Sorrowful Mysteries

The Agony in the Garden

1.  R.  Do we realize the sufferings that Jesus and Mary suffered because they love us so much.

2.  R.  Mary knew throughout Jesus' life the immense sufferings He would have to undergo and she carried this sword in her Heart wherever she went whenever she looked at the child Jesus.

3.  R.  Where was Mary when Jesus was in the Garden? Surely she knew that His hour had come. Surely she was so connected with Him in her Heart that she knew He was undergoing terrific suffering!

4.  R.  In compliance to the Father's Will, Jesus agreed to everything He was about to undergo.

Matthew 26: 39

And going on a little further he fell on his face and prayed. ‘My Father,’ he said, ‘if it is possible, let this cup pass me by. Nevertheless, let it be as you, not I, would have it.’

5.  R.  How many times in the lives of Jesus and Mary have they shown us the way to comply to the Father's Will. All through Mary's life she trusted and followed the Father's Will. She did exactly what she was to do. Jesus, to His death, complied to the Will of the Father!

6.  R.  Be with Jesus in the Garden! Hear the sounds of the night! See Him as He kneels in anguish and He sees before Him all the hearts that He dearly loves. He knows how He will be rejected and treated with such indifference, even hatred by so many souls that He would give His life for.

7.  Jesus:  Do you not have one hour to give to Me?

8.  R.  Jesus saw before Him this present age —  all the hearts, the hardened hearts of men who think so much of pleasing themselves, that have turned cold, that have gone away from the human concern of man and focused on details and hatred. Jesus saw these hearts that were so hardened, the hearts that He loved and would give His life for.

9.  R.  Jesus sends us as soldiers into the world to spread the love of His Sacred Heart in the highways and byways. Let the love of Jesus come from our very being. This is what He calls us to: love of God and love of one another.

10.  R.  How can we, His special chosen ones who know the love of this Divine God, fold our arms across in front of our chest and hold back when He asks us to march into the world with fearlessness and spread His Gospel, the message that He came and gave His life for!

Song between decades:  A Song from Jesus

Jesus is Scourged at the Pillar

1.  R.  Jesus was led away. He was beaten. His hair was pulled and He was tied mercilessly to the pillar!

2.  R.  Jesus' flesh was torn. His blood ran from His body and they stood with hatred in their hearts, with their angry faces, and they beat the Son of God!

3.  R.  Jesus always complied to the Father's Will. As He stood at the pillar, He thought of us and how He loved us so dearly. He was comforted by the love that we give to Him this day. It is hard to be a Christian in this world. He calls us to love. He shows us the way. He wants us to trust in Him, to turn our lives totally over to Him. When we have wronged Him and have talked about our brothers wrongfully, He wants us to come and tell Him that we are sorry and try again. For He truly loves each one of us and He wants to lead us to a pure heart. For it is only a pure heart, a heart of love, that can unite closely to His Most Sacred Heart.

4.  Jesus:  I call out to you, My children, to clean your hearts of all the debris. To let go of all  hatred and anger. To come to Me in total trust. For I will give you all you need. You must trust. You must have faith. You cannot do this on your own. You need to let go in total surrender and let me operate from your being. Rid yourself of anger and division toward your brother and come to Me and give Me your heart!

5.  Jesus:  Satan will keep you locked in a heart that is troubled. Come to Me and you will be set free. You will not labor. You will not be burdened. For it is in My Heart that you will find peace, joy and happiness.

6.  Song:  Come unto Me all who are weary.

7.  Jesus:  I call you into the world as lights that shine in the darkness. Rid your hearts of anything that is not pure. Open your hearts. Do not listen to satan who tries to divide you. Come to Me and I will teach you all that you need to know.

8.  Jesus:  They tore My flesh! They beat My body! But I loved those who persecuted Me. I came to show you the way. You must trust. As I knew the Father's love, you, too, the more you unite with Me, will know His immense love for you. It is this love that led Me through the Passion.

9.  Jesus:  Do not let satan talk in your heads. When you have wronged Me, say you are sorry and let it go. Do not let him continue to talk in your heads and make you feel guilty. For I truly come to share Myself with you. You must focus on Me and My ways always! Always love! And when you have wronged any man, say you are sorry and love again.

10.  Jesus:  See Me scourged at the pillar! This is the love that I have for each of you!

Jesus:  They take My Passion and death so lightly. It is in studying this Passion that you will realize more and more the immensity of My love. For I truly love you. Your hearts are hungry and always searching for love. I am ever with you, ever present and by your side waiting to be so united in love with you.

Song between decades:  A Song from Jesus

Jesus is Crowned with a Crown of Thorns

1.  Jesus:  Judas could not say he was sorry. Judas did what he did and the worst is how it ended for him. The devil wants you caught in a trap that will keep you forever in his clutches. You must say you are sorry and love again.

2.  Jesus:  They did not see the majesty of the Almighty God when they crowned Me with thorns, when they spit on Me! But I am the Divine God! See the creation of the Father. Always look for the light. For it is in realizing this light that you will give them the love that I want to give them through you.

3.  Jesus:  Pray to the Spirit to see beyond the visible. Pray for faith. What you see is not My world. What you see is this world. You must look beyond. Your hearts must be connected to My vision. You must open up your eyes and pray to the Spirit to help you see ever so clearly those things that I want to show  you.

4.  Jesus:  Blind men! Blind men! They beat My body! The pounded on the thorns on My head! They spit on Me and mocked Me! They did not know that what they did was to persecute the Son of God!

5.  Jesus:  What you do to the least of your brethren, you do unto Me!

6.  Jesus:   For all those that you have wronged, say you are sorry and move on. For you are truly My lights that will light up the dark night. You are not perfect. You are to be My soldiers to spread My love into this world. You make mistakes. I forgive you. You must light up the world with My love!

7.  Jesus:  I love you so dearly that I withstood all this treatment for love of you. Do you realize that I am talking to you and that I truly love you, that your souls that crave such love can only be fed by My love? You wander,  you roam, you look and I am waiting with a Heart that is burning and on fire for love of you. Come into My Heart and find rest for your soul!

8.  Song:  A Song From Jesus

9.  Jesus:  Do you know that My Mother is forever by your side? As she stood by Me on Calvary she stands by you with such love. Do you tell her how you love her? Do you thank her for all that she has done for you? She is My Mother!

10.  Jesus:  Mary is your mother! Mary wants to guide you ever closer to Me. It is through her most tender and pure Heart that you will be led to deepest intimacy with Me. Go to your Mother! As I was born of the Virgin Mary and I grew, you are born in baptism and your Mother helps you grow in your spiritual life to a closer union with Me. Let go to your Mother Mary. She is your Spiritual Mother. She will lead you on the path to a deeper spiritual life.

Song between decades:

Jesus Carries His Cross up Calvary

1.  Jesus:  When you are filled with fear you have taken your focus off of Me. You must let go of yourself. You must pray more to the Spirit to transform you from fear to fearlessness, to be led to My Most loving Heart, to be formed in the Heart of Mary into My image and thereby led closer to the Father. I knew the Father's love. As I carried My cross, I knew His love. It is in knowing His love that you will be able to have so much peace, happiness and joy.

2.  Jesus:  I carried My cross on My back. I ask you to carry your crosses. I give you this burden and it is through your suffering that you will be drawn ever closer to My life. To give up your cross, you give up a great sharing in My life. Take your cross on your back and know that in suffering there is the resurrection, the resurrection to new life, life in Me! It is through much suffering that you will be drawn ever closer to My Most Sacred Heart!

3.  Jesus:  The lessons I teach you this day you will learn when you meditate on My Passion.

4.  Jesus:  They are lessons of My immense love. They are lessons of surrender. They are lessons of doing the Father's Will. They are lessons of carrying your burden and turning your focus always to Me. They are lessons that I teach you when you meditate on My rosary.

5.  R.  The rosary is the meditation of the lives of Jesus and Mary. It is in meditating on these mysteries that we learn more about the mysteries of Christ's life and we are drawn more and more to the Two Hearts that are so full of love for each one of us. Her Heart was pierced with a sword. His Heart was pierced with a lance. Out of greatest love for us, she comes to us this day and asks us to meditate more and more on the  Passion of her Beloved Son, Jesus Christ.

6.  R.  And their eyes peered into one another's and in that look, Mary saw her Beloved Son, the child she had carried. She saw Him now with thorns on His head, with blood teeming down His body, with a cross on His back. Wounded! Covered with wounds! This is her Son! She saw Him! Mary could not lift a hand to help! He peered into her eyes and saw the Mother He loved, her face reddened, tears on her cheeks. He saw her Heart. He saw her internal suffering. She did not bear His wounds but she had suffered by watching her Son go through this agony.

7.  Jesus:  Open your hearts to Me! Let your hearts become supple. I am knocking on the door of your heart. I am begging for entry to come in. You must release all that is holding you back. I will never hurt you. I am your God and I died for you!

8.  R.  As Jesus carried His cross on His back, as He was truly present there, He is truly present in the Eucharist this day. He is waiting for us in His Divinity and humanity so that He can outpour His grace and His life that He wants to give us. He gives this life in such abundance in front of the Tabernacle. When we receive Him in the Eucharist, He is there in His Divinity and humanity. He outpours His life in greatest proportions in the Eucharist and in front of the Tabernacle and He waits and longs for us to come and to be with Him!

9.  Jesus:  Can you not watch one hour?

10.  R.  Do you not realize that Jesus Christ Who carried His cross on His back, that Jesus Christ Who is the Son of God, waits for you with such burning love to come and be with Him in the tabernacle? Do you not realize that when you receive Him in Communion, that this is God!

Song between decades:  A Song From Jesus

Jesus is Crucified and Dies on the Cross

1.  Song:  See the Eyes that Look at Mary

2.  R.  Think of what it is like to have pain, to have a pain in your eye or your hand and how focused you are on this pain. See Jesus covered with wounds on every part of His body, streaming with blood. Think of the sight of your own blood but see Jesus with all the blood that is both dried up and running on His body. See Him as He hangs, humped over on the cross. So weak. His life gone from His body. This is the love that He has for each of us. Why do we hold back when He gave so much of Himself to prove His love for us. Why do we not trust and have faith? Why when we go to communion and we realize the immensity of His presence in the special moments that He gives to us — that feeling that we receive when the Son of God gives Himself to us — why do we need more proof.

Song:  Look Beyond.

3.  R.  And He says over and over again: "I give you Myself!" "I give you Myself!" Realize the real presence of God — that where Jesus is so is the Father and the Holy Spirit. We receive God inside of us! It is in our blindness that we are not realizing the great gift that we are being given. Dear Holy Spirit, outpour your grace to us. Help us to see more and more with the vision of God. Help us to realize His true presence, to receive the Eucharist, and realize that, that is the same Jesus Christ that hung on the cross for three hours and He comes to be in such union with us. Jesus wants intimacy with us. He wants to be joined in such oneness with us. But we cannot even fathom. Jesus is the author of love. God is love.

4.  R.  Jesus cries out for an intimate love relationship with us. He wants us to open up our hearts and to pray for the grace to be filled with His life, the grace that He pours out abundantly in the Eucharist and in front of the Tabernacle that we may be drawn ever closer to this burning Heart of endless love!

5.  R.  This love is not a little lip service love. It is the love that Jesus had when He hung on the cross for three agonizing hours and gave His flesh and His blood for us. This is the love He has — that He gave Himself, His all, stretched His arms, gave all of His blood, gave the last beat of His heart. He gives Himself to us this day and we take this gift so lightly. It is in our blindness that we do not realize that this is such a great gift Jesus Christ, the Son of God, gives Himself to us to be one with us in communion.

6.  R.  The Church is the Body of Christ and we are its members.  When we receive communion, we are receiving the Body of Christ.

Song:  One Bread, One Body

7.  R.  We pray for the Church. We pray for the priests, the priests that Jesus and Mary so dearly love, the priests that are so specially anointed by God.

8.  Song:  Take and Eat

9.  R.  See Him hang against the darkened sky. See Him humped over as He hung lifeless. His life is ended. Death has no power over Jesus Christ. For as His enemies are happy that they could lock Him in a tomb. He rose triumphant on the third day.

10.  Song:  Night is Over

Song after last decade:  A Song from Jesus

Jesus:  Reach out! Reach out! Go out into the world! Shine as lights in the darkness! I call you as My special chosen ones to answer this call for you are truly chosen and I send you into this world as My warriors to spread My light in the dark corners. Will you answer this call? Open wide your arms. Open up your hearts. Speak to every man that you meet. Do not hold back this great news that you have — the great gifts that you have been given. My chosen ones.

Mary:  Such gifts you have to come to My House and you hold back my messages from the souls that are hurting. Think of the souls that will be condemned to eternal damnation despite the sufferings of my beloved Son. I send you out into the world as lights that shine in the darkness. Let your light shine to this dark world. Let the love of My Son radiate from your being. As I call you this day, will you answer me? Will you be the light that shines in the dark night?  Can my Son count on you to spread the messages of His love throughout this world? As He died on the cross and gave His blood for each and every soul, will you spread this message of love to the world today. I am your Mother and thank you for responding to my call.

Seven Sorrows of the Blessed Virgin Mary

1.  The Prophecy of Simeon.   R.  And a sword, too, shall pierce your Heart, O Mary!

2.  The Flight into Egypt.   R.  And a sword, too, shall pierce your Heart, O Mary!

3.  The Loss of the Child Jesus in the Temple.   R.  And a sword, too, shall pierce your Heart, O Mary!

4.  Jesus and Mary meet on the way to the Cross.   R.  And a sword, too, shall pierce your Heart, O Mary!

5.  Jesus Dies on the Cross.   R.  And a sword, too, shall pierce your Heart, O Mary!

6.  Jesus is Taken Down from the Cross and Laid in Mary's Arms.   R.  Mary receives the lifeless body of her Beloved son in her arms: Jesus, the child Jesus! Think of her holding the child Jesus horizontally in her arms! Think of the child Jesus born in the town of Bethlehem in a crib and see Him as He hangs on the cross! Think of her holding the child Jesus in her arms and then  holding His lifeless body in the same position, covered with wounds, covered with blood,  dead! This is the love that Mary has for us. And a sword, too, shall pierce your Heart, O Mary!

7.  The Burial of JesusR.  Jesus was locked in the tomb and Mary weeps bitterly outside: The cold reality to know that He was dead.

This rosary was prayed before the statue of Our Lady of Sorrows. Rita, Cathy, Joe, Keith and Marty were present.

Mary appeared in the brightest light throughout the entire rosary. Her face was "real" and she moved her face. The more we talked about her appearing, the brighter she became.

Bumping into the Building

Jesus:  (Jesus' statue in the entryway was looking to the side and not straight ahead. His body was straight, but his head was turned to the side).

The door to My heart is open. My beloved ones are missing the door. They are doing their own thing. They are not coming through the door, they are lining up and bumping into the building. Why are they willful? They want to do it themselves. They do not surrender. They do not realize they must pray to the Spirit. They must be led by God. You must become one in Me and let Me operate your hearts. You are all doing your own thing. Only in unity will My Center light up this world. I look to the east—for you are off-center. You are bumping into the building and missing the entryway.

You can only enter My Mother's house with hearts of love. If you have hatred, anger, selfishness, or self-promotion as  your goal here, you will miss the entryway. You are bumping into the building. In three days I can destroy the temple and build it again. You do your own things. You do not listen to Me and My Mother. You are blind. I come and tell you My ways in these letters. I beg you all to read these letters. I beg you to pray from your hearts, to realize that My City is built on Love.

Love, Love, Love. Your city will shine with the love of God in your hearts when you come to My tabernacle. Pray these rosary meditations with My Mother and Me. I am giving you a key to light the city. These messages need to circulate and be supported. If you continue to go without My messages, without reading and supporting them, you will bump into the building. My power is a power too mighty to be contained. I am dealing with you directly in these letters. The more you ignore these messages, the more you will have problems.

These letters are for all there. I beg you, beg you to listen. These letters need to circulate. The city will be lighted only through the Eucharistic Heart of Jesus Christ.

I beg you to support and circulate these letters. You cannot light the city on your own. You need to read these messages. I write messages that are being ignored. If you do not read these messages, you are missing the key I give you to unlock the doors so all can come there.

I beg you to read these messages. I beg all there to remain after Communion and spend one hour in front of the tabernacle daily—one hour. You need time alone with Me. I beg you, beg you to pray to the Holy Spirit. Every person there needs to pray to the Holy Spirit every day.

You are bumping into the building. You are missing the entryway. You are looking for your answers in the wrong places. I am Jesus Christ, the Son of God. I want to light your city with My love — My love radiating from your hearts.

You need to pray with the heart. I am giving you Rosary meditations on My life and My Mother's life. She is appearing as Our Lady of Light at the Center. Come to the Rosary. We are there with you at 6:30. Support this Rosary. People need to pray every day. Please publish the rosary meditations. I am Jesus and I have spoken. You will continue to bump into the building and miss the entryway if you ignore these letters. I write to you daily. They need to be read and circulated. My city will shine with My love, radiating from all hearts that go there. I am Jesus and I have spoken.

Please give this letter to—anyone involved in spreading My deep love at the Center. I call you all as apostles to go into this world and spread My love radiating through you, through the Center, to the world. I am Jesus and I ask you to listen to Me.

Come unto Me all who labor and are heavily burdened and I will give you rest. Give this message to all listed above on February 23rd. This is the anniversary of My letter about our City of Light. I ask you to read this message (February 23, 1994). I am Jesus. I am giving you messages for this Center. I gave you this message on February 23, 1994. I want this message to circulate. The message published and distributed February 17, 1995 is so important to your Center. See that it is published in every means possible. The plan of the Father is unfolding. My messages are so important to the Center. I beg you to listen to Me.

(I opened the Blue Book because He told me to, to October 18, 1993, 8:20 a.m. "Bring Your Children to Me". Please read this - p.29 God's Blue Book I)

February 21, 1995 - For Shepherds of Christ Meeting - Before the tabernacle

His Pierced Heart

R.  From the pierced Heart of Christ the Church was born, the Church you called me to be a member of Shepherds of Christ. Jesus is the bread of life. He remains with us this day, Body, Blood, Soul and Divinity.

Song:  I see the host - I know you're here to love and care for me.
Oh burning Heart, oh love divine, How dear you are to me. I see the host I know you're here to love and care for me.

Jesus:  My beloved ones in the Shepherds of Christ,

See beyond what is visible, see Me in the Eucharist. You come to pray here, I am with you. I am truly present in the Eucharist. I am truly with you, this evening.

Oh My dear ones, do you know how truly precious you are to Me. You are My chosen ones to go into the world and spread My love. Oh, I call you here, I love you so, be busy for our love affair is so important.

You will spread My love throughout this world. Surrender your wills to the Father's will. He has a plan for you. You are My special soldiers I send out into the darkened world. Do not let satan talk in your heads, come to Me, be with Me. Who will I send, if you say no. I am calling you, I am asking you for greater and greater union with Me.

Pray the Prayer for Union with Jesus.

Sing the Song:
    You are the Voice
    Here I Am Lord

You have been called by My Mother to come to this Center, she is calling YOU — I am calling YOU — You are My special apostles to spread the Love of My Sacred Heart throughout this world. I love you with a Burning Heart on FIRE for love of you. I loved you to My Death.

