Holy Spirit Novena

DAILY NOVENA PRAYERS

Opening Prayer

In the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.

Dear Father, we come to You in the name of Jesus, in union with Him in the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass, in the Holy Spirit. We come to You united to the Child Jesus of Good Health and the Infant of Prague. We come to You in the perfect, sinless heart of Our Mother Mary, asking her powerful intercession, uniting ourselves to her holy tears. We come to You united to all the angels and saints, and the souls in purgatory.

Prayer for Holy Spirit

We pray for an outpouring of the Holy Spirit on us, to be baptized by the Holy Spirit, that He will descend mightily on us as He did on the Apostles at Pentecost. That the Holy Spirit will transform us from fear to fearlessness and that He will give us courage to do all the Father is asking of us to help bring about the Reign of the Sacred Heart and the triumph of Mary's Immaculate Heart. We pray for the Holy Spirit to descend mightily on the Jesuits and the Poor Clares on the Shepherds of Christ leaders and members and on the whole Body of Christ and the world.

Protection by the Blood of Jesus

We pray that the Blood of Jesus will be spread on us, everyone in our families, and the Shepherds of Christ Movement, that we will be able to move steadfastly ahead and be protected from the evil one.

Healing

We pray for healing in body, mind, and soul and generational healing in ourselves, in all members in our families, and in all members of the Shepherds of Christ Movement, the Jesuit Community, the Poor Clares, the Body of Christ, and the world.

Prayer for Strength and Light

We adore You, oh Holy Spirit. Give us strength, give us light, console us. We give ourselves entirely to You. Oh Spirit of light and grace, we want to only do the will of the Father. Enlighten us that we may live always in the Father's will.

Eternal Spirit fill us with Your Divine Wisdom that we may comprehend more fully insight into Your Divine Mysteries.

Give us lights, Oh Holy Spirit that we may know God. Work within the heart, the spiritual womb of the Virgin Mary, to form us more and more into the image of Jesus.

Prayer to Be One with God, Father, Son and Holy Spirit

We long for You, Oh Spirit of Light, we long to know God, we want to be one with Him, our Divine God. We want to be one with the Father, know Him as a Person most intimately. We want to know the beloved One, the Sacred Heart of Jesus, and live and dwell in Him at all times, every moment of our lives. We want to be one with You, Oh Spirit of Light, that You move in us in our every breath.

Prayer to Be One in Jesus

Let us experience life in the Sacred Heart of Jesus, so we can say as Saint Paul, "I have been crucified with Christ and yet I am alive; yet it is no longer I, but Christ living in me...." Let us live, united to the Mass, all through the day being one in Him. Let us be able to love and know in this elevated state of oneness with our God. We long for Thee, oh beauteous God, we love You, we love You, we love You. We praise You, worship You, honor You, adore You, and thank You, our beloved God, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

Prayer to Dwell in the Hearts of Jesus and Mary

We seek to be one in God, to live and dwell in the Hearts of Jesus and Mary, our little heaven on earth, to experience life in the all perfect, pure, sinless heart of our Mother. We want the Holy Spirit to move in us and to be united to Jesus as the Bridegroom of our souls and be a most perfect sacrifice offered to the Father at every moment as we unite in the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass around the world to help in the salvation of souls.

Prayer for the Holy Spirit and His Gifts

Come Holy Spirit, come, come into our hearts, inflame all people with the fire of Your love.

Dear Holy Spirit, help us not to be ignorant or indifferent or weak, help us to be strong with the love of God.

Dear Holy Spirit, please pray for our needs for us.

Dear Holy Spirit, help us to respect God and to avoid sin. Help us to live in the Father's will.

Oh Lamb of God, Who take away the sins of the world, come and act on my soul most intimately. I surrender myself, as I ask for the grace to let go, to just be as I exist in You and You act most intimately on my soul. You are the Initiator. I am the soul waiting Your favors as You act in me. I love You. I adore You. I worship You. Come and possess my soul with Your Divine Grace, as I experience You most intimately.

