Oh Lamb of God, Who take away the sins of the world, come and act on my soul most intimately. I surrender myself, as I ask for the grace to let go, to just be as I exist in You and You act most intimately on my soul. You are the Initiator. I am the soul waiting Your favors as You act in me. I love You. I adore You. I worship You. Come and possess my soul with Your Divine Grace, as I experience You most intimately.

A message for the Earth from Jesus
January 22, 1998

I am the Good Shepherd, these are My prayers, the prayers I give to help renew the Church and the world, all prayer chapters are asked to include these prayers (found in the Shepherds of Christ Prayer Manual). As My Apostles and Shepherds I ask you to encourage all existing Chapters to try to encourage all existing prayer groups to pray the Shepherds of Christ prayers. Encourage all Churches to pray these prayers. It is most urgent that the people of this earth concur with the Father's wishes to begin Prayer Chapters. This is an urgent request from the Good Shepherd. The flock will become one when they have given their hearts to Jesus and Mary. Encourage all priests to pray the Shepherds of Christ prayers. Your world will be lighted with great light as the people of this earth pray these prayers.

My promise is this to you My beloved earth: When you give your heart to Me and spread the devotion to My Sacred Heart, I will write your name In My Heart. I promise to give the greatest graces when you pray these prayers for renewal of the Church and the world and take all who pray them deeply into My Heart. The prayers I give will bring about the reign of My Sacred Heart and the triumph of Mary's Immaculate Heart. I am Jesus Christ, this is My message of January 22, 1998, Please circulate this message to your world. I am the Good Shepherd, I know Mine and Mine know Me and they follow Me. Grace My Shepherds, I will give you the greatest graces for spreading these words to this earth and to your Church. Jesus speaks: The city was dark and was sleeping and

                    the red anger of the banchees arose in

                    their hearts.

                         His (the devil) ways are not My ways, his ways

                    are ones of lies and deception. He masks

                    the truth. He tells men they are right, and

                    he tells some they have been wronged by others.

                    They suffer from the emptiness they feel.

                    They know a deep craving within, a hunger

                        for something they do not have.

                    At times the heart cried out in utter pain,

                          as if bleeding, bleeding for it was

                          starved and wanted to be filled.

                    And your God poured into you, the desire
                           for love, that only I can fill.

                    Where there could have been love and harmony

                          there was disharmony and hatred, there
                           was emptiness, there was the red
                             cloud of anger which comes in
                               a heart that is not connected
                                to Me.

                    Your will I give you.

                    Your thoughts are your own.

                    You can govern what you think, but the
                          devil tries to infiltrate them, the
                          devil helps you to think thoughts
                          of discord, anger and fear.

                        He tells you lies.
                        He is the great deceiver.
                        He wants to tempt you.

                    Your head, how is it?
                    What do you allow to enter your little heart
                           and soul?

                    What has entered the mind of your children because
                            you have allowed it?

                    You call yourself holy?

                    I speak here to you.

                    My cry falls on deaf ears.

My Mother appeared                     for two and one half years on the fifth                     of every month in the city.              She cried. "I appear, I appear, I appear and I am ignored."

After My Mother appeared                      all that time, I appeared on that day Dec. 5, 1996.                           I appeared at the point of death at                           the top of the city at Holy Cross-                           Immaculata Church.

                    And they come to me today to make the
                          steps.

                    Do they even know of the real favors
                               I have granted there?

Messenger:  And He appeared to me.  His mouth was open wide,
                           He kept moving it and I was crying from
                            my chair as I watched Him.

                          It was the full body of a man.
                          It was Jesus, my Savior.
                          He was in such pain I could hardly take it.
                             and He moved to speak and I could not
                             understand how He could move His mouth
                             like that, but He did. His jaw just kept
                             moving up and down and I saw
                             Him there and I cried so hard, I
                             couldn't hardly take it.

                          I had received rosaries on the 5th of
                           every month for two
                            and one half years. He spoke that
                             night to me and He said, He
                              appeared with His mouth moving at the
                               point of death because no one was listening.

Jesus speaks: I cried to you and my cry fell on deaf
                          ears.
                        A city blessed with so many gifts from
                         the God above and you would
                          not listen.
                         I gave My Blue Books filled with love
                           and the Rosary Meditations from
                            Our Hearts and some have
                              burned My letters of love.

From the top of the city, I appeared transfigured                  many times in the beginning of January,                   1996. (In the front of Holy Cross-Immaculata)

My Mother appeared in the Lourdes grotto there               on the 5ths after My visionary was               asked to leave Our Lady of the Holy               Spirit Center where My Mother appeared                daily from July 5, 1994 to Sept. 5, 1995                when they were told they could not                 pray My Shepherd of Christ Prayers                  there.

       My Mother appeared there, My Mother
               was asked to leave.

         I have graced the city with light
                and you smite Me.

         I have called and My cry has fallen
                on deaf ears.

         I am a God of justice and right.
         I am a God of love.
         I am your God and I have called
              you and you stick a rag
              in My mouth, you will not listen.

