R. Our life – A quest for happiness in Him.
25 Years of messages from Jesus
R. Dear Holy Spirit I adore You –
You are first in my life –
Help me to see the Vision of God the Father
Console me, Guide me –
strengthen me –
I want to do the will of God.
I give myself to You –
You are first in my life
God is Divine –
We are human –
God raises us up in baptism - elevates our
knowing and loving capacity –
There is Divine Justice!
God is just!
God is love!
God is all loving!
1 John 4: 17-21
Love comes to its perfection in us when
we can face the Day of Judgement fearlessly, because even in this
world we have become as he is. In love there is no room for fear,
but perfect love drives out fear, because fear implies punishment
and no one who is afraid has come to perfection in love. Let us
love, then, because he first loved us. Anyone who says 'I love God'
and hates his brother, is a liar, since whoever does not love the
brother whom he can see cannot love God whom he has not seen. Indeed
this is the commandment we have received from him, that whoever
loves God, must also love his brother.
R. Fortitude helps us so we do not
give into things that oppose
God's will –
Knowledge helps us to see things
as they are in relation to our
relationship to God and His will for us.
Understanding helps us grasp the
truth – We love the truth!
Supernatural prudence to do with
courage what God calls us to do
PROMPTLY –
Not being a coward
We are on a quest for eternal salvation
Counsel helps us.
Wisdom – the most perfect of
the 7 gifts of the Holy Spirit –
Wisdom strengthens our faith –
helps us to hope –
helps us love God and others as
we should –
Wisdom helps us to love God's
will and want to do what
God in His Divinity wants
of us –
We want what God wants for us.
Docility – the 7 gifts help us to
be docile children of the
Father –
Love of God – Love of neighbor
the 2 greatest commandments –
"To him who loves much,
much is forgiven"
Matthew 22: 36-40
'Master, which is the greatest commandment of the Law?' Jesus
said to him, 'You must love the Lord your God with all your
heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind. This is the
greatest and the first commandment. The second resembles it: You
must love your neighbour as yourself. On these two commandments
hang the whole Law, and the Prophets too.'
R. Cancer is an abnormal growth that then
interferes with the working of normal
organs needed for good health.
When God calls us - He gives us His
commandments to live by – He gives us His
Word – He gives us the Church.
He has called the Shepherds of Christ and the prayer
and instruction to help renew the Church
and the world. The purpose of the Shepherds of Christ
was two-fold – to spread the Priestly
Newsletter and to begin prayer chapters –
to help renew the Church and the world –
all over the world for this. God gives us
rules to follow. The direction must come
from within – a supernatural plan – led
by God to build the Kingdom of God.
But a person that is tempted by satan
can be like a cancer – Just adding and
adding darkness, division to the mix
to keep their dysfunctional ways always operating
because - they want it their way and do not
want to change.
We grew up in a dysfunctional world and
God wants us to live our lives to be
more and more in His image and likeness.
So we live the pascal mystery of death/resurrection –
dying to those ways not like Him and
rising to new life in Him.
Jesus said "I come to bring you
life that you will have it to the full"
But we see in a message I received
October 5, 1992 – 24 years ago –
October 5, 1992 - 3:30am
R.
Dear Jesus, Give me Your hand to write this book
for you. I am your servant. I want to be Your hand
to this world. If you, Lord Jesus, would write a
book, what would you say?
Jesus:
My dear children,
Today I come to
deliver a message to each of you. I want to tell you
of each person's dignity, of their beauty and their
self-worth. Each child is, oh, so uniquely precious
to My Most Sacred Heart. Each child is full of the
talents I have given to them. Each person is
divinely created by God and given all these gifts to
be happy and love one another.
The problem comes
when you feel you will be left out. That you will be
left by another who has trodden on you and will do
it again. I see you all as My most precious
children. I watch your every move and know all pain
and anguish in your heart. My Heart aches, you have
insecure feelings about yourself. I came to this
earth I died for you. I felt cold, hungry, lonely on
this earth. You need not worry that no one knows the
pain and anguish in your heart. God created you with
such special gifts and talents. It is important for
you to raise above your wound and forgive those who
hurt you.
