Mary: I stood beneath the cross of my Son, Jesus.
Today there is so much confusion in the world. Families
that pray the Shepherds of Christ Prayers as a family and
pray the rosary can receive very special blessings and
healing graces, Jesus promised.
Use the Fatima statues with the glass as
a special remembrance of my presence,
as your Heavenly Mother, with you.
You should pray for healing of your family tree as
Jesus told you during the March Florida and China
retreats.
You should pray for children and grandchildren
and future children in the family.
I want you to have a piece of the glass which
came from my image face and a statue of
Our Lady of Fatima in every home.
Give these statues to your family and friends.
When you pray the rosaries in the Blue Books
and the prayers, Jesus promises special graces
of healing for you and your family
and for your needs.
We have given Rosaries from the Hearts of Jesus
and Mary from when Jesus and I appeared delivering
these rosaries. Pray them by candle-light and
we will be there with you in a special
way as you pray the Rosaries from the
Hearts of Jesus and Mary given in the Blue Books.
Pray for each other, pray for those you
are troubled about. Live in love.

R. The Liturgy tells us to rejoice –
we are 1/2 way through Lent –
St. Paul tells us we were in darkness
once – now we are in the light –
Our first reading is from Samuel –
It takes us back about 1000 years
before Christ –
Saul was the first King –
Samuel was called by God to anoint
David –
David was the son of Jesse –
Jesus healed a man in the Gospel
who was blind from birth –
The man could then see with his mind
and heart –
What blinds a man is jealousy, pride,
envy, arrogance –
Today's Readings
1 Samuel 16: 1, 6-7, 10-19
the horn of oil and anointed him, surrounded by his brothers; and the spirit of Yahweh seized on David from that day onwards. Samuel, for his part, set off and went to Ramah.Yahweh said to Samuel, ‘How much longer do you mean to go on mourning over Saul, now that I myself have rejected him as ruler of Israel? Fill your horn with oil and go. I am sending you to Jesse of Bethlehem, for I have found myself a king from among his sons.
When they arrived, he looked at Eliab and thought, ‘This must be Yahweh’s anointed now before him, but Yahweh said to Samuel, ‘Take no notice of his appearance or his height, for I have rejected him; God does not see as human beings see; they look at appearances but Yahweh looks at the heart.
Jesse thus presented seven of his sons to Samuel, but Samuel said to Jesse, ‘Yahweh has not chosen these. He then asked Jesse, ‘Are these all the sons you have?’ Jesse replied, ‘There is still one left, the youngest; he is looking after the sheep.’ Samuel then said to Jesse, ‘Send for him, for we shall not sit down to eat until he arrives. Jesse had him sent for; he had ruddy cheeks, with fine eyes and an attractive appearance. Yahweh said, ‘Get up and anoint him: he is the one! At this, Samuel took
Now the spirit of Yahweh had withdrawn from Saul, and an evil spirit from Yahweh afflicted him with terrors. Saul's servants said to him, 'An evil spirit from God is undoubtedly the cause of your terrors. Let our lord give the order, and your servants who wait on you will look for a skilled harpist; when the evil spirit from God comes over you, he will play and it will do you good.' Saul said to his attendants, 'Find me, please, a man who plays well, and bring him to me.' One of the servants then spoke up and said, 'I have seen one of the sons of Jesse the Bethlehemite: he is a skilled player, a brave man and a fighter, well spoken, good-looking and Yahweh is with him.' So Saul sent messengers to Jesse with the order, 'Send me your son David (who is with the sheep).'
Psalm 23: 1-6
Yahweh is my shepherd, I lack nothing.
In grassy meadows he lets me lie.
By tranquil streams he leads me
to restore my spirit.
He guides me in paths of saving justice
as befits his name.
Even were I to walk in a ravine as dark as death
I should fear no danger, for you are at my side.
Your staff and your crook are there to soothe me.
You prepare a table for me
under the eyes of my enemies;
you anoint my head with oil;
my cup brims over.
Kindness and faithful love pursue me
every day of my life.
I make my home in the house of Yahweh
for all time to come.
Ephesians 5: 8-14
Try to discover what the Lord wants of you, take no part in the futile works of darkness but, on the contrary, show them up for what they are. The things which are done in secret are shameful even to speak of; but anything shown up by the light will be illuminated and anything illuminated is itself a light. That is why it is said: Wake up, sleeper, rise from the dead, and Christ will shine on you.You were darkness once, but now you are light in the Lord; behave as children of light, for the effects of the light are seen in complete goodness and uprightness and truth.
John 9: 1-41
As he went along, he saw a man who had been blind from birth. His disciples asked him, ‘Rabbi, who sinned, this man or his parents, that he should have been born blind?’ ‘Neither he nor his parents sinned,’ Jesus answered, ‘he was born blind so that the works of God might be revealed in him.