God Comes to Me

(Message for Fr. Carter:)

  Jesus: ... Our Hearts are alive with such burning love.  This is the fire of My love given for each soul when I gave Myself to My death on the cross.

    I give to you now, Myself in the Eucharist.  Tell all of My ardent love and beating Heart, alive for love of each and every soul.

    I love uniquely. I love with fire, I love with vibrancy.  I am the Sacred Heart of Jesus. I am on fire for love of My beloved ones. Tell all of My love.

  And, for My religious, I tuck so specially in My Heart.

I call out to open yourselves up and experience this love given so generously to you, My chosen ones.  But where do you go while I wait for you?  Do you not know I am truly present and waiting for your love in the tabernacle?  Where are you, my special, beloved sons and daughters?  Where are you when I wait and want to share this love with you?

    Oh, please, My beloved priest son, tell them of My ardent love.  Tell My very chosen ones how I am waiting for their love in the tabernacle. Tell them to come and be with Me and share this true love, given for them alone. This is the love of God, one true, magnificant...this is My beating Heart, alive for love of you, My priests and sisters, this very day. I am your Jesus and I wait for you this very day.

    I am the Sacred Heart of Jesus.  I call out with such emotion and love to you, My precious ones.  Do you harken to the call or go off to be busy for such incidental things?

    Come to My Heart and experience all you need. I fill your hearts with such love. You will run and not get weary, you will fly on eagles wings, your feet will not falter and you will know the way as you never knew before, for I go with you into the dark night and the light that shines is the fire of My love, deep in your hearts. You will shine in the darkness and your light will be the brightest light that shines. It will be powered by My hand that is forever upon you.  You will cast My light from your very being and all will know the power of the Lord!

    I say unto you, Nothing in This World Can Compare to the Might of God!  I have given to those who come to Me, My most precious love - the love of God is a burning ember that burns in the darkest night!

    Oh, beloved of My Father, open up your eyes.  You have closed yourselves to that which is most important.  You are following the sheep that are being led astray and are falling into the pit.  Open your eyes, follow the Master!  I am the Good Shepherd, I lead, you follow!  If you follow other roads, you fall into destruction.  Come, beloved of My Father, from whence I have chosen you.  I will send you into the highways and the byways and you will find the lost ones and lead them home.

    Open your eyes. Keep your focus on He who leads, He Who is mighty, He Who loves you with undying love.  You will lead your brothers home and the sheep will live in the home of your Father.  Come home to My Heart, ablaze for love of you.  Follow the call of My Mother, she calls you as your most loving Mother.

    This is love: to lay down your life for your friends. I am the Good Shepherd, I know mine and they follow Me.  The way to Me is through My mother's heart. I am in your midst this very day.  Come to My most Sacred Heart, alive and waiting your return.  Alleluia.  Oh how I love you, My chosen ones.  Harken to My call. I call, will you answer Me?

    Many of My shepherds are not leading My sheep to My burning Heart on fire for love of you -

    The purpose of My Newsletter is to reach the priest shepherds to lead My sheep that have strayed, home to My Heart - tell them My priest son of My undying love for them. The fires of My Heart burn for My priest sons and My sheep - this is My Newsletter to lead them home to My Heart.

                R. The Holy Spirit gives us grace to be
                alive, vital, happy. Our life in Christ
                with the Spirit's touch permeates our
                whole being. He fills us with this
                newness, we are more full in God.
                Renewed, alive —

                    When I would let myself go
                to the Trinity dwelling within me
                I would experience this fullness
                more and more. God is love. Focusing on
                love — peace — joy — silencing the
                clanging attempts of satan to get
                in and rob that "space".

                    We stop, we know this is
                reality, our hearts were made for
                love. We have been loved and are
                loved now by the Divine Almighty
                God. He keeps us in existence —
                We want to know God's life in our
                graced baptized soul. To live in
                love — Our hearts skipping a
                beat — This is reality — Jesus is
                my Savior — Jesus comes to me
                truly present in His Divinity and
                humanity in the Eucharist —
                The Father, Son and Holy Spirit dwell
                in my graced baptized soul in a
                special way.

