‘At that time Michael will arise–the great Prince, defender of your people. That will be a time of great distress, unparalleled since nations first came into existence. When that time comes, your own people will be spared–all those whose names are found written in the Book.
‘Of those who are sleeping in the Land of Dust, many will awaken, some to everlasting life, some to shame and everlasting disgrace. Those who are wise will shine as brightly as the expanse of the heavens, and those who have instructed many in uprightness, as bright as stars for all eternity.
Hebrews 10: 11-14
Every priest stands at his duties every day, offering over and over again the same sacrifices which are quite incapable of taking away sins. He, on the other hand, has offered one single sacrifice for sins, and then taken his seat for ever, at the right hand of God, where he is now waiting till his enemies are made his footstool. By virtue of that one single offering, he has achieved the eternal perfection of all who are sanctified.
When these have been forgiven, there can be no more sin offerings.
Mark 13: 24-32
'But in those days, after that time of distress, the sun will be darkened, the moon will not give its light, the stars will come falling out of the sky and the powers in the heavens will be shaken. And then they will see the Son of man coming in the clouds with great power and glory. His Burning Heart
R. I was alone in All Saints Church after Mass and Communion, in front of the tabernacle, when I saw the Sacred Heart. It was red around the outside, then a layer of yellow and then the brightest light in the center. I felt heat and it looked like an open furnace.
I thought about it all day and it instantly gave me peace and warmth in my heart. This is the purpose of these lettersto draw hearts to the ardent on-fire love of Jesus. I received the following message that day:
"Open your heart to the fire of God's love. He is ablaze in your heart. He wants to dwell in you and love you and others through you. Love God, yourself and one another and experience the fire set aglow in your heart and experience the warmth of His love."end of writing

I Watched You
Jesus: Oh, how I watched you, child. I watched you as I gave you each little sign of My love. I watched you grow in your faith and trust in Me. I watched you suffer and stood so close you could have touched Me, but you didn't know that this suffering would be that which led you to My tender love for you.
I watched you when you surrendered and turned your will over to Me and I watched you cry, knowing this was the most joyous day of your life. I watched you see visions of doors and knew you would want to go through those doors, but they were not the doors you thought, they were the doors I gave you for greater union with Me. I watched you, child, when you wrote down My first letter to you and I saw your confusion and joy, knowing what these letters would do to touch so many hearts.
I watched you, child. I watched you when I showed you My Heart and you were so warmed by this Heart and so awed by its vision, but you didn't know what this vision would mean for many to draw their hearts to My burning love.
I watched you surrender each time as you let go of each little thing, as you were dying to self. I watched you through this surrender grow closer to Me. I watched you grow in this deep love for Me, step by step. I watched our love grow as you gave more of yourself in prayer. I watched you, child, and I loved being ever closer to you.
I watched you struggle in such trials that you thought tomorrow would never come, knowing that this trial was what would give you more freedom and love for Me. I watched you learn each lesson through hard tests and I was so close while you struggled, but did not remove the struggle, knowing you would not learn your lesson if I had.
I watched you, child, through each joy and pain and I loved you silently, always with you, and you never knew how close I truly was to you.

From the day you were born, I watched you. Forever by your side, I guarded you, I loved you. I know the most secret desire of your heart far better than you yourself know. I know the Father's plan for you. I know the Father's love for you. I know the love poured on you from the Holy Spirit and how Mary is forever by your side.
I watch you, child, constantly guarding you and your ways and you do not know the love I have for you. You do not know how My Heart burns for love of you. And, someday, My beautiful child, you will know what I have in store for you, My beloved.
Come and be with Me. Grow in your love with Me. I never leave you, My beloved. Remember, I am forever watching you.

