The people that walked in darkness 
    have seen a great light; 
on the inhabitants of a country 
    in shadow dark as death 
        light has blazed forth. 
You have enlarged the nation, 
    you have increased its joy; 
they rejoice before you 
    as people rejoice at harvest time, 
as they exult 
    when they are dividing the spoils. 

For the yoke that weighed on it, 
    the bar across its shoulders, 
the rod of its oppressor, 
these you have broken 
    as on the day of Midian. 

For all the footgear 
    clanking over the ground 
and all the clothing rolled in blood, 
will be burnt, will be food for the flames. 

For a son has been born for us,

Messenger:        Let us pray to the Savior —

                            Let us take our burdens to Him —

                            Begging for that constant oneness with Him.

                            Dear God — I pray to be pure —
                                to be more likened to You and Mary
                                Holy Spirit work in my soul.

                            God it is You I want.

                                I want oneness with You.

                                I want deeper union with the Persons of
                                the Trinity.

                                Oh God, I love you and I want you.
                                    I love the deep connection I feel in
                                    my heart to Him.

Jesus speaks:     Child do you see that you must work on your
                                union with Me and also your fellow men.

Matthew 22: 36-40

‘Master, which is the greatest commandment of the Law?’ Jesus said to him, ‘You must love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind. This is the greatest and the first commandment. The second resembles it: You must love your neighbour as yourself. On these two commandments hang the whole Law, and the Prophets too.’

We pray for deeper love, peace, joy, unity, harmony, obedience, forgiveness, strength, trust, holiness, perseverance, purity, faith in the Lord throughout the world especially in the middle east right now.

I pray for the indulgence for all the souls in purgatory and a special intention for myself.

Messenger:        Dear God, help us to be holy —

                            Dear God help us to live in harmony —

                            Dear God help us to all do Your will
                                        with a pure intention in our heart.

                            Oh Jesus Our Savior — help us to be holy —
                                        help us to be united —
                                        help us to be one —
                                        help us to be obedient to Your commands —
                                        help us to know You more —
                                        help us to love Your Word.

Jesus speaks:     Sometimes you hold onto an attachment and
                                so you perform duties for reasons
                                that are not pure.

                            Why do you perform your actions?

                                Is it — that you try to do My Will?

                                Is it that you act in love —
                                    - love for Me
                                    - love for all others —

                                Is it your desire to do God's will —
                                    instead of justifying why you
                                    should do what you want when
                                    it is contrary to My will?

Messenger:        I want justice on the earth.

                            Sometimes it is hard to do what God wants.

                            A parent disciplining their children may
                                have a hard job when children are
                                being pressed on from peer pressure.

                            Peace is not always doing the easy thing.

                            Peace is found in acting justly.

                            Peace is found in doing God's will.

                            We must examine our conscience and see
                                how we have sinned — how we have
                                acted incorrectly in dealing with
                                others.

                            Peace is found in acting justly, as God
                                desires.

Psalm 85: 9-13

His saving help is near for those who fear him, 
his glory will dwell in our land. 

Faithful Love and Loyalty join together, 
Saving Justice and Peace embrace. 
Loyalty will spring up from the earth, 
and Justice will lean down from heaven. 

Yahweh will himself give prosperity, 
and our soil will yield its harvest. 
Justice will walk before him, 
treading out a path.

  

Mark 1: 1-8

The beginning of the gospel about Jesus Christ, the Son of God. It is written in the prophet Isaiah: 

    Look, I am going to send my messenger 
        in front of you 
    to prepare your way before you. 
    A voice of one that cries in the desert: 
    Prepare a way for the Lord, 
    make his paths straight. 

John the Baptist was in the desert, proclaiming a baptism of repentance for the forgiveness of sins. All Judaea and all the people of Jerusalem made their way to him, and as they were baptised by him in the river Jordan they confessed their sins. John wore a garment of camel–skin, and he lived on locusts and wild honey. In the course of his preaching he said, ‘After me is coming someone who is more powerful than me, and I am not fit to kneel down and undo the strap of his sandals. I have baptised you with water, but he will baptise you with the Holy Spirit.’

Messenger:        Our disposition in our hearts must be pure.

                                Peace comes in doing the right thing.

                                Peace comes in having the right disposition
                                    in our heart.

