Dear Father united to Jesus in the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass, the Sacrifice of Calvary .sacra mentally made present, celebrated around the world, in the Holy Spirit. We offer up all we do united to the Mass. We unite in one mind and one heart as members of the mystical body of Christ, with Christ our head in the pure and holy Hearts of Jesus and Mary, through the powerful intercession of Mary with all the angels and saints and souls in purgatory, and we beg for the saving grace, for our country, the United States. Please help us. We further pray for unity to always do the will of God in love. We spread the Blood of Jesus on the leaders and people of the United States and cast the devil into hell. We consecrate our country to the Sacred Heart and Immaculate Heart and all our dioceses, and beg for an outpouring of the Holy Spirit. God help us. We pray for our families, the priests, the Church and the world. In the Name of Jesus please hear us, we pray. We pray for our new president as he takes office. We pray that we are united as one nation under God to work together in love as God wants.

R. Adam and Eve had a choice – they chose to
disobey God. With this, disorder entered the
world.
God is perfect order. God has all the power.
We see how God works in authority in
the Church. The Bishops are over the priests.
Authority and structure is how God
operates.
In religious life there is a rule and
this type of life is called an order.
Where would the world be if there was no
structure, no authority –
The devil attacks things like he did with
Adam and Eve – so that there is
disorder. He wants the Power – so
he attacks the order to try to make
disorder.
No order would be utter bedlam.
The devil wants to tear apart –
People must realize that the proper
authority given by God is how we operate
in order.
Authority and order is how God
wants us to operate under Him.
People who grew up in dysfunctional
families where authority was
not want it should have been
can be so afraid of authority –
they can try to discard and
disobey authority to have
control and power over the authority
when they need to obey
Disregarding proper authority and
disobeying the authority is DISORDER.
Operating in DISORDER is what
satan wants.
Satan is a deceiver – He tempted
Eve in the Garden and she
disobeyed God and did what satan
told her.
With the sin of Adam and Eve
disorder entered the ordered world
God had given them.
With this disorder came sickness,
disease, death, disorder in the
elements and with the animals –
Adam and Eve were cast from the
Garden of Paradise.
Cain was jealous of his brother
Abel. God warned Cain – Satan is knocking
at your door but you can be Master
over him.
Cain did not listen to God's warning,
Cain killed his brother in cold
blood because of his jealousy of
Abel's goodness.
Cain should have rejoiced at
Abel's success and worked with him –
his brother. But instead he hated
him and was so jealous he killed
him.
Killing and hurting our brother
is what satan wants. Jesus,
the Son of God, took flesh to
teach us His way –
We are to love our brothers –
like Jesus loves us and work with
each other and respect each other and
God's plan and obedience to it
brings us joy.
We have a duty to be witnesses before
others – so they can see the Christ
who lives in us. Especially religious,
people wearing a habit –
they are to show the joy and love of
Christ who they have given their
lives to serve. They are to be examples
before others of their love and unity with
their brothers.
God told Fr. Carter to call the men and
women in the Shepherds of Christ, Handmaids
and Servants of the Good Shepherd.
Mary was conceived without sin –
She was the perfect handmaid of
Jesus –

In all this Mary offers an example. Selfishness was totally foreign to her. She did not belong to herself. She belonged to God. She was not closed in upon herself. She was completely open to God. When God spoke, she listened. When God pointed the way, she followed. She realized that life is not a process a person masters by carefully mapping out one's own self-conceived plans of conquest, but a mystery to be gradually experienced by being open to God's personal and loving guidance.
Selfishness, then, did not close Mary off from God's call. Neither did fear. God asked her to assume a tremendous responsibility. He asked her to be the Mother of Jesus. Mary did not engage in a process of false humility and say that such a great role was above her. She did not say that she did not have the proper qualifications for this awesome mission. Briefly, she did not waste time looking at herself, making pleas that she was not worthy, telling the angel he had better go look for someone else. No, Mary did not look at herself. Her gaze was absorbed in God. She fully realized that whatever God asked of her, His grace would accomplish. She fully realized that although she herself had to cooperate, this work was much more God's than hers.
Mary's words, then, truly sum up what is the authentic Christian response at any point of life, in any kind of situation: "I am the handmaid of the Lord," said Mary, "let what you have said be done to me".
R. Mary is the New Eve, she was
completely obedient to God.
Jesus is the New Adam –
Handmaids and Servants of the
Good Shepherd – have both
Mary and Jesus in that title –
Being the Handmaid and Servant
of the Good Shepherd like Mary
was, Being the Spouse of Jesus –
living a holy, devoted life –
We were created to
KNOW
LOVE
and SERVE God –
Service is at the root of the
Handmaids and Servants of the
Good Shepherd –
Love and love is going out
for the Good of the Other –
When one becomes more and more
intimate with Jesus –
He dwells abundantly in
the hearts of His beloved and
He loves the brothers and sisters
as He operates in them –
Galatians 2: 19-20
...I have been crucified with Christ and yet I am alive; yet it is no longer I, but Christ living in me.
R. So Fr. Carter always said it is in
one's vocation they were called to
that they are to attain their
eternal salvation –
Eternal salvation is the goal
of all their actions –
The sin of Adam and Eve was
original sin. Baptism takes away
original sin, but there are tendencies
that remain. Man has tendencies
toward the deadly sins. These are
sins: Pride, Anger, Jealousy,
Envy, Slothfulness, Lust and Gluttony –
They are bad habits one gives into
and are called deadly sins because
they bring darkness inside, they
deaden one's spirit to love
and to be happy as they are to be.
Because of original sin we do not
see with clear vision as we
should –
we see God, others and ourselves
with distorted vision –
The more one gives into these deadly
sins the more they can see their
brothers as enemies, not as Jesus
wants us to see them in love,
rejoicing in goodness and working
in the building of God's Kingdom.
In baptism God gives us a
sharing in Divine Life and the
Father, Son and Holy Spirit dwell in our
graced, baptized soul. Our knowing and
loving capacity is elevated, and
the supernatural virtues of faith,
hope and love are given to us –
In Baptism we are given a
sharing in God's life –
And God feeds this life with the
Bread of Life – the
Word and the Eucharist –
God created us in love and
wants us eternally with Him
in heaven, but He gives us
a free will to love Him as
He commands us and love
our brothers as ourselves –
The devil is hate – He prowls
the earth looking for souls to
devour. The devil is going to
hell for eternity and he is
envious of any man going
to heaven – He deceives and
lies and tempts men to turn
away from God, who loves
us, and hate instead of love –
The devil works in pride and
jealousy and anger and
envy to lie to the person
so their vision becomes
more and more distorted about
the truth –
The devil is the Father of lies –
He hates and his goal is to divide –
tear apart, hate, chaos,
confusion, lies.
The devil hates anyone
talking about love given
to God. The devil hates God,
the devil hates the Eucharist –
The devil wants to tempt people
to disobey authority,
isolate – do what they
want –
He says: "You got time –
do what you want"
The devil wants to get
to the jugular vein –
bring down evil and
take souls ultimately
to hell –
God is love –
God is all Good –
God loves us so much –
The Blue Books are
God's letters of love –
The devil hates them.
R. This is a spiritual
WAR
between satan and
us –
We are to serve and love
God who created us to
know, love and serve Him
and help build His Kingdom.
We are to give
honor and glory
to God