When My Mother appeared daily and pleaded
      from January, 1995 to Sept. 1995 to
       reach your children, you would not
        hear her.

         My rosary meditations never reached your
                 schools, My Prayer Manual never did
                 circulate, My Bread of Life priest
                  struggled to do what I asked him
                    to do from that place.

           On Feb. 23, 1994 I gave the following message to

                 you.

A City on a Hill Shines to the World

February 23, 1994 5:30 a.m.

Jesus: I am the light of the world. A city on a hill will shine to the world. You at the Center will be this city when you are filled to the brim with the love of Jesus. What power, what might, to have each person a personal spouse of Jesus Christ! This is the light to the darkened world. The love of Jesus radiates from the very being of those who love Him. What light when all together are lifted by His love abounding deep within their breasts!

I am the Way, the Truth and the Life. My life is the life inside that cannot be contained. It is bursting and budding forth. My life is the real life. To possess the life of Christ within your breast! Such power! I am the city set on a hill that will stand united and shine to this world. You at this Center will be this city. You will be the true Center that places the mark on this world.

The love of Christ, abounding deep within the breasts of all, will be the power and the might. Pray the Prayer for Union with Jesus. I will operate in the hearts of all there and minister to My sick world. I am the Heart of Jesus. I am on fire with love of each and every soul. When My love is found in all the hearts there, the light of God will shine to this world!

You are the city, set on a hill, that shines to the darkened world. I will light the world with the love of Jesus that shines in the hearts of those who are fed there. My light is so bright. My power is endless. You are the light to the dark world. You contain the mighty medicine to bring My sick ones to Me. You will bring so many back to Me and My intense love, burning so brightly for all!

I am the power. I am the might. He who abides in Me will have the light of life. I give Myself to you that you will live. You will radiate My presence from your very being. My light is the brightest light. I will live in the hearts of all who come to you for their feeding. Enkindle in them the love for My most Sacred Heart. It is on fire for love of you. It cannot be contained. It will live in all hearts who come to you to be fed.

You are the key to enkindle this burning love of Jesus in the hearts of so many. Many will know Jesus through your love of Me. Read these letters every day for I am truly speaking to you here. I love each child so dearly and want to have an intimate union with that child. Teach all about the burning love of Jesus. Read My messages with your heart on fire so you can tell all of My ardent love for them.

I long to be close to them. I am a person. I am God, on fire for love of My people. Bring all to the ardent love of Jesus. Mary is by My side constantly. Where I am, she is there. She wants all to be led to My ardent, longing love. Teach all about My love. Fill them so they are overflowing in their hearts. This is the mighty medicine. It is My letter of intense, ardent love for My people.

I am truly here, little ones. I am Jesus, Son of the Living God. I will live strongly in the hearts of all who come to you. You will be the key. Focus on your intense love of Me. Read My letters as a cookbook for intimacy with Me. My love waits for each person and I tell you here how to be close to Me. I am the Sacred Heart of Jesus on fire for love of you. I am longing for you to come and be with Me in silence. I will give you all you need.

I am the Alpha. I am the Omega. I am your all. I am God, one, true and magnificent, and I come to you with ardent love in Holy Communion and in the tabernacle. I am present, Body and Blood, Soul and Divinity. I am waiting. Our love affair waits and it depends on you. I am there and I am waiting. You keep us apart.

Tell them how I long for them and have all they need. The love of Christ will light their city. You will stand as the lighted city in darkness. My love will be that by which you light this dark world. Oh, such power, such might! The love of God will reign in the hearts of all you touch. You are My vessel to draw this world to the love of Jesus.

Read and study My letters and be taught about My ardent love. I am Jesus Christ and I am teaching you about My love on fire for all. Come and be powered by the hand of God. My love will rock the world off its rocker when it reigns in the hearts of those who come to you. I love you so! You are My beloved. I will use you to light My dark world. You will shine as candles in the darkest night and you will be the instruments I use to light their wicks. I am God and I love them so dearly!

This is My love for all. Power and might will shine forth on the land. I am the brightest light. Look into the light for the light. Look into the arms of Jesus. I will light this world through you. Alleluia. And the angels sang and the choirs of heaven were heard for the earth proclaimed the Love of Jesus. Alleluia

ROSARY MEDITATIONS
MARCH 30, 1995
THE JOYFUL MYSTERIES

Mary appeared in the Sorrowful Mother Chapel for two hours. The whole corner was adorned in the most brilliant celestial light with a pink hew. Marty and I will never forget the experience of this evening. Jesus illuminated in the Sacred Heart statue during the litany and the promises of the Sacred Heart. Jesus requested that this rosary be circulated to all.

