December 24, 2008 - Christmas Eve

                    The more we become like the Heart of
                Jesus, the more we can help all of
                society.

                    Dear God I offer you this day all
                my prayers, works, joys and sufferings
                in union with the Holy Sacrifice of the
                Mass around the world. I offer
                my life as a sacrifice to You my
                Heavenly Father — I lay myself down
                before You and beg for grace for this
                world and for myself — Oh heavenly
                Father, I am sorry for the offenses
                of the human race. It is sin
                that blinds men more and more
                and yet they have a free will — they
                do not see how they can become more
                and more blind.

                    We have faith that You will hear
                this humble prayer and know we
                live our lives to serve You our
                heavenly Father.

                    Oh Holy Spirit give us wisdom
                to love You more and more — to love
                You, just because we want to
                love You, help us to be so one with
                You — that we become Your instruments
                in this world —

                    Even in suffering, instruments
                of Your love —

                Instruments to live our vocation
                with joy and hope and gratitude
                for all You have done for us —
                Unite our hearts as one in purity —
                not selfish vain glory — seeking
                dominance for dominance sake,
                but docility like Mary, the perfect
                handmaid of the Lord.

                    Mary's love for God and for all
                was to serve the heavenly Father
                by living every moment in
                purity according to the Father's
                will and in much love —
                When I saw Mary, how beautiful she
                was, beauty beyond, beauty and her
                beauty she said is because of her
                love.

                    The devil comes and he works
                in a person to choose selfishness,
                control, disobedience and disharmony —
                Mary Mother of her children wants
                them united and working together
                in much love —

                    Love — love — love — Do you see
                the clouds covering the earth —
                the sun can come through so
                bright in a moment — God's grace
                can work in a soul, but we must
                believe and not carry the cart
                with negativity.

                    Dear God help me to make room
                in my heart for You, the Christ child
                this Christmas — The devil wants
                a person inordinately attached to
                another, stuck on their wounds,
                wanting love (if it is really love at all)
                in all the wrong places.

                    A person who is free knows happiness
                is in a pure heart — one focused
                like Mary on God first — Mary, the
                perfect handmaid of the Lord —

                And Jesus says:

                    I call you to a vocation to live
                your lives giving love and service
                to Me and to others. Some peoples
                eyes are focused inward and their
                actions are focused on their own
                self glory and themselves. Their
                services are tainted for it comes
                from an impure heart —

                    No attachment inordinately
                to any person or thing or place
                will help you attain happiness.
                A person loving is one who knows
                My love and knows the mystery of
                the cross.

                    It is in giving you receive (not
                from a heart giving first for your
                own impure intention)

                    Lying to yourself about what
                is the truth is a vat of darkness —
                First to thine own self be true —

                    Live your vocation — Fr. Carter
                prayed all day to live his vocation
                as the Father wanted and to thank
                God continually for His love and
                blessings.

                    R. By our commitment and example
                and love for Jesus' way of love
                we can affect so many people —
                The way of Jesus and Mary is the
                way of purity living according
                to the Father's will in love —

                    Giving love as God desires —
                loving one's vocation to serve
                God — not carrying around a ball
                and chain of impure reasons
                why we give to get things for our
                wounded selves — We are actors
                of love — our eyes are not focused
                inward — we are obedient like
                Jesus and Mary who obeyed the
                Father's will for the honor and glory of
                God —

                    Give me your heart Oh Jesus

                    To focus on giving love to others,
                to give and not to count the
                costs of giving love that God
                intends —

                Jesus: Did you know I called you
                today to give love to this person
                this day and you never let go with
                your heart —

                    Your head set about why
                you acted — You had ulterior
                impure motives most of the
                time that spelled me — "I will
                get power, I will get affection,
                I will get wealth"

                Your tainted motives were not
                for giving to the other as I
                wanted with a pure heart of
                love, of doing the Father's will,
                of being in My image and likeness —
                Pray to the Holy Spirit to help
                you to love purely, not act
                for your own vain glory — the
                selfish tainted person says
                "I do this and this for you, but I
                do it to get things for myself first"
                As you have these schemes in your
                service, tainted reasons for giving
                you deceive yourself more and
                more.