You need only turn
your will and your life over to Me and I will guide
you in all your ways. I have all the Power. Many are
not of My ways. The key to life is to recognize your
faults, but still know you are this precious gift of
My Father a gift to this world. This world is in
need of your strength. Running yourself down,
blaming others hurting them can cause you misery and
pain. At this very moment, you are the precious
creation of God!! You must operate with Me in your
heart.
You need not run
yourself down. I am with you every day guiding your
ways, lest your foot stumble and you lose your way.
You will not wander far from your path if every day
you keep bringing your focus back to Me. If you dare
let Me be at the helm, if you dare to really let Me
run your life, I will do with you such wonders that
you yourself would be amazed. But you will know with
such ease when you did these things that you did not
do them alone. You will know My power, moving the
mountain, My power chipping at the stone, My power
working on your hardest problem and you will be set
free.
Oh yes, you will
be set free and know a serenity that only comes from
letting go and letting Me run your life. To you, My
child, I have given all that is good. I made you My
holy soldier, My warrior in a world of pain and
hatred. You are the light that shines in the
darkness, you are the coat to a cold child, you are
the smile that warms a troubled and lonely heart.
You are the comfort for everyone you meet, because
My most precious Heart powers you, smiles through
you, understands and loves through you.
Love your fellows
for Me. There are so many troubled hearts that need
to know My love. I can love through you if you let
Me, I can be their friend through you if you let Me.
I am He who comforts you and you are he who comforts
them. My power is endless, it never runs out, there
is not a power failure EVER. In your darkest hour,
My light shines in the darkness and I say to you,
"Oh blessed of My Father, look at yourself with awe,
you are My creation, you are indeed so precious to
Me, you are My light to this world, you are My hands
and My feet and most of all My Heart."
Oh, you are My
loving Heart, to those who are bowed down, to those
who are lost in the darkness, you carry My smile and
wear My armor in a world that is trying to tear one
another down with hate and ugliness. There is
gentleness, there is love, there is hope in you, if
you open yourself up to Me. Be My knight to the
world, wear My armor. I am your God and I will
protect you from the darkness. Plug into My power,
be not afraid, I go before you always and you can
rest in My arms when you feel weary. You can put
your head in My lap and weep, you will know, I am
truly with you and you are My light to this world. I
created you so special - to cast out fear in the
darkness, to clothe the naked, to give hope to the
oppressed, to be as I live in you and love through
you and you are My smile and I touch My hurting ones
through your love.
You are he who
loves this world. You must stay plugged into My
power-source. This world is
hungry for My love. It needs My love, I give to them
through you. I am your God and I made you as a gift
to the world. You are filled.
Focus on Me and
your life will be abundant and whole, joy
in suffering, freedom — but you can take the knocks
because you will know you do not go it alone, but
with Me. I love you My precious child.

R. How man can choose to live simply
by God's rules or because of low
self-esteem and giving into the devil,
can give into satan's paralyzing grip
and live his life tearing down what
God asked the man to build.
We need grace to live the supernatural
plan of God and be as He wants us
to be – Satan is strong – He wants
a grip on man so he does the work
of darkness.
What is God asking us to do –
Have a heart like His –
Do His will –
Be a witness
Love Him above all things –
A man can be like a spiritual cancer – he keeps
adding his evil to the mix – his
rules for control – tearing down –
ruling the house –
So he makes his rules the rule
and forces them on men – so the
vision of God is impaired in
the lives of men –
Passive - Aggressive moves
are like con - moves –
The attack is hidden to make the man
look innocent and at the same time
he is attacking - for his destructive
vision – like stabbing someone
in the back –
Saying trust me – make me
your leader and the power is
used to bring down the house –
because of their greed and pride
and dysfunction – NOT Building
the Kingdom of God.