                            In consecrating ourselves to Jesus and Mary
                                we give ourselves to Jesus and to Mary.

                                They are the Hearts that are pure.

Messenger:        I want all my words to be pure.

                            I want to dwell in Their pure and holy hearts.

                            I want to be forgiven of my offences against
                                God.

                            We offend God when we do not act justly.

                            Sometimes it is difficult to do the right
                                thing, but we do what God wants
                                and pray for purity behind our
                                actions, pureness in our disposition.

Jesus speaks:     A man was filled with hate, anger and envy
                                and performed a task, he hurt the
                                whole operation because of his disposition
                                in his heart. He blocked the job getting
                                done because he caused things to not
                                flow smoothly — he held the anger in his
                                heart and was stubborn in his ways —
                                he argued, he did other things, he wanted
                                his way, asking him to help took the
                                energy of those wanting to accomplish
                                the task by his unreliable behavior.
                                Inside he told himself how he was
                                persecuted and how he had to do what
                                he wanted and so he was late and a
                                real "problem" for those wanting to
                                accomplish the task.

                            What good does it do you, when you cause others
                                grief and do things according to your
                                plan, contrary to the whole operation.

                            Sing: A Voice Cries out in the Wilderness

                            A young novice always tried to do independent
                                jobs so they could keep control of their
                                life, it became a problem for those
                                working together in the community.

                            Community life is a gift given to those being
                                called to a special calling. It is there
                                they can see their imperfections when
                                dealing in relationships working together
                                for a common goal, living with one another,
                                being part of the community.

                            The one who isolates, continually tries to write the
                                script, does things their own way can cause
                                problems for the whole community.

                            Instructions are given to accomplish a task.
                                A way of life is given for the community
                                I have given My Movement, Shepherds of Christ
                                to help renew the Church and the world.

                            Fear is at the root of many problems.

                            The mind is thinking.

                            Some may feel that others do not accept them.

                            Others may not wish to get along, their joy is
                                in being by themselves.

                            My work would not get done, if everyone decided
                                to not work together because it is easier
                                to just do things your own way and be alone.

                            In community life people work together —
                                always in greater oneness for a particular
                                purpose.

                            An underlying aspect of the Shepherds of Christ is
                                to live your life as deep intercessors, giving all
                                you do to God and offering it as a sacrifice
                                for the priests, the Church and the world.

                            This does not stop the deep commitment in
                                your heart to pray for our own family and
                                loved ones.

                            A person can try to live in a community and be
                                isolated and control their own schedule. This
                                has led to many problems when the person
                                ceases to work with the community.

                            The way of life in the Shepherds of Christ is given
                                in the prayer schedule and the work. If
                                a special direction is given the person
                                is expected to follow the direction, but
                                one can make their own individual rules
                                more important than the directions
                                given.

                            Making people wait while you do other
                                needless things is a form of control.

                            A young sister was told to be at a certain place
                                for a particular task, rather than obeying
                                she did many other things and showed
                                up always late. To be given a direction
                                meant she did what she had intended to
                                do anyway and then showed up when
                                it fit in. She was very directed about her
                                schedule and she planned it and then
                                tried to fit in her orders from those over
                                her when it worked in the schedule.

                            There was continual frustration in dealing with
                                this bad habit of the sister. The sister only
                                understood her own point of view.

                            When given a direction she rarely obeyed
                                as it was given and tested her superiors
                                with her way. She was in control of
                                her life, her schedule was made and
                                she planned it her way.

                            A community of sisters and brothers may have
                                some who live alone. The person that
                                begins to have a single's life has lost
                                the sense of community and failed the
                                community many times.

                            I want this institution where the people work
                                in community, live in community,
                                and pray united according to the way of
                                life.

                            In community life all join as one big family —
                                staying united in prayer even if they are
                                alone. There is a union in the hearts.

                            Communities are set up in a structure.
                                There is a superior, those under follow
                                the way of life and live to promote the
                                good of the community — living to bring
                                greater oneness and joy in this structured
                                setting. Living as a family, obeying
                                the rules of the community, living the
                                way of life.

                            A person that tries to live in a community with
                                their own plan and schedule is a constant
                                problem to the community.

                            A person living in a community of men and women
                                that constantly isolates while living there is
                                a constant challenge to the community leader.

