Prayer for Grace for our Country

Dear Father united to Jesus in the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass, the Sacrifice of Calvary sacramentally made present, celebrated around the world, in the Holy Spirit. We offer up all we do united to the Mass. We unite in one mind and one heart as members of the mystical body of Christ, with Christ our head in the pure and holy Hearts of Jesus and Mary, through the powerful intercession of Mary with all the angels and saints and souls in purgatory, and we beg for the saving grace, for our country, the United States. Please help us. We further pray for unity to always do the will of God in love. We spread the Blood of Jesus on the leaders and people of the United States and cast the devil into hell. We consecrate our country to the Sacred Heart and Immaculate Heart and all our dioceses, and beg for an outpouring of the Holy Spirit. God help us. We pray for our families, the priests, the Church and the world. In the Name of Jesus please hear us, we pray. We pray for our president and leaders. We pray that we are united as one nation under God to work together in love as God wants.

Words of Jesus to Members of
Shepherds of Christ Associates:

"My beloved priest-companion, I intend to use the priestly newsletter, Shepherds of Christ, and the movement, Shepherds of Christ Associates, in a powerful way for the renewal of My Church and the world.

"I will use the newsletter and the chapters of Shepherds of Christ Associates as a powerful instrument for spreading devotion to My Heart and My Mother's Heart.

"I am calling many to become members of Shepherds of Christ Associates. To all of them I will give great blessings. I will use them as instruments to help bring about the triumph of the Immaculate Heart and the reign of My Sacred Heart. I will give great graces to the members of Shepherds of Christ Associates. I will call them to be deeply united to My Heart and to Mary's Heart as I lead them ever closer to My Father in the Holy Spirit."

- Message from Jesus to Father Edward J. Carter, S.J., Founder, as given on July 31, 1994,
feast of Saint Ignatius Loyola, Founder of the Society of Jesus (The Jesuits)

Prayer for Union with Jesus

Come to me, Lord, and possess my soul. Come into my heart and permeate my soul. Help me to sit in silence with You and let You work in my heart.

I am Yours to possess. I am Yours to use. I want to be selfless and only exist in You. Help me to spoon out all that is me and be an empty vessel ready to be filled by You. Help me to die to myself and live only for You. Use me as You will. Let me never draw my attention back to myself. I only want to operate as You do, dwelling within me.

I am Yours, Lord. I want to have my life in You. I want to do the will of the Father. Give me the strength to put aside the world and let You operate my very being. Help me to act as You desire. Strengthen me against the distractions of the devil to take me from Your work.

When I worry, I have taken my focus off of You and placed it on myself. Help me not to give in to the promptings of others to change what in my heart You are making very clear to me. I worship You, I adore You and I love You. Come and dwell in me now.

Feast of Body and Blood of Jesus

Song: I Am the Bread of Life

R. One message that I got after Communion. My whole attitude must be that of love. My rudder is the commandments and His Word. When I tell myself I do not have to obey the commandments, I am implementing my own will. I give to God this gift. He is the Bread of Life. We must focus on the top of the mountain. Satan will attack vehemently before prayer. Peter denied Jesus. Jesus said, “Do you love Me?” The end is, if we love Jesus we can endure all things for Him. He gives messages to direct the Movement. The one who acts in God’s name, who acts for the honor and glory of God, will survive. I will resume the weekly rosary at the Morrow Center. Your attacks will be tremendous, focused to stop you. You must pray hourly.

Song: Why do We Hurt the Ones We Love?

R. June 14, 1998

The title of this is “Why do We Hurt the Ones We Love”. Focusing on self. It is the devil’s tool to get us down. We need to discuss some problems, sometimes to get at the root of the problem, to see the workings of satan in the Movement. We need to stay focused on Jesus. How can we solve problems about ourselves and be selfless? There is the element of blame. We cannot control the lives of others. We are responsible for ourselves and how we are acting. However, there is authority and obedience. There is the authority of a parent and the obedience of the child. This is essential for the child’s spiritual life. So many parents have spent their lives teaching a child obedience concerning the picking up of the house, the washing of hands and the caring for earthly needs, but neglect totally to care for the child’s spiritual needs.

Jesus: I give you this message, My troubled messenger, first to thine own self be true. Your life must be rooted in the commandments and the Word of God. You must live by the Truth. Sometimes I speak through others to help you. Satan gets in, in a crack, a hole in the apple and burrows his way to the core, trying to get you to focus on yourselves and drive you from the top of the mountain. A person in authority, a leader in the Movement, the head of the priests, the handmaids, the Centers in the Movement must address issues that are damaging to the Movement. Many times I have given messages to My messenger which she did not wish to discuss with the singular parties. These messages were given as warnings to avert a serious problem to the Movement and addressing the issues, serious problems have been averted and addressed. You are being purified.

I am using your lives as a work table to set up the rules necessary for family living according to the Father’s plan. In a family there is a seal of intimacy between a husband and wife and the children. Other children, other parties, other relatives, may come and interfere with the basic family boundaries. I give you these rules. Once a child has left the family to live on their own, they should not return to interfere with the basic functioning of the family. Many families take rights that are not theirs which cause tremendous problems. The children are born and raised in a family environment. The parents are given by God for the physical and spiritual upbringing of the child. Every parent has a responsibility before God to raise the child.