Some time between Ascension Thursday, May 21, 1998 and Pentecost, May 31, 1998.R.
I saw a vision of an open door, the light within it resembled the light of the vision of March 26, 1996 that can be found in the Apostles Manual (p. 34-36).
The open door was glistening with this reflective golden color mirror-like light. I cannot describe, as I could not describe concerning the 3 main visions, the first being March 26, 1996.
The closest light I can describe to this is the sun reflecting on the water at Tom's Farm but this too leaves an emptiness to its description.
There was a little white sheep at the bottom of the open, glistening door and the little sheep hobbled over a small threshold and went in.
The door was rounded on the top, no corners, like a semi-circle on the top, and the wall surrounding this door was black. The light I describe was within this door and peered out to me in the vision.
I heard our Lord over and over again cry out during this period, "Come out of your tombs, dead, dead, dead, you are dead."
I heard the words similar to the message of May 21, 1998.
I was walled in on all sides BARS a prison of my own making. I turned and there was a wall missing and I gaily walked into the free night and the sun followed me as I walked.
I hear Jesus speak: "I am the gateway that leads to freedom."
I know the sea of glass from the vision of March 26, 1996. I know the open door from the vision.
I know the Power, I know the Intimate Burning Heart of Jesus in the Mass.

E FEEDS THE STARVED SOULWritten after Communion:
R. There is a constant ache in my heart from the sufferings Mary has allowed me to experience. I desire, in my whole being, to help save souls. My every action is being used for this. An imperfect instrument I am, but I ask Him to use me and give myself entirely to this cause to help others to get to heaven and know His love.
I have had such a day, longing for Him and wanting the deepest union with Him, craving His presence in the Blessed Sacrament, begging to be fed by His adorable love. Nothing can satisfy me but His deep, burning love. I long and thirst for Him with a hungry heart.
The world is hungry for the love of our Savior. He feeds the starved souls and makes them whole. In Him, we are nourished with His words and His very own Body and Blood.
I love the Eucharist. I adore Him in the Eucharist. I hunger after Him.

Your mind is a wonder

You can choose periods of peace
You must have these periods of peace
with Me to have peace in your
soul.
Real peace is found in Me.
My Mother appeared on a busy corner
in a sunny state where it
doesn't snow.
She appears the lady clothed with the

and cars, fumes from the exhaust,
dug up grounds and then there is

is free and moving.
Are you stuck in the mud because

with Me?
Oh God loves you with an unquenchable

Today focus on My love.
Meditate on My Mysteries.
Keep your rosaries handy.
Pray the 9 Hail Mary Novena when
you are perplexed and needing
help.
Pray don't give into satan to talk
about things and think about things that
aren't true.
Count your blessings, focus on your gifts.
So many things are so wonderful in your
lives and then you have "one worry" and
that is what you focus on and talk about.
You have 100s of thoughts all day
so much works out and yet the
person will focus on one sordid
detail many days and they aren't
even sure of their one concern if
it will happen.
When you trust in Me
You are filled with light
Pray to the Holy Spirit.

You are so fixed, sometimes, on many
negative things, you open your
mouth and more negative
thoughts tumble out.
Stay focused on My love
Stay focused on your blessings
See how things are working out,
many times, instead of focusing
on how they "may" not work out
and thinking all those thoughts of what
could go wrong and dwelling on negative
things.
This is not telling you to ignore real
problems
in the course of a day many just
give into habitual negative thinking.
Along with all your efforts to think
positively you should get
proper rest and eat proper
food.
Sometimes you may receive help to
go on lesser sleep, but as a
whole you cannot skip every
day's rest and eat "junk
food" all day.
Take care of your mind.
Feed it with positive thoughts.
An old man ate and ate "junk food"
He was crabby, no one wanted to get
near him, soon he got several
diseases and he died.
Why would you feed your mind
"junk" thoughts?
You want your spirit vibrant
with life.

