A Prayer for Intimacy with the Lamb, the Bridegroom of the Soul

Oh Lamb of God, Who take away the sins of the world, come and act on my soul most intimately. I surrender myself, as I ask for the grace to let go, to just be as I exist in You and You act most intimately on my soul. You are the Initiator. I am the soul waiting Your favors as You act in me. I love You. I adore You. I worship You. Come and possess my soul with Your Divine Grace, as I experience You most intimately.

Messenger: Include Our Lady of the Holy Spirit Center in 6:20 prayers.

Fr. Edward Carter, S.J.

Messenger: At Mass today Father said, "Eucharist means thanksgiving."

The Mass is :

This royal banquet. God gives us Himself in the Eucharist.
This is what we must be most thankful for.
The gift of God with us in the Holy Eucharist.

Psalm 116:12-19

Thanksgiving

What return can I make to Yahweh
  for his generosity to me?
I shall take up the cup of salvation
and call on the name of Yahweh.

I shall fulfil my vows to Yahweh,
  witnessed by all his people.

Costly in Yahweh's sight
is the death of his faithful.

I beg you, Yahweh! I am your servant,
I am your servant and my mother was your servant;
  you have undone my fetters.
I shall offer you a sacrifice of thanksgiving
and call on the name of Yahweh.

I shall fulfil my vows to Yahweh,
  witnessed by all his people,
in the courts of the house of Yahweh,
  in your very heart, Jerusalem.

Messenger: We tell Him we are the servants.
We tell Him we are the children of the handmaid Mary.
We say, "You have loosed my bonds."

The Psalm Response today was:

"Our blessing cup is a Communion with the Blood of Christ."

This Christ is our Beloved.

Oh God, you have loosed my bonds.

Oh God, you have fed me with the finest wheat.

Oh my God, I am only satisfied with Thee.

Fr. Edward Carter, S.J.

In the desert, He rained Manna from heaven.

His sufferings are blessings.

He gives warnings to lead us to greater life.

Our goal must be to be possessed by God.

Today God remains with us in His Divinity and Humanity and He gives us Himself in the Eucharist. He is truly present. He comes to us.

A Song from Jesus

Refrain:

I come to you with greatest love,
I am your loving Savior.
I am your God, I died for you,
I come to you this day.

I Love You Jesus

Verse 1

Oh Burning Heart, Oh Love divine,
how sweet You are to me.
I see the host, I know you're here
to love and care for me.

Verse 2

I cannot say, There are not words
to say what my heart feels.
I love You so, I scarce can breathe
when You come into me.

November 25, 1999 - Second Message

A Message from Jesus 5 Years Ago on Thanksgiving

Given November 25, 1994 - Let the Holy Spirit Mold You into My Image

Jesus speaks: I am Jesus, your beloved Savior. The Father loves you so much, My dear little ones, that He gave His only Son that you might have life and have it abundantly. I loved you, My precious ones. I was born a mere Human. I gave Myself, My Body and Blood for love of you. My Mother suffered by My side. She loves you with the most tender love. The Holy Spirit loves you with such love. He is forever ready to mold you more deeply into My image and lead you to greater love with the Father!

Oh, little loved ones, do you not see the love I pour out to you? I remain with you this very day in the Eucharist, no less present than the day I was carried in Mary's womb, no less present than the day I walked this earth. I remain with you, I come to you and give you Myself, I give you My Life in My Divinity and Humanity. I come into your body. This is the Sacrament of My greatest love - I give Myself to you in the Eucharist.

Oh, sweet ones, My Heart is open and on fire. See My Heart totally open and ablaze for love of you. I am the Sacred Heart of Jesus, the tenderest of all hearts I long and thirst for your love. I wait for you, My little ones, to come and receive Me in the Eucharist. I sit endless hours waiting for the souls I love to come and be with Me in front of the tabernacle.

My soul thirsts for the love of souls. I pour out My most tender love to you in the Eucharist. I long, I wait, I yearn for your love, My precious sweet ones. Oh, you do not know how My Heart suffered during My Passion for the souls that would reject Me and treat Me so coldly. The agonies I endured to love so much and be forgotten by so many souls I love so dearly!

