Yesterday I saw Jesus all through the Mass in the
priest celebrating the Mass. The Centers were
praying at the same time united to the Mass.
It was so very powerful.
When I get to Mass, I just feel so deeply
united to God, Father, Son and Holy Spirit and
all the angels and saints. I want to be united
so deeply to all those in the Body of Christ,
being so united to all at that Mass and the whole world.

I long
to go to Mass and when I am there
it seems that no distraction could take
me from the deep participation I desire
in the event at hand.
I feel an overwhelming love for God,
all Three Persons, I cannot explain.
I must constantly be telling God of my
love. It is truly my love affair with
my Beloved God.
I long to hear the words of the scripture.
They truly feed my soul and I anxiously
await the reception of the Eucharist. It
seems many times lately when I attend
Mass they have not distributed the Precious
Blood in the cup to the people.
When I do go to Mass and am able to
receive the Blood in the cup I am most
grateful.
I just want the Eucharist so much. I
treasure the Mass so much and the
reception of the Eucharist, I want those
precious moments after the reception of
the Eucharist to last and last, I feel
so united to God. I want to remain like
this. I love God so very, very, very much.
I hunger for the Eucharist.
I see the beauty of the Mass and I
love to go and listen to every word.
We ask for forgiveness of our sins,
we pray for grace and mercy, we pray
for peace.
It is so obvious from many of the
readings that God does not want us
to be divided, He wants us to love and serve
Him and do His will.
I love each Person of the Trinity so very
much and I feel this love increases
every time I am at Mass and before
God in the tabernacle. I just know
Him more and more every day, I love Him
deeper, I long for heaven and completeness
in Him, I want the world to be united
and serving Him.
I long for the Reign of the Sacred
Heart in all Hearts.
From today's Gospel I quote
Mark 5: 26-34
Parable of the seed growing by itself
He also said, ‘This is what the kingdom of God is like. A man scatters seed on the land. Night and day, while he sleeps, when he is awake, the seed is sprouting and growing; how, he does not know. Of its own accord the land produces first the shoot, then the ear, then the full grain in the ear. And when the crop is ready, at once he starts to reap because the harvest has come.’
Parable of the mustard seed
He also said, ‘What can we say that the kingdom is like? What parable can we find for it? It is like a mustard seed which, at the time of its sowing, is the smallest of all the seeds on earth. Yet once it is sown it grows into the biggest shrub of them all and puts out big branches so that the birds of the air can shelter in its shade.’
The use of parables
Using many parables like these, he spoke the word to them, so far as they were capable of understanding it. He would not speak to them except in parables, but he explained everything to his disciples when they were by themselves.

