See My Love in Your Brothers 

Jesus:  See My love in your brother. Look at your brother. Do you see the love he pours out to you? Do you treat each act of love from your brother with the same magnitude that you treat as an act when you feel you have been wronged? How many times, My precious children, your brothers give you great signs of My love and you forgot so quickly, but remember so well the acts in which you feel wronged. What if you placed such importance on kind words given so abundantly by so many of your precious brothers? Keep a notebook of love. Write in this notebook all the acts of love given to you from your dear brothers. You will see how you are abundantly graced with My love through them. Remember these acts of love. Do not focus on acts committed by your brother that cause you pain. You are abundantly blessed this day.  

To spread My love is to spread My love. Do you complain to your brother or about your brother. Wherever you are, spread My love. Speak of My love given through your brother. Speak of My love given through others. Would you spread a dirty blanket over your precious children? You would spread a warm, clean blanket over them. I call you, My dear ones, to spread the warmth of My love over My precious children. Do not cover them with clouds of darkness. The sun will shine brightly and warm the earth if the clouds are parted. I am Jesus Christ. I am the Son of God. I come to your brothers in your love this day. Will you spread My warm blanket of love over them or will you block the sun by a cloud of darkness. This earth will be warmed and lighted by the fire of My love which is found in the most pure hearts.  

Messenger:  It is no longer I who live but He who lives in me. Create in me, oh, God, a heart for You alone, that I may be one in You and You may be one in me, that the world may believe that You have sent me to preach Your words of love.  

You are alive in my heart and ready to give to this world a message of Your great love. I am Your messenger. I am Your servant waiting to be used by You. Father, united to the Mass, I offer You this day my life. Use me every minute to live as You live in me. Help me to spread Your word in my very being. It is no longer I who live, but He who lives in me. I am His temple. He is my God. I am one in Him. He is one in me, one in the mystical body of Christ as He dwells in our hearts and lives in our souls to spread His message of love to this world.

Messenger:  Heard Him say, I give you Myself. I could see Him dying on the cross. I knew it was the same Jesus that died on the cross for us. He gives us His very flesh and blood.  

– Jesus provides nourishment for His flock. He gives himself!

HE GIVES US THE EUCHARIST –

The Word and the Eucharist is our food.  

Jesus feeds us with the Word and the Eucharist.

Christ nourishing us through His Word and the Eucharist.

The Word and the Eucharist is the Bread of life.
 

John 6: 35-59

Jesus answered them:

I am the bread of life.
No one who comes to me will ever hunger;
no one who believes in me will ever thirst.
But, as I have told you,
you can see me and still you do not believe.
Everyone whom the Father gives me
   will come to me;
I will certainly not reject
anyone who comes to me,
because I have come from heaven,
not to do my own will,
but to do the will of him who sent me.
Now the will of him who sent me
is that I should lose nothing
of all that he has given to me,
but that I should raise it up
   on the last day.
It is my Father's will
that whoever sees the Son
   and believes in him
should have eternal life,
and that I should raise that person up
   on the last day.

    Meanwhile the Jews were complaining to each other about him, because he had said, 'I am the bread that has come down from heaven.' They were saying, 'Surely this is Jesus son of Joseph, whose father and mother we know. How can he now say, "I have come down from heaven?" ' Jesus said in reply to them, 'Stop complaining to each other.

'No one can come to me
unless drawn by the Father who sent me,
and I will raise that person up
   on the last day.
It is written in the prophets:
They will all be taught by God;
everyone who has listened to the Father,
and learnt from him,
comes to me.
Not that anybody has seen the Father,
except him who has his being from God:
he has seen the Father.
In all truth I tell you,
everyone who believes has eternal life.
I am the bread of life.
Your fathers ate manna in the desert
and they are dead;
but this is the bread
   which comes down from heaven,
so that a person may eat it and not die.
I am the living bread
   which has come down from heaven.
Anyone who eats this bread
   will live for ever;
and the bread that I shall give
is my flesh, for the life of the world.'

    Then the Jews started arguing among themselves, 'How can this man give us his flesh to eat?' Jesus replied to them:

In all truth I tell you,
if you do not eat
   the flesh of the Son of man
and drink his blood,
you have no life in you.
Anyone who does eat my flesh
   and drink my blood
has eternal life,
and I shall raise that person up
   on the last day.
For my flesh is real food
and my blood is real drink.
Whoever eats my flesh
   and drinks my blood
lives in me
and I live in that person.
As the living Father sent me
and I draw life from the Father,
so whoever eats me
   will also draw life from me.
This is the bread
   which has come down from heaven;
it is not like the bread our ancestors ate:
they are dead,
but anyone who eats this bread
   will live for ever.