Division is created by others many times not living in the designated family setting and entering the family living center with rights and advice that are not or no longer theirs to give.

The sanctity of marriage is guarded by God. But because sin has entered the hearts of so many, there are many very complicated situations.

In the Shepherds of Christ family there are heads and leaders. Each person assumes an active role as a member of the family. Every person in authority acts in God’s name. They do not act to have power or authority. They act to be the servant of God. Every person in authority should frequently read this message. Your leaders and apostles have been taught by Me through the messages to be an example to the world, to expand as a family operating as the Father has intended. I give this Word from My Scriptures.

1 Corinthians 15: 20-28

In fact, however, Christ has been raised from the dead, as the first-fruits of all who have fallen asleep. As it was by one man that death came, so through one man has come the resurrection of the dead. Just as all die in Adam, so in Christ all will be brought to life; but all of them in their proper order: Christ the first-fruits, and next, at his coming, those who belong to him. After that will come the end, when he will hand over the kingdom to God the Father, having abolished every principality, every ruling force and power. For he is to be king until he has made his enemies his footstool, and the last of the enemies to be done away with is death, for he has put all things under his feet. But when it is said everything is subjected, this obviously cannot include the One who subjected everything to him. When everything has been subjected to him, then the Son himself will be subjected to the One who has subjected everything to him, so that God may be all in all.

Jesus: You must, My shepherds, pray for the grace to speak in My name, always for God’s honor and glory. This is your determining factor. Do I speak in God’s name or my name only? Will this give greater honor and glory to God? Satan will work in the Movement to divide your family (meaning the Shepherds of Christ family). Satan will work undercover and try to facilitate wrong doings and the dealings of family members.

Anything against the Truth must be dealt with immediately. Any person acting in the Shepherds of Christ name must adhere to the absolute truth, which is why I have restricted any materials that is to be published must be approved by Fr. Carter. I do not wish the publication of any undiscerned, unreviewed material in any way. I do not wish these materials to be given to the priests. They are the messages I am giving to run the Movement and are not approved for Church study until they have been released by Fr. Carter as ready for the Church.

Every person selected by Me as a leader or apostle is given these materials to help advance in the level to run the Movement. They are not for circulation in their present family (meaning our family at home) until approved by Fr. Carter. Each person selected by Me and agreeing to be a leader must secure these materials and realize the great calling I am giving them as a messenger for Me. The messages are given through Fr. Carter and Rita. I have extended the messengers to this body of people and they are to consider themselves as the responsible group of messengers helping to reach the world for Me. The messengers are now a body of chosen few which hold the undiscerned material for their private use of running the ministry. This entails strict guidelines.

I am purifying the leaders, the apostles. Your souls are being purified. The dirt in your hearts is being removed through a gentle scrub brushing administered by My hand.

You have progressed, My shepherds. You must see yourselves as a loyal family of the Father, pulling together to bring the Reign of My Heart to all hearts. You must not discuss the inner workings of the Movement with those outside the Movement. You must always advance upward in authority when faced with a problem.

Please, My shepherds, focus always on My Word and the events of giving honor and glory to God. Address the issues that will tear your Movement apart. You must report such things to those in authority. Many personal problems can be settled in the chamber of My Heart.

An absolute rule for speaking and being silent cannot be given. You must not discuss the Shepherds of Christ problems or confidential material with anyone outside of the Movement unless directions are given from Fr. Carter or Rita from the messages. Any discussion of interior problems with outsiders will tear the Movement apart. Be leery of Satan working in a conversation when you begin to take a person into your confidence. It is important that you discern which members are loyal members that you always discuss problems upward. These rules can be applied to all family settings, religious orders, the Church and the world. Loyalty is important to a family setting. I am molding you in the lines of perfection as the Father’s holy family living according to His will.

Please, all leaders, study this message and pray for guidance to control yourselves. Speak the Truth when the Movement is in jeopardy or the Movement is under attack by satan.

You must see the world as one, see all as members of the Father’s family. Your attempt is to help bring about oneness in the world according to the Father’s plan. You are to live in strict adherence to the commandments set by God, living according to what is right, weeding out what is wrong.

Pray for prudence and wisdom and understanding. Pray for the seven gifts of the Spirit.

I am so proud of you, My shepherds, I am proud of the leaders. I am proud of your founder, your messenger, your leaders of the sites. I am watching you advance in your spiritual life to great heights as you live and dwell in Our Hearts. I am watching you fall and learn and get up as I did on the way to the cross. I fell three times. Peter, the head of the Church, denied Me three times. “Do you love Me, Peter?” “Yes, Lord”. I say to you every time you fall and you fail, “but do you love Me?” I give you a victory.

June 6th. Come out of your tombs. “Now I give you a victory and you will run back to the cave, close the door and do what inside? Sit on a stupor and let the world go by as before.

There isn’t a safe rock. It is only in Me. You cannot be affected by the words of men. I speak to you My message and give you the Word of God and the commandments. The Word and the commandments are your truth. They are your truth. You are under the Pope. You have not veered from the Truth. Why do you whence and become fearful when I am God and I have all the power?”

