Consecration Prayer for Peace

I consecrate Russia and the Ukraine to the Sacred Heart of Jesus and the Immaculate Heart of Mary.

I further consecrate the priests, the Church and the world to the Sacred Heart of Jesus and Immaculate Heart of Mary.

I do this in the name of Jesus in as far as I am able, united to the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass, praying to the Father, in the Holy Spirit, with all the angels and saints and the souls in purgatory through the powerful intercession of Mary, Queen of Peace. Amen.

I further consecrate myself, all members of my family and ask the Holy Spirit to fill us. I spread the Blood of Jesus on all above, I cast the devil into hell away from all of us and consecrate all persons, in as far as I am able,  to the Sacred Heart and Immaculate Heart.

Prayer for Grace for Election and our Country

Dear Father united to Jesus in the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass, the Sacrifice of Calvary sacramentally made present, celebrated around the world, in the Holy Spirit. We offer up all we do united to the Mass. We unite in one mind and one heart as members of the mystical body of Christ, with Christ our head in the pure and holy Hearts of Jesus and Mary, through the powerful intercession of Mary with all the angels and saints and souls in purgatory, and we beg for the saving grace, for our country, the United States. Please help us. We further pray for unity to always do the will of God in love. We spread the Blood of Jesus on the leaders and people of the United States and cast the devil into hell. We consecrate our country to the Sacred Heart and Immaculate Heart and all our dioceses, and beg for an outpouring of the Holy Spirit. God help us. We pray for our families, the priests, the Church and the world. In the Name of Jesus please hear us, we pray. We pray for our president and leaders. We pray that we are united as one nation under God to work together in love as God wants.

Christ the King
November 20, 2005

INTRODUCTION – (Ez 14, 11–12, 15–17; I Cor 15, 20–26. 28; Mt 25, 31–46) There was an artist who wanted to create a statue of Christ the King. He started working on a clay model, picturing Christ with his arms upraised, his head back and a joyful expression on his face. It was a triumphant Christ, much like the picture of Christ St. Paul gives us in today’s second reading. But when the artist went to bed it started to rain and the moist air blowing in the window made the clay in his statue begin to sag. When the artist saw his work in the morning, Christ’s arms were down, his head was bowed, his shoulders drooped and the expression on his face looked sad. Our readings give us both images of Christ the king today. In the first reading he is the powerful Christ, acting as shepherd of his people caring for them. In the gospel he is our judge. But also in the gospel he identifies himself with the hungry and the thirsty, the stranger and the naked, the sick and imprisoned and he tells us “just as you did it for one of the least of these my brothers and sisters, you were doing it for me.”

HOMILY – The lesson Jesus teaches us in today’s gospel has really been understood and accepted by most Christians. There was an article on the front page of the Catholic Telegraph in which Catholics were asked what teachings of the Church were personally “very important” to them. At the very top of the list 84% listed helping the poor as “very important.” The picture Jesus paints of the last judgment has deeply impacted most people when it comes to caring for others.

But I always wondered where worship of God fit in here. Isn’t that something that’s important too? Why didn’t Jesus mention that when he talked about the last judgment? Should we forget about prayer and worship and Mass and spend more time doing good for others? That question always puzzled me until I realized that Jesus was preaching to people who took their religious responsibilities seriously. In Jesus’ day a good Jew wouldn’t think of missing synagogue on the Sabbath. Jesus himself went to the synagogue each week, St. Luke tells us. Furthermore, St. Matthew was not writing his gospel for unbelievers but the Church, for a community of believers who gathered together each Sunday, the Lord’s Day, to celebrate the Eucharist in memory of the Lord Jesus and in union with him. Neither Jesus, nor Matthew in talking about how God will judge us had to stress the importance of keeping holy the Lord’s day, because their audience was already doing that. Instead, they had to stress to church going people that just going to church is not enough to be a good Christian. Remember there were two commandments Jesus gave us when he was asked what is the greatest commandment. In the early Church most people were aware of the first one (love God) and knew we owed God our worship and praise and thanksgiving, but they needed to be reminded of the second one (love your neighbor).

