Dear Friend,
I give my heart to Jesus and Mary with you in love.
Jesus asked us to finish one room in the priest house, so a priest could stay there. We have been working on this room for 6 months. We need $3,000 for the carpet, shades and furniture. Could anyone help us with a donation for the priest house to complete this room?We have been working on the priest house for 6 years. Jesus would like a priest be able to stay there.
Thanks

Glorious Mysteries
The Resurrection R. The
Pascal Mystery, Death/Resurrection
Jesus gave His all. He spread His arms and He gave His all and He calls
us to love each other as He has loved us. In this act of giving, He
shows us that He gave to His death on the cross. He came to show us the
way to love. Jesus died to bring us new life. We want to focus on our
baptism - sharing in His life in us. 1. R. Jesus
calls us to die to all those things that are not like Him. At the
Consecration of the Mass, when the priest raises up the host, I hear Him
say: This is My Body. I hear the song, "This is My Body ... Given up for
you." 2. R. Love is giving and Jesus gave His all.
Jesus spread His arms and gave His all. Jesus died on the cross that we
could share in His life and in the Resurrection. Jesus gives us a
sharing in His life in baptism. 3. R. Jesus sets
the exiles free. Jesus gives to us a sharing in His Divine Life in
baptism. At the cross, Blood and water poured from His pierced Heart.
Water, a symbol of Baptism; Blood, a symbol of the Eucharist. Baptism -
whereby we become sharers in His Divine Life and the Eucharist, whereby
that life is fed with His own Body and Blood. Jesus is truly present in
the Eucharist. Jesus loved us that He gave Himself.
4. Song: Take and Eat 5. R.
Death has no power over Jesus and on the third day He rose from the
dead. 6. R. In baptism we receive a sharing in His
life and God: Father, Son and Holy Spirit dwell in the graced baptized
soul. We read His Word, the Holy Scriptures, our hearts burn within us
for this is our love for God. The two disciples on the way to Emmaus
said, "When he spoke the Scriptures, were not our hearts burning within
us." As we grow deeper and deeper in this life, our hearts will burn
within us when we hear the Word of God. 7. R.
Jesus died on the cross. We die to the ways not like Jesus at Mass. We
give ourselves to Him and we die to all those things that are not like
Him and we ask the Holy Spirit to come and to work in us in the heart of
Mary that we will be more and more like our Beloved Jesus. The Mass is
so beautiful for it is there that we offer ourselves as a sacrifice -
not a sacrifice that we are given hard things all the time, it is the
offering of ourselves to the Father united to Jesus, in the Holy Spirit.
We pray to do God's will in love. Pray: This is my
offering Father. Whatever You want I give myself to You. In my joys and
in my sorrows, I give You myself with all my love. 8.
R. Jesus gives Himself to us. This intimate relationship between me
and Jesus depends on how intimately I give myself to Jesus. The more I
give of myself, the more fully I will know God's love more deeply.
9. Song: I Love You Jesus 10. Song: God's
Love
Ascension of Our Lord into Heaven R. Before
He ascended into heaven, Jesus gave to the apostles the power to baptize
and to forgive sins. Think of our priest this day - the great honor it
is to be a priest. The gift God gives at the Consecration of the Mass
when bread is changed into the Body of Christ and wine is changed into
His Blood! Let us pray fervently for our priest, for this is such a
great honor. When the priest is full of love for Jesus, when he sees the
great role he has been called to, the priest will be more and more like
Jesus. We want to see Jesus in the priest at Mass. We pray that priests
give good example as holy priests, so young men all over will answer the
call if Jesus is calling them to priesthood. 1. R.
As we go to Mass and we see with eyes unveiled, the great gift, as it
unfolds before us, let us pray fervently for our beloved priests.
2. R. Jesus ascended into Heaven but He left behind the apostles
to carry out His work. Let us see Jesus at the Consecration of the Mass,
for the Father looks down and He sees His Son. The host is changed into
the Body of Christ and the wine is changed into His Blood, this is a
precious moment. The priest is such a gift to us and the Father sees
this and is so pleased. In this Holy Sacrifice of the Mass let us unite
with the priest and offer ourselves and all that we do to God and
surrender to the will of the Father for we know how much God loves us.