Jesus gave the message – We must
pray and discipline ourselves to
live His rule. We must put Him
first and be truthful about
ourselves. What is the problem
with ourselves. Low self-esteem
can be the problem, so we have to
control and punish people and act in anger
and pride and selfishness, envy, jealousy
because we wear a mask of low
self-esteem and won't see ourselves
in God's eyes and change –
What is the problem, are we
a coward and try to cover it up
instead of doing what God asks
for with courage and love –
How many people have we hurt by
adding our cancer to the every day
mix of just trusting and loving
and working with the people
God called us to work with –
But we make our independence,
control, anger, pride, jealousy,
envy – a cancer we add on
to stop the smooth work of the body –
The reason we don't work God's
plan can be the way we are in
our hearts –
Hard hearts
selfish
fearful
angry
isolated
To overcome the negative, dark vision
of satan –
One must trust God –
Trust the just authority God intends
us to work with –
Work in love with the people
God gave us
Do God's plan –
This is like fighting the cancer
of negativity –
of rebellion –
of independence
of selfishness
And facing the problem of myself
if it is jealousy, low self-esteem –
control, anger MONSTERS –
like leeches to the spiritual life –
The Holy Spirit wants to possess
our souls –
But if we lie to ourselves about
our problems with ourselves
how will we ever change –
It's always how we guard the secrets
we hold about ourselves and
stop living and hurt others being
so negative and even evil
holding on to an inordinate attachment
that becomes our god –
making others live under our
cancer –
People who want to rule and have
power – selfish power for themselves,
not for the good for others –
will use force and lies to try
to get others under them –
so they can be on top –
Gall, bold, impudent, audacity,
presumption, disrespect,
bad manners,
bitterness, resentment, spite,
malice –
This is the opposite of God's
Blue Book –
letters of Jesus' loving Heart
R. Here is the gall we can add to
helping bring down the
great message He comes
to deliver
Negativism
Envy
Bitterness
Jealousy
Impudence
Slothfulness
Pride
Anger
Controlling
R. Do we need the
cancer or
gall
We must pray for grace to
do things God's way.
God is Divine
Jesus is God
We are not Divine
We are human
God gives us a sharing in
His life in baptism –
Washing with water is
associated with washing
away dirt.
Baptism is washing away
original sin –
Holy water in Church is
to remind us of our
baptism.
We can sprinkle our homes
and our places where
we live with holy water –
Sprinkle and bless the
United States and pray for the election.
Blessed Holy water can be obtained
if we bring a bottle – usually
there is a big thing of blessed holy water
in the back of Church –
They expect you to bring
a bottle and take it
home to bless your homes
and your children. Please
do this now. Pray for the United States
and the election and bless
your homes and land and yourselves.
John 3: 1-8
Jesus answered:
In all truth I tell you,
no one can see the kingdom of God
without being born from above.
Nicodemus said, ‘How can anyone who
is already old be born? Is it possible to go back into the womb
again and be born?’ Jesus replied:
In all truth I tell you,
no one can enter the kingdom of God
without being born
through water and the Spirit;
what is born of human nature is human;
what is born of the Spirit is spirit.
Do not be surprised when I say:
You must be born from above.
The wind blows where it pleases;
you can hear its sound,
but you cannot tell where it comes from
or where it is going.
So it is with everyone
who is born of the Spirit.
R. Baptism means we are
marked for God.
We are special –
God created us –
God doesn't make junk.
Jesus is our Savior.
Song: A Song from Jesus
R. No person can save us –
God intends us to work in love
with each other. Jesus
came to teach us about
life and death and eternity.
Love depends on relationships.
Dear God outpour Your love and
grace on us for this election.
Jesus: Rita, I have given you the vision
of October 21, 2016 that you
would never forget.
It is the vision I gave for the
Churches all over – many,
many adorers before the
Blessed Sacrament – so in love
in their hearts with God –
loving one another –
I have told you about the Eucharist
for 25 years and I want you
to realize the vision you
had in China when it was
first shown to you –
of the exposed Eucharist
and a full church –
Jesus: My child how should a person
approach adoration –
touch the Eucharist –
Do they realize I am truly
present in My Divinity and humanity?
Do they come in awe before Me?