JESUS SONG - AMEN ALLELUIA

Suffering, how I suffered to My arms and My shoulders.

You suffer so little, you do not think of the pain I experienced. They flung the cross on My shoulder. A little pain to your shoulder. Do you want to relieve your pains. My shoulder ached, I could not remove the cross. It was so heavy and it continued to press and weigh more and more. My child, My child, every pain you experience remember My sufferings. It is in your little pains that you can realize My immense sufferings and in these sufferings you will realize My immense love.

I love you, each one of you, so much, please listen to Me. You do not realize how I talk to you, how I truly, truly love you. Every word in My letters are My love letters to you. Please My beloved ones listen to Me. Put yourself in My world. You hold on so tight to what you see. See beyond what is visible. Experience all I am teaching you. I can teach you a lesson so profound in the batting of an eye. I am pouring out My abundant grace to you in the Shepherds of Christ. Grow ever closer to Me. Pray for the priests and the Church. Circulate My love letters to the priests and sisters. Tell them of My immense love. Give the priests and sisters Blue Book II. Oh how I love. One priest fixed on My Eucharistic Heart can spread My love throughout the world. Pray for your priests, give them these letters and tell them, how Jesus is talking to them because He loves them so much.

I hung on the cross. My hands were hanging from nails, but the pain to My shoulders and arms. Do you know how they ached as I  hung for three solid hours, so weakened, so wounded, bleeding, My head pounded, pounded, blood hard and caked on. Oh you do not know even a little of My love.

Song:  I know Your love a little now, how dear You are to me. Come give me life abundant life I thirst to be with Thee.

Jesus:  And from My pierced Heart flowed blood and water. You will have life in abundance when you take shelter in My Eucharistic Heart. I pour My life out to you in the Eucharist. Come to My Heart and dwell there, forever in such love.

R.  Help us more and more, Dear Jesus, to realize that the Consecrated Host is truly God present in His Divinity and humanity, waiting for us. God is present in the Eucharist! 5.  R.  Holy Spirit, come to us gathered here. Let us know the fire of Your love. Give us courage the more we pray to You. Help us to be fervent in praying to You daily and all through the day. Give us Your gifts. Help us to be Your soldiers in this world spreading Your word. Thank You for baptism.

6.  R.  Transform us from fear to fearlessness so that we will go out to this world and not worry about what people think, but have before us always the desire to go out to this world and spread His love.

7.  Jesus:  You, indeed, are My chosen ones. I have gathered you here. You are so special to My Heart. I ask you this day to pray fervently to the Spirit to move in you, to help you to have fearlessness to go out to this world and to preach the Gospel.

My work is not a little work here. My work is a work to spread My love throughout the world. I have this Center and the Shepherds of Christ Movement to do this and I will do this through you. Open up your hearts! Do not fear! Let Me operate in you! Be about your union with Me, ever closer to Me so that I may operate through you and give My love to this world. You are My beloved ones. You are My chosen ones. I beg you this day to harken to My call! For I truly call out to you. Come, come unto Me all you who are weary and heavily burdened. Come to My Heart. Experience My Love and go out to this world and spread that love to the highways and byways for I call you here this evening. Will you harken to My call?

The Assumption of Mary Into Heaven

1.  R.  Mary remained on the earth many years after Jesus' death and then she was taken body and soul into Heaven.

2.  R.  Heaven is our true home.

3.  R.  Mary is Jesus' Mother. She is our Spiritual Mother and she is Mother to the Church.

4.  R.  We receive a special sharing in His life through Baptism. Mary lead us more and more on this journey to Him. Be our Mother to guide us on our way. Lead us ever closer to His Most Sacred Heart. Lead us to such deep love in His Heart. We ask this and we ask you to draw us ever closer to you and your most Pure Heart and the Heart of your Son, Jesus Christ, that beats with such love for each one of us today.

5.  R.  The most pure and tender Heart of our Mother will lead us ever closer to the burning love of His Heart.

6.  R.  She forever walks by our side as she was so close to Jesus all through His life.

7.  Sing:  Immaculate Mary

8.  Sing:  The Rosary Song

9.  Sing:  On This Day

10.  Sing:  Hail Holy Queen

The Coronation of Mary as Queen of Heaven and Earth

1.  R.  Mary now reigns in the courts of Heaven with Jesus, her Beloved Son!

2.  Song:  Eye Has Not Seen

3.  R.  It is in surrender that we will be joined ever closer to Jesus' Heart, that we will grow in our union with Jesus, and that we, someday, will be with Him forever in Heaven.

4.  R.  We will be with the angels and saints — with the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit in such union if we go to heaven.

5.  R.  The intense feeling of oneness, the most wonderful feeling that you feel after Communion, is only a small amount compared to the intensity of union with God: the Father, Son and Holy Spirit that we will experience in Heaven forever and ever and ever. There will be no more longing, no more wanting. We will know the love of God!

6.  R.  Our souls are restless until they rest in You, O Lord!

7.  R.  As a deer thirsts for water, our souls thirst for the Lord!

8.  Song:  May the angels lead you into Paradise. May the martyrs greet you on your way. May you see the face of the Lord this day. Alleluia, Alleluia.

9.  R.  The dropping of a pin, the batting of an eye and our life is ended. But Jesus and Mary are with us today. Jesus remains with us in His Divinity and humanity in the Eucharist, longing and waiting for us with His Divine Love and His Divine Life.

10. R.  Grace is outpoured in abundance through the Eucharistic Heart of Jesus, our Savior.

This rosary was prayed just prior to the beginning of the Shepherds of Christ meeting. Many people were present.

Live in the Father's Will

The rosary was transcribed from a live tape.
Mary and the Sacred Heart appeared during the whole rosary.

Sorrowful Mysteries

Agony in the Garden

1.  R. God knelt in the Garden! Jesus Christ, the Son of God, who came to earth out of greatest love for us and He knelt in the Garden. Jesus saw before Him all the sufferings that He was about to undergo.

2.  R.  Jesus knew all the beatings. He knew He would be spit on. Jesus knew He would be crowned with thorns. Jesus knew they would poke at Him when He fell under His cross. Jesus saw all of these things.

3.  R.  Jesus called out to His Father:  If it be possible remove this cup, but not My Will but Thine be done!

4.  R.  Jesus came to show us the way. Jesus and Mary show us all through Their lives how they obeyed the  Father's Will. Jesus did the Father's Will. Mary did the Father's Will.

5.  R.  Jesus saw before Him everything that He would suffer. Jesus always did the Father's Will.

6.  R.  Jesus saw before Him all the souls that would be condemned to eternal damnation despite all His sufferings.

7.  R.  Jesus says over and over again, the greatest agonies were not the agonies He experienced to His physical body, but the agonies He experienced to His Heart, the indifference and neglect of the souls that He loves so much and how the hot and cold souls treat Him. How many times do we love Jesus so fervently and then forget Him as we go about our world. How this wounds Jesus—the souls that are hot and then cold!

8.  R.  Think of how it is in your own life when you are close to someone and they are cold to you. Jesus loves us with the most burning, burning love. Jesus longs for us to come and to be with Him. Jesus remains with us Body, Blood, Soul and Divinity in the Tabernacle, on fire for love of us. Jesus waits for us! Think of the endless hours that He remains in the Tabernacles throughout the world and not one of His precious souls come to be with Him!

9.  R.  Look at the Consecrate Host! Do we realize that Jesus is truly present in the Consecrated Host? Are we in love with Jesus? Do we adore Jesus? And realize that God remains with us this day? We are humans and out of greatest love, the Master comes to us and remains with us in the Eucharist, waiting and longing for us to come and share our love with Him.

10. R.  It is because of the love that God has for us that He gives us a free will.

Song between decades:  A Song from Jesus

Jesus is Scourged at the Pillar.

1.  R.  Think of your own body and then think of someone beating and wounding you as they did to Jesus when they tied Him to the pillar! Think of the little cuts that we receive, but then think of what they did to Jesus! Hate and anger welled up deeply within their hearts, they beat Him with such force that He bled and His flesh hung from His body!

2.  R.  Do we realize that Jesus is truly in our midst this day? Do we realize that He is God and loves us so much? He wants to have a love relationship with each one of us. He is waiting for your love. He is waiting for you to tell Him how you love Him. He is waiting for you to take time in your busy day, everyday, to have that time alone with Him. Jesus is truly God. Jesus came to this earth. Jesus suffered all that He suffered through His Passion for love of us.

3.  Jesus:  I call out to you, My beloved ones. You do not know the sufferings that I went through for love of you. God is so good to you. You take it so lightly. I am truly the Son of God and I remain with you waiting for you to come and take the time for God and I remain with you waiting for you to come and take the time for our love affair. My Heart is burning and on fire for each one of you. I am calling you this day to busy yourself about your union with Me. It is only through My love radiating through you that the light will shine in the darkest night.  You are being called if you are here—have ears to listen! I am Jesus and I truly call you to take Me seriously! I want to have a love affair with you and I want you to be My soldiers, to spread My love to this darkened world!

4.  Jesus:  I plead! I ask! I beg! So many cannot let go of their world! I am truly in your midst! I write these letters, My Love Letters, to you with greatest love. I am so close to you this day. Open your hearts! Open your ears! Pray to the Spirit to fill you so that you are led to carry out the Father's Plan, for the Father's Plan is unfolding at the Shepherds of Christ and at the Center and you are being called to do the work that the Father is called you to do.

5.  R.  See Jesus as He stands at the pillar. Tied! Whipped! Scoffed at! Laughed at! Out of greatest love for each one of us He suffered this. But His greatest agonies were not the wounds to His body but the wounds to His Most Sacred Heart for He truly loves each one of us dearly. Jesus is calling out to you this night to draw ever closer to Him for He loves you so much.

6.  R.  Jesus stood in a puddle of His own blood. As He walked away, the earth was marked by His bloody footprints for it is through His blood that we are saved, that we can receive the new life that He came to give us.

7.  Song:  Little Baby Hands and Feet

8.  R.  Who are we that the Almighty God comes to us? Who are we that He remains with us? Who are we that He speaks to us? We are His beloved ones. He loves us dearly and He is calling out to us to come for His Love. We will spread His light in the darkness. We will help others to know His love. Souls will be lost, souls will be condemned forever to eternal damnation because they disobeyed God.

9.  R.  His greatest agonies were not the agonies that He experienced to His body, but the agonies that He experienced to His Most Sacred Heart.

10.  R.  It is in meditating on His Passion that we will more and more realize His immense love. We cannot light the world with the love of God unless we are fixed strongly in our hearts to His love. He calls out to us today, but we can run to our world and say that we do not have to listen to His call. However, Jesus is truly calling you to be His light that will shine in the darkest night.

Song between decades:  A Song from Jesus

Jesus is Crowned with a Crown of Thorns

1.  R.  See Jesus surrender all through the Passion. They clothed Him in a dirty purple robe that they put on top of His open wounds. They gave Him a scepter and they pounded into His Most Precious Head a sharp crown of piercing thorns!

2.  R.  Force! There was always force that was applied to Jesus — to take His clothes and to beat Him, to put clothes on Him! Think of how that would be to have someone forcing you the way they did to Jesus! But Jesus did not fight back. Jesus did always the Will of the Father. He calls to us this day and asks us to surrender, to die to ourselves, to grow more and more in union with Him. It is the Father's plan that we become more like the self He created us to be. We are so precious to the Father. We are His creation, His precious ones! It is in being more likened to Jesus that we will find peace, joy and happiness in our hearts.

3.  R.  How we hold tightly to the things of this world in ways that are not pleasing to God when Jesus is waiting to pour out His Divine Love.

4.  R.  And Jesus sat as they mocked Him as a King! Jesus is truly the King of all Kings. Jesus is God! They spit on Him! They laughed at Him! And He loved those men who did this to Him. He loved them with the tenderest Heart on fire. Always love! His way is love! Love! Love! Love! Love those who persecute you! For it in loving that we show this world the message that Jesus came to teach.

5.  R.  Jesus calls us to use all our goods according to God's will. He calls us to two things: love of God and love of one another. He came, God, and took on a human nature to show us the way.

6.  R.  Out of greatest love the Father sent His only Son into the world. Jesus is the mediator between God and man. Jesus is a Divine Person with two natures: a divine nature and a human nature. Out of greatest love, He came for us.

7.  R.  If we realized just a minute amount of His love, we would never fear. He is in our midst this day and we are so fortunate because He is here in His Divinity and humanity present in the Eucharist.

8.  R.  His life, death and resurrection live on in the Church this day. We must pray for the Church and pray for the priests, and pray for the world for Jesus truly wants this. God outpours His grace to us in His Church. He gives to us the sacraments of Baptism, Confirmation, Holy Eucharist, Penance, Holy Orders, Matrimony and Anointing of the Sick.

9.  R.  See Jesus with His Head crowned with thorns, and the blood as it runs down the side of His face. They punctured His skull. This is the love that He has for us. Jesus is truly present today in the Eucharist.

10.  R.  Open up your hearts to Jesus who shed His blood for each and every one of us!

Jesus Carries His Cross Up Calvary

1.  R.  They stood around Jesus! Jesus' hands were tied in front of Him! They poked Him! They condemned Him to death!

2.  R.  They gave to Him a heavy cross that they put on His shoulder. Think of the pain to Jesus' shoulders and arms. Think of carrying the heavy cross on your shoulder. Jesus could not remove the cross. It became heavier and heavier. He became weaker and weaker. It felt as if His shoulder would break! The wounds! The pain! Think of all that Jesus endured. It is in meditating on His Passion that we will realize more and more His immense love, for He truly suffered and died for love of us!

3.  R.  Jesus could barely walk under the weight of the cross. It dragged behind Him. Jesus fell because the cross was so heavy. Jesus never gave up His cross, He collapsed under the weight of it!

4.  Jesus:  I call each one of you, My beloved ones, to such holiness. The road that you trod is hard. You must surrender. You must take your burdens to Me. You must let go. You must become in union with Me and let Me operate through you. You are so special to Me. I call out to you today. Will you come ever closer to Me and let Me work in you? Will you take your cross to Me? Will you let Me help you as you trod along? I am truly God. I am Mighty! I have all the power! And I am with you this day in all your trials. Do you not see that the trials that you are going through today are the very things that are leading you closer and closer to Me? I outpour My grace abundantly when you come to Me in the Eucharist.

Shroud

April 5, 2001

5.  R.  Veronica wiped the face of Jesus and on her cloth was the bloody imprint of His face. This is still with us today. You would be in such awe to see this cloth! But Jesus Christ, the risen Lord, remains with us no less present than the day that He carried His cross on His back in the Eucharist, in His Divinity and humanity, and we treat this so lightly!

6.  Song:  Only this I Want

7.  Jesus:  Take up your cross this day and follow Me for I am waiting for you. I am waiting to be ever closer to you and the reward that awaits you is beyond anything you could imagine!

8.  R.  They stripped our beloved Jesus of His garments. Total surrender! He was beaten! He was crowned with thorns! He was whipped! Always complying to the Will of the Father! Always with a perfect look of peace on His face because He knew the Father's love. The Father loves us with such love and it is through Jesus that we are led closer to the Father's love. Holy Spirit, transform us into the image of Jesus so that we can be led to the Father.

9.  Song:  I Love You Jesus

Jesus is Crucified and Dies on the Cross

1.  R.  Mary held the child Jesus in her arms. She cared for His little hands and feet. She washed His hands and feet and now she watched as they nailed His hands and feet to the cross.

2.  R.  Jesus' head was punctured with a crown of thorns. His body was covered from His head to His feet with wounds they had given to Him. Now, they nailed His precious hands — clear through His hands — to the cross! How deep are the wounds that penetrated His entire hand? And the blood ran down from His hands and from His feet!

3.  R.  Jesus hung from the cross, weakened from everything that He had gone through. But the last agony — to hang from the cross! Think of the hanging from nails! Think of the pain He must have experienced! Pain! Just pain to His body — not even considering the wounds! The pain of His shoulder! The pain of His arms! The way that He was hung! And He hung for three hours unable to move! Against the darkened sky, see Jesus as He hangs, not hanging straight as is depicted on the crucifixes, but see Him humped over after He has hung there for three hours!

4.  R.  Jesus says over and over again — Look at Him and see all He suffered and see all that Mary experienced, yet the greatest agonies were not the agonies He suffered to His body, but to His Most Sacred Heart for the love that He has for each one of us, for the fact that we take His love so lightly. God is in our midst this day. But He calls out to tell us that nothing that we have in this world can compare to what He has to give us. Nothing can satisfy the stalking soul except the love of God. The soul was created for the love of God and no matter how much we think we can fill our desires for love with other things — nothing, nothing, can satisfy us except the love of God. It is only in following the Father's plan that we will have true peace, joy and happiness. God the Father created us.

Song:  God's Love

5. R.  Doing God's Will is not necessarily just doing any good act that we pick and choose on our own, but doing God's Will is doing whatever He is calling us to do. God makes His Will clear to us when we sit in silence and pray.

6.  R.  When we pray to the Spirit, He fills us with Wisdom, Knowledge and Understanding to know the Will of the Father.

7.  R.   The batting of an eye, the dropping of a pin and it is all over! What awaits us is our eternal reward forever and ever and ever if we love and serve the Lord! He asks us this day to go into the world and spread the love of His Most Sacred Heart and the love of His Mother's Heart to this world. His Heart was pierced with a lance and what came forth was blood and water. His Heart was pierced with a lance and the sacramental life of the Church was born through His pierced Heart. Water for baptism and blood for the Eucharist! Mary's Heart was pierced with an invisible sword. The Two Hearts of greatest Love! Mary asks us to see through her eyes, to be there and walk the Passion. It is in realizing this love that we will be enabled to go into the world and do the work that the Father has planned for us.

8.  R.  Jesus said that He gave Himself for love of us when He died on the cross. Jesus gives Himself to us this day. When we see the Consecrated Host raised, see the same Jesus Christ that hung on the cross, for it is truly Jesus that is there. Where Jesus is, so are the Father and the Holy Spirit. The Mass is so beautiful. The Father, Son and the Spirit, the Blessed Mother, all the angels and saints are there.

9.  R.  Dear Spirit, we ask you to help us to see where we are blind that we may now see all that God wants us to see, that we can be drawn ever closer to the love of God.

10.  R.  It is through the Spirit that we can have this intimacy with Jesus. We must pray to the Spirit every day to open our eyes for we are all like blind men until the Spirit outpours His gifts on us to help us to see beyond the things of the world.

This rosary was prayed before the statue of Our Mother of Sorrows during the Shepherds of Christ meeting. Mary and the Sacred Heart appeared the whole rosary.

My Dear Child, Do You Know I Never Leave You

There was a Glorious rosary given February 22, 1995 and Stations before the tabernacle in the morning. Seven sorrows were also given that day published in the Red Rosary book.

Stations given in early morning as Jesus spoke so strongly, with such emotion about His Passion before the tabernacle in the Holy Spirit Chapel of  the Holy Spirit Center.

 I Operate in you

Jesus:  My dear child,

Do you know, I never leave you, you must surrender and come to My Heart. I am the Sacred Heart of Jesus on FIRE for love of you. As you operate, I operate in you, make yourself fearless and unattached, you are My precious child.

