God shows us that Pascal mystery of
death/resurrection.
I cry out for the souls Mary and Jesus told me
were dropping into hell like rain.
Where I know Mary's visits daily before
Clearwater — Clearwater was to me
a sign that I believed others would
believe —
It was for me a sign like the corner of
the old seminary that fell off
when I thought —
Oh now they will believe
But as I try to operate with others in
delivering this message — I am
met with not recognizing the
seriousness of this message and
that Mary said —
"The souls Jesus gave His life for are
dropping into hell — help me my
children — help me to reach them."
Today satan has led many to ignore the
message of Mary at Fatima when
she showed the children a picture
of hell and delivered this message

"During this same July apparition, Mary showed the three children a vision of Hell. She told them:
"You have seen Hell, where the souls of poor sinners go. To save them, God wishes to establish, in the world, devotion to my Immaculate Heart. If people do what I tell you, many souls will be saved and there will be peace.
"The war (World War I, then raging) is going to end. But if people do not stop offending God, another and worse one will begin in the reign of Pius XI. When you shall see a night illuminated by an unknown light [January 2, 1938], know that this is the great sign that God gives you that He is going to punish the world for its many crimes by means of war, hunger, and persecution of the Church and the Holy Father. (12)
"To prevent this, I shall come to ask for the consecration of Russia to my Immaculate Heart and the Communion of Reparation on the five first Saturdays. If my requests are granted, Russia will be converted and there will be peace. If not, she will scatter her errors throughout the world, provoking wars and persecutions of the Church. The good will be martyred, the Holy Father will have much to suffer, and various nations will be destroyed....
"But in the end, my Immaculate Heart will triumph, the Holy Father will consecrate Russia to me, Russia will be converted, and a certain period of peace will be granted to the world." (13)

July, 1994 the first Priestly Newsletter
went out to all the priests in the
United States —
Then the next Newsletter went out September, 1994
and continued every other month to
United States priests —
soon the Priestly Newsletter went to 72,000
priests and was translated in Spanish —
which we circulated majorly to
hierarchy in South America.
The prayers in the prayer manual were
then translated quickly in 6 languages
with the Imprimatur and Fr. Carter
got this message about the Apostles

My dear fellow Associate Members,
Jesus is calling special apostles to join a new division of the Shepherds of Christ Movement. Here is a message from Jesus given to Father Carter:
My beloved priest-companion, I am requesting that a new prayer movement be started under the direction of Shepherds of Christ Ministries. I am asking for volunteers who are willing to pray before the Blessed Sacrament for one hour, twice-weekly. Members of the Shepherds of Christ prayer chapters, as well as others, are to be invited to join this movement.
These apostles are to pray for the intentions I am giving you. For part of the hour they are to use the prayers of the Shepherds of Christ Associates Handbook. They may spend the rest of the hour as they so choose.
I will use this new prayer movement within My Shepherds of Christ Ministries in a powerful way to help in the renewal of My Church and the world. I will give great graces to those who join this movement. The name, Apostles of the Eucharistic Heart of Jesus, is to be given to this movement.
I am inviting My beloved Rita Ring to be coordinator for this activity.
I pour out the great love of My Sacred Heart to all. I am Jesus, Chief Shepherd of the flock.
This is indeed a special calling for us to unite in one heart with His Eucharistic Heart and pray for the following intentions:
For the spread of the devotion to the Hearts of Jesus and Mary culminating in the reign of the Sacred Heart and the triumph of the Immaculate Heart.