I give you so many gifts and take
care of you like a doting lover
then I watch you complain with
your negative thinking after I
give you all these gifts.
It wounds My Heart when I am so
good to you and you complain
untruthfully about others
who are really helping you.
You are ungrateful and I want the
truth.
Excerpt from September 5, 1999 message
Messenger: On September 5, 1995, I did a rosary before the Sorrowful Mother statue at a Shepherds of Christ meeting there (at Our Lady of the Holy Spirit Center). I was on retreat and felt immensely connected to God. My daughter video taped it.
On the Feast of the Sorrowful Mother, I was told to watch the video. A mist went over Mary. An audio tape is available concerning this information and a video tape of the mist. The audio tape is October 1, 1995, Love Songs and Messages. The video is A Mist Around Mary.
I sang, I Love You Jesus. I talked about the Trinity. The mist began in the lower right corner and went over Mary and ended there with I Love You Jesus.
I wish a copy of the words of the rosary be printed here while the mist was covering Mary. They are very important to Mary and our Lord.

Song: Oh burning Heart, Oh Love divine, how sweet You are to me. I see the Host, I know You're here to love and care for me.
Messenger: Be with Jesus in the Garden of Gethsemane, kneel beside Him, see the rocks, see His brown hair and His beautiful face. This is Jesus Christ, the Son of God. Be there and feel His presence and as you feel His presence, realize the presence of the Almighty God within your hearts: Father, Son and Holy Spirit. At this moment you are surrounded by Their divine love and your heart is burning within you as you kneel beside the Almighty God.
We do not realize how close He truly is to us, that He wants to be one with us, through Him, with Him, and in Him, that He calls us to this union, to this oneness with Him. As we meditate on the mysteries of this rosary, let us unite in this oneness with the Almighty God Who cries from every tabernacle in this world - cries out deep cries of His burning love and they fall on deaf ears - Who comes to us and gives us Himself in the Holy Eucharist and is ignored and forgotten and treated with such indifference.
Jesus Christ, the Son of God, Who waits in all the tabernacles of the world in the Sacrament of greatest love, waiting a prisoner for His beloved souls to come and to be with Him. As present as the day that He knelt in the garden, in His Divinity and His Humanity, He waits in the tabernacle and we kneel before Him in front of the tabernacle, as we imagine that we knelt next to Him in the garden. This is the love that the Almighty God has for us. He remains with us this day and is forgotten and ignored. He calls out to His beloved souls, "Come to Me, you are blind and you are deaf, you do not know the great gifts that you are given. I am waiting and waiting for you to come. Come to Me, My beloved souls, I long and thirst to unite in deepest union with you."
We search this barren desert for things to fill our starved souls, when nothing on the face of the earth will fill the starved soul but the love of God and He is waiting and longing and thirsting for us to come and to be with Him.
Oh, beloved Jesus, truly present in the tabernacle, give us the grace to realize this great gift we are given, to cherish every single moment that we are in the presence of the Almighty God, to never take this for granted, to thank You endlessly for the great gift You have given to us, the gift of Yourself, that You are truly present, the gift that You give us in the Holy Eucharist, and Your Heart was in such anguish in the garden, your Heart of deepest love for all the souls that would treat You with such indifference and negligence. Your Heart of burning love is so often ignored and forgotten. My precious One, let me help make reparation to Your adorable Heart for all that you suffered in the garden for Your beloved souls who have forgotten You.