Oh, I cry out with a loud voice so that you will listen to My pleading. I am Jesus Christ, the Son of God, I am on fire for love of you this day. As your body requires nourishment, your souls are fed by Me. I am the Bread of Life, he who comes to Me will never be hungry. He who believes in Me will never thirst. I give you My very flesh to nourish you. I give you My very Blood. I give you, My dear ones, My very self.

Messenger: What can you get on this earth that can compare to God, truly present and dwelling with you? How much do you comprehend that God comes to you and enters your body in the Sacrament of the Eucharist? Do you realize what transpires at Mass? Bread and wine are changed into the Body and Blood of Jesus Christ, through the hands of His specially anointed priest. Do you cry to realize what is happening at Mass? God is truly present. Jesus is no less present than the day He hung on the cross, dying for love of you.

Jesus speaks: I would die this day for you, My dear ones. I love, I love, I love. I am Love. You look, you wander, you roam.

A Song from Jesus

Refrain:

I come to you with greatest love,
I am your loving Savior,
I am your God, I died for you,
I come to you this day.

Verse 1:

You are my precious little one,
I love you, oh so dearly,
come close to Me, My little one,
I loved you to My death.

Verse 2:

Reach out to Me and do not fear,
I want to be so close to you.
You are My child, My precious one,
I love you tenderly.

November 25, 1999 - Third Message

Jesus speaks: My dear ones, this is My prayer for Thanksgiving Day:

John 17:21

May they all be one,
just as, Father, you are in me
  and I am in you,
so that they also may be in us,
so that the world may believe
it was you who sent me.

November 25, 1999 - Fourth Message

A Note to Yesterday's Message:

Messenger: Mary comes to lead us to the Eucharistic Heart of her Son, Jesus. Our gift, Jesus, the Son of God truly present in the Eucharist.

On October 22, 1999, Jesus gave the following message to the apostles in the Shepherds of Christ Movement:

The three year anniversary is a sore in the Father's eye, how this world has neglected to respond to Mary's visits of the 20th century....

You have held back the Father's hand through your prayers.

I give messages for reasons.

The message is a gift.

I am God, I know all things.

On October 23, 1999, Jesus gave the following note about the apostles' message He gave the day before:

Jesus speaks: Notice I said the Father's hand.

My hand has been raised, your prayers have averted My hand from striking.

In this same message given October 23, 1999, at the beginning, Jesus made reference to the Father's message January 5, 1999, and quoted it. He began speaking that day making reference to the Father's message.

God the Father speaks: (January 5, l999) It is because of your fervor to pray here that you have held back the hand of My Son from punishing the earth with just punishment for the crimes committed against your God.

November 25, 1999 - Fifth MessageGiven October 26, 1999 - Excerpt from God the Father’s message.

God the Father speaks: ...I wish this invitation be extended daily on the Internet to come and pray during the Christmas Novena at the image site. If this is impossible, pray at home for the coming of Jesus in the hearts of men...

God the Father, Jesus, and Mary are calling all to pray in front of Mary’s image in Clearwater, Florida, on December 17, 1999.This important day marks the 3-year anniversary of Mary’s appearance on the building. October 15, 1999 - Jesus speaks: I wish you to come and pray with the greatest fervor before the image of My Mother December 17, 1999. …Please come and pray. If this is impossible, pray as a body before the tabernacle and at all Centers including: Toledo, Ohio; California; Kansas; Pennsylvania; Delaware; wherever one is able to pray. I love you, Jesus.

October 26, 1999 - God the Father speaks: You are the children of Eve. You are sons of that woman and I send you the Woman, your Mother and you ignore her.

I want a body of people praying strongly for the priests, the Church and the world beneath the image at 6:20 p.m. on December 17, 1999, and all others praying as a body united to the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass throughout the world. I wish all priests who can to celebrate Mass at 6:20 p.m. on December 17, 1999, and every day after, until Christmas. I wish all to pray this novena for these days December 17, 1999-December 25, 1999 at 6:20 praying for the coming of the Holy Spirit, healing, oneness, to be spread with the Blood of Jesus as directed by My Son in a message February 23, 1999. I want this. I want fervent prayer. I want unity in the hearts. I want men praying as a body at 6:20 p.m. as requested by Jesus and Mary. I want communal reparation by all receiving Communion and/or making a spiritual Communion united to the Mass.

I wish an invitation to this gathering to be circulated, stressing making reparation to God, reparation to the Hearts of Jesus and Mary.