                            Depending on their attitude — the community leader,
                                by their disposition, leads the community 
                                toward a positive setting or a negative setting.

                            A leader that is always negative helps to form
                                a dysfunctional community.

                            A leader must pray for balance, being positive,
                                but handling problems that need to be
                                handled. Overlooking problems to keep
                                peace is the devil's playground. The leader
                                 may work really hard and those under
                                him spend time being contrary or unproductive.

                            The over all focus of the whole institution is
                                oneness. One sister, brother, handmaid,
                                servant does not see themselves living a
                                single life. They are always part of the
                                whole and are sensitive of their role and
                                what they are being asked to do that is
                                very important to serve the community.

Isaiah 61: 10-11

I exult for joy in Yahweh, 
my soul rejoices in my God, 
for he has clothed me 
    in garments of salvation, 
he has wrapped me in a cloak 
    of saving justice, 
like a bridegroom wearing his garland, 
like a bride adorned in her jewels. 
For as the earth sends up its shoots 
and a garden makes seeds sprout, 
so Lord Yahweh makes saving justice 
    and praise 
spring up in the sight of all nations.

Isaiah 12: 2-3  

Look, he is the God of my salvation:
I shall have faith and not be afraid,
for Yahweh is my strength and my song,
he has been my salvation.’

Joyfully you will draw water
from the springs of salvation

Isaiah 62: 4-5

No more will you be known as ‘Forsaken’ 
or your country be known as ‘Desolation’; 
instead, you will be called 
    ‘My Delight is in her’ 
and your country ‘The Wedded’; 
for Yahweh will take delight in you 
and your country will have its wedding.

and as the bridegroom rejoices in his bride,

Isaiah 52: 7-10

How beautiful on the mountains,
are the feet of the messenger
   announcing peace,
of the messenger of good news,
who proclaims salvation
and says to Zion,
   ‘Your God is king!’
The voices of your watchmen!
Now they raise their voices,
shouting for joy together,
for with their own eyes they have seen
Yahweh returning to Zion.
Break into shouts together,
shouts of joy, you ruins of Jerusalem;
for Yahweh has consoled his people,

Messenger:        For Jesus was born in a stable —

                            Our Savior came into the world —

                            God loved us first —

                            God gave us His Son as our Savior —

                            Jesus gave His all —

                            To His death on the cross He obeyed His Father —

                            He teaches us how to live.

                            We are to model our lives after Him.

                            Jesus spent time with His Apostles.

                            Jesus taught them.

                            God gives us His Word to live by.

                            God is God —

                            Jesus came to show us the way.

                            Obedience is a lesson He taught us.

he learnt obedience, Son though he was, through his sufferings; when he had been perfected, he became for all who obey him the source of eternal salvation and was acclaimed by God with the title of high priest of the order of Melchizedek.

Jesus speaks:     Oh people of Jerusalem —

                            You are tainted in your ways —

                            You follow the leader —

                            Like sheep gone astray —

                            One dances and another follows —

                            And when I call to you —

                            You do not hear My voice —

                            Nor will you even look in My direction.

                            If I give you the images of Myself and
                                My Mother, the New Adam and the
                                New Eve, why do you look away?

                            But you look away and follow other gods.

                            Oh people of Israel —

                            Harken to the sound of My voice —
                                for you will not listen to Me.

Messenger: After she appeared for almost 2 1/2 years on the 5ths, on the 2 1/2 year anniversary Christ appeared at the point of death, His mouth open and moving. His jaw kept moving.

I was horrified as I saw Him. I cried and could hardly stand it.

What was so awful was here was my Jesus at the point of death on the cross. He looked as if He could do nothing because of His condition and His mouth kept going up and down, and no words came out.

At the traditional rosary (I had done them now for 2 1/2 years of 5ths) that evening at 6:30 with all the Shepherds of Christ people there, He said He moved His mouth because no one was listening.

This was December 5, 1996, after all those visits of Mary on the 5ths when very few came and listened.

                                not listen to the message We
                                came to deliver.

                            More than the image we give is this
                                message I give behind it.

                            After all these years of delivering
                                this message and giving a sign to
                                get you to take notice, some have come
                                and want to give their reason for the
                                image.

                            The message given here is more important
                                than the image.

                                Our images are a sign to lead to
                                My Movement to help renew the
                                Church and the world.