This is what he taught at Capernaum in the synagogue.

  

Messenger: God nourishes us through His Word.

God nourishes us through the Eucharist.  

Bread of Life theme reveals God’s tremendous love for us.

Eucharist – Jesus – greatest love for us.  

The Bread of Life discourse shows us God's overwhelming love for us and our duty to love God and one another.

Each day we pray to know how much God loves us.

Growing in our aweness of God's love is the key to our spiritual life.

God loves each one of us uniquely.

The more we realize God's love – the more we can enter into a deeper relationship with Jesus.

With this proper love relationship, everything else falls into place.

Jesus leads us to closer union with the Father, Son and Holy Spirit and Mary.

Though the earth be shaken, the moon not give its light, I will be sustained by your life within me.

Jesus:  Feed My lambs. Feed My sheep. I come to bring nourishment for My flock. Nourish them with My love. Do you not see clearly that they are hungry for My love? They are fed by this love. To hold up My messages any longer is to hold up their nourishment. These are My love letters written to all My precious children. I call you to obey. Publish these messages.

    I am the bread of life. He who comes to Me will never die. I love each of My precious children this day. Let your heart be pure as your heavenly Father wants – your heavenly Father created you.

My dear children, I long for pure hearts. I beg you to come to Me for your healing.

    

  

November 19, 1994

Jesus:  Can you not watch one hour with Me? Oh, the harvest is plenty but the laborers are few. Do you know that I am Jesus, your most precious Savior?

    Let go of your tired body. When you are weary - pray. Do you ever hear in the Gospel that I was missing My sleep? I rested. I was always at perfect peace. So you lost your notebook – anyone who reads it would profit from it. You have nothing to hide. If someone thinks anything negative, it is their problem. I am Jesus, you have surrendered your life to Me, now let go into My arms and know My peace. My peace I give in your heart. Surrender all your cares to Me and focus on the Father's love for you. He loves you so much!

Notes:  I saw the tabernacle light-up in Fr. Carter's chapel around the lock – then it was lit around the outside and the stand.

    I put up sorrowful mysteries during Friday night meeting on the Rosary and the Scourging at the Pillar was illuminated.

Thursday:  day before yesterday, day of Blue Book Meeting

On November 17 I had an interior vision:

    Saw eye after communion, a woman from side of face, IT WAS MARY – (at Fr. Smith's Mass).

then I saw a big tear – it looked like a big plastic, crystal looking tear – see through under the eye on the cheek.

Second Vision:  Talked at Carol's - saw eyes, looking at me, zeroed in on eyes – really watching me. It was the eyes of the child Jesus – Saw this after communion.

    Remembered all the visions I have had of parts of faces, from under the chin, saw Jesus' face - after I saw the side of the head, after communion. I saw outside of His head today, nothing in it at prayer meeting. Realized how people give me so much love.

October 31:  Saw all the faces in the grotto, Mary changed into Jesus, then into the Apostles, saw Claude.

True Happiness is Found Only in God

Jesus:  My dear tender ones, your lives may seem very difficult at times, you may feel as if I am far away from you, but I am forever watching you in every trial you experience, it is in suffering you are led closer to a realization of My presence with you. If you turn to Me you will learn a mighty lesson from your suffering. I never, ever, leave you, My beloved children! You look, you wander, you roam for that which will make you happiest. True happiness is found only in God.

    Know that I am guarding each person here with My special love. Come to My Heart through My loving Mother's heart and take all your problems to Me. Silence satan and any talk he gives you in your head. Focus on the mysteries of My life and My Mother's life. I came that you will have life and have it abundantly. Time is short, seek only the Kingdom. In all your actions, love God and love one another. In all your difficult days, live to please the Father. Your life may seem very difficult at times – turn your hearts to Me. Give Me your cares. Focus on giving My love to your brothers. You are My light to this world. Shine so that all may see your good works and praise your Father in heaven.

    I am the way. I am the truth. I am the life. He who abides in Me will have the light of life!

    Close your eyes and put all your cares aside. Come and take refuge in My Most Sacred Heart. It is warm and the glow of My Heart will light your hearts with My love.

    Do not be blown about as leaves on the ground. You must forever focus on My intense love for you. You are rooted so firmly in My love. Your roots are strong against the evils in this world. When the wind comes and blows, you will not falter, you will remain forever fixed because you are rooted firmly in the love of God.

Messenger:  See Mary as our model for our life. Mold us into children likened to Mary. She was kind and patient and loving.

    Keep Jesus' Passion forever fresh in your hearts. It is there you will realize His immense love for all of us.

    Withdraw from worldly things and focus on the life to come.

    Mary was taken up into heaven - Jesus ascended into Heaven.