On December 8, 1996 we consecrated the Morrow
Center to the Hearts of Jesus and Mary and
On December 17, 1996 this book left the printer
And Mary appeared in Clearwater like this
that same day December 17, 1996
The Newsletter by this time was going to about
72,000 priests around the world.
Fr. Carter told me June, 1994 there would
be these levels of commitment and the
Blue Books were as much his as mine.
He stood by me as Mary appeared every day
beginning July 5, 1994 — he came
July 10, 1994 every day for several months
at the direction of Jesus and Mary Fr. Carter said.
My daughter and my son were there every
day with me and Fr. Carter when Mary
appeared. My daughter's art is now
part of this Newsletter — she was there
for all the daily visits — 14 months
when Mary appeared.
In 1997 we received the China Church,
St. Anthony's from the Archbishop and
on August 26, 1997 Fr. Father said his
first Mass in St. Anthony's — I would
hear the creeks flowing outside as he
said Mass — It was from there I received
the message to ask Felix to do the
crucifix in Clearwater. Mary's image
head was destroyed in 2004 — March 1
and the crucifix — 22' high — body
of Jesus 9 feet remains —
Soon we will have the sorrowful
Mother.
In 1993, May 13 — My daughter wrote the
first message in God's Blue Book as
I dictated it with a pulsating sun
leaving Conyers.
On April 17, 1994 I did a video at
the old seminary where the sun pulsated
above as I spoke.
I call to mind the miracle of the sun
at the 6th apparition at Fatima — for
when I got the first Blue Book writing
my daughter wrote May 13, 1993 — the
sun pulsated all the way from
Conyers to Cincinnati as my daughter
and son drove home with me.
On April 17, 1994 this video/DVD
was the sun pulsating as I talked about
the Blue Books at the old seminary
where the corner fell off March 22, 1994
on Lucia's birthday.
Excerpt from the Spirituality of Fatima

October 13, 1917
On October 13, 1917, there were more than 70,000 people gathered in the Cova da Iria in Fatima, Portugal. They had come to observe a miracle which had been foretold by the Blessed Virgin to three young visionaries: Lucia dos Santos, and her two cousins, Jacinta and Francisco Marto. (1) Shortly after noon, Our Lady appeared to the three visionaries:
As the Lady was about to leave, she pointed to the sun. Lucy excitedly repeated the gesture, and the people looked into the sky. The rain had ceased, the clouds parted, and the sun shone forth, but not in its usual brilliance. Instead, it appeared like a silver disc, pale as the moon, at which all could gaze without straining their eyes. Suddenly, impelled by some mysterious force, the disc began to whirl in the sky, casting off great shafts of multicolored light. Red, green, blue, yellow, violet—the enormous rays shot across the sky at all angles, lighting up the entire countryside for many miles around, but particularly the upturned faces of those 70,000 spellbound people.
After a few moments the wonder stopped, but resumed again a second and a third time—three times in all—within about 12 minutes. It seemed that the whole world was on fire, with the sun spinning at a greater speed each time.
Then a gasp of terror rose from the crowd, for the sun seemed to tear itself from the heavens and come crashing down upon the horrified multitude.... Just when it seemed that the ball of fire would fall upon and destroy them, the miracle ceased, and the sun resumed its normal place in the sky, shining forth as peacefully as ever.
When the people arose from the ground, cries of astonishment were heard on all sides. Their clothes, which had been soaking wet and muddy, now were clean and dry. Many of the sick and crippled had been cured of their afflictions. (2)

In her message that day, Our Blessed Mother told the children:
I am the Lady of the Rosary. I have come to warn the faithful to amend their lives and to ask pardon for their sins. They must not offend Our Lord any more, for He is already too grievously offended by the sins of men. People must say the Rosary. Let them continue saying it every day.(17)

I am in receipt of the two parcels that you sent me with over a 100 copies of the issues 3 and 4 of 'Shepherds of Christ' along with a prayer Manual. I am very grateful to you for the same and appreciate your kind gesture and generosity. I am giving it out to the diocesan Priests and Pastors who will be gathering from 16-18th of October at ________ for their biennial convention and to my fellow priests in the diocese of __________.
Recently I received a copy of "Medicine of Immortality", by John Pasquini, a beautiful prayer book for meditation before the Eucharist. I shall be happy if you could send me extra copies of the same for distribution among my fellow Priests in the Diocese. I found it very helpful while spending time before the Lord in the chapel for adoration.
I do appreciate your gift and I shall announce to the Priests who will gather for the convention, as I am the President of the diocesan Priests of _________, comprising 15 Dioceses, with about 500 diocesan priests.