                I am God's child.
                I am loved by Him.
                I am the Father's child.
                Jesus is always with me —
                I know the love of His Sacred Heart
                I know God —

                Jesus: Silence the banging on
                the door of satan with his lies
                to rob your peace. Focus on
                My Might, My presence with you,

Prayer for the Holy Spirit and His Gifts

                R. Life in the Spirit is our life's work.
                Tender hearts, kindness, being
                    happy to breathe and seeing
                    the sky, creation by our God.

                Seeing through the eyes of God.

                It is being whatever God called
                    a person in their vocation —
                    knowing God's Plan is
                    unfolding in their lives as
                    they do His will for them.

                The evil spirit comes with lethargy,
                    focusing on self, caving-in,
                    negativity, sadness, darkness,
                    a ball and chain —
                    then he presses on jealousies,
                    envies, lies, wanting to see
                    yourself as a "10" others
                    as a "3" and they should
                    know their place —

                God created each soul uniquely —
                    God has a plan for every
                    soul created by Him.

                    We need to see ourselves through
                God's eyes in love. A child was
                persecuted day long when they were
                a child by an angry parent —
                Now they — in 'self-consciousness' —
                do it to themselves day long —
                being angry others don't praise
                them and fix what they needlessly
                have told themselves in negativity
                about themselves.

                Seeking power over others for powers
                sake, combat, raising up to be
                on top begins to be the eyes one
                can see through.

                The eyes of love are seeing through
                    the eyes of God —

                Our brothers are not enemies,
                    but people God put here
                    with us to work and live
                    with —

                One may spend their whole life trying
                    to raise up in combat, being
                    right, over those they needed to
                    work with — because of their
                    own inferiority complex and
                    what they have told themselves
                    life long about their brothers
                    being in their place around
                    them —

                This is not loving, it's twisted —

                Addictive thinking can be negative
                    thinking about germs or things
                    that are out of proportion we
                    think we need to worry about.

                Thinking is what we do all day —
                    If satan can dominate our
                    thoughts with negativity —
                    competition with our brothers —
                    unloving thoughts about
                    condescending ways we think
                    about ourselves always over
                    everybody else, then we have
                    a head full of reasons why
                    we aren't letting the Holy Spirit
                    in, touching us with love —

                    God gave us a body to care for
                and we can't eat sugar and drink
                alcohol all day because our
                body can't take it.

                    Our thoughts were made
                to do God's work. When satan
                permeates our thoughts it comes
                in pride and jealousies, envy, anger,
                slothfulness, temptations of
                over-indulgence that alter our
                bodies and can make us feel awful.

                It can become a life-long habit to be
                    sad, always working on some
                    anger with somebody —

                    It's like breathing — addicted to anger,
                addicted to sadness, misery,
                'addicted' is the word for this thinking —
                If peace comes or someone is
                triumphing in doing God's will in
                their work — We can put on jealous
                glasses and cut them down
                by creating a problem —

                Jesus: Yes and you are not working
                    for Me. A person acting according
                    to the Father's will, seeks the
                    Father's will through the counsel
                    of the Holy Spirit —
                    He seeks to do what God wants
                    with His life —
                    He sees through the eyes of God,
                        his brothers, in love —
                    Love your brothers —
                    Pray for those who persecute you —
                    They need prayers, those who
                    spend their lives blocking My
                    work because they are addicted
                    to causing confusion when things
                    are as they should be according
                    to God's will in love. They work
                    for satan, not for Me.

