Annunciation
(1) The angel Gabriel appeared to Mary.
Luke 1: 26-38
In the sixth month the angel
Gabriel was sent by God to a town in Galilee called Nazareth, to
a virgin betrothed to a man named Joseph, of the House of David;
and the virgin’s name was Mary. He went in and said to her,
‘Rejoice, you who enjoy God’s favour! The Lord is with you.’ She
was deeply disturbed by these words and asked herself what this
greeting could mean, but the angel said to her, ‘Mary, do not be
afraid; you have won God’s favour. Look! You are to conceive in
your womb and bear a son, and you must name him Jesus. He will
be great and will be called Son of the Most High. The Lord God
will give him the throne of his ancestor David; he will rule
over the House of Jacob for ever and his reign will have no
end.’ Mary said to the angel, ‘But how can this come about,
since I have no knowledge of man?’ The angel answered, ‘The Holy
Spirit will come upon you, and the power of the Most High will
cover you with its shadow. And so the child will be holy and
will be called Son of God. And I tell you this too: your cousin
Elizabeth also, in her old age, has conceived a son, and she
whom people called barren is now in her sixth month, for
nothing is impossible to God.’ Mary said, ‘You see before
you the Lord’s servant, let it happen to me as you have said.’

Intimacy with the Lamb, the Bridegroom of the Soul
Oh Lamb of God,
Who take away the sins of the world, come and act on my soul
most intimately. I surrender myself, as I ask for the grace to
let go, to just be as I exist in You and You act most intimately
on my soul. You are the Initiator. I am the soul waiting Your
favors as You act in me. I love You. I adore You. I worship You.
Come and possess my soul with Your Divine Grace, as I experience

Birth of Jesus
(1)
Luke 2: 15-20
Now it happened that when the
angels had gone from them into heaven, the shepherds said to one
another, ‘Let us go to Bethlehem and see this event which the
Lord has made known to us.’ So they hurried away and found Mary
and Joseph, and the baby lying in the manger. When they saw the
child they repeated what they had been told about him, and
everyone who heard it was astonished at what the shepherds said
to them. As for Mary, she treasured all these things and
pondered them in her heart. And the shepherds went back
glorifying and praising God for all they had heard and seen,
just as they had been told.

(3) The Seven Sorrows from February 22, 1995
1. The Prophecy of
Simeon
Mary, Joseph and the child Jesus went to the temple. Simeon, the
prophet, inspired by the Holy Spirit, met them and told Joseph and
Mary of the great sufferings of Jesus and Mary. He told Mary that a
sword would pierce her heart. From that point on, Mary ever
remembered the prophecy of Simeon whenever she beheld her child.
When she looked at His little body, even as an infant, she knew He
would suffer. Every time she clothed Him and watched Him at play,
her heart was torn in her chest as she knew what He would suffer.
And a sword, too, shall pierce your Heart, O Mary!

2.
The Flight into Egypt
Joseph was told by the angel to flee. Joseph, Mary and the child
Jesus had to flee because of what might happen to Jesus. They had to
pack for a long stay. The child Jesus was so small! They left on
their journey, hearts full of fear, trying to protect Jesus. They
were forced to flee into Egypt.

Jesus Is Lost, In the Temple
Imagine the sufferings in Mary's heart when she realized the child
Jesus was not with them. Think of how it would be to lose your child
and not know where he was or if anything happened to him. With
sorrow in their hearts, Mary and Joseph returned to Jerusalem to
look for the child Jesus. And a sword, too, shall pierce your heart,
O Mary!

Jesus Carries His Cross
Song: See the eyes that look at Mary, her tender infant
child. See the child's Heart beat so tenderly, the Savior of the
world!
See the eyes of Jesus and Mary as they met on Calvary. Mary's Heart
knew Jesus' Heart so well! From the first moment of conception and
throughout His life, Mary was so connected with Jesus and now she
peered into His eyes. The crown of thorns adorned His Head! Blood
ran down His face! A heavy cross on His back! Wounded, His whole
body covered with bleeding wounds! And her whole life flashed before
her, the life that she had spent with Jesus. This was the beloved
child that she had held in her arms when Simeon told Mary that 'a
sword, too, shall pierce your Heart, O Mary!'