Today that seems to have flip-flopped. The same article in the Catholic Telegraph reported that many Catholics think they can be good Catholics without going to Mass every Sunday. The percentage of those who think Mass every Sunday is important ranges from a high of 60 % for those over 65 to just 15% for those in the 18–25 age bracket. After I read this report in the Catholic Telegraph I was struck by an interesting passage from the Book of Revelation. The passage described God’s people in heaven who were victorious over the forces of evil and they were singing a hymn to God. The words of their hymn were: “Who would dare refuse you honor, or the glory due your name, O Lord? Since you alone are holy, all nations shall come and worship in your presence.” Worship is what too many people are missing in their spiritual lives. Worship is part of being a “good” Catholic. And for a good Catholic that worship is the Mass. Somewhere along the line, the third commandment has been forgotten.

If Christ is our king do we not owe him honor and praise and thanksgiving? We’ll all get together with family and friends this Thursday and stuff ourselves and call that thanksgiving. And some will feel we’ve done a duty to God. If we’re satisfied with that, the Bible tells us: God’s not.

We live in a democracy. It’s far from perfect, but when I travel to other countries or read about the politics in other countries, I’m grateful to be here in the United States of America. Over two hundred years ago, our ancestors fought hard to be rid of having a king to rule over us. We want to make up our own rules. Our feast today reminds us there are limits to our ability to make our own rules and determine our own destiny. There are certain values that are absolute, that society cannot do away with. There is a layer of power above us that is higher than the president and the governors and the legislators. That power is God who has the authority to tell us how to live and the things we must or must not do. When we honor Christ as our king, we’re not saying he’s a president we can vote out if we do not like what he tells us. When we honor him as our king we commit ourselves to faithfully following him, the only path that will lead to sharing in his glory and in his kingdom some day. Amen.

R. Read it.
It is so good.

I’m proud of circulating this
book
and priests will use it Sunday.

We are blessed.

Praise and Honor God's Holy
Name.

Our whole life is in effect,
preparing for Mass.

"It is that dying to self-will.
As the Christian dies thus more and more through a loving conformity to the Father‘s will, he rises with Christ to an ever greater share in the Resurrection, in the newness of life, and the life of grace. As the Christian so relives Christ's Pascal mystery, he is helping Christ, redeem - not only himself, but also, in a mysterious yet real manner, the world."

The daily life of the Christian, then, is a combination and anti-thesis of death – resurrection. As he lovingly, conforms himself to the Father‘s will, manifested to him in so many ways, the Christian is achieving both death and resurrection. As with Christ, the Resurrection, a greater share in the Divine life through grace is his ultimate goal."  From Fr. Carter

R. Thank You for the image of the wall of rocks and the door for me to walk through.

R. That was my image from You, at that point seeing the gray rocks oh so close like a wall and a door, You were taking me to a new beginning in my life – a life of surrendering and realizing that You are running my life. What is for today? I do Your will. That is what is to be. I am filled with Your love and Your joy as I walk through this door into surrender with You – on the other side there are still rocks, but they are not closing in they are opening up and the light, as the warm sun is now seen atop the rocks and my body is warm and secure in Your love. You oh my Lord are in the driver's seat. I walk through that door. My relationship with You is alive and new, and I surrender and walk through the door. I have a deep relationship with my children and my close friends – they are there, all around me – I, Lord Jesus walk through the door – the rocks open up and I am not closed in anymore, but I can always look up and see the opening and the sky.

Joyful Mysteries

The Annunciation

1. Luke 1: 26-38

In the sixth month the angel Gabriel was sent by God to a town in Galilee called Nazareth, to a virgin betrothed to a man named Joseph, of the House of David; and the virgin’s name was Mary. He went in and said to her, ‘Rejoice, you who enjoy God’s favour! The Lord is with you.’ She was deeply disturbed by these words and asked herself what this greeting could mean, but the angel said to her, ‘Mary, do not be afraid; you have won God’s favour. Look! You are to conceive in your womb and bear a son, and you must name him Jesus. He will be great and will be called Son of the Most High. The Lord God will give him the throne of his ancestor David; he will rule over the House of Jacob for ever and his reign will have no end.’ Mary said to the angel, ‘But how can this come about, since I have no knowledge of man?’ The angel answered, ‘The Holy Spirit will come upon you, and the power of the Most High will cover you with its shadow. And so the child will be holy and will be called Son of God. And I tell you this too: your cousin Elizabeth also, in her old age, has conceived a son, and she whom people called barren is now in her sixth month, for nothing is impossible to God.’ Mary said, ‘You see before you the Lord’s servant, let it happen to me as you have said.’ And the angel left her.