Come to Me and share your pain and offer it for the ministry. I am indeed with you in all your struggles. Love one another. Be loving. Be likened to Me. I teach you My ways. I am love. Speak not of human discourses but of the things of God. Discourses into the understanding of the things of God. Guard your hearts and work on loving one another. Love is the answer. You must see each other as one. Unite, operating as one unit, operating as the Father’s family in love. You must own up to your faults, as ugly as they may seem to be. Pray the Prayer for Union with Jesus all through the day and love. end of June 14, 1998

R. He told me to pray the Prayer for Union with Jesus. God must increase in our hearts, selfishness decrease. Put God first! All for the honor and glory of God. Build the Kingdom of God. But we always have to stand for the Truth. And then I received this quote from Romans: 8: 18.

In my estimation, all that we suffer in the present time is nothing in comparison with the glory which is destined to be disclosed for us,

R. Suffering is our lot if we are to follow the Lord. We must stay focused on the interior sweetness of the soul and have the time to hear and to listen to Him. He found favor with my soul and gave me great gifts. It did not mean I did not have a long way to walk, to walk in holiness. He walked the long walk to Calvary. He fell under the cross. He got up and He walked again.

The Resurrection of Jesus from the Dead

l. Hail Mary
2. Hail Mary

3. R. A message from Florida, April 1st of last year.

April 1, 1997

Jesus: You are the leader. There will be no one in line behind you. You may be on the hill and look around and no one will appear to be near, but I am there in the silence of that moment. Know I am with you. The Father and the Holy Spirit are with you. You are one with My Mother and are surrounded by angels and saints. end of excerpt

4. April 1, 1997 continues

Jesus: The world is blind and they do not see. You must see with spiritual vision. See the world beyond. It is real. You are not alone. I am with you at every second, watching you and controlling your breath.

If you cease to believe, who will be the leader? All I have called through you must realize they are the leaders. No one may appear to be near, no one is in line behind you. end of excerpt

5. April 1, 1997 continues

Jesus: You must be constantly motivated by faith. It comes down to this – it is your belief. For, if I call you and you do not hear Me, then My work will not get done. For I am calling you and you can plug up your ears, but souls are being lost at this very moment that you can be helping through your faith. You must have fervor in your prayers. end of excerpt

Your descendants will gain possession of the gates of their enemies. All nations on earth will bless themselves by your descendants, because you have obeyed my command.’

4. R. Our Lord said that almost every rosary that we should read the ten commandments and listen to the Word because those are the truth by which we live.

The Ten Commandments

1. I, the Lord, am your God. You shall not have other gods besides me.
2. You shall not take the name of the Lord, your God, in vain.
3. Remember to keep holy the Sabbath day.

7. Jesus: And so My beloved ones, it is by faith that you will move ahead and that you will conquer and that many souls will be helped through the work that you do. But it is the work of the evil one the constant pressure to hold you back and to snare you on your way. I am Jesus and I cry out to you, do not be focused on the faults that you feel within yourselves, but focus on My love and My life alive within you. I am the Good Shepherd and many will know Me through the work that you have accomplished in this Movement.

8. R. He ascended into heaven and He left the Apostles behind. But a quick review of the events, we see Christ as He falls under the cross on the way to the cross that He mounted which led to the great victory. We see Peter at the same time denying our precious Savior. And at the same time Our Lord makes him head of the Church. Is it not that we are tainted in our ways and that we too fall under the weight of the cross? But it is in rising that we too will make it to the end line. It is not in staying under the cross and saying, “this is too hard.” For as we lurk under the cross there is not any saving power that goes through us. There are many that will be touched through the work that we do. And the only way that we can be stopped is by giving in to the attempts of satan to try to stop us. This is indeed a great battle on the way to the great victory in which many souls will know God and the Sacred Heart of Jesus will Reign on this earth and many will know their Mother as never before and live in her heart.

9. Jesus: I do not ask you for the impossible but I ask you for this, My beloved shepherds, I ask you, “Do you love Me?” As I asked Peter, “Do you love Me?” And I asked him again, “Do you love Me?” And I asked him again. No matter what the pressure is in your life, I ask you to hear Me speak to you and say to you, “Do you love Me?” And then proceed ahead with that love burning within your heart for Me. Hear the words that I speak clearly to you, “Do you love Me?” Get up from under your cross. Stand on your feet and live men. It is in Me that life will come alive inside of you. “Do you love Me? Do you love Me, My beloved apostles?”

R. Peter was not there when Christ suffered so much and he slept in the garden. He denied Him. And Our Lord asked him three times, “Do you love Me?” Look at Jesus hanging on the cross. See the blood covering His body and in the greatest trials and stresses the one question goes through our mind, Jesus speaking to us and saying, “Do you love Me?” And in that moment as we kneel and we are pressed on and it seems as if the world may cave in around us, we know the presence that we felt of Our Beloved Jesus in the Eucharist and this truly is our God. No matter what crumbles or falls around us, we see the brow of our Savior, we see His smile as He looks at us. We see the light as it flashes around Him for He truly is the light and within our heart we feel the comfort of the Holy Eucharist, His precious Body and Blood that He gives to us and we know that in that moment when all tears feel as if they cannot even be held back we see Him, and we hear Him say to us, “Do you love Me?” We know the presence of the Almighty God, our God, Jesus Christ, truly present in the Eucharist.

