Excerpt from front of Blue Book I.
It is in acceptance of all that is before you that you grow in your relationship with me. Do not try to throw back the opportunity for grace you receive.
Child, I am ever by your side and I am ever teaching you. Accept all things as happening from Him Who loves you. Know that My hand is in everything you are experiencing. I am vigilant and by your side. Nothing happens to you that I have not consented to.

From a funeral of Fr. Joe's
Wisdom 3: 1-9
But the souls of the upright are in the hands of God,
and no torment can touch them.
To the unenlightened, they appeared to die,
their departure was regarded as disaster,
their leaving us like annihilation;
but they are at peace.
If, as it seemed to us, they suffered punishment,
their hope was rich with immortality;
slight was their correction, great will their blessings be.
God was putting them to the test
and has proved them worthy to be with him;
he has tested them like gold in a furnace,
and accepted them as a perfect burnt offering.
At their time of visitation, they will shine out;
as sparks run through the stubble, so will they.
They will judge nations, rule over peoples,
and the Lord will be their king for ever.
Those who trust in him will understand the truth,
those who are faithful will live with him in love;
for grace and mercy await his holy ones,
and he intervenes on behalf of his chosen.
R. 100 Years before Christ
Greeks were running the whole Mediterranean Region
The Greeks insisted that people do what they wanted.
The Jews believed in one God –
they were being persecuted and killed –
This is significant because they were
being persecuted for their religion and
they were asking
why do good people suffer? In view of foolish they seem to be
dead, but they are not –They thought a fool was somebody
that didn't believe in God.Dorothy suffered. Fr. Joe went and visited her –
My friend Fr. Lammeier became more and more
sick and Fr. Joe couldn't get away to visit
the sick as much.Dorothy was devout and very close to God –
Many here are not Catholic, so why are we
having this Mass.We are having the Mass because of Dorothy.
2 Timothy 4: 6-8
As for me, my life is already being poured away as a libation, and the time has come for me to depart. I have fought the good fight to the end; I have run the race to the finish; I have kept the faith; all there is to come for me now is the crown of uprightness which the Lord, the upright judge, will give to me on that Day; and not only to me but to all those who have longed for his appearing.
R. Paul was anticipating his life was ended –
He says I fought the good fight –This is like Dorothy, Dorothy fought the good fight.
John 14: 1-7
Do not let your hearts be troubled.
You trust in God, trust also in me.
In my Father’s house
there are many places to live in;
otherwise I would have told you.
I am going now to prepare a place for you,
and after I have gone
and prepared you a place,
I shall return to take you to myself,
so that you may be with me
where I am.
You know the way
to the place where I am going.Thomas said, ‘Lord, we do not know where you are going, so how can we know the way?’ Jesus said:
I am the Way; I am Truth and Life.
No one can come to the Father
except through me.
If you know me,
you will know my Father too.
From this moment you know him
and have seen him.
R. In the Gospel:
Jesus knew he would be tortured and
arrested -
The apostles were arguing –
who was most important –Jesus said "Do not let your hearts
be troubled
Have faith in God
Have faith in Me –I am going to get a place ready for
you" –Jesus did this for Dorothy – He
took her to Himself –This good bye is only temporary –
Let's pray for each other – we will all
have a turn to be where
Dorothy is.Fr. Joe ends with a story – he took his uncle
out to lunch at 85 – his uncle said
I have about 10 more years to live –
and he lived until 96. We never know
when the end will be. No more sickness,
wars, etc. – Let's pray for each other.

R. Dear Heavenly Father I offer You this day
all my prayers, works, joys and
sufferings, my every heart beat in
union with the Holy Sacrifice of the
Mass around the world,
so one with Jesus, in the Holy Spirit with
all the angels and saints and the souls
in purgatory. I pray for the priests,
the Church and the world.
Today is the day the Lord has made, let
us rejoice and be glad in it.
Let the heavens sing and the earth be glad
a Savior is born to us.
Oh God the Father thank You for the gift of Your Son,
Jesus. Thank You for the Mass, the Sacrifice of
Calvary sacramentally made present.