                    Life in the Spirit is Life —
                It's vibrancy in life. It's zeal
                to live your vocation and help
                build the Kingdom — It's loving God
                and loving to serve Him as He
                desires — Life in the Spirit is
                a man at play, smelling the fresh air,
                the flowers, seeing their brother in love,
                eating with friends. Life in the
                Spirit is laughing, rejoicing —
                loving nature, the peace of
                things accomplished and not
                controlling to make people cry.
                Giving directions to be on top —
                Saying one thing to manipulate
                someone and then creating the
                confusion of working out a
                lie.

                A person who wants to be up — to be
                    up and over others, for power
                    and affections for themselves —
                    manipulates others —
                    he should be busy about
                    the truth and doing God's will
                    in the truth, in love —

                If one sins — he repairs the breach
                by bringing out the truth of what
                he did and asking forgiveness of
                God and others —

                    or he stores up lies he 
                tells himself about what was
                wrong that he did was right
                when in fact it was wrong —

                    Soon the truth becomes cloudy —
                When you were sinning — you can
                try to camouflage it — that gives you
                a power too — that you got away with
                it (No one has ever raised over God) —
                this is a wasted effort.

                What is right is right —
                What is wrong is wrong —

                The Holy Spirit helps you to live in the truth —
                    the truth is in you — When the
                    Holy Spirit lives in you abundantly —
                    there is no room for lies

                In humility men see the evil in
                    them, they recognize the good
                    in them and praise their heavenly
                    Father for the grace in them to do this good —
                    They stay away from even "white lies"
                    They want to be pure and grow
                    ever greater in the truth.
                    Humility is truth.

                Satan is sneaky, he wants people
                    to lie.

                He is the father of lies.

                A good friend is trust-worthy —
                    their word is true — their
                    love of friendship and trust a treasure.

                I am Jesus —

                Satan wants souls for hell —
                He is the father of lies —

                A person living to please God lives
                    in the Divine Will — The Holy Spirit
                    is in them — Truth is paramount
                    in their lives — They love their
                    brothers, they do not see with
                    condescending eyes —
                    They want no sin in them —
                    If they sin, they are accountable
                    for the sin in trying to repair any breaches
                    with God and friends, they do not
                    want to sin because it is against
                    God's will, it hurts others —
                    They do not lie about sins and
                    make exceptions for themselves —
                    "But in this case ..." the sinner can
                    lie to themselves as they make an
                    exception for themselves —

                    That is the crack that lets
                satan come in and the
                distorted vision of fallen man
                can then become the ruler of
                what he thinks is sin or not —
                Not the rules of God.

                When one is filled with the Holy Spirit he
                    is always as a little child under
                    God, docile, humble, loving
                    His brothers and recognizing
                    their dignity and his own
                    dignity and not in
                    competition, who is on top! !

                Life in the Spirit is believing, trusting,
                    loving, crying and suffering
                    at losses — not punishing others
                    for their anger and boredom, this
                    is how satan, the evil spirit,
                    works.

                The Holy Spirit is the guide — not the
                    evil spirit.

                There must be discernment of spirits
                    and St. Ignatius gives a guide —

                I have written here, extensively, of
                    the workings of satan in your
                    lives.

                It is in living in the Divine - will,
                    in growing in your loving
                    properly and in your Christ-life,
                    in your joy, happiness and
                    your closeness to God and
                    love of your brothers, you
                    can see the Holy Spirit at work
                    as one operates as a Christian
                    amongst others.

                You can see the Spirits presence in
                    an individual.

                The fruits of the Spirit are charity,
                     joy, peace, patience, benignity
                    (kindness), goodness, long-suffering,
                    mildness, faith, modesty, continency,
                    and chastity.

                It is the wounded man, redeemed
                    by God, living as he should.

                He acts according to God's will
                    in all his actions with
                    the touch of the Holy Spirit in
                    love.

                The spiritual man submits
                    his life to the guidance of
                    the Holy Spirit —

                He lives in space and time with
                    the needs he has — he is
                    not withdrawn from these
                    things.

                The spiritual man accepts his
                    humanity, with all its needs etc.
                    and gives his life to God. He
                    wants to live in the Divine - will
                    in love.