The Annunciation

1. R. The Angel Gabriel appeared to Mary and asked Mary to be the Mother of Jesus.
2. R. Mary always complied with the Will of the Father. Jesus always complied with the Will of the Father. In looking at their lives we see how they always lived according to the Father's Will. It is in living according to His Will that our true joy and happiness lie.
3. R. She was filled with the Holy Spirit and the Word became flesh and dwelt among us.
4. R. Picture the Virgin Mary as vividly as you possibly can and see Mary as she carries the child Jesus within her womb.
5. R. She conceived the child Jesus. Mary, a spotless virgin, conceived Jesus, the Son of God. He was inside of her! She was bursting with the life that was God's life radiating from her very being!
6. R. Do we realize how God wants to be one with us? The more we become united to Him, the more His presence radiates from within us and shines to those that we come in contact with. God is so good that He sent to this world His only begotten Son through the Virgin Mary. He sent His Son because He loves us and He yearns and longs and thirsts for us to be ever closer to Him. It is in His presence within us that we will light up this world. It is in our oneness with Him that we will shine as little lights to the rest of the world.
7. Song: O holy dwelling place of God. O holy temple of the Word. O holy Mary, holy Mother of God!
8. R. God so loved the world that He sent His only begotten Son into this world, incarnate in the womb of the Virgin Mary. The Word became flesh! God took on flesh!
9. R. As Mary contained the presence of the Almighty God, as He grew within her womb, His Sacred Heart was formed in her womb through the power of the Holy Spirit. He remains with us this day in the sanctuary of the tabernacle. His same presence is there. God, in His divinity and humanity, truly present in the tabernacle, longing for us to come and to share our lives and our time with Him.
10. R. I see before me so clearly the Virgin Mary as she carried the child within her womb. It seems beautiful to think of Mary carrying the child Jesus within her, but the risen Lord is with us this very day! He remains with us in greatest love but His Heart is wounded by the indifference and the neglect of His chosen souls, the ones He loves so dearly, that totally neglect Him and treat Him so coldly.
    
    Who are we that God is so good that He sent into this world His only begotten Son and that He loves us so much that He created us in His own image and likeness? We are His creatures but He raises us to such heights in His divine life.

The Visitation

1. R. Mary made haste to the hill country to visit her cousin Elizabeth who also was with child.
2. R. When she arrived, the child in Elizabeth's womb leapt for joy.
3. R. And Elizabeth cried out in a loud voice, "Of all women you are the most blessed and blessed is the fruit of your womb! Why should I be honoured with a visit from the mother of my Lord?" (Lk 1:42,43)
4. R. And the child in her womb leapt for joy!
5. R. Mary cried out in a loud voice the Magnificat!
6. Song: My soul rejoices in God, my Savior. My spirit finds its joy in God, the living God.
7. R. For He Who is mighty hath done great things to me and holy is His name!
8. R. John the Baptist, even in his mother's womb, leapt for joy. Prepare ye a way for the Lord! He is truly coming and He is in our midst this day. Jesus Christ, the Son of God, is truly present and we stand around and balk and do not realize the immensity of the great gift that He has given us. Fill our hearts with Your grace so that we may be gifted with courage to go out and spread the Good News, the news of His great love to all the souls that He longs to be close to. For truly, if we love Him, it is our duty to go out and tell others of the immense love He has for them!
9. Jesus: I call out to you this day, My beloved ones, for I am truly present. You are My chosen ones that I call upon to unite ever so closely to My Heart. I send you into this world among the wolves that will bite at you and grab at you. You must be strong soldiers to spread My love throughout the world. Will you not answer this call for I am calling with such an ardent plea? Please, I am begging you to take this plea seriously.
10. R. Prepare ye a way for the Lord for He is truly coming! He is in our midst this day. Go into the highways and the byways and spread the Good News for you truly possess the keys to the Kingdom of Heaven!
    
    Jesus: Let your hearts not be heavy but light, filled with the fire of My love. Ascend upward and upward. Do not be dragged down by the perils and the sins of this world for I am filling you with My divine life and My divine love. You must forever ascend upward, always with your eyes cast upward toward heaven for you are My soldiers that I send into this world to spread the Good News to all those that are hurting and in pain. I call out to you. Do not worry for what is happening around you.

