Titus 3:1-7 General instruction for believers
Remind them to be obedient to the officials in authority; to be ready to do good at every opportunity; not to go slandering other people but to be peaceable and gentle, and always polite to people of all kinds. There was a time when we too were ignorant, disobedient and misled and enslaved by different passions and dissipations; we lived then in wickedness and malice, hating each other and hateful ourselves.
But when the kindness and love of God our Saviour for humanity were revealed, it was not because of any upright actions we had done ourselves; it was for no reason except his own faithful love that he saved us, by means of the cleansing water of rebirth and renewal in the Holy Spirit which he has so generously poured over us through Jesus Christ our Saviour; so that, justified by his grace, we should become heirs in hope of eternal life. This is doctrine that you can rely on.
Psalm 23
Yahweh is my shepherd, I lack nothing.
In grassy meadows he lets me lie.
By tranquil streams he leads me
to restore my spirit.
He guides me in paths of saving justice
as befits his name.
Even were I to walk in a ravine as dark as death

Jesus speaks: My child, I write to you as thus stated in this Psalm, if you fall into a pit and are covered with tar I am with you in this suffering.
The failure of the world to respond properly to the Lady Clothed with the Sun has saddened My most Sacred Heart. For a period of over 80 years they have ignored the Lady of Fatima.
Your world will indeed suffer, for how is it that God is unable to even communicate to man?
The evidence and proof of Our Lady of Fatima has been given, but many of you have not responded to her wishes. The rosary is barely said by so many Catholics. It is one hour-in-and-out on Sunday for many Catholics. The bell tolls for you My earth. Especially for the land of plenty, America. I will not tolerate the lack of response to the Lady appearing in Clearwater any longer. You will begin to suffer in little ways and you will not even realize your ignorance. I give to you a permanent sign in the Lady on the building. I send a messenger which you ignore, I give proof in rainbows and tapes and messages, but you lack faith. Private revelation is a part of the life of the Church, to discount private revelation is not to live in the truth.
For four long years, now, I the Good Shepherd have sent My Movement to lead the flock into one fold through consecration. You have persecuted My messengers and taken all authority away from My priest as one who supports these messages. I have been handed over to men that have gagged My mouth, when I spoke the truths for your world.
I am very sad for your world. The fine line you were once on has almost disappeared.
You, My beloved earth, cannot ignore the Lady of Fatima and her pleadings and her wishes.
I am God. You must consecrate your hearts to Our Hearts and pray the rosary. All who ignore her will walk a line that is dimmed with dark smoky light.
The secrets into the mysteries are revealed to the merest children. You are not the children of Mary you should be, many of you, for you will not come to her Immaculate Heart.
Oh My children of Eve, you offer such a tainted sacrifice, your prayers are so blemished. You cannot ignore the pure Heart of Mary Immaculate, your Mother. You are children.
I ask the Church to study the image in the building in Florida, I ask them to study the image next to Our Lady of Guadalupe. This My men is your sign. The Queen of the South appears on the heel of the state of Florida to crush the head of the serpent, but you do not see. When I sent the fires you ignored Me. On July 5, 1998, the world was consecrated to the Hearts of Jesus and Mary as I requested that morning at 5:00 a.m.

The fires that once raged July 4, 1998, were then snuffed out by a gentle rain. The consecration of the world to Our Hearts from the site in Florida was the saving grace for your state blazing up in fire. You do not heed the warning I give in the elements, you do not listen to the gentle love letters I send, you do not obey your Mother that has appeared and appeared since Fatima.
You will learn of the gift you have been given in the Eucharist through pain and suffering. I wish the churches open with perpetual adoration, I wish people remaining after Mass, praying after the reception of the Eucharist.
I am God and I am ignored, you do not honor, worship and adore Me as you should.
You disobey the Commandments. I am not the center of your lives. You have so many gods, the greatest is your money. You live for the all "holy dollar", but I cannot even get funds from the squandering men to help to reach the world with the priestly newsletter and prayer books to pray for the renewal of the Church and the world.
You have ignored the vision of My Mother in Florida, you have persecuted the messenger, you have continued exactly as you are and refused to listen when I have sent My messages of love.
