Prayer for Grace for our Country
Dear Father united to Jesus in the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass, the Sacrifice of Calvary sacramentally made present, celebrated around the world, in the Holy Spirit. We offer up all we do united to the Mass. We unite in one mind and one heart as members of the mystical body of Christ, with Christ our head in the pure and holy Hearts of Jesus and Mary, through the powerful intercession of Mary with all the angels and saints and souls in purgatory, and we beg for the saving grace, for our country, the United States. Please help us. We further pray for unity to always do the will of God in love. We spread the Blood of Jesus on the leaders and people of the United States and cast the devil into hell. We consecrate our country to the Sacred Heart and Immaculate Heart and all our dioceses, and beg for an outpouring of the Holy Spirit. God help us. We pray for our families, the priests, the Church and the world. In the Name of Jesus please hear us, we pray. We pray for our new president as he takes office. We pray that we are united as one nation under God to work together in love as God wants.

R. The interior life – to have that
communion with one self that is
rooted in the truth, that is rooted
in God.
When one looses that connection
with the truth inside of their heart
they can live in a false reality –
distorting the truth. A man who is
listening to satan's lies, acting out
in pride and anger, envy and
jealousy from the past, projecting
anger and meanness on innocent
others is living not in the truth
but in lies.
Pride, anger, envy, jealousy,
slothfulness, gluttony and lust
are deadly sins. Where a person
decides to look at another doing
God's will in interacting as God
intends for His honor and glory,
and the person who looks with
jealousy and envy on another
because they were left out in their
family (or so they think) as a child
and decides to punish an innocent
other for doing God's work – they are
acting out with jealous, burning eyes,
distorted vision – not rooted in the
truth.
Fr. Joe said that abused people when
children, sexually abused, physically
abused, emotionally abused have
a tendency to hold onto and act
out anger they refuse to let go of.
It is wrong, he said, to hold onto
and entertain anger acted out at
innocent others.
If a person is tempted to give
into anger, Fr. Joe said, they
should pray and do some spiritual
thing so they do not give into this
unloving evil of projecting
anger on others and even punishing
them, the family, institution
because they have decided to live in
this darkness, acting out inside.
Sirach 1: 1-10
All wisdom comes from the Lord,
she is with him for ever.
The sands of the sea, the drops of rain,
the days of eternity — who can count them?
The height of the sky, the breadth of the earth,
the depth of the abyss — who can explore them?
Wisdom was created before everything,
prudent understanding subsists from remotest ages.
For whom has the root of wisdom ever been uncovered?
Her resourceful ways, who knows them?
One only is wise, terrible indeed,
seated on his throne, the Lord.
It was he who created, inspected and weighed her up,
and then poured her out on all his works —
as much to each living creature as he chose —
bestowing her on those who love him.
James 3: 13-18
Anyone who is wise or understanding among you should from a good life give evidence of deeds done in the gentleness of wisdom. But if at heart you have the bitterness of jealousy, or selfish ambition, do not be boastful or hide the truth with lies; this is not the wisdom that comes from above, but earthly, human and devilish. Wherever there are jealousy and ambition, there are also disharmony and wickedness of every kind; whereas the wisdom that comes down from above is essentially something pure; it is also peaceable, kindly and considerate; it is full of mercy and shows itself by doing good; nor is there any trace of partiality or hypocrisy in it. The peace sown by peacemakers brings a harvest of justice.
R. A person rooted in the truth puts
God first. A jealous person and
blocking God's plan listens to
the counsel of satan which is
lies. Satan wants a person to
attest to the evil they do as
right. James says –
"At least refrain from arrogant
and false claims against
the truth."
Satan wants the person to insist
the wrong they did was right –
arrogantly with false claims
against the truth –
Jesus is the way, the truth and the
life. The most precious thing
we can have is that interior
union, presence, communion
with God in our hearts. Why
would a person allow satan
in their hearts with lies and
jealousy toward their neighbor
and pride to be right when
they are serving satan putting
themselves before God.
We want union in the
interior life with God – living in
the truth of Jesus!
Mark 9: 14-19
As they were rejoining the disciples they saw a large crowd round them and some scribes arguing with them. At once, when they saw him, the whole crowd were struck with amazement and ran to greet him. And he asked them, 'What are you arguing about with them?' A man answered him from the crowd, 'Master, I have brought my son to you; there is a spirit of dumbness in him, and when it takes hold of him it throws him to the ground, and he foams at the mouth and grinds his teeth and goes rigid. And I asked your disciples to drive it out and they were unable to.' In reply he said to them, 'Faithless generation, how much longer must I be among you? How much longer must I put up with you? Bring him to me.'

Jesus: "I am calling many to become members of Shepherds of Christ Associates. To all of them I will give great blessings. Prayer for Union with Jesus
Come to me, Lord, and possess my soul. Come into my heart and permeate my soul. Help me to sit in silence with You and let You work in my heart.
I am Yours to possess. I am Yours to use. I want to be selfless and only exist in You. Help me to spoon out all that is me and be an empty vessel ready to be filled by You. Help me to die to myself and live only for You. Use me as You will. Let me never draw my attention back to myself. I only want to operate as You do, dwelling within me.
I am Yours, Lord. I want to have my life in You. I want to do the will of the Father. Give me the strength to put aside the world and let You operate my very being. Help me to act as You desire. Strengthen me against the distractions of the devil to take me from Your work.
When I worry, I have taken my focus off of You and placed it on myself. Help me not to give in to the promptings of others to change what in my heart You are making very clear to me. I worship You, I adore You and I love You. Come and dwell in me now.

Oh Lamb of God, Who take away the sins of the world, come and act on my soul most intimately.