Do they come to worship Me?
R. We are to adore Jesus, walk
humbly – lead others
to adore Jesus –
O Bread of Life, I love You so much –
Give me strength and courage to
be prudent to handle problems
as You want –
Give me strength and courage
to be a leader to serve
the people You want
me to serve in love and
see a leader is to be
acting in Christ's name
to those he serves –
Give us light – You are
the living God – the
Light of the world –
God is light – in Him there is
no darkness

R. Salvation History
Excerpt of The Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius,
by Louis J. Puhl, S.J. P.60-61
136. THE FOURTH DAY
A MEDITATION ON TWO STANDARDS
The one of Christ, our supreme leader
and lord,
the other of Lucifer, the deadly enemy of our
human nature
PRAYER. The usual preparatory prayer.
|
window at a former Jesuit
Seminary |
137. FIRST PRELUDE. This is the
history. Here it will be that Christ calls and wants all beneath His standard,
and Lucifer, on the other hand, wants all under his.
138. SECOND PRELUDE. This is a
mental representation of the place. It will be here to see a great plain,
comprising the whole region about Jerusalem, where the sovereign
Commander-in-Chief of all the good is Christ our Lord; and another plain about
the region of Babylon, where the chief of the enemy is Lucifer.
139. THIRD PRELUDE. This is to
ask for what I desire. Here it will be to ask for a knowledge of the deceits
of the rebel chief and help to guard myself against them; and also to ask for
a knowledge of the true life exemplified in the sovereign and true Commander,
and the grace to imitate Him.
FIRST PART
THE STANDARD OF SATAN
140. FIRST POINT. Imagine you
see the chief of all the enemy in the vast plain about Babylon, seated on a
great throne of fire and smoke, his appearance inspiring horror and terror.
141. SECOND POINT. Consider how
he summons innumerable demons, and scatters them, some to one city and some to
another, throughout the whole world, so that no province, no place, no state
of life, no individual is overlooked.
142. THIRD POINT. Consider the
address he makes to them, how he goads them on to lay snares for men and bind
them with chains. First they are to tempt them to covet riches (as Satan
himself is accustomed to do in most cases) that they may the more easily
attain the empty honors of this world, and then come to overweening pride.
The first step, then, will be
riches, the second honor, the third pride. From these three steps the evil one
leads to all other vices.
SECOND PART
THE STANDARD OF CHRIST
143. In a similar way, we are to
picture to ourselves the sovereign and true Commander, Christ our Lord.
144. FIRST POINT. Consider
Christ our Lord, standing in a lowly place in a great plain about the region
of Jerusalem, His appearance beautiful and attractive.
145. SECOND POINT. Consider how
the Lord of all the world chooses so many persons, apostles, disciples, etc.,
and sends them throughout the whole world to spread His sacred doctrine among
all men, no matter what their state or condition.
146. THIRD POINT. . . .
end of excerpt of The Spiritual Exercises of St.
Ignatius
R. There are those who build the Kingdom of God –
those who rebel against God
and fight against God
When Solomon died
Israel split
King Jeroboam worshipped golden calves
Israel was in sin
After God used Solomon, Solomon was
worshipping false gods himself,
All he was given and what he
did to hurt Israel
The age old story
God blessed a people and they
turn on Him and worship false gods and
make others see their bad example –
They call themselves leaders, but have
no discipline to live in the
image and likeness of Jesus.
All of this caused battles after these
men's sinful lives,
battles to try to destroy the
idols and bad examples –
for years afterward – so
many suffered through
their rebellion –
They were called by God to build up –
yet they tore down
and the story goes after them –
for all the years they rebelled
against God
when called to renew things –
Does a man called in religious life
and sinned before God and men
rather than live as he was called,
see all they caused to fall
behind them for years and years
trying to bring back what they destroyed
when God called them
and they hurt the work He called
them to for their inordinate
attachments
and men died after Solomon
trying to do what God
wanted.
Men continued rebelling against
God and worshipping false
gods –
Jesus: And I have given these writings to
bring My Church and My people
to the Eucharist, to prayer,
to holiness, to the rosary.