10. R. I knelt beneath the cross and I knew that it was in great agony not knowing if it was a cross of my own making or a cross that actually was and I heard Him speak to me and He said to me, “Do you love Me?” And I was one in that moment with Him. In that moment when I receive Him in the Eucharist, His precious Body and Blood and I called out loudly to Him and I said to Him, “This is my God, my only God, and though I fall and stumble on my way in my heart

is this one underlying fact that unites me to Him. It is that I truly love Him with my whole heart and my whole soul and I act for His honor and glory and I hear His words as He spoke to me and He said, “Do you love Me? Then act how you would act for Me that you love.”

The Descent of the Holy Spirit upon the Apostles

l. R. And a great wind came and the Holy Spirit descended upon them. This is how it is. The light dawns and it is the most comforting feeling within our soul when God gives to us a great insight. It is the joy of the soul. All of the ice cream, all of the pleasures of this earth cannot compare with the joy within the soul when the Spirit lingers over our heart and we are given insight into knowledge of Him.

2. R. Is it the dirt or is it the balcony? And if it is the balcony why can’t we stay there? Why do we end up in the dirt? It is such a struggle. Did we pick the white or the black card? I thought I picked the white card and I still ended up in the dirt. So why is it, my Almighty God that it seems to be so hard? And He speaks to me and He says to me –

Jesus: You are not perfect. Neither are those people that you deal with perfect. So if they expect perfection of you, it is their fault for they are not perfect and you are not perfect. But it is in the recognition of your faults that you are becoming more and more likened to Me. And you must see that you live always by the Truth, always under the authority of the Almighty God, that you operate under Him, that you are living for the honor and glory of God. This is the end purpose. Not that you are operating in your name, but that you are operating in His name. And as you fall and as you will be attacked, My beloved shepherds, and you will suffer greatly for you will be persecuted. You must stand in the Truth. You must carry the white flag. You must get up from under the cross. You cannot run into the cave, close the door and sit on your stupor. You must have faith and you must proceed ahead for you are men tainted by the sin of Eve and you must go to the heart of the woman. And is it the dirt or is it the balcony? And why is it the dirt when you want the balcony so bad? And how did you get the black card when you thought you picked the white one? You are under severe attack by the evil one. I am telling you the way, that you will be able to withstand his attacks. But you must listen to Me and you must realize that you are men tainted by the sin of Eve and the question that you ask yourself over and over again is, “What do I do for the love of my God. He is my God, the one true Almighty God.”

R. And I looked up and I saw before me the consecrated Host and in tears I cried out to Him, “This is my God.”

3. Jesus: Did you choose the white card? Did you choose the black card? Did you think you chose the white card and got the black card? Did you end up in the dirt? Did you go to the tabernacle today? Are you saying your prayers? Have you spread the Blood of Jesus on your children? What is it My men, you are men, you are in battle and you are at war. But in your heart is the glories of the Almighty God. And you know what it is to go through that door and to see the glistening light of My love and My life behind that door and you know the presence of God. And you know that this is the Truth. You must know that you are men and that I am with you. I will walk with you as you walk through your struggles. But you must not stay under the cross. You must get up and move on and on as I did on the way to the hill of Calvary.

4. Jesus: If you knew at what hour the thief would come, you would have hid the possessions so he could not get in. But the problem with it is men, is that you do not know the unknown, that you must put all your faith in Me and that within your heart that there is that underlying desire and love of God to operate always for His honor and glory in the Truth.

5. R. Dear Holy Spirit, please descend upon us and fill us with the fire of God’s love that although we are taunted, although we are pressed on, although sometimes we do not always operate in the Father’s will and those around us do not operate in the Father’s will and there is great conflict in our lives. Give us all the grace that we need in order to make it through those hardest moments and to get up from under the cross and to proceed ahead to the victory line, to that line in which God will be the God of the men on the earth. We are called by Him to help to lead the souls to the Heart of Jesus. And the devil does not want us to do this.

6. Song: You are Mine

7. Jesus: I love you. I love you. I love you. I love each and every soul that is present. There cannot be division in your heart. There must be that unity of all moving toward the finish line in which the Sacred Heart of Jesus will Reign and the Immaculate Heart of My Mother will triumph.

8. Jesus: If I allow you to be tested and tested and tried, finally will your thoughts in your heart always focus on Me? For I know within your heart is your deep love for Me. But you must be tried in order to come to that finish line in which I am the all-perfect purpose of your living and your being.

9. R. And I looked up and I saw Him in the consecrated Host and I said to Him, “This is my God.”

10. Hail Mary

Song: One Bread, One Body

The Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary into Heaven

l. Jesus: You cannot focus on the actions of men. You must focus on Me. You must keep your eyes forever on Me. I am Jesus. I have sent you into the desert that many will know the watering through the great grace that I am giving to them through the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass. You are the bearers of My Word. You are the ones that will immensely lead the priests to the great Altar of Sacrifice in which they celebrate the Mass with consecrated hearts. And there will be life giving streams of running water. You are My chosen ones. Do not be afraid. Do not be scared. Walk fearlessly into the dark night and the light will follow you on your way.