                    Live your vocation in love —
                because the Father has put you
                here to be likened to Me and
                to love.

                    Those who have lied to themselves
                to get affection and wealth and
                power because of failed things
                in the past or for self glory —
                live every day - Bound like
                in a tomb — it is very easy
                for them to give into self
                pity — they act for themselves —
                not because it is God's will —
                they manipulate events and others
                for their own impure desires —
                not for God's will —

                You are here to act because it is
                God's will — to act in love —
                Your wounds will never get
                healed by thinking of yourself
                first and manipulating others.
                Live to love likened to Our
                Hearts (Jesus and Mary)
                This will bring the era of love
                of the 2 Hearts —

                Now so many live to serve
                themselves first —

                Let the sun coming through the
                clouds be in your heart as
                you let go of controlling others
                for your own impure wants —

                    What a ball and chain!!

                    What a block to the sunny day,
                        being locked in your
                        wounds and controlling others —

                R. Come Holy Spirit — fill our hearts with
                    love, help us not to be enslaved
                    by our wounds to selfishness,
                    power, greed, envy, possessiveness,
                    jealousy, lust,
                    dominance for dominance sake —

                Help us to live the little moments
                    we have in giving the love as
                    the Father wants us to give —

                Troubled by anxiety and guilt and
                    inferiority or loneliness would
                    be soothed by the experience
                    of happiness in loving others
                    as God intends with pure
                    hearts —

                The eye sees — if an eye is
                    covered with mud it doesn't
                    see at all —
                    dear God remove the mud of
                    selfishness from our eyes — so we
                    give love these little moments
                    we have here —

                So we give as the Father wants
                    us to give from pure hearts —
                    living our lives according
                    to the Father's will —

                Ulterior motives for our actions
                    become more and more complicated
                    as we try to manipulate events
                    because we want to control —

                Let us live in the Spirit — as God
                    lives in us and we act as He
                    intends — being Christ-like
                    to others in the world —

                    Admit your failure to love and
                want to control — to try to deceive
                others —

                    Live lives of truth —
                    Live with God's will being
                        the reason we act —

                    Many people do actions that
                        are not God's will and
                        cause a street of problems
                        for themselves

                    They are "zigging" when they
                        should have "zagged"

                    They are always out of sync
                        with others —

                The Christ child comes to show us
                    pure love —

                Some are uncomfortable with others —
                    they can never be under anyone —
                    they want to possess people to
                        control them —

                    they do other things when they
                        should have purely
                        done the thing asked of
                        them

                    then when they did everything
                        against the way it
                        should have been done

                    they don't feel good and they
                        want someone else to make them
                        feel better

                    sin makes us not feel good

                    deceiving others makes us not feel good

                    controlling events for the sake of
                        controlling makes us miserable

                No one can fix our own controlling
                    will against God's will, but us

                We have the choice to let Go and
                    let God run our lives —
                    or just control and make
                    a mess —

                Happiness comes in loving and
                    being obedient to God's will

                Jesus: Let go of the ball and chain

                Pray for the Holy Spirit to heal you
                Pray for the Holy Spirit to fill you

                Live as the Father desires

                Love your vocation

                Quit causing all your own
                    problems —
                    trying to run everything
                    around you so you can
                    isolate and manipulate

                I control the sun
                I control the wind
                I control the universe
                I make the baby in the womb

                I am the Almighty God

                Discover the power of love —
                    don't let the devil fool
                    you with his fallacious
                    reasoning

                When you live according to
                    God's will you will
                    be set free —

                Love your vocation —

                When others are doing God's will
                    around you — you try to
                    stop them —
                    the devil is deceiving you —

                There were 12 Apostles

                But you would have fired the
                    other 11 — instead of working
                    as a unit

                Love is the Heart of the Kingdom
                    of Jesus Christ

                Jesus: What must you do to be saved?

                You must love the Lord your
                    God with your whole heart,
                    your whole soul, with all
                    your strength, and with all your
                    mind and your neighbor as
                    yourself.