Let the Holy Spirit Mold You into My Image
Jesus: I am Jesus, your beloved Savior. The Father loves you so much, My dear little ones, that He gave His only Son that you might have life and have it abundantly. I loved you, My precious ones. I was born a mere Human. I gave Myself, My Body and Blood for love of you. My Mother suffered by My side. She loves you with the most tender love. The Holy Spirit loves you with such love. He is forever ready to mold you more deeply into My image and lead you to greater love with the Father!
Oh, little loved ones, do you not see the love I pour out to you? I remain with you this very day in the Eucharist, no less present than the day I was carried in Mary's womb, no less present than the day I walked this earth. I remain with you, I come to you and give you Myself, I give you My Life in My Divinity and Humanity. I come into your body. This is the Sacrament of My greatest love - I give Myself to you in the Eucharist.
Oh, sweet ones, My Heart is open and on fire. See My Heart totally open and ablaze for love of you. I am the Sacred Heart of Jesus, the tenderest of all hearts I long and thirst for your love. I wait for you, My little ones, to come and receive Me in the Eucharist. I sit endless hours waiting for the souls I love to come and be with Me in front of the tabernacle.
My soul thirsts for the love of souls. I pour out My most tender love to you in the Eucharist. I long, I wait, I yearn for your love, My precious sweet ones. Oh, you do not know how My Heart suffered during My Passion for the souls that would reject Me and treat Me so coldly. The agonies I endured to love so much and be forgotten by so many souls I love so dearly!
Oh, I cry out with a loud voice so that you will listen to My pleading. I am Jesus Christ, the Son of God, I am on fire for love of you this day. As your body requires nourishment, your souls are fed by Me. I am the Bread of Life, he who comes to Me will never be hungry. He who believes in Me will never thirst. I give you My very flesh to nourish you. I give you My very Blood. I give you, My dear ones, My very self.
R. What can you get on this earth that can compare to God, truly present and dwelling with you? How much do you comprehend that God comes to you and enters your body in the Sacrament of the Eucharist? Do you realize what transpires at Mass? Bread and wine are changed into the Body and Blood of Jesus Christ, through the hands of His specially anointed priest. Do you cry to realize what is happening at Mass? God is truly present. Jesus is no less present than the day He hung on the cross, dying for love of you.
Jesus: I would die this day for you, My dear ones. I love, I love, I love. I am Love. You look, you wander, you roam.

Very carefully discerned by Fr. Carter
R. I came to All Saints Church before a beautiful Monstrance of gold that contained Our beloved Savior. He was adorned in light, the altar beneath shone with the brightest light and the cross behind was entirely silhouetted with the same celestial light. I was overwhelmed with the presence of God and cried deeply from the awe of it all.
To be so aware of the Almighty God truly present in His splendor and gloryto know the presence of God, to see the glistening of the gold and the light and reflection of the cross behind Himmy beauteous lovewords do not exist to describe the rapture of a heavenly embrace! I cry because of the immense awe within my being to know Him. God truly present in His majesty and glory and oh, God, I behold the presence of a heavenly court. You opened wide the heavens and lifted up the veil and I knew You in Your splendor and glory. I behold God, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
"I am the Way, the Truth and the Life." He is the Almighty God. He shows us the celestial lights with which He will light this earth. Many must surrender their hearts to His Heart and Mary's heart. It is in surrendering, the Spirit will move in the hearts of men and the light of God will shine on the darkened earth. Not with a light that you comprehend, but a light that is divinely granteda light beyond all lights, a vision beyond all visions. It takes the surrender of minds and hearts to God. The Spirit cannot move in us when we are in control. Surrender and give Him our heart and He will make us fishers of men.
We are His apostles in the Shepherds of Christ Movement. He is sending us out into the world to light the hearts with His burning love. We are chosen by Him and He is giving us abundant graces to grow in our union with Him. He will light this world with His burning love. Our hearts must be open. We must surrender and let go and reach beyond the senses, reach with our hearts. Pray for faith, pray for the vision of God.
Note: I cried all through this writing, having the presence of God and being in great ecstasy to behold Him. May God touch your heart and may His Spirit move within you. May you be filled with the grace of God to surrender and let Him accomplish a great work within you.
And I was filled on high with His miraculous light and He reached down and spoke within me. I was filled as never before and knew the presence of God, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
Note: As I finished, the bells at All Saints Church rang at 9:00 A.M. As I began to experience the immense splendor, the bells of 8:00 rang. Words do not express anything that I saw or experienced or know from this ecstasy. This was the greatest and the first of three visions, which defined clearly to me our role in the Shepherds of Christ Movement. Jesus defines clearly the role of Fr. Carter in this great mission given to him by the Father.
For Fr. Carter from Jesus:
Jesus: To him who has eyes to see, they will see - not with earthly vision, but with the eyes of faith, and to him who has ears to hear, he will hear with the fluttering of the Spirit moving within him.
I am the Way, the Truth, and the Life. I am the Almighty God. I say to the rocks to fall and they fall and to the grass, grow, and it grows, and to the sun, shine, and it shines. I give to you My love in these letters. Filled with My love, you will conquer this earth, not with weapons and powder or force, but with fires of My love. The fire will wipe out the hatred in the cold hearts and the earth will be covered with My celestial light. The earth will rock and I will appear in the heavens adorned in power and glory and the contrite hearts will be saved. I came to separate the sheep from the goats, the light from the darkness. I come and no one pays Me heed.
To you, My beloved son, Father Carter, I have sent you on a mission to spread this fire that will cover this earth. The hearts of men will turn from their sick and desolate ways to hearts gentle as a little lamb.
There will be one flock and one Shepherd and My staff will rule over all. Hearts consecrated to Our Hearts will lead the light across the earth. This light will be a light of intense brightness, brighter and hotter than any light from a flame. It will be the fire of God's love. The Spirit will move in the hearts of all consecrated to My Heart, and you will know how fire truly spreads, for the love of God is a fire. It is vibrant. It is encompassing. It is smoldering, burning deep within and speedily spreading on the outside. No fire on this earth can ever describe the burning embers that burn from the Sacred Heart of Jesus. No fire burns like the fires coming from My Heart and hearts filled with the love from the Sacred Heart of Jesus.
I have written your name, Fr. Carter, in My Heart, never ever to be blotted out and this earth will be renewed with the fire of God's love through you. You are My beloved priest-son, forever, according to the order of Melchizedek. Most holy and most sacred are your hands that consecrate the Host and write My precious newsletter for My beloved priest-sons. You are never unguarded. You are held within the deepest chamber of My Heart, and you will spread My love to the priest-sons of this earth.
I am Jesus. You will spread My love to all souls on this earth. I love you with the tenderest burning love. I am Jesus, your beloved Savior.