                The unspiritual man does not
                    live according to the Holy Spirit, but
                    according to the flesh —

                That means not necessarily sex, but
                    he gives into sins — intellectual pride,
                    jealousies he acts out, sloth, unjust anger,
                    selfishness - selfish motives, cheating,
                    greed for power.

                It includes everything he does
                    in sin opposed to God's will —
                    not what he is supposed to do
                    in the Spirit.

                The Spirit is life.
   

                R. Life in the Spirit is not easy —
                    We have a wounded human nature —
                    We pray to grow in virtue —

                We admit our sins and seek to be reconciled.

                Life in the Spirit is living the grace life
                    which God bestows along
                    with the gift of Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

                This grace life is a share in God's
                    own life.

                It is sharing in His knowing and loving.

                We know God and man in a new way.

                Through the eyes of God —
                Living in the Divine Will —
                Living and loving —

                We know God and man and creation
                    deeply in this life of grace —

                Personal relationships are at the
                    heart of Life in the Spirit —
                    We act in love —
                    We forgive
                    We want what God wants —
                    We seek unity and strength —
                    We do what is right and
                        just and give others
                        their due — not having
                        unjust anger and acting in anger, jealousy,
                        envy, pride, seeking power over our
                        brothers —

                This life is following in the footsteps
                    of Jesus, we follow His example,
                    we walk in the truth —

                The Holy Spirit deepens the image of Jesus
                    on us more and more

                We must deeply love Christ to
                    do this —

                This Spirit is always leading us to
                    deeper union with Jesus.

                Jesus: When you close yourself
                down with your negative thoughts,
                your lies or sinful unloving ways,
                caved in, selfish and sad
                    Why would you expect a
                positive outcome —

                    I have blessed you and
                sent great things your way
                and the negative thinkers
                seek the familiar and create
                issues until they have
                a problem because that
                is familiar to them —

                    They wear it like their
                favorite shoes or their favorite
                hat —

                    The hat I want you to
                wear is a hat of love,
                of joy, of being Christ-like —
                of rejoicing at the gifts I
                give you, the books, the
                retreats and working to
                spread what I gave you.
                A few have negative thoughts
                all day and want things to
                rescue so they can feel
                over.

                What about being happy
                inside to be called by Me
                to spread these letters of
                love to feed the hungry —

                    I watch a roller coaster —
                You manipulate to be in
                control —
                to be the giver —
                I am the giver of your gifts —
                I don't need you to permit
                    them, block them,
                    like filler 

The Descent of the Holy Spirit upon the Apostles and the Blessed Virgin Mary

Mary speaks and she says: that she is with us in a special way on this special day, and thanks us for all we have done, in helping to spread the message that she delivered at Fatima and the message of the Lady of Clearwater.

    Today is a special day my children, and I have given to you the teaching of my Son Jesus, for He wants you to stand with me under the cross, always in your lives, knowing what He suffered, and knowing the gift of the resurrection. For you can be great intercessors in helping to bring down grace for this world. You have been taught by Jesus, to love the Mass and to know of His love, in the letters of His love that He has given to you. You have been held close to His Heart, as you prayed the prayers, for consecration to His Heart and to my heart. The Holy Spirit wants to fill you more and more, with the fire of God's love, my special ones.

    You have made your heavenly Father very happy this day. It is a day to commemorate the gifts of the 13ths that have been given to you. As you pray the rest of the prayers from your heart, thank God for all the blessings that He has given to you, through this movement in your lives, in leading you closer and closer to Him. Live as His little child, loving one another, always love, even when things are difficult for you to handle, because someone may not have been serving Him as they should.

    Remember that God loves you abundantly, and He will help you in your prayers to deal with those difficult situations, but not in pride and anger and competitiveness. It is in meekness in your heart, it is in following in the footsteps of Jesus. Love finds a way, my children, and God loves you abundantly. I am Mary your Mother on this day, October the 13th, 2011. I am with you. Pray as you have never prayed before, and ask for the grace from the Holy Spirit, to remember this message that your Heavenly Father has delivered to you today. You have been called by Him to a special mission. Say yes in serving Him.