Message from God the Father 

...Nowhere in the human history of man have I revealed and given such gifts as I have given to you in your movement (Shepherds of Christ). The plot is the same as the plot at the Holy Spirit Center and the Falmouth Farm. I am displeased, I am angered to address this issue any further.

I am the Father. I have spoken. …Satan has created this confusion because of the importance of the 13th (prayer meetings) and the completion of the Fatima Message. Nowhere, have I been so greatly offended, when I have given such gifts which ended in the Falmouth Farm being a (spiritual) disaster ...many souls are being lost.

Jesus speaks:     When will you listen to Me?

Apostles of the Eucharistic Heart of Jesus

My dear fellow Associate Members,

Jesus is calling special apostles to join a new division of the Shepherds of Christ Movement. Here is a message from Jesus given to Father Carter:

    My beloved priest-companion, I am requesting that a new prayer movement be started under the direction of Shepherds of Christ Ministries. I am asking for volunteers who are willing to pray before the Blessed Sacrament for one hour, twice-weekly. Members of the Shepherds of Christ prayer chapters, as well as others, are to be invited to join this movement.

    These apostles are to pray for the intentions I am giving you. For part of the hour they are to use the prayers of the Shepherds of Christ Associates Handbook. They may spend the rest of the hour as they so choose.

    I will use this new prayer movement within My Shepherds of Christ Ministries in a powerful way to help in the renewal of My Church and the world. I will give great graces to those who join this movement. The name, Apostles of the Eucharistic Heart of Jesus, is to be given to this movement.

    I am inviting My beloved Rita Ring to be coordinator for this activity.

    I pour out the great love of My Sacred Heart to all. I am Jesus, Chief Shepherd of the flock.

    "I wish to share with you part of a message which Jesus gave us on October 13, 1994. The message tells us about the expansion of the Shepherds of Christ movement:

    'My beloved priest-companion, today I come to you with another mission. I am asking you to establish Shepherds of Christ Ministries. At My request you have already begun the priestly newsletter, "Shepherds of Christ", and the prayer chapters, Shepherds of Christ Associates...

    'I am giving you this message on this day, the 77th Anniversary of the Great Apparition at Fatima, because of the close connection between the Shepherds of Christ movement and the Fatima message. The Fatima message is centered in devotion to My Heart and My Mother's Heart, especially in consecration to Our Hearts. Shepherds of Christ Ministries is also centered in devotion to Our Hearts. I will use Shepherds of Christ Ministries as a great instrument in helping to bring about the triumph of the Immaculate Heart and the reign of My Sacred Heart. When this occurs, My Church and the world will be experiencing the great era of peace promised by My Mother at Fatima.

    'Today, then, October 13, 1994, the 77th Anniversary of the Great Apparition at Fatima, marks the birth of Shepherds of Christ Ministries. I pour forth the great love of My Sacred Heart to all. I am Jesus, Chief Shepherd of the flock.'

Unrest Comes from A Loss of God

R. Precious Savior, I come ready to do Your work; it is You I adore, You I love, You I praise. You are so beautiful! At Your Name all knees must bend, for You are Almighty and Holy and Worthy of all Praise. Alleluia. The day of His birth approaches, Alleluia!

Jesus speaks: My child, you are little people. You worry and you fret. Your mind is ever busy, but I am God and I go before you. Your worry and your fretting is to no avail. The very hairs of your head are numbered and I never leave your side. It is My little ones who move from Me. I never move from them. Sad is a heart that is in sin, a heart that has left Me out is void of inner peace. There is a constant rumbling inside that beckons it to turn its ways, but people do not heed the call. They cover up the promptings.

The deeper one goes from Me, the sadder is his heart. The soul knows that which it is missing. It is as though it has a memory of the presence of God, but a sadness that it has chosen to ignore Him. Satan constantly tells the heart it is the master and preaches lies in one's head! The heart hurts from this loss of union with God. The face is not one of joy. It is one of definite pain. The heart aches for the presence of God. Life loses its life, and the person now comes on a journey to get its life back. All those roads one travels lead to idle pursuits. And the restless soul remains empty, void of God. If that person, however, comes to Me, if he fill himself with My gifts, then the soul is ever at joy and has inner peace. You are created with the yearning to know, love and serve Me. To do otherwise is not a good feeling.