The Visitation

1. Luke 1: 39-45

Mary set out at that time and went as quickly as she could into the hill country to a town in Judah. She went into Zechariah’s house and greeted Elizabeth. Now it happened that as soon as Elizabeth heard Mary’s greeting, the child leapt in her womb and Elizabeth was filled with the Holy Spirit. She gave a loud cry and said, ‘Of all women you are the most blessed, and blessed is the fruit of your womb. Why should I be honoured with a visit from the mother of my Lord? Look, the moment your greeting reached my ears, the child in my womb leapt for joy. Yes, blessed is she who believed that the promise made her by the Lord would be fulfilled.’

The Birth of Jesus

1. Luke 2: 8-14

In the countryside close by there were shepherds out in the fields keeping guard over their sheep during the watches of the night. An angel of the Lord stood over them and the glory of the Lord shone round them. They were terrified, but the angel said, ‘Do not be afraid. Look, I bring you news of great joy, a joy to be shared by the whole people. Today in the town of David a Saviour has been born to you; he is Christ the Lord. And here is a sign for you: you will find a baby wrapped in swaddling clothes and lying in a manger.’ And all at once with the angel there was a great throng of the hosts of heaven, praising God with the words:

Glory to God in the highest heaven,

8. Prayer for Union with Jesus

Come to me, Lord, and possess my soul. Come into my heart and permeate my soul. Help me to sit in silence with You and let You work in my heart.

I am Yours to possess. I am Yours to use. I want to be selfless and only exist in You. Help me to spoon out all that is me and be an empty vessel ready to be filled by You. Help me to die to myself and live only for You. Use me as You will. Let me never draw my attention back to myself. I only want to operate as You do, dwelling within me.

I am Yours, Lord. I want to have my life in You. I want to do the will of the Father. Give me the strength to put aside the world and let You operate my very being. Help me to act as You desire. Strengthen me against the distractions of the devil to take me from Your work.

When I worry, I have taken my focus off of You and placed it on myself. Help me not to give in to the promptings of others to change what in my heart You are making very clear to me. I worship You, I adore You and I love You. Come and dwell in me now.

The Presentation in the Temple

1.
Luke 2: 25-35

Now in Jerusalem there was a man named Simeon. He was an upright and devout man; he looked forward to the restoration of Israel and the Holy Spirit rested on him. It had been revealed to him by the Holy Spirit that he would not see death until he had set eyes on the Christ of the Lord. Prompted by the Spirit he came to the Temple; and when the parents brought in the child Jesus to do for him what the Law required, he took him into his arms and blessed God; and he said:

    Now, Master, you are letting
        your servant go in peace
    as you promised;
for my eyes have seen the salvation
    which you have made ready
        in the sight of the nations;
a light of revelation for the gentiles
and glory for your people Israel.

As the child’s father and mother were wondering at the things that were being said about him, Simeon blessed them and said to Mary his mother, ‘Look, he is destined for the fall and for the rise of many in Israel, destined to be a sign that is opposed—and a sword will pierce your soul too — so that the secret thoughts of many may be laid bare.'

2. Simeon told Mary and
    Jesus of sufferings to come.
3. A sword too, will pierce
    your heart, O Mary.

    and love.

The Finding of Jesus in the Temple

1.
Luke 2: 41-52

Every year his parents used to go to Jerusalem for the feast of the Passover. When he was twelve years old, they went up for the feast as usual. When the days of the feast were over and they set off home, the boy Jesus stayed behind in Jerusalem without his parents knowing it. They assumed he was somewhere in the party, and it was only after a day’s journey that they went to look for him among their relations and acquaintances. When they failed to find him they went back to Jerusalem looking for him everywhere.

It happened that, three days later, they found him in the Temple, sitting among the teachers, listening to them, and asking them questions; and all those who heard him were astounded at his intelligence and his replies. They were overcome when they saw him, and his mother said to him, ‘My child, why have you done this to us? See how worried your father and I have been, looking for you.’ He replied, ‘Why were you looking for me? Did you not know that I must be in my Father’s house?’ But they did not understand what he meant. He went down with them then and came to Nazareth and lived under their authority. His mother stored up all these things in her heart. And Jesus increased in wisdom, in stature, and in favour with God and with people.