'As long as day lasts
we must carry out the work of the one
who sent me;
the night will soon be here
when no one can work.
As long as I am in the world
I am the light of the world.’Having said this, he spat on the ground, made a paste with the spittle, put this over the eyes of the blind man, and said to him, ‘Go and wash in the Pool of Siloam’ (the name means ‘one who has been sent’). So he went off and washed and came back able to see.
His neighbours and the people who used to see him before (for he was a beggar) said, ‘Isn’t this the man who used to sit and beg?’ Some said, ‘Yes, it is the same one.' Others said, 'No, but he looks just like him.’ The man himself said, ‘Yes, I am the one.’ So they said to him, ‘Then how is it that your eyes were opened?' He answered, ‘The man called Jesus made a paste, daubed my eyes with it and said to me, "Go off and wash at Siloam"; so I went, and when I washed I gained my sight.’ They asked, ‘Where is he?’ He answered, ‘I don’t know.’
They brought to the Pharisees the man who had been blind. It had been a Sabbath day when Jesus made the paste and opened the man’s eyes, so when the Pharisees asked him how he had gained his sight, he said, ‘He put a paste on my eyes, and I washed, and I can see. Then some of the Pharisees said, ‘That man cannot be from God: he does not keep the Sabbath.’ Others said, ‘How can a sinner produce signs like this? And there was division among them. So they spoke to the blind man again, 'What have you to say about him yourself, now that he has opened your eyes?’ The man answered, ‘He is a prophet.’
However, the Jews would not believe that the man had been blind without first sending for the parents of the man who had gained his sight and asking them, ‘Is this man really the son of yours who you say was born blind? If so, how is it that he is now able to see?’ His parents answered, ‘We know he is our son and we know he was born blind, but how he can see, we don’t know, nor who opened his eyes.
Ask him. He is old enough: let him speak for himself.’ His parents spoke like this out of fear of the Jews, who had already agreed to ban from the synagogue anyone who should acknowledge Jesus as the Christ. This was why his parents said, ‘He is old enough; ask him.'
So the Jews sent for the man again and said to him, ‘Give glory to God! We are satisfied that this man is a sinner.’ The man answered, ‘Whether he is a sinner I don’t know; all I know is that I was blind and now I can see.’ They said to him, ‘What did he do to you? How did he open your eyes?’ He replied, ‘I have told you once and you wouldn’t listen. Why do you want to hear it all again? Do you want to become his disciples yourselves?’ At this they hurled abuse at him, ‘It is you who are his disciple, we are disciples of Moses; we know that God spoke to Moses, but as for this man, we don’t know where he comes from.’ The man replied, ‘That is just what is so amazing! You don’t know where he comes from and he has opened my eyes! We know that God doesn’t listen to sinners, but God dos listen to people who are devout and do his will. Ever since the world began it is unheard of for anyone to open the eyes of someone born blind; if this man were not from God, he wouldn’t have been able to do anything.’ They retorted, ‘Are you trying to teach us, and you a sinner through and through ever since you were born!' And they ejected him.
Jesus heard they had ejected him, and when he found him he said to him, ‘Do you believe in the Son of man?’ ‘Sir,’ the man replied, ‘tell me who he is so that I may believe in him.’ Jesus said, ‘You have seen him; he is speaking to you.’ The man said, ‘Lord, I believe,’ and worshipped him.
Jesus said:It is for judgement
that I have come into this world,
so that those without sight may see
and those with sight may become blind.Hearing this, some Pharisees who were present said to him, ‘So we are blind, are we?’ Jesus replied:
If you were blind,
you would not be guilty,
but since you say, ‘We can see,’
your guilt remains.
1 Samuel 16: 7
... God does not see as human beings see; they look at appearances but Yahweh looks at the heart.
R. God looks into the heart
God sees our hearts –
God wants hearts of pure intentions –
God wants hearts of love –
God wants hearts that live to serve God's will –
not to be prideful and try to do their
will even lie to get it, deceive,
and not repent for offending God.
Mary said "she was the handmaid of the Lord."
Live as children of Light –
Mary called us children of the Light in Clearwater!
Those who go to the building are to be children
of light –
Ephesians 5: 14
Wake up, sleeper
rise from the dead,
and Christ will shine on you.
R. This is one of Fr. Joe's favorite Gospels –
In the beginning of the Gospel it
clarifies suffering is a part of being human and
not all from sin –
My grandmother was very holy –
she suffered with her legs and
she would always say
"I must have lived a sinful life to
suffer like this"
This was not so –
she was suffering.
