R. Jesus has taught us so very
                much with His life. He has
                taught us about the interior
                life of the Trinity.

Excerpt from Response to God's Love by Fr. Edward Carter, S.J.

                R. Jesus taught us about His
                relationship with His heavenly
                Father – the love of God for
                us, the love of God, the
                Holy Spirit and how He
                teaches us and reveals to
                us - truth.

John 16: 7-15
 

Still, I am telling you the truth:
it is for your own good that I am going,
because unless I go,
the Paraclete will not come to you;
but if I go,
I will send him to you.
And when he comes,
he will show the world how wrong it was,
about sin,
and about who was in the right,
and about judgement:
about sin:
in that they refuse to believe in me;
about who was in the right:
in that I am going to the Father
and you will see me no more;
about judgement:
in that the prince of this world
    is already condemned.
I still have many things to say to you
but they would be too much for you
    to bear now.

However, when the Spirit of truth comes
he will lead you to the complete truth,
since he will not be speaking
    of his own accord,
but will say only what he has been told;
and he will reveal to you
    the things to come.
He will glorify me,
since all he reveals to you
will be taken from what is mine.
Everything the Father has is mine;
that is why I said:
all he reveals to you
will be taken from what is mine.

                R. God is absolute truth –
                To be one, more and more with
                God – we seek truth –

                    Satan is the father of
                lies. Any deception we
                intentionally give into, takes
                us away from God who is
                truth.

                    Dear God, I seek to
                know You more and more
                and to live more and more
                the mystery of Christ in
                my life –

                    It is a mystery – God reveals
                to us more and more – insight
                into the Divine Mystery –
                That is why Mary told us to
                meditate on the Mysteries
                of the Rosary.

                    From meditating on these
                mysteries we know more
                about the love of Jesus
                and the love of Mary.

                    The Holy Spirit works in the
                mysteries of the rosary
                to help us to know the mystery
                of God's love, the mystery of
                unity, the love of Jesus for Mary
                and Mary for Jesus, the mystery
                of death/resurrection –
                the mystery of life – to know
                more and more how God
                abundantly fills us with His
                life – God's life in us.

                    I reached out for my God and
                He took my hand and I walked
                in this barren land for a while
                and felt deep security to know
                how God knows all things.

                    We are like the pupils of a
                class – eager to get onto the
                next thing and God wants us
                to stop, to be with Him, to
                listen to the fluttering of the
                Holy Spirit revelation in our hearts
                and not to dismiss God so quickly
                when He comes to us in a special
                way and like children wanting to
                play, we run away to the play-yard.

                Jesus: Linger with Me now – focus
                on absolute truth – So many are
                so quick to run and I call to
                them and they ignore Me for
                their schedule, their plan, their
                inordinate attachments they
                worship.

                    I am God and you shall have
                no gods before Me – no person,
                place or thing – you put
                before your God. The will of
                the Father, I make clear to you,
                but many do not want My will,
                they have their will fixed so deeply
                in their plan and live in
                utter deception of their wrong
                doings –

                    Even when I have given and given,
                despite their willfulness, they are
                fixed and locked up tight on their
                plan that leads them from Me
                and some are solidly rigid
                and hard in heart pursuing
                their own plan and fooling
                themselves. They can fool themselves,
                like a fantasy – they write the
                script and try to force it to
                happen.

                    My ways I make clear to those
                who come to Me and listen to
                Me in My gifts given in order.
                I work in order, I am not combattal
                and when one lives rigidly with
                an argument on the tip of his
                tongue – it tips you to the
                unrest in the soul. I am meek
                and tender in Heart. Deception
                is far from Me. I am a God of
                order and light.

                    People do not see how 'what
                they sow – so shall they reap'.
                It's like a parent who shows their
                children it's okay to rob banks –
                the children will watch the
                parent and think it is okay
                to steal.

                    The fruit does not fall - far from
                the tree. A man so focused on
                himself in misery – teaches others
                to be distant and if he is flippant
                he raises this in his children –
                'So shall you reap what you
                sow' –

                    A man went out and he put
                great seeds in his garden and
                the seeds grew and they were
                as he intended – a great harvest.

                    Another man went out and
                he was far from his heart –
                he showed 'control' and
                'rebellion' as his life grew –
                the deception in him grew to
                spread his weeds wherever
                he could and when the shoots
                came up – they were far worse
                than what he intended, for
                they grew and were thick and
                out of hand.

