| Jesus speaks: Mary appeared at Fatima May 13, 1917 - October 13, 1917, 6 apparitions. I called the meetings of October 13, 1996 - March 13, 1997, in which I gave important messages concerning the completion of the Fatima mission (6 rosaries with Father Carter). My Mother appeared on the building in Florida December 17, 1996, after 3 rosaries. These rosaries were messages from Me to help complete the mission begun by My Mother at Fatima. I have continued to give special information on the 13th of each month to help bring about the Reign of the Sacred Heart and Triumph of My Mother’s Heart and lead men to a deeper intimate union with Me. Jesus speaks: My beloved ones, I have called you to this place, this day at the 3:00 hour. It will be October the 12th. When you listen to this tape you must realize how important it is to Me that you have all answered the call and that you have come.
I ask you to focus on My Eucharistic Presence with you. I ask you during this retreat to stay focused on your relationship with Me, that you will not be distracted with talking to others, with spending time discussing other matters, business matters and those things that will lead you away from your heart. I will speak to you as your Bridegroom, I will speak to you as your Leader. I will tell you in your heart what you need to know about your role in the Shepherds of Christ Movement. In this retreat I wish that you would open up your heart wide for all the grace that I wish to give you, that you will commit yourselves as never before to this Movement, My Movement, to help spread the love of My Sacred Heart throughout the world. And there will come that great time in which My Sacred Heart will reign and the Heart of My Mother Mary will triumph. Do not lose hope for I am with you today and always in a special way. Jesus speaks: I ask you to pray always as a body.
I ask you to see yourself as great intercessors praying to the Father in My name, in the Holy Spirit, through the powerful intercession of the Virgin Mary, with all the angels and saints, the Child Jesus of Good Health, the Infant of Prague and the souls in Purgatory.
I ask you to see yourself beneath the cross with My Mother pleading for her beloved ones.
I ask you to hang with Me on the cross and in your commitment to be so firm that you are pleading for the souls of this earth. Do not lose heart, do not lose hope. Spend this time in retreat praying for the priests, the Church and the world, for your Movement, for your families, for yourself. Stay united at every moment in a spiritual Communion with Me. Stay united at every moment in the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass pleading to the Father. See the other people in the church with you and stay one with them. Look at the exposed Eucharist, adore Me, love Me, honor Me and know how truly I love you and I give you this great gift.
Today this is My Eucharistic Center for the world and from this place of China, Indiana, the most enormous grace will be outpoured on the whole world. And it depends a lot on you. Are you that soul that comes to Me with the love in your heart for your God? Are you that one soul that I wait to see, because you will love Me? Do you feel that I am your Spouse, the Bridegroom of your soul? Make this time a time of commitment as never before to our relationship, for the more that you are one in Me the more that all will work out as I have planned. It is in holiness that you will reach the far ends of the earth. This is what is important. It is your personal union with Me.

Jesus speaks: And what happened? As soon as My messenger came to this church, she had a vision. And it is the vision of this church today, when there is so many gathered here in Eucharistic Adoration. I am so pleased with the events of the 12th, the 13th, and the 14th of every month. In every Mass that you are gathered together whether here or in other places, when there is a shepherd apostle with you, unite in the deepest love in your hearts that you will be pleading together. Feel that union, unite your heart with theirs and with the priest. Consecrate the priest in your heart and all gathered and plead and beg for the grace to be released on the earth. It is so powerful when two are gathered at Mass or three, or four. But when there are so many gathered together, if you are here in prayer, know that enormous grace is being outpoured on this earth, on all here below. It is real for I have called you to a deeper union with Me. Constantly I call you and I take you to a new level of holiness and with it many times comes great sufferings. But you must pray for one another and love one another. Pray for one another that there will be this great level of love between you and the other.

