                R. The Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit
                    are one.

                 There is oneness, complete oneness in God.

                There is no conflict in God.

                God is Creator, Omnipotent, All Powerful

                God is absolute truth.

                We will live in truth for all eternity.

                Our knowing and loving capacity has been elevated in baptism.

                We receive a sharing in His life in baptism.

                Why would a person seek conflict with God
                    like disobeying His law of love?
                    God commands us to love.

                Dear Jesus,

                    Please help me today to do Your will. I am
                yours Lord, I want to have my life in You.
                Please help me to do what You want today.

     God is a God of miracles. He wants us as members of the Mystical Body of Christ to live more and more deeply in Him – in Christ our head. We are called to live this life deeper and deeper and our lives lived in holiness and prayer can help the world today.

     We are commissioned in baptism to spread the Good News. If we as members of the Mystical Body of Christ want a better world – we must take this ‘new life’ received in baptism seriously.

     As we live united to the Mass we can help to bring down great grace for ourselves, the priests, the Church and the world! It is a calling from God – we must respond to His call to live more and more our life in Him.

                R. God has called us to love – to love God and
                to love others as ourselves. Therefore we must
                ask God for that grace to have hearts of love –
                to make that first in our actions.

                    There is suffering in life - we see in the
                daily readings at Mass how they were steadfast
                and they moved ahead and many came to believe
                in the Church.

                    God has called us to think of others and to
                help others, in the Shepherds of Christ, to begin the
                prayer chapters, to spread the rosaries to the schools,
                to be people witnessing to their faith before
                others. This is our vocation to help others,
                to tell them how much God loves them, to
                tell them about Mary's visits and all
                that Jesus has called us to do: Start Prayer
                Chapters, Spread the Consecration of the Two Hearts,
                Spread the School Rosary Program, pray
                on the 5th and 13th's with the community,
                pray during the retreats for the priests, the
                Church and the world. Our Church is so
                good. We have been so blessed, we are to
                be witnesses before others of our joy and
                our love – spreading the gift God has
                given to us.

                    It is about love in our hearts – Our hearts
                are dominated by our love of God and we
                want to share this Good News to others –
                to take this message to the far ends of the
                earth – to pray for all – to take care of
                this precious message and the books
                God has given to us –

                    We will be judged on how we loved – how
                we did God's will in our vocation spreading
                this Good News and witnessing to our love
                in being better members of the mystical
                body of Christ.

                    Are we alive – Are we vibrant – Do we
                want to show others the life we know
                in Jesus?

                    Jesus is the Light of the World – a
                lamp hidden under a bushel basket does
                not shine to those in the house.

                Jesus: Let your light shine so men will see
                your joy and love and praise your Heavenly Father –
                You are to be alive – You are to be
                on-fire with the love of God. Pray to
                the Holy Spirit now to fill you. You are pilgrims
                on a journey. You have not arrived.
                You are to be pure in your heart not loaded
                down with the darkness of anger, bitterness,
                inferior thoughts that drive you to pride
                and acting out. A man of peace is a
                man who is truthful in his heart. There
                is no lies, guile in him, he seeks to build
                up for the Kingdom of God and he knows
                he is dependent on God. God is his
                Master – He is a man of light and a
                man of joy – he may suffer – even
                persecution, but he is not dragged
                down for he is called by God and he
                believes in his calling – he believes
                God is His Master – He labors not in
                vain – he labors for souls –
                his message is the best message there is
                to lead men to eternal happiness –
                he doesn't look back when he has been
                asked by God to labor for the work of
                building the Kingdom of God –

                The good he does is reason enough for
                his actions –

                He is not acting for his own self promotion –
                He is not stuck in revenge and bitterness –
                Darkness that gets darker and darker as
                he clings to his evil ways of revenge and
                    bitterness.

                    How could a man of bitter anger not see the
                cloud of darkness lingering around him and
                feel the darkness in his heart like a
                stone that hangs in the heart made for love –
                A stone that is cold and angry and like a
                heavy weight.
 

                R. The hot air balloon raises in the sky and
                it floats and it is in the air.

                Meditate on the Ascension – are you
                men of joy – Do you enjoy witnessing
                before men because this is such a gift
                I have given you.

                    Are you focusing on being grateful for
                all the gifts I have given?

                    A man became more and more bitter
                and his habits were darker and darker –
                Soon he didn't want to give anything –
                he believed men should come to him
                and he should be served.

                The thoughts of himself was everyone should
                recognize him – far exceeded everyone –
                and he was not being recognized for his greatness –

                So he held out bitter for the lack of respect
                he believed he deserved and he thought at
                long last – he would hold out and
                God would bring others to him – to
                recognize his greatness above men.
                This is very twisted thinking. A man is
                created and given such gifts by Me
                and he is to grow in My image and
                likeness –

                    My Heart is full of love, I
                showed the men how I loved giving
                and giving and giving –

                I loved and I gave –

                I gave My life doing the Father's will –

                I was whipped and crowned with thorns
                    before others – I was condemned to
                    death before men –
                    Never was My focus to have men
                    serve Me, but to learn to love –
                    to serve others –
                    I died for your sins –

                Pride is a deadly sin and satan can tempt
                    a man life-long to be self-enclosed –
                    to focus on his greatness –

                    If a man is great it is because of
                God's grace.

