The Novena Rosary
Mysteries |
Sheila is praying at 6:20pm
Please tune in & pray with us.
Pray for Chuck, Bob & other intentions.
Consecration Prayer for Peace
I consecrate Russia and the Ukraine to the Sacred Heart of Jesus and the Immaculate Heart of Mary.
I further consecrate the priests, the Church and the world to the Sacred Heart of Jesus and Immaculate Heart of Mary.
I do this in the name of Jesus in as far as I am able, united to the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass, praying to the Father, in the Holy Spirit, with all the angels and saints and the souls in purgatory through the powerful intercession of Mary, Queen of Peace. Amen.
I further consecrate myself, all members of my family and ask the Holy Spirit to fill us. I spread the Blood of Jesus on all above, I cast the devil into hell away from all of us and consecrate all persons, in as far as I am able, to the Sacred Heart and Immaculate Heart.
Prayer for Grace for Election and our Country
Dear Father united to Jesus in the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass, the Sacrifice of Calvary sacramentally made present, celebrated around the world, in the Holy Spirit. We offer up all we do united to the Mass. We unite in one mind and one heart as members of the mystical body of Christ, with Christ our head in the pure and holy Hearts of Jesus and Mary, through the powerful intercession of Mary with all the angels and saints and souls in purgatory, and we beg for the saving grace, for our country, the United States. Please help us. We further pray for unity to always do the will of God in love. We spread the Blood of Jesus on the leaders and people of the United States and cast the devil into hell. We consecrate our country to the Sacred Heart and Immaculate Heart and all our dioceses, and beg for an outpouring of the Holy Spirit. God help us. We pray for our families, the priests, the Church and the world. In the Name of Jesus please hear us, we pray. We pray for our president and leaders. We pray that we are united as one nation under God to work together in love as God wants.

R. King of the Jews.
So much of our pain
can come from being
passed over, not
recognized when we
feel we should have
been recognized.
Not appreciated for
what we are or have
done.
See Jesus, cross on His
back, covered in
wounds and blood, He
is so weak from all He
suffered, made to carry
the cross, whipped
while He did -
Jesus, the Son of God,
King of heaven and earth,
Humiliated before men,
men created by His Father -
And He endured all this
humiliation for love of us -
He never gave up -
He humbled Himself -
Love endures.
Jesus showed us love!!
Jesus loves us with
Divine love -
Love gives for the good
of the other.
It’s not selfish, self
promoting,
Angry and bitter for not
being recognized.
King of the Jews -
They gave Him a crown
of thorns
and pounded it in His
head -
Mocked Him.
And spit on Him -
Humiliation by His
creatures
He endured the pain of
it all for love of us.
We are loved.
Amen.
Thank you Jesus!
R. Old age can be
identified with Jesus
who carried the cross,
beaten up and weak
before the final curtain
of crucifixion, step, by
step.
Once what was without
labor or suffering now
step, by step.
We endure our little
crosses hoping for days
of glory with God
forever. The final
curtain of our lives.
Death / Resurrection
Stardom forever in
eternal bliss in heaven.
And Jesus showed us
how He walked those
final days on earth, with
love and endurance and
faithfulness to the
heavenly Father's will.
Stardom and Glory.
Sing: Glory, Glory, Glory Lord
R. You have risen from the
dead, (Lord) but He had to die
first, He carried the
cross, He was rebuked
and persecuted, but He
endured the bitter
cross for our sins.
Endurance to the bitter
end. God is all holy.
Judas hung himself
high from shame -
Jesus was hung on the
cross of suffering and
endurance for love.
Judas a tree of shame -
Jesus tree of Glory.
Against the darkened
sky the cross stands for
us to see / the glory of
endurance and brilliant
light of Jesus, who burst
the tomb for us, in the
glory of the resurrection.
Amen. Amen.
He told us so -
We didn't comprehend it.
But let us see, now,
with eyes unveiled, the
truth of His Word.
Amen. Amen.The priest is another
Christ before us men
on earth.R. Such an honor to be
called by God to the
vocation of priesthood.Beyond our own vision
I love Jesus
He is more good than
we can even comprehend.
But I am blind a lot.
Stars of Glory in the
dark sky.
The light to see clearly
still to come.A Priest is a Gift from God ♫♪♪
Such an honor to be
called by God to the
vocation of priesthood,
an honor to pray for our
priests.
It is an honor to be
called to Shepherds of
Christ.
Some have missed the
gifts God has given
them.
How blind one can be
to what really is
important.
I love the gift of the
Eucharist exposed in
China 24/7.
And Mary's image
building in Florida, a
boost to our faith,
if we stop and pinch
ourselves long enough
to see the blessing there.
All these gifts, insights,
letters of love, rosaries,
over 30 years of
blessings to help us see
and say "yes".
To those with faith
proof is not needed, to
those without faith, no
proof is ever enough.
Faith helps us to know
without seeing it with
our eyes.
We believe, we believe,
we believe!!!
God increase the
supernatural faith in us,
given to us in baptism.
Give us hope for eternal
salvation for ourselves
and all souls and love
that come only from God.
Faith, Hope and love to
move mountains of
blindness.Beyond our own vision
I love Jesus
He is more good than
we can even comprehend.
But I am blind a lot.
Stars of Glory in the
dark sky.
The light to see clearly
still to come.
Song: A Priest is a Gift from God
February 21, 2023 Tuesday, Pre-Lent
R. Anger can exist inside
that one denies
But anger doesn’t go
away because one denies it.
It gets buried so, so
deep that it becomes
ever more denied.
Anger and bitterness is
like a blade turned
inward on oneself.
How does a bitter root
of anger buried deep
go anywhere when one
denies anger and
bitterness existence.
It’s a blade that never
stops digging into one’s
heart, meant for love,
meant for God.
God deserves all the
glory, there is hope for
our eternal salvation
forever when we follow
Him.
God calls us to help
build His Kingdom, He
has the Plan for our lives.
Why glorify darkness
and bitterness
Love finds a way-
Forgiveness opens a
heavy locked heart -
God’s way is the way.