5. Jesus Dies on the
Cross
Mary stood under Jesus' cross as He was
put to death. The child that she had held in her arms as Simeon
prophesied, And a sword, too, shall pierce your Heart, O Mary! Now
Jesus is dead on the cross! He gave His flesh, He gave His blood so
that we might be with Him forever in heaven. He held not back.
He
gave His all. He calls out to us this day to see through the eyes of
His mother as she appears and calls out with a Heart of great love,
"Return to the love of my Son! He is with you this day. He remains
with you, no less present than the day that He hung on the cross, in
the Eucharist. He longs for you to come and be with Him. He is in
your brother. How can you not love your brother when Jesus died for
your brother?"
Her Heart was pierced with a sword. His Heart was pierced with a
lance. What came forth was blood and water, the sacramental life of
the church. He lives with us this day in the Church. He gives to us
His sacraments, the source of His life! He gives to us the Sacrament
of Penance whereby any sin that we commit can be taken away through
the priest. He wants us to be so close to Him! He gives us
everything to be close to Him. But we see with such limited vision
only those things that are right before our face, when the true
reality is that which we don't see with our eyes, the reality of the
invisible divinity of Jesus Christ, the Son of God, in the
consecrated Host! This is reality! This is our life! This is our
power! This is God! And a sword, too, shall pierce your Heart, O
Mary!

6. Jesus Is Taken Down
from the Cross
If we ever doubted for one second that we were loved, we could
visualize the picture of Mary as she sat beneath the cross with the
lifeless, battered, bruised and bloodied body of her Son in her
arms, the same child that she held when Simeon prophesied her
suffering. He gave His last breath. He gave the last beat of His
Heart. He gave His all! This is the way He complied with the Will of
the Father. He came to show us the way. He died in perfect peace. To
His death He was in peace because He knew the Father's love. The
Father loves us so much that He gave His only begotten Son for love
of us! The Spirit descended upon the Virgin Mary and the Word was
made flesh! The love of the Two Hearts! Such immense love beating
for us!
In all love there is suffering. Her Heart was pierced with a sword.
His Heart was pierced with a lance. And a sword, too, shall pierce
your Heart, O Mary!

7. Jesus Is Locked in
the Tomb
And now Jesus, His body lifeless, is
locked in a tomb! What cold reality for Mary to realize that His
body is now gone! A stone separated her from her Son!
He gave His last breath! He gave the last beat of His Heart for love
of each one of us! And she comes to us this day with her sweet,
beautiful voice and she asks us to go to her Son and love Him! How
can we refuse Jesus who spread His arms and gave His life for each
and every one of us? How can we not trust Him when He loved us so
much that He allowed them to tear His flesh, to crown Him with
piercing thorns and, lastly, to hang Him on a cross? He truly gave
His life for us! He, truly God, is with us this day, the same as the
day He died on the cross, in the tabernacle! And we take it so
lightly! Death has no power over Him! Locked in the tomb for three
days, He rose triumphant on the third day as He had foretold. He
comes to give us life. He gives us the sacrament of Baptism that
initiates us into His life, that makes us children of God and heirs
of heaven if we remain in the state of grace. He asks two things:
love of God and love of one another! He came to show us the way and
His way is love. To His death on the cross He loved each one of us!
He calls out to each one of us here today to be His soldiers, to
march on a world that has forgotten God, that has forgotten what it
is like to love! It is a battle to live in this world. But the
battle is won with hearts that are filled with His love, empowered
by the grace and might that He pours out in the Eucharist. He calls
out for us to come to the Eucharist and to the tabernacle and be fed
with His very flesh and blood. To feed on Divine Life, the greatest
nourishment, the Body and Blood of Jesus Christ, the Son of God!
This is the love He gives. This is the love He asks us to share.