I Come To You With Greatest Love

Messenger:  Since 5:30 I have been understanding more the two natures in Jesus and that He is the Divine God. 

    I was overwhelmed at Mass, realizing that the Eucharist is God truly present. Jesus humbled Himself to share in our humanity and He allows us to receive a sharing in His life in baptism.

    The realization that this is God and I am receiving Him inside of me is overwhelming. The realization He allows us to share in His life! Our human nature is elevated to greater heights in Him through baptism. The Mass and what is going on made me feel like I should jump out of my skin. The priest has the power to change bread and wine into the Body and Blood of Jesus. We should kiss the priest's hands and treat him with such reverence that Jesus has given him such power. We are missing so much, I feel so blind. Where I am blind, I now see.

Jesus:  I am Jesus Christ, the Son of God. I let you experience this realization with greatest love for you and all men. Tell them of My intense love and presence in the most Blessed Sacrament. I am God. I come to you with greatest love. It is in your realization and experiences, your awareness of Me as God, deepens. You must tell them. I speak to you to tell others that I am truly God, I truly come to them in the Eucharist. I am no less present than at Calvary. Do not hold back. Do not be taunted by satan. Pray to the Holy Spirit for courage to spread this to the world.

    I am allowing you to experience this intense awareness of My presence. You must speak of this to all. My presence, I make known to you so deeply in the reception of the Eucharist. This is My presence within you. Oh, child, what glory awaits he who loves and serves the Lord! Preach My presence with you. I want to be so close to every soul. I thirst for the love of souls. I am Jesus. I am the ardent lover of your hearts. Come to Me in the Eucharist. Oh, Rita, I beg you to tell them for Me. Your heart aches on Saturday and Sunday – I allow you to suffer, so little compared to My Most Sacred Heart suffered for love of you. Oh, child, come and thirst after Me, it comforts My aching Heart. I love you to long for My precious love. Does it feel as if your heart will break? This is nothing compared to My aching Heart!

    Alleluia, you have been given a special sharing in My life through baptism. I give Myself to you this day, I give you My life. I come to you with greatest love, I am your loving Savior, I am your God, I died for you, I come to you this day. Alleluia. Suffer your heartache and spread My immense love for you.

  

    

Messenger:  He came to give us life that we would have it to the full.

Jesus died for us.

Jesus gives us His Body and Blood in the Holy Eucharist.

Jesus gave Himself on the cross.

He gives us Himself, today, in the Holy Eucharist.

Jesus is no less present than the day He died on the cross.

Jesus is truly present in the Eucharist in His Divinity and Humanity –

He gives Himself to us in greatest love.

 

John 6: 48-50

I am the bread of life.
Your fathers ate manna in the desert

   which comes down from heaven,

For this is how God loved the world: 
he gave his only Son,

1 John 4: 9-10

This is the revelation
    of God's love for us,
that God sent his only Son into the world
that we might have life through him.
Love consists in this:
it is not we who loved God,
but God loved us and sent his Son
to expiate our sins. 

 

Messenger: Jesus is the Son of God.

Jesus has two natures – a human nature and a Divine nature –
    Jesus is a Divine Person.

Jesus died and rose on the 3rd day.

    We who were dead in sin from original sin are restored to life in Him through His death and resurrection. Christ gives to us dignity by taking on a human nature. We become children of God and heirs to His Kingdom.

    We can have a special sharing in His life through baptism.

Our human natures are elevated to greater heights in Him through baptism.

 

The Son of God became man to save man from his sin. It is human to die.

The Glorious Mysteries

     1. Jesus rose on the 3rd day.
    2. Jesus ascended into heaven.
    3. The Holy Spirit came – tongues were above the head of Mary and the Apostles.
    4. Mary went to heaven.
    5. Mary is crowned Queen of heaven and earth.
 

John 3: 16

For this is how God loved the world: 
he gave his only Son, 
so that everyone who believes in him 
    may not perish 
but may have eternal life.
  

God's love can raise men to the unfathomable happiness of the vision of God.

Messenger:        Dear God,

A message for the Earth from Jesus

January 22, 1998

    I am the Good Shepherd, these are My prayers, the prayers I give to help renew the Church and the world, all prayer chapters are asked to include these prayers (found in the Shepherds of Christ Prayer Manual). As My Apostles and Shepherds I ask you to encourage all existing Chapters to try to encourage all existing prayer groups to pray the Shepherds of Christ prayers. Encourage all Churches to pray these prayers. It is most urgent that the people of this earth concur with the Father's wishes to begin Prayer Chapters. This is an urgent request from the Good Shepherd. The flock will become one when they have given their hearts to Jesus and Mary. Encourage all priests to pray the Shepherds of Christ prayers. Your world will be lighted with great light as the people of this earth pray these prayers.