2. Jesus: I know that it is such a struggle for you many times. I am asking you in the struggle that you turn to the Holy Scripture, that you read the Word of God for it is there that you will be fed. It is there in the messages that I have given to you, the messages in the Blue Books and the messages on the Rosary tapes that you will hear the word that I speak to you, that you will be brought back to your focus. But in the end, it is this, that you must ask yourself. Do you love God? And at every moment you are operating for that reason, for the love of God. When it is hard, when things are happening around you that you do not understand, your end purpose is always that you operate for the love of God, that you operate in love. Pray, My men. Pray as never before for with the onset of the building, the devil greatly wants to stop you. Do not be afraid. Proceed steadfastly ahead. I am Jesus. I am with you.

3. Jesus: You at the top, you must be united. You must be one in Me that you are praying with the greatest fervor. At this time, do you not recognize the attacks of the evil one to get you from your focus, that you are not focused on Me in your prayer? You must learn to love with all your heart, to love all men, to speak always with the tone of love. You must focus on God and always speak with the tone of love. If you must enforce the rules that I give to you, you must do it with the gentleness that I demand of you as a child of God. Be obedient as I showed you. Bringing in evil to provoke those over you and start division and chaos is sinful.

4. R. And I felt as if I could not hold the tears back and I looked up and I saw before me the consecrated Host and I said strongly within my heart, “This is my God and I love Him.”

5. R. Do we know how the boat rocks in the lives of others? Itis in living according to the Father’s will that all will be united as a well-oiled machine. This is of major importance that we spread the consecration to the far ends of the earth, that all will live in the Hearts of Jesus and Mary and operate according to the Father’s will. But at this time, there is such sin in the world and it is very difficult when so many do their own will and we too fail many times to do the will as He intends us to. So it is this, our underlying concern that we consecrate our hearts, that we consecrate our hearts with our family, with our friends and that we try with all of our might to live in the Father’s will at every moment in love.

6. R. I see the Two perfect Ones, the Heart of Jesus and the Heart of Mary. I see them as He hangs on the cross and as she stands below. He was battered. He was bruised. He was covered with blood. He, the Son of God, all-perfect, the Almighty God. The Blessed Virgin Mary stands beneath the cross, her heart perfect, perfectly conformed to the will of the Father. She is the sorrowful woman as she stands there. And I see an invisible heart, an invisible sword that has pierced her heart.

Jesus: Although you are sorrowing, My beloved ones, that does not mean that you are not doing the will of God. You may suffer. You may be persecuted. But the more you dwell in My Heart, the more you will go to the world and your hearts will be filled with joy. Accept suffering as the way to Me. I walk the walk to the way of Calvary. And you too, if you walk in My footprints, will carry the cross. But you must learn to carry the cross in joy. You must learn to loveas I loved on the way.

R. Jesus ascended into heaven and Mary was taken into heaven. The victors, the ones in the Book of Revelation are those that dwell in the perfect Hearts of Jesus and of Mary.

7. R. I know that yesterday it was a great gift when we smelled roses and Fr. Carter was singing the song. And it was a great gift when I read the message from Mary and I smelled roses again. I know that she is very close to us and in this mystery, let us thank God on this special feast of Our Lord, the Precious Body and Blood of Jesus, that we have been given these great graces to know Him in the Eucharist. Think of what it would be like to not have the Eucharist and to have it and be blind, and not even know the great gifts that He has given to us. On this special feast day we come to you, Our Beloved Savior and we thank You for the gift that You have given to us by giving us the grace to know You most intimately in the Holy Eucharist.

8. Jesus: I ask for a grateful heart. I ask for a holy heart. I ask for a heart that is more conformed every day to the will of the Father.

9. Jesus: But in no way are you to feel that you are the top, that you are the authority, that you are the end. All in this Movement are being conformed more and more to the will of the Father and living under My foot.

10. R. This is the secret to know that we are not perfect. This is the secret to know that we are always learning more and more and being tested in fire, and being purified in that special oven in which our hearts are being turned more and more to be like His Heart. This is our test, that we do not give up no matter how hard we are pressed, no matter how much the duress, that we proceed ahead and that we keep our focus on Jesus, the Lord of Hosts, for He is our God. We are disciples of Jesus. Learners of His way.

We go to the Altar of Sacrifice, the mountain to come in which so many graces will flow as the Altar of Sacrifice where the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass is offered through the hands of consecrated priests. We hear the Father say, “This is My Beloved Son in whom I am well pleased. Listen to Him.” He’s speaking to us. He is the Word. He is speaking in these messages. He is unveiling the Scriptures and speaking to us in plain talk. This is a great gift He is giving to us.

The Coronation of Mary as Queen of Heaven and Earth

l. R. This is from Genesis.

Genesis 22: 16-17

‘I swear by my own self, Yahweh declares, that because you have done this, because you have not refused me your own beloved son, I will shower blessings on you and make your descendants as numerous as the stars of heaven and the grains of sand on the seashore.’