I am the Master. My heart is there for you, little ones. It is power, it is light, it is a flame that burns and warms your soul. You know the concept of being cold. With such chill, nothing feels good. Why would coldness feel good once you have experienced heat! Every baby beholds the face of God. The soul is given a memory with His presence imprinted on it.

...The devil stalks the infant heart, as it is the prey, ready to devour it. It is his glory to have its young. You were created in innocence. You behold the joy of God in your soul. You were led astray, maybe at an early age. It is so sad. You behold the life of a soul, America. Do you have the right to ruin this life, to take a little one and teach it materialism?

This little soul needs God. You need to teach it from the very first moment of life. To develop your personal relationship with God is to gift this world with the most precious gift. You will reflect the love of Jesus in your heart. Your actions will show His might. He will use you to do His work.

Your job is to know, love and serve God. If this is the goal of your life, your heart is joyous and your ways are free. Come to Me, My little babies. My life is waiting for you. I give Myself to you every day in the Holy Eucharist. You receive God. Into your lowly body I come out of deep, deep love for you. You have such dignity because I come to you. You are a creature of God. To take God from the creature is to be left with only the creature. This is a sorry, sorry state. Your face sparkles and your life shines from you when you are affixed to Me.

There is no mistaking a person void of God and a person of God. There is a radiance that shines from you, My little one, when you have been with Me. My light shines forth from your very heart. I am a mighty God and, when I possess your soul, My might cannot be covered up!

I am such a good God. I have so much to give you, all of those things which delight the soul. When I am in you, your heart knows the light of life and you walk with My joy in your heart. Do not let your light be covered, but put it on a stand to shine for all. You are the light of the world. I vest you in such dignity. I proclaim My love, deep and honoring for you, and I am God! That alone gives you such respect! That God would care for you, little one, is honoring to you!

I am Jesus, Son of the Living God and I shine from your souls. Your eyes reflect the presence of God within and you are unmistakably God's creature. You do not know how My presence shines to your brothers. There is a glow about you that is unmistakable. Your face reads the state of your soul. Your face shows the face of your heart. Many hearts with many different faces. See that your heart proclaims the goodness of the Lord, that your face reflects His Holy Name. You, then, become the little but mighty light that shines in a dark world.

Little one, oh how I love you. How I am offended by your lack of attention to Me. My heart is sad for My lost people. It laments as a mother who laments the loss of a child, a well intentioned mother, who loved and cared for her little ones, but now must suffer their indifference to her. This is only a shadow of the pain I feel for loss of My little ones. How do you understand My love for thee? To even tell you in words is impossible. My love is abounding. You in your earthly form cannot fathom it. I died a brutal death for love of you. I came to earth as a human and withstood such brutality for love of you. What more do you need, America? I sit every minute, out of love for you, waiting and waiting. God waits for you! Such honor I bestow on you and you turn your backs? I am He Who gives you your life. If you remove Me from your hearts, your soul withers and dies. It is by Me you are fed and nourished. It is by Me that your life has meaning and it is by Me that you are at peace. Living without Me is to lose your inner life, to starve your soul, to leave the soul in such a state of unrest.

America, your unrest comes from your loss of God. You indeed are noisy. You cry out in loud boisterous noises for this loss, but the louder you get, the further you go from My silence. I am found in the quiet whispers in your heart, America. I am found in quiet things. Nothing is more quiet than a trip up the aisle at Communion, but that is the food of the restless soul! It is the road on which you are fed and nourished! It is I, come to you, and I am God, little ones! God chooses to enter your breast and dwell there. What honor I bestow on you!

If a king were to come to your house, you would ready for his coming and never stop talking about it. But, little ones, listen. I am God and I long to come and dwell in you. Make ready your hearts for Me and never quit talking about Jesus, Who comes to you in your hearts. I love you so intently. I died for you, but you are blind and you turn your backs. Would you turn your backs on the king or be ever attentive? You, however, do not comprehend your specialness that I, God, come and choose to dwell in you!

My presence gives you honor. Come with your hearts eager and ready for the King. I am the King of heaven and My kingdom is far greater than any kingdom on this earth! I come to you this day. Await My coming and ready your hearts for I am He, worthy of all Honor and all Praise. I am coming to you and I am longing for this union with you. With dignity and honor I have clothed you, given you rule over all. My little ones, I love you so.