On His Passion
Jesus:
My dear child,
I was condemned to death, death on a cross. They gave Me a big cross
and made Me carry it. They stood around and glared at Me. It weighed
on My shoulder and I pulled at it until it finally moved. Every step
was almost impossible as I dragged it, weighing so heavily on My
shoulders.
My shoulder felt as if
the bones inside would crack and the cross would fall through to the
ground. I couldn’t drag it any more. I tried, I fell. I fell and its
weight fell on Me. A guard hit Me with something sharp. It really
hurt because he wanted Me to move, and fast! People were watching —
on with the show! How dare I fall in the middle of the show! He hit
Me again and the blow really stung Me. I got up because it hurt so
badly. I tried to walk on.
My Mother was in the
crowd. She looked at Me and her face looked red and hurt. Tears
rolled down her cheeks like rain and as her eyes met Mine, I was
hurt so by her sorrow! She was always by My side, silent and loving.
She was My mother of love! She is always there next to you when you
suffer.
I fell again and he (the
guard) really hit Me. It (the cross) was so heavy that he and I
together could barely move it. It seemed as I walked, heavier with
the sins of the world heaped on it. My hands were bleeding. Blood
ran from the wounds of My thorns and My head throbbed, seeming to
make the wounds in My head bleed even more. Some of the Blood was
dried, some of it running all over My Body. I had so many cuts and
bruises — and people watched and laughed!
I am Jesus, Son of the
Living God, and they laughed and mimicked Me! Oh, such hardened
hearts! How vile can men’s heart become? The devil’s grip is
paralyzing and crippling.
The walk was so long up a
hill and over rocks — the cross had to be lifted over the rocks. My
Body was bleeding so badly! My heart was pounding. I knew that the
salvation of all men depended on My love. Therefore, I went through
such agony.
I thought of My intense
love for you — that many would go to heaven because of My suffering
— and I continued to the top of the hill. At the top they laid Me on
the cross and with a big hammer nailed My hands to it. It was the
worst (suffering) yet. My hands were nailed with big nails and the
big hammer. Oh, it was unbelievable! Then, as if that weren’t
enough, with a big nail they nailed through both feet.
Then they lifted the
cross and banged it into (a hole in) the ground. My shoulders ached
from how I hung. My head bobbed and My neck ached and they laughed
and said, "Now save Yourself." I hurt so much! I suffered this way
for hours — which seemed like forever — and they glared at Me and
laughed! My Mother watched in such agony.
For love of you, to My
death I gave you My Body. My child, I shed My Blood and gave you My
life that you might be with Me forever in heaven — not for a day, a
month or a year, but forever with Me in heaven.
I am the true Bread come
down from heaven. He who eats My Flesh will have life forever. For
the drink I give you is My Blood and food you eat is My Body. Who
would lay down his life for a friend? I did, for you. I love you
this much, child. Forget about those who reject you. You have My
life that I gave you and I give you life eternal.
I am the One true God. I
am the Light of life. He who abides in Me will have life eternal,
for the drink I give is My Blood and the food I give is My Body.
Drink and eat and have everlasting life.
My child, that is all you
need to know. Love one another and be good that you may enter into
My kingdom.