R.    And He came and He outpoured His grace in abundance and they were touched by His love. Father, Son and Holy Spirit so present in their lives. He touched their lives and they loved others in this world deeply.

Jesus:   I am the Good Shepherd., I know mine and they follow Me. Follow Me my little lambs, I give you a free will with greatest love. You are free to do what I ask or reject Me. I want you to do the Father's work. Will you answer?

Can you not watch one hour with Me. I give to you 24  hours a day. I want one hour in silent prayer. Come unto Me all who are weary and I will give you rest.

Glorious Mysteries

The Resurrection

  1. On the third day, Jesus rose from the dead as He had foretold. Death has no power over Him!

  2. They had rolled the heavy stone in front of the tomb and His enemies believed that they had won. Jesus was locked in the tomb! These are truly the Glorious Mysteries for He rose triumphant on the third day!

  3. Mary Magdalene and some of the others went to the tomb. When they arrived, they saw the stone had been rolled back.

  4. Come Holy Spirit, fill us with the fire of Your love. Pour out to us Your Divine Love, Your Divine Life, so that we may partake more and more in this life and be raised to eternal life in heaven.

  5. Jesus walked with two disciples on the way to Emmaus and recounted for them all the scriptures in the Old Testament from the time of Moses that referred to Him.

  6. They did not understand that Jesus would die and then rise again. They did not recognize Him after He rose. You might think, 'oh, so blind were they! How could they not recognize Jesus?' But Jesus is in our midst this day. He is present right here with us. He is present in the tabernacle. He is present in us and in our world and the world continues to go on its way in blindness.

  7. Take the blinders from our eyes so that we may see more and more with the vision of God. As we unite with You, lead us ever closer to the vision of God.

  8. He gives us sufferings. He gives us trials. He allows all that happens to us to happen. It is in acceptance of all that He allows, and in focusing on Jesus, that we will have new life, new life in Him! He is forever present and forever ready to pour out to us His life in abundance. But we must realize that the way to Him is to follow Him. He came to carry His cross. He suffered and died so He could bring us new life!

  9. Song: I know Your love a little now, so dear You are to me. Come give me life, abundant life, I thirst to be with Thee.

  10. Who are we that God loves us so much that He sent His only Son into this world and His Son died on the cross for our redemption? Now He rises on the third day to bring us new life. He gives to the apostles the power to baptize and to forgive sins. It is through baptism that we are made children of God and heirs of heaven. We are given new life in baptism!

We are on a spiritual journey. We are reborn in baptism as little babies on our journey, and our mother is our Spiritual Mother to lead us on our way to closer and closer union with Jesus, her beloved Son!

Song between decades: Come Holy Spirit, fill our hearts. Enkindle in us the fire of Your love. Come, Holy Spirit, fill our…

The Ascension

  1. Jesus took the apostles out to the town of Bethany and gave them His final blessing and left them in His peace. The ways of God are the ways of peace. The more we realize the immense love that the Father, Son and Holy Spirit have for us, that the three Persons are truly inside of us when we are in the state of grace, the more we then realize that no one can take away this indwelling of the Trinity within us. The more we pray and stay connected to Them, the more They lead us to peace. Peace, joy and happiness come from the realization of the presence of God within us!

  2. We walk this barren land not alone. We walk with the presence of the Trinity inside of us. We are temples of the Holy Spirit. It is in the realization of this divine gift that we are given that we will have peace within. As we look at Jesus all though the passion, the look of peace is always on His face, even though He suffers, because He knows the Father's love.

  3. Satan tries to distract us, tries to make us think ill thoughts. It is only in trusting God, in turning over entirely to Him our wills, our lives, our whole being, that we can have peace. It is in living in the Father's Will, in doing what He calls us to do, that we will have true happiness and peace.

  4. These are the Glorious Mysteries! Jesus truly rose from the dead! Can we even comprehend that a person who died could rise from the dead? This alone shows the magnificence of God's might!

  5. And the glories that followed! He raised His arms and ascended upward into the clouds. The apostles, as they looked from below, were awestruck to see Jesus go upward into the sky, into a cloud which took Him out of sight!

  6. They who walked and talked with Jesus, who were by His side, were filled with fear. As they were filled with fear, we should be gentle with ourselves when we are full of fear inside. We should realize that it was only through the power of the Spirit that they were transformed from fear to fearlessness. Almighty God can take us from the depths of doom and raise us to such immense heights, but it takes our will of surrendering to Him, of focusing on Him, of doing always the Father's Will, of living in the Father's Will as children who are being obedient to their Father.

  7. Song: I come to you with greatest love, I am your loving Savior. I am your God, I died for you. I come to you this day.
Nothing feeds the hungry soul but the love and the life of God!

  8. He came to give us life. He nourishes this life with the Eucharist. This is Jesus truly present in His divinity and humanity. He feeds our life through His own flesh and blood! He feeds our life in Him through the divine love that He has left with us. He feeds this life through the Church, through the sacraments. He gives us the sacrament of penance whereby all our sins can be taken away through the power of the priest. God is so good to us that He truly feeds our life in Him!

  9. Song: I Am the Bread of Life. He who comes to Me shall not hunger. He who believes in Me shall never thirst.

  10. He, God, lets us partake in His divine life, in His divine love, and He nourishes us with His very own flesh and blood!

The Descent of the Holy Spirit

  1. The apostles were full of fear and they locked themselves in the Upper Room. Jesus had told them that they would be baptized by the Holy Spirit.

  2. They were locked in the Upper room with the Virgin Mary and there appeared over their heads parted tongues of fire and the Holy Spirit descended upon them. Mary is the mother of the Church. She is our spiritual mother. She is the mother of Christ!

  3. Mary is our model. She is the spouse of the Holy Spirit. It is in modeling ourselves after Mary that we become more and more like Jesus. Mary, help us to love you, to be drawn ever closer to you. Dear Spirit, please transform us in the Heart of Mary into the image of Jesus so that we may be ever closer to our beloved Father.

  4. It is through Mary's pure and tender Heart that the Spirit transforms us more and more into the image of Jesus!

  5. Dear Spirit, give us courage to go out into this world and preach the Gospel as did the apostles, who were filled with such fearlessness. These were the same men who, out of great fear, had locked themselves in the Upper Room. The key is the Spirit! Transform us, Spirit, please! Give us the courage to do what the Father is asking us to do: to help carry out the Gospel to the world, to help to spread the love of Jesus!

  6. Please outpour Your Spirit onto this Center. Please let this Spirit dwell in us!

  7. Let those involved in Our Lady of Light Ministries and the Shepherds of Christ Ministries be filled with the Spirit so that it is the Spirit that moves in them, that draws them ever closer to the Eucharistic Heart of Jesus Christ, the Son of God!

  8. Transform all who are here to have the courage to carry out the worldwide plan that the Father has set before us. He Who has chosen us to be the Apostles of the Sacred Heart, to go into this world to spread the love of Jesus' burning Heart. May the Spirit move in each and every soul and draw souls ever closer to the Eucharist. For the power is truly in the Eucharistic Heart of Jesus Christ, the Son of God!

  9. Song: Come Holy Ghost, Creator blest, and in our hearts take up Thy rest. Come with Thy grace and heavenly aid, to fill the hearts which Thou hast made, to fill the hearts which Thou hast made.

  10. And He gave to them the Eucharist to feed the life that He had imparted to them, and the Spirit moved within their souls to lead them ever closer to the love of God so that this love could radiate from their being and be seen in the world.

The Assumption of Mary into Heaven

  1. Mary was taken up into heaven, body and soul!

  2. But she remains with us this day. She is our spiritual mother. She is the mother of the Church. Jesus is alive in the Church today.

  3. Oh, how our mother is so much with us this very day!

  4. Dear Mary, hold in your Heart all the especially anointed priests of your Son, Jesus. Hold them in your Heart and, through the Holy Spirit, lead them ever closer to the Eucharistic Heart of your Son, Jesus.

  5. It is through the pierced Heart of your Son that the sacramental life of the Church was born-through the water, which represents baptism, and the blood, which represents the Eucharist. We are given life and we are fed. Hold the Church, and all those who minister there, in your Heart. Hold them ever close to you for you are their mother. Mother the Church! Hold them so close to you! Guide them! Protect them! Lead them through your spouse, the Holy Spirit, filled with the fire of God's love, into this world in which the Sacred Heart of Jesus will reign and the Immaculate Heart of Mary will be triumphant!

  6. Help us in the Shepherds of Christ to carry out whatever is the Father's plan for renewing the Church, for spreading the love of His Most Sacred Heart to many people in the nursing homes, in the prisons, throughout the world. Give us the courage through the Holy Spirit to spread the love of the Two Hearts in this world that is in darkness.

  7. Dear Mary, help the priests, your beloved priest-sons, to realize the great mission to which the Father has called them. Help them to lead the flock to the Eucharistic Heart of Jesus Christ.

  8. Help us to be proud to be a part of your Church, to be a part of the living Body of Christ alive in this world today.

  9. The Church is the Body of Christ. He is the head and we are the members. We are all one in this Body of Christ. Unite us ever closer with you, Mary, mother of the Church. Lead all in the Church to the most burning love of the Eucharistic Heart of Jesus Christ, the Son of God!

  10. Oh no! Mary has not left! She is truly here in our midst! She is mothering us and she is mothering the Church!

Song between decades: Come, Holy Spirit, fill our hearts…

The Coronation of Mary as Queen of Heaven and Earth

  1. There appeared in the sky a woman, clothed with the sun. The moon was under her feet and there were twelve stars about her head.

  2. Mary is Queen of Heaven and Earth! The Sacred Heart of Jesus will reign and the Immaculate Heart of Mary will triumph on this earth!

  3. There will be an era of peace. Peace is only found in God and in doing His Will. We must turn our hearts back to God, follow the Ten Commandments, do all that He is asking us to do, say we are sorry for our sins and draw our hearts into union with the Sacred Heart of Jesus.

  4. We are the children of the Father! Jesus loved us so much that He gave His very life for us. We are the favored children created uniquely by the Father and He cares for us this day with great love. Lead us ever closer to union with the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit through the Immaculate Heart of our mother Mary!

  5. Song: Hail, holy queen enthroned above, O Maria! Hail, mother of mercy and of love, O Maria! Triumph, all ye Cherubim! Sing with us, ye Seraphim! Heaven and earth resound the hymn, Salve, salve, salve, Regina!

  6. All souls are joined in the Church with the souls in purgatory and with the angels and saints in heaven. We are all one in His Body. Let us love God, for we are children of God. We are brothers in Christ!

  7. Help us to see more and more the big picture. Help us to let go of little details and see more with the vision of God all that we need to see to do His work here on this earth-to let go of the little daily distractions, but to see that we are His soldiers marching on a world that is godless. Help us to realize that souls are at stake and that Mary and Jesus are calling us to be these soldiers to spread His love.

  8. Who are we that God is so good to us?

  9. Mary, our Queen, lead us ever closer to Jesus' Heart. Be with us as we walk with Jesus on Calvary. Be with us and lead us to everlasting life so that we may one day be united with the Father, Son and Holy Spirit forever and ever.

  10. May the saints and angels guide us on our way to eternal salvation. May we know God more and more. May He outpour His love on us, His beloved ones. We are His and He loves us so much!

Song after last decade: Come Holy Spirit, fill our hearts...

Song: Holy God, we praise Thy name. Lord of all, we bow before Thee. All on earth Thy scepter claim. All in heaven above adore Thee. Infinite, Thy vast domain, everlasting is Thy reign. Infinite Thy vast domain, everlasting is Thy reign!

The Seven Sorrows

The Prophecy of Simeon

Mary, Joseph and the child Jesus went to the temple. Simeon, the prophet, inspired by the Holy Spirit, met them and told Joseph and Mary of the great sufferings of Jesus and Mary. He told Mary that a sword would pierce her heart. From that point on, Mary ever remembered the prophecy of Simeon whenever she beheld her child. When she looked at His little body, even as an infant, she knew He would suffer. Every time she clothed Him and watched Him at play, her heart was torn in her chest as she knew what He would suffer. And a sword, too, shall pierce your Heart, O Mary!

The Flight into Egypt

Joseph was told by the angel to flee. Joseph, Mary and the child Jesus had to flee because of what might happen to Jesus. They had to pack for a long stay. The child Jesus was so small! They left on their journey, hearts full of fear, trying to protect Jesus. They were forced to flee into Egypt.

Jesus Is Lost, In the Temple

Imagine the sufferings in Mary's heart when she realized the child Jesus was not with them. Think of how it would be to lose your child and not know where he was or if anything happened to him. With sorrow in their hearts, Mary and Joseph returned to Jerusalem to look for the child Jesus. And a sword, too, shall pierce your heart, O Mary!

Jesus Carries His Cross

Song: See the eyes that look at Mary, her tender infant child. See the child's Heart beat so tenderly, the Savior of the world!
See the eyes of Jesus and Mary as they met on Calvary. Mary's Heart knew Jesus' Heart so well! From the first moment of conception and throughout His life, Mary was so connected with Jesus and now she peered into His eyes. The crown of thorns adorned His Head! Blood ran down His face! A heavy cross on His back! Wounded, His whole body covered with bleeding wounds! And her whole life flashed before her, the life that she had spent with Jesus. This was the beloved child that she had held in her arms when Simeon told Mary that 'a sword, too, shall pierce your Heart, O Mary!'

Jesus Dies on the Cross

Mary stood under Jesus' cross as He was put to death. The child that she had held in her arms as Simeon prophesied, And a sword, too, shall pierce your Heart, O Mary! Now Jesus is dead on the cross! He gave His flesh, He gave His blood so that we might be with Him forever in heaven. He held not back. He gave His all. He calls out to us this day to see through the eyes of His mother as she appears and calls out with a Heart of great love, "Return to the love of my Son! He is with you this day. He remains with you, no less present than the day that He hung on the cross, in the Eucharist. He longs for you to come and be with Him. He is in your brother. How can you not love your brother when Jesus died for your brother?"

Her Heart was pierced with a sword. His Heart was pierced with a lance. What came forth was blood and water, the sacramental life of the church. He lives with us this day in the Church. He gives to us His sacraments, the source of His life! He gives to us the Sacrament of Penance whereby any sin that we commit can be taken away through the priest. He wants us to be so close to Him! He gives us everything to be close to Him. But we see with such limited vision only those things that are right before our face, when the true reality is that which we don't see with our eyes, the reality of the invisible divinity of Jesus Christ, the Son of God, in the consecrated Host! This is reality! This is our life! This is our power! This is God! And a sword, too, shall pierce your Heart, O Mary!

Jesus Is Taken Down from the Cross

If we ever doubted for one second that we were loved, we could visualize the picture of Mary as she sat beneath the cross with the lifeless, battered, bruised and bloodied body of her Son in her arms, the same child that she held when Simeon prophesied her suffering. He gave His last breath. He gave the last beat of His Heart. He gave His all! This is the way He complied with the Will of the Father. He came to show us the way. He died in perfect peace. To His death He was in peace because He knew the Father's love. The Father loves us so much that He gave His only begotten Son for love of us! The Spirit descended upon the Virgin Mary and the Word was made flesh! The love of the Two Hearts! Such immense love beating for us!

In all love there is suffering. Her Heart was pierced with a sword. His Heart was pierced with a lance. And a sword, too, shall pierce your Heart, O Mary!

Jesus Is Locked in the Tomb

And now Jesus, His body lifeless, is locked in a tomb! What cold reality for Mary to realize that His body is now gone! A stone separated her from her Son!

He gave His last breath! He gave the last beat of His Heart for love of each one of us! And she comes to us this day with her sweet, beautiful voice and she asks us to go to her Son and love Him! How can we refuse Jesus who spread His arms and gave His life for each and every one of us? How can we not trust Him when He loved us so much that He allowed them to tear His flesh, to crown Him with piercing thorns and, lastly, to hang Him on a cross? He truly gave His life for us! He, truly God, is with us this day, the same as the day He died on the cross, in the tabernacle! And we take it so lightly! Death has no power over Him! Locked in the tomb for three days, He rose triumphant on the third day as He had foretold. He comes to give us life. He gives us the sacrament of Baptism that initiates us into His life, that makes us children of God and heirs of heaven if we remain in the state of grace. He asks two things: love of God and love of one another! He came to show us the way and His way is love. To His death on the cross He loved each one of us! He calls out to each one of us here today to be His soldiers, to march on a world that has forgotten God, that has forgotten what it is like to love! It is a battle to live in this world. But the battle is won with hearts that are filled with His love, empowered by the grace and might that He pours out in the Eucharist. He calls out for us to come to the Eucharist and to the tabernacle and be fed with His very flesh and blood. To feed on Divine Life, the greatest nourishment, the Body and Blood of Jesus Christ, the Son of God! This is the love He gives. This is the love He asks us to share.

Mighty Medicine

R.  Filled up with the immense presence and He said in a loud and direct voice. Very strong. How can I tarry when Jesus says this to me.

Jesus:  From the tabernacle I cried out, I filled you with this immense realization of My presence. You must circulate these letters for the sake of souls. I have given you a great mission to spread My love to this world. These are My letters, I beg you, beg you to do as I ask. Pray to the Spirit for fearlessness to do what I ask you to do. I am God and I am speaking to you. I do not want you to hold back to please people, I want you to speak out. I am God and I am giving you My letters for My hurting souls.

Rita look at this world, do you see, or do you want to be popular. You have what you need to do what I am asking you, I am giving you abundant graces to tell all about these letters of My love.

No one will listen if you hold back I beg you, I beg you, I beg you.

I called out to you and you listened to My pleading. My child, you are key to spreading My love in this world. DO NOT Hold back. Read this letter to Fr. Carter. I beg you to not let Me down. Do not forsake Me, I am calling you to be about My work. These letters are a big part of the Father's Plan. Time is so short. I beg you to listen to Me. I beg you. Souls are at stake. Please Rita do not worry what others think, I call you as My apostle to spread My love to this world. Will you answer?

R.  Then He gave me the stations and I cried so hard!!

Stations of the Cross
at a Shepherds of Christ Meeting

1.  Jesus Is Condemned to Death
Jesus:
My dear child, with angry hearts and hatred on their faces, they poked at Me and condemned Me to death. I stood so silent, My hands tied, in perfect peace, because I knew the Father's love. I knew the Father's Will. You too will stand your trials in perfect peace, the more you realize the immense love the Father, Son and Holy Spirit have for you. Pray to the Spirit to transform you more and more into My image and, through this transformation, you will be led ever closer to the Father. Oh, how I love you!

2.  They Give Jesus the Cross
Jesus: They gave Me a heavy cross, laden with the sins of the world. They placed it on My shoulder. It was so heavy I felt as if My shoulder would break. I ask you to carry little crosses, to experience little pains. I could not remove this cross from My shoulder. The weight was unbearable. It is through My suffering and death that you receive new life. It is through your sufferings this day that you will grow in your life with Me. Oh, child, I loved you so much that I took up the cross of salvation. I love you. Please realize that I am talking to you here. To My death I loved you. Oh, how I love you!