2. Revelation 12: 1

Now a great sign appeared in heaven: a woman, robed with the sun, standing on the moon, and on her head a crown of twelve stars.

3. R. Focus on the image of Our Lady on the building in Florida and think of them at this moment on the site and the people coming. How is it that so many people do not even recognize the image of Our Lady on the building? How could they be so blind that they do not even realize that she is truly there?

4. R. And He spoke and spoke and spoke at the Holy Spirit Center and I went down there in such fear. A lady, and I went in there and I kept telling them that He was saying this, this, this and this. And then the corner of the building fell off and they still didn’t believe me.

5. R. It has been a long journey since that 1994 but I wish to say today that I wish to give my heart completely to the Hearts of Jesus and Mary, to put aside all of those things and to start anew, fresh in the Hearts of Jesus and Mary with the ife of God being pumped deeply into our heart and our soul, that we may proceed ahead with the greatest fervor to help to bring about that great triumph of her Immaculate Heart.

6. R. It is a great gift that He has given us this Movement and that He has revealed to us the insight into consecration and on this special feast day, Jesus, we thank You and we love You. And we thank you our heavenly Mother for drawing us ever closer to the Heart of your Beloved Son.

7. R. It is a great struggle that I came to this rosary today. And Our Lord told me clearly in my heart that He wishes me to come on the Sundays from now on but that we will be met with great opposition in order to continue this rosary. But that great grace is given to the world and for our Movement when we pray on Sunday. And it is especially a great pleasure for Him that we pray here because it is the Sabbath Day and He wishes us to keep this day holy.

8. Jesus: Stand by the tree and let the rain and the wind beat against your brow. And I hear you whine and I hear you cry and I see that you are weak and I say to you, “Come into My Heart, My child, for in there, there is great strength, love and I am waiting for you to make a home of great peace for you in My Heart.”

9. Song: I Am Your Sacred Heart

Jesus: I am alive. I am alive. I am alive and I am with you this day. Do not be afraid. Do not be pompous and filled with pride. Come to Me as a little helpless child of the Father in the arms of your beloved Mother and I will take you into My Heart. I will hold you and I will comfort you. And you will know that you can proceed ahead to help to bring about the great Reign of My Heart on this earth. Do not be afraid. I send you the Holy Spirit that you will be filled with the fearlessness to proceed ahead. Pray with all your hearts and love one another. Do not expect perfection of any of My messengers. You are all My messengers gathered here. If any of your family or anyone in your lives look at you and demand perfection of you, do not pay attention to what they say to you. Try with all your heart to love God, to serve Him, to live by the commandments and to live according to My Word. But you do not have to be perfect. You must try always to be perfect. But anyone that is demanding perfection of you should look at themselves. I am Jesus. I am calling you to My Heart. It is there that you will be lead deeper and deeper into sanctity and holiness.

10. Hail Mary

Song: Our Lady of Fatima

Excerpt from Response in Christ by Fr. Edward J. Carter, S.J.

The Sacraments and the Mass

    2) The Mass lived out

As the Christian lives out the Mass, he is consequently daily laboring with Christ in furthering the work of the subjective redemption. This is so because Christ’s sacrifice was a redemptive act, and the Church’s reliving of this act in the Mass is also redemptive. In this regard we must remember that the entire universe – not merely man – has been redeemed. The nonrational and rational world alike await the furthering of the redemption. St. Paul tells us: “From the beginning till now the entire creation, as we know, has been groaning in one great act of giving birth; and not only creation, but all of us who possess the first-fruits of the Spirit, we too groan inwardly as we wait for our bodies to be set free.” (Rm 8:22-23).

How does the Christian help Christ redeem the world? (Henceforth the term “world” is to be understood as including both rational and nonrational creation.) As previously stated, the Christian helps Christ redeem the world by reliving Christ’s mysteries. The same “events” or mysteries which accomplished the objective redemption further the subjective redemption also. Since at the heart of Christ’s mysteries are His death and Resurrection, it is especially these that the Christian must relive. As the Christian dies mystically with Christ through loving conformity with the Father’s will, he rises with Christ to an ever greater share in the Resurrection, in the newness of life, in the life of grace. As the Christian in this manner relives the paschal mystery of Christ, he is accomplishing not only his own redemption, but he is also, in a mysterious yet real manner, helping Christ redeem the world.

Although Christ’s life was summed up in death resurrection, it also included various other “events” or mysteries. Each of these in its own manner contributed to the redemption. So it is with the Christian’s life. His participation in Christ’s death-resurrection must be “broken down” into the other mysteries of Christ’s life.

The Christian must always remember that he carries away from the Mass not only the Christ of the death and the Resurrection, but also, for example, the Christ of the hidden life and the Christ of the public life. As the Christian lives out his Mass in the exercise of his Christ-life, all these various mysteries should therefore be present.

Before we give examples of how the Christian can relive these saving events of Christ’s life, it is well that we first distinguish the two different levels on which the Christian assimilates the mystery of Christ.