                    I give to you My love –
                    I gave Myself –
                    I give you Myself now –

                The stilted man grows in greater darkness
                    and the more he clings to the darkness
                    without seeking forgiveness – the
                    darker the darkness becomes –

                A man living in bitterness and revenge,
                    anger and blaming others for his
                    self-made darkness will continue
                    in his darkness unless he works
                    to change and seeks God's help and
                    seeks love and conversion –

                Joseph from the Old Testament was thrown in
                    a pit by his brothers –

                Jeremiah was thrown in a pit for
                    telling the truth –

                The men of jealousy and anger and pride
                    wanted to punish Me – they whipped Me,
                    they crowned Me with thorns, they
                    condemned Me to death –

                As I hung on the cross My thoughts were
                    for you – I gave and I gave and
                    I gave –
                    This is how love is –
                    It gives –

                The man in darkness doesn't give love
                    from his heart  – he wants others to
                    come and give to him –

                His misery is a game of abuse and
                    victimization of himself –
                    It is a sorry, sorry set of self-confusion –
                        one where the man –
                        chooses his darkness to deal with
                            his pain

                Fool choosing more darkness, makes more
                    pain – blaming others for your
                    self-made self enclosure makes
                    the darkness darker and the evil
                    grows more evil as satan directs the man –

                R. The Holy Spirit wants to guide and bring men to the
                    light – to vibrancy – to life – to
                    freedom in God –

                And the devil's grip is paralyzing and
                    crippling –

                For example we consider the cycle of abuse
                    or the cycle of violence

                The addiction to abuse is an addiction –
                    the man runs a roller coaster –
                    he comes out for 24-48 hours to
                    make people think nothing is going
                    on – then because of the pain
                    inside him – he starts the abuse
                    cycle all over again –

                He does things to make confusion and
                    to hurt others, while his game is –
                    he did nothing and he is innocent –
                    pure deception –
                    he is passively attacking and hiding
                    it like an innocent bystander –

                Then he continues this cycle of abuse –
                    acting as if he did nothing while
                    he "artfully" was deceiving, being
                    mean, causing confusion to hurt
                    others or another –

                This gives him control until he can pull
                    some climax to bring down austere
                    punishment –

                His abuse cycle lasts longer and longer –
                    artfully holding out for months,
                    for months and months so he
                    can act out his pain and aggression
                    inside himself – blaming others for
                    his actions – he believes the person
                    or persons deserve it for the
                    wrong having been done by them
                    to him –
 

                R. He wants the person or persons to suffer –
                    creating tension over months for his pain

                So the tension goes on over months –
                    he did nothing
                    constant manipulation
                    under cover –
                    oh I am not at fault

                Tension Mounts – He wants this –
                                            He is in control
                                            He holds out
                                            He pretends nothing is going on

                The other or others can do nothing to stop it
                    because he does not validate anything
                    is happening.

                Nobody can stop the tension mounting
                    but the abuser, because
                    he uses some force to keep it in action,
                    position, money, title –

                No one can defuse it until he calls
                    the shots, he thinks –

                Those under the influence live as
                    the tension gets more and more
                    and more – the abuser
                    holding out and denying it all –
                    that the tension even exists and
                    the abuser is deceptive in his angry heart
                    projecting that anger on the victims

                Until the abuser decides the climax
 

                CYCLE OF ABUSE

                1) Tension building –
                    conflict
                    being blamed
                    holding out
                    misunderstandings
                    lack of communication

                    The honeymoon cycle can almost disappear
                        as the stages get worse and worse

                    The abuser seeks to not be reconciled at all –
                        in the advanced stages
                        it is beneath the abuser –
                        others deserve this, they rationalize to themselves

                    It is a cycle of power and dominance –

                2) Incident –

                    Anger, blaming, arguing, intimidation
                    complete unrecognition of any violence on
                    abuser's part –

                3) Reconciliation –

                    All is unrecognized that has preceded –
                    Make peace, just to move on –
                    Abuser does not validate anything
                        they did

                4) All is forgotten – "honeymoon cycle"
                    The victim or victims think
                    maybe they are crazy – the abuser
                    did nothing –
                    24 - 48 hours at most for the honeymoon cycle

                The abuse cycle starts immediately again
                    holding out, misunderstanding,
                    lack of communication –

                In the tension building session the abuser
                    uses triggers to get it going –
                    invalidation
                    misunderstandings
                    lack of communication
                    Revenge is planned against the victim

                Jesus: In love there is communication –

                A person has a responsibility before God for
                    their actions –

                Hiding and veiling one's angry heart does
                    not stop Me from seeing the
                    anger and hatred in a person holding
                    out to punish and inflict harm –

                I gave and I gave love –

                I showed you the witness of giving and
                    giving in love –

                Relationships is what you are to work
                    toward – loving consistency –

                In relationships there must be responsibility
                    for one's actions, including responsibility
                    for unavailability, holding out, secrets
                    and bad example before others to
                    begin conflict and hurt unity –

                Men are to work to get along and to love
                    and work things out in truth and peace –

                Men are accountable for their actions – for
                    holding out, for lack of communication –
                    for holding back those materials that
                    do not belong to them from those
                    they belong to –

                I washed the feet of My disciples –
                    I showed them love and I am
                    the Divine God –
                    I gave Myself – self-sacrifice
                    for your sins – for the flock –
                    I showed men how to be a man –
                        how to love – how to be a man
                        for others

                Love is why you were created –

                You were made in My image and
                    likeness

                You are to follow My example – not
                    use unhealthy patterned behaviors
                    you learned from patterns at
                    home or anger from your
                    past relationships that hurt you.

                Growing in relationships takes skill
                    and grace and love, but
                    unresolved revenge, unresolved
                    anger from the past has no
                    place in acting out abuse on others –

                I am the Good Shepherd, I laid down
                    My life for My flock –

                You have been taught by others what
                    relationships are all about –
                    You can be tempted by satan
                    to deal with pain in lost
                    relationships through addictions
                    to power, abuse, punishment,
                    holding out –

                None of these are likened to Me –

                My way is giving love –