The Father sent His only begotten Son into this world that we would be
able to share in His life. Jesus gave Himself as a sacrifice on the
cross and rose the 3rd day victorious. 3. R. How
blessed are we that we can go to Mass. The Mass is the sacrifice of
Calvary sacramentally made present and it goes on all over the world. We
can unite with the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass in all of our actions all
through the day. Everything that we do we do as an offering to the
Father, united to Jesus, in the Holy Spirit in the Mass. The most
pleasing act of love to the Father is the love of His Son.
4. R. How great was the act of love God gave to this world when
Jesus gave Himself and died on the cross. Jesus gives Himself to us this
day in the Holy Eucharist. The greatest commandment is that we must love
God with our whole heart, our whole soul and our whole being – this is a
command! If we are to enter into Heaven we must follow the commandments.
They are commands given by God for us to follow. The greatest act we can
do on this earth is the act of loving God. The reason for our existence
is to love God. Jesus gives Himself to us in the Eucharist. This is the
Sacrament of His greatest love. We are called to respond by giving
ourselves in love to Him. 5. Song: Take and Eat
6. Hail Mary 7. R. Jesus is the Bread of Life and
He gives Himself to us in the Eucharist. 8. R.
Jesus ascended into Heaven but He remains with us this day and He is
truly present in the Eucharist as the day He walked this earth and Jesus
is in this room with us at this moment in His Divinity and humanity.
Many times the churches are empty when Jesus is in the tabernacle.
Let us fervently consecrate our hearts to Jesus, give ourselves to the
Hearts of Jesus and Mary and give to Him our greatest love for we are
hungry and He will feed us with what our starving souls crave - His
Divine Love. 9. Song: Jesus We Adore You
10. Hail Mary
The Descent of the Holy Spirit upon the Apostles and Mary
R. They were afraid and they locked themselves in the upper room
and there was a gigantic-like wind. There appeared over their heads
parted tongues of fire. They were filled with the Holy Spirit and began
to speak in foreign tongues, as He prompted them to. 1.
R. We see the apostles before the Descent of the Holy Spirit.
They were filled with fear. We see them after the Resurrection. They had
not understood the words of Jesus, they did not really know what would
happen. We see Peter. Peter denied Jesus, but we see the apostles after
the Descent of the Holy Spirit and they go out to preach. They did not
care who was first. They were filled with the fire of God's love. They
were selfless and they went into the world. Their whole mission was to
carry this exuberant love within them to the world. 2.
R. Holy Spirit, we ask You to come, descend upon us and work inside
of us, fill us with the fire of God's love and transform us more and
more into the image and likeness of Jesus.
3. R. Jesus took me to the inner recesses of His
Heart and He enveloped me in His deep burning love and I was united to
the Father, to the Son and to the Holy Spirit. For, the deeper that I
penetrate the Heart of Jesus, the more I unite with the Father, for He
is one with Him. Oh, Heart of Jesus, help us to love God more and more
through Your deep and burning Heart. 4. R. I give
myself to the heart of Mary, to her pure and sinless heart and in that
heart the Holy Spirit is active as He works with the fire of God's love,
transforming us more and more to this image of Jesus. Mary places us
deeper in the Heart of her Son in which we unite to the Father. We feel
the presence of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit in our graced baptized
soul. To be enveloped by the presence of the Almighty God - it is beyond
all words. Dwelling in Their Hearts is our little heaven on earth. It is
there that we unite more deeply to the Almighty God. 5.
Song: Come Holy Spirit 6. R. It is in
giving ourselves to the heart of Mary, that we will be placed by Mary,
deeper and deeper into the Heart of her Beloved Son. 7.
Consecration cards for children
8. R. Die to yourself at the Consecration of the
Mass and be enveloped in the heart of Mary and the Holy Spirit will work
within you. Mary and the Holy Spirit are there to help us to be more and
more like Jesus. Do you feel this at the Mass as you surrender yourself?
Do you see the Sacrifice, the Holy Sacrifice, the table and the offering
and that it is up to us to unite and to give ourselves that we may share
more fully in His deep and burning love? 9. R.