Prague Novena every
hour on the hour.
Novena to the Infant of Prague
(to be prayed hourly if possible)O Jesus, who said, "Ask and you shall receive, seek and you shall find, knock and it shall be opened to you," through the intercession of Mary, Your most holy Mother, I knock, I seek, I ask that my prayer be granted.
O Jesus, who said, "All that you ask of the Father in My Name He will grant you," through the intercession of Mary, Your most holy Mother, I humbly and urgently ask Your Father in Your Name that my prayer be granted.O Jesus, who said, "Heaven and earth shall pass away, but My word shall not pass," through the intercession of Mary, Your most holy Mother, I feel confident that my prayer will be granted.

R. Can you imagine Jesus’
whole body hurt.
His shoulders, His arms,
His hands, legs and feet.
His torso was beaten
raw and His head
pounded with thorns
and beaten, eyes
bloodied, His mouth full
of blood, ears bleeding,
hair matted in blood,
His head full of holes.
His suffering was
immense to His Sacred
Heart, His body was
mutilated in violence
against Him.
His Heart so wounded
inside.
Oh Jesus, help me, I'm
so sorry for my sins, and
selfishness, unloving ways.
Amen.
A Rosary for Ash Wednesday
February 22, 2023.Sorrowful Mysteries
The Agony in the Garden
1. Luke 22: 39-46The Mount of Olives
He then left to make his way as usual to the Mount of Olives, with the disciples following. When he reached the place he said to them, ‘Pray not to be put to the test.’
Then he withdrew from them, about a stone’s throw away, and knelt down and prayed. ‘Father,’ he said, ‘if you are willing, take this cup away from me. Nevertheless, let your will be done, not mine.’ Then an angel appeared to him, coming from heaven to give him strength. In his anguish he prayed even more earnestly, and his sweat fell to the ground like great drops of blood. When he rose from prayer he went to the disciples and found them sleeping for sheer grief. And he said to them, ‘Why are you asleep? Get up and pray not to be put to the test.’

And for the third time he spoke to them, 'But what harm has this man done? I have found no case against him that deserves death, so I shall have him flogged and then let him go.'

trust in Thee, my
beloved Lord.

And they stripped him and put a scarlet cloak round him, and having twisted some thorns into a crown they put this on his head and placed a reed in his right hand. To make fun of him they knelt to him saying, ‘Hail, king of the Jews!’ And they spat on him and took the reed and struck him on the head with it. And when they had finished making fun of him, they took off the cloak and dressed him in his own clothes and led him away to crucifixion.

Large numbers of people followed him, and women too, who mourned and lamented for him. But Jesus turned to them and said, ‘Daughters of Jerusalem, do not weep for me; weep rather for yourselves and for your children. For look, the days are surely coming when people will say, "Blessed are those who are barren, the wombs that have never borne children, the breasts that have never suckled!" Then they will begin to say to the mountains, "Fall on us!"; to the hills, "Cover us!" For if this is what is done to green wood, what will be done when the wood is dry?'