    My promise is this to you My beloved earth: When you give your heart to Me and spread the devotion to My Sacred Heart, I will write your name In My Heart. I promise to give the greatest graces when you pray these prayers for renewal of the Church and the world and take all who pray them deeply into My Heart. The prayers I give will bring about the reign of My Sacred Heart and the triumph of Mary's Immaculate Heart. I am Jesus Christ, this is My message of January 22, 1998, Please circulate this message to your world. I am the Good Shepherd, I know Mine and Mine know Me and they follow Me. Grace My Shepherds, I will give you the greatest graces for spreading these words to this earth and to your Church. I love you, I am Jesus Christ, the Son of Man, it is the Plan of the Father that Prayer Chapters are begun immediately and the Priestly Newsletter is given to all priests. The Voice of the Good Shepherd speaks through it.

Messenger:        The anguish was so intense
                                that the Lord Jesus felt
                                in the garden
                                that He sweat blood
                                and yet He did the will of the Father.

                            He is the perfect Son of the Father,
                                one in Him.
                                He shows us how to live in the Father's will.

                                He saw the sins, the awful sins
                            of man and knew He would pay the price
                            for these sins, He accepted the cup of salvation,
                            He lived in the Father's will,
                            all the vile acts committed by men,
                            the stripes on His back He would wear
                            for the lust, the perversion, the anger,
                            the hatred, the premeditation, the secrecy,
                            the abortions, the acts of inhumanity to man.

                                He knew the priests.

                                He knew those who would attack the Church,
                            whose attachment to the world thwarted the
                            vocations of the young and all those that
                            would suffer from the vocation they did not follow.

Jesus speaks:         Oh ways of the world so blind and without
                            eyes, I send My messages to you with the intensity
                            of My bleeding Heart on-fire for love of senseless
                            men. You speak of your ball games with voices
                            of fire and of My love, but whispers in a
                            quiet church.

                                Would that you would see with eyes of truth
                            the message I deliver here with the intensity
                            I have spoken. But to you whose boats
                            that are put out on a sea of glass, you
                            want it to sail a sea of placidity.

                                And I show you My body wrenched
                            in blood, beaten for your sins, bloodied
                            for your lies, deceptions, untruths, pride,
                            greed, senselessness to not obey the commandments,
                            secrecy. Why do you parade the body, some
                            of you, like a pornographic film before
                            the eyes of men?

                                My eyes were coated with blood for
                            your sins and you showed the world your
                            seductive ways, trying to lure the innocent
                            eyes of the old man. Be gone with such
                            ways, My people, hidden and dripping
                            with sin, hearts contaminated, abuse
                            and vile ways.

Isaiah 48: 17-19

Thus says Yahweh, your redeemer, 
    the Holy One of Israel: 
I am Yahweh your God 
    and teach you for your own good, 
I lead you in the way you ought to go. 
If only you had listened 
    to my commandments! 
Your prosperity would have been 
    like a river 
and your saving justice 
    like the waves of the sea. 
Your descendants would have been 
    numbered like the sand, 
your offspring as many as its grains. 
Their name would never be cancelled 
    or blotted out from my presence.

  

Matthew 11: 16-19

‘What comparison can I find for this generation? It is like children shouting to each other as they sit in the market place: 

    We played the pipes for you, 
    and you wouldn’t dance; 
    we sang dirges, 
    and you wouldn’t be mourners. 

‘For John came, neither eating nor drinking, and they say, "He is possessed." The Son of man came, eating and drinking, and they say, "Look, a glutton and a drunkard, a friend of tax collectors and sinners." Yet wisdom is justified by her deeds.’

Jesus speaks:          You say you are holy, and you harbor hate
                            in your heart, your motives rooted in
                            hate and lust and when you perform
                            your evil deeds, you say, "I didn't do it."
                            You blame your victim for your actions
                            when they stood by in love tolerating your
                            behavior and praying earnestly in love for
                            you.

                                A party was held on a checkered tablecloth,
                            red and white, and the crumbiest muffins
                            were used. The table was covered with crumbs,
                            some with remnants of jams and jellies
                            and others greasy butter. At the end of
                            the meal, the tablecloth was gathered from
                            the edges, inward, so the crumbs danced
                            in a pile together in the middle of the
                            sack that was formed. Now don't you
                            know that someone will shake the tablecloth
                            and all the crumbs will disperse.

                                I put you on the surface of the earth,
                            some of you coated with dark jellies, others
                            with greasy butter.

                                I am the Divine Reaper.

                                NOTHING is hidden from My eyes.

                                I know the darkest corner of your hearts,
                            the tainted deeds far better than you can ever
                            imagine. They whipped Me for your sins.
                            I wore the stripes to pay for your salvation.