Dear God I offer all I do, all day
united to the Mass for the special
intentions I now say –
What a gift it is to be able to go to Mass
and to receive Jesus, truly present in the
Eucharist. I long for Thee, my God.
I thirst to receive Thee. I desire to
be so united to You all day in everything
I do.
Come to me Lord and possess my soul.
Come into my heart and open my heart
to Your presence and Your love.
A day without the Mass is a day
of great suffering. Help us always to
have holy priests. Help men to answer
the call You give them to be holy priests.
We pray for vocations of men to the
priesthood.
We pray for vocations to the married life,
to be holy, to have holy families, to
realize God has called married men
and women to their vocation and to
be faithful to their vocation to God.
We pray for sisters and brothers in
religious life to be the faithful spouse
of Jesus. To live their vocation and
to take it seriously, to say 'yes' to
their vocation like Mary our Mother
taught us to say 'yes' – call – response.
We pray for others who have been
widowed and those in the single life
to live their vocation as God has
called them, being faithful and holy.
God has a plan for us. God has
called us to a vocation in life. The
fourth commandment tells us that
children are to be obedient to their
parents and parents are to live
this vocation of being a parent
according to how God wants them
to be.
Dear God we are thankful for
Your gifts to us. We are thankful
for life and our calling in life to
serve You and love You and witness
to You in our vocation – please
give us grace to live our vocation in
love. To be obedient to You and Your
commandments to us and to be faithful
to our call in life.
Dear God we love You so much.
We are sorry for our sins and the
sins of the human race. Dear God
outpour Your grace upon us and
the Church and the world for men
to live according to Your holy will –
Dear God help us.
We pray the Blood of Jesus is
spread on us, our families and the
whole Church and the whole world.
We cast the devil into the fires of
hell. We ask for a special outpouring
of the Holy Spirit on us, our families, the
Shepherds of Christ, the Church and the world.
We consecrate the human race to the
Sacred Heart and Immaculate Heart
in as far as we are able. We
consecrate the Church to the Sacred
Heart and Immaculate Heart
in as far as we are able.
We pray that men make Jesus
the King and Center of their
hearts and their lives.
Please send holy priests into
the harvest. We beg for Your help
God. We are the poor banished
children of Adam and Eve. Please help us.

God tells us in the Word to Rejoice –
God would not tell us to rejoice if
He did not want our hearts to
be happy –
What do we need to be happy?
We need to have God as our goal.
We need to live the Father's will in
love –
We need to respond to the call
God gives us in our vocation
and live our vocation
faithfully.
Rejoice in the Lord always –
We can control our own happiness
by how we look at life –
An attitude of gratitude.
Dwelling in the Hearts of Jesus and Mary –
Fr. Carter called, our little heaven
on earth –
We are to live in the present moment.
God created us to love – to love
Him first and love our neighbor
as ourselves –
We need to work through unforgiveness
in our hearts –
forgiving even our parents
who may have died –
We need to be kind and compassionate
to others –
"Do unto others as you would
have them do unto you"
We need to make our requests known
to God, St. Paul says.
We pray that we live the Good News.
Pray to know God deeply in our
hearts –
Pray to know our place – to live
under God –
Pray for peace in accepting and
loving the vocation God
calls us to –
Pray for a loving attitude –
Pray to reverence God –
Hold the gifts God has given to
us as sacred –
life is sacred –
The priest is to be respected –
The Holy Gospel - respected –
The Church is such a gift from God.
We need to respect and reverence God
and obey His holy will for us –
We cling to God –
God is our Maser, Master of the Universe –
Let us lift our eyes to God –
Let us seek the plan of the
heavenly Father and love
Him with our whole heart,
our whole soul and our
whole being –
Love unites our hearts –
Love of God and others according to
God's will brings peace and joy
to the heart.
God calls us to be in joy in
pain and suffering. Jesus showed
us in the human condition we
would suffer.
From the Priestly Newsletter 1995 - March/April
All of the above provides an occasion to offer various reflections on suffering:
- The great tragedy concerning human suffering is not that there is so much of it. The real tragedy is that apparently so much of it is wasted. So much of it apparently is not coped with according to God’s will.