April 6, 1996
Holy SaturdayR. This is what I see when I see a vision. The rocks in the grotto Mary has appeared in glisten and they are sparkling. LINES are not defined, instead they are adorned in light. Saturday (April 6, 1996, Holy Saturday) I saw the whole wall adorned in the brightest light, St. Joseph was surrounded in this thick light, like comes from a fire, like a celestial mirror. I don't know how to describe it, it is as a mirror with light in it, but no light like our human eyes have seen. I looked at St. Joseph and he was pushing the Child Jesus out at us, the Baby coming out glistening in light. The statue of the resurrected Lord was alive. All the flowers were topped with this light. This is how it was and is now at All Saints Church. It is as if heaven has poured its light on the earth and it tops the flowers. All distinct lines are gone. In their place is light. So all I look at has a splendor.

R. I went to All Saints Church - saw with eyes unveiled- such an aura
of celestial light. I went to Communion, had the presence of God, wanted to cry so hard from the awe of it all. I was not feeling good and He wrapped me as only He can do in His heavenly embrace. My soul sang out and the vision began. My eyes now are still seeing with this effect. He, as it were, lifts up the hard, defined lines and I see with a celestial aura. This is what I see when I see a vision....
After Communion I had this immense presence of God. I knew a vision was coming. My vision gets a certain way. The distinct lines I see before me begin to disappear and are smudged with light.
Then I saw again the celestial lights of heaven. It was as though light was spilled from heaven and landed on the flowers and the corners of everything. The Eucharist took on an immense warmth and I knew God truly present in this room.
I saw with eyes unveiled in my soul and in the room. The room had a celestial aura, it no longer looked defined and clear. It was bathed in a gentle, celestial film and all I saw I wanted to tell to those around me. But I was so caught in His embrace that my mouth did not want to move.
Grace is being spilled on the earth. I have seen this celestial light come upon the altar of sacrifice, the monstrance and the cross. The vision on March 26 (1996) I will never forget as long as I live. The light is so thick and so intense as if the heavens open in these cracks of light and there is a depth far beyond that which any mind can envision.
The sky opened up and it rained down its grace. It opens when hearts are one in the Hearts of Jesus and Mary.