Jesus speaks: Every time that you come to the church you should cast the devil far from you and spread the Blood of Jesus on you and all gathered here. Feel that consecration all the time. Consecrate the hearts of those that are with you and ask for the coming of the Holy Spirit. Pray for one another, pray for the Movement, pray for the world, the Church and the priests, especially for any priests that are involved, for Father Marino, the priest that translates the Spanish newsletter. Keep his name within your heart. Pray for the priest that I have asked you to pray for in private messages. Pray for Sue. Pray for the connections that I wish to make especially with the bishops. Ask the Holy Spirit to pray with you for all of the intentions that you need to pray for, ones that you don’t even know. Ask Him to enlighten you that you will know more fully what is God’s will for you.
I ask all that are gathered here to come at 6:20 this evening and I will give to you a special rosary to lead you into a deeper union with Me.
I have called you here today. It is up to you to stay focused on this mission. The mission is your role as an apostle in the Shepherds of Christ Movement. This is based on your personal union with Me, do not waste the time here in talking to others and spending time doing things that will cloud your mind and keep you away from Me. You want your mind to be open. You want your mind to be focused on top of the mountain.
Husbands and wives should still share intimate time with one another. Husbands and wives should be united always in deep oneness in their hearts with Me. I want this time to be a special time for the couples, for it is in this strong love union of the couples that My Movement will be strengthened through your deep love for one another. I always ask them to stay united in everything that they do. This is not to say that they are not to be private in their prayers. Deep within there is a connection always no matter what they are doing. They unite especially at this time with one another in all the prayers of the weekend, in the Morning Offering and all the prayers to feel this deep connection. For in your union in Me it will help to bring down great grace for the Church, the world, the priests and your Movement and the Holy Spirit Center. Your families - this is the time to pray especially for your families, for your families are very close to you and they need you to be strong and to lead them. I ask you to pray for one another, husbands for wives - wives for husbands - husbands and wives together praying for the children. And for the handmaids and the servants and apostles and for Fred.
I ask you to pray for the children of the Church, for Mary’s children that they will be children of light. I have gathered you here today out of great love for I want you to be the soul that comes to Me, that longs to be with Me. Would you not give great favors to the one that comes and loves? This is a great lesson to learn that when you come in love the other will not refuse you. It is a lesson I wish you to learn. It is the lesson of love.
I have called so many to this Movement. I have called them to come in a deeper capacity. The person I have called is Walter to help with the store in Florida. And I am asking all gathered to pray for him. I am asking him to deepen his commitment to the Shepherds of Christ. I am asking all of you to realize that there are special people that I have sent to you, to help you and you must show them your love. You must pray for them. It is great love to pray for these people. It is the gift of love that you give in your prayers. You want to love as I love. I loved all to My death on the cross.
It is a time now to bring in more and more associates. It is a time now that you pray fervently that more prayer chapters are begun in the churches. For even three and four praying before the tabernacle will help to turn that church into a little city of light. I cannot stress this enough. You must encourage the people that you know, the people in the churches to pray the prayers, for it is for their benefit that they pray the prayers because I have attached such tremendous grace to My prayers.
My chosen, special ones, I end this discussion with this thought: I want you to focus on My Sacred Heart. I want you to see It as a fire. I want you to see the burning embers of My Heart, the golden light, the white heat of My love. I want you to gaze at Me often in the Monstrance. I want you to use the materials that I have given to you especially Blue Book II and to open to any message, that I will speak to you of My burning love.
This is a time of renewal for you that you will be renewed and drawn ever closer to My Heart. I will outpour My grace on the Shepherds of Christ Movement and on you, My married couple leaders. I thank you.
My handmaids and servants, I thank you.
My beloved Fred, I thank you.
My president, messenger, priest and all apostles who have given their lives so selflessly, I thank you. I want to take you to the depth of My Heart. I want you to pray fervently for the intercession of My Mother. I am with you today.

March 26, 1996Messenger: I came to All Saints Church before a beautiful Monstrance of gold that contained Our beloved Savior. He was adorned in light, the altar beneath shone with the brightest light and the cross behind was entirely silhouetted with the same celestial light. I was overwhelmed with the presence of God and cried deeply from the awe of it all.