Mary:
I stood beneath the cross of my Son, and my Heart was in such
pain for I saw Him before my eyes. I saw Him covered with blood. I
saw Him die. My Heart, my children, my Heart to watch my Son, but my
Heart, my Heart, how I suffered for my little children of the world
that give in to this world and give up the love of my Son. O my
little children of light, I give you this message. Carry this light
into the darkness for your Mother Mary, for I stood beneath the
cross and I cried. I cried for the little ones. I cried for the
young ones, the ones that do not care and will lose their souls. How
do I make you see for you will not listen to me? What can I do? I
come. I appear. I beg. I plead. I give you these gifts from my Son,
and you reject me. I do not deliver messages very often anymore for
I have been ignored. The message is the same. You do not read the
messages I have given to you. Please help me. Help the little
children. I appear. I appear. I appear, and I am ignored. I stood
beneath the cross, and I cried. I cried, and my Heart was in such
anguish for my little children, for I am searching for them this day
as I searched for the Child Jesus. Please, please help me. I cannot
hold back the hand of my Son any longer. I am Mary, your Mother. I
ask you to help my children. You are my children of light.

Luke 2: 41-52
Every year his
parents used to go to Jerusalem for the feast of the Passover.
When he was twelve years old, they went up for the feast as
usual. When the days of the feast were over and they set off
home, the boy Jesus stayed behind in Jerusalem without his
parents knowing it. They assumed he was somewhere in the party,
and it was only after a day’s journey that they went to look for
him among their relations and acquaintances. When they failed to
find him they went back to Jerusalem looking for him
everywhere.
It happened that,
three days later, they found him in the Temple, sitting among
the teachers, listening to them, and asking them questions; and
all those who heard him were astounded at his intelligence and
his replies. They were overcome when they saw him, and his
mother said to him, ‘My child, why have you done this to us? See
how worried your father and I have been, looking for you.’ He
replied, ‘Why were you looking for me? Did you not know that I
must be in my Father’s house?’ But they did not understand what
he meant. He went down with them then and came to Nazareth and
lived under their authority. His mother stored up all these
things in her heart. And Jesus increased in wisdom, in stature,
and in favour with God and with people.

The Holy Spirit
Jesus: "My beloved friend, tell
My people to pray daily to the Holy Spirit. They are to pray for an
increase in His gifts. My people must realize that the Holy Spirit
comes to transform them. The Spirit desires to transform you more
and more according to My image. Those who are docile to His touch
become increasingly shaped in My likeness. He performs this marvel
within Mary's Immaculate Heart. The more one dwells in My Mother's
Heart, the more active are the workings of the Spirit. The Spirit
leads Mary to place you within My own Heart. In both Our Hearts,
then, your transformation continues. The more you are formed after
My own Heart, the more I lead you to the bosom of My Father. Tell My
people all this. Tell them to pray daily for a greater appreciation
of these wondrous gifts. I am Lord and Master. All who come to My
Heart will be on fire to receive the gifts of the Spirit in ever
greater measure! I love and bless My people!"
Reflection: The Holy Spirit is
given to us to fashion us ever more according to the likeness of
Jesus. And the more we are like Jesus, the more Jesus leads us to
the Father. Do we, each day, pray to the Holy Spirit to be more open
to His transforming influence? Do we strive each day to grow in
union with Mary? The greater our union with our Mother, the spouse
of the Holy Spirit, the greater is the transforming action of the
Holy Spirit within us.

is the first official message I received before the statue of Mary
at Our Lady of the Holy Spirit Center. It is a personal message for
Father Carter.
Mary: (in front of
the glowing statue of Our Lady of Sorrows) I am the Immaculate
Heart. My Heart is glowing for love of all my beloved children. I am
your most loving Mother. I am with you this day. Pray for the
success of the priestly newsletter Shepherds of Christ. I am
guarding your way. You will receive such graces to accomplish this
task! Grace from God is so abundantly bestowed on you and will lead
to the success of this endeavor! Pray for this cause at the Center.
The priests will lead the people to the love of My beloved Son. This
is no little task. It will take many prayers and graces. Pray hard,
little one. Your prayers will change many hearts.