                    You have so many days of your
                lives to choose truth and not
                deception. Little ones and all
                that watch feel the disorder
                and disharmony – the anger
                is not easily concealed.

                    Like genuine love of the heart
                that grows like ripples on a pond –
                Love contributes to unity and
                friends and the circle of this
                building in love reaches out
                farther and farther and farther –

                    A man planted love - every
                where he went. This love turned
                into a following of more and
                more love. I carefully picked
                your founder, Fr. Carter and Fr. Joe
                to spread love to the world.

                Jesus: Ask yourself how Pope John Paul II
                spread so much love and
                encouragement every where
                he went. He was so solidly
                rooted in My love and My
                truth. Pope John Paul II did so much
                for the world in his trips to
                Poland. Pope John Paul II taught love –
                His virtue was seen. His life
                was coming from his heart so
                one with Mine. He lived the
                Father's will in love –

                    You cannot even measure how
                some great leaders sowed peace,
                from a heart of peace – one
                with Mine. They lived in unity
                with the Father's will – they
                were not rebellious, they were
                peace makers of love – given
                for others – from a heart –
                grounded in love –

                Love is not someone saying they
                love you – then they stay far
                away and do their own thing –
                Love is in seeking God's will –
                Love is in dying to self and
                rising in God –

                Love is in relationships, in working
                with others to solve problems,
                in working in misunderstandings
                to continue to do the Father's will

                Love is in observing God's order because
                    you don't want the slightest sin to
                    offend your God and others –

                Love is in giving, as a servant for
                    the good of the other, because
                    you want nothing you ever
                    do to offend God's will by
                    rebellion to God –

The Father's Will for Us  - Our Source of Peace

• Pope John Paul II instructs us: "The Church, as a reconciled and reconciling community, cannot forget that at the source of her gift and mission of reconciliation is the initiative, full of compassionate love and mercy, of that God who is love (see 1 John 4:8) and who out of love created human beings (see Wisdom 11:23-26; Genesis 1:27: Psalms 8:4-8)…He created them so that they might live in friendship with Him and in communion with one another.

"God is faithful to His eternal plan even when man, under the impulse of the evil one (see Wisdom 2:24) and carried away by his own pride, abuses the freedom given to him in order to love and generously seek what is good, and (instead) refuses to obey his Lord and Father. God is faithful even when man, instead of responding with love to God’s love, opposes Him and treats Him like a rival, deluding himself and relying on his own power, with the resulting break of relationship with the One who created him. In spite of this transgression on man’s part, God remains faithful in love.

"It is certainly true that the story of the Garden of Eden makes us think about the tragic consequences of rejecting the Father, which becomes evident in man’s inner disorder and in the breakdown of harmony between man and woman, brother and brother (see Genesis 3:12 ff; 4:1-16). Also significant is the Gospel parable of the two brothers (the parable of the ‘prodigal son’; see Luke 15:11-32) who, in different ways, distance themselves from their father and cause a rift between them. Refusal of God’s fatherly love and of His loving gifts is always at the root of humanity’s divisions.

"But we know that God…like the father in the parable (of the prodigal son), does not close His heart to any of His children. He waits for them, looks for them, goes to meet them at the place where the refusal of communion imprisons them in isolation and division. He calls them to gather about His table in the joy of the feast of forgiveness and reconciliation.

"This initiative on God’s part is made concrete and manifest in the redemptive act of Christ, which radiates through the world by means of the ministry of the Church." ¹³

Your Time Is So Short

Jesus: My dear child, you must turn yourself over entirely to Me. Oh, child, I am your Savior. Do not ever doubt Me. Always count on My being present to you. The days go by with such rapidness, you will soon be with Me forever in heaven.

Everyone only sees each moment as it is occurring now. There is an end to all of this and your reward waits for you. It seems hard to think of this as ever ending, but time is so short, little one. Soon all this will be over.

Fight a good fight for Me. You need to help all you can to know of Me. Keep remembering that these days will not go on forever, that this life is so short compared to all eternity.

Some day you will truly be with Me in heaven. Your life is so short compared to eternity. Here today, gone tomorrow. All that remains is how you choose to live, for God or against God!