3.  Jesus Falls the First Time
Jesus: The cross was so heavy I could hardly walk. I held on to My cross for greatest love of you and in compliance with the Will of My Father. It became so hard to walk! The cross was so heavy! I fell. I fell and the cross fell on Me. They poked at Me, they struck Me, they demanded I get up. The pain from the instruments they used to poke Me and strike Me was so great! I somehow managed to get up.

When you fall under the weight of your cross, come to My Eucharistic Heart. I am no less present in the tabernacle and in the Eucharist than on the day I carried My cross. I wait with the same love that I had for you when I carried this cross and suffered such agony. Oh, how I love you!

4.  Jesus and Mary Meet
Jesus: I saw the face of My beautiful Mother. She was weak, her face reddened and full of tears. I saw her tender heart, her love, her anguish, her pain. I saw My dear Mother Mary. My Heart was comforted by the sight of her, but torn by her suffering.

Mary: As I looked into the eyes of my beloved Son, I saw His love. His head, bleeding and wounded. His body weak. His clothes covered with blood. I looked into His eyes and I saw His love for you. I call out to you today. I appear today with a face full of anguish and tears. I appear to call you back to the love of my Son. See through my eyes, as I peer into His eyes, the love He has for you this day to give of Himself for you. Oh, He loves you so much, my little children. See through my eyes the love of my Son. Oh, how He loves you!

5.  Simon of Cyrene Is Forced to Help Jesus Carry His Cross
Jesus: The cross was so heavy I could not move. My persecutors became angry and forced a man to help Me. The cross was so heavy the two of us could barely move it. How is your cross today? Does it seem so heavy you cannot go on? I am forever watching you. When you are suffering the greatest, I am very close to you. It is in immense suffering that you realize My great love for you. Pray for grace to do always the Father's Will. Pray for grace to grow in your knowledge and love of Me.

6.  Veronica Wipes the Face of Jesus
Jesus: My face was covered with blood. From the crowd Veronica came forward with a cloth to wipe My face. On the cloth I gave to you an imprint of My bloodied face. This, My children, remains with you this day as a sign of My immense love for you. But more than any cloth, look beyond the visible consecrated host. I, Jesus Christ, the Son of God, remain with you, Body, Blood, Soul and Divinity, in the Eucharist this day, waiting and longing to be with you. Oh, how I love you!

7.  Jesus Falls the Second Time
Jesus: Oh, dear ones, the road became harder and harder to walk. The cross was becoming heavier, My body weaker and weaker. My shoulders and arms hurt so much! My head throbbed as I walked. The blood came from My body, from My head to My feet. I was covered with open wounds. I could not go any farther. I stumbled and fell. Again they poked at Me, only harder, and with such hatred they kicked Me. Such vileness in the hearts of men! My greatest agony was not the agonies of My body, but the agonies of My heart for the love I have for all My precious souls. I loved them so dearly. I loved those who persecuted Me. Oh, how I love you!

8.  Jesus Meets the Women of Jerusalem
Jesus: The women came to Me with their children, their tender hearts crying and wanting to comfort Me. I saw their love, their care. I saw the coldness of men's hearts for all time, the hatred, the anger, the sins, all the souls that, despite all of My sufferings and death, would be condemned to eternal damnation. I told the women to weep not for Me, but for themselves and their children. My greatest agonies were the agonies of My Most Sacred Heart. Oh, how I love you!

9.  Jesus Falls the Third Time
Jesus: I fell hard the third time. I was so weakened I could not go on. My body collapsed under the cross from such exhaustion! My child, My child, My greatest agonies were not the wounds to the body. They were the wounds I experienced to My heart. Do you know a little more now how I love you? It is in meditating on My Passion and death that you will realize My immense love for you. When you fall, when you struggle, I give you the grace to get up. I never give you more than you can handle. Your strength will come from Me. Come to My Eucharistic Heart. I am waiting for you this day. Oh, how I love you!

10.  Jesus Is Stripped of His Garments
Jesus: They took Me to the hill to crucify Me. They angrily stripped Me of My garments. They took off My clothes to whip Me. They had covered My bloody wounds with a dirty purple robe. Now, total surrender-they took off My clothes. I showed you the way to surrender, always complying with the Will of the Father. It is in living in His Will that you will have peace and joy, and life eternal some day. Oh, how I love you!

11.  They Nail Him to the Cross
R.  See Mary as she holds the little Baby Jesus. See her as she washes His tender hands and feet. See her now as she watches as they pound into those same hands and feet the gigantic nails that fix Jesus to the cross.

Mary: Oh, my dear ones, my heart was torn in my chest as they nailed His hands and feet to the cross. I ask you this day to walk the Passion with me and see through my eyes the love He has for you. He truly was nailed to the cross.

Jesus: They pounded the nails into My first hand, then they stretched My body and nailed My other hand. The blood poured from these wounds that went totally through My hands. My pain was so immense, but then they nailed My feet! You do not know what pain I suffered, My child. My children, My children, for each one of you I suffered this pain. Oh, how I loved you!

12.  Jesus Dies on the Cross
(Silence.)
R.  He hung for three agonizing hours on the cross against the darkened sky. His greatest agonies were not the agonies of His body, but those of His Heart for the great love He has for each and every soul.

Jesus: I gave Myself to you, My dear ones. I gave My all. I hung with My arms spread in total surrender. My head was punctured; My hands and feet were nailed to the cross. I gave Myself to you. I give Myself to you this day in the Eucharist. I give Myself to you. I, God, give you Myself! What more do you want?

Song: Oh, burning Heart, oh, Love divine, etc.

R.  They pierced His Heart with a lance and what flowed forth was blood and water, the sacramental life of the Church, water for Baptism and blood for the Eucharist. His life, death and resurrection live on in the Church this day.

13.  Jesus Is Taken Down from the Cross and Placed in the Arms of His Mother
R.
His totally lifeless body was placed in the arms of His most loving Mother. As she had held the little baby body in her arms, she now received His bloodied, bruised body in her arms. This is how He obeyed the Father's Will. Jesus gave His life for us. The Father gave His only Son because He loves us so much. Mary, His Mother, our Mother and the Mother of the Church, is forever by His side. See Jesus in the arms of His loving Mother under the cross. This is love.

Mary: I held His lifeless body in my arms. See through my eyes the love He has for you this day. He gives Himself to you today in the Eucharist. He loves you so much!

14.  Jesus Is Locked in the Tomb
R.
His enemies rolled the stone up to the tomb and were pleased to have buried Jesus. Mary, outside the tomb, wept bitterly. The cold reality that He was dead! But death has no power over Jesus for on the third day He rose, triumphant, from the tomb! We are partakers in His divine life. Death has no power over Jesus. He is with us this day. He comes to bring us life to the full. He loves us so much!

A Little Tiny Lady Drove the Big Truck

R.    ( a man blew his horn because I had a right arrow)

Jesus said: It is not he who blows his horn the loudest that has the might and the power. A little tiny person can move a mountain if they are fixed on Me. See a little tiny lady driving a big truck, so big it takes up the whole road. What is the true power, it is the Lord Jesus Christ joined as one with a person. The power is in the Eucharistic Heart of Jesus. He leads us ever closer on our road to sanctity. God is one, true divine. Through the Immaculate Heart of Mary, transformed by the Spirit we are led ever closer to Jesus and closer to the Father. What a good God to care and love for us.

Mary is the Mother of the Church

        R.  Mary is the Mother of the Church.

        Pentecost

Mary in the Midst of the Apostles —
the beginning of the Church —

Mary is so important to the Church.

Mary was pregnant — she cried out to be delivered.

Mary is bringing forth children, in the Church.

 John 19: 25-27

Near the cross of Jesus stood his mother and his mother’s sister, Mary the wife of Clopas, and Mary of Magdala. Seeing his mother and the disciple whom he loved standing near her, Jesus said to his mother, ‘Woman, this is your son.’ Then to the disciple he said, ‘This is your mother.’ And from that hour the disciple took her into his home.

        R.  Mary is the Mother of the Church.
Eve is the Mother of the living.

Christ loves His body the Church.

        Jesus is the bridegroom.

        The Church is His bride.

        He loves her.

        The New Adam.

        The New Eve.

Dear Sacred Heart of Jesus from your pierced Heart the Church was born.

        Mary is our spiritual Mother.

John 19: 26-27

Seeing his mother and the disciple whom he loved standing near her, Jesus said to his mother, 'Woman, this is your son.' Then to the disciple he said, 'This is your mother.' And from that hour the disciple took her into his home.

        R.  John represented all of us.

In giving Mary to him as spiritual mother, Jesus was also giving Mary to all of us as our spiritual Mother.

R.  The fact that Mary is our Mother, the fact she has such a powerful role to play in our salvation in no way detracts from the mediatorship of Christ.

Fr. Carter says:

Excerpt from Mother at Our Side by Fr. Edward J. Carter, S.J. pp. 4-8

In saying that Mary is our spiritual mother, we are saying that Mary is the mother of our Christ-life. What is this life? Can we define it?

At Baptism the Persons of the Trinity communicate so intimately to us that, as a result, they leave their imprint or image upon us. This Trinitarian image is our life of sanctifying grace. This life of grace is a created participation in God's life, and since this gift of grace is mediated by Christ in His humanity, this Trinitarian image also has a Christic aspect. Christ as man has shown us how to live a God-like existence. He has shown us how to live the life of grace. This life of grace we possess allows us to enjoy the special presence of Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Truly, the divine Persons dwell within us.

Whether we refer to this life as the Christ-life, the life of grace, life in the Holy Spirit, or by other names, we are referring to one and the same reality. This reality, again, is the Christic, Trinitarian image given us through the Trinitarian communication.

St. Paul speaks of our life of grace in terms of our being baptized into the death and resurrection of Jesus (Rom. 6:1-11). Again, Jesus mediates our life of grace. He has shown us how to live a Christ-like existence. Since Jesus' paschal mystery of death-resurrection sums up His own human existence, so it sums up our own. This is what St. Paul is telling us. Paul tells us that we live our life of Baptism, our life of grace, by continually dying and rising with Jesus—rising to a greater share in Christ's resurrection. Indeed, we live resurrection now and hereafter. Living death-resurrection involves all of our Christian activities. While not giving an all-inclusive list, we do include the following: the reading of Scripture, prayer, the performance of daily duties, the doing of penance, making sacrifices, our jobs, periods of rest and relaxation, sharing meals with loved ones, reception of the sacraments, and, especially, participation in the Eucharist which is both sacrifice and sacrament.

This is our glorious existence made possible by God's great love for us and a major truth of this glorious existence is the fact that Jesus has given us Mary as our spiritual mother. Mary is the Mother of our Christ-life. In her loving, maternal role, she cooperates with the Holy Spirit in forming Christ in us. ...

Mary our mother is ever with us, guiding us, teaching us, caring for us, protecting us, loving us. With her maternal assistance we go to the Father through and with Christ in the Holy Spirit.

Mary nourishes our growth in Christ with a very tender and specialized love for each of us. She regards each of us as a precious, unique individual. ...

This is the awesome and consoling truth—you and I are very precious to Mary. She loves us much more than we can ever fathom. It is our great privilege and responsibility to love her in return. She asks for this love, she asks for our trust. As we give our love and trust to our mother, she wants us to come to her at all times and in all circumstances.

Are we sorrowful, anxious, troubled? Let us go to Mary our mother and ask her to console us. Let us ask her for the grace to handle our sorrow, our anxieties, our troubles properly—according to God's will. In this way our suffering will bring us closer to Christ as it simultaneously allows us to contribute to the ongoing Christianization of the world.

Are we joyful, happy, basking in the glow of a goal successfully accomplished? Let us go to Mary and ask her to help us handle our joy, our happiness, our success as God intends. Let us petition her not to allow our joy to make us forgetful of God, our God Who is the source of all true joy, success, and happiness.

Are we finding it particularly difficult to follow Christ in the here-and-now? In child-like trust we can approach our mother. Let us ask her for the grace to realize that the following of Christ is not always easy—that at times being a follower of Christ challenges our courage in a special way. We can also ask Mary to help us realize that even at such difficult times, Christ's grace makes our burden relatively light. Jesus has told us:

Come to me, all you who labor and are burdened, and I will give you rest.
Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am meek and humble of heart; and you will find rest for yourselves. For my yoke is easy, and my burden light.
(Mt.11:28-30).

Are we finding it is particularly easy to follow Christ in the here-and-now? Let us go to Mary and ask her for the grace to remain humble. Let us beseech Mary to keep us from being inflated with pride, and ask her to help us realize that without Jesus we can do nothing.

Mary, then, asks for our complete trust. She wants us always to seek shelter under her maternal mantle. She invites us to come to her in all circumstances—whether it be in joy or sorrow, success or failure, laughter or tears. Mary wants us to share in her maternal wisdom so that we may understand how to use our various experiences to come closer to God in Christ. Sharing our lives with Mary in this fashion, and on a consistent basis, requires that we love her, that we trust her, that we surrender ourselves to her maternal love.

Help us, Mother Mary, to probe ever more deeply into the depths of your love for us. Help us to realize more and more that to be loved by you is to experience a sweetness, a warmth, a tenderness, a serenity, a security, which makes us cry out, "O Mother, how good and loving you are!"

Excerpt from Mother at Our Side by Fr. Edward J. Carter, S.J. pp. 68-71

Being Mother of Christ, Mary is also spiritual Mother of His members whom Christ has formed into His body, the Church. She is also model of the Church as all good mothers are models for their children. Mary, the best of mothers, is the perfect exemplar, the perfect model, of what it means to be a follower of Christ. She guides the entire Church in greater assimilation to Christ.

If we claim to love Mary, we must also love what she loves. Being Mother of the Church, Mary obviously loves her Church very deeply. As children of Mary, as followers of Christ, we also must deeply love the Church. Sad to say, there are many in today's Church who do not love her as they should. ...

In loving the Church which is so dear to Christ and to Mary, let us work to further the good which presently exists in the Church, and labor to correct that which should not be. Indeed, there is much good in today's Church. In many members of the Church, there is a deep hunger for a more profound spirituality. There are lay people living exemplary lives, both the married and the single, as they strive to be a light in the market place. There are religious, priests, and bishops who are working with the Holy Father to make the Church more what she should be, in this, one of her most critical hours.

Sorry to say, however, all is not well in the Church. There are deep divisions. Some of the divisions are caused by false teachings. Such teaching has given rise to apostasy and schism.

Mary, however, has launched a counter attack, laboring for the renewal of the Church in many ways.

It is up to each of us to do our share in building up the Church, this Church which is the mystical body of Christ. Through our Eucharistic participation, through our prayer and penance—through all our activity done in union with Christ and Mary—let us all strive to bring the Church closer to its model, Mary. Let us work so that the Church more and more reflects Christ as it comes closer to the one who so eminently reflects Christ, Mary herself. In her Immaculate Conception, her fullness of grace, her sinlessness, her bodily assumption into Heaven, Mary indeed is the perfectly and fully redeemed one. She is the one who has been perfectly assimilated to Christ. She is the model the Church more and more strives to imitate. The rest of the Church will never mirror forth Christ as brilliantly as does Mary. We can, however, approach more closely to this ideal who is Mary.

Mary loves her Church with a love whose depths we cannot fully fathom, so we should ask her to help us obtain the grace to increase our own love for the Church. Let us ask her, this dearest and most loving mother, to keep us close at her side as she labors for the renewal of the Church. She invites us to assist her.

Excerpt from Mother at Our Side by Fr. Edward J. Carter, S.J. pp. 72-75

The liturgy is the public worship of the Church. Our Christian existence is rooted in the liturgical action of the Church. Two very important dimensions of the Church's liturgy are the sacraments, andmost importantlythe Mass.

Christ offers himself through the Church and her sacraments so that we might become ever more united with Him. This incorporation into Christ begins at baptism, through which we become a member of Christ and His Church. It means being assimilated to His paschal mystery of death-resurrection, since this was the summary event of Christ's existence. Death-resurrection was the central mystery by which Christ gave us life, and it is the central mystery which each Christian must relive in Christ.

Each one of the sacraments deepens our incorporation into Jesus' death-resurrection. Each one achieves this in a somewhat different manner according to its primary purpose. Finally, and very importantly, each of the sacraments deepens this incorporation within an ecclesial framework. The sacraments, because they are realities of both Christ and His Church, intensify our relationship not only with Jesus, but also with the members of the Church, and with all others also.

Our contact with the death-resurrection of Jesus is most especially renewed and deepened through our participation in the Eucharistic sacrificethe Mass. It shows the intimate connection between the sacraments and the Mass, as both intensify our assimilation to Jesus in His paschal mystery of death-resurrection.

The Eucharistic sacrifice makes present the Christ-event or mystery of Christ as centered in Jesus' death-resurrection. He, Who was the priest and victim upon Calvary, is also the priest and victim in the Eucharistic sacrifice. Christ becomes really present through the words of consecration. Hence, in an unbloody manner, He makes present the one sacrifice of Calvary. Obviously, we were not active participants in Christ's sacrifice on Calvary. However, in the Mass, Christ invites us to offer along with Him. The Eucharist is Christ's sacrifice, but, by God's gracious design, it is also the Church's sacrifice.

In the Mass we offer ourselves along with Christ Who is chief priest and victim. As Christ's offering of Himself is present in the Eucharistic sacrifice, so likewise is our offering of ourselves. Furthermore, just as Christ's offering on Calvary included everything in His life, so also the offering we make of ourselves at the Eucharist should include all those actions we perform according to God's will in Christbearing properly with pain, frustration, failure, misunderstanding, boredom, anguish of spiritthis is what we offer at the altar. Loving another, and being loved by that other, enjoying success, feeling satisfaction in a task well done, enjoying meals shared with loved ones, drinking in the morning freshness, feeling the cool spring breeze, relishing the magnificent colors of autumn leavesall this we also offer with Jesus. The Eucharistic offering gathers up what would otherwise be fragmented pieces of our lives and gives them a marvelous unity, a Christic unity. The Eucharistic sacrifice unites all these aspects of our lives with the love, the beauty, and the strength of Jesus' offering and presents them to the Father in the Holy Spirit with Mary our Mother at our side. As Mary was present at Calvary's offering, so is she present as that sacrifice really becomes present in an unbloody manner in the Mass.

At the Eucharistic mealat communion timewe receive Christ in a very special and intimate manner. He gives Himself to usbody, blood, soul, and divinity. What an awesome reality! We have to pray for an increased appreciation of this tremendous Self-giving on the part of Jesus. We have to pray for the grace to grow in the determination to love and live Christ more deep1y as we leave each Mass. This ever greater love for Christ, this ever greater putting on of Christ, should be the result of each Eucharistic participation.

The Christ Who loves us with an unfathomable love, Who gives Himself so completely to us in each Eucharistic meal, wants us to allow Him to live in and through us in an ever greater fashion. If He, in His great love for us gives Himself completely to us, should not we strive for our own complete gift of self to Jesus? Obviously, our gift of self will never equal Christ's perfect gift of Himself to us, but we can always grow in our gift of self by permeating it with an ever greater love. The love of Christ's Eucharistic Heart, this Heart which for love of us was pierced with a soldier's lance as He hung in agony upon the cross, calls for this love of ours. Who can refuse Him? Who wants to refuse Him?

February 23, 1995
Feast of St. Polycarp

This rosary was prayed before Jesus in the Tabernacle in the Holy Spirit Chapel. Rita, Don and Marty were present.