My dear Father, I offer You this day all my prayers, works, joys and sufferings, my every breath, my every heartbeat, my every thought, all my actions, in union with Jesus in the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass throughout the world, in the Holy Spirit. I pray the Holy Spirit is with me every second today, enlightening me to do the will of the Father and filling me with the fire of God's love.
I ask Jesus and Mary to be one in me in all that I do and I unite with all the angels and saints and souls in purgatory to pray continually to the Father for these intercessions, in this prayer, for this day.
For myself, I pray for grace-abundant grace, to know and love God more and more and to follow the will of the Father. I pray to the Holy Spirit to transform me in the heart of Mary to be more and more like Jesus. I pray that I can forever dwell in the Hearts of Jesus and Mary. I pray for conversion of all those I hold dear who need conversion. I pray for each member of my family that they will be filled with Your abundant grace to grow in their knowledge and love of God.
I pray for all my friends that they will receive abundant grace to carry out the great plan of the Father, that they will grow forever closer to Jesus' Heart through Mary's heart, that we will all be led by the Holy Spirit to do His work, that we will, together, carry out the plan of the Father as He intends us to, to spread the love of the Sacred Heart of Jesus and Mary's heart to this world.
Jesus, I pray for myself so the Holy Spirit descends upon me and opens my heart to Your love so I will grow more and more deeply in union with You. "I wish to share with you part of a message which Jesus gave us on October 13, 1994. The message tells us about the expansion of the Shepherds of Christ movement:
'My beloved priest-companion, today I come to you with another mission. I am asking you to establish Shepherds of Christ Ministries. At My request you have already begun the priestly newsletter, "Shepherds of Christ", and the prayer chapters, Shepherds of Christ Associates...
'I am giving you this message on this day, the 77th Anniversary of the Great Apparition at Fatima, because of the close connection between the Shepherds of Christ movement and the Fatima message. The Fatima message is centered in devotion to My Heart and My Mother's Heart, especially in consecration to Our Hearts. Shepherds of Christ Ministries is also centered in devotion to Our Hearts. I will use Shepherds of Christ Ministries as a great instrument in helping to bring about the triumph of the Immaculate Heart and the reign of My Sacred Heart. When this occurs, My Church and the world will be experiencing the great era of peace promised by My Mother at Fatima.