Holy Spirit, we give ourselves to You. Fill us with Your gifts. Give us
Your light that we may know more and more about our Beloved God, for it
is You that fills us with Your Divine Wisdom. With Your grace we partake
and know more and more into the mystery of God's love.
10. Hail Mary
Assumption of Our Blessed Lady into Heaven
Acts 1: 9-11 As he said this he was lifted up while
they looked on, and a cloud took him from their sight. They were still
staring into the sky as he went, when suddenly two men in white were
standing beside them, and they said, ‘Why are you Galileans standing
here looking into the sky? This Jesus who has been taken up from you
into heaven will come back in the same way as you have seen him go to
heaven.’ R. Jesus ascended into Heaven. We, hopefully, too
someday will be in heaven. What is Heaven like? What will it be like? It
will be knowing the presence of the Almighty God, to be enveloped by
love itself, it is a presence of Father, Son and Holy Spirit in the
beatific vision in heaven for all eternity. Relationship with God. It
begins in a special way after Communion at the Mass. Let us thank God
for the great gift that He gives to us, the gift of Himself.
1. R. Jesus took me to the deepest recesses of His Heart and it
was there I was enveloped by the love of the Almighty God: Father, Son
and Holy Spirit. 2. Song: I Am Your Sacred Heart
3. R. Mary said at Fatima, "Until a sufficient number of people
have consecrated their hearts to the Sacred Heart and the Immaculate
Heart of Mary, there will not be peace in this world." Let us give
ourselves to the Hearts of Jesus and Mary. Fr. Carter says dwelling in
the Hearts of Jesus and Mary is our little Heaven on earth.
4. R. Jesus showed us love. Jesus mounted the
cross and Jesus gave Himself. This is the price Jesus paid that we would
share in His Divine Life. 5. R. Mary has appeared
to me so many times and she calls out for the children that will be lost
and will lose their souls. We must consecrate our hearts to the Hearts
of Jesus and Mary. Jesus has promised that as Shepherds of Christ
members, He is giving to us great graces to join ever closer in our
union with Him as we consecrate our heart to Their Hearts. We can give
our heart to Mary and she will take us to the Heart of her Son.
6. Jesus: My dear beloved ones, bring your loved ones to the
heart of My Mother and she will take them to My Heart. I am giving to
you great graces as members of Shepherds of Christ, great graces to
unite ever deeper to My Heart. In your consecration, your prayers are
heard. Pray with all your heart and your prayers will be heard.
7. R. Oh, Mother of God, I give my heart to you. I beg that I may
dwell in your motherly heart and as I dwell in your heart, you take me
to the Heart of your Son, Jesus. 8. R. Oh, beloved
Heart of Jesus, I place my trust in You. 9. R. In
all of the troubles that are in our lives, let us go to the Hearts of
Jesus and Mary. This is our little Heaven on earth. Take all of our
family and all of those situations that we have no control over, to her
heart and she will place them deeply in the Heart of her Son.
10. Hail Mary
Mary is Crowned Queen of Heaven and Earth 1. R.
The peace of the world is entrusted to her. Mary appeared at Fatima and
she said, "until a sufficient number of people have consecrated their
hearts to the Sacred Heart and the Immaculate Heart of Mary, we will not
have peace in this world." Consecration means total giving of ourselves
to Their Hearts. We have been called to the Shepherds of Christ Movement
as special Shepherd Members to go out into this world and to spread
Their love. It is through our consecration to Their Hearts that we unite
in such oneness with God. God dwells in us and ministers to many in this
world. We have been called Shepherds of Christ and given great graces to
carry out this mission. It is in dwelling in Their Hearts that we will
unite to the Almighty God. This is our little Heaven on earth.
2. Jesus: No person is too busy to spend time alone with Me each
day. I am calling you to this union. My special Shepherds of Christ, I
am calling you to the deepest union with My Heart. Surrender and let go
and I will care for you and all of your needs. Each day you must
consecrate your heart to the Hearts of Jesus and Mary. Surrender in the
Mass. Give yourselves that you may grow in holiness and unite in deepest
union with God in the Holy Eucharist. I am Jesus. Many are called but
few are chosen. You are My special chosen ones that I am sending
into this world to spread the devotion to My Heart and My Mother's
heart. Come to Our Hearts and live in Us. 3. Song:
I Am the Bread of Life 4. Song: Eye Has Not Seen
5. R. Let us partake more fully in His Divine Life that we may
see more and more each day all through the Mass. Let us pray to the Holy
Spirit that we will see the great gift as it unfolds before our eyes and
that we offer ourselves as a Sacrifice with Jesus and unite to this all
through the day, thereby making our prayers so magnified and putting all
our cares in the Hearts of Jesus and Mary. Bring all your beloved ones
to Their Hearts and go about your lives loving as He intends us to love.