"I wish to share with you part of a
message which Jesus gave us on October 13, 1994. The
message tells us about the expansion of the Shepherds of
Christ movement:
'My beloved priest-companion, today I come to
you with another mission. I am asking you to establish
Shepherds of Christ Ministries. At My request you have
already begun the priestly newsletter, "Shepherds of
Christ", and the prayer chapters, Shepherds of Christ
Associates...
'I am giving you this message on this day, the
77th Anniversary of the Great Apparition at Fatima,
because of the close connection between the Shepherds of
Christ movement and the Fatima message. The Fatima
message is centered in devotion to My Heart and My
Mother's Heart, especially in consecration to Our
Hearts. Shepherds of Christ Ministries is also centered
in devotion to Our Hearts. I will use Shepherds of
Christ Ministries as a great instrument in helping to
bring about the triumph of the Immaculate Heart and the
reign of My Sacred Heart. When this occurs, My Church
and the world will be experiencing the great era of
peace promised by My Mother at Fatima.
'Today, then, October 13, 1994, the 77th

Apostles of the Eucharistic Heart of
Jesus
My dear
fellow Associate Members,
Jesus is calling special
apostles to join a new division of the Shepherds of Christ Movement.
Here is a message from Jesus given to Father Carter:
My beloved priest-companion, I am requesting that a
new prayer movement be started under the direction of Shepherds of
Christ Ministries. I am asking for volunteers who are willing to pray
before the Blessed Sacrament for one hour, twice-weekly. Members of the
Shepherds of Christ prayer chapters, as well as others, are to be
invited to join this movement.
These apostles are to pray for the intentions I am
giving you. For part of the hour they are to use the prayers of the
Shepherds of Christ Associates Handbook. They may spend the rest of the
hour as they so choose.
I will use this new prayer movement within My
Shepherds of Christ Ministries in a powerful way to help in the renewal
of My Church and the world. I will give great graces to those who join
this movement. The name, Apostles of the Eucharistic Heart of Jesus, is
to be given to this movement.
I am inviting My beloved Rita Ring to be coordinator
for this activity.
I pour out the great love of My Sacred Heart to all.
I am Jesus, Chief Shepherd of the flock.
This is indeed a special calling for us to unite in one
heart with His Eucharistic Heart and pray for the following intentions:

fashion the riches contained in My Heart and My Mother's Heart. I
desire that you tell all My people about these riches. I desire that
My people consecrate themselves to My Sacred Heart and to Mary's
Immaculate Heart. My people are living in the beginnings of the age
of the Two Hearts.
"After the time of the purification is
completed, this new era of the Church and the world will become
firmly established. This era will be characterized by the triumph of
the Immaculate Heart and the reign of My Sacred Heart. All those who
consecrate themselves to My Heart and to My Mother's Heart will help
to establish this glorious new age. I am Lord and Master. Please
listen to My urgent request. Within Our Hearts you will experience
the love and security, the peace and the joy, which you all desire.
I love My people with a tremendous love, and in My love I give them
this message!"
Reflection: This is the Age of
the Two Hearts! The surest road to sanctity in these our times is
through consecration to the Hearts of Jesus and Mary. In making this
consecration, and striving with God's grace to live it as best we
can each day, we are contributing to the establishment of the
triumph of the Immaculate Heart and to the arrival of the reign of
the Sacred Heart.