                                You lured the old man and cheated
                            the farmer and I wore the thorn that
                            dug into My skull. Oh justice is Mine,
                            for I am the Lord and I paid the price
                            for your anger and sin and I loved
                            you to My death.

                                You of little faith, you do not believe
                            and give from your heart. You manipulate
                            others from the bag of pain you carry across
                            your shoulder, wanting someone to rescue
                            you from the load when you yourself with
                            clenched fists refuse to let go and to see.

                                A beautiful garden of the finest greenery
                            the fruit ready to burst for the children
                            of the earth. And you bring your bag
                            of pain like stinky manure and drown
                            the already tender shoots. You have
                            choked My fruit, the fruit on the vine.
                            You have carried off spoils for the devil's
                            work. You have laughed when I brought
                            in My berries and have hated when I
                            brought My love.

1 Corinthians 15: 20-28

In fact, however, Christ has been raised from the dead, as the first–fruits of all who have fallen asleep. As it was by one man that death came, so through one man has come the resurrection of the dead. Just as all die in Adam, so in Christ all will be brought to life; but all of them in their proper order: Christ the first–fruits, and next, at his coming, those who belong to him. After that will come the end, when he will hand over the kingdom to God the Father, having abolished every principality, every ruling force and power. For he is to be king until he has made his enemies his footstool,and the last of the enemies to be done away with is death, for he has put all things under his feet. But when it is said everything is subjected, this obviously cannot include the One who subjected everything to him. When everything has been subjected to him, then the Son himself will be subjected to the One who has subjected everything to him, so that God may be all in all.

Jesus speaks:          I am the Bread of Life, he who

Hail Mary

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee; blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the Fruit of thy womb, Jesus. * Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death. Amen.

I am the true vine,
and my Father is the vinedresser.
Every branch in me that bears no fruit
he cuts away,
and every branch that does bear fruit
     he prunes
to make it bear even more.
You are clean already,
by means of the word
     that I have spoken to you.
Remain in me, as I in you.
As a branch cannot bear fruit all by itself,
unless it remains part of the vine,
neither can you unless you remain in me.
I am the vine,
you are the branches.
Whoever remains in me, with me in him,
bears fruit in plenty;
for cut off from me you can do nothing.
Anyone who does not remain in me
is thrown away like a branch
—and withers;
these branches are collected
     and thrown on the fire
and are burnt.
If you remain in me
and my words remain in you,
you may ask for whatever you please
and you will get it.

Jesus speaks:  Oh, the waters will run and the earth will shake and you will suffer and suffer and work your own plan and say it happened before, it is not a sign from God - it is a phenomenon, a happening, no reason to take notice.

And I will shake you on your tree and you will fall to the ground as rotten fruit and all that will remain will be the fruit of heaven.

December 9, 2005 message continues

Jesus speaks:          Oh beloved of My Father, the trapper
                            went out to catch some game, setting
                            traps along the way and at long last
                            after he waited, he caught an animal
                            and he was proud. I have watched
                            some, who like a trapper, set traps
                            to get another to act out their pain.
                            Day after day after day, they meditate with
                            anger in their bed and much like the trapper,
                            they are proud. When after daily acts
                            to provoke another, they anger an innocent
                            person like a bear caught by the trap.
                            There were traps all along the way and
                            the bear avoided trap 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6,
                            7, 8, 9 but the 10th trap did him in.
                            Did you see it covered with autumn leaves,
                            twigs, buried?

                                This hidden, provoking behavior disgusts Me.

                                I read the disposition of the heart,
                            I see the trap you cover with leaves and
                            twigs, you never fool God.

                                Be of a pure heart. When the anger
                            comes and you give in, you open the door
                            to satan.

                                Problems occur and must be handled.
                            When your heart is filled with love handling
                            a problem, My might will work to help you.

                                When you have a problem and your heart
                            is blinded by anger and hatred, you open
                            the door to the evil one.

                                Spiritual direction is given through a
                            spiritual director. I have spiritually directed
                            My Movement through these writings and
                            the live rosaries.

                                When the good Spirit is operating in
                            an individual, there is love, harmony,
                            oneness, fruitfulness, productivity --

                                When the evil spirit is working in
                            an individual, there is disharmony,
                            confusion, lies, untruths, clamor, hatefulness,
                            anger, isolation not according to God's will --

                                I have directed this Movement
                            through letters and verbally of how satan
                            is working.

                                I have directed the world, given letters
                            to help the Church to unveil the evil
                            spirit working to destroy.