Jesus is the Light of the world
The blind man had gradual insight –
first time he called Jesus, just a man –
then when the Pharisees
asked the man about him –
he called him a 'prophet' –
Then the blind man recognized Jesus as the Son of God.
Worship & believing go together –
saying we believe, but not having
time to worship will not
bring us to where we need to be –
We need to believe and worship.
May we pray to see the light.
Guiding Light
R. Inspired to be Genuine –
Not deceptive – living in harmony and love
living in the truth –
From The Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius,
by Louis J. Puhl, S.J. p. 12
23. FIRST PRINCIPLE AND FOUNDATION
Man is created to praise, reverence and serve God
our Lord, and by this means to save his soul.
From The Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius,
by Louis J. Puhl, S.J. p.1121. SPIRITUAL EXERCISES
Which have as their purpose the conquest of self
and the regulation of one's life in such a way that
no decision is made under the influence of any
inordinate attachment
Matthew 12: 46-50
He was still speaking to the crowds when suddenly his mother and his brothers were standing outside and were anxious to have a word with him. But to the man who told him this Jesus replied, 'Who is my mother? Who are my brothers?' And stretching out his hand towards his disciples he said, 'Here are my mother and my brothers. Anyone who does the will of my Father in heaven is my brother and sister and mother.'
R. Dear Jesus, I need You and I love You so much.
Dear Jesus I thank You for the Blue Book 12, it is
so beautiful.
I know why this Movement exists to spread these
prayer chapters praying for the priests, the Church
and the world. We have these prayers in eight
languages with the Church's Imprimatur.
I read the messages from You, how important
it is for us to give ourselves in love to
do this.
This is to help in the completion of the Fatima
message.
Consecration means you are truthful about your
selves and what you have done to oppose God's
will and tell God with your whole heart and
whole soul you take Him as the King of your
hearts.
What comes is peace, because what God
wants us to do will help lead us to greater
oneness with Him.
God is calling us to be witnesses of love
in the world – living God's will in love. Knowing
ourselves and weaknesses inside from the past
and being sorry for how we have offended
God in trying to be right all the time – trying
to work our selfish plan when God called
us to be soldiers of love, in the family of God –
loving our brothers as ourselves, trusting and
working in loving relationships with those God
has called us to work with in our vocation.
I know Jesus You called me to be happy and
spread this work, but a person can make
decisions to not work with those God has
called them to work with, to try to isolate, and
control things to work against Your plan
of unity and love.
Giving in love is our life's work –
The plan is loving our vocation God
has called us to and living in relationship
with the people God has called us to work
with.
So people can have anxiety, fear, wanting to
control, be alone and can use their life to
try to set things up to not build the community
or family you called us to work in, the
structure You have set, but to oppose the
structure, confuse things to control and not
work on being on God's plan, but choose to
try to make their isolating plan and control
be the plan of family and community.
God calls us to work according to His Plan.
If a person chooses never to trust the people
God wants them to work with – then relationships
won't be formed.
Likewise a person must be trustworthy to those
God has put over them and God expects them
to work with.
If the rule is forced, where a person does not
take personal responsibility for their behavior,
and lives to prove what was wrong is right,
so they can try to force the family, community
into dysfunctional ways, the family or
community will wither in the deceptive ways
it has been forced to endure.
Jesus is the way, the truth and the life. Building
on Jesus means accountability for sins that hurt
others in relationships and make amends where
a person has lied or tried to deceive to force
dysfunction as the way of life.
The family of God is to be rooted on God's
will and live in trust and love.
The family of God is to seek His will and
to be truthful.
The family of God lives by the 10 Commandments
and the Word.
Strength comes from within.
When a person is unaccountable for personal
sin and lies about how they have
behaved, nothing can be built on
deception.
Religious are to be holy and to be united
with Jesus who is their strength.
Strength comes from letting go of inordinate
attachments that take us from being holy and
are not God's will.
An attachment can be trying to prove we are
right, instead of acting to do God's will –
An attachment can be lying to get what
we want to manipulate others –
Being consecrated to the Sacred Heart and
Immaculate Heart means we surrender to
God and live in Him – live to be more and more in
the image and likeness of Jesus. It means living
in the Pure and Holy Hearts of love. It means wanting
the truth, not thinking of lying to prove we are
never wrong. It means giving ourselves to the
Plan of God and wanting to serve Him.
Mary showed us how she obeyed the will
of God. The 7 Sorrows show us, she did God's
will in suffering and joy. Mary loved the will
of God. The family of God is held together by
living in God's will.
In today's Gospel we see the blind man, blind
from birth and Jesus puts clay on his eyes to
heal him.