The Birth of Jesus

1. R. The child Jesus was born in the town of Bethlehem in such poverty. He was born in a stable because there was not room for Him in the inn.
2. R. See a little, tiny baby, so helpless! A baby that cannot do anything! God, in all of His might and power, came to this earth as a little, tiny baby!
3. R. His way always was to comply with the Will of the Father. Mary always lived according to His Will. It is in complying to the Father's Will that we will know true peace and joy in our lives.
4. Mary: I am the Immaculate Conception. I am here with you, my beloved ones. I call out to you to pray fervently, for the days ahead are days filled with suffering. This world has lost its way. You must pray fervently for all beloved souls. I call you to pray this rosary every day. Pray the rosary as you have never prayed from your heart before. Be filled with the love of my Heart and my Son, Jesus. Be forever wrapped in our lives. Come, come to the Hearts of Jesus and Mary and be led deeply into our immense love for you. Pray, my little ones, for sufferings are to come, deep sufferings. This world is disobedient. They will not obey the laws and commands of my Son. I have come! I have called! I am ignored! My dear ones, my sweet ones, I tell you, I tell you to pray. Listen with your ears open and your hearts filled with the love of God. It will be your strength for the dark days that are ahead. I am the Immaculate Heart. I call out to you, my beloved. This rosary is a tool that will draw many hearts to the Hearts of me and my Son.
5. Mary: I pray with you, my little ones. Each prayer that you pray should be connected with me and my Son and the angels and saints and the souls in purgatory. You are praying as one with the courts of heaven. Lift high your hearts! Lift your voices and join with us!
6. Mary: I pray for this world, for this world that is sinful and godless. I ask you to pray fervently and to come to my Most Immaculate Heart.
7. Mary: How my little children suffer, little children that are so young! Men's hearts are so cruel and filled with self. I beg you to go out and spread the love of my Son to this world. You must stayed fixed on Him!
8. Mary: My Heart bleeds and I cry bloody tears for the slaughter that is happening to the young ones. As my child was a baby in my arms, I call out to you to pray fervently for the little ones, for they are being persecuted far beyond anyone's comprehension from the ways of this world. My precious little children!
9. Mary: I am the Mother of all!
10. Mary: I am the Immaculate Conception and I am truly present and with you. Men will not listen. They will not turn from their ways. You must pray as you never prayed before. The times at hand are times of great suffering. I am calling out to you to spread this message to the world, for this world is not listening. Who is here to pray with you? Three! Three of you are here and I am in your midst! Men do not care for their world. They hold on to their world and I tell you over and over again to pray the rosary. I am truly present and I am here with you!

The Presentation of Our Lord in the Temple

1. R. Mary and Joseph went to the temple with the Child Jesus in their arms. Simeon, the prophet, was there and told Joseph and Mary of the sufferings that Jesus and Mary would have to undergo.
2. Mary: My Heart was pierced with a sword so many times through my Child's life. My dear ones, people will suffer because they will not listen. They are willful in their ways. I call out to you to spread these messages in any way that you can, for I am truly speaking to you here and times are so short. My dear ones, carry this message out to this world, for sufferings are at hand!
3. Mary: I call you to come on the fifth of April and pray the rosary here in this room.
4. Mary: Bring with you all that will pray, for sufferings are at hand. You will suffer such immense sufferings. You need to pray! Pray the rosary! Tell all to come and be with me in this room to pray the rosary!
5. Mary: I have held back the hand of my Son! He will call upon the earth and there will be such suffering, my beloved ones. You tarry too long! These messages of His love must circulate! You do not know what is about to befall the earth. I call out to you this day to listen to me for, as you see me illuminated before you, you know that what I speak to you is true.
6. Mary: Pray! Pray! Pray!
7. Mary: I am Our Lady of Light and I appear to you to take this message to this world this day! Carry this message to every person and tell them what I tell you here!
8. Mary: My Heart was pierced with a sword as I stood beneath the cross of my Son! As He gave His life, His flesh and His blood for love of you, my Son loves each and every soul. He died for them! I beg you to go into this world and to spread His love to every corner of this world. You can not hold back! Souls will be lost because they did not know the love of my Son. You are in a position, for He is speaking to you, to carry this message to those who are hurting. Feed the hungry souls with the love of my Son!
9. Mary: Let your hearts be filled with my light! May you have the courage that the Holy Spirit will give to you so strongly to transform you from fear to fearlessness, to carry out the plan of the Father. You are my lights to shine to this darkened world! Let your hearts be opened and go, my children! Go! I summon you to go and to not hold back!
10. Song: I come to you with greatest love, I am your loving Savior. I am your God, I died for you. I come to you this day.

The Finding of Jesus in the Temple

1. Mary: I would like my Son Jesus present in the tabernacle when you pray this rosary!
2. Mary: My Son was taken to the Temple for the feast of the Passover. We lost my Son in the Temple. So many souls this day are in deep darkness and have lost their way. They are dead in their hearts! I pray to you to go out to this world and spread the good news! You are so favored by God that you are given such great gifts! To hold them to yourself is not to His liking! I beg you to spread this news, to pray for courage, to do what He is asking you to do!
3. Mary: He has chosen this Center to be apostles to go out into the world and to spread the love of His Most Sacred Heart through my Most Immaculate Heart. Can you not answer the call that I give to you this day? You are so favored, so chosen, so gifted by God Himself and you bicker and you fight and you complain! You, my chosen ones, the chosen race, look at you!
4. Mary: You look at each other with eyes of envy when God is speaking here! Each person that receives this message is receiving a grace, a gift from God Himself! You do not even see! You are so blind!
5. Mary: Pride is an evil that ruins men's hearts. Speak to all men of pride. It is only a loving heart that will unite with the Heart of my Son. A heart of love will light up this darkened world. I send you as soldiers into a world that is godless! You are fighting a battle with this world, with hearts full of the love of my Son. Look at all the souls that are lost! Look at the children of these parents who have gone astray! Little children! Look at their lives! I am so sad for the lives of my children. I call to you this day. Look at your world, America! You are so blind! You do not see! You have turned deaf and you have closed your eyes! I come and I appear! My Son talks and so many do not pay Him heed! I beg you! I beg you to heed my words for I truly am Mary, and I am speaking to you!
6. Mary: Hearts that are hard, hearts that are godless, hearts that are lifeless, hearts that are dead in sin! Look at your world, America! Can you turn your head and look the other way? I come and I plead with you to turn your hearts back to the love of my Son, and who listens? Three come to pray my rosary with me! How do I shake those into listening to me here for I am truly speaking in this rosary to my beloved children? Listen to me! All those who come to this rosary will receive abundant graces from me and my Son!
7. Mary: My lost children, how the fires in hell burn, burn so brightly for the souls that were willful and had their own way. You do not see! You do not comprehend! You focus on little details here in your lives! Focus on the fires of hell, my dear, sweet children. To him who has eyes to see, they will see - not with earthly vision, but with the eyes of faith, and to him who has ears to hear, he will hear with the fluttering of the Spirit moving within him.