You are responsible for all your time and your actions and how you live in service of Me. It sounds simple but people alive on earth in sin cannot see anything else but what they are doing now. Satan blinds you into thinking this life will go on and on when, in fact, it is so short compared to eternity, just a short while. It is so easy to see. Why do you get so caught up in this life here? It is so short. The batting of an eye, the dropping of a pin, and your life is over and eternity awaits. Do these short moments mean so much to you?

Listen to Me, little one. Time is so short. My light is at hand. My time is so precious because it determines your eternal life. So short, indeed. Heed My word and listen to My voice. What you do, how you act, are so small when compared to eternity! This is no laughing matter. It is your soul that is at stake. It is your life forever and ever. Is a few years of life, holding on to such insignificant "stuff" worth all eternity? My life for you is so simple. Love God, love one another. Put Me first and all falls into line! So simple, but so hard for so many precious little ones. I tell you, until heaven and earth pass away, not one letter of My law will pass away.

Here today, gone tomorrow, and I am your God. Come to me and all will be brought to light! He made the crooked ways straight and He nourished their souls. Listen. You do not know the glories that await him who serves the Lord. Hold tight to Me, little one. Hold tight to Me and receive a divine reward forever. May My name be exalted in heaven and on earth. The trumpet blares and the Lord ascends His throne. All know His glory. Their lives were not in vain who served Him while in their lives. Their rewards are as golden gems whose splendor no one can comprehend.

Heaven and earth may vanish like smoke, but your deeds will not be forgotten. Store up treasures in the life hereafter by doing good works. Keep your eyes on your Father in heaven, Who waits and loves you so. All will be made open in the end and your life will be spent in the hereafter. What a reward for such a short test!

R. Oh, Jesus, praise to You from the heights. You are so good and loving. We trust in You and Your mercy. Alleluia. Alleluia.

I Showed You the Way -- I Showed You Surrender

March 7, 1994 4:00a.m.

Jesus: You are the city set on the hill. You will shine with the intimate love of Jesus. I am the Son of God. I am He Whose bootstraps you are unworthy to tie.

I am Jesus and I loved My little ones to My death. Do you know even a little about what it is to give your life for someone? Do you think of yourself and ponder yourself being this selfless? People cannot even take one hour to sit with Me. The world has made you all blind. You do exactly as you want. Meditate on My sorrowful Passion. Read My meditations on the rosary. This was My life, given for you, My little loved ones. I gave My life for you and you want more? You want more proof and signs, yet you cannot even pray a few moments after Communion!

I am the Master. I taught you about selflessness and surrender. Look at My position on the cross. Yet you hold back. You want your comfort. You want to make the world your end! Oh, you give a little. You give Me what you dole out, a little here, a little there, and say, "Okay, Lord, I'm good. I pray prayers. I spend my life doing holy things, but I am in control of what and how much I give you. I am in control, Lord. Aren't you satisfied?"

I am only satisfied when you surrender your all to Me! You give Me such little bits and pieces and you pat yourself on the back and look at the sick world and say, "Well, I am pretty holy." This is not the point. You judge, you decide, you do your own will! This is you, playing the game of running your life! You give here, you keep there. I want your all. I want your time spent alone with Me in front of the tabernacle. I want you to have an ardent on-fire love affair with Me. When you love, you give. You say to your lover, "Oh, anything you ask for I will give to you." If you ask for my shirt, I will give you my cloak as well because I love you this much!"

You don't know about love. You control your relationships with Me. Then what hurts My aching heart is how you talk about the love of God. There is not love in your actions. If you came and spent your life with Me, if you freely gave sacrifices for Me, this is love!

You look to the world and you judge yourself as doing so much. Look to Me, hanging on the cross, and judge yourself by My standards. I call you to an ardent love affair with Me. I call you to love--love of God, love of one another.

You do not have love for one another because you do not love God first. Love gives its all. Love does not seek itself. Love gives freely!

I died on the cross to teach you how to love. I am the Master. If you look to the world and judge yourself, you are not learning any lessons from Me. You must look to Me to learn from Me.

Look at Me on the cross, My arms outstretched, hanging from the cross. I gave My all! I gave Myself for love of you. I held not back a little. I held not back and I, God, could have stopped it all, but I gave you freely from the bottom of My heart with greatest love for you!

This, My sweet ones, is love. I showed you the way. I showed you surrender. I am Jesus Christ and I write to you. Do you listen? Oh, you, in your busy lives, do not surrender to Me even now.