- Suffering can beautifully expand or bitterly constrict the personality. It is our choice which prevails.
- A willingness to suffer for a cause must accompany any true commitment.
- A persistent suffering is the necessity of bearing with our limitations.
- The fear of suffering is, for some people, one of the greatest crosses.
- True love, in any of its forms, must be experienced against the background of the cross. Jesus has very vividly shown us this. Strange, then, that at times we can strive to develop another pattern of loving.
- The suffering that is presently the most necessary for us is the one we can most consistently refuse.
- Happiness cannot be achieved without a proper encounter with suffering. This is a basic premise of the Christian message. It would seem, then, that we would eagerly embrace the cross. Yet how often is this the case?
- Being misunderstood by others precisely because we are striving to do God’s will is a not uncommon suffering.
- To have to unavoidably hurt others can cause the sensitive person a suffering greater than the one he or she is inflicting.
- There is a part of us that does not want to surrender to God. This struggle between the true self and the false self produces a unique type of suffering which is persistently present, often in milder degrees, but occasionally with an intensity that pierces very suddenly and very sharply.
- It is not necessarily those who suffer the most who are the holiest. We grow in holiness through suffering—whatever its degree—to the extent we encounter it in loving conformity to God’s will.
- The boredom that can grow out of daily routine, the frequent occasions which try one’s patience, ordinary episodes of failure, minor annoyances of various kinds, anxieties—these and other forms of the daily cross do not, taken separately, require a Christian response of heroic proportions. But in their cumulative effect over a long period of time, such occasions offer us the opportunity of becoming love-inspired Christians to an eminent degree.
- There is nothing in the Christian teaching of the cross that says we cannot pray for relief from our sufferings.
- To want to flee suffering is an un-christian attitude. So also is the attempt to make suffering an end in itself. The Christ-event did not end on Calvary.
- “Then to all he said: ‘If anyone wants to be a follower of mine, let him renounce himself and take up his cross every day and follow me.’” (Lk 9: 23). end of excerpt
R. We pray to live as God wants us
to live, being fruit for that
time in our lives when God
has put us here on earth –
Sufferings are redemptive –
we must learn to live as God wants
us to live – in His timing – in
His way.
Most Sacred Heart of Jesus

R. Do we think solutions depend on us? We need to
surrender and live as the Father wills us to do.
When we think everything depends on us – the
devil is at work trying to get a person puffed
up and not trusting God and those God wants
us to trust and work with –
We must learn to surrender to God's might –
to turn our lives and our wills over to God.
Dear God, please help us – we surrender to
You –
Prayer for Union with Jesus
Come to me, Lord, and possess my soul. Come into my heart and permeate my soul. Help me to sit in silence with You and let You work in my heart.
I am Yours to possess. I am Yours to use. I want to be selfless and only exist in You. Help me to spoon out all that is me and be an empty vessel ready to be filled by You. Help me to die to myself and live only for You. Use me as You will. Let me never draw my attention back to myself. I only want to operate as You do, dwelling within me.
I am Yours, Lord. I want to have my life in You. I want to do the will of the Father. Give me the strength to put aside the world and let You operate my very being. Help me to act as You desire. Strengthen me against the distractions of the devil to take me from Your work.
When I worry, I have taken my focus off of You and placed it on myself. Help me not to give in to the promptings of others to change what in my heart You are making very clear to me. I worship You, I adore You and I love You. Come and dwell in me now.
-God's Blue Book, January 17, 1994
R. God sends guides into our lives to help us with
spiritual guidance. A person may be ready to go to
the doctor or dentist at the slightest problem and
yet when it is so important we grow spiritually
and change bad habits we can decide not to
trust anyone – when God is sending spiritual
guides to us in writings like the Daily Messages
and Blue Books.
Why is it so important to some, they never
want to thank God how He has helped them
in the Shepherds of Christ with these writings.
How offending it must be to give so much and
to not be shown gratitude for such a gift.
We need to focus on changing from those ways
not likened to Jesus. We can see ourselves like
the wise old owl in the tree – thinking we
are perfect and sizing everybody else up.