                                A person that refuses to recognize that the
                            evil spirit is working in their lives can
                            get angry as one corrects them or tries to
                            do so. But if the person continues allowing
                            the evil one to work in their lives, the
                            evil one is like a team of charging
                            cattle -- he becomes more aggressive like
                            a machine, the worm in the apple
                            that wants to destroy all the good pulp.

                                There are 3 things operating in a
                            person's actions. 1) the good Spirit may
                            lead them, 2) the evil spirit may tempt
                            them, and they can give in, 3) an action
                            may be initiated by one's own feelings,
                            memory, desires, thoughts, etc.

                                A person who is giving in to the temptation
                            to the evil one in their lives, can be told
                            by a director and the person becomes so
                            prideful they will not listen.

                                A child was laying on a tire attached
                            by a rope to a tractor in the snow, while another
                            youth was driving the tractor about the
                            farm. At first glance you may say, "That
                            is like an accident waiting to happen."

                                When the evil one is working in one's
                            life, he begins tempting the individual
                            to operate one way and then another,
                            the evil one may actually talk out loud
                            to the person, or it may be more subtle
                            like constant ideas
                            prompted by the evil spirit, the
                            person thinks, sometimes they are receiving
                            inspiration from God and they begin to
                            follow the evil spirit leading them.

                            A person always has a free will,
                            but as one having a deep relationship
                            with the Holy Spirit when they follow
                            His direction, the person following the
                            evil spirit more and more follow
                            that evil direction. This direction of
                            the evil one is clear by the disharmony,
                            clamor, hatefulness, selfishness of the
                            person's actions or tendencies toward these
                            things. The person will find more and
                            more ways to continue their behavior
                            through secrecy and ways that are untruthful.
                            A spiritual director can tell the person,
                            "You are going in the wrong direction."
                            But unless some terminating action is
                            taken, someone cannot control the individual for
                            they have a free will to recognize
                            the problem or continue to being misled,
                            misguided by an evil direction.

                                A spiritual director helps a person to
                            discern the spirits working in their lives
                            to produce good, harmonious, happy living.

                                Following the good Spirit will produce
                            fruit, will bring peace (even in suffering)
                            and will be a guide that fills the heart
                            with love even in trials.

                                Every person has a free will, habits in
                            relationships develop, as a child that may
                            disobey their parents continually, secretly
                            trying to cover up their activities
                            and not realizing themselves how
                            habitual this bad habit has become.

                                When the devil begins to work on people,
                            he comes in little ways and advances
                            through allurements as rapidly as
                            he can get away with.

                                When satan continues in lives to tempt
                            people to lie and cheat over years of practice
                            the person can have such a habit of
                            cheating it is a real problem, for they have
                            numbed their sense of right and wrong
                            and practiced wrong behavior.

Messenger:             God loves us so much.

                                The Holy Spirit can guide us in our
                            way, but the person who fails to
                            recognize that they must discern how
                            they are being directed by the evil spirit
                            or the good Spirit can be led astray
                            because of their own pride.

Jesus speaks:         I have spiritually directed this
                            Movement through My writings under
                            the direction of Father Carter and
                            other priests this whole time of My
                            Movement.

                                People who fail to recognize the workings
                            of the evil one in their lives because of
                            pride are really opening a door to satan,
                            for they do not discern the spirits and
                            they act according to some spirit leading
                            them whether good or bad.

                                The devil knows he has an open door
                            the person is blind to their problem and
                            satan tries to push them to act and they
                            give in, creating more confusion, hurt,
                            disharmony, hate and lack of peace
                            in their heart.

Messenger:              Actions that we perform must be
                            discerned if they are from the good
                            Spirit and lead to peace, joy, harmony,
                            love or if they are from the bad spirit
                            and can be a habitual way one acts
                            and they do not want to change because
                            it is hard, because of their pride --
                            because they believe the evil prompting
                            must be obeyed. The evil prompting
                            leads to anger, hatred, disharmony
                            lack of joy and peace, lack of unity, it
                            is not loving, it is secretive usually and
                            selfish.

313. RULES FOR DISCERNMENT OF SPIRITS
I

Rules for understanding to some extent the different movements produced in the soul and for recognizing those that are good to admit them, and those that are bad, to reject them. These rules are more suited to the first week
  

314.  I.  In the case of those who go from one mortal sin to another, the enemy is ordinarily accustomed to propose apparent pleasures. He fills their imagination with sensual delights and gratifications, the more readily to keep them in their vices and increase the number of their sins.

    With such persons the good spirit uses a method which is the reverse of the above. Making use of the light of reason, he will rouse the sting of conscience and fill them with remorse.

315.  2.  In the case of those who go on earnestly striving to cleanse their souls from sin and who seek to rise in the service of God our Lord to greater perfection, the method pursued is the opposite of that mentioned in the first rule.