And many helped sacrificing their
lives in prayer, in support
while others fought Me.
I have delivered the messages of the
Shepherds of Christ for 25 years today
and My Mother has appeared for
22 years –
God the Father gave the building
in Clearwater –
Where is your focus – the souls
of My United States –
Every retreat how have you prayed
and through example built
up the Handmaids and Servants,
the Apostles, the people
who came because of
My letters of love given
as the Mighty Medicine
for My sick souls, for the
Church and the world -- Where
would the human race be
without the Church?
What an honor to help in the
renewal of the Church and the world.
Divine Justice will be Mine
for those who scorn Me
and hurt the souls
I died for –
Undisciplined and hard hearts
while others give their
lives –
the prayer recited before the
community and at the hour and 1/2 hour
are to be the prayers I gave – not
other prayers made up by others,
when I asked for the Shepherds of Christ prayers.
A wicked reign of a hard unrepented
heart is doom for the person
who thinks they have such
power. And many others will
suffer under their wicked reign.
Many peoples after will suffer
because of their evil to
rebel against the truth and
what is right!!
The story of salvation history is the story
of how devils tempt men with
power and they fail to obey
authority while they spread
hatred in pride and jealousy,
envy, anger, slothfulness,
lust and gluttony –
And Mary cried to you about the
souls going to hell – Yes the
devils say "Do what you want"
"Nobody can tell you what to do"
"Be divided"
"Be independent"
"Disobey God and authority" –
Handling problems with sin and
negative ways bring
darkness and corruption
–
Day after day like a man
digging in wet mud and
spreading it on his face.
Yes Cain killed Abel –
And if you torment others and
try them injuring their health
for your sins and forcing
the innocent with your
sins, are you not guilty
of a crime of hurting
them at your tormenting hands?
The Divine Judge will judge the
wicked rightly!
Sixteenth Sunday of Ordinary

Jeremiah 23: 1-6
‘Disaster for the
shepherds who lose and scatter the sheep of my pasture,
Yahweh declares. This, therefore, is what Yahweh, God of
Israel, says about the shepherds who shepherd my people,
"You have scattered my flock, you have driven them away
and have not taken care of them. Right, I shall take
care of you for your misdeeds, Yahweh declares! But the
remnant of my flock I myself shall gather from all the
countries where I have driven them, and bring them back
to their folds; they will be fruitful and increase in
numbers. For them I shall raise up shepherds to shepherd
them and pasture them. No fear, no terror for them any
more; not one shall be lost, Yahweh declares!
Look, the days are
coming,
Yahweh declares,
when I shall raise an upright Branch
for David;
he will reign as king and be wise,
doing what is just and upright
in the country.
In his days Judah will triumph
and Israel live in safety.
And this is the name he will be called,
‘Yahweh–is–our–Saving–Justice.’ "
Ephesians 2: 13-18
But now in Christ Jesus,
you that used to be so far off have been brought close,
by the blood of Christ. For he is the peace between us,
and has made the two into one entity and broken down the
barrier which used to keep them apart, by destroying in
his own person the hostility, that is, the Law of
commandments with its decrees. His purpose in this was,
by restoring peace, to create a single New Man out of
the two of them, and through the cross, to reconcile
them both to God in one Body; in his own person he
killed the hostility. He came to bring the good news of
peace to you who were far off and peace to those who
were near. Through him, then, we both in the one
Spirit have free access to the Father.
Mark 6: 30-34
The apostles rejoined
Jesus and told him all they had done and taught. And he
said to them, ‘Come away to some lonely place all by
yourselves and rest for a while’; for there were so many
coming and going that there was no time for them even to
eat. So they went off in the boat to a lonely place
where they could be by themselves. But people saw them
going, and many recognised them; and from every town
they all hurried to the place on foot and reached it
before them. So as he stepped ashore he saw a large
crowd; and he took pity on them because they were like
sheep without a shepherd, and he set himself to teach
them at some length.