Christ, through His death and Resurrection, has transformed us. This transformation is a “new creation,” a new life of grace. Through our baptism we are initiated into this life and consequently we exist as new creatures. As long as we possess the life of sanctifying grace, which is our share in the mystery of Christ, we are living according to this new existence whether or not this life here and now incarnates itself in a concrete, supernatural act. In this sense the life of grace, the “new creation,” is fundamental, radical and transcendent, a share in the transcendent holiness or mystery of God Himself.

However, God expects that our life of transcendent holiness incarnate itself in concrete supernatural acts. It is in this respect that we speak of reliving the various mysteries of Christ through specific supernatural attitudes and acts. This may also be called imitation of Christ, but with a certain precaution, namely, that the imitation in question is to be considered primarily as interior rather than exterior. By this we mean that although the Christian can to a certain extent imitate Christ according to what was His external mode of conduct, it is primarily through adopting the mind of Christ – His interior dispositions – that the Christian puts on Christ. With this said we now offer suggestions as to how the Christian relives the mysteries of Christ whose presence and transforming influences have been encountered in the eucharistic liturgy.

For instance, each member of Christ, whether he be bishop, priest, religious or layman, can accomplish much of his redemptive work by an intense reliving of Christ’s hidden life. Certainly our heavenly Father would have us learn a great lesson from this fact, namely, that His Christ lived out so many years of His earthly life in a hidden manner, doing the ordinary tasks of the ordinary man. In assimilating this particular mystery of Christ the Christian must say with Rahner: “Let us take a good look at Jesus Who had the courage to lead an apparently useless life for thirty years. We should ask Him for the grace to give us to understand what His hidden life means for our religious existence.”36

Christ did not lead only a hidden life, but a public life also. All vocations within the Church are likewise called upon to reproduce this part of Christ’s life in some manner. One aspect of Christ’s public life that should be common to all Christian vocations is the selflessness, the constant concern and love for others which Christ constantly and vividly displayed. This concern for others cost Christ much in fatigue of body and mind. Nevertheless, He continuously gave Himself completely to others.

Another characteristic of the public life which all can imitate is that of Christ as witness. Here, then, we reemphasize within our present context that which was stated in an earlier chapter concerning the Church’s continuation of Christ’s prophetic role. Christ was a witness to the Father, a perfect manifestation of the Father’s truth and love. He bore this witness not only through His formal teaching but also through His actions, His attitude, His gestures. All members of Christ are called to give witness also. The Christian’s entire life should be a witness to the truth he holds. The world comes to know Christ through the Christian. Schillebeeckx comments on this aspect of being witness: “Our life must itself be the incarnation of what we believe, for only when dogmas are lived do they have any attractive power. Why in the main does Western man pass Christianity by? Surely because the visible presence of grace in Christians as a whole, apart from a few individuals, is no longer evident.”37

St. Paul sums up the redemptive work of Christ under the mysteries of death-resurrection.38 These are the principal mysteries which the Christian must assimilate from the eucharistic liturgy and reproduce in his own life. More and more the Christian spiritual life is being considered as a process of death-resurrection. It is obvious why this is so, for if Christ’s entire life was summed up in His death-resurrection, so also is that of His members.

Christ’s death and Resurrection are so closely united that they are two facets of one mystery rather than two separate mysteries.39 It is likewise with the Christian. The death aspect of his supernatural life is intimately connected with his life of resurrection, and in various ways. For instance, his very life of grace is his life of resurrection, but his continual growth in spiritual death – death to self will in all its numerous manifestations – is achieved through grace. Consequently, the Christian’s life of resurrection always accompanies his life of death. We also see the two connected more obviously in the sense that a growth in the death element always results in a growth in the resurrection element.

The daily life of the Christian, then, is a combination and antithesis of death-resurrection. As he gives himself in love to the Father’s will, manifested to him in so many ways, the Christian is achieving both death and resurrection. Christ’s ultimate goal, as man, was His Resurrection. Resurrection, a greater share in the divine life through grace, is also the goal of the Christian.

These few remarks give examples of how each member of the People of God is called upon to relive Christ’s entire life as centered in death-resurrection. More could be said. But we think our remarks have sufficed to indicate how the Christian is to live out these various mysteries of Christ. Moreover, let it be recalled that all the mysteries ultimately make up the one mystery of Christ.

What we have said thus far applies in general to all vocations. But since there are different vocations within the Church, we must also say that each of these projects Christ in a somewhat different manner. Each Christian must study how in particular he is called to put on Christ. Essentially, of course, all put on Christ in the same manner. Yet there are accidental differences according to the vocation, work and individuals involved. For instance, the lay person, in general, is called to a deeper involvement in temporal affairs than is the religious.

Each member of Christ, according to his particular vocation, work and personality, has something special to take away from the Mass.40 Each Christian, as he lives out the mystery of Christ, projects Christ to the world in his own way. Each Christian, as he himself grows in Christ-likeness, is also helping Christ to redeem the world in a manner commensurate with his total Christian person. For holiness is necessarily apostolic whether the Christian at any particular time is engaged in an external apostolate or not.