The Holy Spirit
Jesus: "My beloved friend, tell My people to pray daily to the Holy Spirit. They are to pray for an increase in His gifts. My people must realize that the Holy Spirit comes to transform them. The Spirit desires to transform you more and more according to My image. Those who are docile to His touch become increasingly shaped in My likeness. He performs this marvel within Mary's Immaculate Heart. The more one dwells in My Mother's Heart, the more active are the workings of the Spirit. The Spirit leads Mary to place you within My own Heart. In both Our Hearts, then, your transformation continues. The more you are formed after My own Heart, the more I lead you to the bosom of My Father. Tell My people all this. Tell them to pray daily for a greater appreciation of these wondrous gifts. I am Lord and Master. All who come to My Heart will be on fire to receive the gifts of the Spirit in ever greater measure! I love and bless My people!"
Reflection: The Holy Spirit is given to us to fashion us ever more according to the likeness of Jesus. And the more we are like Jesus, the more Jesus leads us to the Father. Do we, each day, pray to the Holy Spirit to be more open to His transforming influence? Do we strive each day to grow in union with Mary? The greater our union with our Mother, the spouse of the Holy Spirit, the greater is the transforming action of the Holy Spirit within us.
Jesus: "My beloved priest-companion, I have allowed you to experience in extraordinary fashion the riches contained in My Heart and My Mother's Heart. I desire that you tell all My people about these riches. I desire that My people consecrate themselves to My Sacred Heart and to Mary's Immaculate Heart. My people are living in the beginnings of the age of the Two Hearts.
"After the time of the purification is completed, this new era of the Church and the world will become firmly established. This era will be characterized by the triumph of the Immaculate Heart and the reign of My Sacred Heart. All those who consecrate themselves to My Heart and to My Mother's Heart will help to establish this glorious new age. I am Lord and Master. Please listen to My urgent request. Within Our Hearts you will experience the love and security, the peace and the joy, which you all desire. I love My people with a tremendous love, and in My love I give them this message!"
Jesus: "My beloved companion, remind My people of their responsibility toward the world. They have a duty to try to make this a better world for all to live in.
"Today there is much which is wrong with the world. Sin covers the face of the earth. Sins of all kinds blemish the goodness of My Father's creation.
"However, My Mother and I are increasingly gathering our forces for the battle against Satan and his followers. We are more and more forming Our followers to wage the battle to win back that part of the world dominated by Satan's influence. We are forming our followers in the ways of love. We are forming Our followers with the grace which flows from the bosom of My Father, through My Heart, given in the Holy Spirit, and distributed through the intercession of the maternal and Immaculate Heart of Mary.
"We are forming Our followers to give themselves in the greatest love for God and neighbor. We are bringing them ever more closely to Our Hearts so that they may draw from the flames of love of My Heart and Mary's Heart! The more My followers dwell in Mary's Heart and My Heart, the more they are enlightened and strengthened to give themselves for the salvation of the world.
"I am Lord and Master. I ask all to follow Me and My Mother to help us bring forth the great age of love and peace for the world. This age will emerge after the phase of purification has been completed. This age will be characterized by the triumph of Mary's immaculate Heart and the reign of My Sacred Heart. In this great new age, soon to come, My people will love and praise My Father, with Mary and through Me and in the Holy Spirit, as never before!

Reflection: The world belongs to Christ. St. Paul tells us about this:
As he is the Beginning, he was first to be born from the dead, so that he should be first in every way, because God wanted all perfection to be found in him, and all things to be reconciled through him and for him, everything in heaven and everything on earth, when he made peace by his death on the cross (Colossians 1:18-20).
Since the world belongs to Christ, we, who are His followers, must have a great love for the world as created and redeemed by God. We must labor through our participation in the Mass and through all our other prayers and good works to more and more help the Christic image of the world to shine forth in ever greater splendor. This is our duty and our privilege. Out of love for God and neighbor, let's resolve to get on with the task!

pp. 1-2...God himself is the ultimate mystery. Radically, God is completely other and transcendent, hidden from man in his inner life, unless he chooses to reveal himself. Let us briefly look at this inner life of God.
The Father, in a perfect act of self-expression, in a perfect act of knowing, generates his son. The Son, the Word, is, then, the immanent expression of God's fullness, the reflection of the Father. Likewise, from all eternity, the Father and the Son bring forth the Holy Spirit in a perfect act of loving.
At the destined moment in human history, God's self-expression, the Word, immersed himself into man's world. God's inner self-expression now had also become God's outer self-expression. Consequently, the mystery of God becomes the mystery of Christ. In Christ, God tells us about himself, about his inner life, about his plan of creation and redemption. He tells us how Father, Son, and Holy Spirit desire to dwell within us in the most intimate fashion, how they wish to share with us their own life through grace. All this he has accomplished and does accomplish through Christ. St. Paul tells us: "I became a minister of this Church through the commission God gave me to preach among you his word in its fullness, that mystery hidden from ages and generations past but now revealed to his holy ones. God has willed to make known to them the glory beyond price which this mystery brings to the Gentiles—the mystery of Christ in you, your hope of glory. This is the Christ we proclaim while we admonish all men and teach them in the full measure of wisdom, hoping to make every man complete in Christ" (Col 1:25-28).
The Christian life, then, is rooted in the great event of the Incarnation. We must, consequently, always focus our gaze upon Christ, realizing that everything the Father wishes to tell us has been summed up in the life of Jesus of Nazareth.