What do I do to shake My beloved ones? You are all blind and dense. Look at how attached you truly are. You do not surrender. You do your will, you do your thing. I tell you over and over again to come and pray with Me for long periods. I tell you to pray after Communion. I write about praying before the tabernacle, but you do your will. You go to the world. You ask your questions there. You look for answers from each other. You do not surrender even one hour of your time.

I come and you receive Me, the Son of God, in Holy Communion! Do you stay and sit with Me or do you do what you want? I died for you, yet you cannot let go of even little things.

I am Jesus, Son of God. If you who profess to love Me cannot give of your life to Me, how do you expect others to learn from you? You teach as you are. You teach in your actions. Your actions are selfish and centered on self. I call you to denial of self and love of God.

One person fixed to the true life of Christ can move a mountain. You follow the world and try to do it yourself.

I preach coming to Me and sitting with Me. I, God, have all the answers. No one listens. What do I do to shake My faithful ones in their comfort?

I am Jesus Christ, Son of the Living God. I want to dwell in you and operate with the power of God. I invite you to My altar. I sit and wait with all the answers and you, in your pride, tell Me, "I am too busy."

Busy yourself for your day is at hand and you will know My might! I will shake the earth and you will listen. Then you will listen, but where were you when I gave you forewarning? You are waiting for the big boom. I am calling you now to listen to Me here.

Play your safe game. Waste your time. I am God and I am talking to you. You do it your way. I sit with the answers. Every answer is given here. I want My beloved ones to read these letters. I grow so tired of your foolishness. I am God and you are busy. Die to yourself, child. I showed you the way. I lead. You must follow Me!

I am your God. You shall have no gods before Me! Do you pray to Me in silence? You want your answers given to you. You want My love given instantly as you demand. I am waiting for a love affair with you. The fire of love is enkindled. Love is time spent together. Lovers sit together for long hours and learn to know one another. Would you give so little of yourself to develop a love affair with Me? I sit, I wait. I am there at every moment in all the tabernacles of this world, and you are busy!

Time is so short. One moment and it is up in smoke.

All that remain are the things of God. You are here to know, love and serve Me. I am sending out an urgent plea to publish all these messages--now.

These letters will turn the cold hearts to love. Do you not think I have all the power? You tarry, you deliberate. I grow tired. I am God and no one listens. You want Me your way. You want Me to come your way.

I sweetly tell you, in My gentle love letters, that I come, Jesus, the Son of God, gently in Communion. You are numb and blind. You want Me to roll drums and blare trumpets, but I come in the quiet moments. I roll no drums, I blare no trumpets. I come and you miss My calls!

What do I do to shake you? I, in all My might, can rock you off your rockers. I try to prepare you but you are too busy. Hold on to your last piece of dust and watch it go up in your face!

I am Jesus Christ, Son of God and I write to you and who pays heed here? This should tell you of your attachment to worldly things. You want proof. You look the other way. I am God and you contain the mighty medicine for this sick world. I am Jesus, the Son of God. Do you listen? Look at Me, dying on the cross. I gave My all for you. Do you not think I would send a mighty medicine this day for you? You are so blind. You do not listen.

I, God, talk here to you this very day.

Do Not Worry

May 3, 1994 5:00a.m.

Jesus: My dear child, what are you doing? Do not worry. Put all doubt aside and let Me comfort your heart. I am God. This life is very short. You do not focus on the things of this world.

Satan wants to get you focused on yourself always. Pray to be led by Me. Live for love of Me. Live only to draw all close to My Sacred Heart. Operate for love of your brothers. You will not become prideful or boastful if you constantly focus on bringing others close to Me. That is your goal, to draw others to My Sacred Heart, to tell them of My ardent love, to lead others to My arms. Your job is to promote the love of Jesus. Do not be smart in your speech. Be loving. Operate to draw others close to Me.

Do not be hurried. When someone approaches you, speak of My love. I am sending people to you. A few words from these letters can help a hurting soul. Do not focus on yourself at all. Focus totally on My letters to them. Love, love, love!

If you feel yourself getting irritated at your brother, pray for him and yourself. Pray to act Christ-like.

Do not be rushed. You are going nowhere. The love you give this day is all that matters. How did you preach the gospel in your being this day?