Jesus appeared in great light during the rosary. He looked "red" and the light was flashing brightly.

Joyful Mysteries

The Annunciation

1.  R.  The angel Gabriel appeared to Mary and asked her to be the Mother of Jesus.

    Song:  The Angel Gabriel

2.  R.  Mary lived in the Father's Will.

3.  Mary said, ‘You see before you the Lord’s servant, let it happen to me as you have said.’ And the angel left her.   Luke 1: 38

4.  R.  God the Father so loved the world He sent His only Son into the world born of the Virgin Mary.

5.

The Word became flesh,
he lived among us,
and we saw his glory,
the glory that he has from the Father
as only Son of the Father,
full of grace and truth. John 1: 14

R. Who are we that God sends His Son into this world and that His Son, Jesus Christ, takes on a human nature? Jesus is our Mediator with the Father.

6.  R.  There is such intimacy between Jesus and His Mother. Jesus wants us to go through His Mother to become ever closer to Him.

7.  R.  Jesus loves His Mother so much. He gave to John His very Mother. He gave Mary to us to be our Spiritual Mother. She is the Mother of the Church. He wants us to go through Mary to be joined ever closer to Him.

8.  R.  Mary leads us from our infancy as our Spiritual Mother — if we let  her. On our spiritual journey God gives us a more profound knowledge and love of God and leads us in deeper union to Him. Mary is our Spiritual Mother. She nurtures us, cares for us and leads us to close union with the Father, Son and Holy Spirit with Mary His Mother?

9.  R.  Through the Holy Spirit, the child Jesus was born.

10.  R.  Jesus shows us how important the Virgin Mary is as a Mother to each one of us. Jesus chose a woman, Mary, as the means to come into this world.

And Jesus crowns her as Queen of Heaven and Earth. This is Jesus' Mother! It is through her we are led to closest intimacy with His Most Sacred Heart. Mary is the Mediatrix of all graces. Jesus loves His Mother and He wants us to seek out and love His Mother.

Song between decades: Ave, ave, ave Maria

The Visitation

1.  R.  See Mary as she travels to visit her cousin Elizabeth, the child Jesus within her womb. Jesus is God, in all His Majesty and Might, yet He comes to this earth within the womb of Mary. We do not see indication of Jesus' Majesty and Might as Mary carries the child Jesus in her womb. All we see is the Blessed Virgin. Jesus remains with us this day in the consecrated host. Jesus Christ, the Son of God, is truly present in the consecrated host.

2.  R.  Mary travels to her cousin Elizabeth's and when she arrives, the baby in Elizabeth's womb leaps for joy. John the Baptist, a voice crying in the desert,

So he said, ‘I am, as Isaiah prophesied:

A voice of one that cries in the desert:
Prepare a way for the Lord.
    Make his paths straight!’
John 1: 23

even before his birth proclaims such joy in the womb of his mother, Elizabeth.

Sing:  A Voice Cries out in the Wilderness

3.  R.  Elizabeth is filled with the Spirit and she cried out:

‘Of all women you are the most blessed, and blessed is the fruit of your womb. Why should I be honoured with a visit from the mother of my Lord? Luke 1: 42-43

R.  The servant usually goes to the Master. Jesus came to us in Mary's womb. Mary visited Elizabeth. Jesus comes to us today in the Eucharist. Jesus is God yet He comes to mere humans out of great love.

4.  R. Mary is filled with the Holy Spirit and cries out in a loud voice her Magnificat.

5.  Song:  My Soul Rejoices

6.

because he has looked upon
   the humiliation of his servant.
Yes, from now onwards
all generations will call me blessed,  Luke 1: 48

7.  for the Almighty has done great things for me. Holy is his name,  Luke 1: 49

8.  R.  We are blind! We do not see! We see only what is visible and before our eyes. We want to learn with the use of our eyes and our ears. We must reach further and further and pray to the Spirit to fill us with knowledge in our hearts. Jesus dwells in the Tabernacle. Jesus was inside His Mother's womb. Mary carried the child Jesus, we do not see the majesty and the might of the Almighty God who is truly present, within our midst and in the Tabernacle.

9.  Song:  O Holy Mary

R. Mary is the Mother of God! Do we realize what this means?

10.  R.  Mary, conceived without sin and with a pure and tender Heart, is our model. It is in following after Mary and modeling our behavior after her that we will become more like Jesus, the Son of God!

Song between decades:  Ave, ave ave Maria

The Birth of Jesus

1.  R.  God, with all His might and majesty chooses to come into this world in a little baby body. See a little baby!

2.  R.  God the Father so loved the world that He sent His only begotten Son into the world to be born. The Word was made flesh! Jesus Christ, a Divine Person with two natures: a human nature and a Divine nature, lived on this earth to show us the way. He was born from Mary's womb. He came, He humbled Himself.

3.  R.  Through His life, death and resurrection, Jesus has come to give us life, and to give us this life in abundance. Jesus loves us so much that He was born a baby in poverty in the town of Bethlehem. Jesus was born in a stable because there was not room for Him in the Inn.

4.  R.  The horn that beeps the loudest is not the mightiest! The person that is fixed in union with God has such might that he can move a mountain! God is mighty! He is all powerful! Yet Jesus was born in a little stable in the town of Bethlehem. Jesus was laid on bare wood. He comes without noise, without proclamation. But a star shines above Him, a star from the heavens, proclaiming that Jesus Christ is truly the Son of God!

5.  R.  Who are we that the Son of God remains with us this day in this room in the Eucharist, in His Divinity and humanity, no less present than the day He was born in a stable in Bethlehem. He is in this room at this very moment with the same love that He had that led Him to come, to give His life and to rise on the third day in order to give us new life.

6.  Song:  A Song from Jesus

7.  R.  Jesus came into this world a little baby so that we may have life eternal if we love and serve Him.

8.  R.  Jesus laid His head on bare wood and at His death, His head hung from a cross. Jesus showed us the way, the way to comply to the Father's will. As Mary always said:

Mary said, ‘You see before you the Lord’s servant, let it happen to me as you have said.’ And the angel left her.  Luke 1: 38

R.  Mary always did the Will of the Father! Jesus always did the will of the Father! It is in living in the Father's will that we will obtain happiness, joy and peace. If we try to follow our own will, opposed to God's will, we will not be at rest.

9.  R.  Surrender! Surrender! Surrender! All through the lives of Jesus and Mary, they surrendered to the will of the Father. Not just doing the Father's will, but as a child, living in the will of their Father!

10.  R.  It is through Jesus' birth that we are made brothers in Christ. God is our Father. We are one in Him!

Song between decades:  Ave, ave ave Maria

The Presentation

1.  R.  The child Jesus is taken up to the Temple by Mary and Joseph.

2.  R.  The old prophet, Simeon, was told by the Spirit that he would not die until he had seen the Messiah. He was led to the Temple by the Spirit.

3.  R.  Simeon held the child Jesus and he prophesied the sufferings of Jesus and Mary to come.

4.  R.  From that moment on, whenever Mary looked at her beloved child, she remembered the prophecy of Simeon and her Heart was in such sorrow.

5.  R.  It is through the pierced Heart of Jesus that the sacramental life of the Church was born.

6.  R.  Before Jesus ascended into Heaven, He gave to the Apostles the power to baptize. It is in Baptism that we are made children of God and heirs of Heaven, that we share in His life in a special way. Jesus outpours His grace. We are given so many gifts in Baptism!

7.  R.  As Jesus was presented in the Temple, it reminds us that in our own Baptism that we are reborn into His life, this sharing in His life, through Baptism.

8.  R.  Our human natures are raised to such heights through the sacrament of Baptism.

9.  R.  Help us always to live out our commitment to God we made when we were baptized.

10.  R. We are called through Baptism to go out and spread the Good News, the Gospel of Jesus Christ, to this world.

Song between decades:  Ave, ave ave Maria

The Finding of Jesus in the Temple

1.  R.  When Jesus was twelve years old He was taken up to the Temple for the feast of the Passover.

2.  R.  When the Passover was over, His parents left with the caravan and did not realize that they had left Jesus behind.

3.  R.  With their hearts filled with such sorrow, they returned to the Temple to search for the child Jesus.

4.  R.  Jesus told them that He was about His Father's business as He was teaching the doctors in the Temple. But then He went down and was subject to them. Are we about our Father's business? The Father has a unique and special plan for each one of us.

5.  R.  We are the Father's children. The relationship between us and the Father should be as His favored, precious children that He loves so much.

6.  R.  Jesus created us so special, so unique. For each one of us He has this unique plan. It is only in living in His will that we will have peace, love and joy. If we try to go against His will, we will not be happy.

7.  R.  The will of God is made known to us in the quiet of our hearts. When we are in communion with God, it is through the Spirit that He releases His gifts of Wisdom, Knowledge and Understanding to know more and more what the Father's plan is for each one of us. We can only know what God plans for us by listening and being obedient to Him.

8.  R.  And Jesus cried out from the Tabernacle to come to Him and abide ever so closely within His Most Sacred Heart. His Heart is beating and on fire. It is waiting and longing for our love. He wants each one of us to be in close union with Him.

9.  R.  Do we blush to be in love with someone? Jesus blushes for us here. He loves us so much. His Heart is burning with abundant love for each one of us. He bids us to come and be in closer union with His Most Sacred Heart.

10.  Song:  I Love You Jesus

Song after last decades:  Ave, ave ave Maria

This rosary was prayed before Jesus in the Tabernacle in the Holy Spirit Chapel. Rita, Don and Marty were present.

Jesus appeared in great light during the rosary. He looked "red" and the light was flashing brightly.

My Precious Savior

R.   My precious Savior, how I adore and worship You, You are worthy of all praise, you are the Son of God the Savior of the world.

Jesus:  I am Jesus, your heart is filled with fear. Harken to Me, you are not perfect, you are a sinner, you make mistakes, I do not love you less. Recognize all your sins, do not complain, do not exaggerate, what comes from your mouth is coming from within. Make your heart pure. Do not complain about your brother, live to spread My light to all, this is sainthood, when you talk to give   love. Your trials you hold in and discuss with Me. You complain endlessly throughout the day, when you could have spread My love, you are spreading darkness. My child, it is in seeing your faults honestly you will improve. Live to spread light to this world. Do not stretch or alter the truth in any way. Be absolutely pure. Your heart must be likened to Mine. You must pray for grace. Only a pure heart will do, I want you holy, holy as the saints. Model yourself after Mary your Mother and pray for grace to change more and more into My image. Pray to the Spirit to transform you in Mary's heart. The way to holiness is hard, you must totally surrender. Be more perfected as your heavenly Father is perfect.

I am Jesus and I write this to you. Pray to the Spirit to Sanctify you. You are all sinners, pray, pray, pray to be made ever pure. Do not belabor points of reference in your heads, that is satan, immediately focus on Me. It is useless to re-enact events that happened in your mind, focus on My cross. Realize that you are not perfect, you are learning how to be better Christians. I am teaching you, the Spirit will Sanctify you, you must pray to be holy as the saints, I want you so pure. Mary's heart is so pure, I am all good, I came to show you the way to Sanctity. Admit your faults, say you are sorry and pray for grace. I love you so much.

    Love, Jesus

February 24, 1995 - After Communion

Go To Confession

Jesus:  Only a pure heart can unite very closely with My Heart. Rid yourself of the slightest impurities. Tell all your sins to the priest. Say you are sorry, focus on your spiritual life. You must try to be perfect as your Heavenly Father is perfect. If you fall, you must ask for forgiveness and forgive yourself. Do not hide any of your faults, that is what keeps you from union with Me. Admit your sins and realize how the smallest sins offend Me. Always love. Always be aware of how the tiniest offense is wrong. Strive, My daughter, My son, strive to be perfect, as the saints. Any taint of sin blocks your union with Me. Tell the priest, talk your problems over with him. I give you much grace to open yourself up. Sin offends Me greatly. You must strive for perfection. You cannot complain and hate your brothers, you must love them even if you do not like what they do. Pray for grace to be more like your Heavenly Father. Model yourself after Mary your Mother. Pray to the Spirit to sanctify you and transform you more and more into My image. I want you Holy, Holy as Saints. You will be drawn closer to My Heart in Holiness.

Words from Your Mouth

Jesus:  What comes from a man's mouth is what is in their heart. A heart of love speaks loving things. A heart of hatred speaks words of hate.

Purify your heart. Be My mouth piece to spread My love throughout this world.

I am the Good Shepherd, I know Mine and they FOLLOW ME. FOLLOW MY WAYS, My ways are kind and gentle in heart.

How are the words that come from your lips? How are your facial expressions? Are you projecting My love into this world. A pure heart projects love to the world. Oh My dear ones, be pure, pure in your heart.

They who slander and holler ugly words at you have hearts that are cold and dark. What comes through a man's mouth is what is inside of them.

If they persecute you, and holler ugly remarks at you remember it is from their heart that they speak. Pray for those who are ugly in their speech. As you are in your speech and actions, you are in your hearts.

If your brother attacks you with speech and actions. If he shakes his fists at you and blows his horn, it is his heart that is troubled. People shaking their fists can be very full of anger and hatred, they need your prayers. You are not responsible for their actions. Their anger comes from within. How are you? How are the words from your lips? How is the expression on your face? Come to the pure heart of My Mother, ask her to lead  you ever closer to My Most Sacred Heart. Pray to the Spirit to sanctify you, to make you holy to transform you more into My image which leads to greater union with the Father. Oh sweet ones, God is forever with you to sanctify you and lead you ever closer. I love you so dearly, I wait your union. I want a deeper and deeper relationship with you. You are My beloved ones. How I love you. My Heart is on fire and waiting for you.

Song:  My heart is open and on fire just for you!

February 24, 1995 - Friday 12:00 p.m. prayed rosary in Holy Spirit Chapel

His Blood

R.  Between 12 and 3 prayed rosary in little Chapel, at the scourging of the pillar, saw a red haze and saw HIS BLOOD so red, HIS HEART the FIRE OF HIS LOVE IS BLOOD RED.

Picture kept getting dark — this has been happening, it was mixed with light, but was dark a lot.

Sorrowful Mysteries

The Agony in the Garden

1.  R.  Jesus asks us to meditate on these Sorrowful Mysteries in order to help us to understand the immensity of His great love He has for each one of us.

2.  R.  Jesus was alone in the Garden. He saw before Him all the sufferings He was about to undergo. Put yourself in the Garden with Jesus, in the darkened night. Hear the sounds of the night. Look at Jesus as He kneels and as He suffers the great anguish to His Most Precious Heart.

3.  R.  Jesus saw before Him the bloody massacre He was about to undergo

4.  R.  Jesus called out to His Father that if it would be possible to remove this cup, but not My Will but Thine be done. Jesus always complied to the Will of the Father. He showed us all through His life how He obeyed the Father's Will, how Mary, His Mother, obeyed the Father's Will. It is in living in the Father's Will that we will be the happiest. The Father has a  plan for each one of us and it is in accordance to His Will that we will live as He planned when He created us.

5.  R.  Out of greatest love for us, God gave us a free will. It is up to us to follow the way of Jesus or to go our own way.

6.  R.  The Father sent His only begotten Son into the world so that we would be saved. Jesus, in compliance to the Father's Will for greatest love of us, now knelt in the Garden and sees before Him all the souls from all time that would neglect Him and treat Him so indifferently.

7.  R.  The great gift to us is the gift that Jesus remains with us this day in His Divinity and humanity. He remains with us on this earth no less present than the day He knelt in the Garden, in the Eucharist. His Heart is burning and on fire and waiting for us to come and be with Him.

8.  R.  Jesus saw before Him the endless hours that He would remain in the Tabernacle waiting for the precious souls that He loves. And how few would come! He says loudly and clearly: Can you not watch one hour with Me?

9.  R.  Jesus gives us twenty-four hours a day. The first commandment says: I am the Lord Thy God. Thou shall not have any gods before Me.

10.  R.  Jesus waits for us to come and to be with Him. He waits for us to come and to receive Him in the Eucharist. He gives us Himself. He calls out to us: You do not know how dearly I love you, My precious souls. I call out to you to draw yourselves in closer union with Me. I am a burning furnace, on fire for love of you, My beloved souls!

Jesus is Scourged at the Pillar

1.  R.  (Jesus has a red haze over His picture.) He says that His blood is red and so is His Heart. His Heart is on fire with love of each one of us.

2.  R.  We do not know how favored we truly are, how we are being chosen. We are being called to the Holy Spirit Center to learn more about Jesus' most vibrant love He has for us so that we will go into this world that is hurting and in pain to spread this love to our brothers. We are the chosen ones. Jesus and Mary have called us here this night to be a part of the Father's plan to spread the love of the Sacred Heart and the Immaculate Heart of Mary throughout this world.

3. R.  And His blood was bright red! They beat Him! They hit Him! They scourged Him! He truly went through this persecution for greatest love of us. He shed His blood so that we can be with God someday forever in Heaven.

4.  R.  We are reborn into new life in the Sacrament of Baptism. We are so favored that we are given a sharing in His life. He gives us His divine love. The soul craves this love and nothing on this earth will satisfy this craving; this yearning of the soul for Divine love. The Father created us this way. The Father loves us so much and He wants to outpour His love to us.

5.  R.  Jesus stood at the pillar and they mercilessly scourged Him. They tore His flesh and He stood in a puddle of His own blood, the blood that He shed because He loves us so much.

6.  R.  Jesus calls out to you this day to purify your heart. He wants to be ever closer to you. But Love unites with Love. If our  hearts are full of  debris, of hatred or anger, of not liking our brothers, we can not unite closely with Jesus. A heart that is filled with love will unite so closely with the most tender Heart of the Sacred Heart of Jesus.

7.  R.  They whipped Jesus! They scourged Him! Jesus was silent! Jesus loved those who persecuted Him. He comes to show us the way. His way is love.

Jesus:  Love! Love! Love, My children! I send you into the world as My soldiers to spread My love to a world that is in pain. I will touch this world through you, through your heart. If you open up your heart, if  you pray to the Spirit, I will send you into the world and I will minister to My beloved ones through you.

8. R.  Purity of heart! He calls us to have a pure heart. The more we model ourselves after the Virgin Mary, the more we pray to the Spirit to transform us into the image of Jesus, the more our hearts will become pure, the more we will love our brothers. Love unites with Love. He is Love. To love God, we must love!

9.  R.  Hear Him scourged at the pillar! Hear the blows that they gave to Jesus! These are the blows that Jesus received for greatest love of us. He received these blows because He loved our brothers. Each and every soul was created by God, our Father, out of His great love. Each and every soul Jesus loved to the extent that He allowed Himself to be scourged at the pillar.

10.  R.  We are called to this Center to go into this world and to be soldiers of love. It takes God to help us to be more like Jesus. It takes prayers to the Spirit to ask Him to sanctify us, to be holy that we can be transformed into the image of Jesus. It takes God to help us to be holy. We must pray to the Spirit. The more we are transformed into the image of Jesus, the more we are led to the love of the Father.

Song between decades:  A Song From Jesus

Jesus is Crowned with a Crown of Thorns

1.  R.  Father forgive them for they know not what they do! We are blind! We do not see how we are unloving to one another. Pray to the Spirit more and more to be led closer into the image of Jesus.

