Dear Father united to Jesus in the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass, the Sacrifice of Calvary sacramentally made present, celebrated around the world, in the Holy Spirit. We offer up all we do united to the Mass. We unite in one mind and one heart as members of the mystical body of Christ, with Christ our head in the pure and holy Hearts of Jesus and Mary, through the powerful intercession of Mary with all the angels and saints and souls in purgatory, and we beg for the saving grace, for our country, the United States. Please help us. We further pray for unity to always do the will of God in love. We spread the Blood of Jesus on the leaders and people of the United States and cast the devil into hell. We consecrate our country to the Sacred Heart and Immaculate Heart and all our dioceses, and beg for an outpouring of the Holy Spirit. God help us. We pray for our families, the priests, the Church and the world. In the Name of Jesus please hear us, we pray. We pray for our president and leaders. We pray that we are united as one nation under God to work together in love as God wants.

R. We can all stretch our wings down here below, but like the prodigal son, in the end our destiny forever is in returning to the home the Father has planned for us in heaven.

Rosie found her peace in Shepherds of Christ, in many years spreading this message of God’s love to pilgrims in Florida, then in serving in these priestly mailings in China.
And hours, days, praying for us all and the priests, the Church and the world before the Exposed Eucharist in China, in this Church.

This woman lived for Jesus and for others, like Betty her sister here - day after day, in suffering physically and pain,
in endurance and a heart of deep love.

Love gives and both sisters, Betty and Rosie gave praying for us and serving in the mailings especially, spreading Fr. Joe’s homily books to all active priests in the US and hierarchy in the US and around the world and spreading Fr. Carter’s Priestly Newsletter.

Jesus led the quiet life for 30 years

Mass in China Church

Fr. Carter says:
February 18, 2000
…“again, he teaches us many lessons from this, one of them certainly is, where does true greatness lie? It doesn’t lie in the things which are outside of you, the things which, surround you, it lies within your very depths.”

Fr. Carter continues: “I think all of you here at China give a great witness to life of Jesus, Mary and Joseph at Nazareth, and to the birthplace of Jesus, in Bethlehem. your life is so simple. It is so hidden, and yet like the life of Jesus at Nazareth, it is meant to be redemptive.
His life certainly was redemptive those first 33 years of his existence. And I think, I said, in a homily to you, some months ago, that, if we had it to plan, we certainly would have arranged, I’m sure all of us, Jesus' life here on earth differently .

“So glory in your existence, here at China, in its hiddenness and ask for the faith to realize more and more the great good you are doing for the movement and the Church and the world.”
…“so your life, here at China, is in such great imitation of Jesus, Mary and Joseph at Nazareth and such great Saints as Saint Teresa of Lisieux those saints, who lived such a hidden existence.
So first of all, I thank you for your persevering in this life. How great your life is here at China for the cause of Christ.”

Definition of Love

The definition of love used by Father Carter is as follows.

Love is the gift of self to promote the true good of those loved. He states the reception of love is the receiving of the gift of the other, so my good will be promoted.

Glorious Mysteries

The Resurrection

1. Matthew 28: 1-10

The empty tomb. The angel's message

After the Sabbath, and towards dawn on the first day of the week, Mary of Magdala and the other Mary went to visit the sepulchre. And suddenly there was a violent earthquake, for an angel of the Lord, descending from heaven, came and rolled away the stone and sat on it. His face was like lightning, his robe white as snow. The guards were so shaken by fear of him that they were like dead men. But the angel spoke; and he said to the women, ‘There is no need for you to be afraid. I know you are looking for Jesus, who was crucified. He is not here, for he has risen, as he said he would. Come and see the place where he lay, then go quickly and tell his disciples, "He has risen from the dead and now he is going ahead of you to Galilee; that is where you will see him." Look! I have told you.’ Filled with awe and great joy the women came quickly away from the tomb and ran to tell his disciples.

Colossians 1:25-28

Paul labours in the service of the gentiles

It makes me happy to be suffering for you now, and in my own body to make up all the hardships that still have to be undergone by Christ for the sake of his body, the Church, of which I was made a servant with the responsibility towards you that God gave to me, that of completing God's message, the message which was a mystery hidden for generations and centuries and has now been revealed to his holy people. It was God's purpose to reveal to them how rich is the glory of this mystery among the gentiles; it is Christ among you, your hope of glory: this is the Christ we are proclaiming, admonishing and instructing everyone in all wisdom, to make everyone perfect in Christ.

 

The Ascension

1. Luke 24:50-53

Then he took them out as far as the outskirts of Bethany, and raising his hands he blessed them. Now as he blessed them, he withdrew from them and was carried up to heaven. They worshipped him and then went back to Jerusalem full of joy; and they were continually in the Temple praising God.

2. Hebrews 1:1-2

At many moments in the past and by many means, God spoke to our ancestors through the prophets; but in our time, the final days, he has spoken to us in the person of his Son, whom he appointed heir of all things and through whom he made the ages.

3. Jesus ascended into
    heaven, but He remains,
    truly present with us in the
    Eucharist.
4. We share in the Mystery
    of Christ, it is our hope of
    glory.
5. The Mystery of the
    Christian life is rooted in the
    Incarnation.
6. The inner life of God
    became the outer life
    of God in Christ.
7. Everything the Father
    wishes to tell us is summed
    up in the life of Jesus of
    Nazareth.
8. Christ has come to perfect
    the human and leading it
    to graced fulfillment.
9. The world belongs to Christ.
10. Christians should feel at
    home in the world of Jesus.