What a message, every human person has original
sin but Mary. God gives us baptism – what a
gift –
But we can ignore the gifts God gives us like
Adam and Eve in the garden and work our own plan –
like Eve who wanted to be equal to God.
We can ignore why we were created: to know, love
and serve God. We can think we need to
control our lives, lie to get what we want,
deceive ourselves about our jealousy and
pride and envy and spend our life living
in sin – rather than recovery – trying
to be more and more in the image of the
New Adam and the New Eve –
We have a free will to serve God or to do our
own will and try to prove we are
always right even when we are wrong,
work our own plan and not live in harmony
with those living by God's will.
It's like a sore thumb, it can be swollen and
sticks out –
living against God's will is like a sore
thumb to God –

Pray the Holy Spirit Novena using the Holy Spirit Novena Booklet.
After the novena, read the appropriate meditation. For example: period 1, day 1; period 1, day 2; etc. This will continue until further indicated.
It is enormously important that you feel as a body praying together, asking for the special coming of the Holy Spirit.
After the meditation say: "We consecrate the Movement, Our Lady of the Holy Spirit Center, the Church and the world to the Sacred Heart of Jesus and to the Immaculate Heart of Mary."
Ask that the Blood of Jesus be spread on the Movement, Our Lady of the Holy Spirit Center, the Church and the world.
Begin the 6:30 p.m. prayer service as usual.
II. Begin the 6:30 prayer service
Begin praying: Dear Father in the name of Your Son Jesus, in the Holy Spirit, through the powerful intercession of the Virgin Mary, with all the angels and the saints and the souls in purgatory, we join in one mind and one heart and ask the Holy Spirit to come to all the world in a special way, especially to our priests. We pray all prayers for the priests and the renewal of the Church and the world and for the Shepherds of Christ intentions. By the precious Body and Blood of Jesus we cast out Satan far from this place, our families, the Shepherds of Christ Movement, Our Lady of the Holy Spirit Center, the Church and the world. We ask the Blood of Jesus be spread on us, the Shepherds of Christ Movement, Our Lady of the Holy Spirit Center, the Church and the world. We beg for grace and mercy for the world and wish to make reparation to the Hearts of Jesus and Mary. We give our hearts to Jesus and Mary with all gathered here in love. We wish to be forgiven for offending one another. We love You God, help us.

Guiding Light
- Reflect on the Word
Guiding Light homily series - Reflect on the Word - Cycle
B — The Word leaves an impression on our souls. In my thoughts and
reflections are born a more tangible understanding of these eternal
concepts presented in the Gospels and the readings. Anyone can read a
sentence, but not anyone can absorb it's true meaning. Truth, in this
day and age, is almost a matter of opinion or individual entitlement. We
believe that Christ's truth is our Roman Catholic Church. We, as
priests, champion it's teachings; we are ambassadors for the Pope and
Christ to those faces looking at us. We are the light by which our
congregation reads to reflect upon real truth and we do it hand in hand.

Guiding Light homily series - Steadfast to the Son - Cycle A — The sunflower is a great example of how we should be steadfastly guided by light. What a powerful thought that this exceptional plant is not stuck in one pose day in and day out, yet adaptable and magnetized to the sun. We feel the same about our Son. Our heads turns to face Christ as each day presents its challenges to find light. We join together like plants in a field and soak up the Son through the pulpit. We are a warm circle of strength using the wind of our breath to carry our priests' words, Christ's words, to new rich soil. $15 | ||

Guiding Light - Feed My Soul - Cycle C — In a world rapidly advancing and encouraging personal gain, we are faced with modern problems. There is a challenge to find time in our busy schedules for Sunday Mass or a family meal. We are able to research, shop, bank and even work without hearing one human voice. It is no wonder that we may often feel disconnected and famished at our week's end. In Fr. Joe's third book of homilies from Cycle C, we are reminded of the charity that Christ intended us to show each other. We have a calling to turn the other cheek and be the Good Samaritan to others. We are rewarded with the Father's kingdom and love when we are not worthy. We are not left alone or hungry. $15 |
Guiding Light - Focusing on the Word - Cycle B — At times we may feel that our path to Christ is a bit "out of focus". Like the disciples in the Book of Mark, this ordinary life clouds our vision of Christ's Divinity. We may doubt the practicality or possibility of applying His teachings and example to our modern life. Cycle B's homilies are a "guiding light" to help us realize Jesus' Messianic greatness and His promise of better things to come. $15 |

Guiding Light - The Word Alive in Our Hearts. - Cycle A (partial) — Homilies by the Reverend Joe Robinson given at St. Boniface Church in Cincinnati, Ohio. It is a tremendous honor Fr. Joe has allowed us to share these great gifts with you – for greater holiness and knowing more and more about God. $10 |