6. Hail Mary 9. Song: I Will Raise you Up on the
Last Day R. Our union for all eternity depends on
the union we have with Him now. Let us beg Him for the graces that we
may unite ever deeper to Him for we will be satisfied if we go to
Heaven. Our life forever depends on how we are now. Let us pray for
these graces fervently to go to heaven and consecrate our hearts to the
Hearts of Jesus and Mary. Dear Sacred
Heart of Jesus, I give myself to You. Take me, use me, whatever You
will. I see You dying on the cross. I know this is the love You have for
me. Dear heart of Mary, I give myself
to you. my heavenly Mother, Mother of my spiritual life, take me into
your heart as you carried the Child Jesus within your womb, as you cared
for Him and loved Him, care and love me and all my needs. This is my
prayer - to be ever united deeper and deeper in my love for the Almighty
God. I give myself to you. 10. From the Shepherds of
Christ Prayer Manual Act of consecration
to the Sacred Heart of Jesus
and
the Immaculate Heart of Mary Lord Jesus, Chief
Shepherd of the flock, I consecrate myself to Your most Sacred
Heart. From Your pierced Heart the Church was born, the Church You
have called me, as a member of Shepherds of Christ Associates, to serve in a most special way. You reveal Your
Heart as a symbol of Your love in all its aspects, including Your
most special love for me, whom You have chosen as Your companion in
this most important work. Help me to always love You in return. Help
me to give myself entirely to You. Help me always to pour out my
life in love of God and neighbor! Heart of Jesus, I place my trust
in You! Dear Blessed Virgin
Mary, I consecrate myself to your maternal and Immaculate Heart,
this Heart which is symbol of your life of love. You are the Mother
of my Savior. You are also my Mother. You love me with a most
special love as a member of Shepherds of Christ Associates,
a movement created by your Son as a powerful instrument for the
renewal of the Church and the world. In a return of love, I give
myself entirely to your motherly love and protection. You followed
Jesus perfectly. You are His first and perfect disciple. Teach me to
imitate you in the putting on of Christ. Be my motherly intercessor
so that, through your Immaculate Heart, I may be guided to an ever
closer union with the pierced Heart of Jesus, Chief Shepherd of the
flock. Sing: I Am Your Sacred Heart Sing: I Love You Jesus
7. Hail Mary
8. Hail Mary
February 1,
1996 R.
My whole desire is to be here in prayer with My beloved, to love
Him and know Him, but He calls me to serve Him and do His will.
My heart cries for the joy to be with Him here in Holy Cross-Immaculata,
my favorite place, to meet Him and be with Him. I love My love
so much. The pains in my feet, not very bad, remind me of how
close He truly is.
Oh my God, I just want these moments to linger when I am alone
with you here. I want them to never end.
I thought I would die today of my great desire to be with Him. I
love Him so much. It is so painful to wait to go to heaven. I
love Him so much, I want to know Him, more and more and more.
The things of this world do not matter to me as much for my
whole desire is to be one in Him.
I love You, God, with all my - my whole being - I empty myself
out to You. I want You - You alone, deep in me, so deep, one in
Thee, to be united in endless love.
Love is loving someone, is loving what God wants for them. There
are problems in life. Always see your hearts in Jesus and Mary'
Hearts. Spiritual attacks happen when people need to work
together. We must fight these. Pray for grace.
There is such oneness with those closest to us in doing this
work, that any division is unbearable so we must surrender and
work together for Jesus, because we love Them.
Whatever the problem it doesn't compare to the amount of love we
have for Them and separation is misery because it is as though
you cut off yourself. We fight to try to resolve differences for
love of Jesus, instead of fighting to be right.