I am the Way. I am the Truth. I am the Life. I am your precious Jesus. Oh, how I love you, little one. Tell all how tender I am and how I wait for them and want to share Myself with them. I am the tenderest of hearts.

Mary is very close to you. She is so loving to her children! We are guarding your every move. Let go into the loving arms of Me and My mother. It is a fact that we are truly by your side, loving you and guarding you. Angels go where you walk. Pray to us constantly. We are always there.

Continue to focus on your union with Me. Pray the prayers, become selfless. You are not in this in any way to promote yourself. Constantly pray the Prayer for Union with Me. You must remain selfless or Satan moves in.

Let each day unfold. Do not be anxious. Let go. You are going nowhere. I am Jesus Christ, the Son of God, and I walk with you wherever you go. Feel My presence by your side, talk to Me, walk with Me. I am your best friend. Love Me, little one. I love you so and I want to be united to you. No human can be in union with you as I can. Let go and let it happen. Focus on Me and Me alone. You will love others when you are focused on Jesus. Love is from the heart. It is action. Do not hold back your emotions. Love Me, love your brothers!

Oh, how I love you, My sweet, little, beautiful children, created by My Father. You are His handiwork. Honor the creation the Father has made. Be loving to one another.

You are all His creations and I would die this day for your brothers. Guard your thoughts. Only think pure, loving thoughts. If you are troubled, pray. I will handle you and your problems. I love you so.

                R. Another new day –

                Day after day – the Lord gave me a new
                    slate to live for Him –
                    the light came up again in stages –
                    first I saw the tree tops and
                    house tops as the light rose
                    in the sky –
                    then I saw more clearly – the
                    houses showed and windows
                    and doors –
                    the street could be seen to take
                    me to Church and school
                    and work –

                Then from the darkness rose the
                    light more and more and more –
                    until soon I saw everything so
                    clear –
                    even a little bird came in
                    the tree by my window

                Every day – a new day – to serve
                    God – to be free in our
                    hearts – to be one in our
                    hearts – to build the life
                    with others God has chosen
                    us to work with in the
                    building of the Kingdom.
 

                R. God is a mystery and we must
                    seek Him –
                    we must learn to work with
                    others He intends us to work
                    with in love –

                It's about love –
                It's about relationship –
                It's about building relationships –

                We know we get older and we
                    were made to move on –
                    hopefully to our heavenly
                    home – with God – in
                    loving relationship forever –

                We are here to learn to love –

                Sin blinds a man – more and more
                    to the truth –

                Who would want to go there –

                Sin puts stain on our soul –

                We are accountable and responsible
                    for our actions –

                We are to work on wounded
                    relationships –
                    admit it when we sin
                    and say we are sorry –

                Try to make the bridge where
                    we caused the breach –

                We just don't keep sinning and
                    stick wounds in others over
                    and over again – like Christ
                    paid for when He was beaten
                    for our sins –

                We try to mend the relationships
                    when we sinned with
                    God and others we are
                    to work with –

                This is justice

                We give to God what is His due –
                    We don't operate in deception,
                    stabbing others in the back,
                    over and over again like
                    they did when they whipped
                    Christ's back –
                    They beat His back for our
                        sins –
                    Christ knows our sins and
                    He paid a big price so we
                    could be forgiven and some day
                    go to heaven –

                Living is about relationships –

                Living is about loving –

                Living is about repairing the
                    breach – not adding
                    deception upon deception
                    and stabbing our brothers
                    in the back with our
                    sins –

                Sin puts stain on our soul –

                Sin drives us away from
                    God who is all good –

                Today the morning came and the
                    light began to come out of the
                    darkness – as the light came
                    brighter the houses and sky
                    were covered with thick fog –
                    I kept wanting it to lift and
                    at long last it did as the
                    morning went on, but a
                    big rain came soon and the
                    day was not so clear as I had
                    hoped –

                Think of the stain of sin on the
                    soul – we can ask God to
                    help us to see the sinfulness in our
                    actions that drive us from Him
                    and others and tell Him we are
                    sorry and tell others we are
                    sorry
                    We can think of the fog like
                    the sin that stains the soul
                    and we deceptively try to
                    hide and never tell God we
                    are sorry or build the bridge
                    with others to repair the
                    breach we caused where we
                    needed to love –

                It's like the fog never lifts and
                    the fog can get thicker and
                    thicker –
                    like blindness when it could
                    have been clear –

                    How well do we see in relationships
                    clouded with bitterness, anger,
                    envy, jealousy that was never
                    washed clean by the new
                    fallen snow or the crystal
                    clear rain –

                Years and years of stains of
                    sins that were never
                    brought to light and
                    no bridge built for the
                    breaches that sin made –

                    Stain of sin darkens the light
                of reasoning –

                    And this makes it hard for
                a man to even see the good
                he needs to do.