pp. 67-68The millions and millions of people the world over make up what might be called the world community. The members of this cosmic community are supposed to live in a basic love for one another, united in bonds of mutual support and interdependence. This is true because God has created persons as social beings. We are not intended to cut an isolated path through life. We are meant to walk hand in hand with each other, to live within a societal structure, to help others in many different ways. What is more, we must also realize that, in achieving our destiny, we receive much aid, support, and love from others. There are all too many striking examples of how the modern world has failed to live community—more than enough to make us agonize over man's inhumanity toward his fellow human beings. But there are also many beautiful and ongoing examples of how the world has succeeded in living community—enough to strengthen our belief in the basic goodness of the human heart.

Christian is in the state of becoming.Christ comes, the redeemer, the Savior
of the world, the New AdamAs Fr. Carter says in the Spirituality Handbook
Into such a depraved condition Jesus entered, with a full and generous Heart, to lead the human race from the depths of sinfulness to the vibrant richness of a new life in Himself. Through His enfleshment, this Christ became the focal point of all history. The authentic hopes and dreams of the human family, now so overshadowed by the ugliness of sin, came converging upon this Christ. He would gather them up in Himself, give them a new luster and brilliance and dynamism, and would lead the human family back to the Father in the Holy Spirit.
Christ was radically to release us from the dominion of sin and elevate us to a new level of existence.

From Jesus
I promise to those priests who pray
My prayers for the priests, the Church
and the world and for reparation to Our
Two Hearts for the offenses against them —
I promise great grace to lead you into
such a deep union with Me — to know
oneness with God as you have never
known in your whole priesthood.
To My priests I give this promise, the more
you pray the prayers I have given —
Red Prayer Manual
and the more you pray them yourselves —
you will know such grace in
your priestly life as never before and
touch the hearts of the young and
lead them to follow their vocation if
called to the priesthood.
I promise through the hands of My
Apostle priests to help lead holy
men to Me in the priesthood and
to thereby help to alleviate this
terrible atrocity of the shortage
of priests.