Oh today is First Friday and tomorrow
First Saturday. I feel so connected to the
Sacred Heart especially today and
the Virgin Mary on First Saturday.
I think these two days are great
days to renew our consecration and
pray for special favors from the Sacred
Heart and the Immaculate Heart. First
Saturday is a really special day to pray the
rosary.
Also I have been thinking there are
so many Masses late on Saturday and
early Sunday, we can really be united
so deeply in prayer on these days,
united to the Masses and united
with each other. And with the time
change we can pray hours before and
after Saturday afternoon and Sunday
morning.
The weekend is a very good time to stay
especially united.
In the darkness there are very many
parties taking place. When it is dark
somewhere it is light somewhere else.
I know there are places people drink
and party all day. Some have their
focus on sexual sins. There is
very much indulgence. We must
pray for great grace to be released.
If people prayed the 6:20
prayers as Jesus and Mary
asked all over the world, those consecration
prayers for the world would be being
prayed all through the day.
Those (the Holy Spirit Novena and
Red Prayer Manual) are special prayers
to help lead us into the Reign of the
Sacred Heart.
Listen to the prayers of the
Holy Spirit Novena.
DAILY NOVENA PRAYERS
Opening Prayer
In the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.
Dear Father, we come to You in the name of Jesus, in union with Him in the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass, in the Holy Spirit. We come to You united to the Child Jesus of Good Health and the Infant of Prague. We come to You in the perfect, sinless heart of Our Mother Mary, asking her powerful intercession, uniting ourselves to her holy tears. We come to You united to all the angels and saints, and the souls in purgatory.
Prayer for Holy Spirit
We pray for an outpouring of the Holy Spirit on us, to be baptized by the Holy Spirit, that He will descend mightily on us as He did on the Apostles at Pentecost. That the Holy Spirit will transform us from fear to fearlessness and that He will give us courage to do all the Father is asking of us to help bring about the Reign of the Sacred Heart and the triumph of Mary's Immaculate Heart. We pray for the Holy Spirit to descend mightily on the Jesuits and the Poor Clares on the Shepherds of Christ leaders and members and on the whole Body of Christ and the world.
Protection by the Blood of Jesus
We pray that the Blood of Jesus will be spread on us, everyone in our families, and the Shepherds of Christ Movement, that we will be able to move steadfastly ahead and be protected from the evil one.
Healing
We pray for healing in body, mind, and soul and generational healing in ourselves, in all members in our families, and in all members of the Shepherds of Christ Movement, the Jesuit Community, the Poor Clares, the Body of Christ, and the world.
Prayer for Strength and Light
We adore You, oh Holy Spirit. Give us strength, give us light, console us. We give ourselves entirely to You. Oh Spirit of light and grace, we want to only do the will of the Father. Enlighten us that we may live always in the Father's will.
Eternal Spirit fill us with Your Divine Wisdom that we may comprehend more fully insight into Your Divine Mysteries.
Give us lights, Oh Holy Spirit that we may know God. Work within the heart, the spiritual womb of the Virgin Mary, to form us more and more into the image of Jesus.
Prayer to Be One with God, Father, Son and Holy Spirit
We long for You, Oh Spirit of Light, we long to know God, we want to be one with Him, our Divine God. We want to be one with the Father, know Him as a Person most intimately. We want to know the beloved One, the Sacred Heart of Jesus, and live and dwell in Him at all times, every moment of our lives. We want to be one with You, Oh Spirit of Light, that You move in us in our every breath.
Prayer to Be One in Jesus
Let us experience life in the Sacred Heart of Jesus, so we can say as Saint Paul, "I have been crucified with Christ and yet I am alive; yet it is no longer I, but Christ living in me...." Let us live, united to the Mass, all through the day being one in Him. Let us be able to love and know in this elevated state of oneness with our God. We long for Thee, oh beauteous God, we love You, we love You, we love You. We praise You, worship You, honor You, adore You, and thank You, our beloved God, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
Prayer to Dwell in the Hearts of Jesus and Mary
We seek to be one in God, to live and dwell in the Hearts of Jesus and Mary, our little heaven on earth, to experience life in the all perfect, pure, sinless heart of our Mother. We want the Holy Spirit to move in us and to be united to Jesus as the Bridegroom of our souls and be a most perfect sacrifice offered to the Father at every moment as we unite in the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass around the world to help in the salvation of souls.
Prayer for the Holy Spirit and His Gifts
Come Holy Spirit, come, come into our hearts, inflame all people with the fire of Your love.
Leader: Send forth Your Spirit and all will be reborn.
All: And You will renew the face of the earth. We pray for the seven gifts of the Holy Spirit, we ask for perfection in our souls to make us holy, holy souls likened to God.
Dear Holy Spirit, we give ourselves to You soul and body. We ask You to give us the Spirit of Wisdom, Understanding, Counsel, Fortitude, Knowledge, Piety, and Fear of the Lord.
Prayer for the Word Alive in Our Hearts
We know, dear Holy Spirit, the Word in His human nature was brought forth within the womb of the woman. We pray that His word will be brought forth in our hearts as He lives and dwells in us. We want the incarnation to go on in our lives. Dear Holy Spirit, work in us.
Little Prayers to the Holy Spirit
Dear Holy Spirit, help us not to be ignorant or indifferent or weak, help us to be strong with the love of God.
Dear Holy Spirit, please pray for our needs for us.
Dear Holy Spirit, help us to respect God and to avoid sin. Help us to live in the Father's will.
Dear Holy Spirit, help us to keep Your commandments and to respect authority. Help us to love all things as You will us to love them. Help us to want to pray and always serve God with the greatest love. Help us to know the truth. Help us to have the gift of faith, hope, and love. Help us to know what is right and what is wrong.
A Prayer for Intimacy with the Lamb, the Bridegroom of the Soul
Oh Lamb of God, Who take away the sins of the world, come and act on my soul most intimately. I surrender myself, as I ask for the grace to let go, to just be as I exist in You and You act most intimately on my soul. You are the Initiator. I am the soul waiting Your favors as You act in me. I love You. I adore You. I worship You. Come and possess my soul with Your Divine Grace, as I experience You most intimately.

Listen to the Prayers Fr. Carter was
told to compile.
Chapter Meeting Prayer Format
The prayer format below should be followed at chapter meetings of Shepherds of Christ Associates. All prayers, not just those said specifically for priests, should include the intention of praying for all the needs of priests the world over.
1. Hymns. Hymns may be sung at any point of the prayer part of the meeting.
2. Holy Spirit Prayer. Come, Holy Spirit, almighty Sanctifier, God of love, who filled the Virgin Mary with grace, who wonderfully changed the hearts of the apostles, who endowed all Your martyrs with miraculous courage, come and sanctify us. Enlighten our minds, strengthen our wills, purify our consciences, rectify our judgment, set our hearts on fire, and preserve us from the misfortunes of resisting Your inspirations. Amen.
3. The Rosary.
4. Salve Regina. "Hail Holy Queen, Mother of mercy, our life, our sweetness, and our hope. To you do we cry, poor banished children of Eve. To you do we send up our sighs, our mourning, our weeping in this vale of tears. Turn, then, most gracious advocate, your eyes of mercy toward us and after this, our exile, show unto us the blessed fruit of your womb, Jesus, O clement, O loving, O sweet Virgin Mary."
5. The Memorare. "Remember, O most gracious Virgin Mary, that never was it known that anyone who fled to your protection, implored your help, or sought your intercession was left unaided. Inspired by this confidence, I fly unto you, O Virgin of virgins, my Mother. To you I come, before you I stand, sinful and sorrowful. O Mother of the Word Incarnate, despise not my petitions, but, in your mercy, hear and answer me. Amen."
6. Seven Hail Marys in honor of the Seven Sorrows of Mary. Mary has promised very special graces to those who do this on a daily basis. Included in the promises of Our Lady for those who practice this devotion is her pledge to give special assistance at the hour of death, including the sight of her face. The seven sorrows are:
(1) The first sorrow: the prophecy of Simeon (Hail Mary).
(2) The second sorrow: the flight into Egypt (Hail Mary).
(3) The third sorrow: the loss of the Child Jesus in the temple (Hail Mary).
(4) The fourth sorrow: Jesus and Mary meet on the way to the cross (Hail Mary).
(5) The fifth sorrow: Jesus dies on the cross (Hail Mary).
(6) The sixth sorrow: Jesus is taken down from the cross and laid in Mary's arms (Hail Mary).
(7) The seventh sorrow: the burial of Jesus (Hail Mary).
7. Litany of the Blessed Virgin Mary.
Lord, have mercy on us. Christ, have mercy on us.
Lord, have mercy on us. Christ, hear us. Christ, graciously hear us.
God, the Father of heaven, have mercy on us.
God, the Son, Redeemer of the world, have mercy on us.

10. Prayer for Priests. "Lord Jesus, Chief Shepherd of the Flock, we pray that in the great love and mercy of Your Sacred Heart You attend to all the needs of Your priest-shepherds throughout the world. We ask that You draw back to Your Heart all those priests who have seriously strayed from Your path, that You rekindle the desire for holiness in the hearts of those priests who have become lukewarm, and that You continue to give Your fervent priests the desire for the highest holiness. United with Your Heart and Mary's Heart, we ask that You take this petition to Your heavenly Father in the unity of the Holy Spirit. Amen"

Continue to enlighten them regarding the very special privilege and responsibility you have given them as members of Your movement, Shepherds of Christ Associates. Draw them ever closer to Your Heart and to Your Mother's Heart. Allow them to more and more realize the great and special love of Your Hearts for each of them as unique individuals. Give them the grace to respond to Your love and Mary's love with an increased love of their own. As they dwell in Your Heart and Mary's Heart, abundantly care for all their needs and those of their loved ones. We make our prayer through You to the Father, in the Holy Spirit, with Mary our Mother at our side. Amen"
12. Prayer for the spiritual and financial success of the priestly newsletter. "Father, we ask Your special blessings upon the priestly newsletter, Shepherds of Christ. We ask that You open the priest-readers to the graces You wish to give them through this chosen instrument of Your Son. "St. Michael the Archangel, defend us in battle. Be our safeguard against the wickedness and snares of the devil. On February 23, 1999 I was told to ask
all who can to pray the 6:20 prayers. Jesus said
we would be united as a body praying
united with those under Mary's image for

Jesus has called us to be Shepherds of

it is a gift.
He gave me that message in February. This

Ash Wednesday falls on February 13
this year. We will begin prayer on

We need to pray so fervently for that

Instead of offering up lots of things in
lent, think of praying daily every day
as Jesus has asked to help build up the
Body of Christ. Many times when people
offer up things they become mean.
This is not the idea.
Can you pray the Shepherds of Christ Prayers every day

pray the Morning offering every day?
This would be a good habit to get into.

day. See if it helps you grow closer
to God—Father Son and Holy Spirit.
See how your relationship progresses
with God over this period of time.
We want to print the Mass Book II and
we'll need funds to do that.
The entries in the Mass Book II were
received about the same time as when
Father Carter wrote the Priestly Newsletter
Book II, also the last year of his life.
We need funds for the mailing of the Priestly
Newsletter Book II. It's coming along
good. Very soon it will be in
the hands of the priests.

If I love the whole world and all souls with all my heart, can that deep love in Him help to heal souls? Surely!
I feel the love Jesus had in giving Himself and His life and I identify with Him.
Think of all the Masses we attended when we did not let go of so many things and failed to be so intimately one in that Sacrifice.
Think of the hands of the priest and the Masses offered and the gift given from God in those holy Masses. Were their minds on other things, are our minds on other things? Once his hands are laid to rest he can never offer another Mass. Think of all the grace that was released from the hands of the holy priests that have now passed on to another place. The grace that comes from the Masses is such a gift. When we go to bed tonight we can never live this day's moments again, they are gone forever. We had today to unite to the Mass and lay down our lives. What we deemed so important, was it so important to take us from uniting so deeply and selflessly in the Mass?
Did we appreciate our priests? Did we cherish the Masses they celebrated?
Think of all the grace released through the hands of one priest.
Think of all that is missed by men who are not following their vocation to be priests. The modeling must be there.
Fred, an important apostle, who is doing work concerning the priesthood, said one saint helped the boys he talked to so much that they all wanted to be priests. God is the One who calls men to be priests. That love of the priesthood in the holy priest will lead him to boast to men of the greatness of the priesthood. If one priest does this, he can affect so many becoming priests. His love of the priesthood and that vocation can lead him to boast of its greatness which can lead men to follow their vocation if God is calling them to be priests.
WE MUST PRAY FOR OUR PRIESTS TO DO THIS. THIS IS SO POWERFUL when a priest promotes the priestly vocation. We MUST PRAY FOR PRIESTS TO LOVE their priesthood and be holy priests and lead others to the priesthood. The priest is in the best position to encourage others to be priests by what he says, how he shows the joy of his life lived as a priest.
WE MUST PRAY FOR OUR PRIESTS TO DO THIS.
To contemplate the miracle of the Eucharist is so pleasing to me and makes me cry. Jesus is truly with us in His Divinity and Humanity.I see the great gift in the priest. A human can look down and see bread and through the words of consecration it is changed into the Body of Jesus and he can look at the cup of wine and the wine is changed into the Blood of Jesus through the words of consecration.
I cannot say what is in my heart for this great event and to think God in His goodness remains with us truly present through the hands of a man.
I cannot imagine what it would be like to have that power in my hands and look down at bread, and then there is Jesus' Body; wine, and then there is Christ's Blood.
I want to ponder this mystery and thank God for this gift of God truly with us in His Divinity and Humanity.
Oh, my men, do you see the gift given to man, a human person, to consecrate the bread and wine so they become the Body and Blood of Jesus?
Oh, my men, do you see the sacredness of it all, that a man can forgive sins?
Oh, do you see how we must pray for our precious priests and why the devil would work to stop men in anyway from following this vocation?
Oh, my men, it is indeed the most precious gift, this gift of the priesthood, to realize that Jesus Christ is truly present in His Humanity and Divinity after a man, a priest, has said the words of Consecration.
Oh, my heart is so filled with this great gift of God. I want so much to lie down and worship our God, for He is so good to us, and the priests are so very, very, very important.
Yesterday at Mass, I watched as a priest looked down after the Consecration. I just gaped with awe and wonder for this mystery and I knew what a gift this was.
I cannot adequately write about it, it is a mystery and what my heart knows is so deeply embedded in my soul.
My heart cries to thank God for His goodness and I want to worship and honor Him and be with Him in His Eucharistic presence within me.
Oh, God, help the schools and the priests to lead men to an appreciation of the Eucharist and our Church.
We truly are the bride of Jesus.
I go to the altar of Sacrifice and I receive Him my Divine God, He is my spouse, I am one with Him in this work to help lead souls to heaven, helping in this Act of Redemption.
My heart is His, my being I give freely, to be used as His messenger for His holy purpose.
Think of all the hands of men that didn't consecrate at Mass and administer the sacraments because they didn't answer the call to be priests.
The present priests can help young men become priests. They must grow in great holiness.

~ September 18, 2000 continues ~Our struggle is with being earthy - involved all the time at the bottom of the mountain.
Isaiah 49: 13-15
Shout for joy, you heavens; earth, exult!
Mountains, break into joyful cries!
For Yahweh has consoled his people,
is taking pity on his afflicted ones.
Zion was saying,
‘Yahweh has abandoned me,
the Lord has forgotten me.’
Can a woman forget her baby at the breast,
feel no pity for the child she has borne?
Even if these were to forget,
I shall not forget you.
Jesus said today we must, must trust in His Heart and have faith. We can't be so focused on Satan that we do not trust. We will receive benefits from His Sacred Heart depending how we trust in Him.
Hopefully, tomorrow we will be able to include the messages from September 13, 2000's rosary.
We must see His hand in what we are doing.
We must TRUST IN HIM.