Each Christian, according to God’s plan for him, must have a vital and dynamic desire to help Christianize the whole world. Perhaps he can do very little through direct, external apostolate. But his prayers and sacrifices – indeed, his entire life – can touch the whole world. Through an intense Christian life the individual can help Christ further the redemption of the family, the business world, the social structure and the like. The Christian is called to have this deep desire: to see the whole universe imprinted with the name of Christ. How true it is to say that the Christian’s vocation, rooted in the liturgy, calls for deep involvement in this sacred activity.41

In schematic outline we have discussed the manner in which the baptized Christian extends his Mass to his daily existence. As he so lives out his Mass, he is becoming more Christlike. He becomes a more perfect priest and victim for his next participation in the eucharistic sacrifice.42 The beautiful cycle which the Mass contains lies exposed before us. As part of this cycle the Christian is intimately involved in the process of continued redemption. The Mass is the center of the Christian life: “. . . the liturgy is the summit toward which the activity of the Church is directed; at the same time it is the fount from which all her power flows.”43

Guiding Light - Reflect on the Word
Inspiring Homilies Covering Cycle B of the Liturgical Year
$ 15.00 plus postage

Guiding Light homily series - Reflect on the Word - Cycle B —  The Word leaves an impression on our souls. In my thoughts and reflections are born a more tangible understanding of these eternal concepts presented in the Gospels and the readings. Anyone can read a sentence, but not anyone can absorb it's true meaning. Truth, in this day and age, is almost a matter of opinion or individual entitlement. We believe that Christ's truth is our Roman Catholic Church. We, as priests, champion it's teachings; we are ambassadors for the Pope and Christ to those faces looking at us. We are the light by which our congregation reads to reflect upon real truth and we do it hand in hand. $15

Guiding Light - Steadfast to the Son
Inspiring Homilies Covering Cycle A of the Liturgical Year
$ 15.00 plus postage

Guiding Light homily series - Steadfast to the Son - Cycle A — The sunflower is a great example of how we should be steadfastly guided by light. What a powerful thought that this exceptional plant is not stuck in one pose day in and day out, yet adaptable and magnetized to the sun. We feel the same about our Son. Our heads turns to face Christ as each day presents its challenges to find light. We join together like plants in a field and soak up the Son through the pulpit. We are a warm circle of strength using the wind of our breath to carry our priests' words, Christ's words, to new rich soil. $15

Guiding Light - Feed My Soul
Inspiring Homilies Covering Cycle C of the Liturgical Year
$ 10.00 plus postage

Guiding Light - Feed My Soul
Inspiring Homilies Covering Cycle C of the Liturgical Year
$ 15.00 plus postage

Guiding Light - Feed My Soul - Cycle C — In a world rapidly advancing and encouraging personal gain, we are faced with modern problems. There is a challenge to find time in our busy schedules for Sunday Mass or a family meal. We are able to research, shop, bank and even work without hearing one human voice. It is no wonder that we may often feel disconnected and famished at our week's end. In Fr. Joe's third book of homilies from Cycle C, we are reminded of the charity that Christ intended us to show each other. We have a calling to turn the other cheek and be the Good Samaritan to others. We are rewarded with the Father's kingdom and love when we are not worthy. We are not left alone or hungry. $15

Guiding Light - Focusing on the Word
Inspiring Homilies Covering Cycle B of the Liturgical Year
$ 15.00 plus postage

Guiding Light - Focusing on the Word - Cycle B — At times we may feel that our path to Christ is a bit "out of focus". Like the disciples in the Book of Mark, this ordinary life clouds our vision of Christ's Divinity. We may doubt the practicality or possibility of applying His teachings and example to our modern life. Cycle B's homilies are a "guiding light" to help us realize Jesus' Messianic greatness and His promise of better things to come. $15

Guiding Light - The Word Alive in Our Hearts
Inspiring Homilies covering partial year of Cycle A by Fr. Joe Robinson
$ 10.00 plus postage

Guiding Light - The Word Alive in Our Hearts. - Cycle A (partial) Homilies by the Reverend Joe Robinson given at St. Boniface Church in Cincinnati, Ohio. It is a tremendous honor Fr. Joe has allowed us to share these great gifts with you – for greater holiness and knowing more and more about God. $10

Priestly Newsletter - 2000 #1 - CD. - Christ is Our Strength - Fr. Edward Carter, S.J. read it the year he died. It is so beautiful. "This brief passage contains one of the greatest lessons of the spiritual life. As we progress along our spiritual journey, we become increasingly aware of how weak we are in our-selves, but how strong we are in Christ. To experience our weakness involves suffering. The degree and kind of suffering can vary. The suffering can include the experience of the classical dark night of the spirit as described by St. John of the Cross. One of the main purposes of the dark night is to make a person keenly aware of his or her helplessness without God." quote by Fr. Carter from the newsletter $10

Priestly Newsletter - 2000 #2 - CD. - Suffering: A Source of Life - Fr. Edward Carter, S.J. read it the year he died. Fr. Carter knew suffering that year. His voice is so powerful as he read each Newsletter from his heart and soul. "Every man has his own share in the redemption. Each one is also called to share in that suffering through which the redemption was accomplished. He is called to share in that suffering through which all human suffering has also been redeemed. In bringing about the redemption through suffering, Christ has also raised human suffering to the level of the redemption. Thus each man in his suffering can also become a sharer in the redemptive suffering of Christ–." quote by Fr. Carter from the newsletter $10