 

The Descent of the Holy Spirit on the Apostles

1. Acts 2: 1-4

When Pentecost day came round, they had all met together, when suddenly there came from heaven a sound as of a violent wind which filled the entire house in which they were sitting; and there appeared to them tongues as of fire; these separated and came to rest on the head of each of them. They were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak different languages as the Spirit gave them power to express themselves. 

2. The Holy Spirit appeared
    over their heads in parted
    tongues.
3. The followers of Jesus
    opened themselves to the
    Spirit.
4. They were transformed by
    Him, and accomplished
    marvels through Him.
5. The Spirit is present to us
    also.
6. The Holy Spirit is present
    to deepen further the
    Christic image of our
    Christian personalities.
7. The Holy Spirit is present
    to make us more alive.
8. The Holy Spirit is there to
    stir up desires within our
    hearts which thrust us
    forward to greater
    Christian maturity.
9. The Holy Spirit inspires us
    toward a greater love of
    God and neighbor and
    greater selflessness.
10. The Holy Spirit instills
    within us, a desire, which
    penetrates quietly but
    surely to the core of our
    being, a desire, which
    makes us want to labor
    with Christ, so that God‘s
    truth, beauty and goodness
    is more manifest throughout
    creation.

 

The Assumption

1. Sing: Immaculate Mary
2. Mary was taken body and
    soul to heaven.
3. Mary is our spiritual Mother.
4. Mary is Mother of Jesus.
5. Mary is Mother of the Church.

7. R. The Immaculate Heart of Mary will triumph and the Sacred Heart of Jesus will reign, and there will be an era of peace. The Father chose Mary from all women to be the Mother of God. God the Father sent His Son, Jesus into this world, in the Virgin Mary. How favored this beautiful daughter of the Father, that He chose Mary to be the instrument whereby He sent His Son into this world. This tells us of the great love that the Father has for the Virgin Mary.

8. R. Life flows from the Father, in the Holy Spirit into the Child Jesus through the Heart of Mary. The Rosary is the story of life. For two mysteries of the Rosary, we meditate on the Child Jesus within the womb of His mother; in Mary. The Father loved Mary so much that He chose her to be the mother of Jesus. The Child Jesus in the womb of His Mother receives His life from Mary’s Heart.

9. R. He nursed at the breast of His mother and received His life from His mother. Mary is our mother. Mary is the Mediatrix of all grace. From the Father, in the Holy Spirit, through the pierced Heart of Jesus flows this life. Through the Heart of Mary, pierced invisibly seven times, and this life flows to us. God calls us to be an instrument to reach others.

10. R. Let us dwell in the Heart of the Virgin Mary. For she dwells in the Heart of her Son. As deeply as we dwell in her heart and in His Heart, we are saturated deeply in His grace. Who are we that we were given such gifts, that we partake in His divine life?

 

The Coronation

1. Revelation 12:1-2

Now a great sign appeared in heaven: a woman, robed with the sun, standing on the moon, and on her head a crown of twelve stars. She was pregnant, and in labour, crying aloud in the pangs of childbirth.

2. R. In the reading this morning they talked about the dragon appearing. We are living in this world and the forces of satan are pressing down. Mary is the new Eve, and Jesus the new Adam.

3. Mary: You, my dear children are the children of the Light. You are going into battle. Satan intends to devour as many souls as he can. You are My soldiers that I am sending into the fields to spread My light in the darkness. I am filling you abundantly with My love, my motherly love. You are showered with abundant grace. My dear ones, your hearts filled with the fire of the love of God and you will shine as lights in the darkest night. Open your heart and receive all the gifts that are being outpoured to you. Time is urgent. The place is set. Many of my little children will lose their souls and be condemned to the fires of hell. I am begging you to pray. Pray from your heart. Pray with a heart that is on fire for the love of God. My little children will be doomed forever and ever. Pray! My Son Jesus came to this earth to save each and every soul.

4. R. The Immaculate Heart of Mary will triumphant, and the Sacred Heart of Jesus will reign when our hearts are joined to Their Hearts. Let us pray every prayer to the pure and tender heart of our mother praying in Mary’s Heart. With her love for the Father, all the memories that she has in her Heart of the Son. All the love that she has for the Son and the Holy Spirit. Let us pray from her heart and LOVE with her Heart, love God and love one another with a pure and tender heart.

Jesus: Pray through the heart of My beloved Mother.

5. Jesus: I come to give you life, that you will have life to the full. Release yourselves. Let Me fill your hearts with My grace.

6. Jesus: The batting of an eye, the dropping of a pin and your life is over on this earth. My dear ones, your true home is in Heaven. Live your lives in accordance to the Father’s Will. With love, always love. Love God. Love one another. Strive to be holy as the Saints, living ordinary lives, but lives of holiness. Lives of love. I am Jesus, your beloved Savior. Come to My Heart and I will teach you the ways of My love.

7. Song: I Know Your Love a Little Now

R. Jesus, teach us the ways of Your Heart. Fill us with Your life, that we may know more Your Ways.

8. R. As I walked I knew the presence of the Almighty God: Father, Son and Holy Spirit within my heart. I do not want to ever lose that state of grace by mortal sin. I realize this presence within me; Father, Son and Holy Spirit. God walks with me, God is in me. In my every prayer I am united with God. My heart is filled with greatest joy. The Almighty God lives in me. Who am I that God loves me so much?

9. Jesus: You, My beloved one are My child. I love you! I love you! I love you! Come and dwell in My Heart. I am waiting and longing to be so close to you. Open wide your heart and let Me fill you with My life. As you go to the Heart of My mother, as you model your lives after My mother, you will grow more and more in holiness. If you love and serve your God as He wants, someday soon you will be in the courts of Heaven in deepest union with the Father, Son and Holy Spirit united to all the angels and saints and your hearts will sing. You will know the presence of the Almighty God.