To be so aware of the Almighty God truly present in His splendor and glory--to know the presence of God, to see the glistening of the gold and the light and reflection of the cross behind Him--my beauteous love--words do not exist to describe the rapture of a heavenly embrace! I cry because of the immense awe within my being to know Him. God truly present in His majesty and glory and oh, God, I behold the presence of a heavenly court. You opened wide the heavens and lifted up the veil and I knew You in Your splendor and glory. I behold God, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
"I am the Way, the Truth and the Life." He is the Almighty God. He shows us the celestial lights with which He will light this earth. Many must surrender their hearts to His Heart and Mary's heart. It is in surrendering, the Spirit will move in the hearts of men and the light of God will shine on the darkened earth. Not with a light that you comprehend, but a light that is divinely granted--a light beyond all lights, a vision beyond all visions. It takes the surrender of minds and hearts to God. The Spirit cannot move in us when we are in control. Surrender and give Him our heart and He will make us fishers of men.
We are His apostles in the Shepherds of Christ Movement. He is sending us out into the world to light the hearts with His burning love. We are chosen by Him and He is giving us abundant graces to grow in our union with Him. He will light this world with His burning love. Our hearts must be open. We must surrender and let go and reach beyond the senses, reach with our hearts. Pray for faith, pray for the vision of God.
Note: I cried all through this writing, having the presence of God and being in great ecstasy to behold Him. May God touch your heart and may His Spirit move within you. May you be filled with the grace of God to surrender and let Him accomplish a great work within you.
And I was filled on high with His miraculous light and He reached down and spoke within me. I was filled as never before and knew the presence of God, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
Note: As I finished, the bells at All Saints Church rang at 9:00 A.M. As I began to experience the immense splendor, the bells of 8:00 rang. Words do not express anything that I saw or experienced or know from this ecstasy. This was the greatest and the first of three visions, which defined clearly to me our role in the Shepherds of Christ Movement. Jesus defines clearly the role of Fr. Carter in this great mission given to him by the Father.
For Fr. Carter from Jesus:
To him who has eyes to see, they will see - not with earthly vision, but with the eyes of faith, and to him who has ears to hear, he will hear with the fluttering of the Spirit moving within him.
I am the Way, the Truth, and the Life. I am the Almighty God. I say to the rocks to fall and they fall and to the grass, grow, and it grows, and to the sun, shine, and it shines. I give to you My love in these letters. Filled with My love, you will conquer this earth, not with weapons and powder or force, but with fires of My love. The fire will wipe out the hatred in the cold hearts and the earth will be covered with My celestial light. The earth will rock and I will appear in the heavens adorned in power and glory and the contrite hearts will be saved. I came to separate the sheep from the goats, the light from the darkness. I come and no one pays Me heed.
To you, My beloved son, Father Carter, I have sent you on a mission to spread this fire that will cover this earth. The hearts of men will turn from their sick and desolate ways to hearts gentle as a little lamb.
There will be one flock and one Shepherd and My staff will rule over all. Hearts consecrated to Our Hearts will lead the light across the earth. This light will be a light of intense brightness, brighter and hotter than any light from a flame. It will be the fire of God's love. The Spirit will move in the hearts of all consecrated to My Heart, and you will know how fire truly spreads, for the love of God is a fire. It is vibrant. It is encompassing. It is smoldering, burning deep within and speedily spreading on the outside. No fire on this earth can ever describe the burning embers that burn from the Sacred Heart of Jesus. No fire burns like the fires coming from My Heart and hearts filled with the love from the Sacred Heart of Jesus.
I have written your name, Fr. Carter, in My Heart, never ever to be blotted out and this earth will be renewed with the fire of God's love through you. You are My beloved priest-son, forever, according to the order of Melchizedek. Most holy and most sacred are your hands that consecrate the Host and write My precious newsletter for My beloved priest-sons. You are never unguarded. You are held within the deepest chamber of My Heart, and you will spread My love to the priest-sons of this earth.
I am Jesus. You will spread My love to all souls on this earth. I love you with the tenderest burning love. I am Jesus, your beloved Savior.