2.  R.  Jesus sat and they pounded into His Head a sharp crown of piercing thorns. The bright red blood ran from His thorns down His face and into His ears and eyes. His vision was clouded. How our vision is clouded. So many times we want such clarity with what we see. Look beyond the consecrated host. We do not see the Divine Lord that is truly present in this host. Spirit lead us. Dear Spirit, open up our eyes to where we are blind that we may see the great gifts that we have been given: Divine Love.

3.  R.  His body was an open wound from the scourging and they put on His open wounds a dirty purple robe. He sat on a so called throne! They gave Him a scepter to hold and then they mocked Him as King of the Jews! They spit on Him! They called Him names! Jesus Christ, the Son of God, sat and took all that they gave Him!

4.  Song:  Crown Him with Many Crowns

5.  R.  Jesus is the King of Kings! He is persecuted! He is beaten! He is bloodied! He sits in silence and loves those who persecute Him!

6.  R.  Jesus suffered such abuse, such beatings. He came to show us the way. His way is love, always love. All that they did to Him and His response was always love. Dear Jesus, help us to be more like You, to be Your bearers of love in this world. Holy Spirit, transform us and sanctify us into the image of Jesus Christ, the Son of God!

7.  R.  We are weak! We do not even see how we offend God and how we hurt one another. Dear Spirit, open our eyes so that we may see and that we may be transformed into the image of Jesus.

8.  R.  They beat Jesus on His head and blood ran from His mouth from the blows they gave to His head. What comes out of our mouth is what is in our hearts. If our hearts are hard and angry, what comes out of our mouth are hard and angry words. His way was always love. Our face shows what is in our hearts!

9.  R.  Mary's face is so beautiful because her Heart is pure and filled with love.

10. Song:  Only this I want.

Jesus Carries His Cross Up Calvary

1.  R.  They poked at Jesus! They treated Him so cruelly! He stood with His hands tied in front of Him! They were angry, their hearts full of hatred. Jesus stood with a look of perfect peace on His face and they condemned Him to death!

2.  R.  They gave to Jesus a heavy cross and they put it on His shoulder. The pains that Jesus suffered to His shoulder to carry the cross. He could scarcely move the cross was so heavy. They poked at Him and they pushed on Him! His shoulder hurt so badly that it felt as if it would break!

3.  R.  Jesus did not give up His cross. He fell under His cross because it was so heavy.

4.  R.  It is through His death that we rise in Him. It is through the suffering and the little crosses that He gives to us each day that we, too, receive new life — life in Him!

5.  R.  Jesus watches us as we struggle and as we suffer. Everything that happens, He allows. In the suffering, He wants to lead us to new life. He watches us as we struggle and He does not take us out of our suffering. Many times He allows us to suffer. But He is so close because He knows that it is this very suffering that will lead us closer to Him.

6.  R.  Mary walked forever by His side. She was so weakened. Her Heart was torn in her chest to watch the sufferings that Jesus underwent.

7.  R.  Mary walks by our side in all of our struggles. She is forever there! Our Mother, truly by our side! As she walked by Jesus in all of His sufferings, she does not leave our side. She is there! She loves us as she loved Jesus. She cares for us with the most maternal Heart.

8.  R.  Their eyes peered into one another's on Calvary. The great love that Mary had for Jesus. She saw Him streaming with blood and with the cross on His back. As Her eyes peered into His and His eyes peered into His loving Mother's, He saw her face, reddened and covered with tears in such suffering. In the meeting of these two eyes is the meaning of the intimacy of these two Hearts. So joined are the Hearts of Jesus and Mary! Jesus wants us to come through Mary's most pure and tender Heart to be led ever closer to Him. He loves His Mother. It is through Her Heart that we are led to the deepest intimacies of Jesus' burning Heart.

9.  R.  Jesus was persecuted! He was whipped! Now He carried the heavy cross on His back. Think of the shoulder of Jesus and how it ached to carry this cross. Think of the wounds that He had on His whole body and how they hurt. Think of how His head pounded from the crown of thorns. But His greatest agonies were not the agonies that He experienced to His physical body, but the agonies that He experienced to His Most Sacred Heart for He loves each soul with such deep love. How many souls treat Him coldly and neglect Him? He waits and waits for the souls that He loves to come and be with Him, to spend time with Him in front of the tabernacle, time alone with Him wherever they are. Each day He wants time alone with each soul that He loves!

10.  Jesus:  Do you not have one hour to spend with Me? I call you as soldiers to go out to this world and to spread the love of My Most Sacred Heart in the highways and the byways, to listen to My pleading. I call you to go out. But it is not through your own might that you will spread this love to the world, it is through the might of the Almighty God. You must come and become ever closer to My Sacred Heart. You must pray for union with Me. It is only in this union that you will be able to do the job that the Father has called you to do. It is the might of the Almighty God that will be with you in the world, that will transform you from fear to fearlessness to do the task that I call you to this evening to spread My love to the world that is in so much pain.

Song between decades:  A Song From Jesus

Jesus is Crucified and Dies on the Cross

1.  R.  See Mary as she cares for the hands and feet of the child Jesus and see her now as she sees these most precious hands and feet of her Son nailed all the way through to the cross!

2.  R.  How do you think these hands and feet bled when they were nailed clear through with big nails?

3.  Jesus:  It is in meditating on My Passion that you will know My immense love for you.

4.  R.  Mary stood under the cross against the darkened sky and watched her beloved Son as He hung for three agonizing hours. Three hours! He was thirty-three years old! Jesus hung to His death for three hours!

5.  R.  Jesus is the New Adam. Mary is the New Eve. They have come so that we may have life and have it to the full!

6.  R.  There appeared in the sky a woman clothed as the sun and the moon was under her feet and there were twelve stars about her head.

7.  R.  Mary stood under the cross, held up by her beloved John. She watched her Son as He hung to His death!

8.  R.  Jesus gave His flesh and His blood because He loves us so much. He gives Himself to us this day in the Eucharist. He gives Himself to us in such union! When we receive the consecrated host we are truly receiving the same Jesus Christ that hung on the cross, the same Jesus that walked on Calvary, the same Jesus that was born of Mary. When you look at the consecrated host, you are looking at God! Do we cry to realize that the priest has the power to change the bread and wine into the body and blood of Jesus Christ? When you look at the consecrated host, think of Jesus hanging on the cross. He is no less present in the consecrated host than He was the day He hung on the cross. He is there in His Divinity and humanity and He gives Himself to us in communion. Gives Himself! Greater than any union that we can have with any other human person, God gives Himself to us!

9.  R.  Dear Holy Spirit, give us Your gifts: Wisdom, Knowledge and Understanding, that we may see more clearly those things of God. So that we can realize the great gifts given to us in Baptism, so that we can live deeper in You, filled with Your grace.

10.  R.  Create in us a thirst, a love, a great desire for the Eucharistic Heart of Jesus Christ! Create in us this desire that we can not wait to receive Him in communion and to come and be with Him in front of the Tabernacle. It is there that He outpours His abundant grace for He is truly present in His Divinity and humanity. Grace is outpoured in the Eucharist. His grace is a sharing in His life. Give us Your grace.

Song after last decade:  A Song From Jesus

This rosary was prayed before the statue of Our Mother of Sorrows just prior to the Friday evening prayer service at the Holy Spirit Center. Rita, Cathy, Joe and Marty were present along with dozens of other apostles. Rita stated that Mary appeared in brilliant light. Rita saw a red haze around the picture of Jesus.

A Court of Angels and Saints

Jesus:  My heart is on fire and waiting just for you. How these morning hours please Me. Rita you must surrender and do all I ask you.

My plan will unfold, I love you so much. Just do as you are told.

Surrender, Surrender, Surrender to the God who loves you so much.

It is in this surrender you will watch miracles happen. Do not worry for details or events, keep your eyes forever on the crucifix. A crown of thorns I impart to you, a garden of roses is your bed. The thorns are prickly and pick your skin, the roses are soft and cushion your place. You will have roses and thorns. Every day keep your heart set on My crucifix, keep your soul set on the new life. I give you new life. Through the crucifix you will be brought to intense, burning union with Me. I love you, it is through My love for you I allow you to suffer so much. Do not give into yourself. It is in suffering you are made holy. My Holy child, My Saint Rita, I bring her to you as your constant companion. She will intercede for you in the courts of heaven. Ever will you make her your trusted friend.

Oh My loved one, so many dear friends you have in heaven, pulling for your cause to spread devotion to the two Hearts. You are not alone. My child Claude is forever with you and Margaret Mary, Padre Pio, Theresa, St. Dominic and so many others. What you see is what you get. A court of angels and saints to plead your cause, to help you spread this devotion to My Sacred Heart. Pray to St. Rita, she will accompany you on your way. You saw the parade of saints in the grotto. They are parading around the Center in the empty halls, you will have many miracles there through Me. Margaret Mary you saw on the altar. The Center is so blessed, this is My Mother's House. Many miracles will happen there. I have turned it into a monument of healing, It is a place for healing. The Spirit will come especially upon all who go there and make them whole. I am Jesus and I have spoken to you My beloved servants, chosen by My own hands to accomplish great things through Me. Healing will abound and you will be made pure hearts to know the might of the Almighty God. I am Jesus on fire for love of you, My beloved ones at the Center.

Mary's House

R.  This is Mary's House, I was told by Jesus to come to the Center in June, 1994 and begin praying the rosary, with my children in front of Mary and miracles would happen.

I came July 4 and prayed in the front of the chapel with the children. On July 5 we prayed in front of the sorrowful mother in the rear of the Church because someone was in the front of the Church.

I think Fr. Carter showed up on the 9th, I think it was a Saturday.

This is the rosary chapel, named because of Mary's rosary.

When the children and I first came to the center, we were drawn to the sorrowful mother Statue in the hall. We took pictures of it and would drive up to see it through the window. I was so moved by it and overcome with sorrow when we first saw it and the children and I smelled roses.

Unity

Song:  One Bread, One Body

R.  We unite so when we receive the body of Christ together. The more we grow in union with Christ, the more we become one in Him. If each person is in union with Him and He is one in us, we are so united with each other because we are one in Him.

Do we want unity in the Church, Unity in the Center, Unity is found being strongly united in the body of Christ. Great union with Him is found after we receive communion. If the people in the Church receive communion frequently, we become forever united so closely in the Eucharist. It is through His body and blood we unite with Him so closely. When groups are joined in adoration, prayer groups before the tabernacle they are joined so closely to the Eucharistic Heart of Jesus.

Unity will be achieved when we realize that to unite the closest we must ever grow in our union with Him. To be one in Him is to be one with each other. How can I be one in Him and not one with you, if He is one in me and you are one in Him, we are one with each other in His body.

Who are we that He gives us such abundant graces through the Eucharist? Who are we that He remains with us in His Divinity and humanity? He wants us to be one in the body of Christ.

For our Church to unite, for this Center to unite we must pray for union with Him. We must realize more the immense power of Masses, Masses at the Center where all go to Communion, we all become so close to Him in Communion, we are so close to each other in communion because we are one in Him.

Sing:  One Bread, One Body

R.    All praying together before the tabernacle, praying before the exposed Eucharist, we recognize, the Son of God truly present and we adore Him.

We are one body in Christ, we are one in Him, we are one with each other when all are so closely united to the Eucharist.

THIS IS HIS BODY. Present in His Divinity and humanity. This is God!!

We must unite in Masses, praying before the Eucharist, in Adoration — this is His body.

It is those actions, sometimes in silence that show the greatest love, not loud and boastful, sweet and loving.

Jesus Has Been Talking to Me

R.  Jesus has been talking to me all day.

Minute by minute He loves us. Think of Him saying every second, I love you. If we are hearing Him saying every second how He loves us, we cannot be angry. He keeps saying, I love you, if we are filled with His love, we cannot be anything but loving to our brother.

Jesus makes up for the thorns, His love, always with us makes us so happy.

February 26, 1995

Here Me Say Minute by Minute

Jesus:  Hear Me say minute by minute, second by second how I love you.

R.  If we hear Him say to us how He loves us how can we be angry.

Jesus:  When you are filled with My love, when you know My love, you will love your brothers.

To know Me is to love others.

Oh My sweet ones, knowing My intense love is the key to peace and joy.

R.  Jesus makes up for the thorns, His love makes us happy.

Sing:  I love you this day.

R.  People are creatures. They do unloving things. Look into everyone's eyes.

The eyes are the windows of the souls.

Glorious Mysteries

The Resurrection

1.  R.  Jesus was locked in the tomb for three days and on the third day, He rose from the dead. Death has no power over Jesus!

2.  R.  Jesus rose to bring us new life. We are partakers in His Divine life. If we have been baptized and remain in the state of grace, He remains within us with this vibrant life. Jesus says: I am alive! I am alive! I am alive!

3. R.  Think of every moment of every day, how you go through your day. Silently, Jesus is with us.

Jesus:  I love you, I love you, I love you, My dear one! All through your day stop for the little moments when you are plagued with doubt, stop and hear My gentle, loving voice say oh so softly: Oh, how I love you!

4.  R.  Who are we that God the Father sent His only begotten Son into this world? Who are we that we can be partakers in His life?

5.  R.  From the pierced Heart of Jesus on the cross flowed blood and water. The sacramental life of the Church was born. Water for baptism. Blood for the Eucharist.

6.  Song:  A Song From Jesus

7.  R.  The Father created each one of us uniquely special. There is not another person like us. He has a plan for each one of us. He wants us to live according to this plan. It is in living according to this plan, we will be the happiest. God allows us to share in His life through baptism. Our human nature is elevated.

8.  R.  Jesus is the mediator. Jesus became a small baby, born of the Virgin Mary. God, became a little baby out of greatest love for us!

9.  R.  Jesus gave to the apostles the power to baptize and to forgive sins.

10.  Song:  New Life

R.  In baptism we are made children of God and heirs of Heaven.

Song between decades:  Come Holy Spirit

The Ascension

1.  R.  These are truly the Glorious Mysteries! Jesus' lifeless body was locked in the tomb and He rose from the dead. Jesus ascended into Heaven. Think of this!

2.  Then he took them out as far as the outskirts of Bethany, and raising his hands he blessed them.  Luke 24:50

Peace I bequeath to you, my own peace I give you, a peace which the world cannot give, this is my gift to you.   John 14: 27

3.  R.  Jesus ascends into Heaven and a cloud took Him out of sight.

4.  R.  The apostles walked with Jesus! They lived with Jesus! How well they knew Jesus, yet they were overcome with fear!

5. R.  Jesus promised them before He left:

"John baptised with water but, not many days from now, you are going to be baptised with the Holy Spirit.’" Acts 1: 5

6. R.  Jesus is with us this day. He remains with us in His Divinity and humanity in the Eucharist. Jesus feeds the life that we received through Baptism with His very own Body and Blood.

7.  R.  Jesus feeds us with His Word!

8.  R.  When we are baptized and remain in the state of grace, the Trinity: Father, Son and Holy Spirit, dwell within our hearts in such a special way. Do we realize God is in us when we are baptized and remain in the state of grace? We are never alone! Within this interior life that we have is the small, quiet voice of Jesus telling us all throughout the day, minute by minute, second by second, that His Heart beats on fire for each one of us. He whispers in our heart, if we quiet ourselves to listen, He whispers ever so gently: "My beloved ones, Oh how I love you"!

9.  R.  Never are we alone! Jesus is such an ardent lover. He remains with us. As we breathe, as our heart beats, He is attentive to us!

10.  R.  Jesus wants to be one with us. Jesus wants us to forever be about our union with Him, to be so close to Him, to be conscious as we breathe of His presence at every moment. For He is truly there and He is softly saying: "I love you, My beloved one."

Song between decades:  Come Holy Spirit

The Descent of the Holy Spirit

1.  R.  The apostles were filled with fear and had locked themselves in the upper room with the Blessed Virgin Mary. There came a gigantic-like wind and over their heads appeared parted tongues of fire.

2.  R.  And they were filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak in foreign tongues as the Spirit prompted them.

3.  R.  They were transformed from fear to fearlessness. They went out to the world to preach the Gospel and all understood.

4.  R.  They were no longer afraid! Holy Spirit, transform us from fear to fearlessness so that we have the courage to go out into this world and spread the Gospel, to spread the Good News of the love of the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus and the love of the Immaculate Heart of Mary.

5.  R.  Jesus calls us to holiness. The Holy Spirit sanctifies our souls. Dear Holy Spirit, please come to us. Transform us more and more into the image of Jesus. We are weak. We need You to help us to be more and more like Jesus.

6.  R.  What comes from the heart of men is what is projected into this world. If our hearts are filled with the love of God, what comes from our mouth, what is seen from our face, is love. Mary's face is so beautiful because Her Heart is pure and full of love. Look into one another's eyes. The eyes are the windows of the soul. The love of a heart fixed on Jesus shines into this world.

7.  R.  A heart that is full of hatred and anger, projects angry words on this world, angry and hard faces. Dear Holy Spirit, work ever more in our hearts because it is only through You that we can become like Jesus. We need You to help sanctify us and make us holy. We can not do this on our own.

8.  R.  Where we are blind, help us to see our faults and admit our faults but to continue to spread the light and love of God into this world, to not hide little faults which keep us from our union with God.

9.  R.  You call us to holiness. You call us to a pure heart. It is only through Your grace we can be transformed. We ask You to shower us with Your abundant grace.

10.  R.  Oh Divine God! Give us Your life! Abundant Life!

Song:  I Love You Jesus

R.  Help us to be saturated more and more with Your grace.

Galatians 2: 19-20

I have been crucified with Christ and yet I am alive; yet it is no longer I, but Christ living in me. The life that I am now living, subject to the limitation of human nature, I am living in faith, faith in the Son of God who loved me and gave himself for me.

Song between decades:  Come Holy Spirit

The Assumption of Mary Into Heaven

1.  R.  Mary remained on the earth many years after Jesus' death. Now she is taken up into Heaven, body and soul!

2.  R.  Think of the time when you were closely united with Jesus. Think of when you felt the closest after you received Him in the Eucharist. Mary is so one with Jesus. Mary is sinless, pure. Someday we will be in Heaven forever and ever and ever if we love and serve God. The union that we have with the Father, Son and Holy Spirit will be so intense, much more than the union that we have experienced here on earth.

3.  R.  Jesus gave to us His very own Mother to be our Spiritual Mother, to lead us as we go through our journey from birth to death, to lead us and guide us on our way from babies in the spiritual life to a more advanced spiritual life. Mary is truly our Mother and she is here with us this day to guide us, to form us, to help us to be more and more like the image of Jesus, her beloved Son.

4.  R.  How man is in his heart is  how he projects to this world. How are we in our heart? If there is any anger or hatred with our brother, we can not unite at a deep level with Jesus, Who is Love. Jesus wants to outpour to us His grace. He wants intense union, but we must pray to the Holy Spirit to sanctify us, to help us rid ourselves of the debris in our hearts that take us away from being like Jesus.

5.  Song:  A Song From Jesus

R.  How His Heart burns, burns for love of us. "Burns" is such a flimsy word to describe the unbounded, unending love that God has for us!

6.  R.  As Mary took care of Jesus all through His life and walked with Him on Calvary, she walks with us through all of our sufferings and trials. Our Beloved Mother is at our side to help us grow more like her Son, Jesus.