This is giving when I love someone deeply. My heart is so joined
to Their Hearts. To be separate from Jesus is to hurt my own
heart.
To have any division with someone I deeply love is like dividing
myself and I cannot have peace and be divided. I must pray and
act as God wants.
My love with Jesus and Mary is connected with those I deeply
love. Our hearts are joined in Their Hearts.
I cannot be separate from some person and be united to Jesus and
Mary. There is no division in the Heart of Jesus. My greatest
love with any person is centered in the Mass. This is
unconditional love that I lay down my life for my friend. Every
time I love more deeply, according to God's will, it is rooted
in God. I want to grow to have a heart like Jesus. The devil
hates love among brothers, doing God's work.
My love with others grows as I love someone or a few special
persons very deeply. God sends these special persons in our
lives to teach us about deep spiritual love. In deep spiritual
love we share knowledge of God from deep within our hearts. This
unites us to Him.
Any division on my part with someone I deeply love causes me
lack of peace. I must always be rooted in love and what God
wants, when I differ with a person. I have peace when I am doing
God's will in love.
February 1, 1996 R.
In today's world men and women are considered equals. Jesus is
espoused to the Church and Mary is Mother of the Church. The
roles given to men and women are different.
The role of husband and wife as stated by Jesus: wives should be
submissive to their husbands. Obedience
is underplayed. The devil works hard on children to get them to
disobey. If children do not learn obedience, they will not obey
the will of God.
The idea of authority has been underplayed. People have
authority. Those who are subject to a certain authority must
respect it.
How can we obey God if we do not obey authority?
The first sin of Adam had to do with obeying authority: Eve
wanted to be equal. The first sin was a woman wanting to be
equal to God. Women want to be equal to men. Christ said
"Wives, be subject to your husbands, as you should in the Lord."
Colossians 3: 18 R.
Sisters should be Sisters. God gives the priesthood to men. The
priest reads the Gospel, he represents Christ - it is the Word
of God!
Freedom is doing the will of God. I am free when I am dependent
on the Father as a little child. This gives me freedom - I am
free from attachments and dependent on God for all my needs.
February 2, 1996 R.
I do not know what love is. What does love mean?
Jesus: Love is not the word. I am the source of love, I
am the Almighty God. Respond in love to others with love in
your heart, rooted in Me.
The more one realizes the love God has for them, the more
they give to others. To focus on the self to find the way to
love, is to lose the source of love - and the source is
found in God.
Do you see Me in others being loving? To focus on the self
is to be met at a dead-end, a stone wall. The self is not
the source of love, the prime source is the Almighty God.
The more you focus on yourself (Rita), the more of Rita you
get. You must focus on God and let Him act from you.
R.
Many times the devil tricks us by talking in our heads and
getting us to focus on ourselves, by playing our faults and
deficiencies before our eyes. I have wasted precious time
when I know Jesus is longing for my love.
February 3, 1996
First Saturday - Mid Morning R.
I cried so hard, I was so connected to His crucified body.
It was as if I was there and comforting Him and kissing His
blood-stained cheek. I have a great love for the crucified
Lord. I love His crucifix – I kiss His crucifix and love His
wounds! I feel deeply His wound on His left arm, open so
wide. I see the depth and the whole insides of My precious
God.
This morning I was deeply lost in the wounds of Jesus,
kissing His crowned head and crying in my very being for I
feel so deeply His suffering and His rejection. I felt
totally gone to this world and when I went to Mass later I
was so connected to Him on the cross, at the Consecration. I
was totally out of it in this experience, kissing the cross
and being with Him and His wounds. I felt as if I was truly
there with the wounded Lord, comforting Him, when I kissed
His blood-stained cheek. I have been experiencing sharp
pains in my left foot, and both my hands hurt sometimes. I
kept getting these pains in the left foot where I guess the
nails were driven into His foot. (Sunday I had the pains
with chills and I had pains in my hands and feet, on and
off, since Thursday of last week.) I would not be writing
this but my body has hurt all over for two days. I feel as
if I have been left to myself and He is so far from me.
Thursday when I got up I felt so bad all over, I just didn't
want to move and then John called up about going to St.
Dominic's and I forced myself to put all the tapes and books
in the car. I was going to Immaculata to pray before John
called – I felt so bad and had to be with Jesus.
