The Resurrection

1. ^{1 Corinthians 15:54-55}

And after this perishable nature has put on imperishability and this mortal nature has put on immortality, then will the words of scripture come true: Death is swallowed up in victory. Death, where is your victory? Death, where is your sting?

God loves us tenderly, mightily. He watches us grow, guiding our steps with a loving concern so deep that we can never fully fathom it. He constantly showers us with his varied gifts, all signs of His love. Reflecting upon how much God loves us and how tenderly He cares for us, we wonder how we could ever wander very far from His loving truth. But we know there are numerous idols which can usurp His place in our lives if we fail to resist their specious attractiveness.

3. Jesus: I have called you, My special little family to this room this day to teach you. I have called you to hourly prayer and I am teaching you to intercede to the Father, to ask the Father for those needs that you have. It is in this time that you will be united to one another and to God in a special way. And I will outpour abundant grace for all of your needs for you must believe and you must have faith that you are the chosen ones that I have called to help spread the fire of My love to the very ends of the earth. Do you have faith, My chosen ones, that I have called you, that I have trained you, that I am teaching you and that you will proceed steadfastly ahead and that the world will be changed through the efforts that you are putting forth in this Movement? You must believe. Have faith, My chosen ones for I am with you.

4. R. Picture Jesus coming forth from the tomb in the brightest light. The glory shines forth from the Almighty God.

5. R. It is in the suffering that there is the Resurrection, in the death that there is the new life. Peter did not comprehend but He made him Vicar of the Church and He keeps showing us in the scriptures how ordinary Peter was, how he denied Him, how Peter was worrying about what people thought. He shows us how the apostles stumbled, how they were not perfect. But He made Peter the Vicar of the Church. And then He called him a Rock, but he was becoming a rock. We are like that. And we look at ourselves and we say, “but we’re not perfect”. We must tell God we are sorry for our sins. The devil wants us to sin. We must work to build God’s Kingdom. God is well pleased for our prayers in asking Him to help us to be more like Jesus. And God knows that we are not perfect and He knows that we are bumping heads and He sees our imperfections coming out and tenderly He comes and He puts us back together. And we really are growing to be great lovers of one another and lovers of God...

6. ^Jesus: I give you My Sacred Heart, My child, come to My Heart and know how precious you are to Me.

7. Jesus came to give us life. Jesus paid a big price so we could have the Church and the sacraments and share in His life.

8. The devil is about death. Jesus gives us Himself in the Holy Eucharist. We receive Him, we can be transformed more and more into His image and likeness.

The Ascension

1. Luke 24:50-53

Then he took them out as far as the outskirts of Bethany, and raising his hands he blessed them. Now as he blessed them, he withdrew from them and was carried up to heaven. They worshipped him and then went back to Jerusalem full of joy; and they were continually in the Temple praising God.

2. R. But this is really what it’s all about, having that faith and believing that He is going to do it. Or are we like Peter that draws the sword and cuts off the ear instead of praying.

3. R. And so Jesus came and He gave His life and He rose on the third day that we would share in His Divine life. And Jesus ascended into heaven but He remains with us in a powerful way this day. And we are the apostles that He is sending to go out into this world to spread the Good News, the news of the Gospel. And we truly are living these words in the scriptures. The scriptures are our truth for the world has turned in many ways to the wrong ways. And Jesus says that there is poison in the world and in the members of the Church. And so we are mistaken for the poison, but we in fact are the antidote for many of the problems that are going on in the world and in the people in the Church. And we find our truth in the words of the Mass. And it’s just so wonderful because it rings in our hearts and we are filled up with such oneness with all these words in the Mass and what’s going on, and the words in the scriptures. And our truth is in that.

4. Jesus: And so I tell you My beloved ones, I draw you deeply into My Heart and I reveal to you the secrets of My Heart through the suffering and through the gifts that I give to you. And you must be thankful to the Father for allowing Me to take you to the deepest chamber of My Heart and to share with you My burning love, to share with you the secrets of My Heart, to unveil to you the scriptures. For you do comprehend and you love the scriptures and the Mass and the Eucharist and this is a great grace that I am giving to you that you love all of these things.

5. God calls us to be His hands and His feet - God calls us to go out and to spread the Good News.

6. Oh Jesus, help us to be soldiers in this war in the world. Give us the grace to proceed fearlessly and be witnesses to You and to give all the message You deliver to us. The message of truth and God's love for us.

7. We are the modern-day Apostles today, You send into the world with this most important message. You created us in Your image and likeness because of Your great love for us and You want us to grow in that image and likeness and be with You forever and ever in heaven.

8. Help us God to keep this goal of serving You first, ever before our eyes.

9. Help us God to keep the goal of eternal life forever before our eyes. Amen.

The Descent of the Holy Spirit on the Apostles and the Blessed Virgin Mary

1. ^{Acts 2: 1-4}

When Pentecost day came round, they had all met together, when suddenly there came from heaven a sound as of a violent wind which filled the entire house in which they were sitting; and there appeared to them tongues as of fire; these separated and came to rest on the head of each of them. They were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak different languages as the Spirit gave them power to express themselves.

Jesus: "My beloved friend, tell My people to pray daily to the Holy Spirit. They are to pray for an increase in His gifts. My people must realize that the Holy Spirit comes to transform them. The Spirit desires to transform you more and more according to My image. Those who are docile to His touch become increasingly shaped in My likeness. He performs this marvel within Mary's Immaculate Heart. The more one dwells in My Mother's Heart, the more active are the workings of the Spirit. The Spirit leads Mary to place you within My own Heart. In both Our Hearts, then, your transformation continues. The more you are formed after My own Heart, the more I lead you to the bosom of My Father. Tell My people all this. Tell them to pray daily for a greater appreciation of these wondrous gifts. I am Lord and Master. All who come to My Heart will be on fire to receive the gifts of the Spirit in ever greater measure! I love and bless My people!"

Reflection: The Holy Spirit is given to us to fashion us ever more according to the likeness of Jesus. And the more we are like Jesus, the more Jesus leads us to the Father. Do we, each day, pray to the Holy Spirit to be more open to His transforming influence? Do we strive each day to grow in union with Mary? The greater our union with our Mother, the spouse of the Holy Spirit, the greater is the transforming action of the Holy Spirit within us.