I am the Way, the Truth, and the Life. I am the Almighty God. I say to the rocks to fall and they fall and to the grass, grow, and it grows, and to the sun, shine, and it shines. I give to you My love in these letters. Filled with My love, you will conquer this earth, not with weapons and powder or force, but with fires of My love. The fire will wipe out the hatred in the cold hearts and the earth will be covered with My celestial light. The earth will rock and I will appear in the heavens adorned in power and glory and the contrite hearts will be saved. I came to separate the sheep from the goats, the light from the darkness. There will be one flock and one Shepherd and My staff will rule over all. Hearts consecrated to Our Hearts will lead the light across the earth. This light will be a light of intense brightness, brighter and hotter than any light from a flame. It will be the fire of God's love. The Spirit will move in the hearts of all consecrated to My Heart, and you will know how fire truly spreads, for the love of God is a fire. It is vibrant. It is encompassing. It is smoldering, burning deep within and speedily spreading on the outside. No fire on this earth can ever describe the burning embers that burn from the Sacred Heart of Jesus. No fire burns like the fires coming from My Heart and hearts filled with the love from the Sacred Heart of Jesus.

I have written your name, Fr. Carter, in My Heart, never ever to be blotted out and this earth will be renewed with the fire of God's love through you. You are My beloved priest-son, forever, according to the order of Melchizedek. Most holy and most sacred are your hands that consecrate the Host and write My precious newsletter for My beloved priest-sons. You are never unguarded. I am the Good Shepherd, these are My prayers, the prayers I give to help renew the Church and the world, all prayer chapters are asked to include these prayers (found in the Shepherds of Christ Prayer Manual). As My Apostles and Shepherds I ask you to encourage all existing Chapters to try to encourage all existing prayer groups to pray the Shepherds of Christ prayers. Encourage all Churches to pray these prayers. It is most urgent that the people of this earth concur with the Father's wishes to begin Prayer Chapters. This is an urgent request from the Good Shepherd. The flock will become one when they have given their hearts to Jesus and Mary. Encourage all priests to pray the Shepherds of Christ prayers. Your world will be lighted with great light as the people of this earth pray these prayers.

My promise is this to you My beloved earth: When you give your heart to Me and spread the devotion to My Sacred Heart, I will write your name In My Heart. 137. FIRST PRELUDE.   This is the history. Here it will be that Christ calls and wants all beneath His standard, and Lucifer, on the other hand, wants all under his.

It will be here to see a great plain, comprising the whole region about Jerusalem, where the sovereign Commander-in-Chief of all the good is Christ our Lord; and another plain about the region of Babylon, where the chief of the enemy is Lucifer.

141. SECOND POINT.   Consider how he summons innumerable demons, and scatters them, some to one city and some to another, throughout the whole world, so that no province, no place, no state of life, no individual is overlooked.

142. THIRD POINT.   Consider the address he makes to them, how he goads them on to lay snares for men and bind them with chains. First they are to tempt them to covet riches (as Satan himself is accustomed to do in most cases) that they may the more easily attain the empty honors of this world, and then come to overweening pride.

   The first step, then, will be riches, the second honor, the third pride. From these three steps the evil one leads to all other vices.

God the Father: My plan will unfold despite the willfulness of any of My children. I am the Father. I have guided you in all of your activities.

I am telling you that the members of the Shepherds of Christ must be made aware of the importance of living the Blue Book messages.

Planning is up to Me. This is My plan and it will unfold. Men plan for the future. I AM.

I am directing the Shepherds of Christ Movement through these messages.

I am angered at the lack of response on the part of some to back these messages. You must support these messages so they are lived by man.

These messages are given from the Hearts of Jesus and Mary to bring about the reign of the Sacred Heart of Jesus and the triumph of My beloved Mary's Immaculate Heart.

You are given all you need. You must adhere to My plan.

I am the Father. I AM WHO AM. I was in the beginning, I am now and I will be forever.

I am telling you to obey the directions given by Jesus in these messages.

My plan will unfold. The completion of the Fatima message will greatly come through the Shepherds of Christ Movement.

You must circulate the tape, Mary's Message. You must circulate the messages given to you in God's Blue Books and Rosaries from the Hearts of Jesus and Mary.

The renewal in the Church will greatly come through the newsletter and the books published with the imprimatur. You must publish all books on the Mass with the imprimatur. Prayer chapters must be started in the churches.