    And she says to pray for Jean and her family especially. ...

5. Jesus: I come to you and I call to you to open wide, to let Me enter into your heart, more and more abundantly, that you will be My instruments of love in the world, for satan wants to block that love union, that you have been called to, with the others in your lives. And you can waste so much time in holding out. Proceed ahead in all that you do, giving the love and dwelling deeply in My Heart. I am Jesus, the Sacred Heart. I give to you My Heart, the symbol of My love.

6. Jesus: When the night is long and you are suffering enormously, because of a darkness, you must know that I am always there, and that you may be tested, and that satan will not let up, when you have been called to do some work for My Movement. Hold tight to My hand. Endure the suffering. Look at My bloodied face. Do not give into him. Do God's will in all that you have been called to do. It is in doing the will of God that you will have peace in your lives, even in trial and suffering. I am Jesus, your Savior.

7. Jesus: The sun shone in the sky, and it looks so bright, so powerful. It warmed the earth. And you did not see the love of the Creator, in all that you have been given many days of your life. Today is a day that you have been given from your God in rain and in shine. Know that I am with you. In living according to the will of God, you will have peace always. And when satan comes and he wants to press, and to get you focused on what others are saying or thinking, do not give into him. Know that if I have called you to a great work, that he will find someone to press on you, and many times it is those closest to you, in the members of your family, the ones you love deeply. But if you love, act in love.

    Do not give into the "I am right and they are wrong", and "I don't need them for the rest of my life." That is being majorly unloving, when it is the will of God that you work with one another, that you forgive, for you are all imperfect in your ways. And that is what satan wants, to divide husbands and wives, to divide children from their parents, to work in brothers and sisters, to work with those that you are to work with, and to live with, but I have called you to love. I have given to you the knowledge, over and over again, in My books of how much I truly love you. You must come from a place of love, for satan wants to divide you from those you love, and then, you live in misery. That is what he wants, you to be isolated, divided and miserable because of unloving ways.

8. Jesus: See your brothers as the creation of God the Father, even when they have not acted in a way, that God has told you to act. See that person created by God, and in love pray for them. Pray to bring unity to the world. Do not be condescending, looking always through the eyes of  thinking you are better than others, or in feeling satisfaction in any way in that, for you were created the instrument that God wants to use. They were created by God for their work, also. As you unite in the uniqueness of your talents, you will be a powerful force in the world, and satan aims to divide you, to keep you from that unending source, where you can accomplish much work in the building of the Kingdom. Heed My words here. Pray for wisdom to follow God's ways, to not give in to the ways of the world.

10. Jesus: My Heart is a Heart of love on fire for you, My precious chosen one. Be a light in the darkness. Be an instrument of love. Live to bring unity, love to your brothers.

 

The Assumption of Our Lady into Heaven

1. Mary speaks and she says: I wanted you to come to the altar, that you would leave your commitment as roses before the Lord, on this special day, and also the commitment of those in Florida, of Annette and Regina, and Sanja, that give so much to keep my building alive and open, to those who have given their donations to helping this building to be in the hands, that the Father has chosen to spread this message to the world from that place. My chosen ones, look at all the gifts you have been given, and thank your Heavenly Father. Be as a little child, ready to please Him, for He loves you as your Heavenly Father, so much. For at the end of the day, satan can come to stir things up, or press on you to do things that are not God's will, that affect you the next day, and the next and the next. Pray always to do God's will - morning, noon and night. And know that God is always there with you, listening when you pray for grace, praying for grace to live in God's will, constantly, that you will be in peace.                 We need to forgive people we were

                The devil can read us like a golfer
                    on a green and work through
                    these sins —

                We need to pray for people

                    anger from the past.

                Relationships in the family that needs
                    healing

                Daughter and Father
                    children need love from parents —

                The saints are in heaven —
                The saints help us by their prayers