                    Let go of the fear —

                    I control the universe

                Love — "On this is based the
                    whole law and the prophets
                    as well"

                I intend you to love — to make peace
                    to help each other —
                    Not be ready from your past
                    wounds to fight your neighbor and
                    fellow workers, family —

                    Love is at the Heart of My
                Ministry —

                Do you love Me?

1 John 3: 10-14

This is what distinguishes 
the children of God 
    from the children of the devil: 
whoever does not live uprightly 
and does not love his brother 
is not from God.
This is the message 
which you heard from the beginning, 
that we must love one another, 
not to be like Cain, 
    who was from the Evil One 
and murdered his brother. 
And why did he murder his brother? 
Because his own actions were evil 
    and his brother’s upright. 
Do not be surprised, brothers, 
if the world hates you. 
We are well aware 
    that we have passed over 
        from death to life 
because we love our brothers. 
Whoever does not love, remains in death. 

Matthew 22: 40

On these two commandments hang the whole Law, and the Prophets too.'

                Love is Friendship with
                    God and with Each Other

Matthew 25: 34-40

Then the King will say to those on his right hand, "Come, you whom my Father has blessed, take as your heritage the kingdom prepared for you since the foundation of the world. For I was hungry and you gave me food, I was thirsty and you gave me drink, I was a stranger and you made me welcome, lacking clothes and you clothed me, sick and you visited me, in prison and you came to see me." Then the upright will say to him in reply, "Lord, when did we see you hungry and feed you, or thirsty and give you drink? When did we see you a stranger and make you welcome, lacking clothes and clothe you? When did we find you sick or in prison and go to see you?" And the King will answer, "In truth I tell you, in so far as you did this to one of the least of these brothers of mine, you did it to me."

1 John 4: 8, 18

Whoever fails to love does not know God,
because God is love.

In love there is no room for fear, 
but perfect love drives out fear, 
because fear implies punishment 
and no one who is afraid 
   has come to perfection in love

Matthew 5: 44-48

But I say this to you, love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you; so that you may be children of your Father in heaven, for he causes his sun to rise on the bad as well as the good, and sends down rain to fall on the upright and the wicked alike. For if you love those who love you, what reward will you get? Do not even the tax collectors do as much? And if you save your greetings for your brothers, are you doing anything exceptional? Do not even the gentiles do as much? You must therefore be perfect, just as your heavenly Father is perfect.’

 

Cling to Me

May 13, 1993

Jesus: My dear child, if you stay close to Me, then I live in you and you live in Me. I am He Who created you and I love you with such an intensity that you will never know. My words are your truth. You must abide in My heart in all things. There is no room for doubt. My ways are steadfast, direct, and without error.

    You must stay rooted in Me to ward off the power of the evil one. His grip is paralyzing and crippling. His power is stronger every day.

    When you live in Me, I am in your heart and he has no power over Me. I am your God. I am your true lover. I want to protect you. I want to guard you from this force. Stay rooted firmly in Me and he will have no power.

    I am He Who comforts you. My hand is upon you. Hold tight to Me, My child. My eyes are fixed right on you. You are My most precious child. I love you as no other can. My arms are about you. My tenderness surrounds you. My love is in your heart. You go not alone. I walk with you.

    I share every aspect of your life with you. Cling to Me, feel My presence. It is warm and secure within your chest. There is no room for fear, for I cast out fear and bring you comfort and joy.

Prayer for Union with Jesus

Come to me, Lord, and possess my soul. Come into my heart and permeate my soul. Help me to sit in silence with You and let You work in my heart.

    I am Yours to possess. I am Yours to use. I want to be selfless and only exist in You. Help me to spoon out all that is me and be an empty vessel ready to be filled by You. Help me to die to myself and live only for You. Use me as You will. Let me never draw my attention back to myself. I only want to operate as You do, dwelling within me.

    I am Yours, Lord. I want to have my life in You. I want to do the will of the Father. Give me the strength to put aside the world and let You operate my very being. Help me to act as You desire. Strengthen me against the distractions of the devil to take me from Your work.

    When I worry, I have taken my focus off of You and placed it on myself. Help me not to give in to the promptings of others to change what in my heart You are making very clear to me. I worship You, I adore You and I love You. Come and dwell in me now.