    Then it is characteristic of the evil spirit to harass with anxiety, to afflict with sadness, to raise obstacles backed by fallacious reasonings that disturb the soul. Thus he seeks to prevent the soul from advancing.

    It is characteristic of the good spirit, however, to give courage and strength, consolations, tears, inspirations, and peace. This He does by making all easy, by removing all obstacles so that the soul goes forward in doing good.

316.  3.  SPIRITUAL CONSOLATION.  I call it consolation when an interior movement is aroused in the soul, by which it is inflamed with love of its Creator and Lord, and as a consequence, can love no creature on the face of the earth for its own sake, but only in the Creator of them all. It is likewise consolation when one sheds tears that move to the love of God, whether it be because of sorrow for sins, or because of the sufferings of Christ our Lord, or for any other reason that is immediately directed to the praise and service of God. Finally, I call consolation every increase of faith, hope, and love, and all interior joy that invites and attracts to what is heavenly and to the salvation of one's soul by filling it with peace and quiet in its Creator and Lord.

317.  4.  SPIRITUAL DESOLATION.  I call desolation what is entirely the opposite of what is described in the third rule, as darkness of soul, turmoil of spirit, inclination to what is low and earthly, restlessness rising from many disturbances and temptations which lead to want of faith, want of hope, want of love. The soul is wholly slothful, tepid, sad, and separated, as it were, from its Creator and Lord. For just as consolation is the opposite of desolation, so the thoughts that spring from consolation are the opposite of those that spring from desolation.

318.  5.  In time of desolation we should never make any change, but remain firm and constant in the resolution and decision which guided us the day before the desolation, or in the decision to which we adhered in the preceding consolation. For just as in consolation the good spirit guides and counsels us, so in desolation the evil spirit guides and counsels. Following his counsels we can never find the way to a right decision.

319.  6.  Though in desolation we must never change our former resolutions, it will be very advantageous to intensify our activity against the desolation. We can insist more upon prayer, upon meditation, and on much examination of ourselves. We can make an effort in a suitable way to do some penance.

320.  7.  When one is in desolation, he should be mindful that God has left him to his natural powers to resist the different agitations and temptations of the enemy in order to try him. He can resist with the help of God, which always remains, though he may not clearly perceive it. For though God has taken from him the abundance of fervor and overflowing love and the intensity of His favors, nevertheless, he has sufficient grace for eternal salvation.

321.  8.  When one is in desolation, he should strive to persevere in patience. This reacts against the vexations that have overtaken him. Let him consider, too, that consolation will soon return, and in the meantime, he must diligently use the means against desolation which have been given in the sixth rule.

322.  9.  The principal reasons why we suffer from desolation are three:

    The first is because we have been tepid and slothful or negligent in our exercises of piety, and so through our own fault spiritual consolation has been taken away from us.

    The second reason is because God wishes to try us, to see how much we are worth, and how much we will advance in His service and praise when left without the generous reward of consolations and signal favors.

    The third reason is because God wishes to give us a true knowledge and understanding of ourselves, so that we may have an intimate perception of the fact that it is not within our power to acquire and attain great devotion, intense love, tears, or any other spiritual consolation; but that all this is the gift and grace of God our Lord. God does not wish us to build on the property of another, to rise up in spirit in a certain pride and vainglory and attribute to ourselves the devotion and other effects of spiritual consolation.

323.  10.  When one enjoys consolation, let him consider how he will conduct himself during the time of ensuing desolation, and store up a supply of strength as defense against that day.

324.  11.  He who enjoys consolation should take care to humble himself and lower himself as much as possible. Let him recall how little he is able to do in time of desolation, when he is left without such grace or consolation.

    On the other hand, one who suffers desolation should remember that by making use of the sufficient grace offered him, he can do much to withstand all his enemies. Let him find his strength in his Creator and Lord.

325.  12.  The enemy conducts himself as a woman. He is a weakling before a show of strength, and a tyrant if he has his will. It is characteristic of a woman in a quarrel with a man to lose courage and take to flight if the man shows that he is determined and fearless. However, if the man loses courage and begins to flee, the anger, vindictiveness, and rage of the woman surge up and know no bounds. In the same way, the enemy becomes weak, loses courage, and turns to flight with his seductions as soon as one leading a spiritual life faces his temptations boldly, and does exactly the opposite of what he suggests. However, if one begins to be afraid and to lose courage in temptations, no wild animal on earth can be more fierce than the enemy of our human nature. He will carry out his perverse intentions with consummate malice.