We need to listen to Jesus and pray to the
Holy Spirit to help us to have the gift of knowledge
to see ourselves and where we need to change
to grow to be more and more in the image of
Jesus.
Isn't that what Christmas is all about –
Giving ourselves on this journey to others and
learning to be disciples of Jesus. It is pride
to think we know it all and don't need
each other. It is pride to think we are
perfect and wear a mask or think we
arrived and everybody should see how
good we are. If we are good it is because
of God's grace – God wants to help us move
to be more perfected like our heavenly Father
is perfect. The person who thinks they are
perfect is not even trying to change.
A person that is hurting others and trying
to prove they are right when they are wrong has
to be on guard all the time trying to prove
themselves, wearing a mask before others.
A person accepting their faults and
living in the truth doesn't have to be
like this – keyed up to prove they are perfect
before men. They want to make others feel
guilty for their behavior –
It is best to be honest with ourselves and
others. Then we can improve where we
need to improve. Our focus is on the truth.
We need to have a person we can show ourselves
to in honesty – so we can see that mirroring
effect. Even though we aren't perfect,
even though we think differently – if we
honestly show ourselves to a significant
other – we see that they still love us and
accept us and it can help us grow in
intimate love and love of oneself –
The devil can have a field day with a person
who thinks they can only depend on themselves.
We need to look at ourselves, examine our
conscience, ask ourselves what our
motives are for our actions – I want to
improve – to grow in loving ways – to
help build unity and friendship – to work
to help in the building of the Kingdom of God –
We want to have peace with ourselves,
know ourselves, love ourselves and
accept ourselves fault and all truthfully –
not wear a mask and never let anyone
really see us and help us to grow in the
spiritual life.
Yesterday I put on Fr. Lammeier's funeral
homily. Fr. Lammeier would always say, when you
left, be nice!
Dear God help us to be positive thinkers –
to live to have peace – Help this to be a
great day – be with me in everything I do.
Help me God, walk with me. Isn't
it great to be alive! Thank You God
for my life, for my breath, for my
health and heartbeat. God please be with me, now.
I thank You God for every good thing in my
life –
A man can carry around his negative
thinking – it is this that keeps him from peace –
Dear God help my mind to be at peace and for
me to have an attitude of gratitude.
Romans 12: 2
Do not model your behaviour on the contemporary world, but let the renewing of your minds transform you, so that you may discern for yourselves what is the will of God—what is good and acceptable and mature.
R. To be happy we must change our
negative thoughts – not be addicted
to negative thinking and stay stuck!
These bad patterns can start in infancy and
we need God's help and grace to be positive
thinkers.
Romans 12: 2
Do not model your behaviour on the contemporary world, but let the renewing of your minds transform you, so that you may discern for yourselves what is the will of God—what is good and acceptable and mature.

John 10: 11-15
I am the good shepherd:
the good shepherd lays down his life
for his sheep.
The hired man,
since he is not the shepherd
and the sheep do not belong to him,
abandons the sheep
as soon as he sees a wolf coming,
and runs away,
and then the wolf attacks
and scatters the sheep;
he runs away
because he is only a hired man
and has no concern for the sheep.
I am the good shepherd;
I know my own
and my own know me,
just as the Father knows me
and I know the Father;
and I lay down my life for my sheep.
1 John 3: 22 - 4: 6
and whatever we ask
we shall receive from him,
because we keep his commandments
and do what is acceptable to him.
His commandment is this,
that we should believe
in the name of his Son Jesus Christ
and that we should love one another
as he commanded us.
Whoever keeps his commandments
remains in God, and God in him.
And this is the proof
that he remains in us:
the Spirit that he has given us.Third condition:
to be on guard against Antichrists
and against the worldMy dear friends,
not every spirit is to be trusted,
but test the spirits
to see whether they are from God,
for many false prophets
are at large in the world.
This is the proof of the spirit of God:
any spirit
which acknowledges Jesus Christ,
come in human nature,
is from God,
and no spirit
which fails to acknowledge Jesus
is from God;
it is the spirit of Antichrist,
whose coming you have heard of;
he is already at large in the world.