Promises of Our Lord to those devoted to His Sacred Heart:
1. I will give them all the graces necessary in their state of life.
2. I will establish peace in their homes.
3. I will comfort them in all their afflictions.
4. I will be their refuge during life and above all in death.
5. I will bestow a large blessing on all their undertakings.
6. Sinners shall find in My Heart the source and the infinite ocean of mercy.
7. Tepid souls shall grow fervent.
8. Fervent souls shall quickly mount to high perfection.
9. I will bless every place where a picture of My Heart shall be set up and honored.
10. I will give to priests the gift of touching the most hardened hearts.
11. Those who promote this devotion shall have their names written in My Heart, never to be blotted out.
12. I promise you in the excessive mercy of My Heart that My all-powerful love will grant to all those who communicate on the
first Friday in nine consecutive months the grace of final penitence; they shall not die in My disgrace nor without receiving
their sacraments; My divine Heart shall be their safe refuge in this last moment.

IN THE DEEPEST RECESSES OF HIS HEART
The place Jesus took me was into the deepest recesses of His Heart. I was enveloped in His burning love. It was a red room with heat and an intense glow. I was swept away in this embrace, and I only existed in Him. The power of the Almighty God enveloped me, and I only existed in Him. There was no fear, for I was existent in this Almighty Being. My heart was wrapped in the eternal embrace of this Supreme Being. The security, the power I know was His deep presence in which I existed.
I knew the room was red and warm. I knew His immenseness, but I felt my own completeness in Him. I did not feel little, as a speck, but elevated and empowered for I existed then in Him in a most special way.
I was overtaken by the love of God. The fire of the Holy Spirit filled me. I was absorbed by the love of the Father, and I existed IN Him and in the deepest recesses of the Heart of Jesus. Our heaven on earth is these inner chambers of His magnificent Heart - the Heart of the Almighty God, with all the power, with omnipotence, with the fire of the love of God. He took me to the deepest chamber of this fiery Heart, and in that moment, I touched eternity, for I knew what it was to be enveloped in the deep furnace of His love. I now want to exist in this chamber of His Heart, swept away in His burning love, absorbed in my every cell with His love.
We do not understand the fire of His love. We do not understand what it is to be absorbed by love itself. He took me to the inner, deepest chamber of His Heart, and I felt the heat and knew the presence of love itself, and there was no fear, only a feeling of completeness, omnipotence, all-embracing, penetrating love - a power indescribable in words, a saturation of my being in the presence of God, and I was as I was created to be - living in Him!
This is how I will forever live my life, saturated with His divine life and love deep within this inner chamber of His burning Heart, living in Him as He possesses my being, and I operate with His power in me.
Little creatures though we are, we are His, His power, His life, flowing through us. In Him, we are as the Father intended: one in Him, each one of us, dwelling in this fiery furnace of His love. With our fears quieted and our hearts empowered by His life, we live forever in Him - in the Heart of Jesus.
Let no man separate what God has joined together. I am wed in the deepest love with my beloved Spouse, wed to the Heart of Jesus. As I am, I am one in Him. I live and I breathe in Him. He, Who is love, He Who is our all, He Who is mighty and without limits, He Who is, He Who is God and as I live, He lives in me in this world.
I am wed to Him, and I shall not fear for He is God - one, complete, loving, God. Heart of Jesus, I place my trust in Thee. As I live, I live in Your most adorable Heart, the furnace of God's love!