My body just feels like I don't want to move. I have had
such anguish and feeling so rejected and alone. My body just
aches all over. On January 13th I could hardly move my legs.
I felt so as if I couldn't stand or go up or down the steps.
My body hurt but my legs hurt so badly. I have suffered the
greatest feelings of rejection and pains all day and my body
just hurts.
He took me to His Passion and I kissed His wounds and His
blood-covered cheeks, being filled with an awareness of His
great love. I was so engrossed in His sufferings. I begged
to share with Him, my whole body hurt, to feel in my heart
the rejection and the pain.
On Thursday morning I was overtaken by sadness and my body
ached. For two days I suffered deeply feeling rejected and
my heart ached. I was looking for an explanation for my
sufferings. He said to me on Friday, "To focus on self is to
be met at a dead-end – a stone wall – the self is not the
source of love, it is the Almighty God." "The devil has
tricked you into focusing on self by playing your faults and
deficiencies before your eyes. You have wasted precious time
when I am longing for your love."
I asked for suffering that I might identify and comfort Him.
He gave me suffering and I tried to explain it to myself. My
pain was hard and cold. He gave me the sweet cup of
suffering to identify with Him and I met the dead end by
focusing on myself!
It is in all our joys and all our sufferings, when united to
Him, that our burdens are light. It is in walking with Him
in the pain that we share in His pain and identify with Him
to be closer to Him in deeper love. The pain, the suffering,
is living in Him. It reaches a dead end in the self. We can
identify our every breath with His or we can wallow in the
pain and walk the hard journey for ourselves.
It is the walk with Him that is the easy way. He carried the
cross and fell, but His Heart was fixed on His Father and
His love. My every pain and suffering must be identified
with Him.

Reflect on the Word
Guiding Light homily series -
Reflect on the Word - Cycle B — The Word leaves
an impression on our souls. In my thoughts and reflections are
born a more tangible understanding of these eternal concepts
presented in the Gospels and the readings. Anyone can read a
sentence, but not anyone can absorb it's true meaning. Truth, in
this day and age, is almost a matter of opinion or individual
entitlement. We believe that Christ's truth is our Roman
Catholic Church. We, as priests, champion it's teachings; we are
ambassadors for the Pope and Christ to those faces looking at
us. We are the light by which our congregation reads to reflect
upon real truth and we do it hand in hand. $15

Guiding Light homily series - Steadfast to the Son - Cycle A — The sunflower is a great example of how we should be steadfastly guided by light. What a powerful thought that this exceptional plant is not stuck in one pose day in and day out, yet adaptable and magnetized to the sun. We feel the same about our Son. Our heads turns to face Christ as each day presents its challenges to find light. We join together like plants in a field and soak up the Son through the pulpit. We are a warm circle of strength using the wind of our breath to carry our priests' words, Christ's words, to new rich soil. $15 | ||

Guiding Light - Feed My Soul - Cycle C — In a world rapidly advancing and encouraging personal gain, we are faced with modern problems. There is a challenge to find time in our busy schedules for Sunday Mass or a family meal. We are able to research, shop, bank and even work without hearing one human voice. It is no wonder that we may often feel disconnected and famished at our week's end. In Fr. Joe's third book of homilies from Cycle C, we are reminded of the charity that Christ intended us to show each other. We have a calling to turn the other cheek and be the Good Samaritan to others. We are rewarded with the Father's kingdom and love when we are not worthy. We are not left alone or hungry. $15 |
Guiding Light - Focusing on the Word - Cycle B — At times we may feel that our path to Christ is a bit "out of focus". Like the disciples in the Book of Mark, this ordinary life clouds our vision of Christ's Divinity. We may doubt the practicality or possibility of applying His teachings and example to our modern life. Cycle B's homilies are a "guiding light" to help us realize Jesus' Messianic greatness and His promise of better things to come. $15 |

Guiding Light - The Word Alive in Our Hearts. - Cycle A (partial) — Homilies by the Reverend Joe Robinson given at St. Boniface Church in Cincinnati, Ohio. It is a tremendous honor Fr. Joe has allowed us to share these great gifts with you – for greater holiness and knowing more and more about God. $10 |