My Mother appeared hundreds and hundreds of times to lament her little lost children and to deliver Rosaries from the Hearts of Jesus and Mary.
I wish these rosaries circulated and prayed. I wish the prayers in My manual recited by all the earth (Shepherds of Christ Prayer Manual).
The time is nigh as Mary said on December 19, 1996, two days after she was noticed on the building, December 17, 1996.
My earth, I wish you to study the picture of Our Lady of Guadalupe as it appears with the image of Mary on the building in Clearwater.
These two images of Mary are permanent images I give to this world.
I am, I repeat, disgruntled at the lack of support and help to spread the priestly newsletter centered in consecration.
I am saddened in My Heart why you will not even study the prayers I give you in the manual.
You are far too busy to pray. You will not pray the litanies and Seven Sorrows because you do not want to. You will not pray the prayers of consecration because you have closed your ears.
My men, you must pray for the priests and the renewal of the Church and the world.
God will not grant abundant grace to a nation, country and world that continues to act as you do, living in so much sin and refusing to pray.
I have begged and pleaded as the Sacred Heart of Jesus, I have sent letters of love, I have given revelations never revealed before on the face of the earth, I have given the prayers of the Good Shepherd and the priestly newsletter.
I have given to you a sign, the Lady appearing on the building in Florida.
The Father gave a message January 18, 1997, one month after Mary was discovered on the building. I wish it to be printed here.
January 18, 1997 Message
God the Father: My Dear Children,
I am the Father. My plan is unfolding through you, My beloved priest, Fr. Carter, and Rita and the core group in the Shepherds of Christ Movement.
I tell you all to read the accounts concerning Noah. Nowhere in history has God been offended as He is this day by this sinful world. You will suffer a fate for the offenses against God.
Mary appeared at Fatima to warn you, the sinful children, how they were offending God, but you did not listen. The war did not change the hearts of many evil men.
I warn you through My beloved daughter, Mary. You did not heed her warnings. Disobedience against the Mother I gave you displeases Me greatly. Mary is the Mother of all children. Mary is a gift from Me, but you are willful and abuse the gift I send you.
You do not make reparation to her Immaculate Heart; you continue to offend her. I will not tolerate the deeds of evil men any longer.
My plan will unfold. Any disobedience to these messages given by Me, My Son, or your Mother Mary will cause Me great displeasure.
I am the Father, the Almighty God, the Alpha, the Omega; you are a sinful people, a chosen race sinning against a loving God.
I am angered at your ways for they are not My ways, you have run amuck, you have offended your God, you have disobeyed your Mother and My beloved Son who died to save you.
I will act on all who continue in such sin. The sheep will be separated from the goats; the goats will receive punishment for their deed. Heaven and earth will kiss, there will be love in all hearts, justice will prevail and My children will be children of light, children that obey as I intended from the beginning.
Oh indeed My sweet messenger, I look to the earth and see the darkness, I see the disobedience of men against their Mother. I know the deeds committed and the evil in the hearts of so many. Justice will prevail and I will wipe out the earth. Only the children of light will remain, those who have given their hearts to their Mother Mary.
Do you think I send your Mother Mary as a messenger to be disobeyed by willful children? What do you think about at night, the cat, the dog, the fish? You don't know love. You don't love God or one another. This is My command to you, to love. You are a sinful, willful race, and the devil will vanish from the hearts of the children of light for they will be under the protection of her Immaculate Heart, the other children will be wiped off the face of the earth.
Disobey My messenger, ignore your Mother, ignore the Son in these messages. Ignore My Son who died for you.
Oh you sinful people filled with pride and disobedience, I give you the directions here to turn your hearts to love.
My Son has revealed Himself as never before in history into His tremendous love for men and you treat Our gift with such indifference.
I am angered at the lack of support to spread the messages of My Son's love for all.
You worry for funds, worry more, I am God the Father, the Almighty God. You disobeyed Mary, you disobeyed Jesus, now you will disobey Me?
You must obey My directions, the directions given through My Son, Jesus for the unfolding of the Father's plan.
No longer will I wait while willful men check and deliberate and disobey.
My plan will unfold through the Shepherds of Christ Movement.
I am talking through these messages given by My Son and Mary to tell you how to accomplish this task of carrying out My plan.