                    Instead of living virtuously
                in a working, honest, relationship
                with others and God –

                    He can be dishonest and
                stuck in a bucket of stagnant
                water where the rupture in
                his heart was wounded and
                never repaired by loss, or sin or
                whatever the trauma was that
                made this reaction become
                deception or bitterness.

                    God is the only source of
                true happiness. The virtuous
                man wants only God's truth
                in him and doesn't want
                to offend God with the
                slightest sin. When he does sin,
                he is immediately ready to make
                recompense and try to
                restore the wounded relationship
                with God and others –

                Sin is disorder –

                God operates in order –

                Sin brings disdain when
                    one refuses to come
                    clean and brings great
                    punishment in the life
                    of the sinner –

                Only in God is their real
                    happiness –

                God intends us to communicate
                    in love and to work
                    through our offenses
                    in love with others –
                    not hold out, – but be
                    harmonious –

                Slothfulness or holding out what
                    God wants us to do in
                    harmony and love is a
                    bad habit and
                    holding out in contrariness
                    is far from God –

                Sin is turning away from God –
                    what God wants –

                Sin is turning away from love –

                Sin is remaining in deception
                    having offended God and others
                    and continuing the same
                    sin over and over and over again
                    offending God and others over and
                    over and over again with no
                    recognition of the damage of
                    the offense or the desire in
                    honesty to even recognize
                    the offense –

                A sinner who turns away from
                    God like this becomes more
                    and more hard in heart
                    and angry because they
                    oppose God's plan – who
                    created them to love –
                    And only unity with God brings
                        true happiness –

                Sin is paid for in one way
                    or another –

                Sin drives us from happiness
                    because happiness is found
                    in serving God –

                    God gives us confession –

                    We have the opportunity to
                        come clean by trying
                        to repair the breach
                        brought on by sinful,
                        unloving actions –

                This reparation, confession,
                    sorrow for sin – real
                    sorrow for sin and a
                    firm purpose of amendment to
                    turn away from the sin and
                    back to God can help us
                    restore the relationships that
                    were hurt by sin.

                    We watched a movie about a
                priest in a concentration camp
                in World War II and how they were
                beaten for no reason – mocked –
                In this movie the man was beaten
                on the head, crowned with thorns
                and crucified. He did nothing,
                the men were violent and
                cruel, seeped in power and angry –

                Anger like this is a menace –

                Jealousy is a menace when
                    one gives into it and
                    into it

                And in envy, hates others looking
                    good over them.

                It is just a very bad habit and
                    envy is a deadly sin because
                    it "deadens" the heart
                    to feel –

                God gave me these messages so
                    we would advance to have
                    hearts of love – more and
                    more likened to Him –

                Song: Give Me Your Heart Oh Jesus –

                R. The devil can blind a man if the
                    man gives in – over and
                    over again and
                    envy becomes his way of
                    acting –
                    wanting a person to never
                    look better than them or
                    they will bring them down –

                Likewise the person of pride and
                    jealousy and anger can fall
                    so far – they want no correction
                    by authority if they are called
                    to work with others –

                Bad habits of pride – seeking dominance
                    for dominance sake can be
                    wrapped up in a person not
                    feeling good about themselves
                    and losing power in a big
                    way due to some trauma –
                    So they can seek a person to
                    dominate, to have power
                    over – ALWAYS – in
                    an attempt to repair power
                    taken from them by others
                    in the past –

                DISORDER  is disorder

                Sin is Disorder –
 

Romans 8: 5-9

                R. Envy can be so habitual a person
                    cannot stand others or a
                    certain other to look good
                    or they think it detracts
                    from them –

                The person rooted in God rejoices
                    in one who is good and
                    experiencing good fortune –

                The envious person can live a life
                    of wanting to bring the person
                    looking good – down –
                    This is evil – it is a deadly sin
                        to be envious.