2. We pray for the grace we
    need most.
3. We don’t need a reason
    to love, God commands
    us to love.

    love and mercy in this

    son.
5. The Good Shepherd waits

    return of the lost sheep.
6. The Good Shepherd wants
    us to have our wounds
    healed.

7. Mary’s Message
from the Rosary of August 27, 1996

Mary:  I stood beneath the cross of my Son, and my Heart was in such pain for I saw Him before my eyes. I saw Him covered with blood. I saw Him die. My Heart, my children, my Heart to watch my Son, but my Heart, my Heart, how I suffered for my little children of the world that give in to this world and give up the love of my Son. O my little children of light, I give you this message. Carry this light into the darkness for your Mother Mary, for I stood beneath the cross and I cried. I cried for the little ones. I cried for the young ones, the ones that do not care and will lose their souls. How do I make you see for you will not listen to me? What can I do? I come. I appear. I beg. I plead. I give you these gifts from my Son, and you reject me. I do not deliver messages very often anymore for I have been ignored. The message is the same. You do not read the messages I have given to you. Please help me. Help the little children. I appear. I appear. I appear, and I am ignored. I stood beneath the cross, and I cried. I cried, and my Heart was in such anguish for my little children, for I am searching for them this day as I searched for the Child Jesus. Please, please help me. I cannot hold back the hand of my Son any longer. I am Mary, your Mother. I ask you to help my children. You are my children of light. end of Mary's Message

1. The Two Hearts and the Mass

(To be read by leader or a family member)

We are living in the Age of the Two Hearts. The Sacred Heart of Jesus and the Immaculate Heart of Mary.

We must take refuge in Jesus' Heart and in Mary's Heart. In dwelling in the pure and holy Hearts of Jesus and Mary we will be transformed more and more in the image of Jesus.

The greatest source of growth in devotion to the Hearts of Jesus and Mary is the Eucharist. We should attend Mass often, daily if possible. What a great gift God has given to us in the Eucharist! Many people do not realize the great gift God gives us in the Mass. Think of it! People are privileged to offer the Sacrifice of the Mass together with Jesus. So many prefer to do other things than attend Mass.

Jesus wants us to go to Mass and receive Him in the Eucharist. He gives Himself to us. In the Eucharist He comes to us Body, Blood, Soul and Divinity. He longs for us to come to the Eucharist and receive Him. We receive the greatest graces to be transformed more into His image and likeness. We must pray for a deeper understanding of the Mass. We must go to Him through the pure and Immaculate Heart of Mary. God gives Himself to us. Do we long to receive Him?

2. SONG: I Love You Jesus

3. PROCESSION - to the enthroning of the Sacred Heart Picture

(All in attendance can be lead by the leaders and family to the place of the Sacred Heart picture.)

4. SONG:

To Jesus Heart All Burning or I Love You, Jesus

5. PRAYER: Apostles Creed

All: I believe in God, the Father Almighty, Creator of heaven and earth; and in Jesus Christ, His only Son, our Lord; who was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died and was buried. He descended into hell; the third day he arose again from the dead; he ascended into heaven; sits at the right hand of God the Father Almighty; from thence he shall come to judge the living and the dead. I believe in the Holy Spirit, the Holy Catholic Church, the communion of Saints, the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the body, and life everlasting. Amen.

6. Enthronement of the Sacred Heart

(To be read by leader or family member)

We are gathered here to honor our King, Jesus Christ, the Son of God. He is our most honored guest. He loves us so ardently and wants to be King of our home and King of our hearts. We all join together and most graciously welcome Him in our midst. We love You, dear Sacred Heart of Jesus. We honor You this day and are privileged that You, God, love us so much.

Please help us all grow in our knowledge and love of You. We honor You. We praise You. We adore You, and we love You.

We ask You to come and dwell in our hearts. As our King and the center of our lives, we forever want to be with You, most Sacred Heart of Jesus, we love You so much.

Come and be with every member of this family in a special way. Guard us in our undertakings. Dear Holy Spirit, lead us to the on-fire love of Jesus' Heart.