7.  R.  Jesus is alive. The Church is His bride. Mary is the Mother of the Church.

8.  R.  Jesus and Mary are so present to us here in this, her House. We are chosen! We are called here! We are His apostles to spread the love of His Sacred Heart to this world. We are truly chosen! We are favored to be here for They are with us. We know how every time we come here we experience this immense presence. Mary went up into Heaven but she is present with us this day!

9.  R.  Heaven is our true home.

10.  R.  Jesus, help us to love Your Beloved Mother more and more, to model ourselves after her, she, who has such a pure and tender Heart, to be closely united to her, to feel her presence, to feel her maternal touch, to feel her as she holds us and presses us so tenderly to her Heart. Our Beloved Mother holds each one of us as a little child close to her breast!

Song between decades:  Come Holy Spirit

The Coronation of Mary as Queen of Heaven and Earth

1.  Now a great sign appeared in heaven: a woman, robed with the sun, standing on the moon, and on her head a crown of twelve stars.   Revelation 12: 1

2.

And Mary said:
My soul proclaims
the greatness of the Lord
and my spirit rejoices
in God my Saviour;   Luke 1: 46-47

3.  R.   Mary, our Mother, is Queen of Heaven and Earth. She is so close and loving us. We should feel comforted by this most strong, maternal love that she has for each one of us.

4.  Mary:  My dear chosen ones, how I hold you so closely to my breast. How I protect you from this world that is hurting. How I am forever with you and never leave your side. Come to me! Speak to me! I am your Beloved Mother! I love you with such a tender Heart! I will never leave you! I will always be with you, watching out for you and protecting you and leading you ever closer to the Most Sacred Heart of my Beloved Son.

5. R.  Who are we that we are so favored to be so close to Jesus and Mary, to know the presence of the Father and the Holy Spirit, to go to Mass every day and partake in the event of the Mass, to receive God within our breast! He gives Himself to us! We are truly chosen and given such great gifts in this Center! We are chosen and called to go out into this world and to spread the love of God in our hearts to the world that is hurting. We are being called by Jesus and Mary every day. They want us to go out and to do this, to pray for the fearlessness that only the Spirit can impart to us, to do what the Father's will is for us. For He has a special plan for us. He has given us such great gifts. We are part of this gigantic plan to spread the love of the Sacred Heart of Jesus and the Immaculate Heart of Mary to this world.

6.  Mary:  And the world will hate you, My children. The world is cold and in darkness. They have lost their focus of God. Many have become godless. I call out to you, my beloved children, to come ever closer to me and let me lead you to close union with the Father, Son and Holy Spirit. Jesus, my Beloved Son, is ever with you, outpouring His love to you. If you realize the love of Jesus, you can not help but love others.  You must focus more and more on the intensity of the love that He has for you for it is in realizing this intense love that you will spread this love to others.

7.  Mary:  Little children! Little children! You do not think that I speak to you! But I call you every day. You do not quiet your hearts and listen to my plaintive cry. Take my words seriously. I am sending you into this world to spread the love of my Son into this world. I beg  you! I beg you to pray, pray for fearlessness so that you will not be caught up in the pressures of this world that try to keep you from the work that I am asking you to accomplish.

8.  Song:  Hail Holy Queen

9.  Song:  Eye Has Not Seen

10.  R.  Mary, lead us closer and closer to your Heart for it is through your Heart that we will be ever closer to the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus. It is through your Heart that the Holy Spirit can transform us more and more into this image of Jesus. It is through this transformation that we will be led closer to the Father. We ask you, Mary, to draw our hearts closer to your Heart, for you are the key to help us have a deeper, deeper union with the Father, Son and Holy Spirit. This is our plaintive cry to you, Mary, to lead us ever closer to you so we may be led ever closer to the one Triune God.

This rosary was prayed before the statue of Our Mother of Sorrows at the Holy Spirit Center following the Healing Service. Besides, Rita, Cathy, Joe and Marty, many people were in attendance.

Obedience and God's Will

Jesus:  Doing a good thing is not necessarily My Father's will. I demand obedience, it may seem incidental, but if you know it is My will you should do My will. You are not happy if  you are not following God's will. To My death on the cross I did always the Father's will, I call you today to obedience. We are asking you to pray the rosary at the Center.

I am with you in all you do. I am so close to you. I am Jesus, the Son of God. Ask Me your questions, I will answer you and tell you all you need.

R.  And He answered their needs and they knew God's power.

All that matters is I do His will. If I do anything that deviates from this, I do not feel good.

Jesus:  I want you to pray the rosary at the Center at 6:30.

Doing My Father's will is the most important in suffering.

You must do My Father's will, your children need to go to Mass, you need to pray the rosary at the Center 6:30, you need to pray the rosary there with your children and you need to pray the rosary every day. Read My messages of love with your children. Your child has not read a Blue Book message for a long time. He needs to read these messages. Your children come first.

You Will March with Peace and Joy

Jesus:  My God My God Oh why have you forsaken Me.

My child, you must be strong. Satan will forever tell  you you are weary and tired. I call you to obedience. What are you doing with your life? Are you living it for Me? If you are focused on your treasures here below you are missing the greatest gifts on this earth. I am here truly present in the Eucharist with My great love waiting for you, longing for you ready to hold you up at any moment.

Let go, feel a release of that which is making you tired. I want to live in you — dwell deeply in your heart. I give a special sharing in My life through baptism. I am your God, I do not want false gods before Me. I call you to obedience, I call you to surrender, I call you to love LOVE of God, LOVE of one another, if you do not love each other you will not have peace.

You are my chosen ones. I send you into this world girded for battle — send you as warriors into wolves.

They will bite at your heels and prick your skin and you, through My might will march with peace and joy. I am your God, forever with you, oh children, you do not know how much I love you. As you breathe, as your heart beats, I am forever with you calling out, I love you, I love you, I love you.

Knowing God Helps You to Heal

R.  Unity is found in being together in the Mass.
Unity is found in praying before the Blessed Sacrament
      Unity is found in praying.

Unity is found in eating together, Jesus always ate with the Apostles.

Socializing — gatherings — marriages — big events

      The Trinity is one.

Matthew 11: 25

At that time Jesus exclaimed, ‘I bless you, Father, Lord of heaven and earth, for hiding these things from the learned and the clever and revealing them to little children.

Jesus:  Many persons in alcoholic homes have had problems because they have been forced to live in isolation to hide this disease.

It can hurt your socialization process with others when you do not communicate well. When you cannot relate very well with others. Growing in your love union with Me will help you heal. I am the teacher — I teach you to communicate. Perfect communication is found in the Trinity.

R.  Unity is found in being together at Mass. Unity is found in praying before the Blessed Sacrament. Unity in praying together. Mary said the family that prays together stays together.

There can be intense unity when praying before the Blessed Sacrament. The Trinity is one. There are 3 Persons in one God. In the Church we are the body of Christ. We are many members of one body. Christ is the head we are the members. We are one in Him. The Trinity is one. The Trinity is love. To unite we must love. You cannot experience love (true love) and hate at the same time. We love even though there are differences.

Matthew 11: 25

At that time Jesus exclaimed, ‘I bless you, Father, Lord of heaven and earth, for hiding these things from the learned and the clever and revealing them to little children.

Jesus ate many times, He is seen as feeding and at gatherings. When we gather together and eat, we unite with one another. Eating together creates unity. Satan tries to destroy the family meal. He does this to keep people away from intimate contact. Praying together, eating together, communicating with one another helps to unite family, friends and communities.

In our every breath realize that God is with us. Living in the Father's will is living always as a little child striving to please our Father. We want to live as He wills us to, He knows best.

Jesus is forever with us saying in a small soft voice, Oh How I love you. He never leaves us for one moment. He is hyper-vigilant and ever attentive to our every need.

If we are baptized and in the state of grace the Trinity dwells in us in such a special way. We become one, more and more, the more we unite to the Trinity. Who are we that God is so good to us, that He lives in us that He is here every second we breathe. We are never alone. In this interior life we know the presence of the one true God. God dwells in us and we become more one with Him and everyone in love.

God fills us. He lives and dwells within us because of baptism when we remain in the state of grace.

The more we become one in Him through baptism and the sacraments, the more we love one another. God lives in the graced soul in a very special way. How can I be one in Him and not be united loving my brother? The Church is the body of Christ. The Church is to be united deeply.

Song:  One Bread, One Body

Jesus is shown at gatherings, eating, unity, unity with Jesus. At Mass we are so united — God gives us Himself in communion. We are one body in the Church.

The Mass unites us so strongly. The Church is one, as we attend the Mass, we are united with the Church in such a deep way. As we receive the consecrated host, we become more one in Him.

Jesus told me to go to Mass with my children everyday — what unity. He told us to pray and play together. Intimacy, with the members of the family — we unite in Him. Very great union is felt in adoration of a family before the tabernacle or exposed Eucharist. Sit next to one another in Church and pray together to achieve this unity.

Stop and pray the Angelus, the Divine Mercy a few moments in prayer to unite in Him.

    Song:  Now We Remain

February 28, 1995

ONENESS

Jesus:  Hear the sweet soft voice within say, "I love  you", "I love you", "I love you".

R.  We are dependent on God for our every breath. He can at any moment give us a disease and we can be stopped. We can have an accident and be stopped.

He is in control. The first commandment commands

I, the Lord, am your God. You shall not have other gods besides me.

He commands us to two things, love of God and love of neighbor.

We are to be one in Him. He wants us to unite and to love one another. The most perfect unity is seen in the Trinity. The Persons of the Trinity communicate with the other Persons in the Trinity in greatest love.

Excerpt from Response to God's Love, by Father Edward Carter, S.J.

...In reference to Christianity, God himself is the ultimate mystery. Radically, God is completely other and transcendent, hidden from man in his inner life, unless he chooses to reveal himself. Let us briefly look at this inner life of God.

The Father, in a perfect act of self-expression, in a perfect act of knowing, generates his son. The Son, the Word, is, then, the immanent expression of God's fullness, the reflection of the Father. Likewise, from all eternity, the Father and the Son bring forth the Holy Spirit in a perfect act of loving.

At the destined moment in human history, God's self-expression, the Word, immersed himself into man's world. God's inner self-expression now had also become God's outer self-expression. Consequently, the mystery of God becomes the mystery of Christ. In Christ, God tells us about himself, about his inner life, about his plan of creation and redemption. He tells us how Father, Son, and Holy Spirit desire to dwell within us in the most intimate fashion, how they wish to share with us their own life through grace. All this he has accomplished and does accomplish through Christ. St. Paul tells us: "I became a minister of this Church through the commission God gave me to preach among you his word in its fullness, that mystery hidden from ages and generations past but now revealed to his holy ones. God has willed to make known to them the glory beyond price which this mystery brings to the Gentiles—the mystery of Christ in you, your hope of glory. This is the Christ we proclaim while we admonish all men and teach them in the full measure of wisdom, hoping to make every man complete in Christ" (Col 1:25-28).

Use Your Talents

October 3, 1993 Chicago Marian Conference 11:30a.m.

Jesus speaks: I am your Savior, Son of the Living God. I come to you that you might have life, not as the world gives you life, but My life which is life eternal. I carved you from My special carving and made you little less than an angel. I love you and cherish all the moments when you, My special child, come to sit with Me. I wait here and I hope you will choose to come, but I never force you. Your will is totally free and I give it to you because of My love and the will of the Father. I inform you in numerous ways. You do not have to guess and wonder. Come be with Me in this silence and all you need to know will be told to you. Your life is unfolding as a beautiful rose. Each petal falls and you plant My odors about as I so desire. I make your life full and sure as you trust in Me. No need for worrying, My little flower. My ways give you freedom if you listen to your heart. I am a personal God and you know Me as giving you fullness and life. You know there is some magnetism to Me and the way you crave to be part of Me. This is the work of the one, true God Who created you with a thirst that can only be quenched by Me. All roads that lead to Me give you fullness, worth, peace and joy, not as the world thinks, but as you yourself know true peace and joy. When I really touch you, you do not remain the same. I shed My Blood for you that you will have the life only I can give. What friend in this world would die for you? You, My child, were worth My dying for. I came that you will have life eternal and the gift I give is My Precious Blood for your sins. Come to Me in trouble and when you are bowed down. Come to Me in joy. Come to Me every day that you live and I will give you all you need. Seek to know Me more and more. Knowledge of Me, being with Me, are the only way to perfect peace. They lead to eternal life.

I have a divine plan for you. I created you with special gifts and talents to be used to do My work. They are not for your own self-promotion. You, My child, are nothing except as I created you. Why try to promote yourself? It is none of your own doing. I gave you the talents you are using. You had nothing to do with it. These talents were given to you to do My work. To use these talents to make yourself feel better than your brother is indeed a sin. You must realize they are loaned to you to work for Me. As you give someone a car, or loan them a place to stay, I loan you your talents to use to work for Me. If you do not work for Me and use them to make yourself better than your brother, you are offending Me. Likewise, if I give you talents and you do not use them because you think you are not as good as your brother, you are not being thankful to Me for My gifts to you. You are not using My gifts and that offends Me greatly. Each person was created by Me to do My work. Each person has all he needs to do My work. To be envious of others is fruitless. They have their job. You have yours. You are not supposed to do their work. That is why you were not given their talents.

Do your own work. Don't be envious of your brothers. Don't hide your talents. You did not earn them. I gave you your talents. You must sing because I will it. Others must do as I will them to do. It displeases Me to give you a gift and watch you hide it and make light of it. I give the gift. You must use all your gifts. They were given to you to do My work. Your brother has his gifts. Be grateful for your brother and he should be for you. You are all chosen by Me for a special mission. You know what to do. It feels right. I plant little seeds in your heart and all you do that is for you in the end feels right. You are not to be doing your brother's work or he yours. Talk to Me that you might know just what your work is and do it.

Do not hide your talents. Praise your God Who gave you these talents. Embrace and use them. This is not pride. This is My plan. I love you. I give to each of you, My precious children, as a mother who buys special Christmas gifts for each child. To buy gifts all the same for all your children is not to respect their specialness, their individuality.

Oh, I love you, little ones, so much. Please come to Me. I am so good and I wait to be with you and share My love with you. Come now. This is your top priority. All else will work when you come to Me first. I love you. You are My chosen children. Come and be filled and I make your loads light and I fill you with the Spirit of Salvation.

All roads that lead to Me are the right roads. Praise Me for I am good and I love you, little dear ones.

Give Love to Others

Jesus:  I am calling you to go out into this world and spread My love to the souls that are hurting.

You are in the world. I want to live and operate in you. The greatest gift you can give to this world is to develop your union with Me.

The more you become one in Me, the more I will operate through you and give My love to the hurting souls.

Let go — Let Me live in you in love. Tell people to be baptized.

As you live and breathe, I live in you. If you are baptized and in the state of grace, the Father, Son and Holy Spirit live in you in such a special way.

As you live and breathe, My Heart is beating with deepest love for you. Hear My soft loving voice say to you, minute by minute, second by second, I love you My beloved one. I never, ever leave. Quiet your hearts and hear Me speak to you, I love you, I love you, I love you. If you realize My immense love you will love those around you. When you are filled with My love, you give love to others. "I love you." "I love you." "I love you."

Little Child

Jesus:  Come to Me, I am in you, release your anxieties for I am with you. Let go and experience My presence within you, My child, you worry what people think when I am talking to you. I beg you to listen to My little voice within. I live in you in such union release yourself and open wide to Me. I come to you with this immense love.

My child, My child, I beg you.

Shepherds of Christ Meeting

Before tabernacle. Jesus and Mary appeared.

I Love You!  I Love You!  I Love You!

This rosary was prayed before the statue of Our Mother of Sorrows at the front of the Holy Rosary Chapel at the Holy Spirit Center as part of the Shepherds of Christ Meeting. Mary appeared. Jesus appeared and He told Rita that this rosary was a gift to us from Him because He wants to be drawn closely to us through His Passion and death because as we meditate on this, we will know His immense love: He stated that this would be the best rosary yet. This rosary was prayed on the Tuesday before Ash Wednesday.

The Sorrowful Mysteries

The Agony in the Garden

1.  R.  See Jesus as He kneels in the Garden.

2.  R.  Put yourself there and see Him as if you were present. See Jesus, our Lord and Savior, as He waits, His hour is about to come, to be handed over to those who will put Him to death.

3.  R.  Jesus sees before Him all the battering, the whipping, the scourging, the crowning of thorns. He sees all the glaring! He knows all He will suffer in carrying His cross, the nailing to the cross!

4.  R.  Jesus goes to the apostles, to Peter who said how faithful he would always be. They are asleep! He wants some comfort, but they were sleeping! He says to us this day: Can you not watch one hour with Me? The Son of God waits for you endlessly to come and to have time with Him. He waits for us in the Tabernacle. He waits for us all through the day to take time in our busy lives to be with Him. He says over and over again: Can you not watch one hour with Me?

5.  R.  See Jesus as He kneels there in the darkened night. His greatest agonies were not the agonies that He would suffer in wounds to His body, but the agonies that He suffered to His Heart. To love each soul so dearly and to be treated with such indifference and hatred by so many souls! He saw each and every soul from all time and how they would reject Him and not even think of Him. How they would sin. How they would be cruel and hateful to each other. He saw all the sins of the world!

6.  R.  Jesus saw the world in the state that it is in this very day: all the people who hardened their hearts, all those who turned from kindness entirely, those who think only of themselves, those who are filled with hate and anger for their brothers. He saw all the hearts of the people that live in this day that  have shunned Him, that have turned Him off, that have persecuted others, that have murdered babies! He saw all these hearts.

7.  R.  Such immense agony to His Most Sacred Heart for all the souls that would be condemned to eternal damnation despite all the suffering that He was about to undergo because of their willfulness. Out of greatest love, God gives us a free will. We have a free will to accept Him or to reject Him.

8.  R.  The Father wants us, like little children, entirely dependent upon Him; to live in His will; to  think of Him as our Most Loving Father; to have a relationship with Him as we would have with our father. He is the Most Loving Father! He created each one of us out of greatest love and He loves us so much and wants us to love Him.

9.  R.  Jesus went to the apostles and they continued to sleep. An angel of the Lord appeared to Him to comfort Him.

10.  R.  How this delights the Heart of Jesus when we take time, time away from our busy lives at home and in front of the Tabernacle. How it delights His Heart when we spend time with Him in the early morning hours. He wants to be so close to us and He waits for us to come to Him and tell Him how much we love Him. He truly loves us with a Heart that is overflowing with burning love.

Song between decades: A Song from Jesus

Jesus is Scourged at the Pillar

1.  R.  They led Jesus away. They pulled His hair! They hit Him! They tied Him, with such anger and hatred to the pillar!

2.  R.  See Jesus, your Beloved Savior! Minute by minute, second by second, He says in your heart ever so silently: I love you, I love you, I love you! Do we realize that, that Jesus is with us in our hearts all throughout our busy days? He is calling out in a gentle voice for each one of us to hear in our hearts: I love you, I love you, I love you!

3.  R.  See Jesus at the pillar! See your Beloved! His bare back unblemished and with the blows that the men gave to Him, instantly the flesh on His back torn and bloodied, beaten raw! With their angry hearts, they pound on Jesus so hard with sharp instruments.