You must obey. The directions are given in these messages to spread the fire of God's love across this earth, to renew the Church and the world.
Because of willful men these messages have been held in check.
I am God, the maker of all things. You have made money your god. I want obedience, the funds will come when you obey all of the directions I have given to you.
Anyone who interferes with these messages will be removed.
These are the messages I give to the world. Fr. Carter's newsletter will teach the priests, all they need to know to be holy, loving priests.
Many priests are not loving, they are cold in their hearts. I will instruct the clergy through the newsletter.
My Son is the Chief Priest and Teacher. He has taught the world the secrets of His Heart through the writings of Fr. Carter and Rita, to go to men to check the value of these writings displeases Me.
You must have faith, you must study the entire revelations given here. You are not valuing My great gift to you.
I am the power, I am God, to the ends of the earth, I will be with you. My plan will unfold. You must think big, not on a human level. You must come to Me.
Our Father who art in heaven, hallowed be Thy Name, Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven.
I am telling you to circulate the tape of January 13 (1997) as soon as possible. This tape must be released to the world. It is the message to go with the apparition on the building in Florida.
You must make every connection with Mary's message given December 12 (1996) and the messages given by Mary with the apparition of her on the building in Florida.
Time is very short and My patience is very thin. I will strike the earth and the evil men will scatter and there will be a reign of peace where men will love God as I intended. The evil men will be chastised for I sent your Mother to warn you and you disobeyed. I gave My Son as a sacrifice and you treated Him with indifference. I am angry at the creatures on this earth. I will lessen the chastisement if you make reparation to the Immaculate Heart of Mary.
Oh willful children, you disobey your Mother, you are unloving and willful and your ways are evil. You are a sinful race.
I am sending water, rain to quench your thirst, My beloved children of light; I am sending fire to burn the fields for the sinful children, they will suffer drought and will fall to the ground dead, they will know fire, they will know the wrath of God. For I speak and I am ignored.
I am using the Shepherds of Christ Movement to majorly carry out the plan begun at Fatima. Every day lost is a lost day. I give to you Rosaries from the Hearts of Jesus and Mary as your directions to help the plan unfold. Circulate these rosaries to all chapters and stress their importance.
The tape of January 13 (1997) is important to the world. The tape must be circulated with the apparition in Florida and the messages typed and put on the Internet with the rest of the messages I have given. The connection must be made between the apparition and the Shepherds of Christ Movement.
Satan will attack you strongly, he will create division and give messages through other visionaries to get you off coarse. You must obey My directions given in these messages to help bring about the completion of the Fatima message.
I will weed out anyone interfering with My plan.
I will tell you when you have deviated from My plan, do not taunt My messenger, this displeases Me. Read the messages for direction and obey them.
The directions given are strong to correct a sick world. You must quit focusing on the messenger and obey Me.
I am the Father, these are My messages to bring about the reign of the Sacred Heart of Jesus and the triumph of Mary's Immaculate Heart.
You think of money and miss the gift given. You are men bolted to the earth. You must obey Me. I have all the power.
Jesus speaks: I wish the earth and the Church to respond to these messages.
You have not responded. Unless many respond you will suffer and you in your ignorance will pass it off as a happening.
My shepherds came in the dark night.
Luke 2:8-14
In the countryside close by there were shepherds out in the fields keeping guard over their sheep during the watches of the night. An angel of the Lord stood over them and the glory of the Lord shone round them. They were terrified, but the angel said, 'Do not be afraid. Look, I bring you news of great joy, a joy to be shared by the whole people. Today in the town of David a Saviour has been born to you; he is Christ the Lord. And here is a sign for you: you will find a baby wrapped in swaddling clothes and lying in a manger.' And all at once with the angel there was a great throng of the hosts of heaven, praising God with the words:
Glory to God in the highest heaven,
and on earth peace for those he favours.
Jesus speaks: I give you the song of October 7, 1994, the feast of the Holy Rosary.