The Crucifixion
1. Matthew 27: 35-44When they had finished crucifying him they shared out his clothing by casting lots, and then sat down and stayed there keeping guard over him.
Above his head was placed the charge against him; it read: ‘This is Jesus, the King of the Jews.’ Then two bandits were crucified with him, one on the right and one on the left.
The crucified Jesus is mocked
The passers–by jeered at him; they shook their heads and said, ‘So you would destroy the Temple and in three days rebuild it! Then save yourself if you are God’s son and come down from the cross!’ The chief priests with the scribes and elders mocked him in the same way, with the words, ‘He saved others; he cannot save himself. He is the king of Israel; let him come down from the cross now, and we will believe in him. He has put his trust in God; now let God rescue him if he wants him. For he did say, "I am God’s son." ’ Even the bandits who were crucified with him taunted him in the same way.

Glorious Mysteries
The Resurrection
1. Matthew 28: 1-10The empty tomb. The angel's message
After the Sabbath, and towards dawn on the first day of the week, Mary of Magdala and the other Mary went to visit the sepulchre. And suddenly there was a violent earthquake, for an angel of the Lord, descending from heaven, came and rolled away the stone and sat on it. His face was like lightning, his robe white as snow. The guards were so shaken by fear of him that they were like dead men. But the angel spoke; and he said to the women, ‘There is no need for you to be afraid. I know you are looking for Jesus, who was crucified. He is not here, for he has risen, as he said he would. Come and see the place where he lay, then go quickly and tell his disciples, "He has risen from the dead and now he is going ahead of you to Galilee; that is where you will see him." Look! I have told you.’ Filled with awe and great joy the women came quickly away from the tomb and ran to tell his disciples.
Appearance to the women
And suddenly, coming to meet them, was Jesus. ‘Greetings,’ he said. And the women came up to him and, clasping his feet, they did him homage. Then Jesus said to them, ‘Do not be afraid; go and tell my brothers that they must leave for Galilee; there they will see me.’

the humiliation of his servant.
Yes, from now onwards
all generations will call me blessed,
for the Almighty
has done great things for me.
Holy is his name,
and his faithful love extends age after age
to those who fear him.
He has used the power of his arm,
he has routed the arrogant of heart.
He has pulled down princes
from their thrones
and raised high the lowly.
He has filled the starving with good things,
sent the rich away empty.
He has come to the help

2. Mary was crowned queen of
heaven and earth. Our most beloved mother now reigns in the
court of heaven!
3. Imagine her joy to hear the choirs of angelic voices!
Imagine her joy to see the angels and saints praising God!
4. She--who carried the baby Jesus in her womb, who held Him
in her arms, who walked by His side during the Passion, who
stood under His cross, who held His lifeless body and
watched Him locked in the tomb--was now crowned Queen of
Heaven, forever to reign in the court of heaven with her
beloved Son.
5. If we remain faithful to the Lord until death, we too

longing for Him. We will experience such intense union with
Him forever.

|
Guiding Light homily series — Reflect on the Word — Cycle B The Word leaves an impression on our souls. In my thoughts and reflections are born a more tangible understanding of these eternal concepts presented in the Gospels and the readings. Anyone can read a sentence, but not anyone can absorb it's true meaning. Truth, in this day and age, is almost a matter of opinion or individual entitlement. We believe that Christ's truth is our Roman Catholic Church. We, as priests, champion it's teachings; we are ambassadors for the Pope and Christ to those faces looking at us. We are the light by which our congregation reads to reflect upon real truth and we do it hand in hand. $10 |
Guiding Light homily series — Steadfast to the Son — Cycle A The sunflower is a great example of how we should be steadfastly guided by light. What a powerful thought that this exceptional plant is not stuck in one pose day in and day out, yet adaptable and magnetized to the sun. We feel the same about our Son. Our heads turns to face Christ as each day presents its challenges to find light. We join together like plants in a field and soak up the Son through the pulpit. We are a warm circle of strength using the wind of our breath to carry our priests' words, Christ's words, to new rich soil. $10 |
Guiding Light — Focusing on the Word — Cycle B At times we may feel that our path to Christ is a bit "out of focus". Like the disciples in the Book of Mark, this ordinary life clouds our vision of Christ's Divinity. We may doubt the practicality or possibility of applying His teachings and example to our modern life. Cycle B's homilies are a "guiding light" to help us realize Jesus' Messianic greatness and His promise of better things to come. $10 |
Guiding Light — Feed My Soul — Cycle C In a world rapidly advancing and encouraging personal gain, we are faced with modern problems. There is a challenge to find time in our busy schedules for Sunday Mass or a family meal. We are able to research, shop, bank and even work without hearing one human voice. It is no wonder that we may often feel disconnected and famished at our week's end. In Fr. Joe's third book of homilies from Cycle C, we are reminded of the charity that Christ intended us to show each other. We have a calling to turn the other cheek and be the Good Samaritan to others. We are rewarded with the Father's kingdom and love when we are not worthy. We are not left alone or hungry. $10 |