The instructions for the priests will come from doing as I have requested. I beg you to circulate the Priestly Newsletter Book to the priests as soon as possible. The priests must be made aware of the Mass Books.

The Children's Rosary Book must be published immediately. Your work, Fr. Carter and Rita, is to publish this material.

Heaven has contacted the earth primarily in these messages to bring about the reign of the Sacred Heart of Jesus and the triumph of Mary's Immaculate Heart.

The plan will unfold. It is My plan. You must be obedient to the directions I give to you here. The Movement is a great star of light to this world. From the Movement the earth will be covered with stars of light and the earth will be lighted through your efforts, Fr. Carter.

I will give you all you need. The plan will unfold. It is My plan to turn sinful men into obedient, loving children.

I have delivered this message that you will know My plan is unfolding. Many will be lost because of their willfulness. I demand obedience to My requests. The plan will unfold. It pleases Me greatly that you obey My messenger. She is delivering these messages to you from the Son, My beloved Son, God-made-Man.

The messages of the love of God will be written on the hearts of men through the writings of Fr. Carter and Rita to bring about the reign of His Most Sacred Heart.

I am displeased with those who have blocked these messages. Anyone continuing to block My messages given through the Hearts of Jesus and Mary will receive a shock that will envelope them.

The time is very urgent. The time has run out for sinful man. I am angered at the way the world has treated their Mother. Willful children must be punished. I demand obedience. Mary gave to her children her peace plan and she was ignored by the Church and her children. Mary is Mother of the Church and Mother of her children. Willful children must be admonished. Children must obey their Mother.

Mary appeared on the building in Florida as Mother of all. You have made money your god. You have ignored God and made this world your end.

I am God. I AM WHO AM, without a beginning, without an end. I am today, tomorrow and always. You do not comprehend My ways with your feeble minds. You must obey the messages given by My Son and His Mother. These messages I give to you as a gift and a great revelation from heaven. You must be thankful and cherish this gift given. I will not remove My gift to you for I know you will obey Me. I will admonish you when you do not respond as you should.

I have called you and anointed you, My holy priest (Fr. Carter), to lead this world to the light. The Light of the world is My Son, Jesus. His Heart will reign and the heart of your Mother will triumph. I beg you to surrender and obey and watch My plan unfold. There will be a great era of peace very soon, My little children. All you do today will help to save many souls. Many souls will know the love of God through the Shepherds of Christ Movement. Many souls will love God with burning love.

I give you this gift. Your writings, Fr. Carter, and the writings of My messenger, Rita, will help greatly to bring about the reign of the Sacred Heart.

I am the Father. I am the Almighty God. You must believe I have chosen you. I have called each member here this day to hear this message. I have called you to be the apostles of the new era of peace. I have called you by name. You will lead men to the Heart of My Son. You must listen and focus all of your attention to this mission I have given to you.

I am the Father. From the day you were conceived, I formed you in your mother's womb, knowing the great mission I would call you to today. My children, My children, do not be distracted by the evil one to lead you astray. I am counting on you, My beloved shepherds. You must not be led astray by doing other good works. I have called you, this is My plan, it is unfolding. You are a major part of the success of this plan for the renewal of the Church and the world.

Your work in the Shepherds of Christ Movement greatly pleases Me.

I AM, WHO AM. I am the Alpha and the Omega. I am the Almighty God. You must be obedient children. It is through your obedience that the consecration will spread to many souls on the earth.

It is through your obedience to help spread the priestly newsletter and start prayer chapters in churches that many priests will love God with the greatest love in the Mass. I am asking you to spread the Mass Book to priests and sisters. Please pray for the priestly newsletter, the quick spread of the material given in the newsletter and for the priests reading the newsletter.

Heaven has contacted the earth. The light will shine in the dark corners of the world. Men will respond to the Shepherds of Christ Movement. You must not be afraid. You must do as I have asked you.

I have called you by name, My chosen ones, from the beginning I formed you and I gave to you the talents needed to accomplish this mission on the earth.

Your talents are gifts from Me to be used for this purpose. You are the Shepherds of Christ. You are the apostles of the new era.

There will be a new earth, there will be love on this earth as I intend it to be. My children will love one another, you will walk hand in hand, loving God and one another in harmony and peace.

We are children of God, with God the Father as Our Father and Mary as our heavenly Mother.

God the Father: My Dear Children,

I am the Father. My plan is unfolding through you, My beloved priest, Fr. Carter, and Rita and the core group in the Shepherds of Christ Movement.

I tell you all to read the accounts concerning Noah. Nowhere in history has God been offended as He is this day by this sinful world. You will suffer a fate for the offenses against God.

Mary appeared at Fatima to warn you, the sinful children, how they were offending God, but you did not listen. The war did not change the hearts of many evil men.

I warn you through My beloved daughter, Mary. You did not heed her warnings. Disobedience against the Mother I gave you displeases Me greatly. Mary is the Mother of all children. Mary is a gift from Me, but you are willful and abuse the gift I send you.