January 5, 1999 - God the Father speaks: It is because of your fervor to pray here that you have held back the hand of My Son from punishing the earth with just punishment for the crimes committed against your God.

A Prayer of Thanksgiving
(To be recited daily at the end of the day)

O God, on behalf of Shepherds of Christ Ministries and Our Lady of Light Ministry, we offer up these prayers of thanksgiving:

Thank You Father for Your love, patience, and understanding. We know we are not worthy of such gifts, but that You give them anyway - because of Your great love for souls.

Thank You Jesus for the many gifts and graces You give us as members of Your Movement - Shepherds of Christ. We offer You our love and gratitude through Your Mother's Immaculate Heart.

Thank You Holy Spirit for Your special gifts. Please inspire us to be grateful for what we have been given. Please help us to give ourselves in love to You and all we meet.

Thank You Holy Trinity for Your boundless love and mercy. Please help us to nurture Your presence within us. Help us to be obedient to Your commands and give all the glory to You - Our loving God. We especially thank You for the gift of our Heavenly Mother, Mary.

Thank you Mary for your example while on earth, and for your constant intercession today. Please help us to grow in holiness and put into action all that your Son Jesus asks of us.

We thank St. Michael and the Holy Angels for their prayers, help, and protection. Finally, we thank the saints in heaven and the souls in purgatory for their prayers. We ask them to unite with us in giving thanks and praise to the most Holy Trinity - Our Heavenly Father, Our Lord Jesus, and our Comforter- the Holy Spirit.

We love You! We love You! We love You! Amen.

November 25, 1999 - Nursing Home Message - Sixth Message

Given November 25, 1994 - Thanksgiving Day - After Communion

Be Lost in the Heart of Jesus

Jesus speaks: Let go and totally surrender. Trust Me. You can let go totally. There is always a holding back, not to let go totally, to protect yourself from being hurt. I will never forsake you. I will never abandon you. Totally release yourself into My loving Heart. Let go, total surrender, let go, let go, let go to My love. Be lost in the Heart of Jesus!

Messenger: There is nothing to fear in loving God. Total trust, total surrender, totally letting go to His love. He gave His Life for you - do you think you can't trust Him?

Jesus speaks: You are never alone. Be wrapped in the immensity of My love. As your heart beats, My love is always there, it never leaves. As you breathe, My love is always there, I never take My love from you for a second. Have constant intense union with Me. Have constant realization of My immense Presence with you. My love does not flicker, it is a roaring furnace that burns for you.

Do you know My dear ones that I love you so very much? You wander and roam and look for the love your souls seek and it can only be found in Me.

Messenger: When visiting a nursing home this is a plan you can follow to pray a little part of the rosary with the elderly or sick residents.

What is usually done and tolerated by the elderly folks is one Our Father, five Hail Mary's and another Our Father. The song, A Song from Jesus, can be sung before and after these prayers.

It is desirable to have a big picture of "The Descent of the Holy Spirit" when doing these meditations. Also it is recommended that you have pictures of the Sacred Heart and the Immaculate Heart of Mary.

Excerpt from February 22, 1995 rosary, "The Descent of the Holy Spirit" from Rosaries from the Hearts of Jesus and Mary

Descent of the Holy Spirit Stained Glass Window

The Descent of the Holy Spirit

  1. Messenger: The apostles were full of fear and they locked themselves in the Upper Room. Jesus had told them that they would be baptized by the Holy Spirit.
  2. They were locked in the Upper room with the Virgin Mary and there appeared over their heads parted tongues of fire and the Holy Spirit descended upon them. Mary is the Mother of the Church. She is our spiritual Mother. She is the Mother of Christ!
  3. Mary is our model. She is the spouse of the Holy Spirit. It is in modeling ourselves after Mary that we become more and more like Jesus. Mary, help us to love you, to be drawn ever closer to you. Dear Spirit, please transform us in the Heart of Mary more into the image of Jesus so that we may be ever closer to our beloved Father.
  4. It is through Mary's pure and tender Heart that the Spirit transforms us more and more into the image of Jesus!
  5. And He gave to them the Eucharist to feed the life that He had imparted to them, and the Spirit moved within their souls to lead them ever closer to the love of God so that this love could radiate from their being and be seen in the world.

Question for married couples and others in intimate relationships:
