John 10: 1-10

'In all truth I tell you, anyone who does not enter the sheepfold through the gate, but climbs in some other way, is a thief and a bandit. He who enters through the gate is the shepherd of the flock; the gate-keeper lets him in, the sheep hear his voice, one by one he calls his own sheep and leads them out. When he has brought out all those that are his, he goes ahead of them, and the sheep follow him because they know his voice. They will never follow a stranger, but will run away from him because they do not recognise the voice of strangers.'

Jesus told them this parable but they failed to understand what he was saying to them.

So Jesus spoke to them again:

In all truth I tell you,
I am the gate of the sheepfold.
All who have come before me
are thieves and bandits,
but the sheep took no notice of them.
I am the gate.
Anyone who enters through me
   will be safe:
such a one will go in and out
and will find pasture.
The thief comes
only to steal and kill and destroy.
I have come
so that they may have life
and have it to the full.

The gatekeeper opens the door and lets others pass

The gate keeper is a servant one who is not inordinately attached or uses their position to control and manipulate for their own purpose

We are asked by Jesus to serve as Mary served Jesus

God is Divine

God is all knowing

We wonder and we pray to Him and we act for His purpose

We act for the Plan of the Father

Mary loved the Father so very much

Mary lived to serve the Father

Mary is the most perfect disciple of Jesus

Mary did not have a tainted human nature

In heaven there will not be jealousy, envy, lust, seeking dominance for dominance sake, imperfect vision of God, ourselves and others

Now as we approach the month of May we see how we honor Mary

We meditate on the rosary the lives of purity

The New Adam and the New Eve

We have a tainted human nature

Mary and Jesus have pure Hearts of love

It never ceases to amaze me how much we can ponder our Models and Their lives in the mysteries of the rosary

For me I am ever growing in an awareness of the ineffable mysteries God has imparted to me

Friday between 12:00 and 3:00 I saw the celestial lights of heaven before the exposed Eucharist it lasted about 30 minutes.

I love to see the gold – the major beauty of celestial lights that I can hardly take it in and I am in awe of the beauty

But in this God reveals to me immense truths to share that are embedded deep in my soul

To me this day I begged God to let me do all I could in this mission for the souls

I begged to be humble like Mary and to love more purely as He used me to help the souls of this earth

The altar was lighted with the most tremendous celestial light and the gold was so deeply glistening

And I was wrapped in the presence of the Trinity

I knew once again the oneness Jesus speaks of in John 17

John 17: 21-23

May they all be one,
just as, Father, you are in me
   and I am in you,
so that they also may be in us,
so that the world may believe
it was you who sent me.
I have given them the glory
   you gave to me,
that they may be one as we are one.
With me in them and you in me,
may they be so perfected in unity
that the world will recognise
   that it was you who sent me
and that you have loved them
as you have loved me.

I knew the oneness of the Trinity

With the sensitivity He allows me to know – I know division and sin

I want so very deeply for the world to be the way the Father intends

I am one with the Father, Son and Holy Spirit and I beg for the grace to serve Him to spread the love of these Two Hearts of purity to the people of this earth.

13 years ago before Blue Book 1 was published – I saw my life being opened before the world if they published the book

I felt fear of being exposed

I cried to God

Do you want this

In the same pew – the same church He showed me Himself

Arms outstretched on the cross – He was in gold

Now I know the mystery of it – the openness of Christ’s body on the cross

The surrender of the gate keeper who gave herself in serving God under the cross

Did she do it for comfort

Mary stood beneath the cross of her Son in complete compliance to the Father’s will

Mary surrendered to the Father’s Plan

Mary gave herself for the sake of the souls so precious to Jesus He died for them

Yes God has picked us to walk the road in the rosary and to allow the Holy Spirit to reveal to us insight into the hidden mysteries of these two Hearts of pure love.

And God watches us struggle with our wills, our lust, our greed, our pride, our anger and be not so good gate keepers to the mission He may call us to.

To know the weaknesses of the flesh may be one thing.

He wants us to give ourselves as members of the body of Christ laying down our lives united to all the Masses around the world (when we are baptized into the Church we are as members of the body of Christ)

Laying down our lives – living according to the Father’s will in greater purity – in greater love

Surrendering to the will of the Father

Praying to know the will of the Father

How can we hold onto the gate and keep the passing of those God sends for our own selfish possessive pride, anger, foolishness

The sensitivity of what Jesus said in John 17 is the mission as we see in the first message of Blue Book 1 from Jesus.

Jesus wants this deep spousal union with us.

Jesus is the bridegroom of the soul. To allow Jesus to be close to us we must rid ourselves of unforgiveness – pray for healing of wounds

And trust in love others God has sent us to work with – bearing with each other our burdens, weaknesses, and living

Always in the truth

I was given a life time to know more His ways and to grow in greater purity

I said oh – tomorrow I will change – today I want this done

So I continued my imperfect ways of acting

And like a bull in a china shop

I knocked down the fragile china as I moved ahead just hurting the very mission God asked me to nurture because of my failure to recognize the impure ways I acted.

What is attractive in a soul is the attributes that are most like Jesus

Jesus being other focused and gracious

Why does God tell us the story of the Good Samaritan

God has called us to be more perfect as our heavenly Father is perfect.

I raised a family and now I am 60 years old.

7 years ago when Fr. Carter died, I did not want him to leave, but God gave me a grace to see he lived for this to go to heaven and I was now happy he would be in heaven

I proceeded to send the Newsletter 20 pages with his writing on grace to the world and his prayers Jesus gave him in the prayer manual.

As always we had no funds, but with the determination to do as Fr. Carter asked and to continue to spread the Newsletter as he told me Jesus wanted – I sat on the floor in my house with all my grief and sent packets requesting money for the Priestly Newsletter with letters from the hierarchy until my body was sore from the work I did on the floor.

To this day I have trusted in this message Fr. Carter received from Jesus and gave to me.

A commission.

I did not try to do my will but the will of the Father given from Jesus to Fr. Carter – after 6 and ½ years every two months Fr. Carter had answered his call to Jesus. It was my turn now. I started on my answering the call of Jesus for the love of the Church, the priests, and the precious souls of the earth Jesus gave His life for.

In 2002 I worked hard with the help of the whole Movement and donors to publish the Priestly Newsletter in the Priestly Newsletter Book 2 a collection of the Newsletters Fr. Carter published from October, 1996 to the end of 1999 and sent this tremendous book of Priestly Newsletters. We sent the book to 95,000 priests in the world.

I knew Jesus wanted it and I believed He would do it - but I must say “yes”.

At the same time we sent the Priestly Newsletter with the prayer manual February, 2002 – the sex scandal hit the mailboxes of the priests in the United States and I was so thankful God gave us this good news to spread.

We received letters from the hierarchy about 5 inches in a binder and on March 26, 2002 this letter from Pope John Paul 2





I know the oneness Jesus wants among the people of the human race

I know the Church is one, holy, Catholic and Apostolic.

I know living the life of consecration to the Two Hearts is the strengthening of our baptismal vows and leads to deeper oneness in the body of Christ.

I know the Spousal union God wants with His precious souls – the messages of God’s Blue Book – Fr. Carter called his own as much as mine – the messages Fr. Carter said people must follow in the Shepherds of Christ if they are to be leaders in this Movement.

Fr. Carter discerned the Blue Books not once but several times and he went to his death with the instruction for me to continue the wishes of Jesus given to him to continue this movement.

A man who gave his whole life to learning about love, Christ, the spiritual life – at the end laid his life down for us.

And so we sing

Come with me into the fields.

Is this not what Jesus and Mary have done for us.

Despite our sin and pompous ways

The Divine, Almighty, all knowing God came to earth to teach us about unity and holiness – to give us His Church and teach us to be His Apostles to spread the Good News

And Jesus has not gone He is with us this day in His Divinity and humanity in the Eucharist – the same presence as the day He walked the earth.

What is the mission God has given to me

To believe that I can help in the spreading of this devotion to the Sacred Heart and Immaculate Heart to unify and help the world to grow in holiness so some day

as Fr. Carter said –

The Sacred Heart of Jesus will Reign and the Immaculate Heart of Mary will triumph.

Yes and the hierarchy wants to spread this devotion Mary asked for at Fatima.

Be a part of this.

Live the mission of the Good Shepherd who came into the world in a depraved condition and loved us to His death on the cross.

This is Good News.

This is following the mission of the Shepherds of Christ.

This came from the hands of a holy Jesuit, with a doctorate in theology and author of 18 books, a very holy priest who when bleeding and suffering cancer and despite this Fr. Carter cared for this movement so much he never quit – ever – even a few days before his death he was so concerned for me to continue this mission.

A baby is so very precious –

A baby grows

A baby is fed

I can hardly take in the gift – I am so very sensitive to what God wants with this movement

This movement is in its infancy stage 13 years into it

The people have learned to walk in greater holiness through the Blue Book Messages

We have lived this message. Our way of life is daily Mass and one hour before the tabernacle. We have lived this mission for 13 years

We have loved and forgiven

We have had healing rosaries and looked at our wounds and tried to be more like Mary and Jesus dwelling in Their Hearts for 13 years now

We are a family

Fr. Carter was our Father to guide us for 6 and ½ years and other priests have always been by my side helping me.

I was never left without priests to help me.

I give my heart to Jesus and Mary with you in love

Means we dare to unite as a family of love

For this mission to help lead the strayed ones home to His most Sacred Heart

Ezekiel 34: 11-16

    “For the Lord Yahweh says this: Look, I myself shall take care of my flock and look after it. As a shepherd looks after his flock when he is with his scattered sheep, so shall I look after my sheep. I shall rescue them from wherever they have been scattered on the day of clouds and darkness. I shall bring them back from the peoples where they are; I shall gather them back from the countries and bring them back to their own land. I shall pasture them on the mountains of Israel, in the ravines and in all the inhabited parts of the country. I shall feed them in good pasturage; the highest mountains of Israel will be their grazing ground. There they will rest in good grazing grounds; they will browse in rich pastures on the mountains of Israel. I myself shall pasture my sheep, I myself shall give them rest–declares the Lord Yahweh. I shall look for the lost one, bring back the stray, bandage the injured and make the sick strong. I shall watch over the fat and healthy. I shall be a true shepherd to them."



One mind and one heart that is our mission

One family of love

One growing in greater perfection more likened to the Holy Family.

Yes the month of May is the month of Mary and it starts with the feast of St. Joseph the worker.

Joseph did not try to overshadow Mary’s role as a woman because he was a man.

Very little is heard of him really

He was quiet and with her whenever he was supposed to be.

He was helping her be the gatekeeper for Jesus.

He was the protector of Mary.

He loved Mary.

He went with her when she had to go.

God picked Mary the pure and sinless one to bring forth the Christ child.

He came in a woman.

He came and was formed in her body.

Their Hearts were one in her body.

We know the oneness of the Trinity

One – the Trinity is one, but there are Three Persons

Pure love

What lessons does God teach us about being members of the body of Christ

He likens it to a body

I have learned in the Shepherds of Christ – God has called us members – all of us – and I don’t cut off the toe, I love the toe – the finger, the hand

The body would die if I just cut off a part and didn’t tend to it

Again – God’s will – ONE ONE ONE ONE

One mind – one heart

“thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven”

The vision of the Father in heaven is perfection – loving in oneness – no impurities in heaven

And in the Our Father it says ”thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven”

To me saying more perfected – less giving into concupiscence of the flesh

Jesus did not have to come in a woman – He chose to

Every human person on this earth was born of a woman



Luke 1: 46-55

                The Magnificat

And Mary said:

My soul proclaims
    the greatness of the Lord
and my spirit rejoices
    in God my Saviour;
because he has looked upon
    the humiliation of his servant.
Yes, from now onwards
    all generations will call me blessed,
for the Almighty
    has done great things for me.
Holy is his name,
and his faithful love extends age after age
    to those who fear him.
He has used the power of his arm,
he has routed the arrogant of heart.
He has pulled down princes
    from their thrones
        and raised high the lowly.
He has filled the starving with good things,
    sent the rich away empty.

Sinless

God came a man

And He changed water into wine at the word of His mother

Why is that considered His first miracle

Why did the image appear in Clearwater 2 and ½ years after Fr. Carter was told at the end of the century (1994) to begin the Newsletter

You know when I did the rosary the first time under the image January 5, 2001 after Fr. Carter’s death I got the first golden rainbow at night.

On December 17, 1996 the image appeared in rainbow color at day when the red rosary book went out – then on the day after the forth anniversary Fr. Carter died – December 18, 2000.

The next 5^th I got the golden rainbow – never seen before and photographed here so very awesome

January 5, 2001

Genesis 9: 12-17

    ‘And this’, God said, ‘is the sign of the covenant which I now make between myself and you and every living creature with you for all ages to come: I now set my bow in the clouds and it will be the sign of the covenant between me and the earth. When I gather the clouds over the earth and the bow appears in the clouds, I shall recall the covenant between myself and you and every living creature, in a word all living things, and never again will the waters become a flood to destroy all living things. When the bow is in the clouds I shall see it and call to mind the eternal covenant between God and every living creature on earth, that is, all living things.’

    ‘That’, God told Noah, ‘is the sign of the covenant I have established between myself and all living things on earth.’

God purified the earth with the flood of Noah, but gave us the rainbow

The same day this book with rainbow left the printer from Mary’s daily visits 14 months



When I had the vision at the cathedral Friday between 12:00 and 3:00 I begged God for the sake of souls

For my love of the Church

For the gift of the priest

To please let me do all I can to help spread this Movement

These writings and help the souls to know the Eucharist

To help oneness on the earth

To get people of the Church to more deeply live as members of the body of Christ

And please help us to encourage the priest

Love them and

Spread the consecration for peace and unity and holiness to this earth.

To let me do this.

Then the vision faded and I got this message from Jesus.

"Since August 15, 2006 I have helped you spread 400,000 Newsletters to priests and 120,000 of Fr. Pasquini’s books

To which you have received 90 letters from the Vatican hierarchy and 7''s of letters from the other hierarchy of the world since late August 2006."

He then told me that the bodies were thrown on heaps in World War 2 because we ignored the Fatima message and so many lost their lives.

Think of all the souls who lost their lives because we ignored the Fatima message.

Then He said

“souls were dropping into hell like rain”

And He is sending this Newsletter with devotion to His Heart and Mary’s Heart

To help to bring to completion the mission Mary began at Fatima.

The image in Clearwater appeared for 7 and ½ years from December 17, 1996 to March 1, 2004.

The hurricanes then ravaged the state of Florida when the head of the image was destroyed.

Mary appeared to me daily – this was the same time Jesus told Fr. Carter to begin the Newsletter.

Mary appeared to me daily at an old seminary July 5, 1994 until September 5, 1995.

The corner of the old seminary had fallen off March 22, 1994 Lucia’s birthday (the main Fatima visionary).

    "During this same July apparition, Mary showed the three children a vision of Hell. She told them:

    "You have seen Hell, where the souls of poor sinners go. To save them, God wishes to establish, in the world, devotion to my Immaculate Heart. If people do what I tell you, many souls will be saved and there will be peace.

