Messenger:
On Easter Saturday 1994 Fr. Carter
received his first message from Jesus, which then
followed the message May 31, 1994 to
write the Priestly Newsletter and then
the messages of Tell My People — he said
these messages contained a complete
synopsis of the Spiritual Life from the
Hearts of Jesus and Mary.
These messages led to the Prayers in
the Prayer Manual —
February 18, 2007 continues
Messenger:
Fr. Carter said so men could carry the
book of prayers in their pockets.
That summer the prayer manual was
begun after Mary appeared to me at the
old seminary daily. At first me and my two
children were there then on July 10, 1994 —
5 days later Fr. Carter said Jesus and Mary told
him to be there too.
Mary appeared daily in tremendous light
in the Sorrowful Mother statue during the
rosary.
After the rosary she remained and Fr. Carter
had me pray the Litany to the Sacred
Heart and Promises of the Sacred Heart. We
had a big picture of Our Lady of Guadalupe
under Mary's statue and the Sacred Heart
picture.
Soon Fr. Carter put together the prayer
manual of the Shepherds of Christ and it was
ready for use August, 1994.
Mary still appeared, my children went
daily and Fr. Carter was there praying.
Fr. Carter took me to the Falmouth
Farm where the city of Falmouth flooded
three years later. Mary had appeared there
to another visionary, but they did
not help us spread the prayer manual
and Blue Books. An
image appeared on the building in Clearwater,
Florida December 17, 1996 and Falmouth Flooded
March 3, 1997.
On July 5, 1994 Mary appeared to me at
the old seminary — in July, 1994 the first
Priestly Newsletter was published by
Fr. Edward Carter, S.J. and sent to all
the priests in the United States at the direction of
Jesus given to him. Fr. Carter had a doctorate
in theology and authored 17 books some
in different languages - on the Spiritual Life.
His love for Karl Rahner was seen in the
Newsletters.
He was to write the Newsletter and send
it to as many priests as possible and
send it around the world in different
languages.
Early on the circulation was 75,000
priests in English and Spanish.
The prayer manual was translated in
four languages, then two more for a
total of six and received the Imprimatur
very soon.
John 10: 11-15
I am the good shepherd:
the good shepherd lays down his life
for his sheep.
The hired man,
since he is not the shepherd
and the sheep do not belong to him,
abandons the sheep
as soon as he sees a wolf coming,
and runs away,
and then the wolf attacks
and scatters the sheep;
he runs away
because he is only a hired man
and has no concern for the sheep.
I am the good shepherd;
I know my own
and my own know me,
just as the Father knows me
and I know the Father;
and I lay down my life for my sheep.
Messenger:
In a world that has a very tainted vision
Jesus asked Fr. Carter to circulate the
Newsletter — centered in Consecration to the
Hearts of Jesus and Mary and greater intimacy
with Jesus the bridegroom of our soul.
Fr. Carter was to direct the Newsletter
to lead to greater intimacy with the
Trinity and a very deep love of Mary
as Mother of the Church.
Fr. Carter was to use the scriptures,
top theologians — like
Rahner etc., writings of the Popes,
Saints, Encyclicals, prayers to help
spread this work — words of the Good
Shepherd to His beloved priests. We were
to mail it every other month.
The purpose of the Shepherds of Christ is
primarily to spread this Newsletter to the priests —
centered in consecration and to begin
the prayer chapters praying for the priests,
the Church and the world.
The world that has gone toward secularism
may not recognize the great gift of the
priesthood, but priests living in a tainted
world see through the Newsletter and its
chosen writings the vision God the Father
wants us to have.
I used to go to the eye doctor and he would
try corrective lenses and say "Is this right"
then another lens "Is this right"?
If we put the tainted vision of the world
before us, such a paper as the Priestly
Newsletter — with its selected topic and
writings rooted deeply in the truth — the
Plan of the Father — can show clear
vision to help nourish the priests and
strengthen them by the writings in the
Newsletter.
We always try more to live by the
Gospel — to spread the good news —
to stay deeply true to the Church —
to learn from the lives of the saints —

circulated in some form since July, 1994
13 years.

Say, "I want to make a Spiritual Communion."
"I give my heart to Jesus and Mary with you in love." (This will unite us in the Hearts of Jesus and Mary.)
Cast out Satan: "We cast Satan into the fires of hell, far from us, our families, our Movement, Our Lady of the Holy Spirit Center, the Church and the world in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit."

- Pray the Holy Spirit Novena using the Holy Spirit Novena Booklet.
- After the novena, read the appropriate meditation. For example: period 1, day 1; period 1, day 2; etc. This will continue until further indicated.
- It is enormously important that you feel as a body praying together, asking for the special coming of the Holy Spirit.
- After the meditation say: "We consecrate the Movement, Our Lady of the Holy Spirit Center, the Church and the world to the Sacred Heart of Jesus and to the Immaculate Heart of Mary."
- Ask that the Blood of Jesus be spread on the Movement, Our Lady of the Holy Spirit Center, the Church and the world.
- Begin the 6:30 p.m. prayer service as usual.
II. Begin the 6:30 prayer service
- Begin praying: Dear Father in the name of Your Son Jesus, in the Holy Spirit, through the powerful intercession of the Virgin Mary, with all the angels and the saints and the souls in purgatory, we join in one mind and one heart and ask the Holy Spirit to come to all the world in a special way, especially to our priests. We pray all prayers for the priests and the renewal of the Church and the world and for the Shepherds of Christ intentions. By the precious Body and Blood of Jesus we cast out Satan far from this place, our families, the Shepherds of Christ Movement, Our Lady of the Holy Spirit Center, the Church and the world. We ask the Blood of Jesus be spread on us, the Shepherds of Christ Movement, Our Lady of the Holy Spirit Center, the Church and the world. We beg for grace and mercy for the world and wish to make reparation to the Hearts of Jesus and Mary. We give our hearts to Jesus and Mary with all gathered here in love. We wish to be forgiven for offending one another. We love You God, help us.
- Sing A Song from Jesus. Refrain: "I come to you with greatest love, I am your loving Savior. I am your God, I died for you, I come to you this day."
- Then begin the prayers of the Good Shepherd (Shepherds of Christ Prayer Manual).
- Sing The Rosary song Refrain: "Oh the rosary, the rosary is the love of Their two Hearts, Oh the rosary, the rosary is the love of Their two Hearts."
1) Ave Maria, Ave Maria.
2) Jesus we love You, Mary we love you.
3) This is her peace plan, Children must pray it.
4) We turn to Mary, She is the Queen of Peace.
5) Oh Sacred Heart Divine, Oh Heart of Mary pure, Ave Maria, We love to pray it!- Begin the rosary. Please use the Rosary Books and the Rosary Aves. The important thing is to pray the prayers and the rosary at 6:30 p.m., if possible. (Rosary mysteries need to be according to the Rosary Novena.)
- Read the Ten Commandments.
- I, the Lord, am your God. You shall not have other gods besides me.
- You shall not take the name of the Lord, your God, in vain.
- Remember to keep holy the Sabbath day.
- Honor your father and your mother.
- You shall not kill.
- You shall not commit adultery.
- You shall not steal.
- You shall not bear false witness against your neighbor.
- You shall not covet your neighbor's wife.
- You shall not covet anything that belongs to your neighbor.
- Pray A Prayer of Thanksgiving then read the Daily Message for the day.