Mary, our most loving Mother, as you carried Jesus in your womb, you who cared for Him as a child, you who forever stood by Him and walked with Him on Calvary, you, dear Mary, as you stood under His cross and suffered so for love of Him and us, you who held His lifeless body under the cross, you who saw His glorified Body after the resurrection and watched Him ascend into heaven, you, dear Mary, you who know this most Sacred, tender, loving Heart, place us so gently into His most Sacred Heart.

Protect and lead every person present and their families to this intense union with your Son. We pray for the priests the world over, Your special anointed sons, to lead all children to the love of Your most Sacred Heart.

May the Sacred Heart of Jesus forever reign in the hearts of all people through the Immaculate Heart of Mary.

We praise You, we honor You, our beloved Jesus. We tenderly love Your Heart so!

Dear Father, thank You for Your beloved Son. Thank You for Your gifts to us. We thank You for giving us a sharing in Your divine life through baptism. We are Your beloved children. Draw us ever closer to union with God, Father, Son and Holy Spirit and Mary, in communion with the angels and saints. Amen.

7. Images of the Hearts of Jesus and Mary

(To be read by leader or family member)

We should have pictures and statues of the Sacred Heart and the Immaculate Heart in our homes. This will greatly help us to give honor to Their Hearts. Churches and chapels should have these images.

Study the Promises of the Sacred Heart given to St. Margaret Mary.

8. Find Refuge in the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus

(To be read by leader or family member)

We want the Sacred Heart of Jesus to bless our home in a special way. We ask You, Sacred Heart of Jesus, to bless our home. We make You the King and Center of our hearts and our home. May the Sacred Heart of Jesus and the Immaculate Heart of Mary reign in our hearts. Please help us spread the devotion to the Sacred Heart. In #12 of this booklet you will see the promises given by Jesus to St. Margaret Mary for those who are devoted to His Sacred Heart. We should hang pictures of the Sacred Heart and Mary's Heart throughout our homes.

When we read the promises of the Sacred Heart and circulate them among our friends, many people will want to have a devotion to Jesus' Sacred Heart.

We can carry the picture of the Sacred Heart and Mary's Heart with us. If we look at His picture, we will be reminded of the promises. When we have a difficult day, it will help us to look at Their pictures.

It may help us to pray the Litanies to the Sacred Heart and the Blessed Virgin.

Jesus loved us so much He died for us. From the cross, He gave us Mary as our spiritual Mother.

Mary leads us to a closer union with Jesus. Mary will take us to the depth of the Heart of Jesus. Mary loves us so much. She is our loving Mother. Mary is pure and tender of Heart. It is through Mary we will experience such intimacy with God. It is through her Immaculate Heart that we will be led into the deepest union with the one, triune God, Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

Jesus' Heart is burning with love for us.

(Song: I Am Your Sacred Heart)

    9. Consecrate Your Churches, Homes and Workplaces to the Sacred Heart and the Immaculate Heart

(To be read by leader or family member)

We should consecrate the human race to the Sacred Heart of Jesus. We should enthrone Jesus as King in all homes, churches and businesses.

June is the month of the Sacred Heart. Jesus must reign, be KING, of all hearts. Jesus' promises to St. Margaret Mary Alacoque are given. We should read them. We can consecrate our churches and places of prayer to the Sacred Heart of Jesus that He will reign there.

First Friday is a special day of devotion to the Sacred Heart. We have these booklets available that people will consecrate their homes, churches and businesses to the Sacred Heart. Will you help us encourage all to consecrate their homes, businesses and churches to the Sacred Heart? Will you help us spread these booklets?

We want the Sacred Heart of Jesus to reign and the Immaculate Heart of Mary to triumph in all hearts. Will you pray for this with us and help us to spread this material?

Recommend to people that they display to be honored pictures of the Sacred Heart of Jesus and the Immaculate Heart of Mary.

May is the month of Mary and June is the month of the Sacred Heart of Jesus. Tell all about this consecration. During these months we can make a special effort to do this.

We can gather our friends and sing, "To Jesus' Heart All Burning" and "Immaculate Mary". May these two Hearts of love give all members of the human race peace, joy and love in their hearts.

We should adore Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament. This is such a gift God gives to us. Jesus loved us so much He gave His life for His precious souls. Jesus wants the souls to come to Him and love Him.

We are so gifted to receive Jesus in Holy Communion. Jesus has a Heart filled with love on fire for men.