Children, you are from God
and have overcome them,
because he who is in you
is greater than he who is in the world.
They are from the world,
and therefore the world
inspires what they say,
and listens to them.
We are from God;
whoever recognises God listens to us;
anyone who is not from God
refuses to listen to us.
This is how we can distinguish
the spirit of truth
from the spirit of falsehood.
R. We are to test the spirits to see if they are
from God –

R. Mary is Mother of God
Mary is Our Mother
John 19: 25-27
Jesus and his mother
Near the cross of Jesus stood his mother and his mother’s sister, Mary the wife of Clopas, and Mary of Magdala. Seeing his mother and the disciple whom he loved standing near her, Jesus said to his mother, ‘Woman, this is your son.’ Then to the disciple he said, ‘This is your mother.’ And from that hour the disciple took her into his home.
Sing: Are Not Our Hearts Burning Within Us
June 6, 2015 - Eve of Precious Body and Blood of Jesus
Month of the Sacred Heart
R. See high, see low –
See as you desire –
Our eyes are a
wonderful gift given
to us from God
–
We can open our eyes
or close our
eyes –
We can look straight
ahead –
look high or
look low –
We can see with our eyes –
We can scan the
scene from
right to left –
We can focus on
trying to see the
big picture with our eyes –
We can drive a
car and see with
other cars moving how to
go in union with them.
We can watch a play
at the theater
but if it is boring we can close our
eyes and go to sleep.
We can watch the
Mass and see
the priest –
What we see can make
us cry –
What we see can help lead us to action –
What we see can help
take us from danger
What we see can lead us to a new endeavor –
We can see a new born baby –
We can see a person laid out in a coffin –
We can read and learn with our eyes –
Were not our eyes a
gift given to us
by God –
Last night Mary
appeared to me in the
Virgin Mary building on the 5th –
She appeared in
the deepest –
brightest light I cannot describe or
compare to any light I know –
it was beyond and
It's depth and intensity of light –
I cannot describe
She was
beautiful and seeing her
face before me, in the mystical
was –
alive and
different – it did not
remain the same –
She had
given me messages –
prior to this intense apparition
of celestial beauty – I cannot
begin to describe
The messages
will be transcribed and
published –
But then she
appeared and she did
not speak at all –
It was the vision –
The vision of intensity – I was so
wrapped in it
and could not
say to lead the Hail Marys –
My physical
abilities were
numbed as I was enveloped
in her vision before me –
the light beyond description –
the depth so deep and so very
real –
the lady as she was encased in
this celestial aura was
deep in that heavenly vision
a Mother
alive in celestial
light –
in the
front of the depth while
the light was never exhausted –
behind and around her
A light it seemed
deeper than the
ocean and farther than any
sea –
solid and bright
with a light
unknown to me
And her beauty in celestial surroundings,
her beauty
mystical – beyond anything
I have ever seen –
No breath or
depth – no high or low,
no light can be a measure for
the opening to this window of
celestial beauty –
Forever –
Forever – God tells us of
heaven –
A foreverness
was this vision like
the scripture
1 Corinthians 2:9
"What no eye has seen and no ear has heard, what the mind of man cannot visualise; all that God has prepared for those who love him;"
R. Did you ever see the sun dance on
the ocean, or a
sun dressed
body of water –
There is movement –
like nothing
else you know –
When she appeared
this vision is
not static or like what we
see with regard its movement –
I see no
movement
It is –
Ever changing, beauteous and without
a beginning
or an end to what
I am seeing –
It is, I see no
change, but it
is alive in beauty and
different entirely that I am
drawn into it and almost unable
to talk, to use my physical
things –
I am in the
intensity of this apparition –
in it and it is and it has
depth and light and beauty and is
alive –
I can't describe it at all –
If I can see the sun
dancing on a
body of endless water, can I
tell you of it so you can enjoy
the experience and try to describe
the movement, the light, the
depth – the sky that meets
way out in beautiful blue
against the silver waters dancing
in radiant light –
You may identify
with what you
have seen of this and enjoy it
with me, but
The vision of Mary –
the living appearance of her –