Sixteenth Sunday of Ordinary Time
July 19, 2009
HOMILY:
There was a man who worked in a museum whose job it was to explain
the different exhibits. On one occasion he pointed to the bones of a
dinosaur saying the bones were 100 million and 9 years old. Someone
asked how they could date those bones so accurately. He said “well,
when I started working here, I was told these bones were 100 million
years old and I’ve worked here for nine years.”
Today I want to give everyone a little history lesson. I’m not going
back to the dinosaurs, but I am going back pretty far – to King
David, 1000 years before Christ. When I was in school, I hated
history. It wasn’t until we studied the history of the Old Testament
in the seminary that I began to appreciate it. I cannot cram 1000
years of history into a couple of minutes. I just want to touch on
the parts of Jewish history that are mentioned in today’s reading.
If you want to learn more, read everything in the Old Testament, but
be sure you have a commentary to help you. Otherwise, you’ll give up
in despair because you won’t know what it’s all about - especially
the prophets and the historical books.
When David was king 1000 years before Christ, David wanted to build
a house for God, since there was no Temple for God at that time. God
did not give David permission to do so, however God promised David
through the prophet Nathan that he would bless him and build David a
house in the sense that David’s kingdom would continue forever and
one of his descendants would always rule. This blessing lasted
through the reign of David’s son, Solomon; but we humans somehow
have the ability to sabotage God’s blessings. Solomon turned to
pagan gods and over-extended the country financially by elaborate
building projects and exorbitant taxes, so when Solomon died there
was a rebellion and most of Israel broke away from Solomon’s
successor, David’s grandson, Rehoboam. Rehoboam continued to rule
over the southern part of Israel, the area we know as Judaea . For
400 years (and this is amazing) the kings of Judaea were descendants
of King David. The northern kingdom that rebelled against David’s
successors suffered under a succession of kings and rebellions. In
less than 300 years the northern kingdom was destroyed by the
Assyrians, people from northern Iraq. About 100 years after that,
the Babylonians from southern Iraq conquered the Assyrians and took
control of the entire Middle East. The conquest of the Babylonians
brings us up to Jeremiah whom we heard in today’s first reading. At
the time of Jeremiah, here was the situation: the northern kingdom
no longer existed. The southern kingdom, Judaea, was still being
ruled by David’s descendants but they were not loyal to God or to
God’s laws. Jeremiah spoke to these kings as they came into power,
the last four being: Jehoahaz, Jehoiakim, Jehoikin and Zedekiah.
Zedikiah, the last reigning king, died in disgrace. After the
Babylonians captured him, his sons were slaughtered before his eyes,
he was then blinded and led off to Babylon in chains where he
presumably died. You can read how Jeremiah spoke with them in great
detail in the book of Jeremiah. He told them exactly what they
needed to do to survive the invading forces of Babylon. His messages
were ignored. He blames them and their leadership for the
destruction that came upon God’s people. As we heard in today’s
first reading, God speaks through Jeremiah: “Woe to the shepherds
who mislead and scatter the flock of my pasture.” God said he would
take over shepherding his people; he would bring them back from
exile; he would appoint leaders over them who would serve them well
and lead them to peace and security. It took 600 years before God
thought the world was ready for this king who would reign and govern
wisely, who would do what is just and right in the land.
But then he came, through the announcement of an angel to a virgin
who was engaged to a man named Joseph of the house of David, and the
virgin’s name was Mary. And the angel said to her “Do not be afraid
Mary, for you have found favor with God. Behold, you will conceive
in your womb and bear a son, and you shall name him Jesus. He will
be great and will be called Son of the Most High, and the Lord God
will give him the throne of David his father, and he will rule over
the house of Jacob forever, and of his Kingdom there will be no
end.”
In last week’s gospel, Jesus sent his apostles out to heal and cast
out demons and to call people to repentance. In today’s gospel we
are told of their return, excited over their experience and tired.
Jesus wanted to some time off, but he couldn’t. The mission of Jesus
and his apostles apparently was so successful that a great crowd
caught up with them before they had chance to catch their breath.