    "The war (World War I, then raging) is going to end. But if people do not stop offending God, another and worse one will begin in the reign of Pius XI. When you shall see a night illuminated by an unknown light [January 2, 1938], know that this is the great sign that God gives you that He is going to punish the world for its many crimes by means of war, hunger, and persecution of the Church and the Holy Father. ⁽¹²⁾

    "To prevent this, I shall come to ask for the consecration of Russia to my Immaculate Heart and the Communion of Reparation on the five first Saturdays. If my requests are granted, Russia will be converted and there will be peace. If not, she will scatter her errors throughout the world, provoking wars and persecutions of the Church. The good will be martyred, the Holy Father will have much to suffer, and various nations will be destroyed....

    "But in the end, my Immaculate Heart will triumph, the Holy Father will consecrate Russia to me, Russia will be converted, and a certain period of peace will be granted to the world." ⁽¹³⁾

    Besides the messages associated with the major Fatima apparitions, there were other revelations given by Our Lady. Before Jacinta died, she told of other messages given her (during her illness) by Mary:

     Tell everybody that God gives graces through the Immaculate Heart of Mary. Tell them to ask grace from her, and that the Heart of Jesus wishes to be venerated together with the Immaculate Heart of Mary. Ask them to plead for peace from the Immaculate Heart of Mary, for the Lord has confided the peace of the world to her. ⁽¹⁹⁾

Please help us.

The gate keeper is not there to clog up the mission

Look at the humility of Mary

She magnifies the Lord

God loved Mary so much

God is love

Jesus' Heart was not bound in rags

His Heart was opened in the end with the lance

From this the sacramental life of the Church was born

The gate keeper is like Mary

Mary was with Jesus

Joseph was with them

Jesus was sent by the Father

Jesus gave to us the Prayer – The Our Father

“…thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven”

The gate keeper has a purpose – they do not block the mission

They are in one mind and one heart

If dogs come up to fight

It does not interfere with the mission

Jesus died on the cross as was the Father’s will

The men who put Jesus to death hated Jesus

The saints were persecuted because they were delivering the salt

When the vision ended on Friday I saw what I saw 13 years ago when I was afraid to open up my life in the Blue Books

I saw Jesus in gold

His arms spread on the cross like I saw 13 years before

He spread His arms

He opened Himself

His arms were not held closed across His chest

He spread His arms open for His precious souls

And they pierced Him and they nailed His hands to the tree

And they nailed His feet to the cross

And He said yes

Like a runner He ran to the finish line

For love of His precious priests

He wants a spousal personal relationship with His priests

He wants the priests to teach the people about a loving personal relationship with Him

He wants love – love – real love

Saying Jesus you are my God

Jesus you come first in my life

Jesus I give you myself



Prayer for Union with Jesus

    Come to me, Lord, and possess my soul. Come into my heart and permeate my soul. Help me to sit in silence with You and let You work in my heart.

    I am Yours to possess. I am Yours to use. I want to be selfless and only exist in You. Help me to spoon out all that is me and be an empty vessel ready to be filled by You. Help me to die to myself and live only for You. Use me as You will. Let me never draw my attention back to myself. I only want to operate as You do, dwelling within me.

    I am Yours, Lord. I want to have my life in You. I want to do the will of the Father. Give me the strength to put aside the world and let You operate my very being. Help me to act as You desire. Strengthen me against the distractions of the devil to take me from Your work.

    When I worry, I have taken my focus off of You and placed it on myself. Help me not to give in to the promptings of others to change what in my heart You are making very clear to me. I worship You, I adore You and I love You. Come and dwell in me now.

Words of Surrender of a Soul

Today Lord, (today's date), I give You my entire will –

I give You all my liberties, I want to love and serve You as You desire.

I surrender myself to You.

I ask You to run my life.

I ask You to help me act like You, Jesus, and like Your Mother Mary.

God, this day I consecrate myself to You.

I am (name), Your beloved child, guide me on my way now as I go about my day (or if in Church) as I leave Your Eucharistic presence.