You do not make reparation to her Immaculate Heart; you continue to offend her. I will not tolerate the deeds of evil men any longer.

My plan will unfold. Any disobedience to these messages given by Me, My Son, or your Mother Mary will cause Me great displeasure.

I am the Father, the Almighty God, the Alpha, the Omega; you are a sinful people, a chosen race sinning against a loving God.

I am angered at your ways for they are not My ways, you have run amuck, you have offended your God, you have disobeyed your Mother and My beloved Son who died to save you.

I will act on all who continue in such sin. The sheep will be separated from the goats; the goats will receive punishment for their deed. Heaven and earth will kiss, there will be love in all hearts, justice will prevail and My children will be children of light, children that obey as I intended from the beginning.

Oh indeed My sweet messenger, I look to the earth and see the darkness, I see the disobedience of men against their Mother. I know the deeds committed and the evil in the hearts of so many. Justice will prevail and I will wipe out the earth. Only the children of light will remain, those who have given their hearts to their Mother Mary.

Do you think I send your Mother Mary as a messenger to be disobeyed by willful children? What do you think about at night, the cat, the dog, the fish? You don't know love. You don't love God or one another. This is My command to you, to love. You are a sinful, willful race, and the devil will vanish from the hearts of the children of light for they will be under the protection of her Immaculate Heart, the other children will be wiped off the face of the earth.

Disobey My messenger, ignore your Mother, ignore the Son in these messages. Ignore My Son who died for you.

Oh you sinful people filled with pride and disobedience, I give you the directions here to turn your hearts to love.

My Son has revealed Himself as never before in history into His tremendous love for men and you treat Our gift with such indifference.

I am angered at the lack of support to spread the messages of My Son's love for all.

You worry for funds, worry more, I am God the Father, the Almighty God. You disobeyed Mary, you disobeyed Jesus, now you will disobey Me?

You must obey My directions, the directions given through My Son, Jesus for the unfolding of the Father's plan.

No longer will I wait while willful men check and deliberate and disobey.

My plan will unfold through the Shepherds of Christ Movement.

I am talking through these messages given by My Son and Mary to tell you how to accomplish this task of carrying out My plan.

You must obey. The directions are given in these messages to spread the fire of God's love across this earth, to renew the Church and the world.

Because of willful men these messages have been held in check.

I am God, the maker of all things. You have made money your god. I want obedience, the funds will come when you obey all of the directions I have given to you.

Anyone who interferes with these messages will be removed.

These are the messages I give to the world. Fr. Carter's newsletter will teach the priests, all they need to know to be holy, loving priests.

Many priests are not loving, they are cold in their hearts. I will instruct the clergy through the newsletter.

My Son is the Chief Priest and Teacher. He has taught the world the secrets of His Heart through the writings of Fr. Carter and Rita, to go to men to check the value of these writings displeases Me.

You must have faith, you must study the entire revelations given here. You are not valuing My great gift to you.

Our Father who art in heaven, hallowed be Thy Name, Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven.

I am telling you to circulate the tape of January 13 (1997) as soon as possible. This tape must be released to the world. It is the message to go with the apparition on the building in Florida.

You must make every connection with Mary's message given December 12 (1996) and the messages given by Mary with the apparition of her on the building in Florida.

Time is very short and My patience is very thin. I will strike the earth and the evil men will scatter and there will be a reign of peace where men will love God as I intended. The evil men will be chastised for I sent your Mother to warn you and you disobeyed. I gave My Son as a sacrifice and you treated Him with indifference. I am angry at the creatures on this earth. I will lessen the chastisement if you make reparation to the Immaculate Heart of Mary.

Oh willful children, you disobey your Mother, you are unloving and willful and your ways are evil. You are a sinful race.

I am sending water, rain to quench your thirst, My beloved children of light; I am sending fire to burn the fields for the sinful children, they will suffer drought and will fall to the ground dead, they will know fire, they will know the wrath of God. For I speak and I am ignored.

I am using the Shepherds of Christ Movement to majorly carry out the plan begun at Fatima. Every day lost is a lost day. I give to you Rosaries from the Hearts of Jesus and Mary as your directions to help the plan unfold. Circulate these rosaries to all chapters and stress their importance.

The tape of January 13 (1997) is important to the world. The tape must be circulated with the apparition in Florida and the messages typed and put on the Internet with the rest of the messages I have given. The connection must be made between the apparition and the Shepherds of Christ Movement.

Satan will attack you strongly, he will create division and give messages through other visionaries to get you off coarse. You must obey My directions given in these messages to help bring about the completion of the Fatima message.

I will weed out anyone interfering with My plan.

I will tell you when you have deviated from My plan, do not taunt My messenger, this displeases Me. Read the messages for direction and obey them.

The directions given are strong to correct a sick world. You must quit focusing on the messenger and obey Me.

I am the Father, these are My messages to bring about the reign of the Sacred Heart of Jesus and the triumph of Mary's Immaculate Heart.

You think of money and miss the gift given. You are men bolted to the earth. You must obey Me. I have all the power.