Very carefully discerned by Fr. Carter
R. I came to All
Saints Church before a beautiful Monstrance of gold that contained
Our beloved Savior. He was adorned in light, the altar beneath shone
with the brightest light and the cross behind was entirely
silhouetted with the same celestial light. I was overwhelmed with
the presence of God and cried deeply from the awe of it all.
To be so aware of the Almighty God
truly present in His splendor and glory—to know the presence of God,
to see the glistening of the gold and the light and reflection of
the cross behind Him—my beauteous love—words do not exist to
describe the rapture of a heavenly embrace! I cry because of the
immense awe within my being to know Him. God truly present in His
majesty and glory and oh, God, I behold the presence of a heavenly
court. You opened wide the heavens and lifted up the veil and I knew
You in Your splendor and glory. I behold God, Father, Son, and Holy
Spirit.
"I am the Way, the Truth and the
Life." He is the Almighty God. He shows us the celestial lights with
which He will light this earth. Many must surrender their hearts to
His Heart and Mary's heart. It is in surrendering, the Spirit will
move in the hearts of men and the light of God will shine on the
darkened earth. Not with a light that you comprehend, but a light
that is divinely granted—a light beyond all lights, a vision beyond
all visions. It takes the surrender of minds and hearts to God. The
Spirit cannot move in us when we are in control. Surrender and give
Him our heart and He will make us fishers of men.
We are His apostles in the Shepherds
of Christ Movement. He is sending us out into the world to light the
hearts with His burning love. We are chosen by Him and He is giving
us abundant graces to grow in our union with Him. He will light this
world with His burning love. Our hearts must be open. We must
surrender and let go and reach beyond the senses, reach with our
hearts. Pray for faith, pray for the vision of God.
Note: I cried all
through this writing, having the presence of God and being in great
ecstasy to behold Him. May God touch your heart and may His Spirit
move within you. May you be filled with the grace of God to
surrender and let Him accomplish a great work within you.
And I was filled on high with His
miraculous light and He reached down and spoke within me. I was
filled as never before and knew the presence of God, Father, Son,
and Holy Spirit.
Note: As I finished,
the bells at All Saints Church rang at 9:00 A.M. As I began to
experience the immense splendor, the bells of 8:00 rang. Words do
not express anything that I saw or experienced or know from this
ecstasy. This was the greatest and the first of three visions, which
defined clearly to me our role in the Shepherds of Christ Movement.
Jesus defines clearly the role of Fr. Carter in this great mission
given to him by the Father.
For Fr. Carter from Jesus:
Jesus: To him who has eyes to
see, they will see - not with earthly vision, but with the eyes of
faith, and to him who has ears to hear, he will hear with the
fluttering of the Spirit moving within him.
I am the Way, the Truth, and the
Life. I am the Almighty God. I say to the rocks to fall and they
fall and to the grass, grow, and it grows, and to the sun, shine,
and it shines. I give to you My love in these letters. Filled with
My love, you will conquer this earth, not with weapons and powder or
force, but with fires of My love. The fire will wipe out the hatred
in the cold hearts and the earth will be covered with My celestial
light. The earth will rock and I will appear in the heavens adorned
in power and glory and the contrite hearts will be saved. I came to
separate the sheep from the goats, the light from the darkness. I
come and no one pays Me heed.
To you, My beloved son, Father
Carter, I have sent you on a mission to spread this fire that will
cover this earth. The hearts of men will turn from their sick and
desolate ways to hearts gentle as a little lamb.
There will be one flock and one
Shepherd and My staff will rule over all. Hearts consecrated to Our
Hearts will lead the light across the earth. This light will be a
light of intense brightness, brighter and hotter than any light from
a flame. It will be the fire of God's love. The Spirit will move in
the hearts of all consecrated to My Heart, and you will know how
fire truly spreads, for the love of God is a fire. It is vibrant. It
is encompassing. It is smoldering, burning deep within and speedily
spreading on the outside. No fire on this earth can ever describe
the burning embers that burn from the Sacred Heart of Jesus. No fire
burns like the fires coming from My Heart and hearts filled with the
love from the Sacred Heart of Jesus.
I have written your name, Fr.
Carter, in My Heart, never ever to be blotted out and this earth
will be renewed with the fire of God's love through you. You are My
beloved priest-son, forever, according to the order of Melchizedek.
Most holy and most sacred are your hands that consecrate the Host
and write My precious newsletter for My beloved priest-sons. You are
never unguarded. You are held within the deepest chamber of My
Heart, and you will spread My love to the priest-sons of this earth.
I am Jesus. You will spread My love
to all souls on this earth. I love you with the tenderest burning
love. I am Jesus, your beloved Savior.