Act of consecration to the Sacred Heart of Jesus and the Immaculate Heart of Mary

"Lord Jesus, Chief Shepherd of the flock, I consecrate myself to Your most Sacred Heart. From Your pierced Heart the Church was born, the Church You have called me, as a member of Shepherds of Christ Associates, to serve in a most special way. You reveal Your Heart as a symbol of Your love in all its aspects, including Your most special love for me, whom You have chosen as Your companion in this most important work. Help me to always love You in return. Help me to give myself entirely to You. Help me always to pour out my life in love of God and neighbor! Heart of Jesus, I place my trust in You!

"Dear Blessed Virgin Mary, I consecrate myself to your maternal and Immaculate Heart, this Heart which is symbol of your life of love. You are the Mother of my Savior. You are also my Mother. You love me with a most special love as a member of Shepherds of Christ Associates, a movement created by your Son as a powerful instrument for the renewal of the Church and the world. In a return of love, I give myself entirely to your motherly love and protection. You followed Jesus perfectly. You are His first and perfect disciple. Teach me to imitate you in the putting on of Christ. Be my motherly intercessor so that, through your Immaculate Heart, I may be guided to an ever closer union with the pierced Heart of Jesus, Chief Shepherd of the flock."



Morning Offering

My dear Father, I offer You this day all my prayers, works, joys and sufferings, my every breath, my every heartbeat, my every thought, all my actions, in union with Jesus in the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass throughout the world, in the Holy Spirit. I pray the Holy Spirit is with me every second today, enlightening me to do the Will of the Father and filling me with the fire of God's love.

I ask Jesus and Mary to be one in me in all that I do and I unite with all the angels and saints and souls in purgatory to pray continually to the Father for these intercessions, in this prayer, for this day.

For myself, I pray for grace-abundant grace, to know and love God more and more and to follow the Will of the Father. I pray to the Holy Spirit to transform me in the heart of Mary to be more and more like Jesus. I pray that I can forever dwell in the Hearts of Jesus and Mary. I pray for conversion of all those I hold dear who need conversion. I pray for each member of my family that they will be filled with Your abundant grace to grow in their knowledge and love of God.

I pray for all my friends that they will receive abundant grace to carry out the great plan of the Father, that they will grow forever closer to Jesus' Heart through Mary's heart, that we will all be led by the Holy Spirit to do His work, that we will, together, carry out the plan of the Father as He intends us to, to spread the love of the Sacred Heart of Jesus and Mary's heart to this world.

Jesus, I pray for myself so the Holy Spirit descends upon me and opens my heart to Your love so I will grow more and more deeply in union with You. I pray that I do not worry what other people think but try always to please the Father and do His Will. I pray that I may help lead many to Your burning love.

I pray for the following people in particular that they will be filled with the Spirit and grow deeply in their union with You, that they will receive abundant graces to know, love and serve You more. (Include special friends by name...)

I pray for priests the world over, for the success of the Priestly Newsletter, the Chapters and for the finances needed for the Newsletter. I pray for the circulation of the Blue Book messages, rosary meditations and tapes. I pray for all those involved in the publication of these messages.

I pray that You will shower Your abundant graces onto the priests reading the Newsletter the people reading and hearing the Blue Book messages and rosary meditations and all of Fr. Carter's publications.

We pray for the intentions we hold deep within our hearts, for our families and friends, for those requesting our prayers. We pray for children the world over and for the souls in purgatory. We ask God to shower His abundant grace on us and the members of our Shepherds of Christ Chapter so that we may grow more and more in our knowledge and love of God.

We consecrate ourselves to the Hearts of Jesus and Mary. We pray for Father Carter, for Father Smith, for Rita Ring, and for John Weickert, for all leaders and helpers in the Shepherds of Christ Movement, for Shepherds of Christ Ministries, and Our Lady of Light Ministry. We pray for all those who are working in these ministries.

We bind ourselves and our children and our friends to the Immaculate Heart of Mary. We place the precious blood of Jesus on ourselves, and all we touch, so that we will be protected from the evil one. We pray to St. Michael to cast the devil into hell.

We love You, God, we love You, we love You. We beg that we may receive the grace to love You more and more deeply. We adore You, we praise You, our beloved Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