Excerpt from The Spirituality of Fatima and Medjugorje Book - "Fatima: the Setting":
On October 13, 1917, there were more than 70,000 people gathered in the Cova da Iria in Fatima, Portugal. They had come to observe a miracle which had been foretold by the Blessed Virgin to three young visionaries: Lucia dos Santos, and her two cousins, Jacinta and Francisco Marto. (1) Shortly after noon, Our Lady appeared to the three visionaries:
As the Lady was about to leave, she pointed to the sun. Lucy excitedly repeated the gesture, and the people looked into the sky. The rain had ceased, the clouds parted, and the sun shone forth, but not in its usual brilliance. Instead, it appeared like a silver disc, pale as the moon, at which all could gaze without straining their eyes. Suddenly, impelled by some mysterious force, the disc began to whirl in the sky, casting off great shafts of multicolored light. Red, green, blue, yellow, violet--the enormous rays shot across the sky at all angles, lighting up the entire countryside for many miles around, but particularly the upturned faces of those 70,000 spellbound people.
After a few moments the wonder stopped, but resumed again a second and a third time--three times in all--within about 12 minutes. It seemed that the whole world was on fire, with the sun spinning at a greater speed each time.
Then a gasp of terror rose from the crowd, for the sun seemed to tear itself from the heavens and come crashing down upon the horrified multitude.... Just when it seemed that the ball of fire would fall upon and destroy them, the miracle ceased, and the sun resumed its normal place in the sky, shining forth as peacefully as ever.
When the people arose from the ground, cries of astonishment were heard on all sides. Their clothes, which had been soaking wet and muddy, now were clean and dry. Many of the sick and crippled had been cured of their afflictions. 2
The above describes the great miracle which brought to conclusion the series of apparitions of Our Lady of Fatima which took place six times, from May to October 1917. The Miracle of the Sun was the sign God gave to the world in proof of the authenticity of the apparitions. The event was reported in newspapers around the world.
With one exception, Mary always appeared on the 13th of the month, above an holm oak tree in the valley named Cova da Iria. The only deviation from the 13th was the August apparition. During this particular month, Mary appeared to the children near the village of Valinhos on August 19. The children were in jail on the 13th of that particular month. The mayor, in an attempt to stop the events, had had the young visionaries kidnapped and imprisoned, but fearing violence on the part of the people, he soon released them.
Since the apparitions of 1917, millions of pilgrims have come to Fatima.

The October 13 vision was accompanied by the great Miracle of the Sun described in the previous chapter. In her message that day, Our Blessed Mother told the children:
I am the Lady of the Rosary. I have come to warn the faithful to amend their lives and to ask pardon for their sins. They must not offend Our Lord any more, for He is already too grievously offended by the sins of men. People must say the Rosary. Let them continue saying it every day. 17
Mary speaks: I am Mary, your Mother and I have asked you to come to this place this day. We will speak to you in the rosary. I ask you to have an open heart and to listen, to listen as my Son speaks to you, to give your heart to Him that you will grow more and more in this deep union with Him, for He loves you so much.
I appear in Clearwater, Florida, to lead the souls to my Son, Jesus, to His Eucharistic Heart. I love you my children, I love you. I am Mary your Mother. I come to you today.

"I wish to share with you part of a message which Jesus gave us on October 13, 1994. The message tells us about the expansion of the Shepherds of Christ movement:
'My beloved priest-companion, today I come to you with another mission. I am asking you to establish Shepherds of Christ Ministries. At My request you have already begun the priestly newsletter, "Shepherds of Christ", and the prayer chapters, Shepherds of Christ Associates...
'I am giving you this message on this day, the 77th Anniversary of the Great Apparition at Fatima, because of the close connection between the Shepherds of Christ movement and the Fatima message. The Fatima message is centered in devotion to My Heart and My Mother's Heart, especially in consecration to Our Hearts. Shepherds of Christ Ministries is also centered in devotion to Our Hearts. I will use Shepherds of Christ Ministries as a great instrument in helping to bring about the triumph of the Immaculate Heart and the reign of My Sacred Heart. When this occurs, My Church and the world will be experiencing the great era of peace promised by My Mother at Fatima.
'Today, then, October 13, 1994, the 77th Anniversary of the Great Apparition at Fatima, marks the birth of Shepherds of Christ Ministries. I pour forth the great love of My Sacred Heart to all. I am Jesus, Chief Shepherd of the flock.'