Messenger: We held special gatherings on all the 5ths July 5, 1998 - December 5, 1999. 
                       Melanie and I traveled to Florida for these gatherings. 
                       When it was dark Mary looked black on the building, 
                        we could barely see the outline.

                      On December 17, 1999 the 3rd anniversary Mary appeared gold on the building at 
                        night. Most of those gathered saw her. We couldn't get a video picture that 
                        night, it didn't take.

                      On January 5, 2000 I wanted Mary to appear in gold and she did toward the end 
                        of the rosary.

                      On February 5, 2000, a T.V. show came and Our Lord told me not to put any lights 
                        on Mary, so they did not film during the prayer service.

                      On March 5, 2000 another T.V. station came, I did not see Mary during the 
                        prayer service.

                      On April 5, 2000 she appeared, in gold during the prayer service, but Melanie 
                        took pictures and she got nothing but a little corner of gold. 

                      On May 5, 2000 again she appeared, but we could not photograph her.

                      On June 5, 2000 again she appeared, but we could not photograph her.

                      On July 5, 2000 Father Carter made his last trip to the Virgin Mary building.

                        Father Carter said Mass at 12:00 noon.

                        July 5 was the anniversary when Mary first appeared to me on July 5, 1994.

                        John our president took these pictures.

                        Mary was photographed and appeared gold.

Messenger: Our Lord directed me to do this beginning September 5, 2000. 
                        Father Laurentin used the September 5, 2000 picture in his article on 
                        Clearwater.

Messenger: On December 17, 2000 we had fantastic pictures. A lot of the Apostles 
                        gathered under the image. We thought we saw Father Carter with 
                        a rainbow blanket in the far right bottom picture.

Messenger: On December 18, 2000 Mary appeared so blue, as we left for Michigan I knew 
                        Father would die that day.

                      On almost the last day of the month we received the loan on the building.
                        It was exactly one week after Father's funeral.

                      On January 5, 2001 Father Mike came to say Mass. He celebrated Mass at
                        12:00 noon. There have been very few Masses offered at the site, only
                         for apostles, servants and handmaids,  only on very special occasions.

                      On January 5, 2001, Father Mike led the rosary. He was the first priest that ever
                         led the 6:20 prayers and the rosary with me (Rita Ring) under the image.

Messenger: On February 5, 2001, Jesus appeared during the prayer service. We stood
                        directly under the image during the 4th and 5th mystery and it was so powerful.
                        Mary was the deepest gold and bronze I felt I had ever seen and
                        Jesus appeared transfigured in the statue. He was awesome.
                        The picture here shows how Jesus appeared on the building as we
                        prayed the last two decades. I felt such power there. I felt a deep
                        presence. I felt such deep unity with all that were there and still
                        do. I cannot explain it.

A Prayer for Intimacy with the Lamb, the Bridegroom of the Soul Oh Lamb of God, Who take away the sins of the world, come and act on my soul most intimately. I surrender myself, as I ask for the grace to let go, to just be as I exist in You and You act most intimately on my soul. You are the Initiator. I am the soul waiting Your favors as You act in me. I love You. I adore You. I worship You. Come and possess my soul with Your Divine Grace, as I experience You most intimately.

                        in the daylight before we went to the 6:20 prayers. 

Messenger: Then the gigantic arc rainbow appeared in the sky.

Messenger: They did the documentary March 22, 2001, Lucia's birthday,
                        anniversary of the "big boom" at Our Lady of the Holy Spirit Center. Our Lord told me to
                        do a rosary that day.

              that will not listen to Me.

        Your children are dying in the streets.

         Their souls are filled with sin.

         They walk around endlessly and they do not
                   know it is I who love them so.

                   You allow your televisions and movies,
                      teachers and so many other bad
                      influences to contaminate My children.

         Why does Mary appear on the building?

                  She cries, She cries to you and her

                    cry falls on deaf ears, those

                     who are asked to help you block

                      Me.

       WHAT SIGN DO YOU NEED MY

            EARTH?

                     Your children are dying in the streets.

                     This is Bloody Friday.

      Remember that Bloody Friday in April, 1997, I 

          asked you to spread My Blood on all

             the priests, the Church and the World
                 at 3:00, 6:00, 9:00, and 12:00.

        Are you doing this? 

    They have triumphed over him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word to which they bore witness, because even in the face of death they did not cling to life.

Messenger: Jesus asks us to pray for special things.

A rosary can be used to pray for healing. It is powerful to unite our prayers to the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass and pray through the powerful intercession of Our Lady of Clearwater.

In times of trouble, for special prayer, we can use our rosary and pray as follows.

A Rosary for Healing or for Someone with Cancer.

On one Hail Mary bead or as many as you desire, say: 

May God heal                     through the intercession of Our Lady of Clearwater in union with the Mass and all the Masses being celebrated around the world.

Pray the Hail Mary or Hail Mary's then pray this after the Hail Mary.

May the cancer be uprooted and thrown into the sea.

We believe with all our hearts.

After the Glory Be — pray the following petition.

May                     be healed through the intercession of Our Lady of Clearwater if it be the holy will of God.
