
want to teach you, you do not learn,
for you try to alleviate the suffering or
the trial that I send to you, and I have to
send it again and again and again.
Oh My children, if you want the reign of peace
there must be peace in your own hearts.
You must seek for peace. In consecrating
your hearts to My Heart and the heart of
My Mother, you will live more and more
in peace.
Let go and surrender.
The rule I give to you tonight is to let go
and surrender, to pray the Our Father
and beg God to help you to be able
to live in His will, to pray for grace
that you will know more and more
what God's will is for you, for this
will bring you happiness.
It will be hard on you to live your life,
if you are at the helm and you are trying
to do it your way which is against God's
will.
Many problems that many have are because
they want things their way and they will not
surrender nor accept the things the way
that God wills them to be.
And yet it is the way to happiness,
and say with all your heart,
"Our Father Who art in heaven, hallowed
be Thy name, Thy Kingdom come,
Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread and forgive
us our trespasses as we forgive those who
trespass against us and lead us not into
temptation but deliver us from evil, Amen."

Messenger: Terrible occurrence September 11, 2001:
Terrorists attacked the trade centers.
I do not wish to minimize Fr. Carter's
contribution to these messages and
the Movement.
He was given the Plan by Jesus.
He taught me in his classes he taught.
He taught in his 2 minute to 10 minute
profound homilies.
He taught me and others in the Movement
through his books and Newsletters.
Shepherds of Christ was formed according
to the Jesuit tradition.
He lived the life of a Jesuit priest.
He made his yearly Spiritual Exercise
retreat.
He saw to it that I made this
retreat likewise.
The Plan Jesus had for us as Shepherds
of Christ was given to Fr. Carter.
He taught us so much.

The Birth of the Full Ministries
of the Shepherds of Christ
"I wish to share with you part of a message which Jesus gave us on October 13, 1994. The message tells us about the expansion of the Shepherds of Christ movement:
'My beloved priest-companion, today I come to you with another mission. I am asking you to establish Shepherds of Christ Ministries. At My request you have already begun the priestly newsletter, "Shepherds of Christ", and the prayer chapters, Shepherds of Christ Associates...
'I am giving you this message on this day, the 77th Anniversary of the Great Apparition at Fatima, because of the close connection between the Shepherds of Christ movement and the Fatima message. The Fatima message is centered in devotion to My Heart and My Mother's Heart, especially in consecration to Our Hearts. Shepherds of Christ Ministries is also centered in devotion to Our Hearts. I will use Shepherds of Christ Ministries as a great instrument in helping to bring about the triumph of the Immaculate Heart and the reign of My Sacred Heart. When this occurs, My Church and the world will be experiencing the great era of peace promised by My Mother at Fatima.

Apostles of the Eucharistic Heart of Jesus
My dear fellow Associate Members,
Jesus is calling special apostles to join a new division of the Shepherds of Christ Movement. Here is a message from Jesus given to Father Carter:
My beloved priest-companion, I am requesting that a new prayer movement be started under the direction of Shepherds of Christ Ministries. I am asking for volunteers who are willing to pray before the Blessed Sacrament for one hour, twice-weekly. Members of the Shepherds of Christ prayer chapters, as well as others, are to be invited to join this movement.
These apostles are to pray for the intentions I am giving you. For part of the hour they are to use the prayers of the Shepherds of Christ Associates Handbook. They may spend the rest of the hour as they so choose.
I will use this new prayer movement within My Shepherds of Christ Ministries in a powerful way to help in the renewal of My Church and the world. I will give great graces to those who join this movement. The name, Apostles of the Eucharistic Heart of Jesus, is to be given to this movement.
I am inviting My beloved Rita Ring to be coordinator for this activity.
I pour out the great love of My Sacred Heart to all. I am Jesus, Chief Shepherd of the flock.
This is indeed a special calling for us to unite in one heart with His Eucharistic Heart and pray for the following intentions:
- For the spread of the devotion to the Hearts of Jesus and Mary culminating in the reign of the Sacred Heart and the triumph of the Immaculate Heart.
- For the Pope.
- For all bishops of the world.
- For all priests.
- For all sisters and brothers in the religious life.
- For all members of the Shepherds of Christ Movement, and for the spread of this movement to the world.
- For all members of the Catholic Church.
- For all members of the human family.

Jesus gave him the prayers for
the Prayer Manual.
He prayed so much to St. Margaret Mary
and St. Claude de Columbiere,
St. Ignatius and St. Xavier.
He loved the Jesuit saints.
He honored them.
He taught me to love them.
Our Lord always gave me
special experiences on
special feasts, especially
the feast of the Sacred Heart
the feasts of Mary
and the feasts of the Jesuit saints.
So many gifts.
So much joy these special feasts
God gives us.
So much joy the special saints
we can love so much.
Oh God we thank Thee and
love Thee so much.
Thank you for the Shepherds of

believed.