326.  13.  Our enemy may also be compared in his manner of acting to a false lover. He seeks to remain hidden and does not want to be discovered. If such a lover speaks with evil intention to the daughter of a good father, or to the wife of a good husband, and seeks to seduce them, he wants his words and solicitations kept secret. He is greatly displeased if his evil suggestions and depraved intentions are revealed by the daughter to her father, or by the wife to her husband. Then he readily sees he will not succeed in what he has begun. In the same way, when the enemy of our human nature tempts a just soul with his wiles and seductions, he earnestly desires that they be received secretly and kept secret. But if one manifests them to a confessor, or to some other spiritual person who understands his deceits and malicious designs, the evil one is very much vexed. For he knows that he cannot succeed in his evil undertaking, once his evident deceits have been revealed.

327.  14.  The conduct of our enemy may also be compared to the tactics of a leader intent upon seizing and plundering a position he desires. A commander and leader of an army will encamp, explore the fortifications and defenses of the stronghold, and attack at the weakest point. In the same way, the enemy of our human nature investigates from every side all our virtues, theological, cardinal, and moral. Where he finds the defenses of eternal salvation weakest and most deficient, there he attacks and tries to take us by storm.

Further rules for understanding the different movements produced in the soul. They serve for a more accurate discernment of spirits and are more suitable for the second week
  

329.  I.  It is characteristic of God and His Angels, when they act upon the soul, to give true happiness and spiritual joy, and to banish all the sadness and disturbances which are caused by the enemy.
   It is characteristic of the evil one to fight against such happiness and consolation by proposing fallacious reasonings, subtilties, and continual deceptions.

330.  2.  God alone can give consolation to the soul without any previous cause. It belongs solely to the Creator to come into a soul, to leave it, to act upon it, to draw it wholly to the love of His Divine Majesty. I said without previous cause, that is, without any preceding perception or knowledge of any subject by which a soul might be led to such a consolation through its own acts of intellect and will.

331.  3.  If a cause precedes, both the good angel and the evil spirit can give consolation to a soul, but for a quite different purpose. The good angel consoles for the progress of the soul, that it may advance and rise to what is more perfect. The evil spirit consoles for purposes that are the contrary, and that afterwards he might draw the soul to his own perverse intentions and wickedness.

332.  4.  It is a mark of the evil spirit to assume the appearance of an angel of light. He begins by suggesting thoughts that are suited to a devout soul, and ends by suggesting his own. For example, he will suggest holy and pious thoughts that are wholly in conformity with the sanctity of the soul. Afterwards, he will endeavor little by little to end by drawing the soul into his hidden snares and evil designs.

333.  5.  We must carefully observe the whole course of our thoughts. If the beginning and middle and end of the course of thoughts are wholly good and directed to what is entirely right, it is a sign that they are from the good angel. But the course of thoughts suggested to us may terminate in something evil, or distracting, or less good than the soul had formerly proposed to do. Again, it may end in what weakens the soul, or disquiets it; or by destroying the peace, tranquility, and quiet which it had before, it may cause disturbance to the soul. These things are a clear sign that the thoughts are proceeding from the evil spirit, the enemy of our progress and eternal salvation.

334.  6.  When the enemy of our human nature has been detected and recognized by the trail of evil marking his course and by the wicked end to which he leads us, it will be profitable for one who has been tempted to review immediately the whole course of the temptation. Let him consider the series of good thoughts, how they arose, how the evil one gradually attempted to make him step down from the state of spiritual delight and joy in which he was, till finally he drew him to his wicked designs. The purpose of this review is that once such an experience has been understood and carefully observed, we may guard ourselves for the future against the customary deceits of the enemy.

335.  7.  In souls that are progressing to greater perfection, the action of the good angel is delicate, gentle, delightful. It may be compared to a drop of water penetrating a sponge.
    The action of the evil spirit upon such souls is violent, noisy, and disturbing. It may be compared to a drop of water falling upon a stone.
    In souls that are going from bad to worse, the action of the spirits mentioned above is just the reverse. The reason for this is to be sought in the opposition or similarity of these souls to the different kinds of spirits. When the disposition is contrary to that of the spirits, they enter with noise and commotion that are easily perceived. When the disposition is similar to that of the spirits, they enter silently, as one coming into his own house when the doors are open.

336.  8.  When consolation is without previous cause, as was said, there can be no deception in it, since it can proceed from God our Lord only. But a spiritual person who has received such a consolation must consider it very attentively, and must cautiously distinguish the actual time of the consolation from the period which follows it. At such a time the soul is still fervent and favored with the grace and aftereffects of the consolation which has passed. In this second period the soul frequently forms various resolutions and plans which are not granted directly by God our Lord. They may come from our own reasoning on the relations of our concepts and on the consequences of our judgments, or they may come from the good or evil spirit. Hence, they must be carefully examined before they are given full approval and put into execution.