4.  R.  See the unblemished back of Jesus! Visualize it! Young, thirty-three years old! See it beaten raw and you will know in the vision that you see now that He was scourged because He loves each one of us so much.

5.  R.  Jesus did not call out or holler back. He suffered in compliance to the Father's Will. He was born a baby to show us that He came into this world totally helpless, dependent upon His Mother as He wants us to depend on our Father, to go to our Father, to Him and to the Holy Spirit for all our needs. For second by second, minute by minute, Jesus is inside of our hearts calling out that with that ever gentle voice: I love you, I love you, I love you!

6.  R.  Do we plug up our ears and close our eyes because we do not want to get too close to Jesus? This is Jesus! His back was unmercifully scourged, dripping with blood from the top of His head to His feet, standing in a puddle of His own blood and He calls out to you: I love you!

7.  R.  Minute by minute, second by second, He is there if we take time to listen. When others say nasty things to us and the world is pressing down on us, hear this soft voice inside of you saying ever so gently: I am here and I love you!

8.  R.  Jesus is Love! To unite closely to Him, we must rid our hearts of anything that is not love. The slightest flaws are offensive to  Him. But He forgives us. He is so full of mercy. He wants us to admit what we do, to say we are sorry, to go to the priest and to not think about our sins for it is our job to spread His light to this world. He wants us to strive for perfection, but He knows we are not perfect. He wants us to have a contrite heart. He is so gentle with us. He just wants us to say we are sorry and then move on and spread His love and His light to our brothers.

9.  R.  The Holy Spirit is the sanctifier! God wants us to be holy. As our Heavenly Father is perfect, He wants us to strive for perfection. But we of ourselves cannot make ourselves this holy. The more we pray to the Spirit, the more He sanctifies us, the easier it becomes for us to be more and more as Jesus wants us to be. The Father created us in His own image. Such dignity and honor He gives to each one of us that He created us in the image and likeness of God. The Spirit transforms us more and more into this image of Jesus. Dear Holy Spirit, please descend upon us and transform our hearts more and more into the image of Jesus so that we may be led closer to our Most Loving Father Who loves us as the most dear Father.

10. R. And He walked away. His bloody footprints covered the earth! He shed His blood for love of us. We are blind! We are deaf! We do not see and we do not hear! And that still small voice cries out from within: This is how I love you, that I truly was scourged and gave My blood for you. I want to give you My life, more and more, in such abundance! My life I give to you in the Eucharist and when you sit in front of the Tabernacle. My abundant life ìs My grace I outpour to you!

Song between decades: A Song from Jesus

Jesus is Crowned with a Crown of Thorns

1.  R.  They pounded into Jesus' head a sharp crown of piercing thorns and the blood ran down His face into His eyes and into His ears.

2.  R.  It is through His Most Precious Blood that we are saved!

3.  R.  See this vision of the blood on Jesus' face in your mind. Try to visualize it as clearly as possible. The bright red blood as it flows down His face and the thorns that punctured His skull! It is in meditating and focusing on a vision that is like this, and that of His scourged back, that you will realize more and more the immensity of His great love. Jesus truly calls out to us that this is how much He loved us and He asks us this Lent to draw ever closer to His Passion, for our hearts will be joined ever closer to His in meditating on His Passion and Death!

4.  Jesus:  They beat My body and they crowned My head with thorns! They hollered insults at Me and they spit on Me! Do you know how dearly I love each one of you? I will outpour My grace to you if you ask this Lent. I ask you to meditate fervently on My Passion. Look at the crucifix! When you feel you are suffering, look at the crucifix for I truly say to you in your heart, minute by minute, second by second: I love you, I love you, I love you.

5.  Jesus:  Stop when someone is taunting you and hear My gentle voice deep in your heart for I call out to you that this is the love that I have for you this day. Will you listen to Me in your heart as I say this so gently many times throughout the day as you get caught up in your world. Others come about, they distract you, they make you feel hurtful in your hearts, and I am right there with My Heart on fire for love of you saying so gently to you how I love you. When someone hurts you, hear Me! For a heart that is filled with My love cannot be angry. It is this that will mend the fence between you and your brother when you always respond with love. But you must know My deep love for you to be able to respond this way. So I say to you this day, minute by minute, second by second, hear a soft voice in your heart say to you: I love you, I love you, I love you!

6.  Jesus:  You are My chosen ones. I have called you here to spread the love of My Sacred Heart throughout this world. This is not a small task. You cannot spread love unless you realize the immensity of the love that I have for you. Will you open up your heart? Will you take the time to listen? Will you focus on Me and this love that I have for you so that you can be the soldiers that I am sending out into this world? The soldiers that are filled with My love that will light this world in the dark corners through the love that you know deep in your heart, My love, ever beating within your breast.

7.  R.  They spit on Him. They crowned Him with thorns! They hit Him! They poked at Him! And He loved! He loved those who spit on Him!

8.  Jesus:  Let Me fill your every moment with My love. Focus on what I am telling you here this night for this is the key to send you out into the world with hearts that are abundantly filled with the love of God. But you must hear Me as I speak to you today and I say so gently all through the day: I love you, I love you, I love you!

9.  Jesus:  The more you unite with My Mother, whom I love, the more you pray to the Spirit, the more you are transformed into My image. You are My soldiers that I send to go into the world. You are to spread the love of My Most Sacred Heart and the love of My Beloved Mother's Heart. I call out to you today. Will you hear Me in your heart? This is the ammunition you need to go into this world. A heart filled with My love is fearless. I send you as fearless soldiers into a world that has forgotten God and I ask  you to hear Me as I talk to you in your heart, minute by minute, second by second. For this will be the love that you give to this hurting world.

10.  Song:  Lord, let me walk that lonesome road with You.

Jesus Carries His Cross up Calvary

1.  R.  Jesus carried His cross on His shoulder and it hurt so badly it felt as if it would break!

2.  R.  Think of an ache that could not be relieved in any way, that only got worse and worse. Now think of all the aches and pains that Jesus had all over His body, the wounds that were so deep and bleeding, and He carried the heavy cross on His back as He bled. He could not even touch the wounds. The wounds bled freely as He walked. From His Heart pounding, they bled and bled. And they poked at Him because He did not go fast enough. He collapsed under the cross. He did not give the cross up, He collapsed because it was so heavy He could scarcely move the cross. They poked at Him and they wanted Him to get up and move and move fast!

3.  R.  Jesus fell once because it was so heavy. As He went on, His condition was weakened. He bled more and the cross became heavier as He went. Can you, even a little, think about the third time He fell under the cross? Three times He fell under the cross. Three times Peter denied Him. Three times is used so much in His life. He died when He was thirty-three. There are three Persons in the Trinity. Three Persons in one God! We are loved so dearly by each Person, Father, Son and Holy Spirit!

4.  R.  Jesus was locked in the tomb for three days. He was lost in the temple for three days.

5.  R.  Jesus calls us to unity. Look at the Trinity. There are three Persons in one God. There is such love between the Persons of the Trinity.  We receive the body of Christ, we are many members, but we are one in Him.

6.  R.  Jesus loves us so much that He gave His body and His blood and He gives His body to us this day. When we receive Him in the Eucharist, I become one in Him, you become one in Him. If I am one in Him and you are one in Him, we are so closely united. We are united with Jesus.

7.  Song:  One Bread, One Body

8.  R.  Jesus took upon His back the weight of the sins of the world. He died on the cross. He gave His flesh and His blood for love of us so that we may share in His Divine Life. This is how He loves us. We are all brothers in Christ.

9.  R.  How can I say that I love if I do not love my brother? How can I love God, Whom I do not see, if I do not love my brother, whom I do see?

10.  R.  We are one body in Christ; He is the head, we are the members.

Song between decades: A Song from Jesus

Jesus is Crucified and He Dies on the Cross

1.  R.  Jesus hung on the cross against the darkened sky. Jesus hung for three hours. Three agonizing hours! He gave His flesh and He gave His blood!

Song:  Take and Eat

2.  R.  When the priest raises the Host at the consecration of the Mass, I hear Jesus say: This is My body, given up for you. This is My blood, given up for you. When you go to Mass, hear in your heart Jesus as He says in a clear voice: This is My body. This is My blood. The priest has the power to change the bread and wine into the body and blood of Christ. If we realized even a minute amount of what is transpiring: the Father is present and the Holy Spirit is present; Jesus is saying "This is My Body"; the altar is covered with angels and saints praising God, who is truly present; we are in the presence of God and the priest has this power. We should kiss the hands of the priest that consecrates the bread into Jesus' body. Hear Jesus' voice in your heart the next time you go to Mass say: This is My body, This is My blood. Then think that this is the same Jesus Christ that hung on the cross. The same Jesus that hung on the cross. He is right there out of greatest love for us!

3.  Song:  Take and Eat

4.  R.  Who are we that God loves us so much that He gives us Himself in such union when we receive the Eucharist and we become one in Him. One in God! Who are we that we can be united to God! That I become one in God and you become one in God! We become one with each other. Who are we that God loves us so much?

5.  Song:  I Love You Jesus

6.  R.  Jesus died on the cross so that we could share in His life and He nourishes this life through His very own Body and Blood!

7.  R.  Jesus waits in the Tabernacle in this world and longs and thirsts for us to come and to be with Him for He is no less present than the day He hung on the cross. This is Jesus Christ, the Son of God! He is so close to us in this room, for He is in the Chapel and He is in our midst!

8.  R.  God is here! Let us bend low and realize how we are loved and favored that He cares for us!

9.  R.  Let us see ourselves as the Father's creation. God the Father created us with greatest love in His own image and likeness. Let us hear the gentle voice of Jesus as He calls out in our hearts: I love you, I love you, I love you. Even though we are not perfect, when we sin, we recognize our sin and tell Him we are sorry and then go about our job to spread the light to this world for He knows that we are not perfect although He wants us to strive to be perfect. He is so gentle and loving to us. He forgives all our sins and He gave the power to the priest to take away all our sins! Who are we that God gives the priest the power to remove our sins through Him? We are His chosen children! We are the children of God! We are His loved ones for whom Jesus Christ came to this earth, shed His blood, gave His body and remains with us this day in His Divinity and humanity, waiting for us to come and to be with Him.

10.  Jesus:  My dear children, you are on your spiritual journey. I want to walk hand in hand with you. As you go through these days in Lent, draw yourselves ever closer to My Passion and My Death. Realize more and more My immense love for you, for I truly want you to go out into the world and spread this love to your brothers. These are your brothers! You are one body!

Note:  Fr. Carter's Newsletter and My Writings

Fr. Carter and I merged more and more in our writings as we progressed.

Jesus wished this Newsletter written at the same time to be a part of this book.

Jesus always said my writings and Fr. Carter's should be published together by dates.

As we progressed into the Priestly Newsletter II there was a unity in the Newsletter of my messages and Fr. Carter's Priestly Newsletter as Jesus directed him.

He always said about the Priestly Newsletter Book II this is our Book — the Lord gave to the priests and the world.

These writings are to help to bring about the Reign of the Sacred Heart and Immaculate Heart and help renew the Church and the world.

put all things under his feet,

                    (3)  Jesus gives us Himself in the Eucharist.
                    (4)  Jesus is the Light of the World.
                    (5)  "This is My Body."
                    (6)  "This is My Blood."
                    (7)  We receive the "Son of God" in the Eucharist.
                    (8)  Jesus gives us a sharing in His life.
                    (9)  Jesus outpours His grace.
                  (10)  Jesus is the Light of the World.

Mysteries of Light

Baptism of Jesus

                    (1)  Matthew 3: 3

This was the man spoken of by the prophet Isaiah
when he said:

A voice of one that cries in the desert,
‘Prepare a way for the Lord,
                    make his paths straight.’

                    (2)  Matthew 3: 13

Then Jesus appeared: he came from Galilee to the Jordan to be baptised by John.

                    (3)  Matthew 3: 14

John tried to dissuade him, with the words, ‘It is I who need baptism from you, and yet you come to me!’

                    (4)  Matthew 3: 17

And suddenly there was a voice from heaven, ‘This is my Son, the Beloved; my favour rests on him.’

                    (5)  Jesus has come, then, not to destroy anything that is authentically human, but to perfect it by leading it to a graced fulfillment.
(Spirituality Handbook by Fr. Edward J. Carter, S.J.)
                    (6)
We, through our incorporation into Christ which occurs at Baptism, are meant to relive the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus.
(Spirituality Handbook by Fr. Edward J. Carter, S.J.)
                    (7)  The Christian is initiated into the mystery of Christ, into his or her role in prolonging the Incarnation, through Baptism.
(Spirituality Handbook by Fr. Edward J. Carter, S.J.)
                    (8)  Our life in Christ must be continuously nourished.

                    (9)  John 3: 16

For this is how God loved the world:
he gave his only Son,
so that everyone who believes in him
    may not perish
but may have eternal life.

                  (10)  Our new life in Jesus has arisen out of God's fathomless love.

                    Marriage at Cana

                    (1)

In this extremely meaningful passage from his encyclical, Redemptoris Mater (The Mother of the Redeemer), Pope John Paul II tells us that Mary is the Mother of Christ, that she is the Mother of the Church, that she is Mother of each of us in and through the Church, and that she is the Church's model. All of these truths are most intimately connected.  (Mother at Our Side  by Fr. Edward J. Carter, S.J.)

                    (2)

Being Mother of Christ, Mary is also spiritual mother of His members whom Christ has formed into His body, the Church. She is also model of the Church as all good mothers are models for their children. Mary, the best of mothers, is the perfect exemplar, the perfect model, of what it means to be a follower of Christ. She guides the entire Church in greater assimilation to Christ.  (Mother at Our Side  by Fr. Edward J. Carter, S.J.)

                    (3)  Christ performed His first public miracle at Cana.

                    (4)  John 2: 1-2

The mother of Jesus was there, and Jesus and his disciples had also been invited.

                    (5)  John 2: 3

And they ran out of wine, since the wine provided for the feast had all been used, and the mother  of Jesus said to him, ‘They have no wine.’

                    (6)  John 2: 4

Jesus said, ‘Woman, what do you want from me? My hour has not come yet.’

                    (7)  John 2: 5

His mother said to the servants, ‘Do whatever he tells you.

                    (8)  Jesus turned water into wine at Cana.
                    (9)  Mary has powerful intercession.
                  (10)  Ask Mary to ask Jesus.

                    Kingdom of God

                    (1)  The Mosaic covenant prefigured the covenant
which was to be established by Christ.
                    (2)  Yahweh had given Himself to the Jews in a special way.
He was their God and they were His people.
                    (3)  Jesus wants an intimate union with us.
                    (4)  Jesus is the King of heaven and earth.
                    (5)  Jesus took on flesh

                            John 1: 14
                                The Word became flesh,
                                 he lived among us,

                    (6)  Christ took on our sins.
                    (7)  Christ died on the cross - crowned with thorns.
                    (8)  Christ is priest, prophet and king.
                    (9)  We spread the consecration to the Sacred Heart
so He will reign in their hearts and their homes.
                  (10)  The Shepherds of Christ exists to help bring the people to make
Jesus the King of their hearts and Mary the Queen.

                    Transfiguration

                    (1)  Mark 9: 1-3

And he said to them, 'In truth I tell you, there are some standing here who will not taste death before they see the kingdom of God come with power.'

Six days later, Jesus took with him Peter and James and John and led them up a high mountain on their own by themselves. There in their presence he was transfigured: his clothes became brilliantly white, whiter than any earthly bleacher could make them.

                    (2)  Mark 9: 7

And a cloud came, covering them in shadow; and from the cloud there came a voice, ‘This is my Son, the Beloved. Listen to him.’

                    (3)  We can be changed from our imperfect ways.
                    (4)  We need God's grace.
                    (5)  God gives us baptism.
                    (6)  God gives us the Holy Eucharist.
                    (7)  God gives us the Sacrament of Penance.
                    (8)  God gives us the Church.
                    (9)  When we go to the Eucharist God can
fill us more and more with His grace.
                  (10)  As we are filled more and more with
His grace we can become more
                            deeply united in Him.

                    Institution of the Eucharist

                    (1)  Luke 22: 14

When the time came he took his place at table, and the apostles with him.

                    (2)  Luke 22: 17-18

Then, taking a cup, he gave thanks and said, ‘Take this and share it among you, because from now on, I tell you, I shall never again drink wine until the kingdom of God comes.’

                    (3)  Luke 22: 19-20

Then he took bread, and when he had given thanks, he broke it and gave it to them, saying, ‘This is my body given for you; do this in remembrance of me.’ He did the same with the cup after supper, and said, ‘This cup is the new covenant in my blood poured out for you.

                    (4)  Jesus gives us the Holy Eucharist today.
                    (5)  Jesus gives us Himself in the Holy Eucharist.
                    (6)  Jesus is truly present in His Divinity and
                            humanity in the Holy Eucharist.
                    (7)  We are filled with His life when
we reverently go to the Eucharist.

                    (8)

A Prayer before the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass

Let me be a holy sacrifice and unite with God in the sacrament of His greatest love.

I want to be one in Him in this act of love, where He gives Himself to me and I give myself as a sacrifice to Him. Let me be a holy sacrifice as I become one with Him in this my act of greatest love to Him.

Let me unite with Him more, that I may more deeply love Him. May I help make reparation to His adorable Heart and the heart of His Mother, Mary. With greatest love, I offer myself to You and pray that You will accept my sacrifice of greatest love. I give myself to You and unite in Your gift of Yourself to me. Come and possess my soul.

Cleanse me, strengthen me, heal me. Dear Holy Spirit act in the heart of Mary to make me more and more like Jesus.

Father, I offer this my sacrifice, myself united to Jesus in the Holy Spirit to You. Help me to love God more deeply in this act of my greatest love.

Give me the grace to grow in my knowledge, love and service of You and for this to be my greatest participation in the Mass. Give me the greatest graces to love You so deeply in this Mass, You who are so worthy of my love.

-God's Blue Book, December 27, 1995

                    (9)

A Prayer for Intimacy with the Lamb, the Bridegroom of the Soul

Oh Lamb of God, Who take away the sins of the world, come and act on my soul most intimately. I surrender myself, as I ask for the grace to let go, to just be as I exist in You and You act most intimately on my soul. You are the Initiator. I am the soul waiting Your favors as You act in me. I love You. I adore You. I worship You. Come and possess my soul with Your Divine Grace, as I experience You most intimately.

                  (10)

Prayer for Union with Jesus

Come to me, Lord, and possess my soul. Come into my heart and permeate my soul. Help me to sit in silence with You and let You work in my heart.

I am Yours to possess. I am Yours to use. I want to be selfless and only exist in You. Help me to spoon out all that is me and be an empty vessel ready to be filled by You. Help me to die to myself and live only for You. Use me as You will. Let me never draw my attention back to myself. I only want to operate as You do, dwelling within me.

I am Yours, Lord. I want to have my life in You. I want to do the will of the Father. Give me the strength to put aside the world and let You operate my very being. Help me to act as You desire. Strengthen me against the distractions of the devil to take me from Your work.

When I worry, I have taken my focus off of You and placed it on myself. Help me not to give in to the promptings of others to change what in my heart You are making very clear to me. I worship You, I adore You and I love You. Come and dwell in me now.