the light –
the Virgin
Mother as she showed
herself in a celestial way
to me –
I cannot even
find anything to
identify this with and
Yet it was so
real –
so beautiful –
so that it captivated me deeply
to be enthralled in it –
I cannot describe
But I know more of eternity –
that with depth
and breath
we do not know or
comprehend –
We are blind to the
celestial reward,
relationship with God in intense
purity and unity – eternally –
We are on earth and we measure with
our spoons and ounces, we see
with eyes veiled
And God is beyond and other and
yet He has given us Jesus Christ in
the Eucharist to come to us
and feed the sharing in His life
we have from baptism –
If He spoke now – He would say
reach – reach
and reach –
go out and spread the Good News –
Man is so
stilted in his ways
and he can be so bolted to the
earth, but we were created
in the image and likeness of God –
created to reach to the heights –
to dig deeply into the Mystery –
to know that the unseen is real –
to not be stifled because we
stand in a cement sidewalk
wrapped in the beauty of our
own footprint –
The footprints we follow are
those of the Son of God for we
were created in His
image and likeness
The seen and the unseen –
Do we see at all
beyond
our eyes –
the Mystery of God –
the Mystery of Jesus –
the Mystery of the Incarnation
the Mystery
of the sacramental
life of the Church –
the Mystery of Jesus truly present
Body, Blood, Soul and Divinity
in the Eucharist
Reach – Reach – Reach –
See the unseen –
Dig deep into the Heart of Jesus
Beg for the Holy Spirit to fill us with
His gifts to see, to
understand, to know,
to love, to be holy,
to fear God and to be
full of wisdom and council –
This is relationship of us –
human creatures with
the Divine God –
This is about the gift of baptism –
The sharing in Divine Life –
This is about being nurtured
with the Bread of Life
the Eucharist and His Word –
This is about the unseen and
the seen –
This is about preparing ourselves
for the goal of eternal
happiness –
Seeing God face to face –
Being wrapped in the beatific vision –
My people this is about Mary
appearing in the Virgin Mary building
and showing me last night –
her beauty that I cannot
even describe and
when she appeared that
way – she said nothing –
she just took me into
this beauty and I behold her
and what she showed
me and
in the end
R. How can I
draw
this?
We are earthly and
He is heavenly and
yet He wants
to reveal
secrets of Himself to
us and have an intimate
relationship with us –
Mary wants a
personal relationship
with us –
She is our spiritual Mother –
Open your eyes and
your hearts to
God and to our Mother at Our Side

July, Our Lady, in answer to Lucia's plea, promised that in
October she would work a great miracle so that all might believe
and know who she was. Again, the Mother of God told the children
to sacrifice themselves for sinners and to say many times,
especially when making a sacrifice, this prayer:
"O my Jesus, I offer this for love of Thee, for
the conversion of poor sinners, and in reparation for all the
sins committed against the Immaculate Heart of Mary."
(11) "During this same July
apparition, Mary showed the three children a vision of Hell. She
told them: "You have seen Hell, where
the souls of poor sinners go. To save them, God wishes to
establish, in the world, devotion to my Immaculate Heart. If
people do what I tell you, many souls will be saved and there
will be peace. "The war (World War I,
then raging) is going to end. But if people do not stop
offending God, another and worse one will begin in the reign of
Pius XI. When you shall see a night illuminated by an unknown
light [January 2, 1938],
know that this is the great sign that God gives you that He is
going to punish the world for its many crimes by means of war,
hunger, and persecution of the Church and the Holy Father.
(12) "To prevent this, I shall
come to ask for the consecration of Russia to my Immaculate
Heart and the Communion of Reparation on the five first
Saturdays. If my requests are granted, Russia will be converted
and there will be peace. If not, she will scatter her errors
throughout the world, provoking wars and persecutions of the
Church. The good will be martyred, the Holy Father will have
much to suffer, and various nations will be destroyed.... "But in the end, my
Immaculate Heart will triumph, the Holy Father will consecrate
Russia to me, Russia will be converted, and a certain period of
peace will be granted to the world."