Revelation 22:10-21
This, too, he said to me, 'Do not keep the prophecies in this book a secret, because the Time is close. Meanwhile let the sinner continue sinning, and the unclean continue to be unclean; let the upright continue in his uprightness, and those who are holy continue to be holy. Look, I am coming soon, and my reward is with me, to repay everyone as their deeds deserve. I am the Alpha and the Omega, the First and the Last, the Beginning and the End. Blessed are those who will have washed their robes clean, so that they will have the right to feed on the tree of life and can come through the gates into the city. Others must stay outside: dogs, fortune-tellers, and the sexually immoral, murderers, idolaters, and everyone of false speech and false life.'
I, Jesus, have sent my angel to attest these things to you for the sake of the churches. I am the sprig from the root of David and the bright star of the morning.
The Spirit and the Bride say, 'Come!' Let everyone who listens answer, 'Come!' Then let all who are thirsty come: all who want it may have the water of life, and have it free.
This is my solemn attestation to all who hear the prophecies in this book: if anyone adds anything to them, God will add to him every plague mentioned in the book; if anyone cuts anything out of the prophecies in this book, God will cut off his share of the tree of life and of the holy city, which are described in the book.
The one who attests these things says: I am indeed coming soon.
Amen; come, Lord Jesus.

Messenger: The first Song He gave to me on October 7, 1994, was to be played at Communion, October 8, 1994, at Our Lady of the Holy Spirit Center. Later that afternoon Mary was to appear at the Falmouth farm.
WORDS - A SONG FROM JESUS
I come to you with greatest love,
I am your loving Savior.
I am your God, I died for you, I come to you this day.
I love you, Jesus.
The years have gone on, almost 4 1/2 years since the beginning of the Movement and the priestly newsletter.
Besides distributing the newsletter to all bishops and priests in the U.S., internationally we have reached about 210 bishops and 4 cardinals and many, many priests with the newsletter in about 90 countries.
We have spread out to the world, but the response that the Lord wished is so very small.
I fear for the lack of response in Florida to Mary's image and for the way we have been blocked there.
All of us in the Shepherds of Christ have given personal funds to do what Our Lord has asked us to do.
We operate on donations only. It costs about $800 a day to pay the rent on this image building, and we are very lucky if we receive $200 in donations a day at the site there.
It is most costly to send newsletters and priestly newsletter books air mail around the world. It is indeed a miracle that from a handful of apostles we have been able to distribute more than 1 million newsletters, plus prayer manuals and books, and thousands of rosaries and tapes to the world.
Many of the apostles have given their lives to the Movement, they do Shepherds of Christ work only. Just to put the daily message on the Internet each day is a major operation.
We have spent our lives trying to get these messages to you to help to bring about the Reign of the Sacred Heart and triumph of Mary's Heart.
I am not complaining, for I love Our Lord and Our Lady so much and I want to do as they have asked.
It is very upsetting, as it was at both Our Lady of the Holy Spirit Center and at Falmouth, to hear the warnings of Our Lord for weeks before and then to experience the "big boom" when no one responds.
It is very upsetting to hear God say what He says and then to watch the chastisement that follows.
I fear for the world for ignoring Mary in Clearwater. To me it is now another period of intense pressure, as it was regarding Our Lady of the Holy Spirit Center and the Falmouth, Kentucky site. Will His hand go down again?
I write as a messenger of God.
I state clearly, we must obey the Lady of Fatima.
When Our Lady appeared July 5, 1994 - September 5, 1995, almost every day, the cry was for her children that would go to hell.
She begged me to get the consecration and rosary meditations in the schools.
I was blocked until August 1996 and even today so few have responded. They say the rosary is too long for the school children.
The students at one school have spent endless hours practicing for the school play. Included are Freshman, Sophomores, Juniors and Seniors. A 15 minute rosary is not too long for youth.
If Mary tells us what we must do to have peace, we must obey her as her children.
Please request the book, A Gift, A Warning and A Solution and circulate it. Emphasize the picture on the front cover. The world must respond to Our Lady of Fatima in the Americas and the Good Shepherd. Will you help us reach the world with the priestly newsletter and the prayers? Will you pray the prayers yourselves, especially at 6:30p.m. and will you help us circulate the rosary books to others, including school children?
Thank you for responding to Their request to pray for the priests. Help renew the Church and the world through the consecration of your hearts to the Hearts of Jesus and Mary and through prayer, including the rosary.