The more we united to Jesus, the more we will become one with the Father and know His love.

Jesus is the Way, the Truth and the Life.

We can offer a holy hour for the indifference, ingratitude and sacrileges committed against Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament, the Sacrament of His greatest love.

Act of consecration to the Sacred Heart of Jesus and the Immaculate Heart of Mary.
“Lord Jesus, Chief Shepherd of the flock, I consecrate myself to Your most Sacred Heart. From Your pierced Heart the Church was born, the Church You have called me, as a member of Shepherds of Christ Associates, to serve in a most special way. You reveal Your Heart as a symbol of Your love in all its aspects, including Your most special love for me, whom You have chosen as Your companion in this most important work. Help me to always love You in return. Help me to give myself entirely to You. Help me always to pour out my life in love of God and neighbor! Heart of Jesus, I place my trust in You! Amen.

“Dear Blessed Virgin Mary, I consecrate myself to your maternal and Immaculate Heart, this Heart which is symbol of your life of love. You are the Mother of my Savior. You are also my Mother. You love me with a most special love as a member of Shepherds of Christ Associates, a movement created by your Son as a powerful instrument for the renewal of the Church and the world. In a return of love, I give myself entirely to your motherly love and protection. You followed Jesus perfectly. You are His first and perfect disciple. Teach me to imitate you in the putting on of Christ. Be my motherly intercessor so that, through your Immaculate Heart, I may be guided to an ever closer union with the pierced Heart of Jesus, Chief Shepherd of the flock. Amen.”

Prayer:
My beloved Jesus, we give You our family and ask You to put us in Your Heart. We want to dwell there. We love You and we give You our hearts. We make You King and Center of our home and our hearts.

Guiding Light - Reflect on the Word
Inspiring Homilies Covering Cycle B of the Litugical Year (2011/2012)
$ 10.00

Guiding Light homily series — Reflect on the Word — Cycle B     The Word leaves an impression on our souls. In my thoughts and reflections are born a more tangible understanding of these eternal concepts presented in the Gospels and the readings. Anyone can read a sentence, but not anyone can absorb it's true meaning. Truth, in this day and age, is almost a matter of opinion or individual entitlement. We believe that Christ's truth is our Roman Catholic Church. We, as priests, champion it's teachings; we are ambassadors for the Pope and Christ to those faces looking at us. We are the light by which our congregation reads to reflect upon real truth and we do it hand in hand. $10

Guiding Light - Steadfast to the Son
Inspiring Homilies Covering Cycle A of the Litugical Year
$ 10.00

Guiding Light homily series — Steadfast to the Son — Cycle A    The sunflower is a great example of how we should be steadfastly guided by light. What a powerful thought that this exceptional plant is not stuck in one pose day in and day out, yet adaptable and magnetized to the sun. We feel the same about our Son. Our heads turns to face Christ as each day presents its challenges to find light. We join together like plants in a field and soak up the Son through the pulpit. We are a warm circle of strength using the wind of our breath to carry our priests' words, Christ's words, to new rich soil. $10

Guiding Light - Focusing on the Word
Inspiring Homilies Covering Cycle B of the Litugical Year
$ 10.00

Guiding Light — Focusing on the Word — Cycle B    At times we may feel that our path to Christ is a bit "out of focus". Like the disciples in the Book of Mark, this ordinary life clouds our vision of Christ's Divinity. We may doubt the practicality or possibility of applying His teachings and example to our modern life. Cycle B's homilies are a "guiding light" to help us realize Jesus' Messianic greatness and His promise of better things to come. $10

Guiding Light - Feed My Soul
Inspiring Homilies Covering Cycle C of the Litugical Year
$ 10.00

Guiding Light — Feed My Soul — Cycle C    In a world rapidly advancing and encouraging personal gain, we are faced with modern problems. There is a challenge to find time in our busy schedules for Sunday Mass or a family meal. We are able to research, shop, bank and even work without hearing one human voice. It is no wonder that we may often feel disconnected and famished at our week's end. In Fr. Joe's third book of homilies from Cycle C, we are reminded of the charity that Christ intended us to show each other. We have a calling to turn the other cheek and be the Good Samaritan to others. We are rewarded with the Father's kingdom and love when we are not worthy. We are not left alone or hungry. $10