Mark describes Jesus taking compassion on them (his heart was moved
with deep sympathy for them would probably be a better translation).
He saw them as sheep without a shepherd, - people without
leadership, and he began to teach them.
One of the important messages in today’s readings is that in love
our Lord leads us, by teaching us and appointing others to teach us.
But we need to listen, and we need to keep on listening. We’ll never
be finished listening and learning as long as our world suffers from
injustice, poverty, hunger, discrimination, war, hatred and killing
of innocent people. Christ would be put to death before he would
stop teaching. It is to our own great loss when we stop listening.
That’s one of the reasons we are here each weekend, to listen and to
learn. We call ourselves disciples. The word disciple means learner.
When we’ve quit learning, we’ve quit being a disciple.
R. Jeremiah was put in a cistern.
The Babylonians captured Jerusalem.
They disobeyed Jeremiah.
Nebuchadnezzar ordered
worship of the golden image.
Nebuchadnezzar was insane
for 7 years. On his recovery
he worshipped the God of Jews.
The capture of Babylon comes
to an end under Cyrus.
Some men did God's will –
others fought them –
Years later people suffered and
fought in battle to stop
the damage they did –
Daniel was put in the Lion's Den.
Queen Esther helped the Jews.
She was courageous –

R. The most negative solution
to a problem brings more
negativism.
Like abortion – it is
a negative solution to the
problem – It brings more
problems –
Problems must be solved
according to God's will –
living negatively brings
more negativism.
God wants us to have
self-esteem and build His
Kingdom.
Jesus was not negative – Jesus came and
gave us Himself – a covenant of love –
commitment – Love is commitment.
A person operating with
low self-esteem has a problem
already. God intends us to do
His work and obey just authority –
A person lying and rebelling against
God's will is opposing God –
Their life is not lived in
living as God wants, but
in doing the opposite of God's
will. Why would anyone live opposing
God's rule of love and the promise of eternal
salvation for those who follow His rule.
A person can have a divided heart and
they can live to be as INDEPENDENT
as they possibly can – living more
and more in a frozen hard heart –
not trusting – not feeling – not
facing problems, not living in the truth.
Wounded people that act - out
on authority have a problem with
any authority – We are here to learn
to live under authority – to do
God's will –
In the Our Father we say: "Thy will
be done on earth - as it is in heaven."
God is so good to us –
why would we treat those
who love us with hatred and
rebellion – LOVE - Hate relationships.
Eve was thrown from the
garden for her disobedience –
The angels fell and they lost
heaven forever –
God is just – one mortal
sin – unrepented can get us
into hell.
Jesus says: The devils grip
is paralyzing and crippling –
How many devils surround a
person that thinks their old anger
should be tolerated to hurt
everybody and stop God's plan
whenever they decide to rule
in anger and punish people
with the things they need to live
and operate – so the leader can
force their evil and tear down
the place for it!
Leadership is to help and serve people –
not to be for a person's personal bitterness
and anger and hatred –
Cowards say: "I will be negative
and punish people because I'm
the ruler and nobody can stop me"
Wow –
Jesus, the Son of God, came to us
to teach us about life, death and
eternity. Jesus loves us so much
He died for our sins –
God is a just judge – do we
really think we can bring malice
for our own anger on others –
and expect it as a way of life
from the innocent and not make
repentance and we will get
into heaven.
Power is given to help others and serve.
A sick person uses power for their own
needs acting out anger and hatred on others.
WRONG – WRONG – WRONG
↓
↓
↓
Jealousy in the heart and having
no meaningful relationships,
but saying: "I'm the boss and you
will do what I say and I will
get rid of anybody else – Because –
they say
"I'm the boss" Being the boss
means – I can use my power
for anger and hatred and nobody
can stop that person –
Even the law – they got further and further
from unity – working with others and working
on themselves.
Nobody deserves a snake that
works behind their back to
decide and use passive - aggressive
behavior and then wear the cloth
of a sister or priest or Politian
or leader –
Provoking others to act out
our anger with malice of
intent is sinful –
Jesus is just –
Jesus is the way, the truth and
the life –
If we serve God and keep His
commands we will not
perish and have eternal
life.