                The man of jealousy sees others
                    and because of his own
                    bitter heart is jealous
                    of others who he can even
                    see being happy.

                The deadly sins are bad habits
                    that take a person into
                    very much misery and bitterness.

                Being mean toward others should
                    never feel good –
                    Jesus is compassionate and
                        loving in Heart –

                Sorrowful –

                Agony –

                    in His perfection

                    Christ said "yes"

                    to the bitter passion

                    Christ saw all of us that
                        don't give thoughts to
                        our selfishness
                        while He paid with His Blood –
                        He paid in love for us –
                        We cannot even comprehend
                        in our feeble minds
                        the love of the Almighty God.

                R. Dear Holy Spirit please impart to me
                Wisdom to do the will of God.

                My life is yours –

                My heart is yours –

                My hope is in Thee –

                Most Sacred Heart of Jesus I place my trust
                    in Thee –

                Holy Spirit fill me with love –

                Impart to me the gift of
                    Counsel to know what
                    I should do in the
                    uncertainties of life –

                Help me God –

                Fill me with Your grace –

                Fill me with Your love –

                Amen –

   

Most Sacred Heart of Jesus I place
my Trust in Thee

   

                R. We are here in the world
                this day. God loves us and
                wants us to see ourselves in the
                Plan of God the Father.

                    God has a Plan for us today.

                    See yourself in salvation history
                    See how God wants us to love
                        and serve Him today –

                    Be plugged into God's Plan

 

 

                R. God created us in love. God's
                plan is loving – Babies are
                created in love –

                See a little baby
 

                R. God created the universe

                God created us to know, love
                    and serve Him –

                God is all good –

                In justice we deserve to give
                    God what is His due –
                    to love and serve and know
                    Him as best we can!

                Purpose of creation –
                    we are to give glory to God –

                God created the stars
                    the stars responded –

                God created light –
                    and there was light 

 

Genesis 1: 2-5

Now the earth was a formless void, there was darkness over the deep, with a divine wind sweeping over the waters. 

    God said, ‘Let there be light,’ and there was light. God saw that light was good, and God divided light from darkness. God called light ‘day’, and darkness he called ‘night’. Evening came and morning came: the first day.

   

Genesis 1: 26-27

     God said, ‘Let us make man in our own image, in the likeness of ourselves, and let them be masters of the fish of the sea, the birds of heaven, the cattle, all the wild animals and all the creatures that creep along the ground.’

    God created man in the image of himself,
    in the image of God he created him,
    male and female he created them.

 

Genesis 2: 18

Yahweh God said, "It is not right that the man should be alone. I shall make him a helper."

 

Genesis 2: 21-23

Then, Yahweh God made the man fall into a deep sleep. And, while he was asleep, he took one of his ribs and closed the flesh up again forthwith. Yahweh God fashioned the rib he had taken from the man into a woman, and brought her to the man. And the man said:

This one at last is bone of my bones
    and flesh of my flesh!
She is to be called Woman,
    because she was taken from Man.

     

                R. Man was given a free will –

                Pride can ruin a man –

                Seeking dominance for
                    dominance sake –

                Sin entered the world
   

Genesis 3: 1-7

    Now, the snake was the most subtle of all the wild animals that Yahweh God had made. It asked the woman, 'Did God really say you were not to eat from any of the trees in the garden?' The woman answered the snake, 'We may eat the fruit of the trees in the garden. But of the fruit of the tree in the middle of the garden God said, "You must not eat it, nor touch it, under pain of death." ' Then the snake said to the woman, 'No! You will not die! God knows in fact that the day you eat it your eyes will be opened and you will be like gods, knowing good from evil.' The woman saw that the tree was good to eat and pleasing to the eye, and that it was enticing for the wisdom that it could give. So she took some of its fruit and ate it. She also gave some to her husband who was with her, and he ate it. Then the eyes of both of them were opened and they realised that they were naked. So they sewed fig-leaves together to make themselves loin-cloths.

 

                R. Adam and Eve were sent from
                    the Garden
 

                    A teacher said — 

                    What does God look like?
 

                    Draw a picture
 

                    A little boy drew an old guy
                        in a convertible and a
                        couple scantily dressed
                        in the back seat
 

                    When questioned about his picture

                    He said the old gentleman
                        was God the Father driving
                        Adam and Eve out of the