Oh my God, it is such a gift that
you love us as You do and yet so
few realize how You love us so much.
In the world the way it is with
its steady pace of moving ahead,
they do not understand how deeply
God wants to live in us. The
quiet nights, the peace of day have
passed to so many in this "rat
race" of self promotion, dominance
for dominance sake and moving ahead
in a world that leads to an end
many times seeking victory in earthly
ways.
The joy of seeing the world as Mary
came to tell us at Clearwater and Fatima
and Lourdes is God is with us and wants
to be recognized, God wants our love,
God has blessed us abundantly —
the attachment of many to the world —
even in the religious orders has
saddened Our Lord.
When we see God calls us to be
contemplatives in actions — we see
we are always in His hands — Can I
deeply be one in God and still do the
work He has called me to — can I
be so deeply attached to Him and
still suffer with dealing with
my wounded human nature and others —
We do not live in a vacuum and God has
called us to be with others spreading
His light and yet our souls crave
to be so close to Jesus.
The letters Jesus gave to me in God's
Blue Book have changed the hearts of
so very many and led them so deeply
to the Blessed Sacrament.
I was told long ago that maybe Jesus
is like that with you, but nobody else
can be like that. When Jesus gave me letter
after letter, I waited many years
until Fr. Carter came and said the Blue
Books were as much his as mine.
There was always so much jealousy when
I tried to speak for others did not
understand at all and yet Fr. Carter came
and he began the Shepherds of Christ Movement
and what came forth from my mouth
before the Mother of God as she appeared —
A message from Jesus "you will be
My Apostles of My Sacred Heart and you
will reach the far ends of the earth"
I hadn't left my chair and the message
was constant as Mary appeared every
day — "You will be My Apostles of My
Sacred Heart and you will reach
the far ends of the earth."
Oh Jesus, I have tried to do this
work of Fr. Carter over these 13 years since
Mary appeared daily — in seeing his writings
I see the direction of the Movement
centered in spirituality and it moved
as a ship despite deep problems some
times in putting out the Priestly Newsletter and
we never had the funds — every other
month — Jesus gave to me the messages
to lead us deeper into this mystical
marriage with Him and direct the
Movement — We sent the Priestly
Newsletter — we formed the core — we
set down the rules for this Movement —
God has called this Movement to help
to bring to completion what Mary
began at Fatima and to help renew
the Church and the world.
It may sound very strange, but I
am shy ever since my mom died at
five and Jesus knew this — It is with
directness and His will I do what He
asks us to do — I do not run like a bull
in a China shop — it is with His will
as my guide and I move in this shyness
to do what He wants.
The people of the world in need of
renewal has resisted the Blue Book
writings and this deep prayer, but it
is the call of God for us to go to the
Holy Eucharist and He gives to those
He calls much grace from daily
Holy Communion and adoration to
be more deeply united to Him and understand
His Blue Book letters.
It is patience in doing God's work
as God gives us more and more lessons
in helping us to do His work. The devil
can have one in opposition to fight
against us — whatever it is God calls
us to — to draw us to greater holiness —
there is always one who rebelliously
will fight the work we try to do and yet
in which ever way we are tried — the
grace is always there to move ahead
and to write of our life that will
lead the Church and the world, religious
orders and families to greater life
unveiling the insight into the Divine
Mysteries and the workings of satan in
our lives. For it is a battle and
it is the Holy Spirit that counsels
the soul and brings us light to see
as God sees through us, looking
to the world and being an
instrument of love — despite the
trials.
Christmas, Feasts are so important
to God and others can do the work saying
it is for God for little regard of the Feast
for the devil hates feasts. Like one
lost in a high tower trapped —
looking out over the world — we cry for
the souls that will be lost — we see
as on a high hill as Christ crying
over the city and yet our Movement
is a Movement of hope for God has
asked Fr. Carter to do this —
the messages I have received are from
Our Lady and Our Lord to be drawn ever
more closer to Him in the Eucharist
and to do this work for God's might
is Almighty and we become more
and more one in Him.
Let us go forth — let us see the
beauty of God — let us let go of the
inordinate attachments we have —
to be purely His — to have the confidence
in Him — to answer the call — not
for us, but for our Maker and lover and for
the precious souls He gave His life for.
We are in His hands always — we
walk as the saints who struggled
and yet the whisper of the love of
God: Father, Son and Holy Spirit are always
in our soul — directing us being
mindful of God's special purpose
in our life —
Oh God help us, draw us ever
closer to You — that we may taste Your
fruits, know Your love and not ever
bend even a little in Your pure
vision for us — to be absorbed in
Your loving care and not self-centered
giving into the devil and ways to get
us focused on details that may lead
us away from our focus on
God — what His will is for us —
be loving — think of how Jesus
suffered for those who tried to
have power over Him —
In today's world God has called
us to tell the world about Jesus.
Many distractions are seen in all
walks of life — more and more focus
on the worldly and God wants
us to help spread His message
of the deep love of the Pure and
Holy Hearts of Jesus and Mary —
When Mary appeared at Clearwater
2 and 1/2 years after Fr. Carter had begun
the Priestly Newsletter, she had already
appeared to me every day for 14
months — My soul is so connected to
Mary and the message she came to
bring — her love for the Church —
her love for her beloved priests —
her love for Jesus — her desire to
help us pray the rosary and understand
deeper insight into her life and
Jesus' life through the wisdom
of the Holy Spirit.
When faced with a mountain I
will not quit — I will find a way
IN HIM to climb this mountain
for His honor and glory.
