Messenger:        Today we meditate on the sufferings
                                of Christ —

                                A person suffering is in a
                                    special place to give
                                    God their suffering

                                We may all not be asked to
                                    suffer as one anticipating
                                    dialysis or having a
                                    tumor.

                                The indecision can be a tremendous
                                    suffering.

                                Christ showed us He endured
                                    the suffering for 3 hours on the cross.
                                    Why did Christ suffer for 3 hours?
                                    What is the lesson He teaches us
                                    in this suffering for 3 hours?
                                    Why has Christ continually
                                        asked us to pray for those
                                        3 hours on Friday 12:00 -
                                        3:00?

                                Anyone who has spent 3 hours
                                    before the Blessed Sacrament
                                    knows how long 3 hours
                                    is ——

                                Some of us who have done this
                                    may have experienced tremendous
                                    grace in these hours — invaluable
                                    experiences —

                            Others may experience tremendous
                                suffering.

Jesus speaks:      I will tell you a story —
                                You are imperfect human
                                beings —
                                Some habitually cover up
                                the truth telling lies
                                just to look perfect.

                            It is a habit, to them, to protect
                                themselves so they look perfect —
                                that is their god — being
                                sweet and looking kind —

                            A woman went out to a well and
                                she thought she would draw
                                water and it was dry — dry as
                                a bone — When I give you
                                gifts you throw them in
                                My face, when I question
                                you — you lie —

                            I ask that you pray to tell the
                                truth and quit lying to cover
                                yourself so you look good.

                                How many untruths are
                            concealed because people told
                            lies when it would have been
                            just as easy for them to tell
                            the truth.

                                A man was asked to do a job —
                            Instead of doing the job the way
                            he was asked, he used his authority
                            given for the job to add his own
                            "twist" — Why can't you simply
                            do what I ask, I ask you.

                            Some pray and before I can work
                                to answer their prayer they
                                do something against God's
                                will to get relief — then
                                they live with and cause others
                                to live with their poor
                                decisions that gave them
                                a moments rest.

                            Want God's will to be done —
                                Pray this way —
                                God help me to do your
                                    will —

                            You are like children on the school
                                yard — one wants to lead at
                                all costs — It can be a mini
                                theater or stage — a place
                                to rule the yard —

                            Oh you with your imperfections,
                                habits that block My work —
                                your habits have become
                                your gods —
                                You do not even listen —
                                Some are so rigid — they
                                have it figured out this way —

                            It is so you can work on automatic
                                pilot —
                            do you want a robot doing
                                your jobs —
                            Are you the walking among
                                the dead
                            How is it done in the Church?

                                Do you need to have a "shake-
                                    up" to know

                            I am head of the Church
                            I am truly present and in
                            My Churches —

                            You need to pray in adoration
                                before the Blessed Sacrament —
                                I will call you to your
                                knees —
                                You have ignored Me —
                                You have ignored the messages
                                    I have sent

                                You have ignored Our
                                    Lady of Clearwater —

                                I want My water in Clearwater
                                given to the people —

                                    Oh My people —
                                    eating is a gift from God —
                                    I give directions to you —

                            My retreats are a place for
                                prayers —
                                I ask for small things —
                                You control things and
                                    do not listen — 

                                Oh My people, My
                                    people — 

                                I am God
                                    Soft and serene — 
                                    loving and whole — 
                                    I come in the gentle
                                        breezes with a
                                        smile to cool your
                                        hot days — 

                            Be alive in the Spirit — 
                                Let the Holy Spirit
                                    fill your soul — 
                                    quench your thirst — 
                                    I am God
                                    these are messages I give — 
                                    Listen to Me
                                    lest you fall into a big
                                        hole — 

                                Why go down the street
                                    with a big hole — 
                                Go down the street with
                                    flowers and a cool breeze — 

                            I say, over and over again what I
                                want and you are so set in
                                your ways —  you hear
                                nothing and then when you
                                act - you put your
                                name on it — 

                            Florida is the site of
                                OUR LADY OF CLEAR-WATER

                            sing today — 
                                quit acting in habitual ways
                                that block the mission

                                You have a little book in
                                    your pocket — 
                                    Its called the way of life
                                        of Sue or whoever
                                        and they have it
                                        etched in their
                                        being and — 
                                        that is their god — 
                                        they act in habitual
                                        rigid ways because
                                        of habits and they are
                                        sick and holding things back — 

                            You do not even know your own way
                                of life is so imperfect — 
                                but you won't change and
                                you won't do what I ask — 
                                you do what you rigidly
                                    have done your whole
                                    life.

                            Know the freedom of flying — 
                                let go - of those habitual
                                ways that have you

                            STUCK IN THE MUD
                                pray for vision

                            You have passed your ways
                                down to children, in
                                institutions and
                                you follow them because
                                they are ingrained in
                                you —— 

                            You do not see — 
                                pray for vision to answer
                                    the call — 

                            A man went down a road and fell
                                in a hole —                             

                            A man went down a road and fell
                                in a hole — 

                            A man went down a road and fell
                                in a hole — 

                            Stop you say - why didn't
                                he go around the hole or
                                go on a different road — 

                            I tell you he was in a habit!!
                            He couldn't see what he was doing.
                            Every day he had to crawl out of
                                the hole.

                            He kept doing it though — 
                                He had a habit.

                            Others tell themselves the spirit
                                is leading them and it is
                                the evil spirit — 

                                YOU MUST DISCERN

                                the spirits before you
                                act — 

                            Is it from the good Spirit — 
                                from the evil spirit or
                                is an imaginative idea
                                from yourself and then you must
                                discern if it is God's will.

                            A man went down a road and fell
                                in a big hole - everyday

                            He thought he was right

                                A woman married 5 men and
                            they all acted the same she
                            thought —  she had the problem
                            and she projected it on the 5 men — 
                            She was divorced 5 times

                            You see your way of life perfect and
                                it is to you until you begin to
                                interact with others and
                                they see that your way
                                of life blocks what they
                                are trying to do.

                            A man was told to do a job — 
                                5 hours later - he still
                                didn't do it

                            When questioned what he did — 
                            he began to justify himself and make
                                the foreman wrong for asking
                                him — 

                            A man was asked to do a job — 
                                another man argued and
                                argued - until the one
                                in charge had to leave — 
                                he was beat-up from
                                the guys arguments

                            A man was asked to do a
                                job —  he made friends
                                with every one in the neighborhood,
                                as evening fell - he began to
                                ask if someone would help
                                him do the job he was asked
                                to do at noon —
                                they all said, "we are tired"
                                and went home —

                            He reported then to his
                                foreman - the job couldn't
                                get done for several
                                days

                            His habit was to get everyone to
                                like him - that was
                                more important than
                                the job, that was simple —

                            People do all kinds of things
                                out of habit —
                                habits are not always
                                the best way to act

                            Habits to some people are
                                like things they don't even
                                see —

                                A little child was told by dad
                            to turn off the lights and her dad
                            would holler if a light was left
                            on. She learned this lesson
                            well.

                                Later her husband hollered —
                            for turning off the lights —
                                She learned the first lesson
                            from her dad and he was mad
                            when a light was left on.

                                Little children learn all kinds
                            of ways to interact from parents.
                            Little children later become
                            adults — they have a set of
                            rules they learned like
                            eating from mom and dad and
                            they don't even know
                            what they are many times.
                            An 80 year old person may still
                                do habits like the mom and dad.