Jesus says: "I am the resurrection
and the life – he who believes
in Me will never die"
What is the real problem –
Are you jealous?
Do you lack courage?
Are you angry from the past?
Do you refuse to trust anyone?
Have you never allowed any
authority over you?
Independent – using your
job for your secret of
low self-esteem – for
anger, control, independence
to not change.
Hypocrites – pretending
to be holy, but
hard in heart
and unforgiving of those in
your past who hurt you –
A person can be so frozen from
the past – they don't trust
anyone – like a wall –
How do you deal with the
real problem – You and
your attitude –
your past – your mask –
Do you even handle your problems?
Overweight?
Friendship?
Lack of forgiveness of the past?
Denying the real problem –
low self-esteem –
Exercising
Health
Serious problems that need
to be faced –
Not ignored –
So you react by not doing what
is needed to be done, by
just ignoring it –
like it will go away?
It won't go away –
Do you exaggerate the problem
so it isn't even true –
What about gratitude for
what God has given to us?
How can we act like
the lepers and have
all the negative energy satan
gives to bring down
the house?
When God calls a leader
are they suppose to not
do what needs to be
done –
Responsibility and accountability
before God –
Good example!
You can make the
problem better or
worse –
Why hate others for
your bad attitude
that you made
into bitterness and
hate, self-pity
Don't make your problem
worse –
The devil works in boredom
in some – need for
adrenalin rush – excitement
division – fighting
Quit giving into yourself –
You must do God's will –
Sin is sin –

R. Positivism – Opportunities
The negative thinker doesn't
see opportunities –
he is too busy being
negative
Do you put things out
there to grow –
answer the phones –
go out –
call people –
Matthew 13: 1-23
Introduction
That same day, Jesus left the house and sat
by the lakeside, but such large crowds gathered round him that he got
into a boat and sat there. The people all stood on the shore, and he
told them many things in parables.
Parable of the sower
He said, ‘Listen, a sower went out to sow.
As he sowed, some seeds fell on the edge of the path, and the birds came
and ate them up. Others fell on patches of rock where they found little
soil and sprang up at once, because there was no depth of earth; but as
soon as the sun came up they were scorched and, not having any roots,
they withered away. Others fell among thorns, and the thorns grew up and
choked them. Others fell on rich soil and produced their crop, some a
hundredfold, some sixty, some thirty. Anyone who has ears should listen!
Why Jesus speaks in parables
Then, the disciples went up to him and
asked, ‘Why do you talk to them in parables?’ In answer, he said,
‘Because to you is granted to understand the mysteries of the kingdom of
Heaven, but to them it is not granted. Anyone who has will be given more
and will have more than enough; but anyone who has not will be deprived
even of what he has. The reason I talk to them in parables is that they
look without seeing and listen without hearing or understanding. So in
their case what was spoken by the prophet Isaiah is being fulfilled:
Listen and listen, but never
understand!
Look, and look, but never perceive!
This people’s heart has grown coarse,
their ears dulled,
they have shut their eyes tight
to avoid using their eyes to see,
their ears to hear,
their heart to understand,
changing their ways
and being healed by me.
‘But blessed are your eyes because they see,
your ears because they hear! In truth I tell you, many prophets and
upright people longed to see what you see, and never saw it; to hear
what you hear, and never heard it.
The parable of the sower explained
‘So pay attention to the parable of the
sower. When anyone hears the word of the kingdom without understanding,
the Evil One comes and carries off what was sown in his heart: this is
the seed sown on the edge of the path. The seed sown on patches of rock
is someone who hears the word and welcomes it at once with joy. But such
a person has no root deep down and does not last; should some trial
come, or some persecution on account of the word, at once he falls away.
The seed sown in thorns is some one who hears the word, but the worry of
the world and the lure of riches choke the word and so it produces
nothing. And the seed sown in rich soil is someone who hears the word
and understands it; this is the one who yields a harvest and produces
now a hundredfold, now sixty, now thirty.’
